Republican RFK Jr Candidate Fact Sheet - Loves: Lies, 2A & 1488. Hates: Gun Control, Vaccines & Democrats

Police arrested a man who was allegedly posing as a United States Marshal during a Hispanic Heritage Month event attended by Robert F. Kennedy Jr. on Friday in the Wilshire Park area.

Adrian Paul Aispuro, 44, was booked on a felony gun charge and was being held on $35,000 bail, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department Inmate Information Center. 

LAPD says that they took the man into custody at the event as he was trying to pass himself off as a federal official.

They also say that the man wasn't believed to be threatening RFK Jr. or anyone else, but that he was armed. They did not provide further information on the type of firearm he was carrying. 

It's frightening to imagine what could have happened!  Why, the man, had a gun(s)!  And I'm sure we're all aware of the assassinations of RFK's father and uncle.  Let's see what candidate RFK Jr said about Guns this July,

“I do not believe that there is, within that second amendment, that there’s anything we can meaningfully do to reduce the trade in the ownership of guns, and I’m not going to take people’s guns away. Anybody who tells you that they’re going to be able to reduce gun violence through gun control at this point I don’t think is being realistic,” Robert F Kennedy Jr.

Huh... well... that's interesting...  So since RFK Jr doesn't believe in gun control, declared he won't take guns away from people, and the Police declared Aispuro wasn't "believed to be threatening RFK Jr." why is Kennedy afraid?  Guns Save Lives. 

Even more interesting in this context is RFK Jr. constantly harping on his need to have Secret Service protection.  Why?  Well it's to signal to White Supremacists he's one of them. The usage of 1488, if you are unaware, is not an accidental number sequence for the Kennedy campaign to put out.

Kennedy Jr. has been claiming he is the first Presidential Candidate in History to be denied Secret Service Protection at this stage in his campaign. Besides being an outright lie, it's a slander RFK Jr. is using to denigrate President Biden and to boost his chances of being Traitor Trump's running mate.

Perhaps the HGH and steroids RFK Jr. has been abusing are taking a toll on his body but, something has broken in his brain and he's just going full in on Anti-Vaxx nonsense and lies.  The Republicans are funding his campaign, he's a Faux News darling, Joe Rogan loves him, his every position is at best rightwing and more accurately described as Quasi-Fascist.   So... why is he a Democratic candidate for the 2024 election?

The Revenge of the Thin Blue Line 39: Police Domestic Violence Ohio to California road trip

Domestic violence is the most prevalent and least controlled crime in America.  In 1987, the Illinois legislature finally mandated Police Officers, at a minimum, write a report when going to a domestic disturbance type situation.  Up until just before Covid I was working with Officers who started their careers back before this mandate.  I'm sure you remember how the response of Officers used to be next to nothing other than a vague warning that they'd do something if they came back a second time that night.

Tracy Chapman, who's enjoying a resurgence due to Luke Combs covering Fast Car, had another song on that ground-breaking album called Behind the Wall.  The lyrics encapsulate much of the perception, true or  not, of the police response to domestic violence.  It's also been known that domestic abuse amongst families of Police Officers is at least as common as the general public and most likely vastly underreported  due to a variety of factors.

So, it comes as little surprise former Officer John Snowling, drove from Ohio to California to attempt to gun down his ex-wife.  Snowling, was a retired Ventura Police Sergeant.  Marie Snowling filed for divorce in December 2022.  As we all know women who are battered, who eventually do leave their abusive husbands, are very much at risk to be murdered.  Snowling tracked her down at Cook’s Corner in Trabuco Canyon, about 50 miles south of downtown Los Angeles, and shot 9 people including her. Three people died and six others were injured before Snowling was killed by law enforcement. The fatal victims have been identified as John Leehey, 67, Tonya Clark, 49, and Glen Sprowl, 53.  After entering and shooting Marie and others, Snowling apparently ran out of ammo or had a weapon malfunction, exited the bar and went back to his vehicle to get more guns and/or ammo.  The Officers confronted him outside at his car. 

“He just had very normal career, nothing really else to report,” Ventura Police Cmdr. Sarah Heard told reporters.

