Jonathan Turley and his Fascist Fans

Law Professor Jonathan Turley was trotted out by the Republicans to proclaim the Democrats are just big meanies trying to Impeach Trump and when one dispassionately looks and at the Impeachment case with Facts & Reason it falls apart.

One of the joys of being a conservative is having No Mind. Not brainless but, the condition of treating everything as though it happens Ex Nihilo. Thus, conservatives are free to treat Turley as some neutral arbiter and act as though his arguments are just based on sound reasoning and a simple application of the Law to the case. But, when one actually looks into the past you discover Jonathan Truly is a mendacious rightwinger trotted out repeatedly by Republicans to make disingenuous arguments which always happen to support Republicans.

Let's start with the whopper in the room, Turley by his own smug admission, "I've been friends with Bill Barr for a long time." Barr as Attorney General has been the hatchet man for the Trump Maladministration running interference and disabling investigations into Trump's high crimes and misdemeanors at every opportunity..

Turley was Ukraine-curious postulating that the Mueller Report was going to reveal Ukrainian election interference back in Feb 2019. As everyone knows the Republicans are pushing the FSB/GRU disinfo campaign that actually the Ukraine Government did all the hacking of the 2016 elections and even worse the Hacking was solely to help Hillary Clinton and the Democrats. This is pure Putin propaganda and remember AG Barr has been jetting about the world asking various Governmental figures of foreign nations to doctor-up some investigations into Ukraine or Hunter Biden.

But, Turley's hackery and bad faith arguments aren't confined to recent events. One need look no further than the 1998 Clinton Impeachment, where Turley was adamant that Impeachment must occur. But, much like Lindsey Graham, Turley feels comfortable conducting a 180 degree turnabout and arguing the exact opposite position when the President is a Republican.

And that gets to Turley's position in 2014 when he listed 5 myths about Impeachment and Turley wrote,

"While there’s a high bar for what constitutes grounds for impeachment, an offense does not have to be indictable. Serious misconduct or a violation of public trust is enough." 

Turley even cites the Founders beliefs that Impeachment could be for political crimes and states, if President Obama had redirected money approved by Congress for the Affordable Care Act for another purpose without Congressional approval this would be Impeachable act. This is precisely what Traitor Trump did in reference to the Ukrainian aid money when he asked for an explicit Quid Pro Quo and an investigation into Joe Biden. Of course, again the President in 2014 was a Democratic one and not a Republican and the House was controlled by the Republicans so Impeachment would have been okay, nay necessary even.

In his testimony, Turley takes special aim at Congressman Adam Schiff,

"The problem is not simply that the record does not contain direct evidence of the President stating a quid pro quo, as Chairman Schiff has suggested. The problem is that the House has not bothered to subpoena the key witnesses who would have such direct knowledge."

This statement is laughable on it's face as the White House has engaged in unprecedented obstruction, blocked and cited Executive privilege, and ignored subpoenas of key members of the Trump Maladministration with direct knowledge. But, Turley like all disingenuous know-it-alls convinced of their superior intellect went into a long and winding dissertation of "Bribery". It was a classic example of a smart or well read bullshit artist throwing up all manner of historical factoids to muddy the waters and culminated with a reference to the Sun-King,

"Louis XIV bribed Charles II to sign the secret Treaty of Dover of 1670 with the payment of a massive pension and other benefits kept secret from the English people. In return, Charles II not only agreed to convert to Catholicism, but to join France in a wartime alliance against the Dutch."

Turley concluded the case for Bribery hasn't been made by Trump's actions with regards to Ukraine but, no matter how one wants to parse whether or not military aid can be used as a carrot or stick to induce good behavior in a foreign power (which it can) the truth of the matter right now, and not in some detached Ivory Tower esoteric debate about the Law in the abstract, is Trump is a mobbed-up grifter who is either in cahoots with Vlad Putin or worse under the control of Putin, and in threatened Ukraine, a Nation which Russia an Vlad Putin invaded in order to annex the Crimea, in order to get them to create a phony witch-hunt into an American political rival.

But Turley recently wrote a blog post about Bribery, prior to his appearance and while filled with the same tired bad faith Turley arguments the comment section was replete with the standard #MAGA anger and hatred towards Congressman Adam Schiff. But, then on Rachel Maddow's show it became clear why Turley has a grudge against Schiff. In 2010, Turley and Congressman Schiff squared off in an Impeachment trial.

I've perused Turley's blog from time to time and the comments section is, as one would expect, infested with Fascist Magats. The comments continually invoke violence, the dissolution of Congress and wishes for Trump to use the power of government to punish and destroy the Non-#MAGA. Pure Fascism.

