Wayne LaPierre is currently in a trial for corruption.  It's been known for a long time NRA executives used the donations they got, not only for bribing Republicans to undermine Law&Order in the United States, but also for lavish trips for themselves and for expensive luxury items.

It's also a proven fact that the NRA was in contact with the Russian FSB, most likely through convicted FSB Agent and current Russian State Duma representative In a Butt, Maria Butina, who condutced an unsubtle Honeypot scheme on willing rightwing dupes.

Multiple NRA lowlifes and LaPierre himself flew to Russia in 2015, in a show of fealty to Vlad Putin.  In 2018, on Independence Day, Republican Senators would do the same, as they swore allegiance to a Foreign Government.

The NRA executives needed fresh influxes of cash (and didn't care what the source was) because they were using the funds for the personal benefit, as well as the bribes to Republicans.  You see the NRA was not as wealthy as rightwing Billionaires and could not easily keep the Supremacist Justices on the Supreme Court in the lifestyle they had become accustomed.

While, I believe LaPierre's claims of illness, medical infirmity, and cognitive decline are a sham to help him get away with decades of criminality and coarsening of American society, it would be pleasing to believe LaPierre's brain is so soaked with lead, antimony, and barium he is turning into a pudding brained bozo like Traitor Trump.

Of course, what always happens when some rightwing bozo gets in trouble with the law, conservatives and Republicans all of sudden don't know them and they become persona non grata.  For instance, Bill O'Reilly, Tucker Carlson, Matt Schlapp;  Thanks for all your hard work fucking over Americans see ya later.

LaPierre's brain is most likely shrinking from his heavy consumption of alcohol at all the soirée's he's attended were he and other gun humping crazies celebrate the latest mass shooting or valorize the latest domestic abuser to pick up a gun and execute "his" wife and family. 

A mother and her three daughters were killed Sunday morning in a domestic-related shooting at a house in Tinley Park, village officials said.

The shooting happened in the 7400 block of 173rd Place at around 11:20 a.m. Police were notified when a man at the residence called 911. The victims were pronounced dead at the scene at 11:36 a.m., according to the Cook County medical examiner’s office. 

The medical examiner identified the women as Majeda Kassem, 53, Halema Kassem, 25, Zahia Kassem, 25, and Hanan Kassem, 24. 

The scene is secure and a male suspect is in custody, according to a statement from the Public Safety Department. The suspect was at the house when police arrived, said Village Manager Pat Carr. He also said a gun was recovered at the scene. This is the deadliest shooting in the village since 2008, when five women were slain inside a Lane Bryant store, according to Carr. The case remains unsolved. “ 

"This stirs a lot of emotions for people,” Carr said.

This stirs a lot of emotions in people and how!  Wayne LaPierre, the NRA, and pro-gun psychos fucking love, I mean their tiny thin dicks get pitiful erections and orgasm, when people in Chicago are murdered by guns.

So, Chicago is gripped in an epic freeze with temperatures reaching negative 15 for several days in a row.  Illinois Governor J.B. Pritzker implored Greg Abbott to not send bus and plane loads of migrants to Rockford and Chicago.

Chicago’s temperatures this weekend are forecast to drop below zero. Your callousness, sending buses and planes full of migrants in this weather, is now life-threatening to every one of the arrivals. Yet... Greg Abbott and Republicans in Texas will proudly call themselves the Party of Life and defender of children.  Of course, Abbott is blaming Biden for this just like his Lt. Governor Dan Patrick claimed Biden is the Real Insurrection!

“The only thing that we're not doing is we're not shooting people who come across the border, because of course, the Biden administration would charge us with murder,” Abbott said during the Jan. 5 radio interview with Dana Loesch, a former editor at Breitbart News and spokesperson for the National Rifle Association.

Now, Dana Loesch used to be the "Hawt" Republican babe who through clenched jaw and cracked teeth spit out rightwing invective and propaganda.  Loesch has been strangely silent on the ouster of Wayne LaPierre from her employer the NRA (Nasty Russian A$$holes) gun club after 47 years in Washington DC.  But, she apparently has a radio show to continue pumping out her love of gun violence.

Rightwingers like to claim they are simply dispassionately applying the law, objectively and without any bias this is captured in the missive by Ben SShaprio that "Facts don't care about your feelings".   In reality, rightwingers are ill-mannered emotional terrorists, easily triggered, and readily offended when the law is applied to them.  Because they demand the most lenient application for themselves and the most rigid ruthless interpretation for others.  This is aptly demonstrated by the Republican insistence that January 6th criminals and seditious insurrectionists are, in fact, "Hostages" of the weaponized Biden DoJ.

So, Abbott is going to keep up his human trafficking campaign sending ill-equipped people north into deep sub zero temperatures and applaud himself for all the people who will become just another hidden death from the cold in Cook County.

Understand quite clearly that Republicans will do nothing ABSOLUTELY NOTHING about these mass shootings because 1) the random terrorism is the point and 2) Republicans plan to unleash their gun-toting white men to overthrow President Biden when he wins in 2024.

It won't take more than a few seconds of searching to find some gun humping fanatic screaming CHICAGO! CHICAGO!  CHICAGO! and the shooter is a Liberal In response to the latest bearded middle aged, white man, zealous consumer of right wing social media, armed with a super tricked out AR-15 shooting 100 people, with 16 confirmed dead already;

At least 16 people have been killed in shootings in Lewiston, Maine, a law enforcement official said, based on initial information gathered by first responders at three locations. Dozens more were injured, said the person, who spoke on the condition of anonymity. Authorities were trying to locate Robert Card, 40, a “person of interest” who they said should be regarded as armed and dangerous. The death toll, which could rise, is the largest from a mass shooting this year.  

The Central Maine Medical Center in Lewiston says it is responding to a "mass casualty, mass shooter event," and is coordinating with area hospitals to take in patients. The hospital has not shared specifics on the numbers of casualties. 

Lewiston police say the target of the manhunt is connected to shootings at least two locations — including Schemengees Bar and Grille, and Sparetime Recreation, a bowling alley...