In military parlance, this is known as NSTR (Nothing Significant to Report), which is laughable because I wonder (and in reality know) how Snowling treated domestic abuse victims when he was on the job.  Snowling worked from 1986 to 2014.  So his career encapsulates the generation which was supposed to respond and actually try and do something about domestic abuse.

Again we see, the poisonous fruits of the NRA and Republican push against Gun Control.  Marie Snowling was most likely a long term victim of spousal abuse.  That she finally managed to free herself, file for divorce, is an unforgivable sin to Republicans who are beginning to push back against easier divorce in the perpetual rightwing war on women.  Of course, Republicans and the Gun Industry are also trying to denude firearms restraining orders.  And Snowling was, of course, able to purchase multiple guns because there really is no controls on guns and when a shooting like this happens Republicans simply XIT out their Thoughts & Prayers and move on to the next NRA funded dinner to rake in more blood-soaked campaign donations.

So, anyway the Good Officers who responded to the Bad Officer, shot and killed him and as the Joker said...  Everybody Still Loses...

Shall Not Be Infringed 3: Dude Process and the Absolute Right of Men to execute Women with Guns

"You talked about one of the advantages of the Sexual Revolution was the transformation of the idea that rape was a property crime into a crime against the women herself, and I would say, 'Look I have plenty of sympathy for that perspective', I think it's fundamentally true but... but... A man.  An aggrieved man.  He grabs his guns and blam 6 people are dead.

Richard Dale Crum in Arkabutla, Mississippi didn't take to kindly to another man trying to exert property rights over his ex-wife.  So Crum shot his ex-wife after pistol whipping her new man.  Then he killed a dude sitting in a truck at a convenience store, then he went to his ex-wife's families house and shot and killed them, then he killed two other people behind his home.  Then he went inside his house, relaxed and waited to be arrested.  And in this land of the Shall Not Be Infringed Crum was dutifully arrested by the Police because he will have his day in court and be afforded his DUDE PROCESS Rights

Tate Reeves said something or other about this shooting but, Reeves has little interest in Gun regulation and more in ensuring Women are reverted to Property status and hiding his involvement with Brett Favre in securing stealing millions of dollars of funds set aside for needy families to build his Favre's volleyball stadium.  Tate Reeves was Lt. Gov as Favre and Mississippi Republicans launched their scheme to steal a hundred million in TANF funds. 

In Mississippi, a woman has very few rights a Republican needs to recognize and none an aggrieved man needs respect.

So, Crum did what every white male gun owner in America wants to do.  Kill those who've trespassed against him and living to enjoy the fame and notoriety as another Second Amendment Hero.

Meanwhile, while reading up on this incident a domestic violence mass shooting occurred in the Houston suburb of Galena Park.  The murderous gunman was chilling at the home his current girlfriend, apparently with her 4 teenage daughters and decided fuck this; that bitch is getting hit on by other men and she's my property so I'm going to take my gun and exercise my absolute right to murder 3 teenage girls, rape the 4th, and then shoot myself.  An aggrieved man exercised his "god" given and SCOTUS defended right to murder women.

Guns are an absolute blight but, they are an absolute necessity in Republican politics because having a large stable of unstable men ready to pick up guns and murder women, Trans persons, liberals, teachers, Democrats, elected officials is a core principle and foundational plank of the Republican Party. 

Republicans don't want to ban AR-15s because they plan to use them to Overthrow the US Government

"Are you here for the kids or the killers?" Congressman Eric Swalwell accurately described the Republican House members eviscerated the Republican House members.  But to answer Representative Swalwell's rhetorical queries, the GOP is absolutely aligned with Mass shooters and pro gun violence.

President Joe Biden's call for Congressional action on Gun Control was clear, concise, and common sense.  More than that it is doomed because the Republican Party stands for unrestricted gun violenceRepublican Party stands for unrestricted gun violence because very soon Republicans are going to have to turn to their paramilitary AR-15 armed conservative domestic terrorists to "win" elections.

If bigoted voting discrimination and racist voting laws and voter suppression and SCOTUS interference and gerrymandered districts and now planned voter intimidation in multiple states doesn't work to secure Republican control of Congress in 22, with the aim of declaring Trump President in 24 by Congressional Fiat, then the Guns will do it.

Matt Gaetz and Thomas Masse, two of the most prominent Jan6th Traitors, want their voters carrying guns  to the polling places and voting booths.

