In 2012, Smaug the Magnificent was listed as the Richest Fictional Character in History. J. R.R. Tolkien wrote of Smaug that when Bilbo Baggins took a small chalice from of "his" hoard Smaug's Rage was the kind which "is only seen when rich folk that have more than they can enjoy lose something they have long had but never before used or wanted."

While most Plutocrats are content to let their massive Conglomerations and political henchmen do the dirty work of squeezing blood from the poor, Perkins is a rare Plutocrat in that he personally got his hands dirty, or rather the fiberglass hull of his yacht, murdering a Nice Doctor. 

The Rich been doing it so long and with such deference from their wholly owned Politicians and paid lickspittles, Peter Schiff, Maria Bartiromo, Jim Cramer, Larry Kudlow, Neil Cavuto, Rick Santelli and a host of people willing to sell others into servitude, the Rich believe they owed not only money and power but respect and obsequious deference as well.

Peter Schiff was last seen demanding random working class people give him 15% of whatever they just spent coming out of Wal-Mart (yeah it didn't make sense when he did it and it doesn't make sense when you read it) and telling Occupy Wall Street to get a job.

Since, Ronnie Raygun's placement in the Presidency, Progressives have been fighting a rear-guard action against the Plutocracy and their rapacious ways.

Plutocratic Wyrms were not going to simply sit back and agree that Progressive Victories in the 20th century were the way the World was going to be. Plutocrats have thus been in engaged in a Long March towards returning the World and the people under their Domination.

This is why Occupy Wall Street was such an important new maneuver against the rapacious Rich and why the Rich used their political muscle and Ultra-Reactionary shills to crush Occupy.

Nonetheless, Occupy forced the issue of Income Inequality into the media, who would have been more than content to just remake Lifestyles of the Rich & Famous.

And that is what has Tom Perkins so frightened that Progressives are fighting back against the Plutocracy instead of bowing in Awe to their August Majesty.

President Obama has 3 years to attempt to undue the 30 years of Thachter-ite Neoliberal Reaganomics. Our problem today, is not too much or too little Government; it's the focus of 99% of Government time, resources and efforts on the 1%. 

We have two inverted pyramids at work in which the 1% get 99% of Government's attention while the 99% are lucky to get anytime spent by government addressing our concerns.

After receiving the imprimatur from the Ratings Agencies and coupled with their other legerdemain the Wall Street Thieves fed the country a load of Rat Shit Burgers whilst declaring Caveat Emptor! All the while knowing the toxic assets the Atlanta Teachers Union was investing its' entire Penison into was worthless.

Mitt Romney and the Republican economic policies of the last 30 years, of deregulation, privatization, the Repeal of Glass-Stegall empowered Wall Street and the Banking Industry to engage in profligate gambling and directly resulted in these situations where Billions of dollars vanish. Of course, Romney himself profited mightily from these gambling schemes and betting, when he "worked" at Bain Capital, which provided no jobs, products or services to people but were nothing more than legerdemain.

Because Republicans serve as dutiful Guard Dogs for their Plutocratic Masters, they receive kickback scraps from the Rich.

Meanwhile, the Piss Down your Back and Tell You It's Raining Economic Model and The Beast created by servile Republican Dogs has allowed Wall Street and hundreds of Corporations to become the biggest moochers in history.

From 2008-2010, 78 corporations had at least one year where they paid no federal income tax at all, while 30 corporations paid ZERO over the entire three years. Even though those 30 Corporations made $160 billion in profits over that period.

Halliburton and their subsidiaries received Billions in No Bid Contracts from their Moocher buddies under the Bush Administration.

Boeing ($644 Million), Northrop Grumann ($410 Million), and Lockheed Martin ($61 Million) admitted to stealing $1.1 Trillion via fraudulent contracts through the DoD.

Multi-National Oil Corporations, Chevron, Shell, BP, ConocoPhillips and Exxon Mobil receive Billions in Tax Payer dollars from the US Government via subsidies some of which were crafted as early as 1916.

The Rich have succeeded brilliantly in returning the US Government into their private plaything. A massive Beast which protects and succors them while transferring debt and risk onto 99% of the American People, while it transfers Trillions of Dollars into the coffers of the falsely entitled and privileged Plutocratic Bastards.

The Paul Ryan and Republican Budget is a Trojan Horse by a Flaccid Party

“Yes, I’ve found a flaw. I don’t know how significant or permanent it is. But I’ve been very distressed by that fact,” conceeded by former Federal Reserve Chairman Alan Greenspan.

Paul Ryan's budget has been accurately described as "Social Darwinism". Although I hate the term because the magnificent, venerable and kind Charles Darwin never proscribed any of the political doctrines labeled today as "Social Darwinism" anymore than Jesus proclaimed the Spanish Inquisition during the Sermon on the Mount.

"If it prevents a Debt Crisis..." Congressman Paul Ryan began when asked by the loving Corporate Media about his Path to Penury. However, Ryan's Budget doesn't address the Debt but immediately goes to cut taxes on the 1% and Corporations. And how do "we" pay for the estimated $4.6 Trillion in Tax Cuts for the Super Wealthy? Why by eliminating any Government function which aids or helps the poor, sick and old.

- In order, to pay for lowering the tax rates to 10% and 25%, those making less than $100,000 will pay a higher effective rate than they do today. While the "average" millionaire will see a tax cut of roughly $150,000 plus.

- According to the CBO, 17 million people who gained Medicaid and CHIP coverage, thanks to Obamacare, would lose that coverage as a result of Ryan Plan of repealing the Affordable Care Act.

