Adrian Paul Aispuro, 44, was booked on a felony gun charge and was being held on $35,000 bail, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department Inmate Information Center.
LAPD says that they took the man into custody at the event as he was trying to pass himself off as a federal official.
They also say that the man wasn't believed to be threatening RFK Jr. or anyone else, but that he was armed. They did not provide further information on the type of firearm he was carrying.
It's frightening to imagine what could have happened! Why, the man, had a gun(s)! And I'm sure we're all aware of the assassinations of RFK's father and uncle. Let's see what candidate RFK Jr said about Guns this July,

Even more interesting in this context is RFK Jr. constantly harping on his need to have Secret Service protection. Why? Well it's to signal to White Supremacists he's one of them. The usage of 1488, if you are unaware, is not an accidental number sequence for the Kennedy campaign to put out.
Kennedy Jr. has been claiming he is the first Presidential Candidate in History to be denied Secret Service Protection at this stage in his campaign. Besides being an outright lie, it's a slander RFK Jr. is using to denigrate President Biden and to boost his chances of being Traitor Trump's running mate.

Chris Kyle gave them that and like George Zimmerman, Ted Nugent, or any other conservative "hero", Kyle was beloved because he murdered enemies of the right-wing hegemony and conservatives got a vicarious thrill through his made-up heroics, i.e. Killing innocent muslims and claiming to kill blacks in New Orleans post-Katrina.
Amongst the lies Kyle told was that he murdered 30 people in New Orleans while stationed atop the Superdome and gunning down two "carjackers" in Texas. Of course, I would not put it past Kyle to appoint himself Judge, Jury, and Executioner and murder, but these tales are beyond belief.
Perhaps, I'm being too harsh on Kyle, perhaps his embellishment/lying was a way of coping with his PTSD, with trying minimize the damage war does to ones mind, body, and soul. But, I don't believe so. The circumstances surrounding Kyle's death indicate he was entranced by guns and violence, and contemptuous of those he deemed weaker than himself.
Therefore, I think Kyle considered himself the next Alvin York, Audie Murphy, John Basilone, or Carlos Hathcock and needed to spruce up his ribbon bar. The truth is Pat Tillman was a American Hero while Kyle has more in common with Charles Whitman and he should be remembered in exactly the same way.

The Ambassador did not impose restrictions on weapons or weapons status on the Marine Corps Embassy Security Group (MCESG) detachment. The MCESG Marines in Cairo were allowed to have live ammunition in their weapons. Reports of Marines not being able to have their weapons loaded per direction from the Ambassador are not accurate.

The currently available information suggests that the demonstrations in Benghazi were spontaneously inspired by the [anti-video] protests at the US Embassy in Cairo and evolved into a direct assault against the US Consulate and subsequently its annex.

Famously, The Heritage Report about Poverty stated the Poor in the country aren't really that bad off because they have a "reasonably adequate supply of food". While Sean Hannity advised poor people to eat red beans and rice. Conservatives have been skating a fine line claiming Americans are worse off but not so bad as to require a fundamental change to the massive Income Inequality in the country. But, these figures and talk of food stamps aren't thrown out to appeal to Poor Voters they are used to frighten the Middle Class into voting for Romney and his Economic Plans.
Well, Romney's One Point Economic Plan is to liquidate the Middle Class and reintroduce Feudalism to America turning every non-millionaire into a Serf.
Romney would use the same model and techniques he employed at Bain Capital. Upon stealing into the White House Romney and his economic Vultures would swoop in and load trillions in new debt upon the Middle Class by increasing the DoD Budget. Romney's plan is also designed to lower taxes on Millionaires and Billionaires and transfer the Tax Burden onto everyone else by raising Taxes on the Middle Class.
But, even the Romney and Ryan Higher Taxes on the Middle Class won't offset his new deficit spending. For that Romney and Ryan have declared their intent on slashing all budget items which aid the Middle Class and Poor by eliminating Medicaid, Federal Student Aid, Food stamps and taking Billions from Medicare and Social Security until they collapse. Of course, Romney claims all he needs do is close tax loop-holes but, no Republicans will ever support him. Republicans fought viciously to keep Government Welfare for Corporate Jets, instead of closing a tax subsidy which lets the Rich have the Government cover their Leer Jet fuel and maintenance costs. Republicans will never allow any tax increase on the Rich because they are the paid Guard Dogs for the Wealthy.
And what the Wealthy Masters of the Republican Party desire are people just at the edge of Poverty.
The 1% want to eliminate Food Stamps, Social Security, Medicaid, the Social Safety Net from the Federal Government because once people are pushed just to the edge of desperation they will accept whatever the "Job Creators" wish to bequeath upon them.

