The Republican Agenda of destroying the United States America is rapidly picking up speed. 

In the wake of the Nashville school shooting, Republicans have come around to the idea of gun control; specifically outlawing Trans people from owning guns.  The reason Republicans want Trans people restricted from owning guns is because Republicans and Rightwingers want Trans persons to be unarmed victims when the GOP comes to round them up and execute them.  In Republican thinking there is no other reason for taking guns away from people other than to make them easy targets for state-sanctioned violence.

Anti-Trans legislation and violence is just one of the salients in the current Republican War to Destroy the United States of America and remake it into an Unequal Nation based on NeoConfederate Ideology and fundamentalist religious bigotry.  Any radical destruction of a Nation requires the architects to create a scapegoat and the Republicans have chosen Trans persons as the target.  But, after Republicans succeed in eliminating Trans people their focus will shift to the next target, probably Teachers, but what Republicans and Rightwingers have started is rapidly accelerating towards the Naked Singularity of outright open Fascism.

But, the list of ridiculous Republican proposals would be funny if the GOP wasn't steadily degrading the Nation, undermining society, and rushing headlong into Fascism.   Republicans are still trying to: steal Social Security, starve children to death, criminalize Trans people, amongst the many other outrageous actions they push to Destroy the United States of America.

Republicans are still planning on crafting legislation to steal Social Security.  It's galling but unsurprising because for 90 years Republicans have loathed the merger Federal Social Safety Net and have passed down to each successive generation of despicable Republicans the goal of crushing the American people and ending the American Dream.

Just 3 weeks ago, Representative Nancy Mace felt entirely at ease going onto CNN to espouse rightwing lies about Social Security and once again as they do everyday, the so-called Liberal Media, rushed to spotlight and amplify Republican Talking Points, "I'm 45, I'm assuming Social Security will be insolvent..." Republicans have been claiming Social Security is going bankrupt since Ronnie Raygun in 1981, when Nancy Mace was 2 years old.

Besides stealing social security, Republicans rejoice in any chance they get to ensure people go without food, without housing, without medical care, without hope...  America, supposably the richest country on Earth is a Pauper Nation.  

"I have yet to meet a person in Minnesota that is hungry. I have yet to meet a person in Minnesota that says they don't have access to enough food to eat." Minnesota Republican Steve Drazkowski, whose vote to ensure school children go hungry was defeated 38-26.  Drazkowski, further pissed on hungry children, snidely remarking, "I had a cereal bar for breakfast.  I guess I'm hungry now."

North Dakota, however, looked at Commie Minnesota and said fuck them kids and voted against free school lunches for low-income children in their state.  Because those kids are needed in the oil fields, fracking that gas, not feeding their bellies.  Starvation is a key weapon wielded by Republicans to keep people docile and submissive.  There is something particularly pernicious about hunger are most often fat-faced, wide-waisted, smooth bodied chumps who have never, ever known a day's hunger.  Have never gone to bed on an empty stomach. And those Rightwingers who make the arguments about "food stamps" are quite often those who have benefited from the social safety net, and liberal government programs. 

Ben S. Shapiro, who doesn't have a real job but spends his days sitting on his ass talking about things he's never experienced and giving his high-pitched opinions on everything he doesn't know anything about was asked presumably by a viewer about expanding school lunch programs, agrees that school children should just go hungry, 

"Well I mean if you are a parent school lunches are not going to solve the problem of child hunger at any serious level if there is a problem of children nationally starving that is a child endangerment scenario in which CPS needs to be called uh if you're talking about actual child starvation the truth is it does not take that much money to feed a child I know I have three of them uh the you should be feeding your child before you feed yourself."

Moochers! Feed your Kids!  And if you can't well that's what then the Awesome Power of the State needs to come in and take custody of those children.

These people are those vicious S.O.B.s who would not give a mean nickel to someone on the street, who yell, 'Get a Job!' at any panhandler/homeless person they see.  Who call the Police to roust a beggar.  They are Republicans.

And while the Right has to varying degrees always been this way, the rancor they have absorbed from Dead Rush Limpballs, Faux News, on-line rightwing propaganda, and social media has turned them rabid.       Republicans have a firm grasp of the Supreme Court, and a slim control of the US House but as they've always done they've turned every advantage into a stranglehold using the bureaucratic legerdemain and the nihilistic power of a Party totally divorced from doing anything helpful for the people they lord over.  Republicans have nothing to offer the American people but Fear & Hatred and they are dolling that out in spades.