- It cuts a total of $1.7 trillion from Medicaid over the next decade, and according to CBO, is on track to cut the program by 75% by 2050.

- Reduces Pell Grants by more than $1,000 for 9.6 million students in 2014 and could eliminate Pell Grants for over one million students over the next decade.

- Kicks 60,000 low-income children out of the Head Start program in 2013 and 200,000 low-income children out of the program each year over the next decade.

- Cuts funding for Individuals with Disabilities Education Act.

- Cuts the WIC program, Special Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program for Women, Infants, and Children, Each year over the next decade, the cuts would kick 1.8 million women, infants, and children off the WIC program.

"You know that budget was a joke, doesn’t balance the budget for years,” Republican Congressman and Senate candidate Connie Mack stated of the Ryan budget plan during a weekend Orlando Tea Party forum. Mack, who missed the vote in Washington last week while he was fundraising in Florida for a Senate run, later said through a spokesman that he would have voted for it anyway.

But, Mack is correct that the Ryan is a joke because any plan which doesn't address and slash the outrageous Military spending is doomed to fail or a dishonest doublespeak sham. And no Republican Budget would be complete without Orwellian Language. A section is titled "Repairing the Social Safety Net", by which Ryan and his 1% Masters mean the Safety Net's destruction because destroying Social Security, Medicare and Medicaid "repairs" them for the 1%.

The Budget is, as many have said, an act of political theatre, a way for Republicans to demonstrate what they stand for.

And what do the Republicans stand for? Wars and the very, very Rich.

It's obvious Paul Ryan and the Republicans are going to be promoting these Reverse Robin Hood plans every year. Back in 2011, Paul Ryan's Deathcare passed in the U.S. House because 235 of 240 Republicans voted for it. 40 of 45 Republican Senators voted for the Paul Ryan Deathcare Budget, Rand Paul voted in opposition but only because the Ryan spending cuts did not go far enough. Fortunately, it was defeated.

The Government isn't bankrupt and isn't bankrupting you. But, a Government enthralled to the 1% is already morally bankrupt and will seek to drive you into wage slavery at their Plutocratic Masters. And the rapacious never satisfied Wall Street, Banking Conglomertates, Oil Industries and DoD Contractors are the biggest receivers of U.S. Government monies. By Far. We're talking 10 Trillion Dollars over the last decade at least. There is your deficit and your debt. Languishing in the bank accounts of Warmongers having been sifted through the deserts of Iraq, HOA and Afghanistan.

What the Ryan Budget stands for, and what 99% of the Republicans in the U.S. government will vote for, is a shackled Government bonded to do the work of the Thieves, Vultures and Murderers of Wall Street. Once the Republicans have the Government shackled those shackles will be fastened onto you, too.

JPMorgan Chase & Co. took procedural shortcuts and used faulty account records in suing tens of thousands of delinquent credit card borrowers for at least two years, current and former employees say.

The process flaws sparked a regulatory probe by the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency and forced the bank to stop suing delinquent borrowers altogether last year.

The bank's errors could call into question the legitimacy of billions of dollars in outstanding claims against debtors and of legal judgments Chase has already won, current and former Chase employees say.

It's disgusting the malfeasance, chicanery and outright fraud Banks got away with during the Republican Deregulating Era.

Recess

Barack Obama has achieved several important accomplishments during his Presidency despite the Party of the Rich and the Racists recalcitrance. He has not been the Marxist Champion we were hoping for and many of his stances appear moderate to conservative. But, his recent Recess Appointments of Richard Cordray to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) and Sharon Block, Richard Griffin, and Terence Flynn to the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) are perhaps signs of a more liberal agenda for the 2012 election year.

Of course, everything from Getting Osama Bin Laden to these Appointments are an affront to the Republican Bigots and Elitists. So, it is no surprise Republicans are beating their breasts, rending their hair and crying in anguish over President Obama's Recess Appointments.

“It’s astounding to me that the president is claiming these are recess appointments and within his authority, when Congress was not in fact in recess,” said Representative Diane Black (R-TN) who authored the resolution. “These appointments are an affront to the Constitution. No matter how you look at this, it doesn’t pass the smell test. I hope the House considers my resolution as soon as we return to Washington so we can send a message to President Obama.”

It would stand that a Congress actually in Session would not need to return to Washington. But, that's the modern Republican Party. But, while Congresswoman Black's concerns stem from nothing more than her Ignorant Tea Party Bigotry and her anguish should be looked through the prism of her Totally Not Racist history,

In 2009, Sherri Goforth an aide of Diane Black sent out an email with an image titled "Historical Keepsake Photo", depicting the Presidents of the United States. President Obama's picture was a black background with two white eyes.

But, being as the Republicon Party is wholly owned by the 1% they are not angry about the procedures surrounding these appointments but the fact these positions even exist.

“I don’t think this was a recess appointment,” said Candida Wolff, who was chief lobbyist for President George W. Bush and now represents the third-biggest U.S. bank by assets. “I struggle with the fact that a session is still a session, and you can have business within that session.” Cordray’s authority to oversee non-banks and non-financial companies “will probably be one area where I can see action,” she said.

Wolff is a fully invested member of the Plutocracy. She sees these appointments as possible impediments to Wall Street and the Banksters rigged gambling system.