Republicans across the country are seeking to have armed "poll watchers" present to ensure Americans vote the Right Way.

During the run-up to the Civil War, conservatives procured armaments, munitions, and cannons throughout the North to be shipped to the South for use in the looming Civil War.  Southern elected officials had spent the years of the early 1800's stockpiling what weaponry they could as their loyalty was to Slavery and the South and not the United States. 

But at the start of the Civil War, the Southern Traitors did not have armament factories up and running ready to produce the small arms necessary to equip their treasonous army.  Conservatives today don't plan to make that same mistake as Republicans and their Firearms Manufacturing Masters have flooded the Nation with 400,000,000 guns.

Modern Conservatives are simply disloyal to the United States when they are not in control.  For many years now, conservative rhetoric has ramped up the threat of violence and the use of Guns to overthrow a government they view tyrannical, well it's now come to pass that any government which refuses to enact the most Reactionary politics is tyrannically illegitimate and therefore conservatives have a Casus Belli.  

Prudent governments around the world are preparing for the Fascist Republican Party destruction of the United States of America.  Because conservatives crossed the rubicon of using political violence to overthrow the Government on January 6th, 2021 and they are making no effort to conceal their plans to use violence and guns to try again if necessary.

“I got them AR-15s in case the government gets too big for its britches,” North Carolina Republican Lt Gov Mark Robinson declared.  "Cause I’m gonna fill the backside of those britches with some lead.”

Conservative Terrorists can't wait to murder Beto O'Rourke with their AR-15s

If Gun Laws are passed, conservatives have declared en masse they will not follow the Law. There is a name for a group of people who declare they won't follow the law; criminals.

During last night's Democratic Presidential debate, Beto O'Rouke affirmed he would spearhead the passage of laws to curtail the gun violence Republicans have not only ignored but actively encouraged at the behest of their NRA and FSB owners. In response to Presidential Candidate O'Rouke's comments, conservatives, including elected officials, declared they will murder him and anyone else who dares to enforce the law.

The reason conservatives buy so many AR-15s and AK-47 clones is for use on people. Conservatives have been champing at the bit to murder millions of Americans. It's been a rightwing obsession for decades. And in reality for centuries; because the Civil War never ended, conservatives just changed tactics, after they lost the massed lines of battle and maneuver portion of the War. Conservative switched tactics to "Lone Wolf" terrorism attacks and infiltration and subversion of the United States Government from within; funded by Russian pimps and gangsters of late.

Conservatives have a terrible ache, a longing deep down in their shriveled loins, to round-up and kill millions of people; but especially liberals, Democrats, minorities, and any Non-#MAGA they can find. It's been a hallmark of their blackened souls since the 1960s, when conservatives became enraged the Federal Government was trying, ever so tepidly to comfort the afflicted and aid those harmed by right-wingers over the years.

Conservatives have declared they would Rule or Ruin America and last night they plainly stated their threat to reignite the Civil War.

Another Mass Shooting. Another White Right-Wing Domestic Terrorist. It's far too late to talk about Gun Control.

Governor disgusting coward Jindal of Louisana gave a press conference where he stated it's too early to talk about Gun Control. No it is not, it's far, far, far too late.

After losing the Civil War, the Confederacy (a Plutocracy of Rich 1% Slave Owners) has been engaging in guerilla tactics and asymetrical warfare for 150 years and they've turned the Nation (with some notable setbacks) into a Conservative Plutocracy in the same model as the Confederacy, a Neo-Confederacy.

Now, another Right-Wing White Domestic Terrorist has gone on a shooting spree but, unlike the immediate and voiceforus denunciations of "Terrorism" when the shooter is named Muhammad, Conservatives shout down anyone who links their despicable evil agenda to the violence it indisputably foments. As always right-wingers proclaim the murderer is actually a Liberal because No True Conservative...

And Gun Nuts declare we're too emotional to talk about Gun Control and converge like locusts to silence anyone who points out that Gun Violence in the United States is an Epidemic. No other civilized, so-called first world Nation suffers the levels of Gun Violence we do in the United States.

If guns were the real solution then we'd see appreciable reductions in gun violence but, the evidence shows more guns equals more gun violence.