We are witnessing the spectacle of Elected Representatives i.e. so-called Lawmakers purposefully misrepresenting laws, legal theory, and the Constitution because it suits their current propaganda efforts.  We are also seeing what decades of absorbing and regurgitating lies and huffing their own farts has done to the brains of conservatives, i.e. turn them into MAGA mush.

The hearing is the culmination of Republicans listening to the bullshit from Charlie Kirk and Dan Bongino and claiming Twitter shadowbanned them and by not mindlessly repeating rightwing lies about the Hunter Biden Laptop cost President Trump the election.

What Republicans realized long ago was the specter of a trial, the allegation of High Crimes, the appearance of impropriety, when stressed with enough Strum und Drang, and accompanied by enough histrionics will reach the Normies who don't pay close attention to politics and often force the regular Corporate Media to help advance the rightwing agitprop by declaring, since Faux News is talking about it we too must also cover it.

Where's the Dick?

Just too be clear, most Republicans spent a large portion of their time in this investigation talking about Hunter Biden's dick.

But, what was especially galling are the revelations that certain accounts, like Libs of TikTok received preferential treatment and protections due to their large reach and influence.  And that's even after multiple violations and direct incitement to violence, but because Chaya Raichik was followed by millions and cited by influential conservatives her account wasn't banned.

And of course, Donald Trump as President demanded Twitter remove Chrissy Teigan tweet calling him a "pussy ass bitch" because Trump is a coward and bully and never picks fights with those who can fight back or have the influence to fight him.

So, this spectacle is just the first of many to come from Republican led House, because Republicans have nothing to offer the American people, no plans, no concepts, no policies, no ideas... nothing.  Just endless outrage.  Endless grievances.  Endless crying.  Endless lying about their 1st Amendment Rights.

Because Republicans know eventually you'll get worn down.  Eventually, you'll throw your hands up and say Fine you win just stop complaining.  And that's when Republicans enact their Agenda; stealing Social Security, Eliminating freedom of movement for women, required reporting by girls of their menstrual cycle, and the recreation of a legally enacted Unequal system of Justice.

A white supermajority of the Mississippi House voted after an intense, four-plus hour debate to create a separate court system and an expanded police force within the city of Jackson — the Blackest city in America — that would be appointed completely by white state officials.

Mississippi’s Legislature is thoroughly controlled by white Republicans, who have redrawn districts over the past 30 years to ensure they can pass any bill without a single Democratic vote. Every legislative Republican is white, and most Democrats are Black.

The appointments by state officials would occur in lieu of judges and prosecutors being elected by the local residents of Jackson and Hinds County — as is the case in every other municipality and county in the state.

Of course, the white Republicans in Mississippi would do this during Black History Month.  Violence from Republicans isn't coming... it's here.  We can see it forms of bureaucratic violence, from the witch hunt trials to the legislative strangulation of certain people.  After a while this sort of legerdemain will not satiate the inherent bloodlust present in the heart and soul of every Rightwinger and Republicans are going to have to offer up more and more of these circuses right up until the time large bodies of conservatives take up arms and begin killing.

Meanwhile, Republicans have self-radicalized into an Authoritarian Party of bigotry, hatred, and intolerance, who no longer accepts election defeats.

Anyone claiming this and all his rallies are not Fascist, strains credulity beyond belief or is a bad faith actor who is pleased with the direction the Republicans have chosen.

For 40 years, conservatives have broadcast their hatred and burning desire to round-up and murder "Squishes" .  For over half a century they've theorized that government is actually only valid when Republicans win and Republicans only lose when Democrats cheat.  For the past 20 years, Republicans have swirled down the Authoritarian accretion disc towards full-blown Fascism; slowly at first, then suddenly.  And now it's here.

Trump is in actual legal jeopardy over the classified intelligence he stole (and most likely sold) when he ignominiously and reluctantly vacated the White House.  

So... his Mobster threats and overt embrace of the wannabe Storm Troopers is rapidly ratcheting up.

As an aside, one of the more fanciful theories is the classified documents contain proof of the Q magnum opus or the mythical Hunter Biden laptop contents or HRC "but her emails" and this was the only way God-King Trump could get them officially and forever into the Courts via the FBI Raid and court appointed Special Master.

