Traitor trump has spent about 1/3rd of his second term besmirching and threatening Congresswoman Ilhan Omar.  But, more than just him Republicans have spent years relentlessly, ceaselessly, attacking Congresswoman Omar but get away with outrageous endorsement of stochastic terrorism because ha-ha-ha she married her brother!!!  Just like with their attacks on Speaker Nancy Pelosi, Republicans can rely on their Proud Boys to no longer just Stand Back and Stand By, but instead to do something to rid them of these troublesome Democrats...

Recall how Traitor trump didn't say or do anything in response when Minnesota Democratic Congresswoman Melissa Hartmann (as well as her husband John and their fucking pet dog) were assassinated by Republican Vance L. Boetler but, when he got word of the rightwing conspiracies spreading across X and Truth Social he decided to be a fucking ghoul and amplify the lies because it helped to hurt Governor Tim Walz.

By definition if you oppose trump and MAGA you are a criminal and an insurrectionist.  Thus making any use of force on you legitimate. 

This shit isn't sustainable.  Trump, Stephen Miller, Steve Bannon and any other Republican ghoul you can think of would like nothing more than for the violence to escalate and for a CBP or ICE agent or two to be killed because then...  oh ho... then, Republicans would declare full-scale violence.

Republicans are itching, yearning, begging to begin the full-scale massacre of liberals, uppity minorities, "fucking bitches", elected Democrats, LGBTQ persons, and everyone else they think they can simply round-up and liquidate.

Right now, Republicans believe they have never had a better opportunity as they control all the levers of power, the entire apparatus of federal government, and lay claim to the "legitimate" monopoly of force.

Minnesota is proving troublesome but, Steven Bannon, Stephen Miller, and numerous paid rightwing propagandists are pushing for Minneapolis to be a Killing Field.

Remember the Republican freak-out about ICE Agents having to show their faces because they would be doxxed?  As if federal law enforcement being able to operate without identification, without showing their faces, and masked is at all in keeping with American values and not an absolute admission these men are operating as a modern KKK.  Well, Pam Bondi has been releasing the names and pictures of those detained by ICE for interfering with their operations.  Remember every CBP agent likes to threaten to arrest people on 18 U.S. Code § 111, expecting Americans to be docile and conciliatory when confronted with their authority.

This is not redeemable.  These men can not be trained or reformed.  CBP and ICE must be utterly destroyed.

Pam Bondi is correct that the founding of the United States was based on Law Enforcement, she just missed the part wherein the Founders were reacting to egregious, immoral, illegal, capricious, and unjust law enforcement.

Just like today.

While, there are fractures appearing in the Republican commitment to barbaric ICE/CBP tactics in Minnesota and across the country, aren't slowing or being re-evaluated.  This is for several reasons, Traitor trump can't back down, and the prime architects of the ethic cleansing are Stephen Miller and J.D. Vance

Understand, rightwingers know who You means.  It's not directed at them.  It's directed at You.  The 2nd Amendment, and in reality all the Amendments and the Constitution only apply to Real Americans, and the only Real Americans are MAGA.  With a wink and a nod MAGA understands Trump is talking about criminals and insurrectionists and by definition anyone against Trump is a criminal and insurrectionist.

You may look at this and go Come On, Republicans can't really believe that.  Well, you'd be wrong.  You ask any MAGA chud about the unconstitutional ICE raids and detentions, they will respond Due Process and the 4th Amendment are for citizens only.

Next you probably know the litany of despicable outrageous lies Bovino, Noem and Republicans across the country rushed to tell about terrorism and then modified and now continue to modify to justify this unjust extrajudicial murder but one of the most irksome to me was when they rushed to proclaim Alex Pretti had "No ID".

In my two decades of Police work, I don't know how many times I had to explain to rookies that under the U.S. Constitution you aren't obligated to have "I.D."  In fascist dictatorships you were but, someone out walking in public doesn't have to have Their Papers.  But, Noem and the Department of Injustice threw this in there because they know their MAGA drones will infer wrong-doing by him not having ID.  

So, you should understand what Republicans mean when they hurriedly rush to talk about  LAW&ORDER.  People get confused and have been hornswoggled into believing THE LAW in the United States is some mythic shield protecting them, when it's nothing but words on paper.  Alex Pretti, Renee Good, and the at least 50 acknowledged people murdered by ICE/CBP were all denied their basic Constitution Rights under the law because what Traitor trump and MAGA want to impose is ORDER.