So do other Plutocrats and beneficiaries of the Wall Street System whose profligate theft and criminal malfeasance caused the economic crisis. Maurice “Hank” Greenberg, who led bailed-out insurer American International Group Inc. for almost four decades until he was ousted in 2005, called Cordray’s appointment unconstitutional. Greenberg, 86, is chairman and chief executive officer of insurer C.V. Starr & Co. “The president’s stuck his finger in the eye of Congress,” Greenberg told Betty Liu today on Bloomberg TV’s “In the Loop.” “You need the approval of the Senate for that appointment. It was bypassed."

Well, thanks for your opinion Mr. One Percent. And the next time We need to know the about the Constitutionality of something from someone who profits off of legerdemain and starving children you'll be the top of the list.

However, the height of hypocrisy belongs to no less than John "Even with my broad view of executive power" Yoo, who wrote about the Appointments as Use and Abuse of Executive Power. And as you might expect from Yoo torturing a "Suspected" Terrorist's children to death in front of them is fine for the President but "recess appointments" are a massive insult to the Rule of Law.

The Republican position is when we say we are "in session" it counts as being in session. Where 171 Recess Appointments by George W. Bush and 243 by Ronnie Raygun are fine. But, beyond the pure partisan hypocrisy, Republicans care nothing for the 99% and have been demanding the legislation which created the CFPB be altered before they'd consider approving anyone to head the organization. It was tantamount to nullifying a law which was legally passed because the CFPB represents a threat to the Republican Party owners, the 1%.

Oathkeepers? More accurately Oathbreakers and Conservative Domestic Terrorists

The Oathkeepers were a loose organization of Veterans, Police Officers, Active Duty Military and National Guardsmen which nominally declared they would never "just follow orders" and deprive Americans of their Constitutional Rights, with the motto "Not on Our Watch". Today they have little impact but you can still find right-wing blogs which tout the Oathkeeper Pledge, as conservative blowhard The Bloviating Zeppelin recently did in declaring himself an Oathkeeper.

Originally, following the election of President Obama, the Oathkeepers began coalescing around the time the Department of Homeland Security released their 2009 memo concerning the Rise of recruiting efforts amongst returning service members by violent Right Wing Extremist/Sovereign Citizen/Domestic Terrorist groups. The DHS Memorandum was spurred on by the murder of 3 Pittsburgh Police Officers by Right Wing Extremist Richard Poplawski and noted that the Republicon Recession and President Obama's election presented unique moment in American history.

Additionally, the Southern Poverty Law Center began to document the Re-Rise of the Patriot Militia Movements and the evolving nature of the internet allowed for more dynamic connectivity. Famously, amongst the Oathkeepers former Marine Charles Dyer's skull-masked youtube video set to the soundtrack of The Last of the Mohicans, and the ludicrous videos of Bob Basso pretending to be Thomas Paine dressed in standard 1776 garb became rallying points.

Much of the resulting Oathkeeper History became entangled with the Tea Party, Birtherism, Faux News, fear of the Michele Bachmann/Glenn Beck FEMA Concentration Camps and the Co-opting of the organization's energy by the 1% to direct anger at President Obama and the Democratic Party.

The salient point now is not their manipulation at the hands of the Republicon Party, FreedomWorks or the Koch Brothers but, in light of their 10 Point "NOT" Pledge, the fact The Oathkeepers are little more than another group who wittingly or unwittingly carries the water of the 1% and should more accurately be called the Oathbreakers Militia. This is Pledge #10:

We will NOT obey any orders which infringe on the right of the people to free speech, to peaceably assemble, and to petition their government for a redress of grievances.

Want to guess what the reaction to OWS and #Occupy was from the Oathbreakers? Infiltration and Destruction.

I occasionally saw the odd Ron Paulian Banner at #OccupyChi, but the Oathbreakers attempt to pass along Alex Jones conspiracy memes at various #Occupy General Assemblies (GA) failed. Occupiers are too adroit (literally) and too well read to fall for that Pablum.

Of course, the failure of the Oathbreakers to successfully "Occupy the Occupation" may explain why when the NYPD, Oakland Police, Boston PD, and every paramilitary Police Force were ordered to beat, tear gas, pepper spray, shoot, destroy personal property, illegally detain and violate the Rights of Americans to Peaceably Assemble and petition the Government there was no outcry from the Oathbreakers. And as Right-Wing websites continued the call for more Police Violence and even as anti-American World Net Daily writer Phil Elmore requested,

"Call out the National Guard. Turn on the fire hoses. Send bulldozers. Bring flame-throwers, for pity's sake. Men and women who give a damn about their country, wearing Hazmat suits and respiratory gear, empowered by the lawful government of this nation, should be marching in ranks on every Obamaville this very moment, prepared to beat with truncheons and shoot with rubber bullets every last filthy hippie. The "occupiers" are criminals and terrorists."

There was naught but silence from the Oathkeepers.

When Richmond Police bulldozers turned the potential into the actual, the Oathkeepers showed themselves to be nothing more than a thinly veiled Militia, exactly what everyone at the DHS knew them to be, A Reactionary Anti-American Band of Pseudo Terrorists, who had no intention of standing for the American people but had the the very real purpose of blaming the Democratic Party and President Obama for the evils committed by Wall Street, the Corporate Plutocrats and the 1%.

He thinks that the lesson these protesters need to take away from being arrested and jailed for two days is that they were wrong about their rights. According to a LA Times article, Many Occupy L.A. protesters arrested during demonstrations in recent months are being offered a unique chance to avoid court trials: pay $355 to a private company for a lesson in free speech. Carter said the city won't press charges against protesters who complete the educational program offered by American Justice Associates.