And that's where we are at today. Conservatism has moved beyond Turley's Era of William F. Buckley Jr's erudite meanness into pure frothing hatred at the Leftist establishment and violent wish fantasy fulfillment of yearning for the ability to round-up and murder millions of liberals. But, don't worry Turley himself will be safe and will from the comfort of his position as Professor of Constitutional Law at George Washington University Law School opine sagely, reference A Man for Seasons, and defend the Law.

Lost among the Impeachment Brouhaha, has been the strange journeys of Attorney General Bill Barr. Now, no one should be surprised Bill Barr is a brazen corrupt Hatchet Man. It's what he's been trained and brought in for; to undermine Law & Order and excuse rampant Republican Criminality. He did it during Iran-Contra and he's doing it now.

AG Barr has been traveling around the globe attempting to get Foreign Governments to announce Investigations into Democratic Presidential Candidates or The Left in general. It's a shocking display of naked fascism and a dastardly criminal conspiracy and worse... This shit almost worked! Giuliani and his Ukrainian Mobsters were on their way to announce the investigation to Sean Hannity when the arrests were made.

Barr and the Trump Maladministration would have used Sean Hannity's "reporting" to announce a criminal investigation here in the US and Trump would have peppered his ridiculous adderall fueled Nuremberg Adjacent Rallies to declare This Country and That Country are investigating the Radical Left Democrats. It would have quickly be assimilated into the Magat Horde blood stream, relentlessly churned into daily rightwing on-line screeds (buttressed by FSB bot accounts) gotten woven into the #QAnon bread crumbs, been the subject of non-stop Media Coverage, and easily morphed into a call to arrest every Democrat.

Obviously, Republicans believe by having foreign nations cast aspersions they can act as though their hands are clean and allow the Media to run with their propaganda and create But Her Emails and I Love Wikileaks 2.0. Fortunately, the Trump Extortion and Bribery Quid Pro Quo failed and it fueled Trump's Impeachment. But, AG Bill Barr is not one to have his criminal actions undone by anything. So, Barr has given two speeches calling upon Reactionary's to Grid up their Loins and prepare to murder millions of Non-#Maga.

In August, Barr gave a speech to the Grand Lodge of the Fraternal Order of Police, a horrific Fascist Authoritarian Leadership cabal, which has worked for years to turn Police Forces across the Country into Reactionary Paramilitary Organizations enforcing white supremacy and the rightwing agenda of multi-tiered justice and oppression.

But, Barr was just getting started. His latest fascist rant, delivered to the Federalist Society (the groomers of "Justice" Boofer Kavanugh), is chock full of the standard rightwing rhetoric which Mark Levin, Ann Coulter, Racist Limbaugh and other rightwing "luminaries" have been puking forth for decades. But, Barr's latest Blut und Boden speech also incorporates religious language, "progressive holy war", "conservatives do not seek earthly paradise" progressives use "the coercive power of the state to remake man and society". Anytime you read something like that every American should feel a shiver down their spine and grit their teeth. Because once conservatives invoke Gott Mit Uns... Well, all things become reasonable... and necessary...

Conservatives are aching and yearning for Trump and his Maladministration to give them the go ahead to begin rounding-up and killing millions of Americans. And AG Bill Barr just delivered the Fascism wrapped in the Flag and carrying the Cross...

The Degradation of America. Can Impeachment save Us and the US?

The Revelations from these first two days of the Impeachment are devastating. Direct evidence of Trump's longtime association with pimps and gangsters, bribery, extortion, back-room deals in the fucking White House, and Trump in real time committing another Impeachable offense on Twitter.

Of course, anyone familiar with Trump is not surprised he's a two-bit hood. And anyone who saw Trump have Official White House transcripts altered to lower his golf scores, can not really be surprised Trump would treat the Presidency as his personal enrichment device via the same mobbed-up grifter tactics he's used since the 1970's.

Fittingly, Gym Jacketoff Jordan is leading the Republican defense of Trump because Jordan has a history of shrugging his shoulders and ignoring crimes brought to his attention.

At the core of the problem is Conservative beliefs taken to their logical conclusion lead inexorably to fascism. The greatest examples of Conservative Government are: The Confederacy of 1861, Apartheid South Africa, Chile post 1973, the Estate Novo in Portugal from 1933-1974 and of course the crown jewel of conservatism Nazi Germany.

We are 1 year away from seeing whether or not the United States becomes the latest Nation to plunge into outright Fascism. Ultimately Republicans will not and can never be counted upon to do the right thing. Republicans long ago abandoned their so-called principles, morals, ethics, and values for Power; the power to say Suck it Libtard!

Now, this is not a warning that Violence from conservatives is coming; that violence is already here. And Trump is solidifying, wittingly or not, his support amongst his Magat Cult by pardoning convicted American military War Criminals.