And that ORDER comes from violence directed at the enemies of MAGA.  What rightwingers across the country want are dead liberals, women, minorities, queers, and Democratic politicians.

You lawful assemble and protest?  Arrested.  You raise your voice?  Erased.  You dare to ignore their authority?  Shot in the Face.  You intervene to stop them abusing others?  Shot in the back.

ICE Escalation and the Republicans who goad them on

     I started writing a post about the ICE escalation leading to CBP "Officers" murdering Alex Pretti but, the amount of info began to make that post a dense mass of assorted and tangential information.

I'll come back to some of those points in a later post.  I just want to write here about the apparent Department of Homeland Security Terrorism standing orders to escalate every situation and to continue escalating to hopefully provoke a violent physical confrontation.

We saw how the CBP agent started a violent encounter by viciously pushing a woman over leading to the sequences of events when poorly trained, jittery, angry CBP incels executed Alex Pretti but, why do they feel so empowered to do these things.

Well, I believe it is because of the 100% support they are receiving from the higher ups in their chain-of-command and the non-stop agitprop rightwing influencers, old-school conservative propagandists, and the Trumpublican Party are giving them; absolutely assuring them that their crimes, use of force violations, and unconstitutional actions will not only be defended by lauded.

I watched Adam Mockler try to "debate" notorious sex-pest Michael Knowles about the Renee Good murder by Jonathan Ross.  It was so infuriating.  Which is exactly the point.

These rightwing men argue this way purposefully; it's 100% bad faith, 100% of the time.  There goal is never to arrive at truth but, to frustrate you, and say things objectively false because they want to further hurt, further obscure reality, and celebrate the killing they whole-heartedly endorse while pretending to be debating.

That's because their whole modus operandi is and has been for several decades to lie and defend the utterly indefensible.  This group of rightwing professional liars really came to prominence during the run-up to and during the Iraq War and the advent and proliferation of social media merely extended their range, reach, and fast-engagement tactics.

But, while these rightwing professional podcasters continue to grow in number and continue to say more and more inflammatory things (in order to keep their fan bases coming back for more and more violent rhetoric and calls for violence) what has always struck me as pathetic is why are field officers, so eager to take orders and listen to the likes of Stephen Miller, Ben Shapiro, Erick Erickson, Benny Johnson, Matt Walsh, Tim Pool, Rich Lowry or any number of this gaggle of nebbish never-done anything of note who spend their entire day sitting on their asses talking and posting on-line.

Now, I know why little Benito Gregory Bovino is doing what he is doing, he's looking at a post CBP career as a Faux News analyst, keynote speaker at CPAC, and can see the lucrative career other similar fascists have enjoyed before him.  And I understand why young men with little money and no power or access to young women would follow an Andrew Tate or Joe Rogan;  they promise if you adhere to their gorilla mindset you too will get money and influence and be able to do women at your leisure and without having to worry about their feelings, wants, and needs.

But, these other preening little propagandists haven't ever served in the military, done police work, haven't hard labor or any of the blue-collar masculine jobs they lionize, haven't done an honest day's labor, or done anything to buttress their claims of expertise and knowledge.  It's all sitting in a studio pontificating all day long, demanding and goading other men into exterminating the brutes.

So, that's the question;  why do men listen to these dweebs?  I know Republicans have worked relentlessly these last 50 years to code the Democratic Party as gay, black, and female;  and Jonathan Ross illustrates the hatred white men have towards "liberals" as he muttered "Fucking Bitch" after murdering Renee Good and because he was livid she and and her lesbian wife didn't respect his authority.

So, what's going to happen.  I don't know who has the ear of senile slowing rotting Donald Traitor Trump right now, but while Kristi Noem's MAGA plastic face can no longer emote and her flat-affected voice speaks lies which no one believes, other Traitor trump administration officials have attempted to fill the void. 

 J.D. Vance, Todd Blanche, and their cadre of treasonous criminals have attempted to shift blame onto Governor Walz, Mayor Jacob Frey, Senator Amy Kloubachar, or Congresswoman Ilhan Omar.  But, other Republicans continue to besmirch, slander, and dishonor Alex Pretti and continue to escalate tensions as they yearn for more state-sponsored violence and terrorism against people in Minnesota.