You see as long as the Wrong Americans are having their Rights Violated, the Oathkeepers are willing to look the other way.

As is easily observed, any comment about Tim Tebow which is not positive is attacked as anti-christian, yet when Limbaugh made this heinous bigoted statement about Donovan McNabb in 2003 right-wingers rallied to his defense.

The Chicago Bears just lost to Tim Tebow. Dan Bernstein of 670 the Score is quite upset over the tactics He used to defeat the Bears.

For 3 quarters the Bears defense had Tebow flustered. Tebow had completed just 3 of 16 passes had thrown an interception and fumbled. Tebow's passes were off (although 4 drops by his wide receivers wasn't helping) and his normal running style was replaced by a skittish one as Tebow discovered, unlike in college, he couldn't outrun or bowl over the likes of Julius Peppers. Lovie Smith then decided to employ the "Prevent Defense". As Mike Ditka once said, all the Prevent does is prevent you from winning...

But, Tim Tebow is not the first NFL player to make his faith central to his life off or on the field. Reggie White was a preacher. Deion Sanders is a minister and led prayer circles on the football field after games. Troy Vincent was once asked what book everyone should read and he replied, "The King James Bible because it is life."

Even in the Bears-Broncos game Tebow wasn't the only player who makes a big show of his faith. Devin Hester touches his feet, legs, shoulders and points skyward in order to get god's protection, "I just tell god to watch over me from the toes on my feet to the head of my crown."

And Reggie White, Deion Sanders, Troy Vincent and Devin Hester are all African-Americans, Kurt Warner dedicated his Super Bowl victory (but not his two Super Bowl defeats) to Jesus.

So, what is it about Tebow? Do people really believe that Tim Tebow is winning because of Jesus is watching out for him or aiding the flight of the football? I think the Tebow Mania and the way everyone wants this to be an issue is because some christians want to feel they are persecuted. These christians are making Tim Tebow a litmus test for the persecution complex they crave and the war on their religion they are engaged in.

However, lost amongst all this Tebowing, was the is a more egregious religious affront. Family Research Council President Tony Perkins, who recently conferred upon deadbeat Republican dad Joe Walsh, the title of #1 True Blue Pro-Family status wrote an article declaring Jesus was a Free Marketer not an Occupier.

Of course, the problem that Jesus lived 2000 years before the concept isn't really the issue. Because what Tony Perkins was actually writing about was a justification for the rampant theft and corruption by the 1%. Perkins, overplayed his hand, because the need to mention OWS and the term "occupier" in the title shows how frightened he is christians in this country will begin to side with the poor and correctly view #Occupy as a struggle against Oppressive Power and the corrupt system set up by those who wield that Power.

It's actually an old idea in christianity. The Poor Men of Lyons (Waldenses) were condemned as heretics by the Catholic Church and were eventually anathemamitised because they dared to question the Order of Society. The Waldenses meet the same fate as the Cathars in the early 1200's being chased down and brutally slaughtered by the Guardians of the Powers That Be.

Perkins ends his Jesus wants you to invest in sheep futures with the following:

Yes, we are to "occupy," not by railing against a free market system that rewards diligence, even though it is occasionally abused. Rather we are to occupy by using that system ethically as a means to advance the interests of the one we serve.

Got it? Jesus wants you to accept the Income Inequality, abuse of power and transfer of wealth. Focus instead on ethics, i.e. things which don't challenge the Economic Inequality.

Of course, what Tony Perkins is actually defending is Feudalism. Christianity grew along with Feudalist ideas. It's been a 1000 year struggle by powerful and wealthy christians to massage the meaning of christ into favoring the Rich and Elite. To turn Jesus from a rabble-rousing champion of the poor and oppressed into a scion of the Plutocracy and keeper of the status quo (Behold! The Gospel of Supply Side Jesus).

And today what the religious right have allowed themselves to become the marching foot-soldiers waiting for the opportunity to enforce the will of the 1% and oppress the Occupiers.

Frank Luntz and Saul Alinsky on Compromise

So, whom does Luntz and the Republicon Party represent? The 1%, Wall Street thieves, criminals and vultures. "I Get It". It's despicable and it's obvious. Any right-winger or anyone who has not watched the Republicon presidential clown show with disgust and revulsion or hasn't seen the 112th Congress fight, obstruct, and pander for the Plutocracy is so blinded by propaganda as to be utterly lost to the human race.

But, right-wing blog comments are a pardoy on inteligent discourse as they boil down to a standardized list of shorthand rage and illogical conclusions. Merely mentioning Alinsky in this post would be enough to throw a conservative into a blistering red-hot rage and respond with the cliched short hand comments found on every conservative site.

However, there should seriously, be a simple numerical system for the unthinking automatic rightwing responses. It could go like this:

1) Obama is the same as Hitler, Mao, Stalin, Pol Pot et al.
2) ACORN
3) Saul Alinsky!!!
4) Of course, by the Free Market
5) Occupooper
6) leftist fascism
7) Get a job!
8) Gingrich is soooo smart
9) Fannie and Freddie

and so on.

And then instead of worrying about deciphering and refuting the nonsensical comments from conservative trolls all you would need to do is reference the handy-dandy chart.

#Occupy Protest in a Box

As OWS and the #Occupy Movement continues and struggles to make it through the winter, several factors are going to determine if the energy of the Movement is blunted, re-directed or dissipated.

