     I was stationed at Camp Lejuene North Carolina (CLNC) in the early 2000s between overseas deployments.  It was only later I learned of the of the bizarre and statistically significant rates of male breast cancer affecting Marines stationed at CLNC.

The documentary Semper Fi: Always Faithful (2012) and internet coverage of Marines who were stationed at CLNC gave a wider audience knowledge of their plight and diagnosis; male breast cancer.

In response, lawsuits against the government resulted in a settlement and a finding for military personnel stationed at Camp Lejeune from 1953-1987 were exposed to toxic chemicals known to cause cancer and under the President Biden PACT Act, several other diagnosed cancers were also covered.

Well, guess who has decided to disrespect and shit on Veterans, yet again;  DonOld John Traitor Trump.

ProPublica obtained a September 30 Veterans Administration memo, which cities and relies on the toxic Trump EO,

Defending Women from Gender Ideology Extremism and Restoring Biological Truth to the Federal Government.

“As of Sept. 30, the department no longer presumes service connection for male breast cancer,” press secretary Pete Kasperowicz wrote in a statement to ProPublica. He noted that veterans who’ve previously qualified for coverage can keep it.  But for the roughly 100 male veterans who are newly diagnosed each year, the path will now be significantly harder. They will have to show their cancer was connected to their military service, a burden that has often been hard to meet.

Remember the fast-rope Blackhawk helicopter raid on a South Side Chicago building September 30th, which subjected innocent men, women, and children to inhumane, undignified, and Unconstitutional treatment as well as being zip-tied and forcibly yanked from their homes and left outside for hours?  Well, Department of Homeland Terrorism had originally claimed in was a hub for Tren de Aragua.  These people's homes were ransacked and afterwards innocent families found themselves apparently illegally evicted and disappeared.

The Department of Homeland Security revised it's claims to only 2 "hardened" gang members arrested but, claimed an additional 35 arrests for "immigration offenses" but, I see no fucking reason to give them the benefit of the doubt nor to believe anything coming out the mouths of Kristi Noem, Tricia McLaughlin, or any of these lying ICEholes.  They know all they need to do is proclaim they are arresting criminals and then move onto their next illegal action and their next grotesque violations of the 4th Amendment and other laws surrounding search & seizure will be forgotten in the flood.  

The steps Nazi Republicans have taken to get us here haven't been some secreted clandestine coup but, I can hope Kavanaugh Stops go down in U.S. history along the likes of Dred Scott;

I am very heartened by the actions of regular people in the face of rising fascism and blatant authoritarian violence.  Because it appears a very great many businesses are cooperating with the Government to provide data without search warrants or subpoenas.  Con Edison, in New York City, is allowing the FBI and DHS to access and search their customer database freely.  But, it's been outrageous how easily and how quickly the so-called rich & powerful rolled over and gave into the Trump Dictatorship.  The bulwarks of society, those educated in law, those invested in the dream that was America.  A Nation of Laws, not Men.  The biggest nothing in history.

        There is a lot of reporting coming out about the recruits for ICE and Department of Homeland Security being unable to pass physical fitness tests and even open-book final 6 week exams on Immigration law and statutes.

More than a third [of ICE recruits] have failed so far, four officials told me, impeding the agency’s plan to hire, train, and deploy 10,000 deportation officers by January. To pass, recruits must do 15 push-ups and 32 sit-ups, and run 1.5 miles in 14 minutes.

        One thing I've been prescient about is what Republicans believe the U.S. Government exists for;  There are only two things the Republican Party believes the U.S. Government should do; 1) have a large domestic law enforcement apparatus to terrorize people and quell dissent, and 2) field a powerful military to murder people and open up foreign nations for US exploitation.  The rest of the Federal Government is superfluous.

Under Donald J. Trump, we see the total fulfillment of this dream and the implementation of the worst aspect of the awesome power of the Nation-State.  

Trump has vastly expanded ICE and Border Patrol into an internal secret police staffed by incompetent but, fanatic adherents to White Supremacy.  They have engaged in blatant violations of State, Federal, and Constitutional Law.  Armed with a vast propaganda machine and staffed by ignorant but, zealous command staff they've taken their role with gusto and have barely acknowledged Court Orders and pushback from State Governments.

Meanwhile, Trump and his Department of War are simply murdering people ivo South America and the Gulf of Mexico.  It's straight murder, and even Trump admits it;

As many have pointed out this is not legal either via U.S. Law or international law, but Trump doesn't care because Republicans support him and white people love when the military murders brown people and are overjoyed at watching the snuff films Trump and his regime are producing of blowing up fishermen.