Let me explain why Nazis (aka ICE & CBP) murdered Alex Pretti today

No Firearm is being Brandished

 First, let me say something about the man whom J.D. Vance, Kristi Noem, and Stephen Miller ordered murdered today.  He apparently was an ICU nurse who often worked with VA patients.  A local resident with legal permit to carry and with no criminal history.  A good man, a good son, loved by his parents and co-workers.

What's clear is ICE have been given standing orders to escalate every situation, to engage in maximum confrontation and use maximum force at all times with protestors, witnesses, and migrants.  This is evidenced by every recorded ICE interaction you see where they engage in maximum intimidation and threats and buttressed by the verbal support of "absolute immunity" J.D. Vance and Stephen Miller have repeated shouted whenever possible.  And in response to yesterday's show of protest by thousands of people in Minneapolis in which ICE appeared weak they determined to regain control and exert their authority.

Let me give you a story of my training 20 years ago at PTI in Champaign-Urbana.  The training exercise one day was about Terry Stops and proper Search & Seizure.  In the incident you and a partner approach an individual who may or may not be committing a minor misdemeanor offense.  In my first situation, a business calls about a drunk customer whom they would like to leave.  No threats or violence have occurred yet.

So, in the exercise when we approach the role-player he's verbally defiant but clearly provides no physical resistance.  Basically, I'm not gonna go.   I should also point out this exercise was one of many to teach a proper head-to-toe search of the role-player who may or may not be carrying something.  So eventually after not being able to convince him with what used to be called Verbal Judo we have to escort him out or place him under arrest.

These training situations were not meant to stump the rookie officers as role-players usually only lightly hid the item which could be found if you conducted even a cursory search.  In my exercise, as I placed his hands behind his back, I spotted a practice firearm tucked into his rear waistband.  I immediately grabbed it with my right hand.  The training supervisor told me to stop and asked, 'Okay now what are you going to do?'  

The point was with a gun in my right hand and only my left holding his left arm (the training partner had the other arm) how were you going to secure the gun and handcuff the man if things went awry?  You can't or shouldn't try and jam a firearm into your pocket while in this stress situation you can't put it on the ground.  So, wouldn't it be better if you left the gun where it was (after all it can't be fired) and maintain control of the individual while you handcuff him and then retrieve the weapon?

So, let's go to the incident today in which ICE Nazis attacked and eventually murdered Alex Pretti.  Pretti is recording with his phone and watching ICE when one agent gets in his face, that little Nazi then violently pushes a second person over and Pretti gets somewhat in between them.  The little Nazi, of course immediately goes to chemical weapons (i.e. oleoresin capsicum spray) and sprays Pretti.  

While Pretti is moving away with his hands up to try to shield his face and the woman is still laying on the ice and sidewalk the instigating Nazi continues spraying OC and other Nazis descend, knock Pretti to the ground, and begin striking him, including one who appears to pistol-whip (like an untrained baboon the ICE Nazi is using his large can of OC spray to hit) Pretti.  It's at this point as his jacket and clothing become undone, one agent spots the firearm in his waistband (not in Pretti's hands not on the ground nearby) grabs it and probably yells gun and runs off.  (There is a theory the agent grabbing the legal firearm pulled the trigger and loosed a round.)  1, 2 or 3 of the other Agents then begin shooting, because in the video one at least has already taken his firearm out for some stupid reason, and because they have stress tunnel vision and no qualms, hitting him multiple times killing Pretti.

This killing is 100% the result of a bunch of semi-trained, amped up Nazis not knowing how to respond in a situation like this other than to go to deadly force.  A situation in which ironically more training would have helped but, that's not the orders ICE is operating under.  They are operating as a domestic paramilitary terrorist squad and being instructed to escalate any and every situation into use of force violations as standard operating procedure. 

This is straight up unlawful use of force, a violation of multiple 4th and 2nd Amendment SCOTUS rulings, and a murder charge for multiple agents.

Pretti is not impeding an arrest or doing anything within the purview of ICE's mission, but, like I wrote ICE and CBP, and DHS seem to have orders to immediately ratchet up the use of force ladder to violent physical confrontation at all times.

What's especially important is immediately DHS and Kristi Noem thought it imperative and important to brazenly lie about the interaction immediately.  The first statements from DHS were Pretti was brandishing his firearm and going to commit a mass shooting of ICE Agents.  This is of course a total lie, but it's the story rightwing media is running with as evidenced by the New York Post headline.