This is such an obvious, blatant fact that Gun Makers and Gun Humping Lunatics demand those facts be altered and obscured, which is why just this month The Center for Disease Control has been banned for decades by Republicans in Congress and the NRA from collecting any data/information on Gun Deaths and Injuries.

Republicans and the NRA helped the Tsarnaevs and Murderers get their Guns

No this isn't hyperbole.

Now, the most despicable Republican (this time) has to be Senator Jeff Flake of Arizona who sent a handwritten letter to the mother of a shooting victim claiming that he was “truly sorry” for her son’s death and that “strengthening background checks is something we agree on.” Of course, like all Republicans he voted against the background check bill.

But, even before the NRA, Gun Owners of America and other Pro-Unrestricted Gun Violence Groups cowered 42 Republicans and 4 Democrats in the Senate to defeat the Manchin-Toomey Background Check Amendment, the NRA was fighting for the Rights of Terrorists, like the Tsarnaev's to have ready easy access to whatever firearms they wished.

In 2011, Republicans on the House Judiciary panel shot down a proposal Thursday to prevent weapon sales to suspected terrorists. In a party-line vote of 21-11, the committee Republicans killed an amendment from Rep. Mike Quigley (D-Ill.) that would have blocked firearm purchases by those on the FBI's terrorist watch list. 

So, even if the FBI could have put Tamerlan Tsarnaev on the FBI Terror Watch List he still could have bought guns.

And that's through a licensed dealer with a standard background check. Between 2004 and 2010, supposedly 247 people on the FBI Terror Watch List purchased guns legally in that manner.

It's, of course, completely unknown how many guns went to criminals, murderers and terrorists through p2p sales, unlicensed gun shows and thefts from the homes of so-called "responsible" gun owners.

I did a google search for the latest Gun Massacre in Seattle. The first two pages were a Gun Massacre in May 2012, in which 5 were murdered, 4 in Cafe Racer in North Seattle and a woman the shooter attempted to carjack. The Second Amendment Hero shot himself when he was surrounded by Police.

Continuing the search led me to the 2006 Capital Hill Massacre in which 6 people, 2 of them barely teenagers, were murdered by a Second Amendment Hero.

Of course, then I happened upon the 4 Seattle Police Officers murdered by ex-convict and good friend of Governor Mike Huckabee, Maurice Clemmons. However, Huckabee, who freed over a 1000 convicted felons, gets religious immunity for commuting Clemmons' sentence and freeing him because Maurice had repented and come to jesus, thereby washing Huckabee's hands of that killer's actions. 

I also came across a story from Oregon City which stated a 32-year-old Second Amendment Hero was at home on Sunday April 14th, prepping for his new job as an armed security guard by holstering and unholstering a loaded weapon.

Fourth grader Shayla May Shonneker was about 50 yards away when the gun discharged, sending a bullet through a wall and striking the girl in the face while she was playing outside. The girl was later pronounced dead after being rushed to Oregon Health & Science University Hospital by LifeFlight helicopter.

Finally I managed to read the story from Federal Way, Washington about a 28-year-old man who fatally shot and killed his live-in girlfriend inside an apartment south of Seattle, then went on a rampage that left three men dead, including a neighbor who had phoned 911 to report hearing gunfire, authorities said.

It's so ubiquitous that you have to know which gun massacre/mass shooting/child murder you're looking for in order to stay up-to-date on the latest.

I could list the number of murders and negligent discharges which occur daily but what would that do? Gun Nuts are immune to that. The Mass Murders at Newton did nothing to change their minds, quite the contrary, it reinforced their desire to get more guns into more hands.

And that's the issue; More Guns has not made Americans safer. What it has come to is that the NRA, Gun Owners of America and other Unrestricted Gun Violence Supporters are more concerned with getting as many guns into the Country and damn the Consequences.

Because of their unceasing desire to up the profitability of Gun Manufacturers Government Officials are being assassinated and the lives and safety of the American People have been irrevocably damaged by NRA Sponsored Second Amendment Heroes.

Terrorists, Murderers and White Supremacists have a staunch ally in the NRA and other Gun Rights Organizations which will fight tirelessly so that convicted felons and murderous villains will have ready access to any type of firearm, with which they can carry out killings of Government Bureaucrats and Kindergartners.

