Republican Acts of Terror 2: Alabama Fugitive Uterus Act

 Remember how the Supremacist Court's Dobbs decision was simply going to return the matter of Abortion to the States and that solved and ended the abortion debate forever.  Well, that was always a Stalking Horse for the Republican push to make abortion illegal Federally.

Already 19 Republican Attorney's General have issued a demand letter for access to privileged medical records across State Lines.  The Attorney General of Alabama Steve Marshall isn't going to be satisfied with flogging sluts for going out of his jurisdiction and getting medical treatment.  Oh no Marshall plans to charge, arrest, and punish everyone he can for the conspiracy of helping women not be brood mares and  Alabama sex slaves and filed a Motion in the US District Court of the Middle District of Alabama;

Alabama’s Republican attorney general said in a court filing that he has

the right to prosecute people who make travel arrangements for pregnant

women to have out-of-state abortions.

In a court filing Monday, attorneys for Attorney General Steve Marshall

wrote that providing transportation for women in Alabama to leave

the state to get an abortion could amount to a “criminal conspiracy.”

I think I understand how this will work;  The Alabama Attorney General will file charges based on the criminal conspiracy for solicitation to murder.  The AL legislature in 2019 passed the Human Life Protection Act which determined a fetus is an unborn child and provided for the sanctity of that life.  Thus the women having contacted or made arraignments to transport the "unborn child" across state lines are doing so for the express purpose of murdering them.  Thus having entered into a criminal conspiracy according to Alabama "Law" to commit an abortion the out-of-state person(s) are guilty of the act of conspiracy.

What will follow is simple; an Alabamie Judge deep in the backwoods will issue a Nationwide arrest warrant demanding the people involved in this "criminal conspiracy" be taken into custody and transported forthwith to Alabama to face charges.  Police Officers will always enforce a warrant and won't care about the underlying charges and certainly won't be dissuaded by pleas from women or doctors and will delight in forcibly taking into custody anyone who offers a scintilla of "resistance". 

I have zero faith that Hospitals and medical insurance providers will not immediately buckle and give into Republican AG demands and provide all records with or without subpoena.  And then the big test case will come when Alabama or some other rightwing slave state demands people be arrested by Democratic Governors and transported to them for Justice.  Republicans obviously believe this is a winning play and will force the issue up to the SCTOUS where Amy Coat-Hanger Barrett will of course rule that State's have no right to deny to arrest and transport wayward women and their criminal co-conspirators and will face Federal sanction and order the President to send the US Marshall's out because always understand the cries of Biden's Weaponized Department of Justice is a bullhorn admission of what Republican plans to do if they have control of Government.

Already Alabama is pushing the extreme State's Rights" Trump card by eliminating federal child labor laws and by ignoring the Supreme Court ruling about their racist gerrymandered congressional district map.  So, why wouldn't they simply declare Alabama gets to determine to arrest people across the Nation.  I'm sure this is a calculated step in pushing for Supremacist Court ruling outlawing Abortion federally which with the trifecta of Presidency and Congress would quickly be written into law.

Remember though that this need not even get to the SCOTUS, the effect of announcing plans to arrest anyone and everyone, anywhere in the US is designed to make people frightened and to have them self-enforce Alabama's ban by declining to aid women in receiving medical care.  The threat alone will have the chilling effect.

Abraham Lincoln had these people figured out in the 1850's.  It's Rule or Ruin.  It's a legal demand, backed by the threat of violence, that you agree with them.  And if you don't well, state-sponsored terrorism is what Law Enforcement is for.

The Roe fallout is already bad but, Republicans are relying on their time-worn tradition of deflecting from the real issue by focusing on a made up one; in this case the so-called Leak.

Republican Senators Marsha Blackburn, Mitch McConnell, Ted Cruz and others did a media blitz to distract, deflect, and distort from the awful truth of GOP policies and to get their Corporate Media lapdogs to help catapult their propaganda.  As always Republicans are mad that someone accurately reported their positions. Of course, the real crime here is the Rape-publican Party seeking to deprive women in America of freedom and liberty and pushing women into a quasi second-class status by removing their bodily autonomy but, odious Ted Cruz on his podcast and in numerous rightwing media appearances expressed a theory, which augered the direction Republicans will go by harkening back to classic Nazi Propaganda techniques;

"I think it is a law clerk, and I think it is very likely a law clerk for one of the three liberal justices. That means there are 12 likely suspects"

First off, while Cruz demands the person be disbarred and jailed I have yet to hear anyone point out the criminal statute that was violated in releasing the initial draft to Politico.  So until one of these Republican "Lawmakers" cites the legal chapter and verse violated they should shut up.  But... they won't because they're playing the Republican Two-Step of pretending Style (the leak) is more important than the Substance (the destruction of women's rights).  But, even if we accept the leak narrative there would be most likely One or Two Suspects, but listen to what Little Eichmann Cruz has done with a fascist flourish he's labelled 12 innocent people as Suspects.  Why? Because in Republican parlance some people are a priori  guilty by their very nature.

This is how Nazis talk.  And no that's not hyperbole.  Ted Cruz is getting conservatives riled up to equate the Liberal Supreme Justices as guilty of something because they're "suspects" and suspects deserve whatever treatment they receive from Police; just like every black person in America knows.

Republicans did not pack The Supreme Court with Unaccountable Ephors for nothing.  The GOP doesn't win elections and can't legislate and they haven't been playing fucking games to garner this 6 Injustice advantage not to ram the Rightwing Agenda of hatred and oppression down Americans throats to let their opportunity pass by.  Every vicious rollback of Rights, every dastardly stab at progress, every vile gutting of our freedoms will lead to more by the Rape-publicans.  They will never be satiated and will never stop. Unless We, the People stop them.  So organize, agitate, register to vote and plan to fight because they last blood and the Republicans are going to kill us if we let them.

The Trump family and the Republican Party are straight-up Traitors

Right wingers claim 3 million votes for Hillary were illegal, to explain why Trump was awarded the Presidency, as the ultimate Participation Trophy for coming in second place.  But, distressingly conservatives allowed 1 Dictator to determine the 2016 Presidential Election.