Of course, this isn't true but as I've stated repeatedly first Republicans murder your body, then they murder your memory.  And the Republican response is to always go maximal dishonesty and character assassination and flood the zone with lies and bullshit to ensure the truth (even in stark unedited video) is not believed by their ghoulish gang of Nazis.  And let's be clear every Republicans is in favor of this killing because they assume the person killed is a politically opposed to them. 

But, remember Stephen Miler, Noem, Vance, Trisha McLaughlin, whatever asshole on Faux News, OAN, Newsmax or wherever don't lie to deceive, they lie to demonstrate power and to defend the blatantly indefensible. 

In response, to this murder, DHS officials apparently tried to take control over the crime scene (to contaminate it) took custody of witnesses, published pictures of evidence to social media, and ordered local police away from the area.  The Minneapolis Police Chief pushed back but, remember Republicans always want to win in the Court of Public Opinion and don't care about the actual courts because they know they can delay and drag out proceedings for years and might win the case with their tainted evidence and outright perjury.

This murder is not going to cause anyone in the Trump administration to pull back and re-evaluate.  That's what Losers do and Trump and his cabal of Nazis are Winners.  They are going to re-double ICE's efforts and more Agents are going to threaten protestors with being killed while mocking Us.  This is what they Voted For after all...

KKKristi Noem once again called the extrajudicial murder of an American an act of domestic terrorism.  Once again I will remind you that if you are against trump and MAGA you are definitionally a domestic terrorist and they are ready to summarily execute you.  Republicans are planning on killing millions, this is just a prelude.

Sadly...  it appears ICE has murdered another person.  There is video up at reddit and elsewhere.  The reddit video appears bad as agents pile on and one apparently takes out his sidearm (or taser?) and pistol whips the person on the ground, then the shots are fired, and the agents run away from the body.

Get ready for the same Republican playbook to be trotted out to justify this death while on-line rightwingers are getting every bit of data they can to smear, defame, and blame the deceased for his death as they also chuckle Ha ha ha FAFO!

The rightwing response is going as predicted;  Faux News ran out Marc Thiessen (a big Iraq War proponent) who never saw a Republican crime he didn't endorse to lay blame on Mayor Frey and Governor Walz and the Protesters and Department of Homeland Terrorism tweeted out the murdered man had a gun accompanied by a picture of an unloaded Glock with magazine and sight on a car seat.

Remember when it comes to Gun Rights and self-protection this is not afforded to "Us", that is reserved for "Them" a key component of Fascism is the unequal application of laws and a different standard depending on whether or no you are in the In-Group, by definition anyone protesting or resisting ICE and the Trump regime is not one of them so you live only at their forbearance.

Already reports from on scene seem to indicate ICE and DHS is detaining witnesses to keep them form local police and trying to contaminate the crime scene, probably with an eye towards rendering any court case untenable.  But, remember for Republicans it is much more important they win in the Court of Public Opinion than in the actual courts so be prepared for the barrage of rightwing agitprop and bot swarms to overwhelm and obscure the facts on the ground.

Because what everyone is coming around to understanding is we are living in the early stages of a Fascist Dictatorship.  It isn't coming... it's here.

Additional 3:

There is another video showing ICE confronting the murdered man in the street.  This video is just before the beating and killing video and is from a driver.  In that one the victim appears to be recording ICE and then the scuffle begins.  I am going to go and make an educated Law Enforcement guess that when the multiple agents were beating him one of them felt a firearm under his coat and yelled gun, this spooked the other agent who then drew and fired.  An additional agent may also have fired at that point.

But, at this point the rightwing agitprop machine is gearing up to do their worst and make sure the ICE murderer gets away with it.

Additional 4:

From viewing the video it absolutely appears someone spotted the gun in the victim's waistband, took control of it and one or two other agents then unloaded on the man while he was on the ground.

The MORON LABE and right is going to absolutely claim he was shot deservedly because he came armed to confront Federal Law Enforcement.  Remember defending yourself against Government Tyranny is reserved only for Rightwingers mad at Obamacare and Student Loan Forgiveness...

Ever since the Obama Administration Department of Homeland Security in 2009 correctly stated rightwingers and Republicans posed the greatest threat of violence against the American people Republicans have always sought to use the massive domestic law enforcement apparatus and awesome power of the State against the American people.