And all of this is happening with the government shut down.  But, not to worry Traitor Trump claims a rich anonymous benefactor has pledged $130,000,000 to pay the military.

The Pentagon confirmed Friday that it accepted an anonymous $130 million donation to help offset the cost of troops’ salaries and benefits during the shutdown. 

“The donation was made on the condition that it be used to offset the cost of Service members’ salaries and benefits. We are grateful for this donor’s assistance after Democrats opted to withhold pay from troops,” Sean Parnell said. 

Trump had announced the donation in remarks at the White House Thursday, saying a “patriot” and “friend of mine” whose name he withheld said he would like to contribute to any shortfall in funds caused by the shutdown.

“He called us the other day and he said, ‘I’d like to contribute any shortfall you have because of the Democrat shutdown. I’d like to contribute, personally contribute, any shortfall you have with the military, because I love the military and I love the country.’...And today, he sent us a check for $130 million dollars,” Trump said.

All I call say is what the fuck?  Let's just ignore the petulant lie about Democrats refusing to pay the troops.  How the fuck is this money being collected by the DoD?  A wire transfer?  Gold Krugerands?  How is being dispersed to the Troops?  Pre-loaded Mastercards?  This is a ludicrous unconstitutional swindle and most likely yet other thieving scheme by Trump.  But, for decades, Republicans have been unduly afforded the mantle of "supporting the troops", even while their every action insults, disrespects, and harms service members and veterans.  I'm going to assume this is money from the Binance criminal Changpen Zhao, the one helping Trump make billions off of crypto, Trump just pardoned.

Just like with the ballooning amount of money Traitor Trump is taking in ($350 million now?) for his Ballroom at 1600 Pennsylvania Ave, the entire Trump regime is a giant kickback scheme.

But, worse the Rich see the America they've always wanted coming into shape.  No regulatory bodies to stop their rapacious extraction of resources.  No investigative bodies like the IRS to take them to account for their financial crimes.  No NLRB to mediate Union disputes against them.  No healthcare, no social security, no SNAP.  The Rich don't need this because they can pay for all these things.  No Government other than a lawless law enforcement apparatus and a murderous military.  Instead they know the Nation under Trump and Republicans will set right the wrongs of the progressive 20th century and reduce the population to Wage Slavery and Corporate Bondage.

In response, Just Despicable Vance posted Damn Right he's a King, and some rightwing chud produced an AI Slop Video in which a crowned Trump flies around in a King Trump jet fighter and literally shits on America.  Traitor Trump, of course, reposted the video and yet again, as is their habit, a right-winger used an artist's music without their permission.

Decades of nihilism and LOL nothing matters, and Republican lying, and media BothSides, and rightwing podcast propagandists pushing every rightwing smear and lie have resulted in a Government of Trolls.

HuffpPost asked KKKaroline Leavitt, who in the White House made the decision for dumbass Donnie to fly to Hungary to meet with Vladimir Putin and she responded, "You mom did."

In response to questions about the legality of these tactics, as opposed to using the Coast Guard for their created role, petulant Trump lashed out,

What a grotesque slap in the face of the hard-working Officers and Crew of the Coast Guard; who interdict and capture tons of illicit drugs without resorting to murder and there is no fucking boat being used by drug smugglers that is faster than even the aging Coast Guard Cutter fleet.

But, this vile insult by Trump didn't even generate a blip, let alone a scandal as Trump continues to shit on service members without regard and without reprimand by the media or American public.

None of these boats are near the U.S.

I am certain Traitor Trump has told Hegseth and Rubio to blow up the boats and Trump himself has gone so far as to inform some Congressional committees he believes a formal armed conflict with Venezuelan "narco-terrorists" exists.  And the problem with the vaunted trope military personnel are taught from basic training onwards that they can, nay must, disobey an "illegal order" is Trump's military order, acting in capacity as Commander-in-Chief, backed by the Sinister Supremacist Court ruling, are presupposed legal and any Officer or enlisted person disobeying that order is going to be arrested and made an example of as they will have to prove it's illegal.  So, it appears the military has three terrible options; obey these illegal orders and hope to never face prosecution (a very likely outcome), disobey and face all potential negatives alone, or resign.

I know in the very abstract we may expect our military to behave in accordance with what perceive as the law,  but it's a very large ask to expect some individual service member to throw their life away knowing American society will not only not honor their sacrifice but, work to make their lives and their families miserable.