The Republicans always admired Dictator V. Putin.  Conservatives cherish and revere Putin because they long to have a strongman authoritarian dictator in office.  Putin's been sending Russian Agents into the US to destabilize faith in our governmental institutions and he found a willing partner in the Republican Party.  Putin shrewdly bought low and purchased Donald Trump in the 1990's and sat on his investment.  As the American Right-Wing descended into reactionary insanity and lost the last shreds of diginity, morality, and patriotism, Putin bought them too.

Now Putin is selling High as he orders Trump in their private secretive meetings and the Republicans to eviscerate the American Dream at home and the American Ideal abroad.  Russian asset Dana Rohrabacher was ordered by Kremlin officials to disseminate Russian Propaganda on the U.S. House floor to weaken the Untied States and aid Putin and the Russian Government.

The Republican Party, henceforth the Республиканская партия (anglicized Respublikanskaya Partiya) takes orders from the FSB and the Kremlin. Respublikanskayas have known for years Trump and members of Congress are owned by Vladimir Putin.

So, the Republican Party are allied with a foreign power to subvert the United States.  The Respublikanskaya Partiya declared war on the United States decades ago and have no compunctions when it comes to undermining elections, disseminating lies and propaganda, collaborating with foreign powers, and engaging in all manner of illegal activities in order to achieve power.

The Respublikanskaya Partiya goal is to remake America into a Neo-Feudal Tyranny in which all power and wealth resides in the hands of the 1% and Republicans act as vicious Guard Dogs for the Plutocracy, keeping the 99% shackled in perpetual wage slavery.

If it means the Republicans have to pay dividends to V. Putin well that's just the price for enacting their brutal evil agenda. 

What's shocking, depressing, and ironic is the the Republicans efforts, since Prime Traitor Ronnie Raygun, to undermine faith in the United States, sow distrust in the government, and swipe the American Dream from the hands of the working class has allowed the Evil Empire under Putin to succeed where it failed as the Soviet Union.

The 13 Republican Senators just unveiled their bill.  And it is a giant Death Panel.  The Republican Party had been yearning for years to eliminate the Social Safety net and this bill gets them closer to that goal; with the ultimate goal being the impoverishment and enslavement of the American People.

The Republican Party has moved closer to their grand plan of freeing the Plutocracy from all taxes, regulations, controls, and laws while the 99% are denied any chance at the American Dream.

The AHCA is a massive tax cut and transfer of wealth to the Plutocracy wrapped up in the tattered remnants of the Social Safety Net.  Of course, many Trump voters will be denied healthcare, will die from treatable conditions, will suffer but the comfortable will be comforted and the afflicted will be afflicted.

Lawyers, Guns, and Money have correctly identified the governing principles of the modern Republican Party:

1) More money for Us
2) Fuck You

The only sticking point for the Republicans, right now, is bill doesn't go far enough and completely eliminate the meager assistance given to the poor, the sick, the tired.  However, the Republican Party did take a major step towards the elimination of Medicaid, which is a joint Federal/State government funded healthcare system funded by the U.S. Government and managed by States.  The Trump/Republican Don't Care bill allows States free reign over the money which means those Federal dollars won't be going for medical care for poor, disabled, and elderly but, will be neatly transferred into the Cayman off-shore bank accounts of the Rich in Sam Brownbackian fashion.

It does not matter the Trump Don't Care bill is massively unpopular.  The Republican Party has correctly identified there are no such things as future elections.  There is only the now.  There is no need for them to fear future repercussions because come next election cycle, a mere 1 year from now, the Republican bureaucrats in Congress will gin up another cache of false flag pseudo-controversies to dupe their deluded drones and vicious bigots; who will then dutifully return them to Congress to wreak more destruction.  Now, combined with the Republican Party openly aligning with a foreign government the long sought after dream of the Republicans is within reach.

Their dream, is not the American Dream, but a dream of a Neo-Feudalist Nation, wherein 99% of Americans are shackled in the "gig-economy" of Wage Slavery, stuck in Corporate bondage with no recourse through the courts, with no assistance from the U.S. government, with unequal protection from Law Enforcement, which is wholly owned by Billionaires, and ruthlessly operated by the Guard Dogs of the Plutocracy; The Republican Party.

Republican Dennis Hastert is going to jail. Every other Republican should as well.

Hastert just entered a guilty plea in his Hush Money Case which means he'll avoid a Criminal Trial which would have revealed a minimum number of boys he molested. This is par for the course for Republicans, who engage in despicable criminal actions and quietly admit guilt years later after they've done maximum damage to the Nation.

Dennis Hastert, "Coach" of the Republican Party, took over the Speakership in the House after the faithless and despicable Newt Gingrich was forced out for one of his many transgressions and ethical violations.

As such Hastert led the Republicans as they continued their assault on President Bill Clinton and backed every course of action undertaken by the War Criminals W(orst POTUS Ever) and Dick Cheney. This is beyond mere hypocrisy. Republicans are very, very evil people and the most recent examples in Illinois, the shockingly profligate Aaron Schock and molesting Coach Hastert, are just a microcosm of the Republican Party in toto.

Everywhere across the USA we see Republicans engaged in blatant crimes, as well as crimes against the American People in service to their Rich Plutocratic Overlords.

Republicans seek and succeed in restricting voting, they deregulate and decriminalize overt financial, environmental and murderous crimes by Corporations, they defund Governmental Agencies empowered to curb the Rapacious behavior of the Vulture Capitalists who pull the Republicans' Strings, they obstruct and impede efforts to keep Americans safe from the blood-soaked NRA and Gun Makers.

For years Republicans have gotten away with imposing the Will of the 1% on the Nation by couching their rhetoric with false claims of piety, vague descriptions of liberty and freedom, and the braggadocio of Chicken Hawks claiming Stolen Valor, while invoking the boogeymen of Gay Marriage and Welfare Queens to demonize the Left.

However, we've seen a demonstrable shift in the Republican Lies of late, as they've adopted a Faux Populism and tried to co-opt the message of economic fairness. Of course, this is all a ruse for whenever a Republican is elected he (still overwhelmingly pudgy old white men) immediately goes about enacting the Policies of Wage Slavery and Corporate Bondage, while conservative dupes happily fasten the shackles of Our Oppressors about themselves and others.

Bernie Sanders has called for a Revolution of Voting. This is exactly right. America will not be freed of the tyrannical jaws of the Plutocracy until we vote out their Guard Dogs and replace them with Real Americans not controlled by the Billionaires and Massive Undying Corporate "Persons".