This details of this shooting in Maine are almost irrelevant...  Except of course, to the dead, and to their loved ones, and to the hundreds of people traumatized by this and to the thousands of people every year dealing with physical pain and to the hundreds of thousands of people dealing with the psychological aftermath, and to the entire Nation which lives in a constant state of doom and PTSD.

But, as long as one party is fanatically devoted to the political power and money they get from the NRA and Firearms Manufacturing Industry;  This will not stop.  Let's look at the this years NRA report on the organizations efforts to undermine Law&Order in Maine

2:1 ratio is a BIG WIN for the NRA in the latest school shooting in St. Louis

So... a former student of Central Visual and Performing Arts High School, retuned a year after graduation loaded with a dozen magazines (≈360 rounds) with the intent of performing a massacre.  The doors were locked thus initially stymieing the attempt.  But, he managed to kill a 61 year old teacher and a 16 year old.  Another 7 students were injured by ricochets and rounds as well.

It seems the slain teacher, Jean Kuczka, bravely placed herself between the students and the gunman.  This breaks my heart, asking an elderly teacher to sacrifice herself because the Republican Party and NRA have decreed we can not have sane gun restrictions and non-proliferation of firearms in America.

Now, make no mistake this (2 killed, 7 wounded) is about the best outcome you can have in these school shooting situations, created specifically and explicitly, by the venal cowardice and avarice of Gun Manufacturers and their paid politicians, 

"If there’s somebody who has a will, they’re going to figure out, we don’t want to make it easy for them,” Metropolitan Police Chief Michael Sack said. “We just got to do the best we can to extend that time it takes them to get into the building to buy us time to respond.”

And it's not going to stop because the Gun Nuts, the 3% of Americans who own 50% of the guns, are fanatics and will be more than willing to engage in widespread terrorism, if laws are passed to restrict and outlaw their guns.

So, 2:1 is the about the best ratio you can hope for in these situations.  Because school shootings are not stopped by random Good Guys with guns, but usually when the gunman's gun jams (as it apparently did in this situation as well) and he either shoots himself with his back-up weapon or is taken into custody.  Gun Nuts, the NRA, and the Firearms Industry have declared asymmetrical warfare on the United States and they are winning.

Now, for the gun nuts and rightwingers it's easy in this above school shooting to just say St. Louis is exactly like Chicago (dog whistle: blacks blacks blackity black black black) and everyone knows that gun crime only happens in those Democrat controlled cities.  Thus, providing the cover the Republicans need to further weaken gun laws, ensure the sales of more guns, and go back to complaining about the price of gas.

But, to make matters worse, the rapid transformation of Voice Over Internet and other communications hacks, has allowed an overseas terrorist or terrorist cell to make as many as 100 false in-progress K-12 school shooting hoax calls, dozens to various colleges, and apparently 26 False reports of bombs or shooters in Minnesota alone.

America is awash in easily obtainable firearms.  And therefore we are not safer, we are not a more polite Nation, crime isn't down (or is it?) I guess it depends on what lie a Republican wants to spew...  But, We, the People are being held hostage by Six out-of-touch Supremely Unjust buffoons perverse interpretation of a sentence constructed 250 years ago and the billions of dollars which flows into the blood soaked hands of a group of elitists in the Republican Party and the ever-expanding Firearms Industrial-Complex.

Besides shooting kids themselves, I don't know what else Republicans have to do and say to prove to you that they don't give a fuck about kids. Don't give a fuck how many people die brutal, painful deaths from gunfire.  Don't give a fuck if one of their 2nd Amendment Heroes shoots kids in the face; because up until he pulls that trigger he's a lawful gun owner.  Republicans DON'T GIVE A FUCK and won't do ANYTHING as they attempt to deflect and run out the clock on the latest AR-15 Massacre.

It's always interesting (as well as infuriating) to see what excuse and deflection Republicans will adopt to defeat gun control.  After Uvalde, Republicans are invoking 911 and making an analogy to securing the schools like we secured the cockpits.  As well as the ridiculous one door in and out and having multiple armed Officers on scene.  Turning schools into prisons. It's always been a dream of Republicans to destroy public education and reinstitute child labor as well as being an added bonus of removing the "pipeline" in the Republican School-to-Prison pipeline.

The two latest spectacular mass shootings are directly tied to Republican Policies, Republican rhetoric, and Republican laws; so Republicans responded Fuck Them Kids...

Republicans always respond that gun laws don't work.  Now, if this was true "Governor" Greg Abbott wouldn't have spent the last 7 years of his Governorship signing legislation to ensure guns can proliferate across Texas.  But, Abbott during his despicable tenure as governor has cut funding for mental health and loosened all restrictions to limit the spread of firearms.  At this point I'm sure some "smart" gun nut will invoke Natural Law and "Negative Rights" as though this was a frosh policy course endnote real life and death but, as Jeremey Bentham noted centuries ago Security is what matters in society and Natural Rights/Law is nonsense.  

But, of course Republicans actually don't give a shit about real justifications or a fundamental legal grounding for their lock-step support for the unfettered proliferation of firearms.  Everything in the Modern GOP is about the exercise of raw power and the Owning of the Libs.  It's why the GOP and NRA gleefully held their annual meeting in Houston, Texas.  Republicans DON'T GIVE A SHIT about gun violence and gun deaths.

A 18 year old took his SCOTUS approved, Republican mandated, NRA protected, and Christian blessed rifle and murdered 14 children in a Texas Elementary School.  Texas is the Holy Land for Rightwing beliefs (although it will be soon supplanted by Florida) and in Texas the Gun is King, the Gun is Lord.  Children are the sacrifice the Holey Dread Lord Our Moloch requires... (apparently it's up to 21 people murdered so anyone trained in understanding asymmetric warfare can tell you a 21-to-1 ratio is something any terrorist or guerrilla solider will gladly accept and the NRA in their War on the United States of America gladly accepts this ratio of gun deaths to tyrants overthrown (i.e. INFINITE) 

I am 100% certain when Rightwing propagandists heard there was a mass shooting in a Texas School they shouted 'Oh No! Not in Texas! Land of the Gun!!!'  But, then when they heard the shooters name was "Hispanic" conservatives shouted 'Oh Yes! Now we can run with our standard playbook!'

