Hume is outraged a white male conservative is being held responsible for his crimes!!! How dare the Justice Department go after Faux News Stooge Rosen for leaking classified information! The Right has all the Rights whereas daring to espouse Progressive Views or self-identifying as a Progressive Media Member is an invitation to a Right & Proper beating, as when Amy Goodman of DemocracyNow! was beaten and arrested for daring to not genuflect before the White Male Conservatives at the St. Paul Minnesota 2008 RNC. 

Of course, Conservatives soiled their pants with glee when the Occupy Movement was violently rousted out in multiple cities denying them their 1st and 4th Amendment Rights because they were espousing anti-Corporate rhetoric and white male conservatives bow before their Neo-Feudal Corporate Lords.

Faux News Stooge Steven Chrowder was paid by Roger Ailes to start fights with Union Members in Michigan in an attempt to smear working men and women trying to save their pensions and retirement benefits.

James O'Keefe manufactured a fake scandal based on lies and false video recordings to shut down ACORN for the crime of aiding Poor People and Minorities.

The recently deceased Senator Frank Lautenberg was smeared by Andrew Deadbart who shamelessly distorted the audio portion of a news conference given by Lautenberg.

When the IRS dared to investigate the TEA Party Crooks illegally using 501(c)(3) and 501(c)(4) tax exempt status to hide the names of donors contributed Hundreds of Millions, the Right exploded in Fury; They know the IRS is only supposed to be used to shut down Liberal Organizations, like the ACLU, the NAACP, Greenpeace, and the All Saints Episcopal Church of Pasadena California.

The IRS scandal is really that Karl Rove and other Conservative Political Action Committees filed for Tax Exempt status knowing full well they were involved in Partisan politics which explicitly excludes them from gaining Tax Exempt status. So, please conservatives keep bringing up the IRS "targeting" of Tea Party Groups, hopefully the IRS will reopen their cases and fine them appropriately.

But, we know that won't happen because Darrell Issa and the Republicans know the IRS agents at the heart of this matter were Republican appointees and the IRS and all Government Power is rightfully only used to destroy and intimidate Liberals.

So, just get used to it Liberal America. The only Rights you have are those the Right allows you to have and those are none.

Corporate Dominance of Americans is increasingly becoming a reality.

Republicans claim to loathe the government. The only part of the Government Republicans hate are those laws and governmental bodies which help the poor, protect the weak and empower the 99% against the Plutocracy. Anything which serves to aid or protect individuals is hateful to Right-Wingers. But, what Republicans do love is unbridled Corporate Hegemony and Corporations unrestrained by anything which hampers their acquisition of Power and Money.

Thus, while we have protections from the Government, Americans increasingly have no protections from the oppression by Corpoate Neo-Feudalism and their servile Republican lapdogs across the Nation.

There is no point discussing this with some Right-Wingers who have so swallowed the lies of the Republican Party as to not see the chains of Wage Slavery and Corporate Bondage fastened around their necks.

Employers asking for your Facebook password as a pre-requisite for employment?

Employers asking women for what possible reason they want birth control pills?

Churches or Business owners being able to deny you health care because they have a moral objection to how you use it?

Think about this. You, as an American, could tell any individual, police officer, or right-wing bureaucrat to go Transvaginal Ultrasound themselves if they asked this information of you. Yet, Republicans and Right-Wing crypto-fascists are not only happy to let Corporations violate your basic rights but are actively passing laws to empower Corporate Behemoths to oppress and control you. Republicans in Arizona have already made it legal for an employer to ask women about their sex lives and to deny them access to birth control.

When Rand Paul or Ron Paul state they wouldn't have voted for the Civil Rights Act or dance around it's repeal, it is because of the constraints it puts upon businesses. A private business can discriminate, can violate your rights and can have total control over you because it's not government.

When Newt Gingrich or Republican Senator Mike Lee of Utah say child labor laws are unconstitutional it's because they feel that Coprorations should have No Restraints put upon their Ravenous predation of the American people including your children.

When the Republican-led House, bolstered by vast number of Democrats, votes to pass a Orwellian-named "Jobs Act", which would further eliminate safeguards, roll back transparency and deregulate the gambling Wall Street interests who crashed the economy a mere 5 years ago they feel no compunction, let alone guilt at their actions, because Corporate/Banking/Wall Street power has so throughly corrupted the US Government all ill-gotten profits are privatized while all losses are subsidized.