Republicans hate and wish violence upon Teachers

Of course, Republicans hate Teachers, the profession is mainly comprised of strong independent women, a group by and large which is anathema to the Monstrous Conservative Id which is consuming their Party.

In late 1675, King Charles II of England moved to outlaw Coffee Houses as dens of sedition and sappers of workmen's energies;

King John Kasich of Ohio has a similar plan with Teacher's Lounges,

"So if I were, not president, but if I were king in America, I would abolish all teachers' lounges, where they sit together and worry about, 'Woe is us.'"

It would be laughable if it wasn't so serious to observe the morphing of the Republican Party into its' direct opposite now that the Republicans are and wholly owned and operated by the Plutocracy and support Absolutism and the Rule of the Few.

But, it was the first part of Kasich's comment which revealed why King John of Ohio would move to eliminate Teacher's Lounges

"I’ll tell you what the unions do, unfortunately too much of the time. There’s a constant negative comment, ‘They’re going to take your benefits, they’re going to take your pay,'"

Of course, Kasich's comment is ironic because that is, in fact, what he and every other Republican is trying to do. Kasich as the quiet underdog, whom many in the RNC hope will emerge from the tRump Ordeal as the next genial Republican bumpkin President has been as much of a Plutocratic bully, seeking to impose Conservative Agenda of Oppression, Intolerance, and Adulation of the Rich upon the United States for the last 25 years, as any other Republican.

Modern Teachers Unions are powerful, one of the last powerful Unions in existence and Unions are the last group who rountinuely stands up to the Rich. The NEA (and sister organizations) are well organized for such large groups, so, naturally the Republicans, as Guard Dogs of the Rich and Champions of Misogyny, spit hatred and wish violence upon them.

The also-ran Republican Candidates for President see the monstrous Conservative Id released by Donald Trump and recognize they need to feed the beast in order to have a chance at stealing the Presidency.

Tough-Guy wannabe Chris Christie, has no chance of being President in 2016. Christie, who looked so formidable in 2012, with Koch Brother backing, flamed out just like the other famous nazi gasbag in his State. Whatever Oppo Research Mitt Romney unearthed in 2012 and the despicable misuse of his Office in ordering the closure of the Fort Lee Lanes on the GW Bridge have burst his aspirations.

Nonetheless, faux tough guy Christie can still be counted upon to attack Teachers. When Jake Tapper asked Christie who on the national level deserves a punch in the face, without pausing Christie replied, "Oh the National Teachers Union..." Christie then placed the laurels upon his own head as he recounted his life & death struggles against Teachers since 2009, "I have got the scars to show it."

Fortunately, Christie has no chance at being either the President or Vice-President. Now, one of the real threats to win the nomination, after the Monster of Conservative Id Trump bows out having snookered a cool Billion in PAC donations, is Scott Walker.

Scott Walker earned his right-wing bona fides destroying Wisconsin Education and attacking Teachers Unions. Walker's entire tenure has been the enactment of the Plutocracy's Neo-Feudal Agenda;

• When asked how he would turn Wisconsin into a Right-to-Work-For-Less State, Walker had no qualms about proclaiming he'd use "Divide and Conquer" tactics.
• When asked how he'd deal with a Terrorist threat like ISIS, Walker noted, "If I can take on  100,000 protesters I can do the same across the world."
• And in his most recent sham spectacle, Walker bristled with false swagger, telling a small group of protesters, "I will not be intimidated. I am not intimidated by you."

Thus, we can see Republican hatred of Teachers is a by product of the Plutocracy's Agenda for America; the Creation of the NeoFeudalist State. The destruction Unions is a prime goal of recreating the America of Yesterday the Rich crave; the America in which Wage Slaves are shackled into Corporate Bondage and the Political Parties use the Awesome Power of the Government to ensure the Social Darwnian Natural Order of Society.

In 2016, Jeb! Bush would like Women and Old People to go away while Republicans hope to bring back Slavery

Jeb! is very angry his brother, forever known as the Worst President in American History, only destroyed a few hundred thousand American Families. So, John Ellis Bush is going to do to Millions of Americans what his brother did to Millions of Iraqis.

Jeb! like all Republicans, is mad the Government helps the Sick and Old, "as it relates to Medicare" Jeb! believes "we need to figure out a way to phase out this program for others and move to a new system"...

Now, Jeb! as the heir apparent is setting his Party's sights on hurting Women as well, because he and the Republican Party are "not sure we need half a billion dollars for women's health issues".

2016 is their chance. A Republican President can secure the Supreme Court for another 25 years. Add in their gerrymandered Congressional Districts securing them more Representatives with less votes, they can enshrine unfair voting practices. And the stage will be set.

Because Republicans see 2016 as the time when they can finally murder the New Deal and grind Working Class Americans into crushing Poverty and Wage Slavery. With Jeb! or some other Plutocratic Drone in the White House, the Republicans will transition Social Security into Wall Street hands, were it will be slowly siphoned off until one day there will be no more SSI, at least for old and disabled people, Vulture Capitalists like Mitt Romney will enjoy the Billions swindled from Americans.

Jeb! or the other Right-Wing hatchet man elected President will phase out Medicare until one day Republicans can simply tell sick and dying elderly people to clip coupons and line up for discount healthcare coverage day while, Americans are denied medical coverage every other day of the year.

The meager food assistance and medicaid provided currently for Poor Americans? Eliminated completely. Sick Days? FMLA? Holidays? Weekends? Gone. Gone. Gone. Gone. Gone...

A Republican President in 2016 will turn back America 200 years, to those glorious days of Bondage. American Workers will be crushed into Penury, worked harder than Medieval Serfs and treated as poorly as Chattel. 

Republicans are always screaming Slavery! Slavery! Slavery! during election ads and debates. The reason it so readily comes to their mouths, is because it is on the forefront of their minds. The Republican Party's goal is nothing less than recreation of Slavery. 

When Republicans talk about taking America Back, the America they want to take us back to is one in which a group of insanely wealthy individuals made vast fortunes by stealing generations of labor and years of wealth.

The Conservative Coup to turn The United States into The Neo-Confederacy

America has been undergoing a rapdily accelerating Coup by Conservatives. After their military defeat during the Civil War, the conservatives of this Nation began a campaign of low-grade guerilla warfare against America targeting Women, Liberals, Unionists, Minorities, and Immigrants; all groups oppossed to the creation of the Southern White Man's Utopia the Neo-Confederacy.