You see after every mass shooting conservatives trot out the same tired gun nut playbook;

(The New York Times coverage had to include a paragraph that while the town Uvlade is near the US-Mexico border most of the people living there have lived in the region for decades).

Police Officers then dutifully engage in their part of the unending drama, by standing around with their ridiculous tactical AR-15's slung in front of them.  Great job guys.

What's always important to Republicans after these mass sacrifices is that no gun be made to feel discomfort...  Known Criminal Ken Paxton, wearing his cheapest looking campaign shirt,, took to the airwaves to console every gun and potential mass shooter that don't worry Texas won't inhibit your gun rampage.  Republicans are a Death Cult who have nothing to offer the American People...

As always if the NRA (Nasty Russian Assholes) weren't funded by Vladimir Putin and engaged as an asset of the Russian government to undermine law & order in the United States would their actions be any different? 

Things aren't going to change for along time.  Gun Violence is here to stay and any effort to collect weapons is going to be a daunting task.  Because the Gun Manufacturing Industry has flooded the Nation with 400,000,000 weapons and the new ghost gun fade is going to get 100% Republican support simply because President Joe Biden and law enforcement officials are against them.

We already have 13,000 dead from guns a third of the year through 2022, on pace for the standard 40,000 a year.  But, similarly to the problem of the saturation of guns, gun nuts have been inundated with agitprop and choose to believe all the lies feed to them by the NRA, by gun makers, by, FSB agents, by Republican cowards. 

So, since the Sandy Hook Massacre on 2012 and for years before that rightwingers "arguments" for the necessity of unrestricted gun violence haven't changed; i.e. the violence only happens in DemocRAT cities, it's all the fault of blacks, DGUs, most gun deaths are suicides, freedom, blah blah blah...

I can understand why so many have simply given up; it's fatigue like what we've witnessed with Covid.  It doesn't matter that an overwhelming majority support gun regulation and are in favor of bans and limits on weapons, a small dedicated and monied kernel of hard core gun humping lunatics are fanatics and are energized to undo all laws, curtail all regulations, and neuter all enforcement to ensure gun violence becomes remains a daily ubiquitous occurrence.

Glorified spokesmodel NRA President Charlton 'Moses' Heston (right-wingers do so love to put actors into politics) was paraded out in late April 1999, to read a script as the NRA continued to push the United States down the path of unrestricted but, exceedingly profitable gun violence. Happy National School Shooting Day!

Of course, everyday is Nationwide School Shooting Day, in the United States of the Holey Gun.

Because of the conscious actions and unconscionable plans of the NRA, GOP, and Firearms Industry to subvert gun laws, undermine regulations, and flood the Nation with Hundreds of Millions of weapons.  They have ensured guns are readily accessible and easily obtainable by everyone.

In early 2002, I theorized Al Qaeda could defeat the United States by staging school shooting Nationwide by infiltrating shooters into communities and having them pull off a Columbine 9/11.

Little did I know that an entire immoral power hungry political party, coupled with a small cadre of zealous antisocial gun nuts, funded by amoral gun salesmen would fuel such a crisis. And worse respond to it by pushing more guns, less regulation, and no enforcement.

It's another Tuesday in America.  I'm already well behind on the latest school shooting.  Of course.

The details are more visceral now as one of students sheltering in place captured digital audio and video of the 15 year old(!) shooter telling the students he is a sheriff's deputy and "it's safe to come out."

3 teenage lives were cut short.  8 others wounded and now facing decades of physical and emotional healing.  The shooter taken into custody, of course, because some people are inherently good and just having a bad day and thus aren't shot on sight.  Or "justifiably" killed while resisting arrest.

Gun Humping Extremists have been conducting a massive social experiment: More Guns = Safer Nation.  This is demonstrably untrue.  The United States is awash in guns.  And thus we are beset with deaths and woundings from guns.

• In a widely-viewed incident in Lubbock, Texas a child custody dispute turned deadly when a little man decided he'd use his big gun to murder a guy.  The responses to this Fox News post calling it self-defense is the whole crux of the rightwing fascination with guns.
• In Fort Wayne, a twenty year old killed his little sister, mother and father and then himself.  His grandmother escaped.  This happened the same day as the Michigan school shooting.
• In Georgia, a domestic dispute ended in 4 deaths including an officer in recruit training.  This happened the same day as the Michigan school shooting.

Gun Nuts want the power to kill at a moment's notice and then claim self-defense.  Conservatives have set up a nice Catch-22 (call it the Rittenhouse-22 if you like) Bring a gun into a fraught or dangerous situation, escalate the incident, then use the escalation as justification for "self-defense".  1) Start a Fight. 2) Kill the guy if he Fights back.  It's basic Might makes Right.  Bring a Gun and say you were in fear of your life and anyone you shoot becomes a "lawful" act.

As a corollary the US has been faced with a large scale Catch-22.  Gun Makers and the NRA have ensured criminals have easy access to firearms and produce more and more everyday.  Flood the United States with weapons and then declare since All the "Bad Guys" have guns only a "Good Guy" with a gun can stop them.  An unstoppable circle. 

Which leads us to public support for stricter gun laws and gun control; the Republican Party is 100% unified against any gun control and when all levels of government are taken into account, Republicans have majority of government.  

Republicans have steadily worked towards making the Gun the Final Arbiter of Law.  When Mad Nazi Cawthorn, Major Traitor Greene, or Lauren Dick Flasher Boebert parade around with guns they are explicitly stating they will use them to settle all disputes.  They don't have to or even try to make any cogent or coherent arguments.  For example:

Meanwhile in the United States, Total killed and wounded by gunfire every year is now approaching 100,000.  The Gun Violence Archive, uses only verified data, therefore it's not subject to the NRA lies and Gun Nut fantasies of guns being used a Million times a year to defend LIFE!