Already Corporations pay less in taxes than the average middle class American. Already Corporations, like Boeing, steal Hundreds of Millions of dollars but get away with it under the euphemism of fraud. Already Corporations, like BP, routinely violate pollution standards by willful malfesance or gross negligence. Already Corporations, like Massey Energy, kill their workers by knowingly placing them in unsafe conditions but get away with fines instead of jail time.

What this amounts to is Unequal Protection. The whole Lard Ass Republican Party and most members of the Democratic Party are greasing the slippery slope of Corporate Neo-Feudalist Wage Slavery.

Oathkeepers? More accurately Oathbreakers and Conservative Domestic Terrorists

The Oathkeepers were a loose organization of Veterans, Police Officers, Active Duty Military and National Guardsmen which nominally declared they would never "just follow orders" and deprive Americans of their Constitutional Rights, with the motto "Not on Our Watch". Today they have little impact but you can still find right-wing blogs which tout the Oathkeeper Pledge, as conservative blowhard The Bloviating Zeppelin recently did in declaring himself an Oathkeeper.

Originally, following the election of President Obama, the Oathkeepers began coalescing around the time the Department of Homeland Security released their 2009 memo concerning the Rise of recruiting efforts amongst returning service members by violent Right Wing Extremist/Sovereign Citizen/Domestic Terrorist groups. The DHS Memorandum was spurred on by the murder of 3 Pittsburgh Police Officers by Right Wing Extremist Richard Poplawski and noted that the Republicon Recession and President Obama's election presented unique moment in American history.

Additionally, the Southern Poverty Law Center began to document the Re-Rise of the Patriot Militia Movements and the evolving nature of the internet allowed for more dynamic connectivity. Famously, amongst the Oathkeepers former Marine Charles Dyer's skull-masked youtube video set to the soundtrack of The Last of the Mohicans, and the ludicrous videos of Bob Basso pretending to be Thomas Paine dressed in standard 1776 garb became rallying points.

Much of the resulting Oathkeeper History became entangled with the Tea Party, Birtherism, Faux News, fear of the Michele Bachmann/Glenn Beck FEMA Concentration Camps and the Co-opting of the organization's energy by the 1% to direct anger at President Obama and the Democratic Party.

The salient point now is not their manipulation at the hands of the Republicon Party, FreedomWorks or the Koch Brothers but, in light of their 10 Point "NOT" Pledge, the fact The Oathkeepers are little more than another group who wittingly or unwittingly carries the water of the 1% and should more accurately be called the Oathbreakers Militia. This is Pledge #10:

We will NOT obey any orders which infringe on the right of the people to free speech, to peaceably assemble, and to petition their government for a redress of grievances.

Want to guess what the reaction to OWS and #Occupy was from the Oathbreakers? Infiltration and Destruction.

I occasionally saw the odd Ron Paulian Banner at #OccupyChi, but the Oathbreakers attempt to pass along Alex Jones conspiracy memes at various #Occupy General Assemblies (GA) failed. Occupiers are too adroit (literally) and too well read to fall for that Pablum.

Of course, the failure of the Oathbreakers to successfully "Occupy the Occupation" may explain why when the NYPD, Oakland Police, Boston PD, and every paramilitary Police Force were ordered to beat, tear gas, pepper spray, shoot, destroy personal property, illegally detain and violate the Rights of Americans to Peaceably Assemble and petition the Government there was no outcry from the Oathbreakers. And as Right-Wing websites continued the call for more Police Violence and even as anti-American World Net Daily writer Phil Elmore requested,

"Call out the National Guard. Turn on the fire hoses. Send bulldozers. Bring flame-throwers, for pity's sake. Men and women who give a damn about their country, wearing Hazmat suits and respiratory gear, empowered by the lawful government of this nation, should be marching in ranks on every Obamaville this very moment, prepared to beat with truncheons and shoot with rubber bullets every last filthy hippie. The "occupiers" are criminals and terrorists."

There was naught but silence from the Oathkeepers.

