The Republicans are coming for Social Security... Again

A key plank of the Republican Party platform is destroying Social Security.  Since at least the 1970's Republicans have declared Social Security is on the verge of bankruptcy.  Now, 50 years later the perfidious Republicans have gained control of the US House their first priority is to eliminate social security.

"My friend Jody Arrington wants to look into the budget and also look into entitlements. Do you know social security is going to be insolvent in 2035?" well-known thief and bribe accepting Republican Byron Donalds told Joy Reid as Republicans yet again lie and declare the Social Security Trust Fund on the verge of Bankruptcy.

Republicans always make time to craft a plan to end Social Security because Republican hate that SSI and the Social Safety Net even exists.  Republicans chafe and become incensed at the idea of Americans living long lives after retirement.  What Republicans want is for Americans to go to work as young as possible and work their entire lives before dying quickly immediately upon retiring.  Republicans dream and want you to have the dignity of working yourself to death.  This is the Republican version of the American Dream, and as we've seen for the past 40 years Republican Dreams are Nightmares for everyone else.

Back in 2004-2005, Bush and the Republicans were certain they could swindle American Seniors out of their Social Security, "I earned capital in this campaign, political capital, and now I intend to spend it,"  Bush declared as he embarked on his plan of stealing Social Security.

In 2010, George W(orst POTUS Ever) Bush famously stated his only mistake while in office (His Only Failure!) was not privatizing SSDI and "In terms of accomplishments, my biggest accomplishment is that I kept the country safe amidst a real danger." (WITH RARE EXCEPTIONS!) 

The Republican Plan for SSDI was to roll it into the Stock Market Balloon, which at the time was expanding and would never burst!  What Republicans knew then was they desperately needed to prop up the Stock Market Bubble with real money to back all the gambles that were about to go full tilt. You see if W(orst President Ever) had managed to put the US backed Two Trillion Dollar Trust Fund into the Stock Market it would have forestalled the Great Republican Recession of 2007 by several years, instead Bush oversaw the destruction of decades of wealth and the worst economic disaster since the Great Republican Depression of 1929.

"Republicans' agenda is what it always was -- turn the Social Security seniors worked hard to earn over to Wall Street," said Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee Press Secretary Ryan Rudominer. "If Republicans has their way, seniors could have lost 40 percent of their retirement investments when the market crashed. America's seniors deserve better."

After the Tea Party waltzed into the White House on the backs of White Hot Anger over Obamacare and President Obama himself, the John Boehner, Paul Ryan, Eric Cantor (and Kevin McCarthy) Teabaggers aided by the Republicans in the Senate engineered the debt limit crisis and government shutdowns to try and goad, cajole, or convince President Obama to sign a Social Security "Entitlements" reform package slashing benefits for Americans.  How close President Obama came to signing such an agreement is debatable and bad faith dirtbag leftists have been claiming Obama wanted to do it for a decade now and using that as justification for voting against Democrats.  In reality, there was no Boehner entitlement "reform" despite years of the Corporate Media trying to force it happen.

Speaker Pelosi's office released a succinct analysis of John Boehner and Paul Ryan's House Leadership, "Instead of helping seniors," explained Speaker Nancy Pelosi's office, "Republicans, backed by their allies on Wall Street, are threatening to privatize and cut Social Security, just as they tried to do under President Bush." 

Now it's 2023 and the Zombie Lies of Raygun refuse to die as we see Bryon Donalds repeat the moldy canard of 'Social Security going bankrupt'.  Meanwhile, every other Republican Congressman can't wait to tell the old people who love Faux News that; 'Why...Yes we are coming for your benefits.  Yes we are coming for your meager medical coverage.  Yes we are coming to put you into the grave.'

"If we really want to talk about the debt and spending, it's the entitlement program that's 70% of our entire budget. So, if we want to talk about big reforms I look forward to hearing that from those folks who are pushing towards a balanced budget," Republican Michael Waltz told Stuart Varney and all the elderly rightwing faux devotees who enjoy cutting their benefits because they know it'll hurt those people more!

Meanwhile, Steve 'David Duke without the Baggage' Scalise gleefully took to the podium to announce to Corporate Media that why yes the Republicans will most definitely Fuck that Chicken of the Debt Ceiling in order to force President Biden into cutting Social Security.  Because "working the refs", i.e. getting the Corporate Media to uncritically repeat rightwing talking points is a successful strategy to advancing the Republican Agenda of Intolerance, Oppression and reducing the American people to Penury and Eternal Wage Slavery.

Fundamentally, Republicans don't believe the Federal Government (or State Governments for that matter) should help the poor, the sick, the downtrodden, or anyone else who doesn't have a big bank account to shower them with campaign donations.

Republicans are coming to steal your Social Security.  This isn't some nefarious secret plot, Republicans proudly and loudly proclaim their intention to eliminate it but, know even if it is reported (not a guarantee) their base of Rightwing drones will simply blame Biden and vote agains the Democrats.