I have always assumed that when you get down to it NRA, gun manufacturers, Republican poseurs and phonies, or ostentatious gun display nuts, really don't believe that more guns, less regulations, and Stand your Ground laws make Americans safer but, do it for the political power, monetary gain and the #OwntheLibs lolz...

But, when you pretend to be something for long enough that's what you are.  In reality, gun nuts don't believe they will ever be on the wrong side of a barrel.  And those killed and wounded by guns?  Well, to get back to The Deserving & The Undeserving they had it coming (for voting for DemocRATs, for being in a gun free zone, for any number of rightwing fantasies about the power of the gun).

The Milita Act of 2020 Time for Repeal of the Second Amendment

After every mass shooting, conservatives scramble and reach for their smart phones and computers to continue the only battle they care about #OwnthLibs.

'Shall not be infringed... hur hur hur.' 

'It's a magazine not a clip... hur hur hur.' 

'Well-Regulated means in proper working order... hur hur hur.' 

'Evil will always be with us... hur hur hur.'

The last one is so telling. Because, sure "evil" will always exist on the planet hence the need to create laws and governments. Conservatives have decided the 2nd Amendment is really some kind of super law, which can be morphed to fit whatever argument legally they need. The original intent of 2nd Amendment was for Southern Slave Owners to be able to call forth a militia of armed whites to put down slave revolts. However, the NRA weaponized the 2A in order to make lots and lots of money. And when Republicans saw they could use the 2A as a political wedge issue they decided to play along.

Now, some famous Republicans have balked at this, President George H. W Bush and Supreme Court Justice Warren E. Burger, for instance. But by and large the Republican Party allowed the gun nuts to take root and sprout and the flowering of which is the United States is awash in easily obtainable guns and the country suffers 35,000 gun deaths a year and tens of thousands more injuries.

Defensive Gun Uses (DGUs) are a myth, propagated by despicable liars, and the ability to fight back against government tyranny is a lie. A "Tyrannical Government" is just a government conservatives don't like. But, conservatives are most assuredly amassing guns to overthrow such a Democratically elected government. Now, they don't expect to defeat the military in a straight-up battle, nor even in irregular guerrilla warfare. What the Rightwing domestic terrorists, like the III Percenters and Oathkeepers, expect to happen is they will be fighting the initial shock of violence and then the military and law enforcement officers (the domestic standing army) will rise up and rally round them as they overthrow the decadent United States and replace it with the Republic of Gilead Molon Labe.

Of course, at that point the True Meaning of the 2A, will no longer matter. But, before we get to the point of conservatives openly slaughtering everyone in 2020 we can elect Elizabeth Warren and set about some fundamental changes.

To be clear, I don't have the magic bullet to deal with the 350,000,000 guns the blood-soaked Gun Manufacturers have flooded the Nation with or how to neuter the NRA an organization so vile and venal they take money from Russian pimps and gangsters to get as many Americans killed.

But, before conservatives plunge the Nation in Civil War 2.0 a good way to thwart them would be to focus on the word Militia in the 2A. This is predicated on the Democratic Party taking the Senate and Presidency in 2020 and not allowing themselves to pulled apart by the disingenuous Media or

The Militia Act of 2020 could,

• Mandate a FOID and/or CCL card (with subsequent background investigations) for all gun owners calling any gun owner a Militia member.
• Mandatory registration of all guns to ensure they are in good-working order.
• Twice yearly muster by all registered gun owners to ensure they have positive control of all registered guns
• Doctors and physical examination paperwork to ensure the Militia member is in good health and mental well-being
• The turn-in of all AR-15, AK style weapons and the reduction of long guns to bolt actions, level action or pump action shotguns.

Of course, I know no such law will be passed but, that isn't the point. By crafting their legislation around the word Militia, a legal term long in use in American history, the Democratic Party could seize the legal-standing necessary to undo some of the damage wrought by the NRA, the Republican Party, and their Owners in Russia. We, the People have to use the tools of Government and a Democratic Party aided by brave groups such as Moms Demand Action and Everytown for Gun Safety, can make that happen if we help.

The Constitution is not a suicide pact. But, the current Republican Party, bolstered by NRA dollars, and the zealous fervor of the Gun Humping Lunatics have turned the Second Amendment into a murder-suicide pact on a National scale. The Gun Industry is a Cult of Death who are more than willing to sacrifice thousands of Americans on the Holey Altar of the 2A. It will take a Government of the People, by the People, for the People to fight against the Worshippers of Our Moloch.

In a Butt, Butina and the Nasty Russian A$$holes

In between (buttween?) polishing the flaccid barrels of NRA members, convicted FSB agent Maria Butina used her honey pot to recruit the Overstock CEO Patrick Byrne into the Hillary Clinton Deep State conspiracy.

In reality, in a Butt Butina beguiled the old flabby white men of the NRA who were more than willing to accept millions from the Russian FSB. The number of rightwing dick pics Butina has on her phone and  thus in the hands of her FSB superiors, must have even astounded Vlad Putin. For decades, American conservatives have broadcast across multiple mediums their absolute hatred of liberals and Democrats. The gun nuts especially have been propounding their desire to round-up and murder liberals for 30 years. This information was readily and easily collected, collated and turned into a targeted #Agitprop campaign the NRA readily disseminated across the United States.

Earlier this year, before the Department of Justice requested their 18 month prison sentence on convicted Russian spy Butina, the New Republic ran an article The Spy who Wasn't, wherein they asked her rightwing assets, like Republican criminal Paul Erickson, to vouch for her. Besides being a mouthpiece for the direct dissemination of Rightwing lies the article was a woeful and willful piece of self-delusion

“[David] Keene [former President of the NRA] is a very astute judge of character,” said Erickson. “He spoke to Torshin, got to know him a little bit, and came to decide that Torshin was an honest man, which is rare in Russian politics.” At one point, Keene had invited Torshin to talk to the NRA’s legislative affairs committee in Washington. That, in turn, led to the invitation from Butina that brought Keene and Erickson to Moscow.

Keene was President of the NRA for decades until Oliver North took over, or so Ollie thought... The real power of the NRA has been Wayne LaPierre since 1977 when he moved in Washington DC, after not serving in Vietnam, and became the most powerful lobbyist in American History.

