The Supreme Sinister Six*

 The crime spree coming from the Supreme Sinister Six makes any comic book villain look stupid, petty, tame, or small.  The Six Republicans on the Court not only get away with mundane crimes like theft and bribery but, are busily pulling off the most villainous conspiracy ever shown in the Marvel Cinematic Universe;  the Destruction of the United States of America.

In this episode, Amy "Covid or Coathanger" Barrett, is set to strike another blow against Law&Order in Illinois.  A Colorado Law Firm filed an injunction on behalf of Naperville resident Robert Bevis and his gun store Law Weapons & Supply to Coathanger Barrett asking, whether under the SCOTUS decrees of DC v. Heler (2008) and NY State Pistol v. Bruen (2022), the Seventh District ruling on the Illinois Law was correct.  Always remember that what gun humping psychos rely upon is conflating man-made laws with the concept of "Natural Rights".  The MAGIC WORDS contained in the 2nd Amendment are a distillation of this, in that gun nuts and conservatives, claim certain laws are divinely inspired and thus not to be constrained by human laws.  This is of course, SHEER NONSENSE.  There are no "Natural Rights", there are no laws inspired by god or some Platonic ideal, the law is a human construct and nothing else.

So when you often hear disingenuous conservative gun nuts claim, Just Enforce the Gun Laws on the Books what they want is to derail discussions on curbing the unrestricted gun violence.  Then they rely on the Supreme Court decisions which have undercut gun laws passed in various states.  It's a brilliant if bad faith Catch-22 but, it serves the purpose of the Firearms Manufacturing Industry (and all those who derive $$$ from the free flow of guns throughout America) of one day eliminating all the laws on the books so that Guns truly Shall Not Be Infringed.  

Additionally, striking Gun Laws in Democratic states allows Republicans to claim gun violence is out of control in Democratic states.  And since conservatives are wholly ignorant of the laws of Cause-and-Effect, Republican traitors get to wave the bloody shirt of Out-of-Control Crime and ooga-booga scare their white voting base into electing more Republican Traitors.  Another brilliant Catch-22.

It must always be understood, conservatives cling to their guns because they fantasize about the day they will be able to round-up and shoot millions of Americans in a holocaust homage to their Nazi heroes.

The Sinister Six don't worry about gun violence because they are swaddled in so many layers of protection and have no fear about a mass shooter getting anywhere near them and they obviously don't grok the concept of domestic violence or worry about their husbands grabbing a gun to shoot their so-called loved ones.

Shall Not Be Infringed 7: In a Louisville bank or a home on the road or anywhere it's a Man's Absolute Right to Gun Down... anyone

So, imagine Marlon Brando from Apocalypse Now, now place him into a Sheriff's Deputy uniform, approached me last year and asked "did you go up there" referring to Highland Park.  I tell him no.  "So and so," he says, "told me if was like a war zone."  Without stopping, without reflection he continues, "I mean... who does that?"

I pause, staring at him incredulously, "Americans..." I respond flatly.

Since, the Highland Park shooting on the 4th of July 2022, there have been 475 Mass Shootings.  For a variety of reasons, most of these don't make National headlines.  The Covenant School shooting had several days of local and National press coverage because of the circumstances surrounding that one were "unusual" and the rightwing could make political hay of the shooters' alleged identity and the location of the shooting.  (While conspicuously avoiding the high probability the shooter was sexually abused at the school when they attended it.)

So today the coverage is of the Louisville Old National Bank shooting which 14 people were shot, including the gunman.  The circumstances appear to be one of a fired employee coming back to work with his Supreme Court Endorsed AR-15 and exerting his Ultimate Severance Package.

Don't expect this shooting to do anything to alter the Republicans response of "We're Not Going to fix this..."  In fact, each one of these shootings serves to further entrench the gun nut absolute adherence to More Guns, More Gun Violence, Less Restrictions, More Guns... More Guns... More Guns...

It's not a matter of learned helplessness as several prominent Democratic Governors and the Biden administration have pushed for gun legislation, it's that Republicans will adamantly fight any and all laws, and Rightwingers will trot out every false equivalence, disingenuous lie, and bad faith argument to undercut any response to this.  And the Supremacist Court is dominated by Reactionary Faux News Drones who strike down every gun restriction by appealing to medieval thinkers.

Anyway, you already know what Republicans will say;  Chicago!  Ukraine!  Guns don't kill people!  Enforce the Laws already on the books!  Outlaw guns only Outlaws will have guns!  SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED!  MOLON LABE!

I'd recommend not arguing with them on any platform because they aren't going to listen and they don't fucking care.  Not one bit.

But, understand the Rightwing interpretation of the Second Amendment and the passage of Stand Your Ground Laws by Republican dominated states is designed to let you know that they have guns and their 2A Trumps your 1A and your voting power. 

One of the things baked into language which helps perpetuate the patriarchy is the way stories are framed.  I know everyone is shocked by the Mass Shooting at The Covenant School at the Louisville Bank but, just three weeks prior to there was a horrific domestic violence massacre, in which 4 people were murdered, including a Command SgtMaj of the Army, by a jilted divorced man who then used his Supreme Court Protected Firearm to shoot himself.

As soon often happens, the man decided since the divorce is finalized it was time for him to exert his final Dude Process Rights and gun down that bitch.  But, since the new man in her life was present the gunman decided to killed him and then shoot 3 children to death as they slept in their beds.

Who's the good guy with the gun?  Who's the bad guy?  It doesn't matter because the Stand Your Ground Laws are designed to allow gun nuts the possibility of killing a person and then claiming self-defense.  Because who's going to testify against them?  And even if they are convicted?  Well, that's what Republican Governors are for.

The work the rightwing propaganda machine did in atomizing America and doing away with the concept of society is bearing it's fruit.  There are only individuals and your family and you are at war with everyone else.  But, that 3/4 ton lifted rollin' coal truck,  don't vaccinate yourself or your children, vote for the guy whose promising tax cuts don't worry about his racist anti-woman agenda.  After most shootings don't get covered and Faux News et al make sure their devoted fans only here about gun violence in DemocRAT controlled cities.

What it all comes down to now, now that the Firearms Manufacturing Industry has flooded the Nation with 400,000,000 guns, is Republicans and Rightwingers are taking a real long hard look at their guns and are coming around to the idea their guns are the Ultimate Solution to the problems in America; those problems being, not enough people voting for Republicans.

MAP (Metropolitan Alliance of Police) Rap Sheet magazine 2023 Volume 1 has an article Protective Factors Against Suicide.  Here's a picture of the final step it recommends for its members (i.e. Cops), "firearm safe storage is critical to reducing officer suicide rates.  Studies have demonstrated that in the general population the mere presence of a firearm in the home significantly increases the risk of completed suicide." 