Currently, the reaction to the Police Brutality is at the forefront of many commentators. The influential feminist Naomi Wolf caused quite a stir with her article on the #Occupy crackdowns over at the Guardian. The article caused big traffic, but while to many it smelled false and smacked of hyperbole it's in line with much of Wolf's thought and dovetails succinctly with her 2004 book, The End of America: Letters of Warning to a Young Patriot. (As an update, it seems the reporter, Rick Ellis, who first mentioned the DHS Conspiracy is full of bullshit.)

Right-wingers continue their mission to destroy the #Occupy Movement. One of their major complaints is OWS and the #Occupy Movement should be working within the confines of the law. Now, of course, this is a disingenuous argument on multiple levels.

First, it's a logical fallacy which the Tea Party should specifically disagree with, since the genesis of their name comes from one of the most celebrated "illegal acts" in US History.

However, it also underscores the pure hypocritical phoniness of the ideological underpinnings of Modern Conservative Thought. Since, the election of Barack Obama a large strain of rightwing commentary has focused on "Natural Law" and the moral rightness of disobeying unjust or immoral laws. But, the Right is two-faced when it comes to such arguments for they apply them only when it suits their purposes, which usually is to undercut and delegitimize the elections of Democrats. But, also in service to the Plutocracy's goals of deregulation and privatization. Therefore, when a protest or movement is outside their keen or control the Right always reverts to calls for Authoritarian Tyranny and the destruction of those movements.

This is why the Tea Party faced no concentrated Police and Govenmental Oppression, the Tea Party always was a Top-Down false-front organization quickly subsumed by the 1% to advance the causes of the Rich. Any energy the movement had outside Plutocratic interests was redirected by Rightwing propaganda and limited to arguing over non-issues which would have no impact on the Establishment.

But, the Tea Party has already gone the way of their ideological forefathers, the Know-Nothings. OWS and the #Occupy Movement do not suffer from the TP defects because OWS is grassroots and made up of working and middle class people who are pointing out the underlying problems caused by the control the Richest 1% have on the Government and Society.

And by going outside the guidelines the Establishment has erected regarding political debate (i.e. issues which won't change the fundamentally unfair and corrupted system) they are facing a concerted rightwing media, lobbyist and law enforcement effort to shut them down.

So, making positive connections with the 99% is going to be paramount to keeping OWS vital and vibrant. Unfortunately, regular bloggers are being irked by some of the #OccupyMovements actions.

In a post from Feminisnt, she vents anger at an #OccupySeattle march which hampered her movements in town. Feminisnt points out the March hampered not only her movements but average everyday poor and working class people whom the 99% Movement is supposed to comprise. She also doubts any of the 1% were affected by the Seattle protest march.

I'm not posting this to pick on her, or issue the divisive You are with Us or Against Us, but merely to highlight the disconnect which the 1% have sewn amongst us to keep the 99% divided.

Libertas and Lattes has a bit more vitriol in his post about #Occupy telling the blog-o-sphere if,

"Any of these pale, rat bearded hygiene-free, Che shirt wearing knuckleheads keep me from getting to my place of employment, of home from said place....my fist might accidentally occupy the same space as their face."

I don't highlight these two bloggers, who I've read before to throw rhetorical jabs at them. But, merely to point out a few problems.

The #OccupyMovement is facing the problems all Movements do, after the initial glow has worn off how do you connect with people and weld them to your side? Protest Marches are good for reminding people your Movement is still around but as we all saw during the run-up to the Iraq War, they don't mean anything once the Powers That Be (PTB) have decided on a course of action.

#Occupy needs to bring more people over, and it's not going to be through media coverage but from positive interactions with everyday people as they make them aware of what the true causes for the Republican Recession, Rightwing generated Income Inequality and the stagnation and dissolution of the Middle Class.

Thus while the Controllers of the Tea Party played pin the blame on the Black Guy it didn't succeed in convincing any Americans, other than those who were already convinced that President Obama is a secret love child of Malcolm X and Karl Marx born in Kenya. While the 2010 elections went the way of the Republicans, Americans quickly learned zero help was forth coming to them.

"Don't blame Wall Street, don't blame the big banks," declared Herman Cain. "If you don't have a job and you are not rich, blame yourself!"

But the decades long propaganda effort by FreedomWorks, the American Enterprise Institute, the Heritage Fund, the Carlyle Group, Faux News has succeeded in creating a sizeable amount of useful idiots who blame Teachers, Unions, the "Welfare Queens" and the unemployed and ignore incidents such as when Former AIG CEO Maurice Greenberg sued the Federal Government for $25 Billion USC. Or that 0.1% - the richest one-thousandth - of American population reap over 50% of the income made on Capital Gains and the executive pay for CEOs has risen to more than 343 times that of the average worker at the company.

Because despite the scoffing at the 99% slogan from rightwingers, who were pre-programed to hate OWS, what they and the 99% need to know is:

1) There is a Club and 2) You are not in it.

Because the average amount the Richest 1% will save from the Bush/Obama Tax cuts ($66,384 USC) is greater than the average salary of the 99% ($58,506 USC).

"My Job is to Protect and Serve Real People, Not 'Romney' People."

The Images of Police Brutality, including the wantonly sadistic spraying of the seated protesters at UC Davis, the pepper spraying of an 84 year old woman at #OccupySeattle and the open mouthed close ranged shot at the N17 OWS have galvanized the Occupiers and delighted the sick, twisted and deranged conservatives.

But, it's a sideshow.