Aides to Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche directed the U.S. Attorney’s office and FBI agents based in Minnesota to shut down a civil rights investigation into an officer’s fatal shooting of Renee Good and instead alter it to probe Good for possible criminal liability, according to three people briefed on the discussions.

All while re-victimizing the people who witnessed the Republican terrorism in the first place. Traitor trump and MAGA are Nazis and this is what Nazis do, weaponize a Nation's police and Justice system against its' own citizens and people afforded its' protections.  

It's the same modus operandi Gregory Benito-Bovino and J.D. Vance are using to absolve themselves of blame for using a 5 year old as bait to arrest his father.  In fact, in every one of these incidents we see the exact same playbook;  Republicans treat each incident of misconduct, unlawful use of force, or act of shockingly immoral injustice as though they are happening ex nihilo (instead of an obvious pattern and a clearly laid out plan of operations). But, while Vance, Noem, Pam Bondi, and their Faux News allies may see propaganda victories in slandering the murder victim, attacking her family, and threatening to ramp up violence against protesters they are losing valuable prosecutors,

The Justice Department’s handling of an ICE officer who shot and killed the Minnesota mother has detonated in a series of damaging waves in the state, and particularly for federal law enforcement. Six prosecutors in the U.S. attorney’s office there resigned in frustration over the decision to investigate Good and her partner, rather than the shooting, MS NOW has reported. More resignations are expected in coming days, sources familiar with their plans have said.

The acting U.S. attorney who Trump chose for the office, Dan Rosen, has never worked as a prosecutor and has little credibility with the lawyers in the office, according to two former prosecutors who have spoken confidentially with their colleagues. In the wake of the No. 2 career prosecutor in the office resigning, along with several senior staff, Rosen has struggled to persuade anyone in the office to serve as his top assistant, those two former prosecutors said. 

Last weekend, Attorney General Pam Bondi urged other U.S. attorneys in Midwestern states to loan prosecutors to the depleted Minnesota office. The office normally has 80 prosecutors but is down to nearly half that number since Trump took office a year ago, a situation aggravated by the newest departures. 

Pam Bondi by the way went onto Sean Hannity's propaganda show to accuse Don Lemon of being an on-line agitator after a Federal Judge declined an arrest warrant for him.

Fortunately, at this point Grand Juries and State and Federal Judges continue to toss out these unlawful arrests across the Nation, and not accepting the statements full of lies from ICE agents.  The question is will the MAGA machine be able to recruit enough of their ideological Nazis to fill these states' attorney roles?  While they are giving every Proud Boy, with the Valknut in sight, a mask and a gun and a copy of Stephen Miller's speeches and telling them Onward Nazi Soldiers...  

And at least as importantly, the residents of Minnesota are showing the way.  Meanwhile, the treasonous syphilitic madman in the White House will continue to threaten to send the Military into Minneapolis or invoke the Insurrection Act.  

So, as always be brave if you can... but, understand the ICE Nazis feel fully empowered by this fascist regime and are looking to kill you.

    Look this is not hyperbole, Republican traitors have been asserting often and whenever questioned the absolute right to violate the rights of the people ever since Traitor trump was inaugurated; 

Amendment IV

The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

Brett Kavanaugh did away with that quaint little bit of American history with his ridiculous concurrence in the Noem v. Pedron Vasquez Pedromo ruling in September of 2025.  This is what that disingenuous piece of shit Kavanaugh wrote;

Moreover, as for stops of those individuals who are legally in the country, the questioning in those circumstances is typically brief, and those individuals may promptly go free after making clear to the immigration officers that they are U. S. citizens or otherwise legally in the United States.

Finally, although the dissent emphasizes the force allegedly used by immigration officers, that is not the issue in this case. The District Court enjoined the Government from stopping individuals for questioning based on several enumerated factors. The injunction is silent as to the use of force. And it is not necessary for the injunction to address that use-of-force question because the Fourth Amendment’s reasonableness standard continues to govern the officers’ use of force and to prohibit excessive force.

To the extent that excessive force has been used, the Fourth Amendment prohibits such action, and remedies should be available in federal court. I agree with the dissent on that point. But to reiterate, this injunction against brief stops for questioning does not address the use- of-force issue.

In short, the balance of harms and equities favors the Government here.