Understand the NRA and gun nuts have successfully divorced rational thinking about guns with the actual real world impact.  Suicide using a firearm kills 25,000 Americans a year and almost every time someone uses a gun to kill themselves they succeed.

But, gun nuts, Republicans, and Firearms Manufacturing shills like to ignore this as not "real" gun deaths because they are "suicides".  Pliant Corporate Media have gone along with this disingenuous framing separating suicides by firearms from the yearly gun violence death and mayhem and grouping it in with suicide in general as opposed to properly counting this as part of the gun culture of America.

"Gun violence,” Mark Bryant founder of Gun Violence Archive correctly notes, is still accurate when describing the damage bullets do to bodies — and families, and communities. “If you don’t think shooting yourself is gun violence, you need to take a strong hard look at the results of it,” he said. “And I’m not just talking about the splatter on the walls. I’m talking about the wives and the mothers and the children that experience the aftereffects of it. And there’s nothing not violent about that.”

But, suicide is lumped or dumped into the National Mental Health crisis which Republicans mention at every mass shooting and then studiously avoid doing anything about when the news cycle moves onto the latest Elon Musk Twitter Files dump.

Shall Not Be Infringed 3: Dude Process and the Absolute Right of Men to execute Women with Guns

"You talked about one of the advantages of the Sexual Revolution was the transformation of the idea that rape was a property crime into a crime against the women herself, and I would say, 'Look I have plenty of sympathy for that perspective', I think it's fundamentally true but... but... I'm going to push back all this is very complicated," Jordan Peterson argues that rape is only really a crime when men's rights (i.e. rights of ownership over the woman's body) are considered transgressed by the criminal act. 

A man.  An aggrieved man.  He grabs his guns and blam 6 people are dead.

Richard Dale Crum in Arkabutla, Mississippi didn't take to kindly to another man trying to exert property rights over his ex-wife.  So Crum shot his ex-wife after pistol whipping her new man.  Then he killed a dude sitting in a truck at a convenience store, then he went to his ex-wife's families house and shot and killed them, then he killed two other people behind his home.  Then he went inside his house, relaxed and waited to be arrested.  And in this land of the Shall Not Be Infringed Crum was dutifully arrested by the Police because he will have his day in court and be afforded his DUDE PROCESS Rights

Tate Reeves said something or other about this shooting but, Reeves has little interest in Gun regulation and more in ensuring Women are reverted to Property status and hiding his involvement with Brett Favre in securing stealing millions of dollars of funds set aside for needy families to build his Favre's volleyball stadium.  Tate Reeves was Lt. Gov as Favre and Mississippi Republicans launched their scheme to steal a hundred million in TANF funds. 

In Mississippi, a woman has very few rights a Republican needs to recognize and none an aggrieved man needs respect.

So, Crum did what every white male gun owner in America wants to do.  Kill those who've trespassed against him and living to enjoy the fame and notoriety as another Second Amendment Hero.

Meanwhile, while reading up on this incident a domestic violence mass shooting occurred in the Houston suburb of Galena Park.  The murderous gunman was chilling at the home his current girlfriend, apparently with her 4 teenage daughters and decided fuck this; that bitch is getting hit on by other men and she's my property so I'm going to take my gun and exercise my absolute right to murder 3 teenage girls, rape the 4th, and then shoot myself.  An aggrieved man exercised his "god" given and SCOTUS defended right to murder women.

Guns are an absolute blight but, they are an absolute necessity in Republican politics because having a large stable of unstable men ready to pick up guns and murder women, Trans persons, liberals, teachers, Democrats, elected officials is a core principle and foundational plank of the Republican Party. 

Shall Not Be Infringed 2: The Unconstitutional Sheriff's of America invade Illinois and they love Guns

We are in an Era when legislation, which is overwhelmingly supported by a broad swath of the populace, is routinely undermined by Special Interest groups who craft ridiculously worded lawsuits to undermine common sense legislation.

So, when the Illinois Legislature passed the Assault Weapons Ban its intent could not be any more clear; it is far too easy for military grade weaponry to get into peoples' hands in Illinois.

But, a large cohort of conservatives love when people are shot to pieces and support the unrestricted gun violence afflicting the United States.

Sure, some gun nuts might make some blasé hand waving comment about mental health and proudly proclaim Highland Park Strong but, when it comes down to it conservatives are more than willing to let 40,000 Americans die and hundreds of thousands be wounded from gunfire each and every year so they can possess their toys and fantasize about overthrowing the Government or waiting inside their house to Defend their castle from the GAY WOKE BLM ANTIFA roaming freely from the Hellscapes of Democrat Run Cities.

So, predictably after a gun law gets passed a whole bunch of Illinois Sheriffs decided they are not going to enforce the law.  

“The right to keep and bear arms for defense of life, liberty and property is regarded as an inalienable right by the people. I, among many others, believe that HB 5471 is a clear violation of the 2nd Amendment to the US Constitution."

Sheriff Mendrick's fallacious Argument ad Populum aside, I guess Mendrick needs a refresher course in basic Civics; Legislatures write laws, Judges interpret laws, Sheriffs enforce laws.  But, nah a bunch of Sheriff's and their deputies have declared they know the Constitution and the Second Amendment better than any politician, judge, or legislator so they won't enforce the Assault Weapon Ban.  Except, of course, Mendrick is a politician and one who is indebted to the conservative belief system that the Law (writ large) and Law Enforcement Agencies exist to harass and arrest black and brown people, because All White People are good guys with guns right up until they pull that trigger and murder people and then well law enforcement will gingerly take them into custody and ensure they receive they DUDE PROCESS.

There is a name for people who decide that they won't follow the law... 

If you are unaware, the Constitutional Sheriff movement argues that the County Sheriff is the highest official in his County with greater authority than the Legislature, Governor, Federal Law Enforcement and even the President. They couch this nonsense in some Magna Carta flim-flam which they "learned" from watching Robin Hood movies and deciding the Sheriff of Nottingham was the Real Hero in each film.

The “constitutional sheriffs” movement contends that “[t]he law enforcement powers held by the sheriff supersede those of any agent, officer, elected official or employee from any level of government when in the jurisdiction of the county.”  Self-proclaimed “constitutional sheriffs” claim to derive this supreme authority from historical practice as well as the oath they swear to the Constitution (even though an oath pledging to uphold the Constitution is standard for many public officials and government employees). Thus, “constitutional sheriffs” assert that they have the power to determine the constitutionality of the laws they are entrusted with enforcing, and to refuse to enforce any law that they believe is unconstitutional.