Additionally, the shelter is facing an exdous of donors. Antal orginally stated Ryan "did nothing" but now claims Ryan "did wash several dirty dishes". Conservatives found their j'accuse! moment when they learned Antal has voted in Democratic Primaries! Looking at the photos you can see Ryan sporting a spotless white apron, eventhough he's supposedly cleaning large dirty stainless pots using a high powered professional spray. Really, the only thing Ryan tried to burnish in this photo-op is his political image. Now, eventhough I don't like Ryan, I don't think he's stupid enough to just run water over clean pots but, the forced nature of Ryan trying to appear to care about Homeless or Poor people is what is readily evident. To Romney and Ryan the only thing "The Poor" are good for is to be used as club to attack President Obama. But, in order to get elected Romney and Ryan will Say Anything. It's what they say and do when they think they are amongst friends and the cameras not on that matters. So, when Mitt Romney says "I know what it takes..." and "I have a plan..." You should believe him. He made them clear in his 47% Speech. Romney does have a plan to shift the Tax Burden onto the Middle Class in a final effort to grind us from existence so that his Plutocratic Allies reign over this Nation and it's people in a Neo-Feudalist State.

Toxic Right-Wing Commentators had convinced Mitt Romney, just as they have their conservative dupes, that President Obama had refused for weeks to label the Attack as an Act of Terrorism and that there was a Watergate Style cover-up. Pat Buchanan, Sean Hannity, Lindsey Graham, Michelle Malkin, Rudy Guliani, Mike Huckabee and others are still flogging that lie.
The popular refrain championed by Faux News and dutifully repeated by conservative drones, since the attack, is 'Nobody died during Watergate' and Right-Wing Ghouls also love to point out this is the first time an Ambassador has been killed since 1979.
Conservatives are convinced that since they believe Jimmy Carter to be the worst person in American History so do most Americans. Of course, in there rush to connect 1979 to 2012 conservative hypocrites skip past the Two separate Terrorist Attacks in Beirut in 1983. On April 18, 1983 the Beirut Embassy Car Bombing killed 17 Embassy personnel (and 46 Lebanese) and the follow on Truck Bombing attack 6 months later on October 23, 1983 at the US Barracks in Beirut killed 241 Marines, Soldiers and Sailors. Ah, but Saint Reagan was President. The most despicable thing is the attacks followed the same tactics because the Terrorists knew the Embassy Marine Guards were barred by Ronald Reagan from having ammo at their posts.

The MCESG Marines in Cairo were allowed to have live ammunition in their weapons. The Ambassador and Regional Security Officer have been completely and appropriately engaged with the security situation. Reports of Marines not being able to have their weapons loaded per direction from the Ambassador are not accurate.

And despite the claims Mitt Romney "retroactively retired" from Bain during it's worst years of Offshoring and Outsourcing, Mitt was in charge and was the architect of the worst of the Bane Capital Business model of making money by squeezing blood from Americans.
Romney has said he left Bain in 1999 to lead the winter Olympics in Salt Lake City, ending his role in the company. But public Securities and Exchange Commission documents filed later by Bain Capital state he remained the firm’s “sole stockholder, chairman of the board, chief executive officer, and president.”
Also, a Massachusetts financial disclosure form Romney filed in 2003 states that he still owned 100 percent of Bain Capital in 2002. And Romney’s state financial disclosure forms indicate he earned at least $100,000 as a Bain “executive” in 2001 and 2002, separate from investment earnings.
So besides showing Romney, most likely, funnelled millions of dollars to his multiple foreign bank accounts his tax returns will also highlight that Romney made his money by destroying American companies and firing American workers.
Proving once again that under President Bush we had years of wage stagnation and wealth accumulation amongst the richest Americans just the way the Koch Brothers and the 1% want.
But, additionally Romney's hidden tax returns, while showing a callous disregard for America will also show a rank contempt for the Law.
His returns will probably show Romney committed Voter Fraud by continuing to vote in Massachusetts while claiming residency in another state. In 2010, Mitt Romney was supposedly living in his son’s unfinished basement in Belmont, Massachusetts.
At the time Mitt owned a $12.5 million home in La Jolla, Calif. and a $10 million home in New Hampshire’s Lake Winnipesaukee – but no home in the state he was once governor.

The sad fact is Mitt is the child of unearned wealth and white privilege. Mitt's father, George Romney, started the trend of releasing tax returns, which his chicken shit son refuses to do, and in almost every way was a far superior man than his spoiled, cowardly, bully of a son, who has only prospered because of the vast wealth and undeserved affirmative action for rich white people which he inherited. And in contrast President Obama has surpassed his father and risen and succeeded on the merits of his ability and determination.

But, the continued discussion about Mitt's secret financial past shows Conservatives are freaking out. There is obviously something incredibly damning in these returns that Romney is adamant he won't release them.
“The cost of not releasing the returns are clear,” said conservative columnist George Will, on ABC’s “This Week.” “Therefore, he must have calculated that there are higher costs in releasing them.”
On the ABC roundtable, Republican strategist Matthew Dowd had a similar take.
“There’s obviously something there, because if there was nothing there, he would say, ‘Have at it,’” Dowd said. “So there’s obviously something there that compromises what he said in the past about something.”