Post Nixon Republicans pivoted to slow and steady subversion of the Federal Government to undo the New Deal and Civil Rights of FDR &LBJ, buttressed by dog whistles to the more violent Reactionary base.  The slow moving Coup.  This is the John Roberts and Mitch McConnell approach. The GOP was happy dangling Total Abortion Bans, draconian drug penalties, and foreign wars chock full of war crimes while slowly subverting the Nation through legerdemain and lifetime hacks on the Courts.

But, in the background for decades conservatives grew up surrounded by the sealed Limbaugh propaganda bubble, now multiple generations have known naught but the rightwing lies and agitprop relentlessly fed to them.  Enter Trump who told them what they've always "known" and did so in the crude vulgar fashion they desire.

And thus its here; The actual Storm.  The 2022 elections are already being undermined by bureaucratic violence from elected Republicans but, conservatives are going to be out and about looking to intimidate election judges, voters, and declaring any election result they don't like to be Fraud.

Then with enough Reactionary Trumpists in office the GQP will combine their paramilitary domestic terrorist groups, standing by, with the awesome power of government. 

The January 6th Insurrection upset the Republicans plan to overthrow the US Government

I was always perplexed by Major Traitor Greene and several other Republicans claim the insurrectionists weren't acting on their behest and in accordance with the Trump/GOP plan to overthrow the United States Government.  It turns out the Republicans had planned to interrupt and disallow the will of the American People by Byzantine US bureaucratic legerdemain and outright fraud & forgery. 

An Alternate slate of Electors theory was floated by Trump and his Cabal in December 2020 to throw out Trump's crushing defeat in the election.  Multiple state GOP officials actually submitted documents purporting to be official state documents with the Electoral College votes going to Donald Trump.  Forgery as a crime consists of knowingly submitting false documents with the intent to defraud.

But, it turns out it's even more nefarious than was supposed.  Rachel Maddow's investigative reporting uncovered Mark Meadows, as Trump's Chief of Staff, seemingly provided the template to State Republicans in Michigan, Arizona, Nevada, Wisconsin, and Georgia.  A standardized form which the GOP lackeys and enemies of the Republic filled out to overthrow the election.

It seems clear from the House GOP reaction they expected to be able to bring up pro forma points of order and then use them to declare alternate electors should be certified by Vice President Pence.  In fact point 2 of the 6 point John Eastman memo outlined exactly this as Pence would declare multiple "official" slates of Electors from Arizona, 

When he gets to Arizona, he announces that he has multiple slates of electors, and so is going to defer decision on that until finishing the other States. This would be the first break with the procedure set out in the Act. 

The damning Eastman memo also makes clear they had several sleight-of-hand bureaucratic techniques to fallback upon.  But, the Insurrection incited specifically by Trump threw this game plan out the window and upset the Bureaucratic Coup the House and Senate GOP had in mind.  Interestingly, the frantic calls and texts and tweets to Trump during his 3 hours of silence from his worthless sons, Faux News co-conspirators now seem less and less an attempt to Stop the Violence and safeguard members of Congress and the Capitol Police and more and more like an effort to allow the House and Senate Republicans to Restart the Steal.  

Because even after the violence and plans to murder the Vice President, Speaker of the House Pelosi, AOC, and numerous other Congressmen and Senators the violent mob could get their hands on, 147 Republicans (139 Representatives and 8 Senators) still voted to steal the election from President Joseph R. Biden and throw it to Traitor Trump.

The Rittenhouse Diaries: An expected conclusion

There are two main takeaways from today's outrageous but, expected Rittenhouse Trial Verdict.  One the Very On-Line Fascists are gloating and celebrating.  While it is important to monitor them, there is nothing to be gained with interacting with them.  The Fash live for this.  Their goal is to post horrible taunts, murderous dank memes, and outrageous offensive shit to upset you.  If you respond they get further excitement and the mini-endorphin rush of Trolling and #OwningtheLibs which is exactly what they want.  The more upset you are the bigger rush they get.  For your mental well-being do anything else; read a book, rake leaves, go for a hike, have a drink (not too much), pet a dog.  Or if you still want to get involved in local politics or help GoTV.  But, stop engaging with the Fash On-Line; it's pointless they're gone and worse yet, it's bad for you.

This does not mean ignore them.  We can not do that.  Because we are getting closer to the Fascist Inflection Point.