Fortunately, Mendrick and other rightwing semi-fascist Sheriffs got a great deal of pushback from the Illinois legislature.  And while SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED lawsuits brought forth by rightwing scumbags gained temporary limited injunctions and restraining orders for the implementation of the law by small podunk Illinois Republican Judges a the Federal Seventh Circuit Court pushed back and rejected a Naperville lawsuit by a Merchant of Death that an Assault Weapons Ban caused irreparable harm to his business.

"Because assault weapons are particularly dangerous weapons and high-capacity magazines are particularly dangerous weapon accessories, their regulation accords with history and tradition. Naperville and Illinois lawfully exercised their authority to control their possession, transfer, sale and manufacture by enacting a ban on commercial sales. That decision comports with the Second Amendment."

2:1 ratio is a BIG WIN for the NRA in the latest school shooting in St. Louis

So... a former student of Central Visual and Performing Arts High School, retuned a year after graduation loaded with a dozen magazines (≈360 rounds) with the intent of performing a massacre.  The doors were locked thus initially stymieing the attempt.  But, he managed to kill a 61 year old teacher and a 16 year old.  Another 7 students were injured by ricochets and rounds as well.

It seems the slain teacher, Jean Kuczka, bravely placed herself between the students and the gunman.  This breaks my heart, asking an elderly teacher to sacrifice herself because the Republican Party and NRA have decreed we can not have sane gun restrictions and non-proliferation of firearms in America.

Now, make no mistake this (2 killed, 7 wounded) is about the best outcome you can have in these school shooting situations, created specifically and explicitly, by the venal cowardice and avarice of Gun Manufacturers and their paid politicians, 

"If there’s somebody who has a will, they’re going to figure out, we don’t want to make it easy for them,” Metropolitan Police Chief Michael Sack said. “We just got to do the best we can to extend that time it takes them to get into the building to buy us time to respond.”

And it's not going to stop because the Gun Nuts, the 3% of Americans who own 50% of the guns, are fanatics and will be more than willing to engage in widespread terrorism, if laws are passed to restrict and outlaw their guns.

Alex Jones, an avatar of the sickness and madness afflicting the Nation, said it a decade ago after the Sandy Hook massacre while screaming at the odious Piers Morgan, 

"I'm here to tell you, 1776 will commence again if you try to take our firearms. It doesn't matter how many lemmings you get out there on the street begging for them to have their guns taken. We will not relinquish them. Do you understand?"

So, 2:1 is the about the best ratio you can hope for in these situations.  Because school shootings are not stopped by random Good Guys with guns, but usually when the gunman's gun jams (as it apparently did in this situation as well) and he either shoots himself with his back-up weapon or is taken into custody.  Gun Nuts, the NRA, and the Firearms Industry have declared asymmetrical warfare on the United States and they are winning.

Now, for the gun nuts and rightwingers it's easy in this above school shooting to just say St. Louis is exactly like Chicago (dog whistle: blacks blacks blackity black black black) and everyone knows that gun crime only happens in those Democrat controlled cities.  Thus, providing the cover the Republicans need to further weaken gun laws, ensure the sales of more guns, and go back to complaining about the price of gas.

But, to make matters worse, the rapid transformation of Voice Over Internet and other communications hacks, has allowed an overseas terrorist or terrorist cell to make as many as 100 false in-progress K-12 school shooting hoax calls, dozens to various colleges, and apparently 26 False reports of bombs or shooters in Minnesota alone.

America is awash in easily obtainable firearms.  And therefore we are not safer, we are not a more polite Nation, crime isn't down (or is it?) I guess it depends on what lie a Republican wants to spew...  But, We, the People are being held hostage by Six out-of-touch Supremely Unjust buffoons perverse interpretation of a sentence constructed 250 years ago and the billions of dollars which flows into the blood soaked hands of a group of elitists in the Republican Party and the ever-expanding Firearms Industrial-Complex.

Trash Can Palin (Lauren Boebert) is beloved by the White Patriarchy and Republican Party because she embodies their goals for women.

As such, Boebert occupies the special niche in the White Male Hierarchy, below white men but above everyone else.  After Lauren's career as an escort (now no shade on sex workers because that's honorable work) she married a sexual deviant named Jayson Boebert, well known for showing his dick to young teen girls in bowling alleys.

Lauren did her role having multiple children and then embraced rightwing values of shitty food and guns.  Literally, shitty food.

She then got groomed to enter the US House to help advance the rightwing agenda of hatred and intolerance from a white female face, which the Republican Party often uses for this specific role.  Lauren's two years in the US House are all about keeping her name in the news and her presence in everyone's minds.  She says ridiculous shit because it gets her airtime even when her utterly ridiculous bullshit is debunked.  But, much like Major Traitor Greene it's her raison d'être for being in Congress.

Of course, with her expanded role, Lauren's drunk deviant weenie waving husband isn't getting the respect he deserves.  So, here comes the drunken acting out.  An August 4th incident Jayson Boebert drunkenly drove around the neighborhood and assaulted neighbors who called 911.  Some excerpts from the multiple 911 calls, 

"It's Lauren Boebert's jackass husband, Jayson... he's running over my mailbox right now."

"He just got chest to chest, face to face, looking to fight and we're talking about everybody in the neighborhood,"

"I'm sure he's loaded to the hilt. Do you know who his wife is? Lauren Boebert. She's loaded. They all have guns,"

All of this apparently started when one of the Boebert brats decided to drive recklessly through the neighborhood and drunken Jayson took offense to the people daring to say something about it.  Now there is also the suspicion the Sheriff's Deputies did not do proper enforcement due to Lauren's position and there are calls for an investigation into the actions taken by responding Deputies.

Lauren Boebert is an idiotic Reactionary who took active participation in the Terrorist Insurrection on January 6th as she repeatedly tweeted out live updates of Speaker Pelosi's location in the Capitol as Lauren's co-conspirators invaded.  

But, Lauren will always be defended, like so many bottle blonde women on Faux News and elsewhere, by the rightwing establishment because of what niche in the Patriarchy that they fill, i.e. to groom and raise the next generation of entitled white man-childern to engage in terrorism and subversion of the United States Government.

6 Lives lost.  25 more people with life-long gun shot wounds.  Hundreds if not thousands traumatized.  A community shattered...  Why does none of this matter to the Gun Lobby and Gun humping fanatics?

This is to say nothing of the economic impact from yesterday.  Hundreds of Officers called in to look for the suspect, Bobby Crimo.  Parades and firework shows all across Lake County and northern Cook County cancelled for fear of a copycat, an accomplice.  Think of the Return on Investment one man with an AR-15 extracted in terms of damage.  

