Car Culture was a Mistake 5: Elon Skum and the Cybertruck

Just before Thanksgiving Ryan Cooper delivered a blistering article on the wholly ridiculous Cybertruck;  The Cybertruck is the dumbest thing I've ever seen...

It’s anyone’s guess how much of a success or failure the truck will be, though the fact that at time of writing there is, incredibly, still no official information about price or battery capacity doesn’t bode well. But we can conclude that the Cybertruck is just possibly the dumbest vehicle ever produced. 

Cooper notably ridicules Skum's boast about the Cybertruck stopping an arrow shot by rightwing meathead Bro Rogan, 

“Joe Rohan [sic] shatters an arrow on Cybertruck that would easily go through a normal car,” Musk boasted on Twitter.

Thank heavens, all the commuters facing constant raids from massed formations of 13th-century Mongolian horse archers can rest easy. (No word on if the truck is resistant to ballistas, trebuchets, onagers, or mangonels.) Though if you’re actually out in the wilderness, you might not be able to get away from attacking cavalry; a recent video posted on Twitter shows the Cybertruck struggling mightily to get up a small hill that wouldn’t trouble a Subaru Forester.

Impractical.  Inefficient.  Ugly.  Costly.  Dangerous.  Poorly crafted.  Poorly designed.  Terrible.  Inelegant...

This is a what a child of the 1980's drawing of a future truck would look like.  Comparisons to 1980's computer game generated futuristic tanks to the vehicles made for the 1982 box-office flop Megaforce are all apt but, the best descriptor I read described it as a cubists interpretation of a Penis.   

The lines and materials used in the construction of the Cybertruck guarantee it will be murderous to pedestrians and deadly to drivers in other cars and their owners as well, much to chagrin of its buyers, since one of the prime reasons to buy such a monstrosity is to slice through other vehicles while you drive recklessly.  The Cybertruck will be unsafe at any speed and with 845HP boy will it speed.  "Move fast and break things" indeed...

But, far worse than the horrific design is the materials and performance.  It can't store anything in the "truck bed".  It can't tackle the gentlest of off-road slope.  Self Drive mode is as flawed, faulty, and dangerous as with every other Tesla.

Having just written about the blinding of opposing drivers with eye-level ultra bright LEDs it comes as no surprise the Cybertruck is equipped with a ridiculous and probably road illegal single horizontal LED.

The description of Tesla's as $100,000 MAGA hats continues to be correct as Elon Skum just reinstated chief rightwing propagandist Alex Jones.  In fact, the average Tesla owner is this guy, Nathaniel Radimak, so I'm super excited to see what Musk Fanbois can do while driving this CyberDalek on America's highways.

Women Veterans demand R. Limbaugh's Radio Show be removed from Armed Forces Network (Updated)

Old Racist Limpballs is flopping around like a spineless sack of disgusting jelly unable to figure out what to do or say.

After spewing his evil, oppressive Patriarchal bile about Sandra Fluke, Limpballs thought he'd be hailed, when it turned out Americans didn't accept his vile trash, Limpballs went further into his evil deranged mind topping his earlier filth with even more vile garbage. This didn't work and now Old Limpy started feeling the pain as advertiser after advertiser distanced themselves and pulled their advertising from his show. Limpballs standard the standard I'm not apologizing apology packaged with his 'I'm a harmless little absurb fuzzball' shtick.

Well, too bad. Sandra Fluke didn't accept your bullshit apology Limpballs and neither did female Americna Veterans.

Today, VoteVets.org issued a statement to the Pentagon to stop broadcasting Limpballs garbage on Armed Forces Network. AFN is owned and operated by the Department of Defense and funded with taxpayer dollars.

Miranda Norman (who is a VoteVets.org Senior Advisor), Kayla Williams, and Robin Eckstein, all Iraq War Veterans, and Katherine Scheirman, former chief of medical operations for the U.S. Air Forces in Europe at Ramstein Air Force Base in Germany said the following:

"Rush Limbaugh has a freedom of speech and can say what he wants, but in light of his horribly misogynistic comments, American Forces Radio should no longer give him a platform.  Our entire military depends on troops respecting each other - women and men.  There simply can be no place on military airwaves for sentiments that would undermine that respect.  When many of our female troops use birth control, for Limbaugh to say they are "sluts" and "prostitutes" is beyond the pale.  It isn't just disrespectful to our women serving our country, but it's language that goes against everything that makes our military work.  Again, we swore to uphold our Constitution, including the freedom of speech, and would not take that away from anyone - even Limbaugh.  But that does not mean AFN should broadcast him.  In fact, it shouldn't."

I'm certain conservatives are booing those Veterans, this very moment. First off, because they are women and conservatives hate women but, also because they are Veterans and conservatives hate Veterans.

