So, while Nancy Mace was coquettishly declaring her intent to get to the root of Hunter Biden's ding-dong via impeaching Joe Biden, drunken trash bag Lauren Boebert was fiddling with her new man's dick while he fondled her tits in public.

Boebert, is a two-time elected Republican of the United States House of Representatives.  I mean Boebert's entire appeal is wearing too tight fitting clothes, while she delivers her scripted sing-song "Let's Go Brandon!" diatribes.  For Trash Can Boebert this is nothing new.  Last year in a drunken escapade, her dick-waving husband and her drunken gun totting children tore around their neighborhood breaking things, while wantonly and recklessly driving drunk brandishing firearms.  

Remember Lauren Boebert called Congresswoman Ilhan Omar a terrorist and spread the despicable Republican lie about Omar marrying her brother.  I can not imagine the ridiculous coverage if it was a member of the Squad caught in such a public display of outsized assholishness.

White women like Boebert derive their power from the Patriarchy, just as her intellectual forebearers like Sarah Palin, Michele Bachmann, Supreme Court Justice Ginni Thomas, and her current rightwing women like the aforementioned Nancy Mace or freaky adulteress South Dakota Governor Kristi Noem are allowed to be trashy scumbags and assholes as long as they deliver up legislation and executive enforcement of rightwing control of women and oppression of everyone else.  These white women exemplars are allowed a certain latitude, as always IOKIYAR.

And precisely because Boebert is a valued Republican representative Kevin McCarthy won't dare call for her removal.  Just like with Drunken Van Orden in Wisconsin, pill-pooping Ronnie Jackson in Texas, Boebert has total immunity to act like an asshole and shout "Do you know who I am?" at anyone who asks her not to spit her gross toxic vape juice in their face.

At least "George Santos" has the smarts to not ask people if they know who he is, because "George Santos" doesn't exist and the criminal who represents New York District 03, is simply voting for Republican oppression of America, while confident in re-election in 2024.

Oh yeah, that person who asked the meth-addled Lauren Boebert to stop expelling her gross vape exhalation in her face was pregnant, but Boebert is a mother and a Republican so she gets to claim the mantle of "Pro-Life", while her entire life has been one of criminality and willful disregard for the safety of others.

Hardly, any of this matters to conservatives who have been steeped in rightwing lies, Republican agitprop, and corporate media propaganda for so long they don't know what is true, don't care about reality, and yearn for the Fascist Strongman to led them back to the Glorious future.

But, lies are what rightwingers want Republicans besmirch Joe Biden and engage in the their tried and true tactics of repeating lies long enough until the public believes they are true we have the behavior of Lauren Boebert.

Republicans no longer care about rules or norms, they violate them freely with the expectation Democrats will continue to adhere to them and the Corporate Media will frame any violation by the Left as a shocking departure from American tradition whilst Republican perfidy is covered as business as usual.  These people are unreachable and unredeemable and need to be electorally crushed.

With elections in mind, Mitt Romney announced he'll not be running for re-election next year and released a book as the beginning of his long descent into Statesmanship.

The Corporate Media will gush and fawn over Romney as the embodiment of the True Republican Party.  As a reliable centrist and clear-headed believer in American Democracy and Values.

What they will never do is accurately report on the Republican Party, or Mitt's own history, which includes siding with the Republicans in the Senate 100% of the time.  Or that Mitt Romney gleefully rushed to a podium to use the 4 still-warm dead bodies of Americans in Benghazi in September of 2012.  Romney could barely contain his joy and thought for sure the Act of Terror in Libya would catapult him to the White House against President Obama.  As such he joyfully used their corpses.

Of course, Republicans used Benghazi over the next 4 years to defeat Hillary Clinton in 2016 (and still use it today) as rhetorical cudgel against the Democratic Party.  

So, it's not surprising that the House GOP constant propaganda effort has led to the Pentagon opening an investigation into the Afghanistan Withdrawal in August 2021.  Now, the goal is simple if Republicans can declare the withdrawal an unmitigated disaster they can ignore their role in 20 years of wasted money, lives, and effort begun by Warmongering Republicans in 2001.  And thus Afghanistan will be memory-holed as another botched Biden disaster.

I'm not going to minimize the tragedy of those who died at the End of Afghanistan but, what unmitigated gall by Republicans to "Wave the Bloody Shirt" for the Kabul 13, thus ignoring and dismissing the sacrifice of all the others who served and those who died before them.  Shameless.  Vile.  Despicable.

I have little doubt the Corporate Media will help Republicans frame this as entirely President Biden's fault, after all, Dick War Boner Engle and other media figures fucking loved being in a Warzone and rankled at President Biden's bold decision to simply end this 20 year open wound. 

As with WW2, conservatives hate America and want the country Returned to Greatness when Corporations and Slave Masters ran the Nation.  The Uncomfortable but, absolute Truth is Republicans hate America and want to destroy the Nation.