Because we can not have gun control and civilization in America look at the absurd work arounds Republicans and gun nuts offer up:  First off no one with a concealed carry was going to stop this incident the shooter had an elevated position and a rifle but just as with Las Vegas, gun nuts keep making this ludicrous argument.  Next, let's turn all of our schools into solid concrete pillboxes with no windows and with one door.  Let's fill the hallways with Veterans with PTSD give them guns and no other job than to wander around, armed, aimlessly.  This sounds like a dungeon lair from D&D.  And now, anytime 2 or more people gather let's employ snipers on rooftops to ensure once the shooter starts killing people we can get a bead on him and kill him with fewer casualties.

But, as pig fucker Darren Bailey's ignorant tweet demonstrates, Republicans do not fucking care.  Darren Bailey tried to connect this to "Crime in the streets" i.e. Chicago.  Darren Bailey is the Republican nominee for Governor in Illinois and is everything a modern Republican is; bigoted, ignorant, shameless, vile, and beholden to gun makers.

As the suspected shooter is now in custody (good work by the Officer who spotted Crimo's car), it's time for the gun nuts, firearms industry, NRA, and their paid off thralls in the Republican Party to move to the next phase of a mass shooting incident.

Denial.  Deflection.  Obfuscation.  And above all, Lies.  

It's Mental Health they'll scream!  It's a lack of Open Carry in Illinois, they'll shout! It's Democrat controlled Illinois fault, they'll screech!

Change the subject!  Run out the clock!  Blame video games.  Or doors.  Anything to avoid the obvious.  The inescapable fact.  That it's the guns.  It's the fucking guns.  It's always been the guns.  That the way to curb gun violence is too limit guns.  AR-15s are fueling these mass shootings and they shouldn't be readily available.  Did the suspect purchase his rifle on "layaway" like the Uvalde shooter?  Kill now, pay never?

Oh hoe! Don't tell a right-winger he shouldn't have an AR-15 because he'll loudly bellow it's his right and if you suggest passing gun laws he'll declare he will commit mass murder on you and anyone else who'd dare pass laws and try to limit mass murders.

We, the People are in an undeclared war with the Firearms Industry and their allies the NRA and Republican Party.  It's an asymmetrical war.  The Gun Industry buys politicians through their Russian-funded propaganda arm the NRA and cultivates a fanatical core of hard gun nut zealots who shout [MORON* LABE] and SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED whenever gun regulation is spoken of. 

And now it's probably too late.  The Gun Industry has flooded America with guns.  It's a pollution which requires decades of dedicated work to undo and we can't get started because any attempts are meet with moneyed resistance, underhanded rightwing political shenanigans, and overt threats of violence from conservatives.

Conservatives aren't about to give up their AR-15s now anyway they plan to use them very soon to overthrow the Biden Presidency and assassinate Democratic Representatives and Senators.

Cowardice is a very strong charge.  But, I don't know what to make of the Officers inability or lack of understanding at what was going to happen at Robb Elementary School in Uvalde, Texas.  But, reading this report from parents and on-lookers screaming at the assembling Officers to, "Go in There! Go in There!" leaves a lump in my stomach and makes me want to just walk in and quit tomorrow.

The School Resource Officer (SRO) Program has been a monumental failure.  I'm not just talking about the failure of the Officers involved in the latest mass murder school shooting but, the execution and whole scope of the program itself.

First and foremost, FUCK YOU TED CRUZ schools shouldn't have to be hardened into Super Max Prisons in order for We, the People to have any piece of mind yet as you listen to every proposal by conservatives they refuse to address the reason for school shootings (i.e. the proliferation of easily obtainable firearms and the Republican refusal to enforce any restrictions on the sale or purchase of firearms).  Disgusting fat slimy fuck Ted Cruz went on and on and on about fucking doors as the culprit in the Mass Shooting.  As if rightwingers didn't demonstrate on January 6th that Rightwing Terrorists can easily go through windows too.

The Republican playbook after these shootings remains the same; set up an alternate cause, it used to be mental health or video games, today's excuse is "doors".  Then obfuscate and deflect and run out the clock.  In a week or two, the public will be distracted by the price of gas or baby formula and Republicans can cash their latest check from the Russian Intelligence Services funneled to them through the NRA.

Republicans not only refuse to adopt common sense already proven gun laws to reduce gun violence in America they also refuse to enforce the laws already in existence.  It's part and parcel of the Republican two-step with guns wherein they get to claim gun laws don't work (Look at Chicago, they always scream) while also purposely undermining the those gun laws so they can claim they don't work.

I've read the two Officers exchanged gunfire and then lost contact with Ramos eventually, a Border Patrol Ofc went inside and shot the killer.  Contradicting earlier reporting Ramos wasn't wearing body armor, wasn't confronted and responding officers apparently cowered and dithered outside for 40 minutes as Ramos executed 21 people. Unlike, rightwing fantasies of gunplay when real bullets fly prudence does demand you seek cover but, you can not allow this as a responding Officer you've got to go in IMMEDIATELY.  Now, I'm not as base and vile as Ted Cruz or the other elected Republicans, I understand that going up against Ramos is almost certain death, AR-15 vs. handgun, but why don't rank and file Police understand what their predecessors knew?  I.e. More Guns = More Gun Violence Q.E.D.  

Republican gun policies have ensured Officers are going to be outgunned initially and letting the Firearm Industry flood the Nation with high-powered, easily obtainable weapons is not freedom.  It is not liberty.  It is not Lawful.  It is a Murder-Suicide Pact.  Police Departments, by their very nature tend to be conservative, but, why have Officers by and large moved into the Reactionary framework of the MAGA mindset?

For one, Use of Force training for Police has completely warped their minds.  Villainous psycho Dave Grossman has taught a whole slew of Officers to be trigger happy and expect an ambush at a moment's notice leading to too many Officers acting as though their daily routine patrol is a convoy in fucking Fallujah.  This heightened danger mode and constant fight or flight response is a stress that the human body can not tolerate. 

SROs are nothing more than a way to introduce state violence onto juveniles, especially and overwhelmingly on minorities, at an early age.  Additionally, as rightwing anti-tax bullshit continues to put a squeeze onto communities, Departments and municipalities have increasingly turned to School Officers to extract money from families and overwhelmingly Police target minorities.  Often because white parents always, always, always put a stink if their child is to be ticketed.

Juveniles shouldn't be subjected or treated to police enforcement in this manner.  Fortunately, last July my Governor JB Pritzker and the Illinois legislature outlawed lying to juvenile suspects during interviews and interrogations especially the classic tactic of claiming you have evidence when you do not.  A time worn tactic to elicit a confession.  This was illustrated in The Wire when Bunk and the Detective Lieutenant fool the black juvenile suspect with a copy machine pretending it's a lie detector and the Cops wondering "How many years you figure we been doin' this same shit?" Another replies, "20 at least".  