When Richmond Police bulldozers turned the potential into the actual, the Oathkeepers showed themselves to be nothing more than a thinly veiled Militia, exactly what everyone at the DHS knew them to be, A Reactionary Anti-American Band of Pseudo Terrorists, who had no intention of standing for the American people but had the the very real purpose of blaming the Democratic Party and President Obama for the evils committed by Wall Street, the Corporate Plutocrats and the 1%.

“First amendment rights are not absolute.” Los Angeles Chief Deputy City Atty William Carter said in a public statement. He thinks that the lesson these protesters need to take away from being arrested and jailed for two days is that they were wrong about their rights. According to a LA Times article, Many Occupy L.A. protesters arrested during demonstrations in recent months are being offered a unique chance to avoid court trials: pay $355 to a private company for a lesson in free speech. Carter said the city won't press charges against protesters who complete the educational program offered by American Justice Associates.

You see as long as the Wrong Americans are having their Rights Violated, the Oathkeepers are willing to look the other way.

When the people peacefully assemble and question the entrenched power structure you will find there are hundreds of ordinances and rules in place to ensure you can be removed for the sight and sound of The Demos is an affront to the 1%

OccupyChi is just the latest protest to be taken out via a local ordinance when 175 peaceful American citizens where denied their Constitutional Rights because they conflicted with the Rights of the 1% to enrich themselves on the blood and bodies of the 99%. The Chicago Police justified the arrests because,

“They were in park property after hours,” said CPD Officer Robert Perez. “There is a municipal ordinance that nobody is allowed in the park after 11 pm.”

Perhaps the Republicans in Congress who dramatically staged a reading of the expedited conservative constitution on the house floor can address the nation with their grave concerns the Rights of the People to Free Assembly are being trampled upon?

No? Well, why not? Why oh why would the Republicans be against the OWS and OccupyTogether protests? Why would the Republicans call We, the People a "mob" and proclaim we are "against freedom". Quite simply because the 1% controls every single Republican in office.

Where are the Tea Party "Patriots" on all this? Where are the anti-government Militias? Where are the so-called Oathkeepers? Where are the Libertarians? Where are the Objectivists with their hatred of Government and their absolutist position against the Intiation of Force? Is ANYONE surprised the Protests against Rampant and Institutionalized Greed and Theft are being supressed? Is ANYONE surprised the RightWing fascists and conservatives stand with the Thieves and Swindlers and against the 99%?

Every single group I mentioned are full off liars, dupes and charlatans. They gladly mouth words of Freedom and Rights and their Love of the Constitution, but are nothing more than hollow organizations devoted to the suppression of the People and the defense or enrichment of the 1%.

Gay Marriage A Fundamentally Tyrannical Right

What is marriage? Conservative Bigots (forgive me, a redundancy) demand that marriage be now and forever the fable of One Man + One Woman. Yet, every argument made to restrict "marriage" is disingenuous and arises from the prejudices and bigotry of Conservatives.

It's a fundamental issue which highlights the lie that conservatives care about personal freedom. Conservatives do not. Conservatives care about enforcing their stilted christian white power structure onto America and the World. And for all the fear mongering about Government overreach into personal freedom Conservatives have no problem using the coercive power of government to curtail and oppress people.

They cry, 7 Million Californians voted! The People Voted! This is judicial activism! Judicial Activism is a buzz phrase for Conservatives. It allows them to ignore the Right's abuse of Government power to oppress Americans. Basically anything which conforms to conservative bigotry and preconceived notions is good and constitutional anything which doesn't is a violation of state's rights or the fault of gay activist judges. It's what Conservatives do they are fakes, charlatans and hypocrites.

Conservatives are Scum. Besides America has never and will never have this one woman + one man = marriage fable. Many Americans engage in serial monogamy. Conservative scum buckets Newt Gingrich and R. Limbaugh, two of the biggest drug abusing, pederast assholes around, have married multiple times which would have earned them castration had they lived in Medieval Byzantium.

Now, If religious groups don't want to marry two people that's fine but religions are evil institutions who divide people and sow evil into the world.

The government's role is to protect freedoms and rights and has to recognize a couple who seek to share their lives with the all the rights and benefits accorded to a partnership. And if those partners wish to call their relationship a marriage they can.