In 2022, Republican David McCormick, millionaire CEO of a Connecticut based hedge-fund, tried to run for Senate in Pennsylvania on a platform of gutting Social Security,

“I think as a matter of reality, those entitlements aren’t sustainable in their current form for the future of our country.  I don’t think my kids are going to be able to live under the same entitlements that all of us that are here. So, I think we have to face that reality and do two things at the same time: keep our promises to people we made them to and change our entitlements in a way that they’re defensible and fundable into the future.”

Multi-Millionaire Republican McCormick thinks his kids won't get Social Security so he plans to steal it now, so he's running for senate again.  The Mega-Rich in America don't build anything, like Mitt R-Money or Elon Apartheid Musk, they are Vultures who swoop in and pick at the bones of Corporations, often by raiding pensions.

Because Boomers were greedy and Gen-X was cynical and stupid, Business and their Republican and NeoLiberal allies convinced them that Social Security was a bad bet and Pensions were "unfair" somehow.  Enter the 401(k) and other personal investment plans. 

I can not glibly say I hope White Men vote to have their Social Security taken away, even if they deserve to get what they vote for because I can not agree with having aGovernment which harms it's constituents.  And understand that is precisely the Government Republicans want.  Republicans hate America and Republican hate you and Republicans want you to have a short, unfulfilled life of toil and misery, with no real education and scant chance you will escape the perpetual wage slavery and corporate bondage they wish to enforce upon you.

Every Republican is invested in lying to you about Social Security and have been for over 40 years.   King Chickenhawk Coward Ronnie Raygun breathlessly claimed Social Security was about to go bankrupt just before his dementia set in  Speaker Mikey Johnson barfed forth the same odious lies,

“The reality is, they’re headed towards bankruptcy,” Mike Johnson said in his July 2022 C-SPAN appearance. “In just a few number of years, Social Security goes belly up. So does Medicare, Medicaid, all of these big-spending programs because we’re drowning in debt.”

Republicans hate you and want you to work from childhood until death.  The ability to retire before your body fails you completely has galled Republicans for decades.  

Eric Hovde, another Millionaire Republican, who plans to run for Wisconsin Senate in 2024, doesn't want younger Americans he plans to lord over to retire;

"The retirement age is still 65, life expectancy is 79. So my view on Social Security is real simple.  If you’re 50 or older we’re not going to touch it. If you’re under 50 you’re going to add two years to retirement age. If you’re under 40 you’re going to add two more years and if you’re under 30 you’re probably going to have to add another year.”

Republicans are banking on the Boomer base to continue fucking over the younger generations and expect them to vote to pull the ladder up.  For Republicans you get to rest when you're in the grave, you get to relax when you're dead.  Until your death, Republicans expect you to work.  "Retirement" is for the idle Rich and Republican politicians like John Boehner who do their duty cutting the social safety net and ensuring the American working class labors themselves to death.  Republican propagandists are clever maybe they could call their swindling of social security, The 10-to-65 Plan.  Maybe the Republicans could get Robert Lamm and Chicago to adapt their mega hit 25 or 6 to 4?  To Work yourself to death fro 10 to Six-ty-Five.

One of the things which becomes irritating is Rightwing propagandists as they age out, they get to retire to an Emeritus position Glenn Beck.  One of the bon mottes, Beck has liked to invoke for 10 years is there's no Hebrew word for retire or retirement;  

"He has a new book called Buried Treasure: Secrets For Living from the Lord's Language, where he is taking Hebrew and showing ‑‑ for instance, I love this, and this isn't in the book and let me just make this side note. One of the things he taught me was, "Glenn, there is no such thing ‑‑ there's no Hebrew word for retirement. It's not in the Bible. There's no word for retirement, not part of God's plan."

What toil what labor has Beck every done in his life? He's worked at Radio stations since he was a kid. Beck claims if he were to retire, he'd just get another job.  He's never done a job which requires physical labor and Beck had so much lazy free time on his hands he decided to get hooked on booze and drugs. Yet, here's a man who invokes god and has changed religious affiliations so often he thinks nobody get to retire because of God's plan.  Of course, Glenn Beck's wrong because even God Rested after creating all manner of beasts, the Earth, and the Universe.  What's worse is Beck continues to this day to lie to his listeners about Social Security.

Of course, even amongst the well-compensated next generation of rightwing liars, millionaire Charlie Kirk  would also like to steal social security and eliminate the idea you can retire,

Look, for current beneficiaries, none of – none of your obligations should be touched. So in the future, and I'm talking about my generation, I – I'm 29 years old. I'm willing to say, you know what, I'm willing to strike a deal so that people in their twenties are going to get next to nothing for future Social Security if it means we can balance the budget.