Meanwhile, after Butina made initial contacts with conservatives and those closely aligned with the NRA she began to amass information (the aforementioned dick pics) with which to influence as well as secure the channels so Russian money could flow into the NRA coffers.

So much money from Russian pimps and gangsters flowed into the NRA coffers that Wayne LaPierre was able to feed his $5000-a-day Italian suit habit it also allowed the Russian mob buy the Republican Party.  The NRA became a willing accomplice of the Russian mob to ensure more guns made it onto the streets of the United States and more Americans die. The NRA completed their transformation into a full-fledged Domestic Terrorist Organization.

But, conservatives don't care that Russia owns and controls not only their President, their Kentucky Senators, and the entire Republican Party because the American Right has sought out fascist allies across the Globe in their War on Democrats, the Progressive Era, and the American People. As such, conservatives willingly aligned with Vladimir Putin because they both hate the same people...

I don't know why the media even covers Mass Shootings anymore. The causes of gun violence are clear. As are the solutions. More Guns = More Gun Violence. Less Guns = Less Gun Violence. Nightly news should just roll out the body count as they did during Vietnam to indicate how much winning we are doing. 8KIA and 19WIA in Midland, Texas and now for the local feel good story of a child selling lemonade for her cancer treatment here's Chet...

The shootings give Republicans further chances to tell America they are not going to do anything to staunch the flow of blood. Because if it bleeds... it sells more guns. And the more guns that sell the more blood money the NRA and their paid-for politicians make.

I suppose I should include the so-called President's comments,

"As bad as it was, it could have been worse, but it was certainly bad, very very sad situation. So it’s a big problem. It’s a mental problem. It’s a big problem."

In 2017, Traitor Trump and the Republican Party got rid of President Obama's regulation designed to halt gun sales to those adjudicated mentally ill. Because "reasons"... Now Racist Trump can't stop talking about mental health as he claimed "mental illness pulls the trigger" after the Rightwing domestic terrorist killed 22 people and wounded 24 more in El Paso less than a month ago...

On some level the cynic in me would state oh well, but that's exactly the attitude which has allowed the Firearm Industry and Moron Labe gun nuts to dictate the regulation and gun laws in the United States. Unfortunately, as has been observed once conservatives told the country 20 dead kindergartner's at Sandy Hook was the price We were going to have to pay, the gun control debate in America was effectively over.

The Republicans are not going to do anything about Gun Violence in the United States; because they have wedded themselves to the NRA and the policy of unrestricted gun violence but, also because Republicans, whether they admit it or not, are counting on the heavily armed rightwing domestic terrorist acting as a paramilitary enforcement arm for them as they continue to lose elections but, maintain political power.

Right now, conservative "lone wolves" act as a Terror Squad with the implicit backing of the Republican Party. But, perhaps very soon, say when Rapist Trump loses the 2020 election, the Republican Party is going to explicitly and directly call upon their rightwing terrorists to kill people so they can maintain political control of the Nation.

White Conservative Domestic Terrorists strike again, 3 dead and 19 wounded, Worse Than Benghazi.

The first thing to recognize about the Domestic Terrorist attack in Charlottesville, Virginia, is a brave young woman lost her life fighting Nazis on American soil.  And two LEOs died as a result of the actions of a cadre of conservative traitors and nazis; The TeaKKKi Party.

Next, demand a congressional inquiry into the events leading up to and during the gathering of violent anti-american white supremacists.  Why was a permit granted to them initially when the list of attendees included all manner of right-wing domestic terrorist groups before it was rescinded?  Why did the Police not monitor the broadcast on-line for additional right-wing fascists to descend?  Why were neighboring police departments not tasked with providing QREF in case of trouble?  Why was the State Police not notified and placed on high alert and checking for outside agitators coming in?

Now, it has been pointed out repeatedly on various social media platforms the Police response to rallies involving Africian-Americans or #blacklivesmatter are always greeted with overwhelming force and military grade equipment, while the police in several instances during the White Riot apparently did not intervene, even as women were beaten by conservative criminals.  I was not on the ground and do not know the micro-tactical situation but, the questions are why did the Police either show up without a proper response plan in place or without the proper assets?

White Conservative Domestic Terrorists have conducted numerous attacks on U.S. soil and have been emboldened by the tacit and overt support from Republicans in Congress, Statehouses, Faux News, and now the White House.  Conservatives have increasingly been radicalized into a Reactionary Paramilitary force with the approval of high-ranking Republicans and conservatives in the media.
What this amounts to is no less than a Coup d'etat and an attempt to turn the United States into a Right-Wing Fascist Plutocracy.

Never Forget using vehicles as weapons in the United States have been a tradition of right-wing domestic terrorists and far from being inspired by Islamic extremeists this latest attack was inspired by other Conservatives and Republican Lawmakers.

As protests against police brutuality escalated over the repeated unconstitutional execution of black men by Police Officers, Republican "Lawmakers "in various states attempted to pass legislation making it legal to run over people in the roadway.  Pause and reflect on that.  In multiple states, Republicans attempted to make it legal to run over and murder someone with your car for the act of getting in your way.

Conservative asshole and Law School professor Glenn Reynolds wrote last year, "Run them Down".  Reynolds one of the first big right-wing blogger types has always advocated for the murdering of Americans whose political affiliation he dislikes.

Conservative Domestic Terrorists are waiting, aching, yearning for Traitor Trump to give them the go ahead to begin slaughtering Americans.  Conservatives believe they have a Casus Belli (a cause or event to justify war) whenever, they sputter their "Whataboutisms" containing the names President Obama, Hillary Clinton, or George Soros.

Conservatives long ago declared war on America.  They hoped with the election of more and more Reactionary Republicans; from the Arch-Criminal Dick Nixon, to the alzheimer addled Ronnie Raygun, to W(orst POTUS Ever), to the ultimate distallation of conservative thought and emotion, the Alt-Reich Traitor Trump himself, would allow them to perversely install the unholy evil conservative agenda of intolerance, oppression, and worship of the rich into "Law".  But, Conservatives have been stymied by the #Resistance and a strong united Democratic Party.