Will the Corporate Media push the Rightwing Trucker Boogaloo

In a repeat of the Tea Party nonsense, I see the Corporate Media is back to amplifying and providing undue coverage to minuscule conservative propaganda campaigns.  Even the slenderest of rightwing tantrums is treated as though it's a spontaneous uprising of the Great Masses of Real America!  E.g. Mom's for Liberty! Enter the non-stop coverage of Truckers fighting Covid Tyranny! 

For years rightwing media has known if they constantly and consistently repeat their talking points, the Corporate Media world will be forced to (or willingly) cover the nonsense and often just regurgitates the framing crafted by right-wingers.  

For weeks, Rightwing media hyped the Canadian Convoy (funded primarily by American conservatives and comprised mainly of Canadian Fascists) as an expression of "freedom".  Conservative luminaries, like Candeath Owens and Dilbert Scott Adams, proposed seriously that Prime Minister Trudeau should be forcibly removed by U.S. Armed Forces and rightwingers across the Nation, from he lowliest Alex Jones troglodyte to Arch-Traitor Donald John Trump himself declared Trudeau was far more of a dictator than Vladimir Putin, 

"The tyranny we have witnessed in Canada in recent weeks should shock and dismay people all over the world," Trump said.

Such statements wholly divorced from reality and of sheer buffoonery only makes sense when you understand The Right lives in a completely sealed media bubble, breathing in and regurgitating the same noxious nonsense to each other over and over again, until it becomes concentrated bullshit.  But, it would be nice if outside the bubble the media would focus more on what these rightwing temper tantrums almost always turn out to be; i.e. huge opportunities for grifters to fleece MAGA morons.

Illinois Governor candidate Gary Rabine (Nazi Party) who's slated to get 5% of the vote in the coming primary attached himself to the Convoy in a feeble attempt to jump-start his flaccid campaign.  Even Illinois Republicans, who flirt with fascism, probably won't be excited about Gary's performative assholery. 

Nothing about conservatives should shock or surprise anymore.  The Republican Party is dead.  Conservative political thought long ago morphed into "Own the Libs" and abandoned their so-called principles, ethics, values, morals, and beliefs.  Conservatives live on hatred and a fanatical desire to punish those they hate; We, the American People.

But, the Corporate Media can not acknowledge this stark truth because to do so would be to cast doubt on their rhetoric since Ronnie Raygun.  And worse yet, it would illustrate how they have helped the fascist beast grow and thrive... 

And so when despicable Ron DeSantis was ignoring Covid spikes which have thus far killed upwards of 100,000 Florida residents, the Corporate Media couldn't get enough of his terse press conferences and his pugnacious attitude.  When rightwing media declared Florida Governor Ron DeSantis has won the Pandemic over and over, the Corporate Media world adopted their framing (as they always do).  

So, what's happening since the Media adopted him? DeSantis has pushed bills criminalizing children and their parents for their biology.  Florida is crafting and passing laws making it illegal to vote Republicans out of office and setting up a law enforcement agency to track down those who vote the wrong way, DeSantis brazenly berates children at his press conferences because their wearing masks irritates him. 

Like Youngkin and every other Republican Governor, DeSantis didn't run on a campaign of Nazi Assholery (unlike Gary Rabine in Illinois) because that doesn't win.  But once in office DeSantis dropped any pretense of equanimity and simply let his rank assholishness and deplorable vile temper rule the state while subverting good governance and enshrining fascism into law.

I fear come 2024 the Corporate Media will push DeSantis the way they always push GOP Assholes as he runs for President...

Grayson Allen is an Asshole and the need for street justice in basketball

The Era of the Hockey Goon is over and has been for 20 years.  The time for brush back baseball is faded and only recalled in sepia tinted memories.  The Era of Bad Boys and Thug street ball is also long past.  What hasn't left sports are assholes.

Most athletes don't play to intentionally harm another player.  But, like all human endeavors there will be assholes.  And assholes screw up everything for everyone. The question that arises is how does a team deal with a bad actor in sports?  For when the asshole player flouts rules, intentionally hurts other players, or consistently and seemingly gets away with it other players and coaches, rightly or wrongly, feel the need to extract justice (revenge) on the court.

Grayson Allen is a dirty asshole.  He's been an asshole and a dirty player since he was at Duke.  He plays dirty.  He plays to hurt people and he smirks and thinks he can get away with it.  And by and large he has. In his latest, purposefully dirty play Allen injured Bulls Guard Alex Caruso causing a fractured wrist, which Caruso is expected to miss 6-8 weeks.  Of course, Bucks fans don't care because It's Okay if Our Guy does it and Whataboutism from players the 1990's.

So what's the proper response?  Well, to Bulls fans and Coach Billy Donovan anything other than a long suspension feels like Allen got the better of the exchange.  And in the history of sports there have been numerous dirty teams and players injuring key opponents and derailing their playoff (and Championship) aspirations.  Premier 80s/90s Cleveland point guard Mark Price being purposefully concussed and injured by the aforementioned Bad Boy Detroit Pistons comes to mind.