In the meantime, Trump has engaged in major provocation by having three B-52 bombers loiter for hours right off the coast of Venezuela.  Trump complained for years the United States didn't steal the oil from Iraq so when he launches a War on Venezuela to "free them from the dictatorship of Nicolas Maduro" he'll make sure a Bolsanaro or Javier Milei is in charge and bribe them personally.

Traitor Trump will then order himself a military Triumph to pass by his new Arc de Trump...

     The actions of ICE agents in and around Chicagoland are criminal and unconstitutional.  As I watch them here in Illinois and in other states I am struck by their similarity to the actions of Blackwater assholes, actions which I saw firsthand, in Iraq and Afghanistan.  ICE use of force is blatantly illegal and violate state law and much federal law built around the 4th Amendment.

Much of the MAGA doctrine towards people in the targeted cities has been to treat them as a foreign occupied peoples and to ignore all manner of laws including the supreme law the Constitution.

I wonder if the Illinois Safe-T Act could be a recourse to be used against them?  Now, I know the immediate rejoinder is Federal Supremacy and The Kavanaugh Stops doctrine.  So, Faux News Fascists and Republicans will say ICE can do whatever they want to these criminal "illegal aliens" and the protestors who are "threatening" the lives of agents.

But, that's not the angle I'm thinking of;  the Safe-T Act puts an obligation onto Illinois Officers (from patrol all the way to various Chiefs and Sheriffs), a duty to intervene.  Now while this was drafted in the wake of the George Floyd murder and in response to repeated Officer involved extrajudicial killings of mainly unarmed black people, this law is written that Officers must take an active hand to stop excessive force or violations of a person's constitutional rights committed by law enforcement.

    Sec. 6.3. Discretionary decertification of full-time and part-time law enforcement officers.
    (a) Definitions. For purposes of this Section 6.3:
    "Duty to intervene" means an obligation to intervene to prevent harm from occurring that arises when: an officer is present, and has reason to know (1) that excessive force is being used or that any constitutional violation has been committed by a law enforcement official; and (2) the officer has a realistic opportunity to intervene. This duty applies equally to supervisory and nonsupervisory officers. If aid is required, the officer shall not, when reasonable to administer aid, knowingly and willingly refuse to render aid as defined by State or federal law. An officer does not violate this duty if the failure to render aid is due to circumstances such as lack of appropriate specialized training, lack of resources or equipment, or if it is unsafe or impracticable to render aid. 
    "Excessive use of force" means using force in violation of State or federal law.

Now, understand I'm not touting this as a "One Weird Trick stops ICE in their tracks" panacea and I'm certain Governor J.B Pritzker, his staff, and Illinois Attorney General Kwame Raoul have been throughly briefed and apprised of this.  But, it might be time We, the People put the onus on sworn Illinois law enforcement to take an active hand to the crimes and unconstitutional actions of ICE occurring directly in front of them.

Let me say no person should want to put some rookie officer to the test on the street in this scenario but, that's what Police training is ostensibly supposed to cover, and no rational sane person would be pushing to have a confrontation between Municipal and/or State police and Federal "Officers" but, this is the Republican Party we are dealing with; everyone in it is certifiably insane or in the grips of full-blown fascist fever.  Like Stephen Miller who spent his weekend screaming racist invective against Judges, elected officials, and the Democratic Party broadly.  One of the Judges, Diane Goodstein of South Carolina had her house burned down severely injuring her husband after Stephen Miller attacked her on Twitter (X).

MAGA and ICE are pushing further and further, Trump routinely suggests murdering Democrats as he did today in one of diarrhea filled rallies this time to have a crowd of Naval Midshipmen forced to listen.  

Fascism never cedes power peacefully and giddy Republicans are a fully-fascist organization which is already unlawfully using force on people here and abroad.  It's only going to increase;  make sure you are ready.

        I see Traitor Trump's plan to take control of the California National Guard and send them to and fro this time into Oregon was blocked by District Judge Karin Immergut, this shows there is still value in using the tools of the State against the vile fascist traitors in the Trump administration.  In response, dementia riddled Trump again regaled his loving Corporate Media stenographers with tales of Portland having burned to the ground yet again, screaming,

It's easy to see why Brett Kavanaugh is authorizing this; he is still angry at his Senate confirmation hearings where his past criminal sexual abuse antics were aired out for the Nation to see, so he's going to hurt a lot of people to get even.  The Kavanaugh Stops he's authored, in direct violation of the 4th Amendment and numerous judicial precedents such as Terry v. Ohio, are being used against American citizens and other people in the United States in direct violation of Due Process and the Constitution.