And that's the second takeaway.

Republicans are passing laws and making incremental steps to firmly ensconce the right for them to murder you and get away with it.  Stand Your Ground, Run'Em Down, Self-Defense.  These all set up a subjective, impossible to disprove standard of shoot first, answer questions later if at all.  

The Rittenhouse trial has many warning signs of marching fascism.  Key components of Fascism are the unequal application of laws.  A system of justice where legal legerdemain is more effective than truth or facts.  And one which empowers a paramilitary band of armed thugs to mete out extrajudicial justice through violence. 

Trump empowered the Proud Boys with his "Stand back and Stand by".  Now, Little Mad Nazi Cawthorn is sending the same message with his gleeful, "Be armed, Be Dangerous".  I've been saying for a long time Conservatives want to murder us.  They are yearning to be given the go ahead.  To be granted the right to unleash all their inner demons and kill.  I don't know if this will empower more than a few fringe Ultra Reactionary or Paramilitary types to descend upon protests or begin shooting in street fights in Portland.  But, as Republican Terrorist Paul Gosar fantasy anime illustrates and Kyle Rittenhouse verdict hammers home or the Houston Teen who "Rolled coal" and rolled over 6 bicyclists and got off shows; it appears more and more likely rightwing domestic terrorism is now the gateway to political power.

It's part of the GQP two-pronged approach of violence in the streets and bureaucratic violence in legislatures to ensure they "win" elections even when they don't.  And the next time Democrats clearly win elections and Republicans simply refuse to acknowledge defeat and send out their political goon squads to quash protests through AR-15 rounds... well, Fascism never sleeps.

Uber and Lyft at O'Hare Airport and Beyond

Today, Uber, Lyft and similar application based ride-share services scored a victory by not having to follow the traditional route of taxi and chauffeur's licensing. Chauffeur's licenses are costly because drivers get fingerprinted, undergo drug tests and background checks. But, any one with a smart phone and car can be an Uber driver.

The Chicago City Council Finance Committee passed the Rahm Emanuel supported Ordinance to open up McCormick Place, Navy Pier, O'Hare Airport and other Chicago locations without Uber driver's going through the proper regulations or having to apply for the expensive Chauffeur's license.

Uber et al. play by a different set of rules than taxis, but the service they are providing is exactly the same, thus they should be subjected to the same regulations. It doesn't matter if you hailed the driver on the street, made a phone call, sent an email, or downloaded a smart phone app. Uber should be regulated in the same manner as other services.

The founders of Uber, Travis Kalanick and Garret Camp haven't created a new product, invented a new service, discovered a new alloy, or revolutionized production, they've exploited a hole in the law. It's incredible we reward legerdemain so much but here is Uber and their creators lauded as though they were Jonas Salk.

I dislike Uber because I'm not jumping in a car with some random person. But, more than that I dislike what the Republican Economic Policies of the last 35 years have reduced Americans to doing.

People drive for Uber because Ronald Reagan's and the Neoliberal economic revolt he got rolling has undercut the American Worker and gutted the American Dream. It's uniquely American, to quote George W(orst Potus Ever) Bush, that Americans have to work multiple jobs because they Plutocracy he worked for decided they wanted to destroy the Middle Class and reduce every American Worker to a Wage Slave shackled in Corporate Bondage.

Vicious Conservatives have broken the Social Contract in order to shred the Social Safety Net

The Guard Dogs of the Plutocracy, the Republican Party in the 114th Congress are tasked with destroying the Holy Grail of the Social Safety Net, Social Security. Thus, they immediately took up the task of swindling the 99% out of their earned benefits by setting disabled Americans against elderly Americans.

By the end of 2016, Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) benefits, which benefit 11 million disabled Americans, will be facing a budget hole, so of course, the Republicans are using this opportunity and their Congressional control to change the way funds are transferred between Social Security to SSDI. The Republican changes demand any transfers to Disability funds must be accompanied by benefit cuts or tax increases.

Republicans have no problem using Legerdermain and chicanery to accomplish the goals of their Rich Masters. Vicious Conservatives are out to swindle Social Security in order to remove any hope of help for poor retired Americans or those unable to work due to injury and illness.

"Our preference has always been that the depletion of the DI trust fund become the impetus for comprehensive Social Security reform," Ed Lorenzen, senior advisor to the Committee for a Responsible Federal Budget.