Of course, it should be noted the goals of rank-and-file conseravtives are different than the Republican Party, which serves as the Guard Dogs of the Plutocracy but, the Republicans often throw more than enough red meat to their conservative drones to keep them satiated.  However, as it becomes more and more likely the conservative dream of a White Power Government will be thwarted conservative domestic terrorists will turn more and more to violent methods and means.

The NRA has already volunteered several times to be the Vanguard of an overthrow of the Untied States and the rounding up and murdering of liberals, feminists, minorities, immigrants and everyone else Traitor Trump and his 63 million Nazi followers deem enemies.

Exterminate the Brutes has been the unofficial motto of the GOP for decades now and multiple generations of conservatives have been raised on fascism but, conservatives haven't been this openly fascist since World War II.  However, conservatives know they have a staunch ally in the White House and his Executive staff is replete with fellow fascist travellers and white supremacists.  Traitor Trump can no more denounce the TeaKKKi Party than he can denounce himself; They are Him.

Right-Wing treason and conservative domestic terrorism is now the number one threat to the United States of America.

Impeachment! Dana Loesch and the conservative longing for Civil War 2.0

Impeachment is now out in the open.  The 5 worst Presidents in American history have all been conservatives; Jefferson Davis, George W. Bush, Richard Nixon, Ronnie Raygun, and now Arch-Traitor Donald Trump.

Things are about to get dicey.  As the further evidence of right-wing betrayal of the Nation mounts, conservatives will grow irritable and begin to threaten death more openly.  Southern Conservative traitors murdered hundreds of thousands of Americans in the first Civil War and modern conservatives want to best that record, in Civil War 2.0.

NRA hired right-wing domestic terrorist Dana Loesch narrated the call for violence in the NRA's audition video to be the American Freikorps.  You can palpably feel Dana's hatred pulsing forth during her speech, the anger swelling in her, as her gnashing diatribe reaches its crescendo and she calls for The Clenched Fist to be dropped upon protesters, #blm, liberals, feminists and those enemies of conservatives, the American People.

Of course, Arch-Traitor Trump has numerous right-wing domestic terrorist organizations to choose from; the Oathbreakers, III Inchers, and Unconstitutional Sheriff's of America and if need be he can turn to his "Education" Secretary Betsy DeVos' brother Erik Prince and employ Blackwater inside the CONUS.  This would just be a further payback for Prince establishing another back channel for Traitor Trump to contact his master Vladimir Putin in the Seychelles.

A large number of people are already being hurt under the Trump Regime.  I used to believe Trump would make an off-handed tweet to the effect of won't someone rid me of these troublesome liberals but, with the incredible revelations of Trump's brazen betrayal of the Nation; the unbelievable number of meetings with Russian spies and employing active agents of the Russian Government in high level U.S. cabinet offices it's now much more likely the subversive Traitor Trump and his racist DOJ under Jeff Sessions will specifically instruct paramilitary operatives to begin rounding up and slaughtering Americans.

For a long time conservatives have been yearning to unleash their anger upon those whom they hate the most, the American People, and go on an orgy of murderous violence and bloodshed.  Right-Wing "humor" of no-limit liberal hunting permits and General Pinochet's Free Helicopter Rides undergird their ardent desire to murder a portion of America they deem undeserving of the pursuit of life, liberty, and happiness.

Conservatives have long-tired of dogwhistles, winks and nods.  They want and need a Casus Beli, real or imagined, to cloak themselves in the mantle of righteousness, so that they can #MAGA.

The Impeachment, trial, and removal of Donald Trump will be that Casus Beli.

Yet, again black Americans are forced to swallow a miscarriage of justice.  There are some unforgivable crimes in America;  Poverty, Immigration, and Blackness.

With the advent of cell phone cameras, the public is seeing over and over again the extrajudicial treatment of black America at the hands (and most often barrel of a gun) of the police.

Philando Castile was murdered last summer in Minnesota for the crime of unforgivable blackness.  The defense attorney ran down the list of excuses conservatives always reach for to justify the murder of a black man,

"We have him ignoring his commands. He’s got a gun. He might be the robber. He’s got marijuana in his car,” Mr. Gray told jurors. “Those are the things in Officer Yanez’s head."

These deplorable lies; Castile looks like a bank robber, the officer smells pot, are trotted out to provide right-wingers cover when they justify murder and to buttress their fascist programming all blacks are criminals.  Because conservatives ardently believe that all blacks are criminals.

But, the deplorable NRA has been silent about this murder.  And this would seem to be a huge error on their part.  This incident has the elements of everything the NRA has warned America.  A perfect case for the NRA to burnish their so-called defense of gun owners rights in the face of government tyranny.  But, the NRA can not muster a defense of Philando Castile and the reason is glaringly obvious.

The NRA, as a staunch conservative group, also believes all black people are criminals and thinks this shooting was just and lawful.  The Second Amendment is not for black people.

Of course, so-called Patriot groups are silent about government injustice as well.

This would seem to be difficult to understand until one realizes the Oathbreakers, III Inchers, Unconstitutional Sheriffs of America, and all other right wing militias don't exist to address government malfeasance but, to act as a paramilitary arm for advancing the fascist agenda of The Republican Party.

Of course, conservatives might trot out Criminal Sheriff David Clarke as proof they don't believe all blacks are criminals, but Clarke (or Ben Carson or Thomas Sowell) is the token right-wingers invoke to provide cover for their rampant racism and conservatives love David Clarke because Clarke trained under Vladimir Putin in Russia to learn how to murder prisoners under his command.

Donald Trump rose to the Presidency by realizing that conservatives have been aching for Republicans to drop the dog-whistle politics and loudly and proudly proclaim outright racism and unvarnished bigotry,

Conservative thinking, such as it is, is a fetid swamp of anger, petulance, racism, and the demand for unequal protection under law.  So, don't expect conservatives to rally to #blacklivesmatter or clamour for Colin Kaepernick any time soon.  Conservatives love when black people are murdered.