But, even well before Boofer Kavanaugh followed through on his warning that "what comes around goes around" with his obscene Kavanaugh Stops, Kristi Noem, and various levels of ICE and CBP had proffered up a ridiculous justification for their premeditated and planned criminal misconduct;

This is a straight confession to violate the United States Constitution.

One of the biggest lies and most effective pieces of propaganda proffered by Republican liars has been to convince their unthinking followers that the Constitution doesn't apply to everyone in the United States. Conservatives when pressed will flatly assert it only applies to "Citizens" or claim since "illegals" broke the law in coming here "illegals" aren't afforded its' protection.

This is how Conservatives and Republicans justify all their illegal and immoral actions.

Look the number of unconstitutional acts, use of force violations, and assorted crimes whilst "acting under the color of law" being committed by these rogue fascists they have to number in the tens of thousands by now.  There are too many for anyone one person,  concerned group, news organization to follow and archive.  So, several states have created an ICE and Federal Agent misconduct website.  Here in Illinois, the Illinois Accountability Commission has plans to submit an initial status report to Governor J.B. Collecting, collating, and verifying these thousands of acts of misconduct is obviously going to be a problem, especially since Republicans are not only incentivized to undermine such efforts they are actively involved in propagating these violations of the Constitution.  This will be a huge effort and problem going forward.  In the future, these ICE Agents are going to be applying for federal benefits and pensions, that would be a key way to identify them.   Since everyone is too terrified to publish a roster of these federal criminals.

In response to the latest White ICE Knight murder of an American citizen, Trump, Vance, Noem, and every other Republican traitor have decided to ramp up pressure and declare War on Minnesota.

This is, of course, completely false and I wonder if Trump was shown some AI slop video or if he simply listened to Stephen Miller or Jack Prosobiec tell him, Renee Good received terrorist vehicle training at a combined Al Qaeda/Antifa training base.

Already prior to the paramilitary invasion Traitor trump ordered the cutting off of federal funds to the State.  Of course, this is illegal as with many of the actions undertaken by Trump and his cabal of criminal underlings but, while it's the standard operating procedure of this lawless administration it shouldn't go without being noted this is illegal.

Now, in response to protests over the unlawful, unconstitutional murder of Renee Good, Republicans first rushed to their press conferences to declare it a righteous killing of a domestic terrorist and flatly stated if you don't comply you die.

Comply or Die.  Republicans aren't even being coy about it because they feel they have the right climate and control of government to exert their will upon the United States.  Look at the multiple confrontations ICE agents have made in response, to the murder of Renee Good, telling non-threatening people simply video recording; "Haven't you learned your lesson after we killed that lesbian bitch?"

The goal is to treat liberal states and cities like occupied terrorizes; colonies to be ruled over with their peoples cowed and their resources extracted for the benefit of "Real America".  Rule and Ruin in an update of Abraham Lincoln's warning. 

The reason Republicans have spent decades subverting the rule of law and infiltrating and undermining the United States government from within is so that once they have gotten control of the apparatus of government they will use the awesome unchecked power of the state to oppress, intimidate, and control.

During Trump 1, he and his cabal of criminals saw the professional bureaucracy the Justice Department having much more institutional history exerted independence and resisted overt control by him.  This was the origin of the Deep State conspiracy.  So, under Trump 2 and Project 2025, they knew the CBP and ICE having only come into existence in the last 20 years was stacked with white power enthusanists and those rejected by the more mature agencies.  So, they were chosen to be the paramilitary arm of the Fascist Trump Regime.

They've shown time and time again they recognize no limitations on their power and no checks on their actions.  Additionally, several standing orders show how CBP intends to quell protests; one their Use of Force.  I've never seen so many videos of violations of Use of Force with presentation of deadly weapons, and so-called "less-than-lethal" mentions used in direct contravention of their stated function being fired into the faces and heads of non-violent protesters.

But, let's make one thing absolutely clear.  MAGA both in leadership and followers does not recognize protest and dissent as legal or acceptable.  In fact, MAGA wants protesters to be summarily killed on site.

Of course, the law is against WayneWayneMullin as every police officer knows, deadly force can not be used to stop simply stop a fleeing suspect in the landmark Supreme Court rulings, Tennessee v. Garner (1985) and Graham v. Connor (1989) and the use of deadly force is against Ross as every single round must be accounted for in a shooting, it's not a binary thing, every round must judged reasonable in and of itself.

The same day ICE murdered Renee Good, Gregory Bovino Mussolini led a raid which terrorized teachers and students at Roosevelt High School in Minneapolis.