Of course, perhaps even worse than the use of Police against Juveniles the image that made the rounds on Twitter was of all the schools in which a School Resource Officer failed to stop the shooter.  I don't know if it's wholly accurate but, it does reflect reality of unrestricted gun violence in America.  Police Officers are seen routinely killing unarmed black people on video and seemingly never stopping mass shooters.

Glorified spokesmodel NRA President Charlton 'Moses' Heston (right-wingers do so love to put actors into politics) was paraded out in late April 1999, to read a script as the NRA continued to push the United States down the path of unrestricted but, exceedingly profitable gun violence. After Columbine the NRA also decided to also empower "the nuts", "the fruitcakes", "hillbillies", "the wackos" (their words!) and decided more guns, lax enforcement, and less gun laws were the way to go; especially going after the 1994 Federal Assault Weapons Ban and celebrating its' demise under the Villainous George W. Bush regime.  Since that inauspicious day, the AR-15 has factored in almost all the spectacular bloody murderous school and mass shootings.

But, AR-15 platform is a fucking goldmine for the NRA and their Weapon Making masters.  Fragile white men rush out to blow their social security checks getting the gun, getting the hardware, getting the accoutrements...

Happy National School Shooting Day!

Of course, everyday is Nationwide School Shooting Day, in the United States of the Holey Gun.

Because of the conscious actions and unconscionable plans of the NRA, GOP, and Firearms Industry to subvert gun laws, undermine regulations, and flood the Nation with Hundreds of Millions of weapons.  They have ensured guns are readily accessible and easily obtainable by everyone.

In early 2002, I theorized Al Qaeda could defeat the United States by staging school shooting Nationwide by infiltrating shooters into communities and having them pull off a Columbine 9/11.

Little did I know that an entire immoral power hungry political party, coupled with a small cadre of zealous antisocial gun nuts, funded by amoral gun salesmen would fuel such a crisis. And worse respond to it by pushing more guns, less regulation, and no enforcement.

After every mass shooting, conservatives scramble and reach for their smart phones and computers to continue the only battle they care about #OwnthLibs.

'Shall not be infringed... hur hur hur.'

'Well-Regulated means in proper working order... hur hur hur.' 

'Evil will always be with us... hur hur hur.'

The last one is so telling. Because, sure "evil" will always exist on the planet hence the need to create laws and governments. Conservatives have decided the 2nd Amendment is really some kind of super law, which can be morphed to fit whatever argument legally they need. The original intent of 2nd Amendment was for Southern Slave Owners to be able to call forth a militia of armed whites to put down slave revolts. However, the NRA weaponized the 2A in order to make lots and lots of money. And when Republicans saw they could use the 2A as a political wedge issue they decided to play along.

Now, some famous Republicans have balked at this, President George H. W Bush and Supreme Court Justice Warren E. Burger, for instance. But by and large the Republican Party allowed the gun nuts to take root and sprout and the flowering of which is the United States is awash in easily obtainable guns and the country suffers 35,000 gun deaths a year and tens of thousands more injuries.

Defensive Gun Uses (DGUs) are a myth, propagated by despicable liars, and the ability to fight back against government tyranny is a lie. A "Tyrannical Government" is just a government conservatives don't like. But, conservatives are most assuredly amassing guns to overthrow such a Democratically elected government. Now, they don't expect to defeat the military in a straight-up battle, nor even in irregular guerrilla warfare. What the Rightwing domestic terrorists, like the III Percenters and Oathkeepers, expect to happen is they will be fighting the initial shock of violence and then the military and law enforcement officers (the domestic standing army) will rise up and rally round them as they overthrow the decadent United States and replace it with the Republic of Gilead Molon Labe.

Of course, at that point the True Meaning of the 2A, will no longer matter. But, before we get to the point of conservatives openly slaughtering everyone in 2020 we can elect Elizabeth Warren and set about some fundamental changes.

To be clear, I don't have the magic bullet to deal with the 350,000,000 guns the blood-soaked Gun Manufacturers have flooded the Nation with or how to neuter the NRA an organization so vile and venal they take money from Russian pimps and gangsters to get as many Americans killed.

But, before conservatives plunge the Nation in Civil War 2.0 a good way to thwart them would be to focus on the word Militia in the 2A. This is predicated on the Democratic Party taking the Senate and Presidency in 2020 and not allowing themselves to pulled apart by the disingenuous Media or

The Militia Act of 2020 could,

• Mandate a FOID and/or CCL card (with subsequent background investigations) for all gun owners calling any gun owner a Militia member.
• Mandatory registration of all guns to ensure they are in good-working order.
• Twice yearly muster by all registered gun owners to ensure they have positive control of all registered guns
• Doctors and physical examination paperwork to ensure the Militia member is in good health and mental well-being
• The turn-in of all AR-15, AK style weapons and the reduction of long guns to bolt actions, level action or pump action shotguns.

Of course, I know no such law will be passed but, that isn't the point. By crafting their legislation around the word Militia, a legal term long in use in American history, the Democratic Party could seize the legal-standing necessary to undo some of the damage wrought by the NRA, the Republican Party, and their Owners in Russia. We, the People have to use the tools of Government and a Democratic Party aided by brave groups such as Moms Demand Action and Everytown for Gun Safety, can make that happen if we help.

The Constitution is not a suicide pact. But, the current Republican Party, bolstered by NRA dollars, and the zealous fervor of the Gun Humping Lunatics have turned the Second Amendment into a murder-suicide pact on a National scale. The Gun Industry is a Cult of Death who are more than willing to sacrifice thousands of Americans on the Holey Altar of the 2A. It will take a Government of the People, by the People, for the People to fight against the Worshippers of Our Moloch.

Why are the shootings in Chicago assumed to be criminal acts?

After every mass shooting, conservative gun nuts descend upon social media like a pack of angry howler monkeys to shout down anyone who makes the obvious connection between more guns and more gun violence.

One of the favorite talking points for gun nuts is to proclaim Chicago. Now... Why do conservative assume the gun violence in Chicago is "Criminal" and not a "DGU"?

DGU stands for Defensive Gun Use and Chicago was the home of the second major 21st century SCOTUS case (McDonald v. Chicago) which redefined the 2nd Amendment as meaning Government can place no limitations on gun ownership.

Of course, the answer is simple; Chicago when used as a rebuttal by gun nuts means Black and conservatives believe all Black People are a priori guilty of crimes ergo any time a black person shoots a gun or even has a gun it is a criminal act.

There is literally no way for any gun nut to know the circumstance of every shooting reported in Chicago, yet every shooting is assumed to be a criminal act. Now you might retort the gun nuts are reading police reports which highlight gang activity or the shooting was a killing over turf or the victim was not the intended target but, that seemingly goes against standard conservative orthodoxy in respect to the government.