So the question will be once Trump loses the 2020 election (because Senate Republicans will never vote to convict him during his Impeachment) and he refuses to abide by the election results, will the Republicans declare the election invalid because we have already crossed the Rubicon?

Sadly, the Republican Party, that vile den of scum and villainy, will have the power to determine the fate of the United States. I'm certain most Republicans would be more than happy to just slow down the Government of a President Elizabeth Warren for 4 years and gear up for a return to power in 2024, but some of the Republicans are full-on #QAnon lunatics and members of the Magat Horde and they may believe the propaganda they spew. If they control the narrative and direction of the Republican Party well then Trump stays in power and the United States faces the prospect of Civil War 2.0.

It's not just Traitor Trump. The entire Republican Party is owned by Russian pimps and gangsters

Okay... It's been known for a long time the Trump Crime Family has been laundering money for the Russian Oligarchs for decades and Trump himself has been a Russian asset since his first recruitment in the 1980's.

Because, Trump's stupidity and business failures left him without a source of funding the 1990's, but Trump has been is a mob-adjacent grifter for decades so it was natural he would find the the newest rising Criminal Syndicate and get himself in deep with Russian gangsters.

The recent arrests of Two Russian-backed Urkainian spies who had multiple "business" contracts with Trump, Traitor Tot Don Jr, Rudy Giuliani, Paul Manafort, Pete Sessions, Mitch McConnell, Kevin McCarthy, Lindsay Graham, and other Republicans brings it all around. It wasn't only Trump who sold out his country for Russian roubles but The Entire Republican Party. 

Recall the Department of Justice and US Senate has declared the NRA was acting as an undeclared Russian-backed foreign agency funneling illicit Russian monies into the campaigns of numerous Republicans.

Now, forget this penetrating the bubble of the #MAGAt Horde they're unreachable and have been for a long time.

Instead what we are facing is the same dilemma which confounded many liberals and Democrats in 2016, can we use the apparatus of government to achieve justice? In reality, this has been the eternal problem facing the left for centuries; can the tools of the Master be used to dismantle the master's house?

Under FDR, Harry Truman, JFK, and LBJ the Democratic Party seemed to make advances using the power of the government to advance justice; consequently this when conservatives decided "Big Government" was the problem with America. As soon as Government could help alleviate the woes facing those who have traditionally been crushed under the Government, conservatives

Instead Republicans set about undermining protections and sharpening the elements of the Government which help them acquire and maintain power and which could be used to undo the Progressive gains of the 20th century. Now, Republicans have been more than willing to destroy the American people in the quest to End the American dream and return the 99% to endless Wage Slavery and Eternal Corporate Bondage but, I did not think they would wholly sell out the Nation to their once most hated enemies. But, I admit I misunderestimated the Perfidy of the Republican Party.

Since his escalator ride down into the muck of the conservative lizard brain, his Maga Horde have heaped all manner of effluent praise and fantasy-fulfillment upon him.

Ben Garrison draws Trump as a He-Man endowed Master of the Universe and Scott 'Dilbert' Adams has imbued Trump with the powers of The Purple Man.

But, to the #QAnon acolytes and the deranged denizens of 4Chan, Trump is the billionaire playboy who gave up his lifestyle to be ridiculed and attacked in order to save America. As an incestuous regurgitation machine they have convinced themselves the latest revelations about Trump's criminal attempts at extortion and quid pro quo are really Trump finally springing the trap to drain the swamp and capture all the enemies of #Maga upon whom they pile the sum of all the rage and hate felt by their whole movement.

Conservatives will never abandon Trump. I believe even if Faux News decides Trump is too toxic and he needs to be jettisoned, in order to minimize the damage to the GOP from the 2020 elections, conservatives will rebel and kick out more of the so-called RINOs. Republicans would be happy to run the Two-Santa Claus Playbook on President Professor Elizabeth Warren and gear up to win back the White House in 2024 but, MAGA will not allow them to abandon their Chosen One.

But, Trump is not going to resign; that would be admitting defeat. And Trump is not going to abscond to a Russian Dacha on the Black Sea; as a mob adjacent Grifter his whole life Trump knows he'll be rubbed out. And Trump is not going to accept the promise of a Full Presidential Pardon; he needs protection for his odious spawn as well. And Trump is not going to start a foreign war with Iran or Venezuela; that's too hard to sell and even Trump knows Wars have a habit of ruining Presidential legacies.

Trump is the king of believing his own hype and the over-the-top ludicrous fawning fan-fiction has him believing he is the Greatest Negotiator Ever as evidenced by his Let's Make a Deal phone call to "Nancy".