Vicious Conservatives, their Libertarian "intellectuals" and Republican Masters seek nothing less than the return of the Feudal System in which Corporate Monsters like Duke Energy, AmWay and Koch Industries are in charge of huge swaths of the Nation-State beholden to no government, constrained by no regulations and free to crush the working class under the iron heel of wage slavery and corporate bondage.

Right-Wingers readily go along with this because they no longer see a compact with their fellow Americans. They've been conditioned to view 47% of their countrymen as moochers. They've been lead to believe Republicans will stop "those people" from stealing Social Security. They'd rather Let'em Die.

But, Republicans can not tell their duped right-wing drones that they are actually out to destroy Social Security entirely, including for them, so they lie about saving it and return to the tried and true method of warning them of "fraud".

Congressman P90X Ryan who benefited from Social Security as a teenager, when his father died, wants to pull the Ladder Up and make sure it isn't there for poor Americans but, doesn't want to be known as the Granny-Starving Congressman, so the Ways and Means Chairman sent his sub-chairman Republican Representative Sam Johnson to proclaim SSDI is "fraud-plagued",

"This program cannot afford more fraud. It is only a matter of time when Congress may be asked to bailout this program with the retirement side having to come to the rescue. If that is the case then all taxpayers and beneficiaries will shoulder the crime wave."

The crime wave? Ridiculous. What Republicans think is a crime is that Poor and Working Class people have protections from Vandal Capitalists. So, they are fervently working to remove that protection.

Without any Government protection, you and your fellow working class members will have No Shield from rapacious capitalists who see no country and no countrymen. To them there are only assets and liabilities.

So what are you going to do when Koch Industries dumps 4000 tons of Petcoke on your doorstep? Whom will you turn to for assistance when a pipeline bursts and floods your drinking water with sweet, sweet crude oil? How will you eat when Social Security is declared insolvent after the next Wall Street implosion? What hopes for redress will you get when Obamacare is repealed and you're denied medical care for your pre-existing condition?

You will have none; just as the Republican Lap Dogs of the 1% intend. Getting rid of Social Security and having their duped vicious Conservative drones aid them will help the Republican Party shackle Americans with the chains of Wage Slavery.

401(k) amounts to Businesses Taxing your Income and to Grand Larceny of your retirement savings

Companies love the 401(k) System because it amounts to Private Enterprises being able to Tax American Workers.

Americans hold $4.2 trillion in 401(k) plans, according to the Investment Company Institute. An additional $6.5 trillion is in Individual Retirement Accounts.

A Defined Benefit pension plan is superior to 401(k) which is why Corporations don't like them. Corporations don't want workers who have assured retirement benefits, they want workers who are slightly desperate and willing to agree to whatever Ownership wants for fear of losing everything.

But, in keeping with the Neoliberal Economic Assault on 99% of Americans the 401(k) plan was sold to America as a superior way for you to manage your retirement! But, all 401(k) turned out to be was another mechanism for Corporations to steal your money.

If you happen to be planning on retiring during one of Capitalism regular crisises say 2001 or 2007 for instance, well then you are truly screwed because the 401(k) you've been contributing too and the market in general, probably lost 50% or more of its' value.

But, it's the day-to-day, year after year nickel-and-diming fees which eventually allow Hedge Funds to steal thousands of dollars from your retirement account.

From the Center for American Progress (CAP) comes a study of the impact the often hidden fees which Wealth Mismanagement Firms use to siphon off your retirement funds.

The CAP study showed how raising the annual fee from 0.25% to 1% or 1.25% would take $70,000 to $100,000 from the employees 401(k) account.

Putting aside the current American Job Market where no employee is going to last 30 years at a company offering up to 5% matching funds for your 401(k) account, the bigger picture is the continuing Legerdemain and accounting gimmicks Hedge Funds use.

One of the ways, Vultures like Wealth Mismanagement Pro Bruce Rauner caused the Illinois Pension Crisis was by charging fees. Rauner's firm GTCR and other Hedge Funds gained access to Public Pensions in the 1990's and now we find they are underfunded.

By Rauner's own admission 2/3rds of GTCR funds were supplied by Public Pensions. In Illinois GTCR has "managed" money for the Illinois Teachers' Retirement System (TRS) and the Illinois State Board of Investment, the state's largest and third-largest, respectively. Additionally, GTCR had access to state and municipal pension plans from the San Francisco City and County Employees' Retirement System to the Massachusetts Pension Reserves Investment Management Board. 