Conservatives claim they don't trust the government but, in fact, their trust is merely conditional. When a Police Officer kills a black person conservatives who-heartedly accept the government's accounting of the incident. When the government incarcerates thousands of children in concentration camps, for the temerity of being refugees, conservatives absolutely believe the governments' reports.

Chicago is but one of the man go to "arguments" gun humping lunatics trot out after every mass killing. Video Games, lack of school prayer, mental illness, semi-automatic vs. assault weapon nomenclature gotcha moments also round out their repitoire of bad faith retorts or just outright shamelessness.

Mass Shootings are the Ultimate Expression of White Male Privilege

There are many titles I could have come up with this post but, the recent details emerging from the latest Mass Shooting incident in Colorado changed its' direction.

So, the Mass Shooter was spotted by his neighbor who called 911 only to be told because of the crazy Open Carry and Stand Your Ground Laws forced down the throats of every American by the vicious NRA and blood-soaked Gun Manufacturers without one care about the health and right to life of We, the People there was nothing the Police could do.

Similar, incidents of weapon brandishing by Firearm Fuckers have happened in other states. When I'm on duty and see a person marching around with a weapon I don't think freedom loving 2A Champion, I think shooting about to go down. It used to be that openly displaying a weapon away from you own property was a crime but, of course, the shooter as a white male has the absolute right to threaten people with his gun implictly and explicitly. The resultant mass shootings are the ultimate expression of white male privilege.

Now, your average conservative asshole or gun-humping fanatic will immediately respond with Chicago!!! BLACK ON BLACK VIOLENCE!!! So, let's take a look at what's going on in Chicago.

The majority of guns used in commission of crimes originate outside Chicago and Cook County. But, besides the fact that loose or nonexistent gun laws from various of states is driving Chicago's Gun Crime what's the underlying force behind the Chicago shootings; Criminal activity, gang identification, and territory disputes, mainly surrounding the drug business. This is no different than the criminal activity surrounding the Italian Mobs of Chicago and New York, the Irish Mobs in Boston and Cleveland. But, Italian and Irish people have earned enough white points so reactionary right-wingers don't ascribe the actions of a few criminals to the entire people the way they do for African-Americans.

But, worse than the racist politics of conservatives is the way the Gun Humping Fanatics have taken over the issue of Gun Control. The favorite youtube video of Gun Nuts is: We Need to Talk About Sandy Hook.

There is a kernel of reactionary right-wingers who are convicned that every mass shooting is a black ops Obama led conspiracy to talk their precious guns from them. Scarlett Lewis, a mother of the one of the Newton murdered school children recent released a book about her pain and struggle. The Amazon reviews by the gun nut trolls are just horrific.

For instance:

• This book is a fun read if you want a good laugh, or just to observe the pathetic lies about JessiLewis, a fictional death to push the Democrat's gangster/communist policy coup attempt to destroy the Constitution.
• Sandy Hook NEVER happened!! The FBI ADMITTED that it never happened!! Is this book supposed to be real?? What a joke!!!
• Sandyhook has been proven to be a 100% FRAUD. This was a false government sponsored psychological operation used to erode the rights of American Citizens. This lady did not write this book. This is propaganda that is being used to perpetuate a false narrative.
• This woman is a liar no child died at Sandy hook. Sandy hook is a hoax, it was staged. Go watch "We need to talk about Sandy Hook" and pay attention. SANDY HOOK WAS A STAGED HOAX NO ONE DIED!
• Lies and propaganda, no children died at Sandy hook!

But, they buttress a point about laws. You do not let the most extreme elements drive Gun Laws. Nor do you let those whose interests lie in making as many weapons as possible craft gun laws. And contrary to the bluster of Right-Wingers there are various laws which could have an impact on these mass shootings, they just don't know about them because Republicans at the behest of the Gun Makers Lobby quietly kill those laws in State and Federal Government,

In 2005 George W(orst President Ever) Bush backed by the Republican Controlled House and Senate passed Legislation making Gun Manufacturers immune to Lawsuits for their Negligence.

In 2011 Republicans in Illinois, in direct opposition to the health and safety of their constituents, voted to put guns in the hands of Terrorists:

Republicans on the House Judiciary panel shot down a proposal Thursday to prevent weapon sales to suspected terrorists.  

In a party-line vote of 21-11, the committee Republicans killed an amendment from Rep. Mike Quigley (D-Ill.) that would have blocked firearm purchases by those on the FBI's terrorist watch list.

Connecticut lawmakers, in March 2011, tried to ban the magazines used by the Newton Murderer.

In 2014, Alan Colmes interviewed South Carolina Senate candidate Lee Bright and asked Bright if Teachers should have "machine guns". Bright responded that a teacher "protecting school grounds" should carry whatever "she" can. When asked specifically if that meant "machine guns", Bright responded, "The Second Amendment is pretty clear. It says the right to carry arms should not be infringed... I don’t see how the government can regulate it."

Supreme Court Warren Burger, a conservative appointed to Chief Justice by Richard Nixon, said of the idea that the second amendment confers an individuals right to own a gun, 

"the second amendment has been the subject of one of the greatest pieces of fraud, I repeat the word fraud, ever perpetrated on the American public by an interest group in my lifetime."

Molon Labe: Guns aren't going anywhere and until We, the People do something about them, Firearm Fucking Gun Nuts are going to continue murdering Americans.

After each and every incident the gun humping fanatics have perfected the argument of the loud voice and the angry red face, after every shooting, they swarm the internet and just scream, 'AHHHHH!' 'AHHHHH!' 'AHHHHH!' ''AHHHHH!' 'AHHHHH!' 'AHHHHH!', until everyone just stops commenting and the other pressing matters in our daily lives take our attention away.

But, the Gun Humpers attention is never diverted they await every new mass shooting to swarm yet again. The murder on-air of a blonde newcaster and a cameraman, caused only a temporary ripple in the rushing torrent of Gun Nut Screams and the Howls of the NRA.

Guns will destroy us, unless we refocus and destroy them.

The 2nd Amendment is a Suicide Pact but, oh well "Stuff Happens"

A killer armed with a Gun kills 9 and wounds 17 more at an Oregon Community College and immediately the Gun Nuts demand more Guns.

The Cult of the Second Amendment is one of those National Delusions and Insanities that overcomes a people from time to time.

Rereading Charles Mackey's Extraordinary Popular Delusions and the Madness of Crowds, the current thinking re: the 2A is strikingly similar to the madness of Duelling which Europe suffered through for centuries.

Meanwhile after every shooting, the Republican response is to provide the literal least they can to the vicitms, as they offer up their 'Thoughts and Prayers' and proclaim this is not the time to talk about Gun Control as we're all too emotional. So, get used to get. Sandy Hook didn't change anything. In fact it made the situation worse as gun laws were loosened everywhere and gun humping lunatics flooded youtube, twitter, and facebook with Sandy Hook was a Hoax videos.