I can't wait till Right-Wing idiots declare this to be a violation of Limpballs 1st Amendment Rights. Proving again that conservatives are ignorant and evil.

Limpballs doesn't present anything other than the nasty, brutish filth of the Totalitarian Right. Limpy insulted Chelsea Clinton years ago and more recently he made fun of Michael J. Fox's Parkinson's disease by shaking his flabby ponderous bulk so he's made a career of this type of insulting, oppressive, misogynistic garbage.

But, now Limpballs whole career can be destroyed. As long as we don't rest on our current victories. Put economic and moral pressure any everyone associated with Limbaugh. Don't stop until every single company finds his show as appealing as a Stormfront Radio Program.

AmericaBlog reports, 10 companies have now pulled their advertising from Limpballs program. The ratings of his show and it's very viability are now in question.

And thus Limbaugh will go on, damaged, but unbowed. He's now tainted, but you can bet that all of his listeners see him as the victim here and that, six months, a year from now, nearly all of those sponsors will be back. But maybe, just maybe, he will be poisonous enough to be nothing more than a deranged cult leader, a deaf and dumb and dying dinosaur in the tar pit of his fading career.

Democrats have won the Presidential Election Popular Vote in 1992, 1996, 2000 and 2008. The only reason Bush managed to win in 2004 was because Redupelicans used Bush's Abject Failure of SEPTEMBER 11! Shouting it every time they could and frightening the evangelicals by making scary noises about Marriage and threatening them with catching TEH GAY.

As the election power of Screaming September 11 fades the Republicans fall back to the classic move of blaming their failures on the Democrats. Liz Cheney is the latest Republican, joining Dana Perino, Mary Matalin, Rudy Guiliani in claiming they weren't responsible for the failure of 9/11. [When is it no longer Bush's Fault?]

However, it's only a part of the Grand Strategy of the Republican Party. Republicans and Conservatives are engaged in a generations long struggle to create a set of facts which they can reference and continue the duping of their followers. From this set of facts, Redupelicans can continue to get Americans to vote against their interests.

It's a brilliant strategy. The constant repetition of the Center Right Republican truth, the false piety, the Talk Radio invective, the Fox News blather, the mass produced propaganda books (Liberals are Fascists! Liberals are Godless!) have allowed Republicans to steal the wealth of America and funnel Trillions of Dollars to their Corporate Controllers for over a 100 years.

However, the Right's greatest recent success has been in taking over the Texas State Board of Education which exert extreme influence over the information which goes into Nation-wide K to 12 Textbooks. With their school board power the Right has succeeded in reducing the age of the earth, highlighting the strengths of Creationism, glorifying Newt Gingrich for freeing the slaves, praising Phyllis Schlafly for saving American Women from the Perils of Learning and correcting the record of racist Republican Bigots who loved Martin Luther King Junior so much they wanted him to die to truly appreciate him.

Conservapedia, perhaps unsurprisingly started by Phyliss Schlafly's son and while widely panned and recognized as a joke has still garnered the support of the extremists on the right for their de-liberalization of the bible project; stating Liberal bias has become the single biggest distortion in modern Bible translations. While this is absurd it's not what current people or Theologians believe but whether or not the Conservatives can brow-beat their children and future ones into accepting the Conservative Bible.

Both parties are made up of people who view themselves at the top of the American Social Stratification ladder; Especially when they reach the level of the Federal Government. And like all rich powerful self-important people they don't believe the regular laws apply to them, however, the Right shields and defends their members when they transgress because they view the exercise of political power as the highest good, when the Republicans are doing the exercising.

That way when the Bush unleashes the Smokin' Gun Mushroom Cloud lie and Dick Cheney simply states, there is no doubt that Saddam Hussein now has weapons of mass destruction, the Right is more than willing to believe those lies or if unable then to accept the Noble Lie Theory.

Unlike the bigots who suddenly emerged for fiscal responsibility when a black man became President, but looked the other way when Republicans stole Trillions, I will hold the Republican Party responsible for their lies.

When is it no longer Bush's Fault?

Pouting Republican Supporters are petulantly stomping about the blogs and holding their breath demanding to know when Bush's Untouchable Record of Utter Failures will be ignored and the Terrorist Punk Ass Bitch Right can heap all the blame for the wrecked and woeful state of the Nation onto Obama.

Here's a deal when Punk Ass Bitch Republicans take Responsibility for the shameful disaster of 9/11 then we can mention Obama's failures in 2009.

However, as long as the Right Wing Cowards and Hypocrites keep claiming Bush Kept America Safe while the Twin Towers fell and the Pentagon burned then all the tea bags in Boston can't cover the Republican Record of Dismal Failure so continue to hold your breath you petulant Punk Ass Bitches...