Kirk gets a lot of money to go to Campus and per formatively attack freshmen college kids over their views.  He also hosts the roving, never-ending CPAC circus.  I'm not sure how that's a job but, he's wealthy so he's more than willing to cosign his generation to never-ending work.

Nikki Haley, whom the Corporate Media so fucking desperately wants to be the Nominee so they can pull her over the finish line as the Media works to defeat President Joe Biden, absolutely believes you the American people need to work until you drop dead,

“What you would do is, for those in their 20s coming into the system, we would change the retirement age so that it matches life expectancy.  It’s the new ones coming in. It’s those in their 20s that are coming in. You’re coming to them and you’re saying, the game has changed. We’re going to do this completely differently.” Haley said on Fox News in March of 2023.

Republicans believe by telling the Boomers, don't worry we won't touch your Social Security, we'll just make sure those lazy, crazy Millennials and worthless confused Zoomers don't get it.  I think it's a working strategy I think Boomers are overwhelmingly going to vote for Trump and overwhelmingly vote for Republicans again.   A open question is whether Gen-X'ers, who've been raised in this BothSides are too blame landscape, will vote for Republicans?

So, at this point remember it's not me finding some rightwing random on-line espousing crazy views on Social Security; elected Senators, Congressmen, candidates for President, the Speaker of the House, two former Republican Presidents, and major conservative media personalities are pushing to eliminate Social Security.  I'd like to believe evidence would alter the minds of voters, but what we've seen clearly most Americans do not vote on their so-called policy positions.  So, we'll see if Republicans stated desire and plans to steal social security motivate younger voters or if the allure of Trumps nascent fascism and appeal to white power draws them in.  The Corporate Media will continue to do their best to soften Republican perfidy and dismiss peoples' concerns as they did with Abortion, which we know Republicans will never eliminate and we all know Republicans will never criminalize women who get abortions.

Republicans are a fascist organization which plans to impose the most austere, most murderous Government onto its own people.

Republicans want to steal Social Security via Sequestration

Sequestration is back. Coming up very soon are the automatic cuts to Military Spending that were supposed to make Republicans balk at the Sequestration deal in the first place.

Except ha ha! It's time to change the rules. Republicans never, ever bargain fairly. Their goals are always to transfer as much taxpayer money to the Plutocracy. Thus, they agreed to Sequestration because they got the cuts to programs they wanted right away and once the cuts they don't like come into play they always planned to just renege on the deal.

"Deficits don't matter", Republican Arch-Fiend Dick Cheney. At least when Republicans control the White House, when a Democrat gets in their Republicans wail and moan about the Debt and beat their manly-boobs about deficits.

"Washington has a spending problem, but incessantly and mindlessly cutting national security will not get us out of our fiscal mess,” said Republican Congressman Doug Lamborn of Colorado.

Lamborn and Jim Bridenstein of Oklahoma have introduced the Republican Plan to steal Social Security, increase Federal Government employee pension contributions and eliminate Medicare, in a bill entitled Provide for the Common Defense.

The Sequestration cuts to DoD Budget, which Lamborn called mindless, is set to drop Military Spending from $670 Billion in 2013 to $625 Billion in 2014 and $590 Billion in 2015. So the cuts to the Official DoD Budget for 2013-2015 will be only a reduction in spending to $1.815 Trillion instead of $2.010 Trillion.

"In this protracted struggle, good management dictates that we resist overspending as resolutely as we oppose underspending. Every dollar uselessly spent on military mechanisms decreases our total strength and, therefore, our security" Republican President Dwight D. Eisenhower 1961.

The Lamborn/Bridenstein Bill is nothing more than the slimy Republican tactic of Using the Troops to steal from the Working Class, poor, sick, elderly and Veterans in prostrate service to the insatiable appetite of the 1%.

But, this is a special circumstance, the Republicans see a way to accomplish their goals of Oppression and Subjugation while also transferring the blame onto the Democratic Party.

If they manage to get Provide for the Common Defense or any bill passed which affects Social Security, while President Obama is in office, Barack Obama will effectively save the Republican Party and dismantle his "own". It would be a simple four step process;

Step 1) Get President Obama to sign onto cuts to Social Security, Medicare and Medicaid. 

Step 2) Triumphantly tell Wall Street Thieves they got the cuts they've always wanted while crying to the Media they never wanted to cut Social Security or Medicare. 

Step 3) Roll Social Security into Hedge Fund Accounts were the Trillions will be clipped, stolen and find its' way into a few thousand Cayman Island and Swiss Bank Accounts 

Step 4) Run ads in every campaign for every office for the next 100 years that President Obama and the Democrat Party cut Social Security.

Sequestration has afforded the Republicans a special circumstance in order to really screw the Working Class over, but it's nothing new in the right-wing playbook. Back in the 1970's Jude Wanniski created the Two-Santa Theory by Jude Wanniski, which lead directly to the Creation of Supply-Side Economics.