When Republicans offer their "thoughts and prayers" they literally care nothing about gun violence and won't do anything about it (Updated)

As the horrific mass shooting in San Bernadino was ending, Republicans once again offered up their "Thoughts and Prayers". And do you know why?

Because that hollow statement amounts to literally nothing. Go into your pharmacy and pay for your prescription with your "thoughts and prayers" and see how many pills you get. After eating at Ruth Chris Steakhouse tell the manager he has your "thoughts and prayers" and leave. Buy Bill O'Reilly's latest dreck-filled fact avoidant book Killing-Jaysus with your thoughts and prayers and see how long it is before Bill-O calls his Faux News secret police on you.

When the NRA endorses a Republican candidate for Office do they send them their "Thoughts and Prayers"? No, the NRA sends them money. Because the NRA knows "Thoughts and Prayers" are worthless and they want something from the candidates they buy.

The NRA has a Golden Ring of Freedom, which are Corporations who have contributed at least $1 million to the NRA, Gun Makers the Freedom Group, Smith & Wesson, Ruger, and Springfield Armory, as well as 6 Firearm related Corporations are in the Golden Ring of Freedom.

And so, the Gun Makers have been funneling massive amounts of blood-soaked money to the NRA and the Republicans get the blood-soaked money from the NRA and they dutifully vote to allow guns anywhere and everywhere. Go see how much the NRA paid for your Congressman because the Republicans have been bought and bought cheaply.

What Republicans have been doing in exchange for the Golden Ring of Freedom money has been to systematically weaken gun regulations, offer protection to the Gun Industry and ensure that gun makers can enjoy massive profits of the death of 30,000 Americans every year with no fear of retribution.

The NRA and Firearm Manufacturers are feeding the money they make off the deaths of thousands back into the political machine to make deaths by guns more likely.

In 2005, George W(orst President Ever) Bush backed by the Republican Controlled House and Senate at the behest of their NRA masters, passed Legislation making Gun Manufacturers immune to Lawsuits for their Negligence.

Wayne LaPierre stated the 2005 law had been the "No. 1 legislative priority of the National Rifle Association". Of course, the NRA "lobbied lawmakers intensely for it". Sickeningly 59 Democrats joined in the House to pass it a vote of 283 to 144. 

Over at Think Progress, Igor Volsky has catalogued how much the NRA paid the Republican Party to do literally nothing about the flood of guns and the unsurprising resultant mass shootings in America.

We have let an insane hard-core of gun worshiping fanatics, egged on by a blood-soaked Industry fronted by cowardly chicken shit cynical Lobbyists* in the NRA control the gun debate in this Nation. Hence we are flooded with firearms and we have daily mass shootings.

And the Republican Party with their hollow thoughts and prayers constantly let's the American People know they have nothing to offer them and will do nothing about it.

*- Here's some neat facts about Wayne LaPierre and David Keene. LaPierre spent the late 60's and early 70's going to college. As soon as he got his Master's he went to work as a DC Lobbyist. David Keene started work in Washington DC in the late 1960's working for noted Republican criminal Spirio Agnew.  The Leaders of the NRA are Typical Conservatives. They never had a real job. Never worked for a living. Never served a Day in Uniform. Chicken Hawk Cowards who skirted Vietnam to spend 40 years as lobbyists in Washington DC. Just your Average American Conservative.

Fortunately, the shooting in San Bernadino might motivate Republicans because these gun-wielding killers have scary names Sayeed R. Farouk and Tashfeen Malik, unlike gentle-loner and conservative hero Robert Lewis Dear. So, the only gun control we might get in this country will come in the form of making it illegal for brown and black people to have guns just as the Founding Fathers intended.

Update 2:
On MSNBC Morning Joke, Republican Congressman Max Thornberry of Texas, whose been in office for 20 years, pounded home that Republicans aren't going to do anything about Guns. Eventhough they are the common element in 355 mass shooting in 2015 thus far. Thornberry played the game about the term "assault rifle" and semantics about gun parts that gun nuts bust out to confuse the situation and offered up the canard that Laws won't stop gun violence. As we all know since Laws can't stop crime therefore the only option is to abolish all laws.

What is needed, and what has always been needed, is the Will to Act. The Will to enforce Gun Laws. It's not that the Will is Lacking or that a large segment of Soceity is opposed, it's that the Will of the American People is actively being thrwarted by the Republican Party, who are wholly owned by the blood-soaked NRA.

Another Mass Shooting, Guns will Destroy Us

12 people are apparently dead with another dozen people wounded in San Bernadino California as 3 camo-wearing, tactically-outfiited, heavily armed men became the latest people to express their Holy Second Amendment Rights. The attack possibly targeted the Inland Regional Center, a free clinic for the disabled.

Does it really matter why? There is nothing to write about this other than these incidents will continue because Gun Law Policy in this country is controlled by a hard nut of gun-humping fanatics, who will never allow any laws whatsoever to contain/control guns. We have ceded our lives to the whims of short-dicked maniacs who absolutely consider guns and gun rights more precious human beings. These Mass Shooting are the Ultimate Expression of White Privilege.

Now, the internet dance will begin again the Gun-Humping Maniacs who will descend upon every internet news story and scream and scream and scream until everyone gets tired of trying to rationally debate and Americans return to their daily routine until the next mass shooting* at which point the dance begins again.

 *- Mass Shootings are occurring on average more than once per day.

American Society is being held hostage to the NRA, gun nuts, and the Gun Manufactuering Industry whom absolutely love these mass murder events because it drives up sales and makes them millions in profits.

And you never know when some Faux News-fueled, anti-Obamacare white conservative domestic terrorist is going to Take His Country Back and go off and slaughter some of America's Enemies in a Planned Parenthood Clinic, a Yoga Studio, or a Movie Theater.

If we had a functioning Government in this Nation each of these shooting would be investigated by Congress at the same level the Republicans are investigating Benghazi, Obamacare, and Planned Parenthood. But, we do not we have a Republican Government. And the Republican Government's role and goal is crush the American People and grind us down into obedient, docile, broken Wage Slaves, willing to accept whatever crumbs the Nietzcheian UberClass deems us worthy to receive.