Since the Era of Ronald Reagan, who opened up his white resentment campaign in Philadelphia, Mississippi, with "I believe in state's rights. I’m going to devote myself to trying to reorder those priorities and to restore to the states and local communities those functions which properly belong there." Conservatives have inflitrated enough areas of local, state, and federal government to alter, undermine and neuter protections for the American People and re-establish the Era when the 1% Ruled and White Conservatives acted as Whip Holders and Attack Dogs keeping everyone else in line.

But, in the last 15 years, they've accelearated their efforts, with major strikes at the heart of Democracy.

• The impeachment of President Bill Clinton.
• Convicted Criminal Tom DeLay and other Republicans redistricting Congressional Districts to devalue Democratic Votes. 
• The Stolen 2000 Presidential Election, in which Al Gore won the Popular Vote by almost a million votes and won more votes in Florida.
• The SCOTUS rulings especially Bush v. Gore and Citizen's United and Shelby County v. Holder.
• The Congressional Obstruction during Barack Obama's Presidency.

Recall that beginning in 2009 Republicans declared their number one goal was to ensure President Obama was a one-term President, not to help American struggling with the Republican Recession, not to deal with the Global War on Terror which conservatives by and large avoided, nope their goal was to get back to undercutting the American Middle Class and impoverishing the American Worker in order to create the Neo-Confederate Corporate dominated Wage Slave State.

Bernie Sanders needs to care about #Blacklivesmatter because Republicans do not (Update: Bernie Sanders is a Nazi)

In the Marine Corps my job was to focus on WET (Weather, Enemy, Terrain), the biggest enemy of America today is the Republican Party, on whom most of my posts focus.

But, it's important for the leaders of the Democratic Party or those who wish to secure the Democratic Presidential Nomination to remember not to take votes for granted.

#Blacklivesmatter descended upon Netroots Nation 15 and made a couple candidates, Bernie Sanders and Martin O'Malley uncomfortable. From all the reporting I've read O'Malley acquitted himself well, staying and speaking 1-on-1 with people, allowing them to voice their concerns. But, Bernie Sanders was apparently unprepared and could not deviate from his message about economic injustice and income inequality from which he ardently believes all injustices in the United States flow.

While, I tend to believe that more economic opportunities for Americans would help eliminate some of the problems we face, People of Color face another more dangerous barrier, which I do not. The frightening prospect that they will be killed by Police Officers or Stand Your Ground Gun Maniacs who adhere to the Conservative belief that all people of color are criminals.

All the white progressives posting and tweeting their irritation that Bernie Sanders was "ambushed" at the Netroots Nation conference and upset the GOP candidates aren't being subjected to similar tactics need to check themselves and understand #Blacklivesmatter isn't going to approach Republicans because they understand Republicans don't believe Black Lives Matter. Republicans are perfectly content with the situation as it exists today. Republicans are absolutely fine with Police Officers murdering People of Color.

But, Bernie Sanders is ostensibly running for the Democratic Presidential Nomination. As such, he needs to address the issues of Democrats, whom People of Color overwhelmingly, support and identify.

And if Bernie wants to win a nomination outside the comfy confines of his home state of Vermont he needs to be able to field hard questions and weather a few punches thrown his direction from the Left because the despicable vitriol, evil hatred, and vicious attacks from the Right during the campaign will dwarf this incident.

Update: And just like that the odious Kevin D. Williamson of the Conservative Cesspool NationalReview has labeled Bernie Sanders a National-Socialist.  

In the Bernieverse, there’s a whole lot of nationalism mixed up in the socialism. He is, in fact, leading a national-socialist movement, which is a queasy and uncomfortable thing to write about a man who is the son of Jewish immigrants from Poland and whose family was murdered in the Holocaust. But there is no other way to characterize his views and his politics.  

Williamson goes on in his putrid article to use the National Socialism tag an additional four times as he obliquely proclaims Senator Sanders is Adolf Hitler. And remember Bernie isn't even a real threat at this point and Conservatives are more than willing to go full HITLER! on him.

Now, of course I understand the Corporate Conservative Media can't wait to use this incident to ratfuck the Democratic Party because that's what they do. The Media serve the interests of the Plutocracy and that is the main opponent of Bernie Sanders.

In reality, though this incident is of little concern because Hillary Rodham Clinton is by far and away the front runner for the Democratic Nomination. But, the Left needs to ensure all the disparate voices of their collation are heard.

When Republicans are asked difficult questions about their positions on the EPA, spending for Infrastructure, rebuilding the American Power Grid, or other topics; they like to dodge and proclaim 'I am not a scientist or engineer,' but what they do like to pretend to be knowledgeable about is religion. And it doesn't matter what religion, Republicans consider themselves to be unassailable experts with a direct line to god.

So, of course Republicans feel perfectly justified trying to force religion down the throats of all Americans yet again! And they will use the Awesome Power of Government to ensure that you adopt religion.

On March 18th, Congressman Johnson introduced H.R. 1425 Preserve and Protect God in Military Oaths Act, which would require a religious test for all Military Servicemen and force all Military Servicemembers to Pledge Allegiance to god. This is mainly in response to the Air Force Academy dropping the 'So help me god' part of the Oath in 2013 due to the tireless work of Mikey Weinstein and his Military Religious Freedom Foundation.

During the 1990s and the early years of the War on Terror, the Air Force Academy became a Christian Cult where roving gangs of Right-Wing Religious Fanatics would descend upon new cadets and force them into Evangelical Christianity, through coercion, intimidation and violence.

Republican are wholly owned by the Rich, but some Republicans are Christian Dominionists.

Republicans always try to downplay the conservative religious bigots who form the core of their party. But, while Republicans have thought they were using the religious loons to gain power, over the last 35 years, the Conservative Fanatics have become convinced the Party belongs to them.

And that is the Republican Party today. A party of Unscrupulous Rich Criminals, Bigots, and Religious Fanatics. There is no more moderate Republican. There is only the wild-eyed right-wing maniac.

A while ago, I wrote that the Republican party had staged a coup d'état, in that a small group of Politicians had seized effective control of the Government contrary to the Will of the People. This weekend we had confirmation the Republican party had attempted to seize power and subvert the United States Constitution and System of Government.