What Trump is going to do is continue to escalate his violent rhetoric because he knows his base. Trump's very fine people are aching for him to declare War on Liberals, Feminists, Immigrants, minorities, journalists and the the whole cadre of Non-#Maga who are the true enemies of Conservatives.

Conservatives want blood and a White Power Nation, and Trump is going to conclude his best option is to ramp up the cries of 'Presidential Harassment' and 'Deep State Witch Hunt' until his Maga Horde decide to act on Trump's call for violence. At that point, Trump won't care what happens as the violence he unleashes will drown out his Impeachment.

President Trump told his acting chief of staff, Mick Mulvaney, to hold back almost $400 million in military aid for Ukraine at least a week before a phone call in which Trump is said to have pressured the Ukrainian president to investigate the son of former vice president Joe Biden, according to three senior administration officials.

Of course, Trump tried to strong-arm the Ukrainian Government and offered them an explicit Quid Pro Quo; it's Criminal Traitor Trump's modus operandi. But, having a flagrant criminal and shameless grifter in the White House can not be the truth so enter the media. This doesn't mean Faux News, because they aren't a media source, but a propaganda channel furiously disseminating lies and #agitprop for the Magat Horde to consume and regurgitate. No this is the so-called Vaunted Fourth Estate, who have spent the last 4 years feverishly working to legitimize Trump and running the BothSidesDoIt playbook (All props to Driftglass), whenever confronted with the gross naked horror of what Trump truly is. 

Russian pimps and gangsters, who after years of studying conservatives, knew exactly what to say to tickle the rightwing lizard brain in 2016. Trump knows how he won in 2016 he's going to use the same technique to win in 2020, namely getting a foreign government to fabricate, disseminate, and replicate lies and propaganda to the American people.

Rudy Giuliani spent the last week attempting the Dick Cheney gambit by leaking lies to the media and then breathlessly proclaiming 'Even the liberal media is reporting...'

Because, Trump (or more likely) his cadre of criminal co-conspirators know once these lies and smears are pushed into the American bloodstream, the disingenuous media will shrug and proclaim, 'Some people say...' and 'This story is out there...' and 'People are talking about it, so that means we must as well...'

Of course, the Magat Horde is unreachable, they have their automatic "Fake News!" retort memorized like a incantation to magic away anything which interferes with their love of The Chosen One. As the refrain goes don't take Trump literally take him symbolically.

Trump symbolizes all the raw naked hatred which constitutes the core being of conservatives. Thus, they will never abandon him. Indeed, they can not abandon Trump because it will mean abandoning their true selves. And faced with such a paradigm, it won't take much for conservatives who live for #OwntheLibs to be nudged by Trump's desperation into #KilltheLibs, in order to avoid reckoning with what they've become.

Ukraine and Traitor Trump conspire against the United States

"Ha ha ha! The Ukraine??? The Ukraine is weak. It's feeble. I think it's time to put the hurt on the Ukraine."

Apparently, Rudy Giuliani learned his entire policy ideas from his guest appearance on Seinfeld. And thus we have the explicit quid pro quo from Traitor Trump. Impeachment has been necessary for a long time but, the sufficient political cause for removal of the orange stain upon the White House has seemingly been lacking. Perhaps, not anymore.

It seems clear, Trump personally and through Rudy Giuliani asked Ukraine to fabricate and release smears, agitprop, and/or other politically damaging information on Joe Biden. And in exchange the US at Trump's direction would release $250,000,000 in military aid for the Ukrainian government. Whatever else Trump promised is unknown right now, but Trump is such a blundering blustering buffoon it could be almost anything.

Of course, Trump asked a foreign power to interfere in the 2020 Election. He had Russian interference in the 2016 election. Getting aid and comfort with hostile foreign powers is Trump's MO.

Nonetheless, we are yet again starting the Trump Scandal saga;

1. Trump commits a crime.
2. Trump, the Republicans and his Magat Horde deny it.
3. Trump, the Republicans and his Magat Horde accuse the Democrats of doing it.
4. Trump, the Republicans and his Magat Horde admit to doing it but, claim it's not a crime.
5. Trump, the Republicans and his Magat Horde say so what if it is a crime, that's just Trump draining the swamp.

The Republican Party is never going to do what is right. So, get that notion out of your head. Instead the calculus for the Republicans is how much damage will they suffer. The Republicans attached themselves like lice to Trump's rear in 2016 and stuck with him in 2018 because they calculated the election fallout to be worse for them if they turned on him. In 2020, we've see more than a dozen of Republican rats abandoning the SS Trump and "choosing" not to run for re-election. So will the Republican cut-and-run as the natural criminal cowards they are or have they determined the fate of a Racist Rapist is the fate of their party?