Under Reagan and W(orst President Ever), Republicans engage in massive Government spending while unemployment is kept down and the "economy" is kept going by creating millions of Government jobs with millions of dollars in direct Federal aid to local and state government to help boost state government spending.

Ah, but see that all changes when a Democrat is the President because then, all of a sudden, the bills come due; "We're broke, broke going on bankrupt," Speaker of the House John Boehner in February 28, 2011.

Under President Obama, over 500,000 federal jobs have been eliminated, wages for federal employees were frozen for two years, deficit spending has decreased faster than under any President since Eisenhower, and since 2010 the only spending bills passed cut food stamps, unemployment benefits or programs for the sick and needy.

And if someone points out the incredible shrinking of Government spending under President Obama why Republicans simply ignore it.

But, while the Neoliberal Piss Down Your Back and Tell You It's Raining Prosperity Reaganomic Model has been incredibly successful at transferring Billions from the 99% into the pockets of the 1%, the Tea Party Fanatics don't have a grasp on the finer points of using the Apparatus of Government to steal The Wealth of Nations.

But, it's not the 1970's and 1980's anymore.

The Two-Santa Theory is being hampered by the Zealotry of the Tea Party types who have no time for RINOs and "Squishes", like Mitch McConnell and Grover Norquist, and in their quest for right-wing purity they make war on Working Class, minorities and women.

So, the Republicans have increasingly turn to the new Breed of Democrat, the so-called Reagan Democrat or Pro-Business Democrat or Third Way Democrats, to aid them in passing the Politics of Austerity.

Social Security has been the greatest Achievement of the U.S. Government

The creation of Social Security and the Supplemental Security Income (SSI) has been one of the greatest achievements of the United States. And it's no wonder Republicans hate it because it helps people.

Oh no, it’s going bankrupt! By 2037 it won’t be able to fully fund seniors! What a crock of conservative crap!

What Government program is funded for 2012? The military? Guess what none of them are. No other program has faced the consistent attacks from the Right like Social Security and even with their efforts, it's scheduled to work for another 25 years.

It's a Ponzi Scheme! Like all Republican talking points crafted by the Koch Brothers and Rupert Murdoch, multiple conservatives have been repeating Social Security is a scheme, but Social Security is such a rousing success that it’s predicted, even by Republicans and rich assholes like Sean Hannity, to still be working 100 years after it's inception. It's the exact opposite of the Chicago Cubs.

In my duties as a Police Officer I've often come into contact with people on SSI. People with severe disabilities or low mental functioning. Now sometimes these people make attempts to get extra money from organizations, churches and persons and I have had to tell them to stop. But these efforts are most often merely a nuisance and do note involve criminal activity. They simply, most often, do not possess the physical strength, cunning or ability to committ burglaries, thefts or other crimes.

But, when you see them schlepping their entire worldly possessions into a run down 1977 Ford LTD, you realize these people living out of cars or in Motel 6 or a group home really have nothing.

And these are exactly the people the Republican Party wish to take from. The SSI disability funds are the last great bastion of funds which the Rich haven't been able to raid. They. Want. That. FUCKING. Money.

Remember, the Rich aren't paying huge sums into Social Security. The FICA tax is capped at $106,000 and Dividends and Capital Gains are, of course, exempted.

There are several Trillion dollars at stake. But, the Corporate Plutocracy knows... They know! If they can get the right Republican into office they can steal it. They can roll it into Wall Street derivatives equations and computations and...

The Republican Agenda of destroying the United States America is rapidly picking up speed. 

In the wake of the Nashville school shooting, Republicans have come around to the idea of gun control; specifically outlawing Trans people from owning guns.  The reason Republicans want Trans people restricted from owning guns is because Republicans and Rightwingers want Trans persons to be unarmed victims when the GOP comes to round them up and execute them.  In Republican thinking there is no other reason for taking guns away from people other than to make them easy targets for state-sanctioned violence.

Anti-Trans legislation and violence is just one of the salients in the current Republican War to Destroy the United States of America and remake it into an Unequal Nation based on NeoConfederate Ideology and fundamentalist religious bigotry.  Any radical destruction of a Nation requires the architects to create a scapegoat and the Republicans have chosen Trans persons as the target.  But, after Republicans succeed in eliminating Trans people their focus will shift to the next target, probably Teachers, but what Republicans and Rightwingers have started is rapidly accelerating towards the Naked Singularity of outright open Fascism.

But, the list of ridiculous Republican proposals would be funny if the GOP wasn't steadily degrading the Nation, undermining society, and rushing headlong into Fascism.   Republicans are still trying to: steal Social Security, starve children to death, criminalize Trans people, amongst the many other outrageous actions they push to Destroy the United States of America.