47 Republican Traitors in the U.S. Senate sent a letter directly to the Government in Iran, indicating that even if they reach an agreement with President Obama, the Traitors will not honor it. The charge to undermine President Obama is being led by Senator Tom Cotton, a military veteran, but 46 other Republicans including Mark Kirk of Illinois, another veteran, signed on for this treasonous course of action.

Now, it should come as no surprise as the Republican Party has a long history of subverting the sitting President of the United States vis-a-vis Iran, in order to usurp power. But, the reason in this case is multi-faceted.

For the first part, the Republican Party is wholly owned and operated by the Rich. And how do the Rich get richer? By using the awesome power of Government to steal money from the Poor. And what is the faster way to steal from the Poor? War. And thus the Republicans, the Guardians of the Plutocracy, are trying to start a War with Iran in order to funnel more of the Wealth up to their Rich Masters.

But, while their goal is a War with Iran with which they will steal another 3 Trillion dollars from the American People, the Republicans are petty, petulant children who can not stand the idea of another Foreign Policy success by President Obama. One which the American People between now and January 2017 would probably grow to agree with if Iran honors the terms of the Agreement.

So, the Republicans figured they could just flout The Logan Act and undermine the Negotiations because they had assumed their coup had been successful.

As we watch the Republican Congressional Circus fail to fund The Department of Homeland Security and Clowns at CPAC 2015 the big takeaways are the mounting evidence that Conservatives and Republicans are destroying the Nation they profese to love so dearly, in service to their Plutocratic Masters.

Because Conservatives don't love the real America they love Imaginary America. Their Imaginary America is even more of a mockery than Ronnie Raygun's Shining City on a Hill because it's a Plutocratic Neo-Feudalist Wage Slavery State in which trickle down economics works, conservative icons like Bullshit O'Lielly, Racist Limpballs and Sean Insannity are Icons of Veracity and dogmatic truth-tellers, where the Iraq War was a massive success, where skin color, gender, and sexual orientation are not used against people ever, where poverty is totally the fault of the child born into it, where everyone could be rich if you were just willing to work harder, and everyone can get healthcare coverage sans the Government.

It's a Total Fantasy. But, conservatives also demand everyone publically swear fealty to Imaginary America. And woe be unto anyone who does not for the 1% will sic their Conservative Media and Republican Attack dogs to destroy that person.

For the Plutocracy knows that with their Media and Government they can destroy any challenges to their hegemony, which is why they've spent the last 50 years buying them both up.

At CPAC, Wisconsin (a subsidiary of Koch Industries) Governor Scott Walker proclaimed Wisconsin Liberals and Union Employees are exactly the same as ISIS terrorists. Because to the Koch Brothers, Walker's owners, anything which threatens their total domination and creation of a Neo-Feudalist America is a threat.

The Rich destroyed Occupy Wall Street, they destroyed the Anti-Iraq War Protests, they've stolen Voting Rights away from thousands, they've bleed Unions, they've methodically enacted Right-to-Work for Less laws but, they won't be satisifed until every American is shackled into Corporate Bondage and ground down into penury and crushing poverty.

For the Plutocracy sees no Nation, they respect no Flag, or National Borders; what they see in the United States is a labor force which is too expensive.

And Conservatives are their New Pinkertons, the new strike breakers ready to beat liberals, shoot minorities, murder homosexuals, put unchaste women in their place and destroy America and replace it with Imaginary America.

Senator Orrin Hatch says if the SCOTUS doesn't give him the power to Oppress people using Religion he'll change the Constitution to make sure it does. 

"I hope the Supreme Court doesn’t screw that up is all I can say. Because if they foul up the First Amendment again, we are going to have a constitutional amendment," Senator Hatch said during a Memorial Day Speech, when asked about the pending Hobby Lobby Case before the Supreme Court.

These aren't fringe weirdos like Reverand Terry "Muttonchops" in Florida and his quran burning obsession. These are the erstwhile Leaders of the Republican Party elected to State and Federal Offices.

Second Amendment Heroes taking the Country Back by threatening to Murder everyone who Opposes them

Gun Laws don't stop gun crime, in the same way that a Red Light doesn't stop a speeding car.

If we're relying on the abilities of the Firearm Fuckers to make sure guns are used properly and stored responsibly the death toll at the hands of Second Amendment Heroes will continue.

It's no wonder the United States has the highest rates of Homicide and Suicide by Firearm in the developed world. What's needed is enforcement, but gun humpers resist regulations with the fanaticism of religious zealots.

Right-Wing buffoons like to claim the US Constitution only restricts the Government's interaction with US Citizens. But, of course as with most topics, they are wrong; an everyday American can infringe on your Constitutional Rights just like the Government. Granted the Government is a special category and needs special constraints and oversight especially when evil Republicans are in power but, what the NRA, at the behest of the Firearm Manufacturing Masters, have been pushing is to allow private citizens unlimited power, especially the power to kill other Americans, without restrictions.

Second Amendment Heroes have been using this power to murder Americans, without Due Process, thus depriving American Citizens of their Rights. This used to be called Murder but thanks to the efforts of the NRA and the Republican Party it's euphemistically known as Stand Your Ground or more accurately Dead Men Tell No Tales so Kill the Other Guy and Lie just like Conservative Champion George Zimmerman.

Another Faux News 2A Super Hero Byron Smith got to do what every fanatic has dreamt of since Bernie Goetz, gun down criminals. Smith however, wasn't accosted on a NY City subway, he laid out a burglary trap which caught two young teenagers whom he murdered. (Warning: At the link you hear Smith execute the two young people Haile Kifer, 18 and Nick Brady, 17.)

(Jennifer) Longdon is no stranger to such attacks. Last May in her hometown of Phoenix, she helped coordinate a gun buyback program with local police over three weekends. On the first Saturday, a group of men assembled across the street from the church parking lot where Longdon was set up. They shouted about constitutional rights and tyranny, and called people arriving to trade in their guns "sellouts." (The program netted nearly 2,000 firearms with more than $200,000 in reimbursements.) 

Some of them approached Longdon. "You know what was wrong with your shooting?" one said. "They didn't aim better." Another man came up, looked Longdon up and down and said, "I know who you are." Then he recited her home address. The harassment continued, and the men showed up throughout the program, a Phoenix police official involved confirmed to me. 