Even now, on-line stories are flooded with gun humping nuts who proclaim and chant the received wisdom, Holy Second Amendment! Gun Laws don't Stop Gun Rampages! And We, the People are held hostage to the Gun Nuts insanity as we wait for the next mass shooting at a yoga studio, grade school, or military base.

Safer with a gun? (A response to Charles Hanna of West Dundee, Illinois)

Here is Mr. Charles Hanna of West Dundee, letter to the Chicago Tribune Voice of the People August 17, 2015:

It's 2 a.m. You and your family are asleep upstairs. You hear glass breaking and footsteps downstairs. You instruct your wife to dial 911. At the moment, you wouldn't want a gun near your bedside? (Statistically, it doesn't matter, right?)

Well, Statistically it does matter. Because guns in homes are far more often used to murder family members than kill Home Invaders.

So, here's a retort Charles.

Your wife is on the phone with 911. The Police are minutes away. You've got seconds. You pull out your P229.357 Sig Sauer from the nightstand, press check to make sure there's one in the chamber, and head downstairs. You don't turn on the lights because that will alert the Home Invader. You still hear noise downstairs. You spy the figure of a silhouette in the kitchen. You take aim and pull the trigger. And murder your teenage daughter. Because she went out while you were sleeping and when she tried to sneak back in accidentally knocked over a glass vase.

And this isn't even a fictional account.

Gun Cultists are always hyping the Two A.M. Scenario for the same reason Gun Nuts fabricate the claim that guns are used literally millions of times a year to stop crimes. It's also why the Republican Party bars the CDC from collecting data on injuries and deaths due to firearms. Profit.

Because insane Gun-Humping Fanatics, encouraged by deceitful NRA leadership and callous Lobbyists for the Firearms Industry, don't want Americans to know the Truth About Guns; that Guns kill more than 30,000 Americans and wound Thousands more every year, so the blood-soaked Gun Industry can continue to make Millions of Dollars of the Deaths of Americans.

Guns are Tools but, Open Carry Gun Nuts are even Bigger Tools

An Open Carry Gun Extremist "Nunya Beeswax" recently uploaded a video of his encounter with Madison Heights Michigan Police Officers.

In the video, the white gun maniac declares his intent to parade into a High School with his rifle at the ready and holstered sidearm because he's a taxpayer. When the Police Officers respond to this imminent mass school shooting the Second Amendment Hero "Beeswax" takes an aggressive, defiant, hostile tone.

It's so Right-Wing. Mister "N. Beeswax" has apparently sought standoffs with the Police before this latest incident. Of course, had he been black he would have been shot the first time and Faux News and every conservative would defend the Police and declare the shooting a good shoot.

There was a similar incident last year in Kalamazoo, Michigan when a drunken "Joe Schmoe" brandished his rifle, threatened to kill the Police Officers families and stood in the middle of a street for an hour. "Schmoe" was of course not shot because he was white.

Right-Wingers love these types of confrontations with Police because they get to disrespect and spit on Cops while smugly shouting Shall Not Be Infringed and Taxpayer. 

Don't let conservatives lie to you, the behavior of this Open Carry Gun Maniac is basically the attitude of all Right-Wingers in America. And conservatives aren't mad about the behavior of the Gun Nut in this video but, that the video itself has been released. Just like with Mitt Romney's 47% video, Conservatives get mad when people see them espousing their true beliefs.

Of course, Faux News and the Sunday Corporate News Shows have to let Gun Humping lunatics like Wayne LaPierre, Larry Pratt, John Lott or Laura Ingraham on to talk about how we need less gun laws and more guns on the street cause right-wingers really believe it works despite the overwhelming evidence.

Then the conservative drone declares 'A criminal doesn’t care about gun control laws or a gun-free zone.' This is astoundingly ignorant or maliciously evil. Criminals, when they commit crimes, don't care about any laws. It's what makes them criminals. Laws don't stop crimes. Enforcement does. At most a criminal might be concerned about the punishment, but certainly not the law.

But by peddling this rightwing gibberish Laura Ingraham like so many of her despicable conservative pukes is helping to advance lawlessness and allow all the right-wing "Nunya Beeswax's" of America the ability to put the lives of every non-rich American at risk. But Laura and Wayne with their millions of dollars are far removed from this, safely ensconced in a rich fact-free bubble away from what Police Officers and real Americans deal with; so of course they don't care if your toddler gets shot.

Muslim Terrorism Strikes Chapel Hill, North Carolina

But, you won't hear about this latest incident of "muslim terrorism" on Faux News because the Muslims are the victims. The murderer is a Southern White Male Gun Nut. While the three murdered muslims were college age students.

Prior to the murders the killer, Craig S. Hicks, allegedly posted photos of his .38 in a holster and wrote, "When it comes to insults, your religion started this, not me. If your religion kept its big mouth shut, so would I" on his facebook account.

So immediately, the white privilege defense mechanisms kick into high gear to absolve a white killer and Whiteness in General of the crime.

Whenever a murderer is white we are treated to an overall media silence coupled with built-in rationalizations, e.g. "The killer was a lone wolf", "The killer is mentally unstable". As always the Conservative Media Apparatus engages in this blatant hypocrisy of downplaying White Mass Murderers because it benefits their narrative and helps them to continue grifting.

Already we've seen conservatives take to their computers to declare, This wasn't terrorism but an argument over a parking spaces, while a reversal of the victims and perpetrators would have had Sean Hannity and the entire Right-Wing Internet Fart Bubble screaming for President Obama to declare this Islamic Extremism while they cross-contaminated their blogs which incestuous amplification of the noisome emissions that President Obama secretly aided the killers.

So, as with Adam Lanza or James Holmes or when a Jimmy Lee Dykes murders a bus driver and kidnaps a 6 year old, holding the boy hostage for 8 days in his underground bunker, this latest mass killings is by definition not an Act of Terror because the shooter is a white male.

And there's a built in defense because Hicks is reportedly an atheist. So once more the right-wing criminals who have hammered the drums that Muslim=Terrorist can wash their hands and proclaim they had nothing to do with a southern white gun nut domestic terrorist murdering 3 young muslim students.

So, don't expect a rally attended by World Leaders. Don't expect Bill O'Reilly to question his morality. Don't expect NC Troopers to turn their backs on White Male Gun Owners and declare them responsible en masse for these deaths. Mass Murderers, when the perpetrator is a White Male, are coddled in this Nation. And just like Right-Wing Violence it is thus encouraged.

Hicks isn't a Bundyist Right-Wing Domestic Terrorist like Jerad Miller but is instead a "Looney Liberal" with the small incongruity of being a Gun Humping Fanatic. Talking Points Memo is reporting Hicks is vehemently anti-theist, being especially critical of American Christian Dominonists, and was a fan of Dogs Against Romney facebook page.