Republicans are still planning on crafting legislation to steal Social Security.  It's galling but unsurprising because for 90 years Republicans have loathed the merger Federal Social Safety Net and have passed down to each successive generation of despicable Republicans the goal of crushing the American people and ending the American Dream.

Just 3 weeks ago, Representative Nancy Mace felt entirely at ease going onto CNN to espouse rightwing lies about Social Security and once again as they do everyday, the so-called Liberal Media, rushed to spotlight and amplify Republican Talking Points, "I'm 45, I'm assuming Social Security will be insolvent..." Republicans have been claiming Social Security is going bankrupt since Ronnie Raygun in 1981, when Nancy Mace was 2 years old.

Besides stealing social security, Republicans rejoice in any chance they get to ensure people go without food, without housing, without medical care, without hope...  America, supposably the richest country on Earth is a Pauper Nation.  

"I have yet to meet a person in Minnesota that is hungry. I have yet to meet a person in Minnesota that says they don't have access to enough food to eat." Minnesota Republican Steve Drazkowski, whose vote to ensure school children go hungry was defeated 38-26.  Drazkowski, further pissed on hungry children, snidely remarking, "I had a cereal bar for breakfast.  I guess I'm hungry now."

North Dakota, however, looked at Commie Minnesota and said fuck them kids and voted against free school lunches for low-income children in their state.  Because those kids are needed in the oil fields, fracking that gas, not feeding their bellies.  Starvation is a key weapon wielded by Republicans to keep people docile and submissive.  There is something particularly pernicious about hunger are most often fat-faced, wide-waisted, smooth bodied chumps who have never, ever known a day's hunger.  Have never gone to bed on an empty stomach. And those Rightwingers who make the arguments about "food stamps" are quite often those who have benefited from the social safety net, and liberal government programs. 

Ben S. Shapiro, who doesn't have a real job but spends his days sitting on his ass talking about things he's never experienced and giving his high-pitched opinions on everything he doesn't know anything about was asked presumably by a viewer about expanding school lunch programs, agrees that school children should just go hungry, 

"Well I mean if you are a parent school lunches are not going to solve the problem of child hunger at any serious level if there is a problem of children nationally starving that is a child endangerment scenario in which CPS needs to be called uh if you're talking about actual child starvation the truth is it does not take that much money to feed a child I know I have three of them uh the you should be feeding your child before you feed yourself."

Moochers! Feed your Kids!  And if you can't well that's what then the Awesome Power of the State needs to come in and take custody of those children.

These people are those vicious S.O.B.s who would not give a mean nickel to someone on the street, who yell, 'Get a Job!' at any panhandler/homeless person they see.  Who call the Police to roust a beggar.  They are Republicans.

And while the Right has to varying degrees always been this way, the rancor they have absorbed from Dead Rush Limpballs, Faux News, on-line rightwing propaganda, and social media has turned them rabid.       Republicans have a firm grasp of the Supreme Court, and a slim control of the US House but as they've always done they've turned every advantage into a stranglehold using the bureaucratic legerdemain and the nihilistic power of a Party totally divorced from doing anything helpful for the people they lord over.  Republicans have nothing to offer the American people but Fear & Hatred and they are dolling that out in spades.

Republicans hate America: Elon Musk is going to steal your grandmothers Social Security

Every Tesla dealership should be burned to the ground before further unfortunate Americans get trapped inside these death traps or simply get run down in the street and killed by Elon Musk.  Musk, himself, should probably also be burned to death (metaphorically) to safeguard Americans.

Tesla had to take the step this month of recalling every single Cybertruck because the vehicles are falling apart.  Teslas are the shoddiest most dangerous vehicles on the roadways today.  In any functioning State, with a healthy robust regulatory system, Cybertrucks and Teslas would be banned from the roadway.  Instead in Fascist America, the erstwhile President and multiple Senators do free car advertisements and the financial markets widely over-value the company.  Well, in response to Musk's vandalization of the United States Government, people across the globe have at a grassroots level have created the Tesla Takedown, boycotting, and driving down the value of Tesla stock, as well as more direct destructive action against Tesla dealerships (which is very bad wink-wink).

This has made Elon Musk very mad.  And because he's a disregulated, petulant, ketamine-addict Musk is going to destroy Social Security.  Musk started his temper tantrum with massive lies about what DOGE was uncovering in the Social Security Administration (SSA) unfortunately for Musk his lies were easily disproved but after he got caught in a massive lie about 300 year old dead people being found on the SSI roles,  so Musk, the drug-addicted Nazi, decided to fire a bunch of SSA workers and stopped actual Americans from receiving their benefits.

Also having been caught in his stupid lies, Musk increased the scope of his lying while he furiously unleashed his Vandals on multiple agencies and buildings in orgies of destructive petulance.  Congressional Republicans for their part continue to bow, scrape, and defer to DOGE and Musk telling their angry constituents, 

“I support Elon Musk and the Department of Government Efficiency,” - Mike Flood of Nebraska.  Total soy, cuck, NPC vibes.  Remember all those insults rightwingers use are a reflection on themselves.