After a fundraiser one night during the program, Longdon returned home around 10 p.m., parked her ramp-equipped van and began unloading herself. As she wheeled up to her house, a man stepped out of the shadows. He was dressed in black and had a rifle, "like something out of a commando movie," Longdon told me. He took aim at her and pulled the trigger. Longdon was hit with a stream of water. "Don't you wish you had a gun now, bitch?" he scoffed before taking off.

In April, Nathan Deal Governor of Georgia signed into law the ability of anyone to bring a gun anywhere in the State.

Immediately afterwards a Georgia Second Amendment Hero took out his piece and walked around the parking lot of a Little League Baseball game reportedly showing it to every mother, father and child in attendance proudly telling them there was nothing they could do about it.

One mother reported her 6 year old son asked her after the game, 'Mommy did that man want to kill me?' Probably not, but he wanted them all to know he could in fact kill them, with extreme prejudice and without fear of criminal prosecution.

Since Firearm Fuckers like to sarcastically ask, 'What gun law would have stopped this mass shooting?' How will the Guns Everywhere Law in Georgia stop shootings?

The two usual claims Gun Nuts cite; are the Murderous Gunman will re-think his planned rampage knowing that multiple people could be carrying a firearm themselves or the Concealed Carry Citizen will end the shooting by taking out the gunman.

Georgia is conducting a Social Experiment in which, the Gun Maniacs are willing to gamble with people's lives.

Now, a third claim made by Gun Nuts is that regulations and gun-free zones lead to Shootings. Often they will cite Chicago. But, the Second Amendment heroes in Chicago are extremely grateful for the NRA and loosening gun laws across the Nation. Of 50,000 guns recovered and traced after crime in Chicago 56% (28,000) came from outside Illinois. And of the other 22,000 from Illinois, the majority originated outside Cook County and Chicago's city limits.

So, what's the actual problem with Chicago's Gun Laws? That neighboring states, communities and Gun Nuts are lax and allow criminals to get their hands on easily obtainable weapons.

So, as you read the weekend tallies of Gun Shot Victims in Chicago just remember the majority of victims were shot with a firearm stolen from some conservative dumbass who left his gun on the seat of his pickup when he went to met his sister at the local Tug Shack in Mississippi or Firearm Makers in their zeal to flood every community ship their machines without proper safeguards and protections to keep them out of the hands of criminals,

13 Smith & Wesson M&P15 Sport rifles were stolen from a (rail) yard in the 6100 block of South Lafayette Avenue sometime between May 4 and 6, according to the ATF. 

The assault rifles were taken from a load of 50 weapons in a Norfolk Southern container, according to a railroad spokesman.

Currently firearms are one of the top three items stolen in any burglary; money and jewelry being the other two. So, technological advancements which render a stolen firearm useless to the thief would seem to be a welcome invention. 

Firearm Fondlers like to claim advances in technological progress do not render the Second Amendment obsolete, yet when Belinda Padilla, Armatix, and the iP1 a RFID chipped firearm tried to bring the weapon to the American Market they were immediately set upon by the Firearm Fanatics at the behest of the NRA.

Unfortunately, the NRA is against such technology. Because the NRA and other Gun Lunatic Clubs exist to ensure Gun Manufacturers can sell more and more weapons. Such technological weapons progress would cut into their sales and is therefore not a welcome advance.

Regulation of Firearms and Firearm Owners is needed but it's an impossibility. No amount of dead children at a school in Connecticut or on the streets of Chicago have caused the NRA or Gun Owners to question their beliefs, indeed it has only served to harden the hearts and close the minds of Firearm Fanatics.

Hopefully, the next generation of Americans who grow up having lost a childhood friend by a gun will have the courage and resolve to Right the Monstrous Wrong the NRA, Republican Party and Firearm Fuckers have inflicted and continue to inflict upon the Nation.

Libertarians, Conservatives and Republicans still fighting for a Minimum Wage of $0

"We have got this tailspin of culture, in our inner cities in particular, of men not working and just generations of men not even thinking about working or learning the value and the culture of work, and so there is a real culture problem here that has to be dealt with." - Republican Congressman Paul90X Ryan laments the good old days when men like him could teach generations of inner-city men the culture of work.

U.S. Senate Republicans refused to allow debate on raising the federal minimum wage to $10.10 an hour. Because of aristocratic parliamentary rules by a Vote of 42-54, millions of Americans have been told by the Republican Party that despite working full-time jobs they must be kept below the Poverty Line.

Republicans, of course, don't want to raise the minimum wage they want to lower it.

Senator Tom Coburn took to MSNBC's Morning Joke to call raising the Minimum Wage, "Malarkey", complaining the "benefit is small, the cost of lost jobs is great, it goes against free market principles." He then blamed President Obama's lack of leadership, the newest whine from the punk ass bitch Republican Party.

Senator Coburn proudly proclaimed "I don’t believe there ought to be a national minimum wage!" Because "I don’t believe you ought to interfere in the market!"

Coburn may view the benefit of a less than $3.00 USC raise in the minimum wage as small from his high perch in the bosom of bureaucratic largesse but, to millions of Americans this would have meant more time with family, more quality food choices and the the ability to purchase of basic medications.

But, then again with his yammering about Obamacare it's clear that Senator Coburn doesn't want Poor People to have medical care at all. But, Coburn's rhetoric is the Cry of the Plutocracy, raising the minimum wage will cost jobs! Of course, the Rich don't want to pay for labor; they became Rich by figuring out how to pay as little as possible for the productive labor of others stealing the surplus for themselves.

Now, while the Republican Party is busy working to re-enshrine Slavery into Law they can at least rest knowing the majority of conservatives and libertarians are with them. Republicans need not fear the epithet RINO when they push to punish the poor or eliminate the middle class. These are the goals of every Right-Winger in America.

Right-Wing activists are prized by the Plutocracy because they are willing and eager to sell their fellow Americans into Slavery.

However, it's one thing for Congressman Paul90X Ryan to lament the lack of work ethic by lazy inner-city males but the 1% also recognize the necessity of having hip against-the-grain thinkers to bolster their unceasing`l drive to impose Brutal Neo-Feudalism on this Nation.

Enter Nick Gillespie of Reason magazine, a paid professional propagandist for the Plutocracy who argues that slavery was better for minorities than a Minimum Wage. One of Gillespie's "Barriers to Work" is minimum wage laws that price young, unskilled black kids out of their first jobs.