The 1% are ecstatic OWS and #Occupy are being side-tracked into civil rights complaints against individual officers or even whole Police Departments, because it takes the spotlight off of them. The 1% always want the focus off themselves, it keeps allowing them to get away with Plunder.

Now, from the images I think the Officers committed crimes. But, everyone should realize the Officers in question are going to parse their reports with just the right verbiage, i.e. 'a volatile situation, fear for my and my fellow officers safety, the body language of the protesters indicated willful disobedience to my lawful instructions, proper use of force, etc', that they probably will escape criminal punishment and at most will receive administrative discipline from their Departments.

But, remember the Officers are the Tools of the Oppressors. These conflicts with Police have been what the 1% have been dreaming about and hoping for since OWS began on September 17th. Do not let them succeed in dividing the 99%.

These officers and their actions must be condemned (and punished) but the focus must always be turned back to the 1%, the Oppressors. The Goal must be to Destroy the Plutocracy and return the American Dream to the 99%

Well, now the roles have been reversed. OWS is "Going on Strike". OWS is suceeding in highlighting the enormous Income Inequality between the Real Producers of Wealth in this Nation, the 99%, and the Moocher Class; That cadre of Politicos, Bankers, Yakuzas on Wall Street, the Corporate Media and the Members of the Brandy Snifter Class. The 1%, the Biggest Moochers in History.

The 99% produce the Wealth, the 1% suck off the wealth and elevate frauds, charlatans, grifters and bullies into the Political and Media Class to Legitimize, Justify and make their Theft of Trillions Lawful.

What they #Occupy Movement has realized is their Direct Actions make them the "True Atlases". The #OccupyMovement knows the 1% have survived only by creating a System in which the largesse they enjoy is not gotten through superior talent, hard work or imagination but through an ever increasingly byzantine structure of wealth transfer.

Corporations are the biggest moochers in history.

Over the last three years, 78 corporations had at least one year where they paid no federal income tax at all, while 30 corporations paid ZERO over the entire three years. Even though those 30 Corporations made $160 billion in profits over that period.

Halliburton and their subsidiaries received Billions in No Bid Contracts from their Moocher buddies under the Bush Administration.

These Corporations, Lockheed Martin ($61 Million) Boeing ($644 Million), Northrop Grumann ($410 Million), admitted to stealing Millions via fraudulent contracts through the DoD.

The Corporations, Chevron, Shell, BP, ConocoPhillips and Exxon Mobil receive Billions in Tax Payer dollars from the US Government via subsidies which were crafted as early as 1916.

All of these Moocher Corporations are protected by the Republican Party, many members of the Democratic Party, increasingly Paramilitary Police Forces and a Corporate Media World which shields and succors them.

And these Political and Media Attack Dogs defend their Moneyed Masters with cries of Socialism! We do have in America is Socialism. For the 1%.

So, 99% it's time to Shrug Off the shackles of the Moochers. It's time we tell the Plutocrats, the 1% who have survive only by Plunder, only by stealing the fruits of our labor, it's time to tell them no more. The Free Ride on the Backs of the 99% is Over!

I found this Libertarian Blog Post by Wayne Allen Root, a few months back. It is hilarious the level of ideological blindness, effete ignorance and fantastical escapism which has crept into the hard right over the years. Root writes;

The lesson of Atlas Shrugged is that without the $100,000+ earners paying into Social Security, there are no pensions for the poor and lower middle class. Without the wealthy owners of million-dollar mansions paying $25,000 and $50,000 annual property tax bills, there is no funding for public schools. Without the wealthy paying into Medicare, there is no “free” healthcare for the elderly. Without capitalists motivated by profit, there are no discoveries to eradicate polio or create miraculous cancer and AIDS drugs. Without capitalists motivated by profit, there are no jobs, period! That is what happens when the producers of society go on strike to protect themselves from the looters.

First off, there are so many errors. Jonas Salk famously did not patent his polio vaccine. Social Security taxes are capped at $106,800 so the + Earners that Root so worries about aren't paying anything extra for the poor and lower middle classes he so disdainfully hates.

For far too long We the 99% have allowed these so-called Capitalists get away with calling themselves the Productive Class. Well, they aren't. Bruce Fancher Battles the Barbarians of Zuccotti Park (Rightwing Smear Campaign)

Seriously, "The Barbarians of Zuccotti Park" is like something out of the Robert E. Howard universe.

Anyway a "Hobbyist Photographer" named Bruce Fancher had his story transcribed in the National Review Online. Here is the recounting of that most horrible of days;

Bruce was taking photographs of tents when a man approached him and told to him to “have some respect.” He calmly explained that it was a public park and he had every right to be there. Before he knew it, his camera had been smacked out of his hands, and his face had been punched. Bleeding fairly heavily from his nose, he went and described the assault to one of the many policeman in the square. An ambulance was called, and arrived almost immediately. When she was finished, the EMT told him that it was the “fourteenth assault” to which she had personally been called.

The professionalism of the first responders stopped there, however. “There is a certain expectation of the police,” Bruce told me, but service was not forthcoming: The NYPD officer steadfastly refused to go back into the park, suggesting that to do so would “cause a riot.” As a result, the assailant, described as “light, about 28 years old, muscular, short hair, and well dressed,” got away unpunished. When he described the attack to the reporting cop, the reaction was “indifference. I may as well have told him that it was going to rain tomorrow.” He received little sympathy from the OWS crowd either. Amazingly, “no one saw anything,” and no help was proferred. Perhaps “love for all” doesn’t apply as universally as advertised in the commune.

