The Conservative reaction to Eric Garner is Ridiculous

Rightwingers only support the Rule of Law when that Rule is being used to oppress Minorities, Leftist Protests, and Unions. If the Rule of Law is being used to arrest or bring a conservative scofflaw to justice? Well, then it is the Rule of Law which must go for Conservatism is Never Wrong and Can Never be Wrong. Hallelujah!

The reaction from the Americans Right has been as ludicrous as it's been heartless. Everything and anything else is responsible for Eric Garner's death.

The odious Sean Hannity and Racist Limbaugh made the focus Cannabis, with Limpy proclaiming New York Cops just "walk by or drive by" when they see somebody "blowing a joint".

Recall that the with the murders of Trayvon Martin* and Mike Brown one of the key pieces of evidence, which was highlighted and repeated over and over and over by the Right-Winger Blogs and Big Media liars, was that each had smoked Marijuana.

Cannabis use has always been a Justification for killing Blacks.

Faux News paraded out all sorts ready to blame everything from Garner's weight or asthma to his refusal to submit. On that last point in Illinois Law a citizen has no right to resist arrest even if that arrest be unlawful. Of course, as the #CrimingWhileWhite hashtag has shown and as I can attest from working in Cook County I've seen "white" people get away with outrageous behavior, disrespect and active resistance and not even get an additional Resisting charge.

The protests against the miscarriage of justice has Zero Conservatives participating. Laura Ingraham summed up why conservatives are absent from protesting because "our people are working and have to support their families." She goes to claim protesting isn't the nature of conservatives.

The real reason is simple, conservatives support the killing of Black people by the Police.

Of course, Ingraham is correct that right-wingers don't "protest" instead they threaten violence, proclaim a Second American Revolution is needed, and walk around armed ready to express "Second Amendment Remedies".

Conservatism is Terrorism. And that is why Eric Garner is dead; because America is controlled by Right-Wing Domestic Terrorists who ensconce into law the reduction of voting rights for minorities, who use the courts and legal system to ensure the Working Classes are denied justice,who routinuely use the Police and Paramilitary Private Security Companies to threaten any who protest the rampant destruction of the Nation by Corporate Monsters.

There is no indictment for the Police Officer who killed Eric Garner by a choke hold. The killings of Eric Garner, 12 year old Tamir Rice, Mike Brown and so many others are just the latest deaths which highlight Right-Wing beliefs in America today.

Conservatives love when Black People are killed. Now, that outright lynchings are no longer authorized, conservatives have taken to unwavering support of Police Officers murdering blacks by proxy.

Of course, every now and then a Right-Wing domestic terrorist decides Cops aren't killing enough "Thugs" and tries to take matters in his own hands;

[A] man driving a Town and Country minivan drove through the intersection and accelerated through the crowd. One woman was seen crouching on the hood of the minivan as the van continued forward. She fell off as the vehicle rounded a curve.
Protesters chased and then surrounded the minivan, and the driver waved a black handgun at them. At one point, protesters broke out the van’s back window. The van was dented, and police recovered a rock from the back seat. Police took the driver, a 57-year-old man, into custody.

Obviously, each of these incidents and subsequent deaths is unique and deserves careful review and investigation but, what comes through each and every time is that conservatives support the killing of blacks unquestionably.

Now, you might argue that Senator Rand Paul and the fake libertarians over at Reason Magazine have denounced and decryed the killing of Eric Garner for instance but what they've done is use the killing to denounce Government and Regulations. Reason which exists to justify, defend and succor the Plutocracy got the closest to denouncing the killing of Garner in a column by managing editor J. D. Tuccille, but at the last moment Tuccille has to veer into blaming the cigarette laws and government regulations.

Now, much to their credit some of the writers and commentors over at Reason found the inconsistencies with Wilson's Grand Jury Lies and McCulloch's ridiculous defense of Wilson odious and criminal.

But, according to Libertarians the important take away is that Government is the problem, the deaths of Black People are incidental. And this highlights the key issue; American Society does not value Black Peoples Lives. At all. Conservatives go beyond just devaluing black people and dehumanize and criminalize their very being.

Senator Rand Paul could not blame the racist right-wing culture from which he takes so much because as soon as he does that, the grift is over for him. So Senator Paul is reduced to echoing the Libertarian argument of blaming cigarette laws and not the prime cause; Conservatives.

To Conservatives the crime Mike Brown, Eric Garner and the many others killed by Cops are guilty of is: Unforgivable Blackness.