There are numerous violations happening across the Nation and the frequency and severity are increasing;

In Manitowoc, Wisconsin 21 people snatched as they work the dairy farms.  No one can get information.  Local Police won't answer questions.  ICE makes all sorts of claims as to the people taken being wanted for sex crimes.

In Chicago, journalists pepper balled while documenting ICE activities, in other places journalists thrown to beaten and thrown to the ground, or "assisted to the ground while falling" in Police jargon.

Arresting a local Chicago Alderperson Jesse Fuentes in a hospital for "obstruction" because ICE wanted to take some person being treated from the ER.  Brutally arresting a mentally disabled Oak Park man at a protest and then trying to have him held without bond because they didn't like him bad mouthing ICE agents in Broadview.

And local police are not safe from this activities, as the Police Chief of Broadview talked about how ICE Agents belittled him, denigrated him, and routinely indiscriminately shot tear gas towards Broadview Officers.  This is a classic bullying pattern where first ICE will browbeat and taunt local police officers to help, then they will low-key inadvertently hit them with "less lethal" weapons, and then local police will become targets unless they help.

But, the nighttime raid in Chicago a few days ago, with multiple atrocious violations to the rights and dignity of innocent people involved, with little children separated from their parents and zip-tied, where American citizens were held for hours outside in scant clothing is as I wrote Unconstitutional and Unconscionable but, is exactly he revenge Brett Kavanaugh promised he would mete out on the Nation.

Each of these actions grants ICE the ability to take energy and expand their unconstitutional actions further.  They need little encouragement from Kristi Noem or Stephen Miller but they get it in abundance.

The Constitution and the guardrails for the Democratic Republic have failed.  Of course, there has never been a system designed or developed which could withstand the concerted bad faith efforts of the Republican Party to infiltrate and subvert it.  50 years ago, when Nixon was forced to resign, Republicans determined never to put the Nation above Party and here we are...  Additional propaganda efforts by rightwingers have convinced a significant portion of people (many white men and women) to jettison their belief and support of liberty, freedom, and the democratic order.

So, ICE and Republicans can intone the magic words "Illegal aliens" or "Tren de Aragua" and therefore break every law, break every good technique for responsible policing, break every constitutional protection, and do whatever they hell they feel like to those people and whites cheer louder and louder at each abuse.

And very quickly you saw how libertarians, conservatives, limited government types, who touted Constitutional Law&Order and rights and freedoms said, HAHAHA Fuck you!  Yes! Yes! YES!!!  As they swoon and ejaculate to the images and stories of brutality being doled out indiscriminately towards those people.

The Republican campaign of Fear&Anger is bearing its' awful fruit as rights and due process are just being wildly violated by the ICE Klan.  White people do not believe these actions will ever rebound on them and despite the overused Ben Franklin quote about safety and liberty, white people have made an agreement with Republicans to exchange your liberties for their safety.

ICE is the ultimate outside agitators.  The men doing this have signed up for this type of duty; be deployed to a city made up of minorities and terrorize them all under the color of law.  

Trump and his Proud Boy ICE Army absolutely want to treat American cities as occupied terrority.  Right now they are out of control and acting as a careless occupying army.  They've also learned Trump's trick of committing crimes and misconduct non-stop so that the media is always behind on the scandals and most of them never get talked about let alone dissected.

ICE is going to keep pushing and committing crimes and Republicans are going to keep hoping a line is crossed and we have a deadly confrontation because then Trump will order military action.  And while the Union and social contract are already broken, that inflection point is the final breaking of the United States

Now they like to say, oh, you’re not allowed to use the military. And you know what the people say, the people in those cities where they’re being raped and shot and beat up? You know what they say? We love the military. 

You ever see where they interview the people on the street? I’ve never seen somebody say they don’t, unless they’re radical and paid off. Because a lot of these insurrectionists are paid by — whether it’s Soros or other people, but they’re paid by the radical left. So today, I want to thank every service member, from general to private.

I understand the people who aren't super worried because Traitor Trump says lots of shit, and if this was Sean Hannity spewing his nightly racist invective I wouldn't be worried but, this is the President, such as he is, and when he gives the order to send the military to "restore order" or "make America safe again" or whatever, it's going to be a big stress point for the Nation.  I don't know what will happen but, while no one should want such a potentiality to come to pass MAGA world definitely wants it to happen.  So... I think we are unfortunately going to find out...