Ha ha ha! As a cop I can't tell you how many times I've heard the 'Oh officer I was blissfully minding my own business when this awful evil man appeared and without provocation beat me up'.

The "No one saw anything" should be the kicker, that this didn't happen the way old Bruce Fancher (a.k.a. Dead Lord / a.k.a. Timberwolf) described. But, we are living in an age of BS conservative smears and lying rightwing hacks (or in this case hacker). The amazing thing about this story is the absolute full faith the conservatives have that Fancher's version of events is 100% true and accurate.

What's the name of the EMT? What are the case numbers for the alleged "14 previous assaults"? What's the names of the Officers, Fancher talked to? These facts are missing from this story. What most likely happened was a scuffle of some kind but Fancher probably caught the worst of it, but telling the truth to the Cops that he was an active participant in a fight doesn't go a long way to providing the Rightwing with the beloved evidence of OWS thuggery.

It's the story of the young white McCain staffer having a B carved into her face by an evil Obama supporter. Conservatives are only too eager and willing to accept every story that conforms to their views. But, of course, the fact that everyone commenting on the story wasn't there should also give make conservatives pause before ranting about the evil leftists but that sort of skepticism is far too much to ask of rightwing ninnies.

As PJ O'Rourke says, Liberalism is just Marxism by the glass. It's mind-boggling to think how much of a narciscist someone has to be to imagine that they have the knowledge and wisdom to write a plan to bring to peace and happiness to an entire country. And how out of touch they need to be to imagine that anyone else outside of a small fringe is going to even pay attention.

I wasn't there so I don't know what happened for certain. But, reading this story it's clearly an emotional plea. It's loaded with word usage designed to appeal to the reptilian conservative brain; All of Bruce's actions were cool and collected "He calmly explained" and all the actions by the OWS leftists were viscous, unwarranted and evil.

Additionally, I don't know why when rightwing poseurs and hacks recount their attempts at instigation and the ensuing altercations they write these kind of statements; "Perhaps "love for all" doesn't apply as universally as advertised in the commune." Why do conservatives expect liberals to be tolerant and open to their ignorance, bigotry and hostility? The quote from Karl Popper applies most aptly,

"We should therefore claim, in the name of tolerance, the right not to tolerate the intolerant."

So, Rightwing inflitrators and hacks when you attempt to stir up trouble and cause problems and it blows up in your face you've brought it down upon yourself...

OWS has the so alarmed the One Percent they've called forth All of their smearing Conservative dogs. These mendacious plutocratic sycophants will spare no effort, will leave no lie unspoken and will use anything to serve their Moneyed Masters.

Chief liar and fabricator Andrew Breitbart is the scummiest piece of conservative trash and filth for proclaiming in a tweet:

Coincidence or Coordinated? #OWS attacked Wall Street to the week after Al Qaeda attacked Wall Street on 9/11.

Breitbart is Loathsome. Just loathsome. But it shows, 1) conservatives will never stop waving the bloody shirt of 9/11 and 2) despite being a serial liar Breitbart will never be shunned or silenced and the bigger his lies and outrageous statements the more support he will receive because he is doing it in service to the Rich and Powerful. His entire operation over at BigGovernment is devoted to undercutting, infiltrating and destroying the 99%. Imagine if he uncovered professionally manufactured memos with these mission statements:

- "Spread out in the hall and try to be in the front half. The objective is to put the Rep on the defensive with your questions and follow-up. The Rep should be made to feel that a majority, and if not, a significant portion of at least the audience, opposes the socialist agenda of Washington.”

– “You need to rock-the-boat early in the Rep’s presentation, Watch for an opportunity to yell out and challenge the Rep’s statements early.”

– "The goal is to rattle him, get him off his prepared script and agenda. If he says something outrageous, stand up and shout out and sit right back down. Look for these opportunities before he even takes questions.”

Of course, those were crafted by the Dick Armey and Koch Brothers for 1% fueled and financed Tea Party. #Occupy and OWS are true grassroots movements.

John Hinderaker posted a video on his Powerline blog, with the headline Rampaging Occupiers Attack 78-year old Woman The evidence? Why strangely (or purposefully) the video fails to capture the moment of the "attack", but does show two elderly ladies at different times and different areas having fallen to the ground and being helped to their feet by police/security personnel.

Oddly, at this same rally, a One Percenter ran over 3 protesters and then ran into another group of protesters with his car. The Rightwing response? Applause and fantasizing about doing it themselves or shooting the protesters.

Glenn Beck's The Blaze, Hotair, FreeRepublic, Erick Erickson's Red State blog and Yahoo news stories are now replete with conservatives calling for fire hoses, clubbing, violence and police brutality. When a peaceful protester was shot by a Oakland Police Officer,

“While filming a police line at Occupy Oakland after midnight on Nov. 3 following the Nov. 2 general strike, an officer opens fire and shoots me with a rubber bullet. [Probably a bean-bag round G_e_G] I was standing well back. There was no violence or confrontations of any kind underway. At 0:31 seconds you can see a tall officer in the front raise his weapon and then fire. This is the full clip of the incident.”

Conservatives cheer.

Conservatism is Terrorism. It's designed to push the majority of Americans into penury and wage slavery. It's Orwellian in it's language and actions.

But, despite the worst efforts of the Breitbart and his ilk, by an overwhelming majority, the American People know Wall Street and their wholly owned Republican Party are responsible for the economic calamity. The Top 3 causes of the Republican Recession are:

1) Investment Firms and Banks making Risky Loans and Investments,
2) American Companies not investing in creating jobs in America,
3) The Economic Policies under former President Bush, including tax cuts for the wealthiest families.