Impeachment! Dana Loesch and the conservative longing for Civil War 2.0

Impeachment is now out in the open.  The 5 worst Presidents in American history have all been conservatives; Jefferson Davis, George W. Bush, Richard Nixon, Ronnie Raygun, and now Arch-Traitor Donald Trump.

Things are about to get dicey.  As the further evidence of right-wing betrayal of the Nation mounts, conservatives will grow irritable and begin to threaten death more openly.  Southern Conservative traitors murdered hundreds of thousands of Americans in the first Civil War and modern conservatives want to best that record, in Civil War 2.0.

NRA hired right-wing domestic terrorist Dana Loesch narrated the call for violence in the NRA's audition video to be the American Freikorps.  You can palpably feel Dana's hatred pulsing forth during her speech, the anger swelling in her, as her gnashing diatribe reaches its crescendo and she calls for The Clenched Fist to be dropped upon protesters, #blm, liberals, feminists and those enemies of conservatives, the American People.

Of course, Arch-Traitor Trump has numerous right-wing domestic terrorist organizations to choose from; the Oathbreakers, III Inchers, and Unconstitutional Sheriff's of America and if need be he can turn to his "Education" Secretary Betsy DeVos' brother Erik Prince and employ Blackwater inside the CONUS.  This would just be a further payback for Prince establishing another back channel for Traitor Trump to contact his master Vladimir Putin in the Seychelles.

A large number of people are already being hurt under the Trump Regime.  I used to believe Trump would make an off-handed tweet to the effect of won't someone rid me of these troublesome liberals but, with the incredible revelations of Trump's brazen betrayal of the Nation; the unbelievable number of meetings with Russian spies and employing active agents of the Russian Government in high level U.S. cabinet offices it's now much more likely the subversive Traitor Trump and his racist DOJ under Jeff Sessions will specifically instruct paramilitary operatives to begin rounding up and slaughtering Americans.

For a long time conservatives have been yearning to unleash their anger upon those whom they hate the most, the American People, and go on an orgy of murderous violence and bloodshed.  Right-Wing "humor" of no-limit liberal hunting permits and General Pinochet's Free Helicopter Rides undergird their ardent desire to murder a portion of America they deem undeserving of the pursuit of life, liberty, and happiness.

Conservatives have long-tired of dogwhistles, winks and nods.  They want and need a Casus Beli, real or imagined, to cloak themselves in the mantle of righteousness, so that they can #MAGA.

The Impeachment, trial, and removal of Donald Trump will be that Casus Beli.

The FBI Plot and Conservative Coup d'etat against America

Conservatives have hated America for the last 50 years. In 1968, right-wingers began their long war against the United States to destroy the Democratic Republic and replace it with a Neo-Feudal Wage Slave State.

While in regular coup d'etats an actual military/ paramilitary assault and capture of key governmental facilities and persons is required the conservatives have been infiltrating and undermining the fabric of society, shredding the social contract, deregulating commerce and industry, destroying institutions of authority, while catapulting propaganda to inculcate violent stupid and active ignorant feral followers.

The Republican Plot has worked beautifully since Ronnie Raygun's Regime in the 1980's and continues to bear strange fruit. But, along the way while the Nation was turned into a Plutocracy, the conservative cancer revived the strain of white supremacy which Republicans sought to use for electoral advantage without ever ceding actual political power.

Now, just a week before the 2016 elections the FBI has made their move to overthrow the will of the American People and help install a short-fingered, morally and financially bankrupt abuser into the White House.

The Republican Party is all in because they see 2016 is their last chance at thwarting the Will of  the People and entrenching themselves into the Federal Government.

The slow moving conservative coup has yielded fantastic rewards such as the stolen 2000 Presidential Election and the stolen gerrymandered 2014 Congressional Races which saw Democratic Candidates win millions more votes than Republicans and lose the House by a wide margin.

Bolstered by falsehoods from anti-Clinton rogue FBI agents, Faux News began the ball rolling by having Bret Baier claim indictments were forthcoming against HRC.

Known liar Sean Hannity spent the last week repeating these Faux News lies and ignoring the two murdered Des Moines Iowa LEOs. Now elected Republicans and Trump spokesliars are repeating the lies and running with the "I'm hearing" indictments are forthcoming and 'some people say' innuendo.

The incestuous amplification effect which Dick Cheney and Republicans used to sell the Iraq War is at play again. Conservatives have made it clear they will use violence when they lose, Republicans are playing immediate impeachment and girdlock, and Trump has declared HRC's victory will mean a Constitutional Crisis.

In actuality, the Nation is in and has been in a Constitutional Crisis for years as Republicans have abrogated responsible governing and adopted a nihilistic philosophy of destroying the Nation in order to "save it".