For this "work" GTCR, takes consultation and management fees. Bruce Rauner got paid no matter what the funds he "managed" did.

So, it's not surprising that Illinois and other Public Pensions began to go into insolvency once Vandal Capitalists got their hands on the funds. In fiscal year 2009, TRS lost $4.4 Billion (22% of its' value) in 2008 TRS lost 5% of it's value because of the Management of their Portfolios by Rauner-types.

Hedge Funds aren't growing wealth, they are parasitic Rentiers clinging to productive workers, like Teachers, sucking money from the Working Class like leeches and Vultures.

Capitalism is impoverishing and despoiling America.

The increasing unemployment. The transformation of the United States from a manufacturing powerhouse to a service-based industry. The creation of a economy built on the hedge-fund gambling, legerdemain and chicanery of Banking Institutions. The destruction of the Appalachian mountains for strip mining, the wholesale dumping of thousands of tons of petcoke in poor Chicago and Detroit neighborhoods are the end product of Capitalism.

For years Americans enjoyed the "benefits" of Capitalism as wage slaves in third world nations made products and corrupt banana republics gleefully exported their natural resources for Corporate exploitation.

But, while Labor Unions were shedding their blood and generations of Americans fought for better working conditions benefits and pay here at home, Capitalists were fighting back.

Prior to the modern age, Capitalists employed two basic weapons, illegal immigration and off-shoring of jobs. The Rich are fully in support of illegal immigration because it imports workers who are willing to do jobs here in the United States for lower pay, no benefits and if something happens to them those workers have little recourse or legal options.

But, Capitalists have also fought for years to break down barriers across Nation-States to make capital liquid, because once capital can flow freely then labor can be completely undercut.

NAFTA, CAFTA and the Trans Pacific Partnership are efforts by the 1% to be able to move their capital quickly and without restraint and to "create jobs" where costs are the cheapest. The 'Job Creators' touted by Republicans have no connection to the United States and see no difference between a Mexican worker, an Indonesian worker or an American. To the Job Creators whomever they can pay the lowest pay up to and including outright slavery is the "best".

Those manufacturing jobs currently in China and various third-world wage slave dictatorships are not coming back to the US. Until the day when US labor costs less than that overseas, worker protections are eliminated and anti-pollution regulations are stricken from law by Republican operatives.

What Libertarians and free-marketers don't understand and can't believe is one day they will be treated by Capitalism, the way Capitalism has treated the rest of the world.

And that is Capitalism; it's the impoverishment and enslaving of 99% of the world to enrich 1%.

Getting the Working Class to enslave itself

The 1% have been incredibly successful at convincing a significant segment of the United States to abrogate their rights and accept less. Those they have not convinced to accept the chains of corporate bondage and wage slavery they get their Republican Attack Dogs to marginalize and demonize.

Thus while most Americans have at best tread water as the Nation attempts to come out of the Great Republican Recession America's Moneyed Masters have increased their share of the Nation's Wealth. Because 90% of Wall Street stocks and dividends are owned by the Richest Americans, Capital Gains and deferred income and the Housing recovery for mansions has allowed the top 1% to appropriate 22.5% of all income earned in 2012 while over 50% went to the top 10%.

A Rising Tide drowns those in lower part of the torn social safety net first, while their money and benefits float up those safely ensconced on top of the backs of the Working Class.

This is not some new phenomenon but the work of 30+ years of Neoliberal policies. Faced with the victories of the Labor Movement, and the rise of the secure Working Class, the Plutocracy reorganized and began their Counter-Offensive.

"The standard of living of the average American has to decline." Paul Volcker, Chairman of the Federal Reserve 1979-1987.

And with the elevation of President Ronald Reagan, the mentally-addled, terrorist-loving, cut-and-run, chickenhawk, tax-raising, war criminal to the Presidency we entered an era of Ultra-Reactionary Domination of the Nation.

The Ultra-Reactionary Neo-Feudalist dream state is one in which Child Labor Laws are abolished (see Republican Senator Mike Lee and Newt Gingrich), in which SNAP benefits are eliminated, in which the Clean Air and Water Act of 1972 is stricken from U.S. Law and the U.S. Chamber of Commerce gets taxpayer welfare for Foreign Oil Conglomerates while Working Class Americans tax relief is voted down.