Gillespie understands that young unskilled inner-city black kids should have the Freedom to work for Nothing in order to build the "skills" necessary so that one day they too may own the Los Angeles Clippers!

While Gillespie is a little more than a paid lap dog of the Rich, Libertarians are overwhelmingly young white males, the vast majority of whom believe that no woman should ever get an abortion and who couldn't care less about issues facing women or minorities. To their doom Libertarians can not envision a day when the Corporate Plutocracy they serve treats them the same way it treats women and minorities.

However, it appears the main reason Republicans, Libertarians, and Conservatives seem to be against raising the minimum wage is because they do not believe the Poor are Human Beings.

Reactionary puke Doctor Annette Bosworth, running as a Republican for the Senate seat in South Dakota, took to her Facebook Account to post poor people are like wild animals dependent on handouts and unable to take care of themselves. This isn't the first time a Republican has dehumanized the Poor nor is it the first time a Republican has equated Poor People with animals.

Republicans, Libertarians and Conservatives are wholly owned by the 1%. Their Owners have tasked them to: Crush the Working Class, fasten upon them the chains of Corporate Bondage, and usher in the Neo-Feudalist Wage Slave State.

Republicans War on Women is part of a Larger Whole

"I’m sorry, but to show the world how ruthless these people are, women needed to be the first ones shot." - Richard Mack, former Arizona Sheriff and Founder of the Domestic Terrorist Organization the Consititutional Sheriffs, bravely putting is women and children out in front of himself during the Nevada Right-Wing Uprising.

The All-Out Assault on Women by Right-Wingers is part of a larger whole; the Conservative effort to abolish a Government by the People and for the People. Republicans and Conservatives want a Government for the Plutocracy. As such, Republicans have declared War on 99% of Americans with the goal of creating a Neo-Feudal Nation, where the Right-Wing Values of Oppression, Intolerance and Adulation of the Rich are enshrined.

Republicans are in office to impoverish the 99%, ensure further Income Inequality, and transfer Wealth and Control of this Nation to the Rich.

The last month has seen a deluge of Republican efforts at keeping women second-class citizens. The amount of despicable crud emanating from Republicans is almost too much to recount. However, here are few highlights.

Phyliss Schflay has been fighting against women for 40 years. As a living fossil, her occasional Eagle Forum op-ed is picked up by Right-Wing sites. Schflay's latest is the ridiculous assertion that women should strive to earn less in order to attract a man who earns more.

Another fact is the influence of hypergamy, which means that women typically choose a mate (husband or boyfriend) who earns more than she does. Men don’t have the same preference for a higher-earning mate. 

While women prefer to HAVE a higher-earning partner, men generally prefer to BE the higher-earning partner in a relationship. This simple but profound difference between the sexes has powerful consequences for the so-called pay gap. 

Suppose the pay gap between men and women were magically eliminated. If that happened, simple arithmetic suggests that half of women would be unable to find what they regard as a suitable mate. 

Obviously, I’m not saying women won’t date or marry a lower-earning men, only that they probably prefer not to. If a higher-earning man is not available, many women are more likely not to marry at all. 

The best way to improve economic prospects for women is to improve job prospects for the men in their lives, even if that means increasing the so-called pay gap.

This is just stupid as well as being sexist. Perhaps, Phyliss enjoyed not working a regular job because the family she married into had money and she could focus on dominating Ronald Reagan, crushing the Women's Libber Movement and defeating the ERA but, my grandfather always told me it was just as easy to love a woman with money as it was a woman without.

Of course, an ideological generation of women have sprung up to plague us, cut from Schflay's Bosom.

Over at Faux Business, blondish Spokesmodel Melissa Francis told Alan Colmes and the other blondish Faux Spokesmodel that while the gender-wage gap doesn't exist, the gender wage gap was the reason more women kept their jobs during the Republican Recession,

I would also point out that men lost jobs at two and a half times the rate as women in this last recession. I know plenty of families where the man is now out of work and the woman is the one who's working full time. Probably because she makes a little less, so she was able to keep her job.

In the United States Senate, every Republican voted against the Paycheck Fairness Act defeating it's passage. But, one might note the Republicans are a minority in the US Senate holding just 44 seats out of 100. Fortunately, those 44 Republican Bureaucrats have long ago turned the US Congress into the Polish Sejm of the 18th century, where the objections of merely one Republican is enough to derail the legislative process.

Of course, debate is the natural enemy of Republicans because it forces them to actually say what they believe and what Republicans believe is American Workers should be earning less money with fewer benefits while receiving no assistance from Government.

However, should a Republican be forced to verbalize their odious principles it is especially, pleasing to Republicans and their Masters are when they trot out one of their Right-Wing Stepford Women to mouth their ideology.

CongressMAN Marsha Blackburn (caught by Steve M. over at No More Mister Nice Blog), took umbrage... UMBRAGE! I Say! with the idea of the Republican War on Women,

"I find this war on women rhetoric almost silly,” Congressman Blackburn insisted. “It is Republicans that have led the fight for women’s equality. Go back through history! And look at who was the first woman to vote, to get elected to office, to go to Congress, four out of five governors. We're all for Equal Pay!" 

Marsha, Marsha, Marsha then blamed Obamacare! Blackburn's silliness is part and parcel of the Republican belief in sympathetic magic, Saying So makes it So.

One of the ways Republicans claim to support women is by trotting out token women like Marsha Blackburn.

American Women are expected to see the "success" of a Blackburn, Sarah Palin, Michele Bachmann or any right-wing woman and experience vicarious feelings of accomplishment through these vessels.

Afterwards, the woman should subsume her desire to succeed and support the flabby, overweight, white male Republican Party

But, speaking of women Republican Governors and getting back to the Larger Whole, Governor Mary Fallin of Oklahoma signed a bill prohibiting cities in Oklahoma from raising the minimum wage or establishing paid vacation days or sick days. 

This shows, of course, how Republican love using the awesome power of government to crush women and the working class and puts paid to the lie that Republicans believe in small government or local control. 

Equal Pay for Equal Work should be a goal of everyone in this Nation, a Nation of supposed Equality under Law. But, the 1% don't want Equality they want Total Domination.

Keeping women's pay and benefits down is just a part of the larger whole. The Owners of the Republican Party have tasked them to crush the Working Class and eliminate the Middle Class. Thus every Republican will always vote against anything which aids women or the 99%.