The first thing you have to understand is ICE, is comprised of mainly white supremacists who absolutely place themselves above accountability and do not believe any laws, up to and including the U.S. Constitution, can constrain them from their lawless behavior.  From Kristi Noem on down to Jonathan Ross they are acting as though there will never be any consequences for their actions.

Certainly, we've seen after this latest shooting the entire Republican Party mobilize to declare this a righteous killing, to warn other Americans to not get in their way, and to give their expert opinion on high danger vehicle approaches.  I am, of course, insulted when TradWife Republicans and thin-dicked rightwingers who've never won a uniform let alone carried a gun on their hip for 20 years of law enforcement as I did, expound about a good shoot.  Republicans have never known a bad use of force, when the victim was someone they've identified as a political enemy.

Anyone who has ever directed traffic before knows driver's do inexplicable things even when given clear and concise instructions; a gaggle of ICE chumps in hut-hut-hut "tactical" green camo screaming contradictory orders at Renee Good ensured that whatever she did was "wrong".  Of course, Republicans in their multiple interviews pretended Renee Good had recently attended a joint Al Qaeda/Antifa terrorist driving school.  And it appears obvious, one of the disingenuous orders that's been given to CBP and ICE has been to declare everyone you approach in a vehicle is ipso facto "armed with a deadly weapon" thus freeing up their rules of engagement and resulting in multiple shootings at vehicles.

But, let's not be obtuse here;  Stephen Miller's standing orders to ICE and CBP are to make examples of protestors and proper Use of Force rules are out the window.  This murder of Renee Good by Jonathan Ross who was swiftly secreted away from the scene, whilst Good's body was allowed to sit there bloodied, shattered, slumped over the steering wheel shot in the face is the message the Traitor trump administration wants to send to America.  Republicans message to America in 2026 is:  We will kill you physically, will we kill you publicly, we will kill your memory on-line, we will kill you in our press conferences, we will kill you over and over and over.  Your body, your spirit, your memory, your loved ones peace, Justice, Due Process will all be murdered on the altar of Republican Fascism. 

Look at how rapidly and how all with the same rote evil talking points, Republicans rushed to proclaim Renee Good was a "domestic terrorist" and had attempted to run over the ICE Agents, so therefore this was unquestioningly a case of "self-defense".  One of the key ways Republicans demonstrate their ideology (i.e. vice signaling) is to advance lies and cling to false narratives explicitly in the face or reality and facts.  This is the entire Trump Ideology; blatantly lying to defend the transparently indefensible.  

Listen to the insulting shit spewed by Just Despicable Vance;  he doesn't say these things because he has a different point of view he says these things because he knows they are demonstrably false and his insults will anger and upset you.  Republicans love to hurt people, lie about the hurt they've cause, in order to cause further hurt and harm.

As for "Officer" Ross he was identified after Kristi Noem, Vance, and others excused his actions because according to Department of Homeland Security, Ross was involved in another dragging incident in June.  There is something pernicious and explicitly fascist to proclaim this shooting was justified because the person doing the shooting was involved in a different incident months ago with a different person.

Republicans love when people are gunned down without Due Process because they get to rally around one of their own in the face of overwhelming evidence to the contrary.  And of course they get to mock the deceased and threaten to murder more of Us.

Of course, the Trump admin is engaged in a massive cover-up of this crime because the conclusion of heroic self-defense has already been reached and now the Kash Patel FBI is in the process of massaging the evidence to support that conclusion.

The cover-up began right away when Ross and his cell phone he was using to record himself for internet content was whisked away from the scene.  I doubt a blood draw was done on him promptly because of course that would come back with a cocktail of steroids, viagra, and amphetamines.

Normally, a Union Rep (like from the Fraternal Order of Police) might have been contacted to aid Ross, but ICE being a fully-fascist paramilitary organization didn't like their representation and moved to separate in 2022, so I'm fairly certain some lawyer from Stephen Miller's firm gave him. detailed debrief and verbal counseling before he had to write any report.  Additionally, White Dude Process Miranda rights must be scrupulously followed despite Republicans routinely deriding and insinuating anyone who asks for Miranda rights as ipso facto guilty.  Then once he's been properly instructed on what exactly to say and how exactly to frame the timeline he'll sit down using the department approved Chat GPT template and Grok assisted jargon to complete his unbiased report no doubt containing;  I feared for my life, I fired defensive bullets after assessing the deadly force being used against me and fellow officers, I rushed to administer first aid.