Marine Corps Base Quantico and Kurt Myers Join the Second Amendment Hall of Fame (Updated)

The Second Amendment Hall of Fame is already loaded with such hallowed places like Columbine, Colorado and Newton, Connecticut and laudable Second Amendment "Heroes" Adam Lanza and Nidal Hassan and today we can add Quantico, Virgina and Kurt Myers to the Second Amendment Hall of Fame.

Gun Nuts believe their Right to Murder trump Americans Rights to Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness.

In the early hours of 03/22/13, Three Marines at Quantico, Virginia have been shot to death. Apparently, two Marine Corps Officer Candidates were murdered by a Marine who then barricaded himself in a Barracks and eventually shot himself. The comments from the despicable Unrestricted Gun Violence Supporters were to blame Gun Control Advocates, President Obama and Muslims. (Update: The three Marines were all junior enlisted Active Duty trainers assigned to Quantico. As the killer murdered a male marine at one location and then killed a female marine and himself at the barracks it seems, sadly, this has the mark of an issue of infidelity.)

Last week, 64 year old Kurt Myers, a quiet loner who had only been arrested once in 1973 for Drunk Driving, shot six people seemingly at random killing four before barricading himself in an abandoned bar in Herkimer, Upstate New York. Myers then shot and killed FBI Working Dog “Ape” who was sent in against him before the Special Operations FBI/State Police Team killed him.

Seven people were shot in a wild gun fight after a rap concert at Mr. G's Entertainment Club in the Gresham Neighborhood of Southside Chicago in the early morning yesterday.

The Chief of the Colorado Department of Corrections Tom Clements was gunned down at his house two days ago*.

Gun Fanatics and Right-Wing Domestic Terrorists have so debased and sickened this Country that discussion of Gun Control evokes promises of violence and gun rampages. Multiple aspects of Gun Control enjoys overwhelming support amongst the American Populace. But, the NRA and Gun Nuts are creating an atmosphere of Death and Violence if their surrogate wieners are taken from them.

Speakers at CPAC 2013 promised a New Republican Party. But, what did The Lunatic Bachmann talk about at CPAC? Benghazi and Presidential Dog Walkers. Everytime a Republican mentions Benghazi they should immediately be asked to name the 4 Americans killed. I know it would be impossible to ask The Lunatic Bachmann because she’d run away from the Reporters.

And during all of this what are Right-Wing appointed Judges doing? Ruling that the Government keeping Guns out of the Hand of Convicted Felons is “Unconstitutional”. Because, the NRA backed a State Constitutional Amendment for Louisiana deeming gun ownership a “Fundamental Right” and according to Judge Judge Darryl Derbigny the State did not prove the “government’s compelling interest” in keeping the gun out of the hands of a convicted Felon.

We have a fundamental breakdown going on. The basic concept of Laws and Governance are being sundered by the NRA and a small minority of Gun Owners who would rather have scores of children die than see a single piece of legislation inhibit their so-called rights.

The Leadership of the NRA is paid millions to bully, cajole and entice Politicians to ignore the will of the people in service to Firearms Manufacturers. The NRA spends time attacking the ability of communities to restrict gun violence and supporting the rights of Felons and those on the FBI Terrorist Watch List to own firearms.

Even West Point Cadets know Conservatives are Domestic Terrorists. In response, Conservative Domestic Terrorists declare their intent to engage in Secession and armed violence using their beloved Second Amendment.

No, background checks aren’t a panacea. No, merely limiting the size of magazines to 10 rounds won’t stop the violence. Yes, the rules governing what is and what is not an “Assault Weapon” seem arbitrary.

But, More Guns has not made We, the People safer. More Guns Means More Gun Violence.

Unrestricted Gun Violence Supporters wail that it has but they are lying. We are awash in Gun Violence which is what Republicans, the NRA and Second Amendment Supporters obviously want. They want carnage and children murdered because they love and worship their Guns and Death.

*- The apparent suspect was identified in several reports as Evan Spencer Ebel, a 28-year-old Denver parolee who was shot to death Thursday after first wounding a North Texas sheriff’s deputy and then crashing his car during a chase that reached speeds of over 100 mph. Ebel is a member of the 211 Crew, also known as the Aryan Alliance.