So, while the Chamber of Commerce fights to destroy the Social Safety Net they receive $236 million from the Koch Brothers to craft legislation ensuring Middle Class taxes are rerouted as Corporate Welfare winding up in bank accounts in the Cayman Islands and Switzerland.

And this is what the duped and battered conservative voters don't understand. The Koch Brothers message of Smaller Government is one which fits inside their breast pocket; to be brought out to destroy Unions, quash Domestic Dissent and viciously open up Foreign Markets for exploitation.

The Neo-Feudalist Plutocracy uses many avenues of approach in their Class War to subjugate and oppress the American populace. Fix-the-Debt is one of the most insidious. The same CEOs who have made Corporations "profitable" by stealing worker's pensions and slashing company overhead by eliminating American jobs and factories while voting themselves massive multi-millions are behind the push to steal Social Security benefits and ensuring that no future American can count on either pensions or social security.

Right-Wing Think Tanks employ Libertarians as the intellectual puppets of the Plutocracy. They exist to proclaim the Good News of Free Markets and Personal Liberty but their true purpose is to get the Working Class to fasten the chains of Wage Slavery upon themselves.

And how do they do this? By Divide-and-Conquer. The CATO institute continually pushes the meme that Poor families have it too good in the US and list all the possible assistance programs in existence and pushing ancedotal stories which are picked up by Republican Congressmen about men built like brick-shithouses eating lobster. Of course, the CATO "study" always acknowledges, in small footnotes, that a majority of poor people don't actually benefit from the programs,

Due largely to the fact that eligibility requirements have already become harder to overcome, these programs are helping fewer poor families get by. In 2009, around three out of four poor families with kids weren’t getting any TANF benefits. At the height of the economic crash, about 25 percent of those eligible for food stamps weren’t receiving them; during better times, that number hovers around 40 percent. And as the CATO study concedes, six out of seven poor families aren’t getting housing assistance.

But, those points are always ignored by the duped Right-Wingers who want to, and need to believe that America is the Land of Opportunity and it's only the lazy poor and evil Government programs keeping them down.

And that is the Goal of the Plutocracy to sow division amongst the 99%. So, that one day soon Americans will wake up and realize that we are enslaved in Corporate Bondage.

Under what we call Capitalism, the costs of running a business have been Socialized while the profits have been Privatized. Corporations get society to cover the costs of doing business and in the case of the 2007 Republican Recession when Capitalism experiences a Super Nova Imploision of Greed and Theft, as it occasionally does, the Capitalists are completely bailed out by Government and Taxes.

Afterwards Bush moved the perponderance of the FBIs assets towards Terrorism and into crafting a Casus Beli for Invading Iraq and away from Wall Street's Crimes. Coupled with the deregulation and lack of enforcement for the previous 20 years, including the Gramm-Leach-Bilely Bill, allowed the Banksters to do what Thieves always do when no one's looking; Steal.

Caterpillar Inc, Bain Capital, Banks, LIBOR and Mitt Romney: How Capitalism is just the new name for Imperalism

Labor is prior to, and independent of, capital. Capital is only the fruit of labor, and could never have existed if labor had not first existed. Labor is the superior of capital, and deserves much the higher consideration. Abraham Lincoln

Mitt Romney wants to replace Presdient Obama as well as Abraham Lincoln, whose bust he wishes to remove from the Oval Office as a nod & a wink to his "Special Relationship" to the "Anglo-Saxon Heritage". What Mitt has been doing his entire life, through off-shoring and out-sourcing American Jobs and dismantling American Companies is to make Capital superior to Labor.

Caterpillar Inc. announced record-smashing quarterly earnings Wednesday, trouncing 2011 figures and previous projections by market analysts, even as a strike at its Joliet plant is nearing the three-month mark.

The industrial manufacturing giant posted sales and revenues of $17.37 billion – a 22 percent increase over the previous year – including a quarterly profit of nearly $1.7 billion. The company also raised its profit outlook to $9.60 per share.

That sure is great but while Caterpillar is posting back-to-back-to-back-to-back record quarterly profits they are working to lower the wages and pensions of their workers. Why isn't Caterpillar's CEO compensation and worker's salaries tied together?