Then, like the scene out of Training Day, all the other Officers on scene having also been briefed and most likely shown all available video (as to ensure they won't inadvertently or accidentally perjure themselves) will craft their "independent" statements to correspond with Jonathan Ross's perfect report.

There are a lot of protests coming together and this is great but, Republicans love protests because they attract their rightwing agitators to cause havoc, incite violence, and often engage in property damage to discredit them and now Republicans will look to deploy their paramilitary domestic terrorist CBP agents as well as enlisting and impressing local Police into their efforts.

Be smart about protesting. Understand protests won't change one bit of the behavior of Republican fascists on the ground, in Congress, or the Executive branch.

Perhaps, Renee Good's murder will serve as a catalyst but, that's cold comfort to her family and friends and understand Republicans are yearning, deep down in their shriveled loins, to unleash their full fury upon the Nation and world.

Be brave if you can or must but, be prepared because shoot to kill orders aren't coming they're already here...

I wanted add; look at how brazenly, how recklessly, how aggressively every Republican has inserted themselves into this case.  Before all evidence was collected.  Republicans made declarations of heroic self-defense.  Juxtapose this against how Republicans act after each mass shooting of the 2000's;  how then it's too soon to discuss the situation, how it's too soon to assign any guilt.  You younger people might not remember when President Obama called the racist Boston Police Sergeant's arrest of Professor Henry Louis Gates "stupid" and Republicans and their Corporate Media allies threw a collective fit forcing President Obama to have a "Beer Summit" to assuage the feelings of racists across the Nation.

Yesterday, a 37 year old woman Renee Good, an accomplished poet and legal observer, was shot to death by ICE agents in an incident of state-sponsored terrorism.  Her killing was captured on video from several angles.  This is probably the only thing which is going to lead to any justice in this incident.  Because in all such cases as this, Republicans and rightwingers endorse the unconstitutional and extrajudicial murder of Americans.

There has been discussion about how Renee Good being a white woman is going to garner more scrutiny and attention then all the black and brown people who have been abused, tortured and killed but this while true is also a false pathway to understanding what's happening in America.  For years, white people who side with Civil Rights or Justice or against rightwing white power paradigm have abrogated their inherent whiteness and the protections it entitles;  when Tricia McLaughlin, Kristi Noem, Karoline Leavitt, or whatever rightwing white hag you can name besmirches and slanders Renee Good in service to patriarchy, white power and Republican Fascism, understand it's their role to explain how she has lost the protections of whiteness and womanhood and is deserving of the same treatment as what Republicans do to minorities.

Rightwingers flood the zone with this shit because they know in every instance if they can get their narrative out there and trending, most casual observers will adopt their framing.  This pattern is also used, specifically and very deliberately when the facts point to rightwing domestic terrorism; such as the mass shooting in Las Vegas under Trump in 2017, and the rightwing assassins who didn't shoot Trump's ear and the one who did a better job on Charlie Kirk. 

Right now, despite the vicious smears and lies about Renee Good coming from our classless piece of shit President, all his underlings, and the despicable on-line rightwing podcast propagandists the video undermines them and the complicit corporate media has been hesitant to agree with their liege lord since the evidence so directly contradicts Trump's lies and Republican claims and rightwing smears.

And let's be clear every single scumbag Republican and family member you know is celebrating and justifying her murder. 

However, despicable Republican lies and smears are a symptom and not the problem... the problem underlining everything going on is no one wants to admit where we are.  Because once you acknowledge the problem the solutions become dire and cataclysmic.

And to stop with the innuendo I will clearly state the problem;  We, the People are living under a fully-fascist Federal Government.  It is not in the process of becoming fascist, it's not on the road to authoritarianism, it's not getting bad.  It's here.

Certainly, not all is lost and I' not trying to doom post you into stupefaction and inertness.  Be Brave if you can like Renee Good but, understand there are thousands of John Cardillo's out there whose pathetic dicks get hard at the sight of these snuff films and who yearn to see millions killed.  So, it is now incumbent upon you to be always be prepared.

I'm not telling you what actions to take or what to do but you must acknowledge what the Nation is, who is running it, and what they want.  The Republican Party and millions of their followers want to round-up and execute millions of people here and abroad.