So, as you leave for work or to return home just ask yourself is today the day some gun-totting madman decides he wants to smoke a cigarette inside a diner, or is today the day some Second Amendment Hero decides he's going to strike a blow at Obama's Tyranny.

A smoking Bushmaster, overwhelmingly the symbol of these massacres, will be used to etch Sic Transit Gloria into history when people wonder why America ceased to be.

Mass Shootings are the Ultimate Expression of White Male Privilege

There are many titles I could have come up with this post but, the recent details emerging from the latest Mass Shooting incident in Colorado changed its' direction.

So, the Mass Shooter was spotted by his neighbor who called 911 only to be told because of the crazy Open Carry and Stand Your Ground Laws forced down the throats of every American by the vicious NRA and blood-soaked Gun Manufacturers without one care about the health and right to life of We, the People there was nothing the Police could do.

Similar, incidents of weapon brandishing by Firearm Fuckers have happened in other states. When I'm on duty and see a person marching around with a weapon I don't think freedom loving 2A Champion, I think shooting about to go down. It used to be that openly displaying a weapon away from you own property was a crime but, of course, the shooter as a white male has the absolute right to threaten people with his gun implictly and explicitly. The resultant mass shootings are the ultimate expression of white male privilege.

Now, your average conservative asshole or gun-humping fanatic will immediately respond with Chicago!!! BLACK ON BLACK VIOLENCE!!! So, let's take a look at what's going on in Chicago.

The majority of guns used in commission of crimes originate outside Chicago and Cook County. But, besides the fact that loose or nonexistent gun laws from various of states is driving Chicago's Gun Crime what's the underlying force behind the Chicago shootings; Criminal activity, gang identification, and territory disputes, mainly surrounding the drug business. This is no different than the criminal activity surrounding the Italian Mobs of Chicago and New York, the Irish Mobs in Boston and Cleveland. But, Italian and Irish people have earned enough white points so reactionary right-wingers don't ascribe the actions of a few criminals to the entire people the way they do for African-Americans.

But, worse than the racist politics of conservatives is the way the Gun Humping Fanatics have taken over the issue of Gun Control. The favorite youtube video of Gun Nuts is: We Need to Talk About Sandy Hook.

There is a kernel of reactionary right-wingers who are convicned that every mass shooting is a black ops Obama led conspiracy to talk their precious guns from them. Scarlett Lewis, a mother of the one of the Newton murdered school children recent released a book about her pain and struggle. The Amazon reviews by the gun nut trolls are just horrific.

For instance:

• This book is a fun read if you want a good laugh, or just to observe the pathetic lies about JessiLewis, a fictional death to push the Democrat's gangster/communist policy coup attempt to destroy the Constitution.
• Sandy Hook NEVER happened!! The FBI ADMITTED that it never happened!! Is this book supposed to be real?? What a joke!!!
• Sandyhook has been proven to be a 100% FRAUD. This was a false government sponsored psychological operation used to erode the rights of American Citizens. This lady did not write this book. This is propaganda that is being used to perpetuate a false narrative.
• This woman is a liar no child died at Sandy hook. Sandy hook is a hoax, it was staged. Go watch "We need to talk about Sandy Hook" and pay attention. SANDY HOOK WAS A STAGED HOAX NO ONE DIED!
• Lies and propaganda, no children died at Sandy hook!

I could continue but there are 10 pages of these types of "reviews" from Firearm Fucking Fanatics, read them.

But, they buttress a point about laws. You do not let the most extreme elements drive Gun Laws. Nor do you let those whose interests lie in making as many weapons as possible craft gun laws. And contrary to the bluster of Right-Wingers there are various laws which could have an impact on these mass shootings, they just don't know about them because Republicans at the behest of the Gun Makers Lobby quietly kill those laws in State and Federal Government,

In 2005 George W(orst President Ever) Bush backed by the Republican Controlled House and Senate passed Legislation making Gun Manufacturers immune to Lawsuits for their Negligence.

In 2011 Republicans in Illinois, in direct opposition to the health and safety of their constituents, voted to put guns in the hands of Terrorists:

Republicans on the House Judiciary panel shot down a proposal Thursday to prevent weapon sales to suspected terrorists.  

In a party-line vote of 21-11, the committee Republicans killed an amendment from Rep. Mike Quigley (D-Ill.) that would have blocked firearm purchases by those on the FBI's terrorist watch list.

Connecticut lawmakers, in March 2011, tried to ban the magazines used by the Newton Murderer.

In 2014, Alan Colmes interviewed South Carolina Senate candidate Lee Bright and asked Bright if Teachers should have "machine guns". Bright responded that a teacher "protecting school grounds" should carry whatever "she" can. When asked specifically if that meant "machine guns", Bright responded, "The Second Amendment is pretty clear. It says the right to carry arms should not be infringed... I don’t see how the government can regulate it."

Supreme Court Warren Burger, a conservative appointed to Chief Justice by Richard Nixon, said of the idea that the second amendment confers an individuals right to own a gun, 

"the second amendment has been the subject of one of the greatest pieces of fraud, I repeat the word fraud, ever perpetrated on the American public by an interest group in my lifetime."

Molon Labe: Guns aren't going anywhere and until We, the People do something about them, Firearm Fucking Gun Nuts are going to continue murdering Americans.

After each and every incident the gun humping fanatics have perfected the argument of the loud voice and the angry red face, after every shooting, they swarm the internet and just scream, 'AHHHHH!' 'AHHHHH!' 'AHHHHH!' ''AHHHHH!' 'AHHHHH!' 'AHHHHH!', until everyone just stops commenting and the other pressing matters in our daily lives take our attention away.

But, the Gun Humpers attention is never diverted they await every new mass shooting to swarm yet again. The murder on-air of a blonde newcaster and a cameraman, caused only a temporary ripple in the rushing torrent of Gun Nut Screams and the Howls of the NRA.

Guns will destroy us, unless we refocus and destroy them.