Why would Caterpillar Inc. be focused on freezing workers pay and pensions? Because Capitalists see high labor prices as an unnecessary evil. Why pay American workers high salaries when with the help of Republican Party and Pro-Business Democrats you can off-shore jobs to slave wage nations and (via Mitt Romney's proposed plan) repatriate overseas profits as tax breaks.

In 2004, the Swiss Banking Giant UBS began approaching affluent Americans (in Banking terms affluent means net worth of $50 Million plus) with the idea of setting up dummy off-shore Corporations. By early 2009 at least 52,000 Americans had hid at least $20 Billion in those off-shore tax havens. UBS paid the IRS a $780 million fine for aiding these Rich Criminals in defrauding tax payments.

But, as Senator Jon Kyl pointed out those Rich Criminals are just better than you,

As the right-wing universe spearheaded by Faux News tries to rebrand Mitt Romney's time at Bain Capital we see the old ploy of relabelling of concepts which Humanity correctly considers odious into fresh new terms. Hence the word Imperalism is no longer used by Imperalists, what they talk about today is Free Market Capitalism.

Free Market Capitalism and what Mitt Romney did at Bain Capital is nothing more than the new name for an old idea. Which is too steal labor, resources and lives of 99% of the world to enrich a very small cadre of Plutocrats, or Class Warfare.

Mitt Romney did the same thing as a "Venture" Capitalist. Buying up companies, loading them with debt to inflate their worth and selling them off to make a profit. Mitt did not invent the practice nor is he the worst example of it. But, his legacy of sending American Jobs overseas is alive and well at Bain Capital.

Sensata is owned by Bain Capital, the private equity investment firm that the Republican presidential candidate once led and that has been the subject of a campaign debate about jobs and outsourcing. Romney had long since left his leadership position at Bain when Sensata bought the plant in 2010, but the Freeport City Council recently passed a unanimous 8-0 resolution calling on him to come visit and help keep the jobs in town. The workers have written him directly.

And even while Mitt Romney, boating enthusiast, laughingly jets around Lake Winnipesaukee he ignores the pleas of the victims of his evil crimes.

And this doesn't even go into the giant LIBOR manipulation scandal of Barclay's and dozens of British and American banks. Or the evil, corrupt Bankers at HSBC who while gouging every decent hard-working person who might be late on a payment was busy laundering millions of dollars from Mexican Drug Cartels, FARC guerrillas and Al Qaida Terrorists. Barclay's LIBOR rate rigging is nothing new.

Imperialists have always sought new methods and tools to extract the wealth from the poor and transfer it to themselves. It's all legerdemain. A shell game designed to Steal.

But, when dealing with Theft of this magnitude. Theft of Generations. Theft of Lives. Theft of the Wealth of Nations. You can't call it what it is.

Ann Romney and "You People"

High Patrician Ann Romney, Wife Prime of Le Dauphin of The Plutocracy, Mitt Romney hath had enough of "You People".

"You People" shall not question your betters. "You People" can eat cake. "You People" don't know how hard it was to live only on Investments.

“We’ve given all you people need to know and understand about our financial situation and how we live our life,” the candidate’s wife added.

When the Romney's deem "you people" are worthy of having a voice in the concerns of the world she will let you know in 4 years. In the meantime, all "you people" need to do is shut up Vote Romney and allow yourself to be resigned to Wage Slavery and Corporate Bondage as Ann and the Plutocrats seek.

The Romney's like the underserving, thieving, Rich scum in America made their money on destruction and the hand-in-glove incestuous relationship the Rich have developed with the Government. Lady Ann Romney, who's never done a day's labor in her life, who's tax deductions for her Dressage Horses exceed the median American income, and her husband have profitted off of misery and destruction.

The Romney's live a life of leisure becaue Mitt became very successful and raiding companies, loading them up massive amounts of debt, and tearing off bleeding chunks from the carcass when he and his other vultures played fancy paper games with the "assets" (i.e. your job and your office building).

Mitt Romney is a master at legerdemain. But, Ann and Mitt have had enough of "you people". So, now as questions arise at how many millions they have actually stored in off-shore tax havens and how little taxes (Zero? Did the Romney's get taxpayer money from the government?) they've paid, and how much wealth they made during the Bush Republican Recession arise, Ann and Mitt will turn to the duped and ignorant conservative voter, who've never found an autocrat or plutocrat to whom they would not genuflect, to elevate them to the Presidency so that they may never worry about "You People" ever again.