So, any twinge of doubt which might have momentarily plagued Conservatives can now be safely jettisoned and the NRA can proclaim what was needed here were more guns especially in the hands of young muslim males. Of course, it will be oddly shameful for Conservatives to villify Hicks for doing on a small scale exactly what Chris Kyle did on a large scale.

Second Amendment Heroes taking the Country Back by threatening to Murder everyone who Opposes them

Gun Laws don't stop gun crime, in the same way that a Red Light doesn't stop a speeding car.

If we're relying on the abilities of the Firearm Fuckers to make sure guns are used properly and stored responsibly the death toll at the hands of Second Amendment Heroes will continue.

It's no wonder the United States has the highest rates of Homicide and Suicide by Firearm in the developed world. What's needed is enforcement, but gun humpers resist regulations with the fanaticism of religious zealots.

Right-Wing buffoons like to claim the US Constitution only restricts the Government's interaction with US Citizens. But, of course as with most topics, they are wrong; an everyday American can infringe on your Constitutional Rights just like the Government. Granted the Government is a special category and needs special constraints and oversight especially when evil Republicans are in power but, what the NRA, at the behest of the Firearm Manufacturing Masters, have been pushing is to allow private citizens unlimited power, especially the power to kill other Americans, without restrictions.

Second Amendment Heroes have been using this power to murder Americans, without Due Process, thus depriving American Citizens of their Rights. This used to be called Murder but thanks to the efforts of the NRA and the Republican Party it's euphemistically known as Stand Your Ground or more accurately Dead Men Tell No Tales so Kill the Other Guy and Lie just like Conservative Champion George Zimmerman.

Another Faux News 2A Super Hero Byron Smith got to do what every fanatic has dreamt of since Bernie Goetz, gun down criminals. Smith however, wasn't accosted on a NY City subway, he laid out a burglary trap which caught two young teenagers whom he murdered. (Warning: At the link you hear Smith execute the two young people Haile Kifer, 18 and Nick Brady, 17.)

No reasonable person would grant Byron Smith the power of Judge, Jury and Executioner. I mention no reasonable person, because the NRA and Firearm Fuckers are the epitome of Unreasonable. 

(Jennifer) Longdon is no stranger to such attacks. Last May in her hometown of Phoenix, she helped coordinate a gun buyback program with local police over three weekends. On the first Saturday, a group of men assembled across the street from the church parking lot where Longdon was set up. They shouted about constitutional rights and tyranny, and called people arriving to trade in their guns "sellouts." (The program netted nearly 2,000 firearms with more than $200,000 in reimbursements.) 

Some of them approached Longdon. "You know what was wrong with your shooting?" one said. "They didn't aim better." Another man came up, looked Longdon up and down and said, "I know who you are." Then he recited her home address. The harassment continued, and the men showed up throughout the program, a Phoenix police official involved confirmed to me. 

After a fundraiser one night during the program, Longdon returned home around 10 p.m., parked her ramp-equipped van and began unloading herself. As she wheeled up to her house, a man stepped out of the shadows. He was dressed in black and had a rifle, "like something out of a commando movie," Longdon told me. He took aim at her and pulled the trigger. Longdon was hit with a stream of water. "Don't you wish you had a gun now, bitch?" he scoffed before taking off.

In April, Nathan Deal Governor of Georgia signed into law the ability of anyone to bring a gun anywhere in the State.

Immediately afterwards a Georgia Second Amendment Hero took out his piece and walked around the parking lot of a Little League Baseball game reportedly showing it to every mother, father and child in attendance proudly telling them there was nothing they could do about it.

One mother reported her 6 year old son asked her after the game, 'Mommy did that man want to kill me?' Probably not, but he wanted them all to know he could in fact kill them, with extreme prejudice and without fear of criminal prosecution.

Since Firearm Fuckers like to sarcastically ask, 'What gun law would have stopped this mass shooting?' How will the Guns Everywhere Law in Georgia stop shootings?

The two usual claims Gun Nuts cite; are the Murderous Gunman will re-think his planned rampage knowing that multiple people could be carrying a firearm themselves or the Concealed Carry Citizen will end the shooting by taking out the gunman.

Georgia is conducting a Social Experiment in which, the Gun Maniacs are willing to gamble with people's lives.

Now, a third claim made by Gun Nuts is that regulations and gun-free zones lead to Shootings. Often they will cite Chicago. But, the Second Amendment heroes in Chicago are extremely grateful for the NRA and loosening gun laws across the Nation. Of 50,000 guns recovered and traced after crime in Chicago 56% (28,000) came from outside Illinois. And of the other 22,000 from Illinois, the majority originated outside Cook County and Chicago's city limits.

So, what's the actual problem with Chicago's Gun Laws? That neighboring states, communities and Gun Nuts are lax and allow criminals to get their hands on easily obtainable weapons.

So, as you read the weekend tallies of Gun Shot Victims in Chicago just remember the majority of victims were shot with a firearm stolen from some conservative dumbass who left his gun on the seat of his pickup when he went to met his sister at the local Tug Shack in Mississippi or Firearm Makers in their zeal to flood every community ship their machines without proper safeguards and protections to keep them out of the hands of criminals,

13 Smith & Wesson M&P15 Sport rifles were stolen from a (rail) yard in the 6100 block of South Lafayette Avenue sometime between May 4 and 6, according to the ATF. 

The assault rifles were taken from a load of 50 weapons in a Norfolk Southern container, according to a railroad spokesman.

Currently firearms are one of the top three items stolen in any burglary; money and jewelry being the other two. So, technological advancements which render a stolen firearm useless to the thief would seem to be a welcome invention. 

Firearm Fondlers like to claim advances in technological progress do not render the Second Amendment obsolete, yet when Belinda Padilla, Armatix, and the iP1 a RFID chipped firearm tried to bring the weapon to the American Market they were immediately set upon by the Firearm Fanatics at the behest of the NRA.

Unfortunately, the NRA is against such technology. Because the NRA and other Gun Lunatic Clubs exist to ensure Gun Manufacturers can sell more and more weapons. Such technological weapons progress would cut into their sales and is therefore not a welcome advance.

Regulation of Firearms and Firearm Owners is needed but it's an impossibility. No amount of dead children at a school in Connecticut or on the streets of Chicago have caused the NRA or Gun Owners to question their beliefs, indeed it has only served to harden the hearts and close the minds of Firearm Fanatics.

Hopefully, the next generation of Americans who grow up having lost a childhood friend by a gun will have the courage and resolve to Right the Monstrous Wrong the NRA, Republican Party and Firearm Fuckers have inflicted and continue to inflict upon the Nation.