He will be able to unilaterally set spending levels that are binding on the House, and any attempt to lessen the impact of these cuts can be ruled out of order.

As a massive blizzard descends upon Chicago and the stories coming out about the struggles migrant people are facing having been shipped to Northern Illinois by vile Republican human traffickers it's useful to understand a little of how we got here.

As Republicans continue to demonstrate on Capitol Hill, they have zero ability to respond to any real crisis.  Now, Republicans certainly have the ability to create crises such as when Tommy Tubberbrain decided he was going to use his Liberum Veto to personally hold up the promotions of senior military officers.  Or with the Republican led House continued inability to fund the government.  Or with the Republican circuses surrounding Hunter Biden, which demonstrates Republicans have no interest in governing but in merely grandstanding and using the awesome power government to go after anyone who threatens their power.

Republican governance consists solely of the hollowing out of the functions of Government and the creation of a Nation which has zero-margin for error when dealing with any crisis.  Now, this is partially because Republicans have said for decades that government doesn't work so it's imperative for them to prove that axiom true by undermining the government all the time.  Doing so under the a of a Democratic President is an added bonus of them being able to blame Barack or Biden for Republican perfidy.

Immigration is not a crisis it's not even a problem but, because of 40+ years of Republicans slashing the social safety net, of Republicans undermining the Nation's industry and foundation, of Republicans using social issues to undercut government programs and funnel taxpayer money into the hands of private business, the Government at local, State, and the Federal level seems unable to address it.

Republicans have hollowed out the concept of community.  Much like the dumb car culture in America, the creation of suburbs and exurbs has led to the atomization of thinking Americans have been brain-washed into thinking each of them and all of us are individual islands instead of a shared continent.  When you couple, Republicans mean-spirited social programs with ruinous Republicans economic theories and policies the majority of the American people are too focused on their own day-to-day struggles to try and help their fellow man.

Of course, Government was supposed to be the creation of people to collectively handle issues too big for any one man to handle themselves.  This is also the mytho-historical truth of the creation of the United States of America; from the Founding Fathers "Join, or Die" to Abraham Lincoln "In Union there is Strength" and is absolutely why Republicans do not want Civics or history taught to children anymore. 

The United States has been limping along on the bones of Franklin Delano Roosevelt's New Deal and Works Progress Administration for decades now.  That evil slime Ronnie Raygun was hired by the Republican apparatchiks to slay the New Deal and make the idea of government toxic, which he successfully did.

One of his prime targets was the idea of government social services.   Raygun famously declared Social security was going bankrupt over 40 years ago a cry which Republicans echo til this day without anyone in the Corporate Media calling them out for their bullshit.

However, Ryan's Budget doesn't address the Debt but immediately goes to cut taxes on the 1% and Corporations. And how do "we" pay for the estimated $4.6 Trillion in Tax Cuts for the Super Wealthy? Why by eliminating any Government function which aids or helps the poor, sick and old.

- In order, to pay for lowering the tax rates to 10% and 25%, those making less than $100,000 will pay a higher effective rate than they do today. While the "average" millionaire will see a tax cut of roughly $150,000 plus.

- According to the CBO, 17 million people who gained Medicaid and CHIP coverage, thanks to Obamacare, would lose that coverage as a result of Ryan Plan of repealing the Affordable Care Act.

- It cuts a total of $1.7 trillion from Medicaid over the next decade, and according to CBO, is on track to cut the program by 75% by 2050.

- Reduces Pell Grants by more than $1,000 for 9.6 million students in 2014 and could eliminate Pell Grants for over one million students over the next decade.

- Kicks 60,000 low-income children out of the Head Start program in 2013 and 200,000 low-income children out of the program each year over the next decade.

- Cuts funding for Individuals with Disabilities Education Act.

- Cuts the WIC program, Special Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program for Women, Infants, and Children, Each year over the next decade, the cuts would kick 1.8 million women, infants, and children off the WIC program.

"You know that budget was a joke, doesn’t balance the budget for years,” Republican Congressman and Senate candidate Connie Mack stated of the Ryan budget plan during a weekend Orlando Tea Party forum. Mack, who missed the vote in Washington last week while he was fundraising in Florida for a Senate run, later said through a spokesman that he would have voted for it anyway.

But, Mack is correct that the Ryan is a joke because any plan which doesn't address and slash the outrageous Military spending is doomed to fail or a dishonest doublespeak sham. And no Republican Budget would be complete without Orwellian Language. A section is titled "Repairing the Social Safety Net", by which Ryan and his 1% Masters mean the Safety Net's destruction because destroying Social Security, Medicare and Medicaid "repairs" them for the 1%.