What should the NBA and other sports leagues do?  Well, sadly the player who strikes first gets the most bang for their buck.  Retaliation, in football and baseball especially, get the player and team more heavily penalized.  The dirty cheating Houston Astros threw at and hit Chicago White Sox All-Star first baseman Jose Abreu repeatedly knowing if the Sox retaliated the Sox would suffer.

If sports leagues actually cared about cracking down on dirty play and assholes they would give fines and suspensions commensurate with the damage inflicted.  But, they won't and they don't.  In fact, most suspensions are challenged and the offending player often gets a lighter suspension on appeal.

You can't eradicate Assholes, like Grayson Allen, but if sports leagues actually cared about player safety, fair play, and true competition you could regulate them.  The rules the NBA adopted, slowly at first in response to Thug Ball of the Pistons and Pat Riley Knicks and Heat, and quickly after the Infamous Malice at the Palace are blunt instruments meant to curb flagrant behavior in general and were often turned on players like Rasheed Wallace whom Refs disliked but, don't seem suited to deal with a purposeful asshole like Allen.  The NBA rules committee or commissioner or safety board or whomever need to make an example of Allen or watch the players themselves take matters back into their own hands.

Let's note that Jeff Foxworthy has about $116,000,000 in assets. So, he's a solid member of the 1%. Now, mind you he isn't "worth" anything, but voting for Out-of-Touch Mitt is good business sense, since Vulture Mitt has promised to raise taxes on the poor while lowering them on the Rich.

But, did you notice how Foxworthy has it exactly backwards? He, like Vulture Mitt, hasn't given anything but shit to people. Hardworking people have given them everything.

But, Rich Assholes are going to be Rich Assholes. As always the Class Warfare cries emerge when Poor people tell the filthy falsely entitled Rich the free ride on the backs of the Taxpayer are over.

Celebrity Chef Mario Batali agreed to pay out $5.25 million to his former employees to settle a class-action lawsuit. According to the article,

Batali and the other owners of the eateries unlawfully skimmed four to five percent of the staff's wine or alcoholic beverage sales from the tip pool, taking an unlawful "tip credit," paying staff members less than the minimum wage, and failing to provide "spread-of-hours" pay -- that is, extra pay when a double shift extends over a certain number of hours in the day.

The lawsuit encompasses staff members who worked at the restaurants from July 22, 2004 to February 14, 2012 -- a group that numbers approximately 1,100.

Restaurant critic Jonathan Gold said this won't damage Batali's image in the industry because he's such a gifted chef. If Batali had been stealing from investors he'd be joining Bernie Madoff in prison but, in America stealing from the Poor and Working Class is called Capitalism.

Bob Scieffer wanted to know if McConnell supported Blunt's Rider to allow any employer the "Right" to deny any coverage because of their moral feelings. McConnell of course replied, “Yeah,” McConnell admitted. “Of course, I’d be happy to support it and intend to support it."

So in Mitch McConnell's America if you work for a Christian Scientist who doesn't believe in blood transfusions then tough shit dude he can deny covering it. If you're working for a Scientologist who believes Lithium and any other drug designed to treat depression or psychotic mental problems are not effective because of his "serious moral concerns" boom you just lost healthcare coverage for those drugs.

Almost 3,000 people have been arrested for activities that caused minimal, if any, injury to our society. At the same time, no financiers have been arrested for blatant legal violations, probably including extensive fraud, which have led millions of people to suffer and have practically brought our great nation to its knees.

They went after Bernie Madoff only because he stole from the Rich. Remember the Rich operate by a different set of rules. And it's these Different Rules (i.e. Laws) which have allowed these Banking Criminals and DoD Defrauders to amass huge fortunes. It is NOT as the Republican Party would have you believe that Wall Street succeeds by superior drive, work ethic, motivation, talent and gumption.

Matt Taibbi points out Wall Street Hoods and Thieves aren't winning by working harder or smarter, they are getting ahead by Cheating and by paying off Policing agents and by rewriting laws to make their crimes legal.

3) Reinstitute the Stock Trade and Exchange Tax at around 0.25%. Make Banks and Wall Street gamblers pay for their own bailouts. We had one from 1914 to 1966.
4) Empower the Consumer Protection Agency, Security and Exchange Commission, DoD Oversight and any other committee which will enforce laws and actually regulate and hold accountable these corrupt Corporate Criminals.

But, despite the obvious appeal to natural law, US legal precedents, equal treatment, and economic fairness, the 1% are deploying their Rightwing Smear Merchants and handpicked Republicans to obfuscate, distort and Lie.

As every Conservative knows when the narrative doesn't conform to your bigoted rightwing views simply manufacture quotes, attribute them to your liberals and propagate them amongst the conservative blog-o-sphere. Meet Jeremy, 38 year old slacker from Occupy Toronto or Occupy Wall Street,