Benghazi is a distraction from Iraq which is a distraction from Benghazi which is a distraction from...

Yesterday, President Obama announced that the Ringleader of the Benghazi attacks Ahmed Abu Khatallah has been captured. Here is President Obama's written statement;

The United States has an unwavering commitment to bring to justice those responsible for harming Americans. Since the deadly attacks on our facilities in Benghazi, I have made it a priority to find and bring to justice those responsible for the deaths of four brave Americans. I recently authorized an operation in Libya to detain an individual charged for his role in these attacks, Ahmed Abu Khatallah. The fact that he is now in U.S. custody is a testament to the painstaking efforts of our military, law enforcement, and intelligence personnel. Because of their courage and professionalism, this individual will now face the full weight of the American justice system.

Even as we welcome the success of this operation, we also pause to remember the four Americans who gave their lives in Benghazi representing their country: Ambassador Chris Stevens, Sean Smith, Tyrone Woods, and Glen Doherty. As I said shortly after the attack, they exemplified the values that we stand for as a nation, including a commitment to freedom and justice. All Americans should be grateful for their service, just as we are grateful to all our personnel – civilian and military – who represent our country around the globe. We will continue to honor our fallen by carrying on their efforts in support of the Libyan people’s aspirations to live in a peaceful, prosperous, and democratic society.

With this operation, the United States has once again demonstrated that we will do whatever it takes to see that justice is done when people harm Americans. We will continue our efforts to bring to justice those who were responsible for the Benghazi attacks. Once again the President has shown himself to be a great man amongst the vile villains and despicable dilettantes who circle around the cesspool of Washington DC.

Of course, Faux News wasted no time in proclaiming this a distraction or conspiracy. Right-Wingers and Republicans sputtered, pouted, bitched and moaned about the declaration from President Obama.

Being shameless disgusting enemies of America, the Republicans found the actions by the Department of Justice, FBI and Special Forces too convenient, the timing too perfect.

Of course, what they are complaining about is the destruction of their Fake Scandals. Ahmed Abu Khatallah, has stated the attack was in response to the stupidly inflammatory Innocence of Muslims youtube video, as was believed by the CIA at the time and stated by the vilified Susan Rice.

His capture and that statement alone have deflated over a year and a half's worth of lying demagoguery. As the Republicans and conservatives have been building a grand narrative upon the bodies of the 4 dead in Benghazi. Fours Americans whose names they can never remember but, upon whose corpses thousands of right-wingers have constructed an edifice of lies and innuendo, which they fervently hoped and prayed would lead to Impeachment.

Now, Republicans are reduced to pathetic mewling curs, sending out tantrum tweets. Waaaah! The Republicans tweeted! Waaaah! We still have a wholly bullshit Trey Gowdy led Benghazi Panel working! Waaaah! This arrest will undermine all the undermining of the President we've done! Waaaaaah!

Many years ago the mewling punk ass bitch Republicans embarked on a quest to blame all their evil actions upon President Obama. They wanted the Presidency back in order to continue their Agenda to impoverish Americans and Subjugate the Nation to the Will of the Plutocracy

Now, matter what the question or incident, Conservatives would declare it a scandal and throw a tantrum. Republicans and Conservatives believed that if they flung enough shit and shut down the government enough times, everyday Americans who are working harder and longer to try an reach the American Dream and don't have time to uncover all the Right-Wing lies and bullshit, would just throw up their hands and let the Republicans have the Presidency as happened in 2000.

Fortunately, unlike in 2000 when Republicans were allowed to steal the Presidency, and the Nation and entire world were cursed with the evil ineptitude of the George W(orst President Ever) Regime, which resulted in thousands of Americans dead and wounded in the worst attack on American soil in the Nation's History, thousands of Americans dead and tens of thousands wounded in Iraq, $5 Trillion dollars of tax payer dollars wasted and stolen, and the impoverishment of millions of Americans at home during the Republican Recession and Bush housing bubble.

Thankfully a man of honor, Barack Obama, is in the White House now and the Nation's enemies both foreign and domestic hate him.

Bowe Bergdahl's Freedom means President Obama's Impeachment (Updated)

Republicans had been blocking efforts at freeing Bowe Bergdahl since 2010. Because Republican see the Military Servicemembers as little more than wooden chits on a RISK board which they are willing to let languish in terrorist's hands to advance their despicable agenda of Murder, Oppression, and theft of Trillions.

Michael Tomasky over at The Daily Beast believes Bergdahl will be used by Republicans to Impeach President Obama. I'm even tempted to say forget Benghazi—Bergdahl may well end up being the flimsy excuse for the impeachment hearings they’ve been dreaming of before all this is over.