It's obvious Paul Ryan and the Republicans are going to be promoting these Reverse Robin Hood plans every year. Back in 2011, Paul Ryan's Deathcare passed in the U.S. House because 235 of 240 Republicans voted for it. 40 of 45 Republican Senators voted for the Paul Ryan Deathcare Budget, Rand Paul voted in opposition but only because the Ryan spending cuts did not go far enough. Fortunately, it was defeated.

The Government isn't bankrupt and isn't bankrupting you. But, a Government enthralled to the 1% is already morally bankrupt and will seek to drive you into wage slavery at their Plutocratic Masters. And the rapacious never satisfied Wall Street, Banking Conglomertates, Oil Industries and DoD Contractors are the biggest receivers of U.S. Government monies. By Far. We're talking 10 Trillion Dollars over the last decade at least. There is your deficit and your debt. Languishing in the bank accounts of Warmongers having been sifted through the deserts of Iraq, HOA and Afghanistan.

What the Ryan Budget stands for, and what 99% of the Republicans in the U.S. government will vote for, is a shackled Government bonded to do the work of the Thieves, Vultures and Murderers of Wall Street. Once the Republicans have the Government shackled those shackles will be fastened onto you, too.

The Republicans are fantastic at staying on message; Pell Grants? Welfare! Medicaid? Welfare! Social Security? Bankrupt Welfare!

Should the Pell Grant system be looked at and modified? Sure, especially in light of the fact that the University of Phoenix, a for-profit corporation receives about $1 Billion of it and produces non-certified degrees from a near worthless curriculum. But, that's not the Republican message. The Republican message is a Pell Grant goes to an (implied) non-deserving type who blows the money on drugs and doesn't take any "real" classes anyway since he's studying at a Leftist indoctrination camp.

This situation wouldn't be so dire if a large number of Democrats, in an effort to be business friendly, weren't siding with the Republicans in selling the country's natural resources, infrastructure and American people out to the Plutocracy.

And in a pervese Orwellian Double Speak we let the political class call Schwarzman and his ilk, Job Creators, when these Hedge Fund Managers make money by raiding companies and laying off 25-50% of their workers, closing plants and opening new ones up overseas.

Recently, 50 billionaires entreated Chris Christie to run for President. Amongst them were Paul Tudor Jones (hedge funds; $3.3 billion), Stan Druckenmiller (hedge funds; $2.5 billion) and Bernie Marcus (Home Depot; $1.9 billion). Apparently these Billionaires are sorely disappointed with President Obama, the biggest complaint was 'class warfare.'

This is Class Warfare. It's palpable. Every American kind of knows it. But, the Plutocracy defintely knows it. So, they are all in.

Seizing upon the elections in 2008 and 2010 to foment disaster and discontent in this Nation, they have hired Hit men to bring down the Government from inside. Druckenmiller specifically wants default by the Government because he knows his future investments will be paid off by whomever is running the future Government but a default now will destroy many social programs. "I think technical default would be horrible," Druckenmiller said, "but I don't think it's going to be the end of the world. It's not going to be catastrophic. What's going to be catastrophic is if we don't solve the real problem."

And the only question is; as in previous times will enough people be fooled into transferring their anger at the wrong people? Can the Rich succeed in dividing the poor and middle class and setting them upon each other?

Over the last year, Bitcoin has jumped from a low of $54,000 to a high of $106,000 and today sits around $81,000.  Trump's executive order covered 5 total commodities.

Trump has believed for a long time that the Dollar being the world's reserve currency is a "bad deal" for the United States.  Of course, it's because he's stupid and has a Mafia leaders understanding of money.  What he's really interested in is what he can get out of it.  Hence, the $TRUMP meme coin.  Trump's a pump and dumper who base desire for money means he'll make this "Strategic Reserve". 

Of course, Crypto is a worthless commodity and a terrible financial instrument except for stealing large sums of real money.  Which is the entire point for those who invented it.  Crypto's, most common use, is to bilk old people out of their life's savings.

All those crypto bros who declared BitCoin and crypto was a hedge against inflation and a way to undermine the Fiat Currency will never admit that what they've always wanted was to replace their dollar with their made up digital "currency" and thus make themselves instant Billionaires with no work.

Romney made his fortune on buying companies laying off workers and selling off assets to artificially raise the "value" of the company and then selling off the husk of a company for profit. This is how Romney and the Hedge Fund Vultures with whom he congregates operate.

It's unbelievable, Romney is The Dauphin of the Republican Aristocratic Kleptocracy, as the Son of a Governor and Presidential Candidate and then a life long college student, draft dodger, "hard working" consultant and now professional politician. Romney has never done an honest days worth of work in his life opting instead to be a professional socialist, a bureaucrat through and through who has lived his life of leisure and largess at the expense of the American Taxpayer. Fittingly as a Republican he is also a Chicken Hawk, bravely wanting to risk the lives of other men's sons while his sons sacrifice for America by trying to get him elected President. His perfect hair is greased with the oily drippings of his rank cowardice.