The Capitalist Job Creators see the American Worker as an unnecessary expense. With the aid of Neoliberal Economics, Job Creators have off-shored jobs, insourced illegal immigrants, stolen pensions, lowered wages, slashed benefits, and rigged the tax code to undermine and crush Workers.

All of the blather is just window dressing, Job Creators would love to create jobs in the United States. It's just they want to create jobs which pay you a nickel an hour with no lunch or bathroom breaks and zero benefits. Those are the kind of jobs the Republicans can get behind.

Until then the Republican Assault on Women as a branch of the Republican War on 99% of America shall continue.

How the battle over Overtime, Minimum Wage, Obamacare, Paul Ryan's wistful longings for Slavery illustrate the Republican Plan to Oppress Americans

President Obama stated this week, he intends to use his Executive Authority to direct the Labor Department to revamp its regulations to require overtime pay for several million additional fast-food managers, loan officers, computer technicians and others whom many businesses currently classify as executive or professional employees to avoid paying them overtime, according to White House officials briefed on the announcement.

Everyone who works knows the day upper management comes to you and says we'd like to put you on the management ladder and make your position salaried is the day you start doing double the work for the same amount of pay. One way Corporations have slashed the income of their employees is by engaging in a duplicitous game of Salaried vs. Hourly Wage workers. Salaried workers can be compelled, coerced, cajoled and cornered into working 60, 70, 80 or more hours a week, without being compensated for the extra work they are doing. And why would any company hire another employee when they cam get you to Work for Free...

Businesses have tasked Republicans with lowering the pay and benefits of the American Workers and the Right has lustfully embraced this task. For 35 years the Reactionary Right has steadily undermined American labor, reduced the standard of living and pushed more and more Americans into poverty.

The Modern Republican Party has one purpose; to grind down 99% of Americans into unbreakable poverty under the control of Undying Corporate People. The Republican Party has undertaken a journey to re-enslave the American People.

Everything Republicans do is to bring about a Ultra-Reactionary Neo-Feudalist Slave State, whether they are aware of it or not, in which the Middle Class is stripped of their wealth, health and future, the Working Class and Poor is made to know that Government will never help them and an Era of Unbreakable Corporate Bondage is enacted.

Anything which ameliorates this condition is anathema to them and must be fought eternally, no matter the cost.

Obamacare, flawed and sabotaged by Republican villains and Democratic quislings, nonetheless has helped millions and placed the Nation towards modern healthcare coverage.

Which is precisely why the Republican Party and their Plutocratic Masters has engaged in the despicable campaign of deceit and villainy to destroy it.

With the collapse of all their Obamacare Horror stories, like Bette from Cathy McMorris-Rodgers SOTU response, the Koch Brothers financied Americans for Prosperity rolled out Julie Boonstra a cancer sufferer. Boonstra explicitly stated Obamacare and her Representative Gary Peters was going to kill her by making her Leukemia medicine unaffordable. Julie Boonstra was paying $13,200 a year plus non-covered co-pays, prescription drugs and other out-of-pocket expenses.

When Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan crunched the numbers for Julie Boonstra's new plan adding up to $11,900 including the previously uncovered put-of-pocket expenses Boonstra said the idea that it would be cheaper, "can’t be true. I personally do not believe that."

Julie Boonstra and American Conservatives illustrate is the Pedagogy of the Oppressed. Conservatives have sought or allowed themselves to become "Sub-oppressors",

"the oppressed, instead of striving for liberation, tend themselves to become oppressors, or "sub-oppressors". The very structure of their thought has been conditioned by the contradictions of the concrete, existential situation by which they were shaped. Their ideal is to be men; but for them, to be men is to be oppressors. This is their model of humanity." Paulo Freire, Pedagogy of the Oppressed (1970 pg. 27)

Some GOPers appear to be just ignorant of their Party's true goals, like Deb Sanderson of Maine who thinks taking healthcare away from people "maybe it will incentivize some folks" to pick up extra work and earn more money.

They nonetheless follow along while the evil, vindictive villains of the Republican Party, like Paul Ryan, who after hiding with his tail tucked following his butt-whopping by Mighty Joe Biden and President Obama, has roared back to the forefront of his vicious racist Party,

"We have got this tailspin of culture, in our inner cities in particular, of men not working and just generations of men not even thinking about working or learning the value and the culture of work, and so there is a real culture problem here that has to be dealt with."

What Paul Ryan is alluding to is his and the Republican Party earnest desire a return to the America of the Idyllic Days of 19th century. To put "Y'all back in Chains."

Reduce the minimum wage, allow business owners the ability to dictate what you can and can not purchase with your salary, stealing your pension, limiting you medical care options, ensuring businesses need not compensate you for hours of labor; Republicans have steadily been moving the Nation towards Slavery. 

While the Upper Echelons of the Republican Party are on par with members of the Plutocracy, the evil, vicious Oppressors, the rank and file conservative and Republican Party member is someone who has internalized the thinking of his controller and is as oppressed as those whom they seek to shackle with the chains of slavery.

"This, then is the great humanistic and historical task of the oppressed: to liberate themselves and their  oppressors as well. The oppressors, who oppress, exploit, and rape by the virtue of their power, cannot find in this power the strength to liberate either the oppressed or themselves. Only the power that springs from the weakness of the oppressed will be sufficiently strong to free both. Any attempt to "soften" the power of the oppressor in deference to the weakness of the oppressed almost always manifests itself in the form of false generosity; indeed, the attempt never goes beyond this. In order to have continued opportunity to express their "generosity", the oppressors must perpetuate injustice as well. An unjust social order is the permanent fount of this "generosity", which is nourished by death, despair, and poverty. This is why dispensers of false generosity become desperate at the slightest threat to its source. True generosity consists precisely in fighting to destroy the causes which nourish false charity." Paulo Freire, Pedagogy of the Oppressed (1970 pg.26).

True Freedom cannot come from a Top-Down system. The Democratic Party despite being exponetianlly better than the Republican Party is not the savior. If the working class is to free itself from the Oppression by the Koch Brothers, Bruce Perkins, Foster Friess, Sam Zell, and their Reactionary Vulture Capitalist System, much like the Labor Movement of the 19th and early 20th century we'll have to overcome them by Ourselves.