"Our terrorist adversaries now have a strong incentive to capture Americans. That incentive will put our forces in Afghanistan and around the world at even greater risk,” House Armed Services Committee Chairman Howard P. McKeon (R-Calif.) and the ranking Republican on the Senate Armed Services Committee, James M. Inhofe (Okla.), said in a joint statement.

Congressman McKeon and Senator Inhofe accused President Obama of breaking the law releasing a statement Obama is required by law to notify Congress 30 days before any terrorists are transferred from the U.S. facility. They said Obama also is required to explain how the threat posed by such terrorists has been substantially mitigated.

Not only is President Obama's law breaking action criminal, he released 5 hardened terrorists (according to Right-Wing blogs who don't even know the names of the released) for Bowe Bergdahl, a POW* who is alleged to have been captured trying to desert and Faux News analyst Ralph Peters wished would be killed by the Taliban.

The Conservative Strategy has been to throw as many lies, innuendos and fake scandals at the Obama Administration because they know that even if when they are refuted, proven false or ignored the sheer weight of their unrighteous indignation is enough to cause Real Americans to throw their hands up declare a curse on both your houses and ignore the political process.

Which is what Republicans want; the less We, the People participate in elections and the political process the better it is for Republicans because when Americans vote in large numbers they vote against Republicans.

Especially, when the American People see the disrespect and evil disregard the Republican Party has for the military. The only Veteran conservatives love is a Dead Veteran. The Republican Party hates Veterans and the military unless they espouse the conservative principles of Oppression, Intolerance and Adulation for the Rich. Republicans especially disrespect and hate Veterans involved in politics unless they are Ultra-Reactionaries like Allen West or Ollie North.

And on the topic of Ollie North, the Republican Party is mad about the 5-to-1 trade because Saint Ronnie Raygun's policy was to trade military arms for hostages and use illegally obtained money to fund Reagan's Pro-Terrorist Policy outside of Congressional controls.

The way the first arms-for-hostages deal was designed, Israel would sell US-made weapons to Iran, and the US Government would replace Israel's weapons from its own stocks. As a favor to us, Israel was allowing itself to be used as a pass-through for America sending missiles to Iran. It was a shame the first arms shipment of ninety-six TOW antitank missiles to Iran ended up (and this was truly unfortunate, everybody agreed) in the hands of Khomeini's Revolutionary Guard. Worse, no hostage was released. It turned out to be arms-for-no-hostages. 

In spite of Reagan's high hopes, the second weapons delivery of more TOW missiles, also via Israel, shook loose only one hostage, and not the one [national security advisor Bud] McFarlane requested. 

In planning the third shipment, eighteen Hawk antiaircraft missiles, Reagan's operatives managed to piss off Portugal, endanger Turkey, get the CIA illegally involved, raise protests from the Defense Department, and move Secretary of State George Schultz to think about resigning... and all for nothing.

As the madness of Benghazi Fever fully inflects the Republican Party, Sinn Fein member Peter King demanded a minute by minute account of President Obama's actions and whereabouts on September 11, 2012. Congressman King expressed his concern the Commander-in-Chief's job while in the Oval Office is to ensure the safety of Americans overseas in potential war zones.

Of course, as everyone knows US History from August 6, 2001 September 11, 2001 to January 19, 2009 did not exist. During that non-time, from listening to Republicans and Faux News, I've learned the following,

"We were certainly safe between 2000 and 2008. I don't remember any terrorist attacks on American soil during that period of time." - Eric Bolling 

"We did not have a terrorist attack on our country during President Bush's term..." - Dana Perino. 

"We inherited the most tragic attack on our own soil in our nation's history," - Mary Matalin. 

"[George Bush] he inherited the negative impact of 9/11," - Sean Hannity  

"What he should be doing is following the right things that Bush did, we had no domestic attacks under Bush," - Rudy Guilani

I think it's time we demand an hour by hour account of what George W. Bush was doing in the White House from when he declared Major Combat Operations over on May 1, 2003 (thanks to Hackwackers for reminding me of that ignoble anniversary) to the end of his White House residency on Jan 19, 2009.

But, I don't know how pages of brush-clearing, bike riding and Heh heh heh Pootie Poot! I could take.

Of course, as is the wont of Republicans they blame everyone else for their failures. Just like when the Bush Administration blamed the US Navy and crew of the U.S.S. Abraham Lincoln for the Mission Accomplished banner.

But, with Congressman Trey Gowdy set to chair the Boehner Select Benghazi Committee the Impeachment of President Obama is, most likely, imminent.

"I can’t disclose that evidence yet, but I have evidence that there was a systematic, intentional decision to withhold certain documents from Congress."

Don't expect the Republicans to be doing anything for the next 6 months other than continuously threatening Impeachment.