New York Billionaire Mike Bloomberg, angry that his beloved 1% are correctly being blamed for Wall Street's Rigged Toxic Economic System which led to the current Financial Disaster, recently told the OWS protests; "I hear your complaints. Some of them are totally unfounded. It was not the banks that created the mortgage crisis. It was, plain and simple, Congress who forced everybody to go and give mortgages to people who were on the cusp."

Thank You Mayor Bloomberg for pointing out this Economic Disaster was accomplished at the behest of the 1% by the REPUBLICAN PARTY. This is a Republican Recession. This is the Economic Collapse is the Fault of the Republican Party.

Okay not exactly, the current Recession is being pushed on America by the Rich 1% Plutocrats with the vicious Republican dogs and conservative dupes aiding them. Bloomberg can't help himself. His Aristocratic sensibilities are offended by the sight of the 99% expressing their 1st Amendment Rights. Addressing critics, he said, "You ought to think a little about that before you start yelling at us."

But, let's not forget the Wall Street Criminals and Bank Thieves could not have accomplished this theft of Billions without the aid of the Republican Party. But, unlike what the alternate reality the Rightwing revisionists are trying to sell these days the Government didn't force any bank, any lender to make these loans. The Banksters and Wall Street Criminals wanted the housing bubble and choose the Republicans in Congress and the White House to push through legislation making their crimes "legal".

It doesn't even start with Senator Phill Gramm or the Gramm-Leach-Bliley repeal of Glass-Steagal in 2000. It doesn't end with the Heritage Foundation's 2001 ridiculous claims the Bush Tax Cuts on the Wealthy would accomplish the following:

2) Reduce the federal surplus by $1.4 trillion;
3) Substantially increase family income;
4) Save the entire Social Security surplus;
5) Increase personal savings;
6) Create more job opportunities.

No this Republican Recession is not an accident. It is the culmination of the Republican Party's Owners to shrink Government down to be drowned in a bathtub. The despicable Grover Norquist, originator of the Drowning phrase, longtime conservative smear merchant, long-time partner of convicted criminal Jack Abramoff, president of the conservative Americans for Tax Reform, said President Bush will be remembered “long after people can no longer pronounce or spell Fallujah.”

Almost 3,000 people have been arrested for activities that caused minimal, if any, injury to our society. At the same time, no financiers have been arrested for blatant legal violations, probably including extensive fraud, which have led millions of people to suffer and have practically brought our great nation to its knees.

They went after Bernie Madoff only because he stole from the Rich. Remember the Rich operate by a different set of rules. And it's these Different Rules (i.e. Laws) which have allowed these Banking Criminals and DoD Defrauders to amass huge fortunes. It is NOT as the Republican Party would have you believe that Wall Street succeeds by superior drive, work ethic, motivation, talent and gumption.

But, despite the obvious appeal to natural law, US legal precedents, equal treatment, and economic fairness, the 1% are deploying their Rightwing Smear Merchants and handpicked Republicans to obfuscate, distort and Lie.

A Right Wing fanatic attacked the #OccupyMaine Camp around 0400 hours this morning.

Portland police Sgt. Glen McGary said the bomb was thrown into the camp’s kitchen, a tarped area where food is cooked and served. Protest organizers said the explosion lifted a large table about a foot off the ground.

"There was no fire . . . We had a good 20 feet of thick smoke rolling out from under the table," Wilburn said. They could see the "G" on the 24-ounce bottle and its orange cap, as well as bits of silver metal, she said.

Witnesses said a silver car had been circling before the attack, its occupants shouting things like "Get a job" and "You communist." They believe someone from that car threw the device, according to a statement from Occupy Maine.

Other conservative disinformation sites, The American Spectator for example, have also taken it upon themselves to smear and slander OWS and #Occupy. It's de rigueur for the Right to throw up as many bullshit stories and as many smear jobs as possible knowing, 'All of the people will be fooled some of the time' and 'Some of the people will be fooled all of the time.'

Just as when Republicans rammed through the Iraq War and the Patriot Act, the Rightwing has fallen solidly in line declaring those who oppose the 1% are Anti-American, Anti-Semites, Communists, Socialists, Nazis, Marxists, Terrorist Appeasers, Rawr!!! Anyone who is against the systematic and rampant Wall Street crime and corruption is actually against America. It's what the Right does every time.

Why? Because 130 officers expressed interest in forming a Union. It reminds me of the time, while I was in the Corps when I asked a fellow devildog how he could justify the deaths of innocents in Iraq. He got kind of upset by that and while we debated around the Just War Theory he ended up, and I'll paraphrase, 'You're an atheist so you get to live a life of debauchery but, you can't chide me on the deaths of innocents because I'm a christian, therefore already ahead of you morally, and asking me to stand against an unjust war and the deaths of innocents is not allowable.'

So Gus Lubin over at Business Insider has a photo of the OWS overlayed with captions highlighting smartphones, clothing and other products being used by the protesters. Ha ha!

It's a variation on the 'You can't be against the Iraq War if you drive a car' and stems from the Fallacy that in order to combat indecency you have to be a paragon of Righteousness.

Well, We are the 99% not the Amish... One need not divest themselves of every modern manufactured product in order to decry inhumane working conditions, rampant pollution, violations of law or union busting behavior by Corporations.