If Romney is elected, you can expect his buddies the 1% of the 1% to reap massive amounts of Tax Payer Assistance while the Poor and Middle Class pay higher taxes and see their pensions, social security and Medicare all funneled into the coffers of the Plutocrats.

The President Musk Shutdown: Decommissioning the United States Government

    Yesterday, we saw the raw exercise of power by President-Elect Elon Musk, who spent the day Tweeting out threats to every Republican in the House to not pass a Continuing Resolution to fund the Federal Government.  

“This is a shit sandwich,” said Rep. Anna Paulina Lunatic, Fascist- Florida, said Wednesday. “I don’t know how else to say that. We’re being forced into this position.”

The Continuing Resolution funding bills were a historical nothing, a minor artifact until Republicans in the House under President Obama weaponized it to undermine his agenda and gain concessions.  Now, it's been fully actualized to scuttle the Government.  Trump being caught flat-footed, as his brain continues to turn into syphilitic jelly, jumped on board with the Musk Republican efforts to shut down the government before Christmas.

A Trump transition team official said the president-elect's opposition to the CR was part of "practicing what he preaches."

“There is no way, I mean none, that he would support DOGE and also a 1500-page CR," the official said, referring to the Department of Government Efficiency Trump has asked billionaire Elon Musk and former presidential candidate Vivek Ramaswamy to run.

Who's supporting whom here?  Who's in charge here?The Democratic response, especially by Hakeem Jeffries and still President Biden should be fine and not do anything to help Squeaker Mike Johnson out of this Republican morass.  Always remember shutting down the government has zero effect on elected Republicans, they are going to get paid, they continue to accuse all time and benefits "owed" to them.  Their flights and travel plans won't be affected.  Shutting down the Government is always a win for Republicans because they have positioned themselves as the Party of the Government doesn't work and the Government isn't looking out for you, so when Republicans sabotage the Government they can crow about being right about Government failures.

Republicans have hated the power and scope of the Federal Government for years, now they are poised to return it to the two functions they deem Constitutional; having a large standing army to forcibly open foreign markets up to American Trade and fielding a massive security and surveillance state here at home to quell domestic dissent.  Quelling domestic dissent can be everything from violently rounding up homeless people, ensuring woman have no authority over their own bodies, crushing labor unions, to beating and killing minorities and malcontents.

Everything else is prima facia Unconstitutional to them which is why all over X you can read massive support for the idea of shutting down the Government for the next month until Trump Vance and Musk stroll into 1600 Pennsylvania Ave to bust out the Nation.  And that is the real goal of Elon Musk, he wants to undermine large swaths of the Federal Government so he can buy them up at close-out rates.  By destroying the concept of a functioning Federal Government, there are going to be large power vacuums created under the DOGE/MAGA Regime and into those vacuums will rush large powerful Corporations;

Look at some of the big opportunities awaiting Elon Musk and the Billionaires across the Globe to buy up the United States on pennies on the dollar (or more actually bits on the Bitcoin); 

• Privatize the United States Postal Service, this is of course in the face of actual text of the Article 1, Section 8 in the Constitution which empowers Congress to establish a Post Office and post roads.  Of course, the Sinister Supremacist Six under John Roberts can merely interpret it to mean privatize the USPS when the time comes.
• Establish the Bitcoin and Crypto Reserve is nothing less than a nefarious plot to set up the conditions to bust out and bankrupt the entire Federal Reserve and Department of Treasury when the crypto bubble bursts.
• Turn over the Department of Defense to a drunken rapist thief who could never rise above the rank of O-3 because of gross incompetence and being a dishonorable cur whose loyalty to the Constitution isn't even skin deep as evidenced by his array of White Power tattoos.  While also turning over the entire US Intelligence apparatus to a woman who is a known and adjudicated Russian asset.

There are going to be more and more areas of the Nation up for sale, as Trump has promised any foreign scalawag or spy a chance to own a piece of America for the starting price of a cool billion!

Musk and the assorted cadre of thieves and co-conspirators Trump has assembled are Accelerationists who see the United States as an old Naval Vessel, by sowing discord and creating chaos they are going to be able to buy it up cheap.  The United States and her Government is going to be decommissioned and sold off for scrap and any pieces which resist being bought are going to be used as target practice by the Musk Fan Bois and bots infesting his wretched X.

60 years ago Ronnie Raygun cut a record to help Barry Goldwater's Presidential candidacy, in it he warned of having a social safety net and a Medicare for All plan was Communism.  In it he also warned that one day Americans would wake up having given up their "birthright" and find themselves to no longer be free...

Well...  that day is now a month away...