Why wouldn't we Impeach a President for not protecting and defending Americans??? Thousands of Americans murdered in the World Trade Towers and a tens of thousands of Soldiers, Sailors, Marines and Airmen in Iraq killed and wounded wonder the same thing...

Because, Benghazi...

As Republicans fake scandals fall apart, they have again retreated to the incident which they believe serves their despicable campaign the best.

That is, the 09/11/12 attacks in Benghazi, Libya and the deaths of 4 Americans. Ask a right-winger to tell you the names of the 4 Americans* they care SO much about and you'll have to wait a minute or two while he googles them.

The Benghazi Building (remember it wasn't an "Embassy") was a tip of the spear CIA Operation building.

Of the more than 30 American officials evacuated from Benghazi following the deadly assault, only seven worked for the State Department. Nearly all the rest worked for the CIA, under diplomatic cover, which was a principal purpose of the consulate, these officials said.

However, make no mistake the Impeachment Proceedings are near. Because the Right-Wing has Benghazi Fever (h/t David Corn of Mother Jones). It's a condition brought about by the unceasing lying by Republicans and contact with the feces flung by conservatives who are full of shit.

The Marines at the Benghazi "Embassy" had no ammo!!! Except... There were no Marines in Benghazi. Then the Marines at the Cairo Embassy were ordered by Hillary Clinton and President Obama to stand guard with no ammo! Just another right-wing lie,

The Ambassador did not impose restrictions on weapons or weapons status on the Marine Corps Embassy Security Group (MCESG) detachment.  The MCESG Marines in Cairo were allowed to have live ammunition in their weapons.  The Ambassador and Regional Security Officer have been completely and appropriately engaged with the security situation. Reports of Marines not being able to have their weapons loaded per direction from the Ambassador are not accurate.

For the last year and a half we've been exposed to the Benghazi Fever. Newt Gingrich, who hasn't held office in over a decade, and an expert who has zero experience with the military often mentioned the "rumors I've heard".

In 2013, it was revealed the Republicans and Darrell Issa had been releasing altered and crafted quotes from the emails they had received from the White House. They've gone back to that well again this year.

A new email originating from Ben Rhodes, a deputy security advisor, has the shit flinging conservatives and lying Republicans re-lathered.

Congressman Darrell "An Act of Terror is different than a Terrorist Attack" Issa has convened new hearings and plans more and now Speaker of the House John Boehner has declared a Select House Committee will be convened to Investigate.

Here's what the Rhodes email from September 14, 2012 concludes,

The currently available information suggests that the demonstrations in Benghazi were spontaneously inspired by the [anti-video] protests at the US Embassy in Cairo and evolved into a direct assault against the US Consulate and subsequently its annex.

Wait... Ignore that part! The email isn't actually about Benghazi per se but, a about the larger picture of protests across the Middle East and Arab world in September 2012. So of course, the email doesn't hold the evidence the sick and despicable victims of Benghazi Fever contends it does but, that won't stop shit smearing conservatives.

John Podhoretz, Dan Riehl, Jim Hoft, Michelle Malkin, Ann Coulter, Erick Erickson, Dana Loesch, Rich Lowry, Glenn Reynolds, Matt Drudge, Jay Severin III, Pamela Geller and thousands of other conservatives on-line infected with Benghazi Fever will continue to weave a web of lies which they will tweet, blog, and scream about and then Faux News will pick up the shit conservatives are excreting and smear it everywhere. The Republican Party, which is in bed with Fox, will have no choice but to get covered in the same shit and Benghazi Fever will spread even further.

In 2012, a smirking Mitt Romney convened a Press Conference to gleefully announce Americans had been killed he and the right-wing thought they could build a Romney Presidency on the corpses of *Ambassador Chris Stevens, Glen Doherty, Sean Smith, and Tyrone Woods.

Since that failed, the sick and twisted people infected with Benghazi Fever have decided they could use it at least to hinder President Obama's second term while they spend four years smearing Hillary Clinton before the next Presidential Election. Benghazi Fever is so powerful, even the parents intercession pleading with Right-Wingers to not politicize their children's deaths went unheeded. 

Conservatives will never let a Democratic President serve without trying to undo the will of the American Electorate. Of course, unlike the High Crimes and Misdemeanors Richard Nixon, Ronald Reagan and George W(orst President Ever) Bush engaged in, conservatives engage in out-right lying in order to smear President Obama, President Clinton and President Carter. 

Much like, the way Republicans have usurped and misused the Filibuster, Impeachment is going to be another parliamentary trick Republicans invoke to attack the Democratic Party in service to their Plutocratic Masters and to appease their rabid supporters.

It's sick. It's shameless. It's never going to stop. Because, Benghazi...
