Candeath Owens took time out of her busy schedule convincing white goatee sporting conservative men to off themselves by not getting vaccinated to blame the United States and push the claim the US and USSR reached an agreement about NATO expansion back in 1990, and the Biden White House is violating that agreement.  Owens despicably blames America for Russia warmongering and maintains #RussianLivesMatter. 

Putin's Democrat Tulsi Gabbard, who you may recall voted Present for Impeachment over Trump's Ukrainian Conspiracy, also pushed the Kremlin's newest claim of 25-30 US funded Biolabs in Ukraine which forced Putin's hand to invade. 

Nikki Haley who still has unrealistic aspirations of running for the GOP nomination for President or, most likely, Vice President, is running around with the typical disingenuous, self-serving, why does anyone listen to her bullshit about the Russian Invasion, tv and alt-right media appearances.

After an initial push of why should we care about Russia/Ukraine by J. D. Vance and Tucker Kremlinson, the Republicans pivoted to Joe Biden's weakness invited Russia to attack, back to Vlad Putin was 100% right to attack because of WMDs.  Traitor Trump has been predictably insane and all over the map with his declaration of how savvy Putin was in attacking to false claims Trump and his Organization of Criminals *ackshullay* armed the Ukrainian people with Javelin missiles.

All of this is a goldmine for MAGA which is now able to tie Ukraine into the Wuhan Labs, Dr. Anthony Fauci Gain-of-Function, the US Special Forces raid on CIA computer server facility in Germany, and Hunter Biden and the Worldwide Rigged Election of 2020.

But, more importantly it's been clear for a long, long time when the next disaster struck, the American people would not be able to count on Republicans and MAGA to stand with the Nation and help.  This achieved deadly clarity during the past 2 years of Covid as conservatives not only didn't help but, sought to harm and did everything they could to undermine mitigation.  Now in Ukraine as Russia commits war crimes and atrocities, conservatives are clearly indicating they are on the side of Putin and Russian Fascism (and have been for a while) and against Democracy and The American People.

They needed to murder his spirit, too.

Thus, having killed the Real Martin, Republicans set themselves up to take the mantle of Saint Martin and claim his every speech amounted to the one quote they take out of context to justify the rightwing agenda of oppression, intolerance and adulation of the Rich.

Today,  Dr. King would no doubt be arrested in Virginia for teaching the dreaded Critical Race Theory.  South Dakota would damn Dr. King as the Real Racist.  And Republicans would without irony damn Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. and self-righteously declare they were judging him on the content of his character.  A Character they assassinated in life and in death.

Jonathan Turley and his Fascist Fans

Law Professor Jonathan Turley was trotted out by the Republicans to proclaim the Democrats are just big meanies trying to Impeach Trump and when one dispassionately looks and at the Impeachment case with Facts & Reason it falls apart.

One of the joys of being a conservative is having No Mind. Not brainless but, the condition of treating everything as though it happens Ex Nihilo. Thus, conservatives are free to treat Turley as some neutral arbiter and act as though his arguments are just based on sound reasoning and a simple application of the Law to the case. But, when one actually looks into the past you discover Jonathan Truly is a mendacious rightwinger trotted out repeatedly by Republicans to make disingenuous arguments which always happen to support Republicans.

Let's start with the whopper in the room, Turley by his own smug admission, "I've been friends with Bill Barr for a long time." Barr as Attorney General has been the hatchet man for the Trump Maladministration running interference and disabling investigations into Trump's high crimes and misdemeanors at every opportunity..

Turley was Ukraine-curious postulating that the Mueller Report was going to reveal Ukrainian election interference back in Feb 2019. As everyone knows the Republicans are pushing the FSB/GRU disinfo campaign that actually the Ukraine Government did all the hacking of the 2016 elections and even worse the Hacking was solely to help Hillary Clinton and the Democrats. This is pure Putin propaganda and remember AG Barr has been jetting about the world asking various Governmental figures of foreign nations to doctor-up some investigations into Ukraine or Hunter Biden.

But, Turley's hackery and bad faith arguments aren't confined to recent events. One need look no further than the 1998 Clinton Impeachment, where Turley was adamant that Impeachment must occur. But, much like Lindsey Graham, Turley feels comfortable conducting a 180 degree turnabout and arguing the exact opposite position when the President is a Republican.

And that gets to Turley's position in 2014 when he listed 5 myths about Impeachment and Turley wrote,

"While there’s a high bar for what constitutes grounds for impeachment, an offense does not have to be indictable. Serious misconduct or a violation of public trust is enough." 

Turley even cites the Founders beliefs that Impeachment could be for political crimes and states, if President Obama had redirected money approved by Congress for the Affordable Care Act for another purpose without Congressional approval this would be Impeachable act. This is precisely what Traitor Trump did in reference to the Ukrainian aid money when he asked for an explicit Quid Pro Quo and an investigation into Joe Biden. Of course, again the President in 2014 was a Democratic one and not a Republican and the House was controlled by the Republicans so Impeachment would have been okay, nay necessary even.

In his testimony, Turley takes special aim at Congressman Adam Schiff,

"The problem is not simply that the record does not contain direct evidence of the President stating a quid pro quo, as Chairman Schiff has suggested. The problem is that the House has not bothered to subpoena the key witnesses who would have such direct knowledge."

This statement is laughable on it's face as the White House has engaged in unprecedented obstruction, blocked and cited Executive privilege, and ignored subpoenas of key members of the Trump Maladministration with direct knowledge. But, Turley like all disingenuous know-it-alls convinced of their superior intellect went into a long and winding dissertation of "Bribery". It was a classic example of a smart or well read bullshit artist throwing up all manner of historical factoids to muddy the waters and culminated with a reference to the Sun-King,

"Louis XIV bribed Charles II to sign the secret Treaty of Dover of 1670 with the payment of a massive pension and other benefits kept secret from the English people. In return, Charles II not only agreed to convert to Catholicism, but to join France in a wartime alliance against the Dutch."

Turley concluded the case for Bribery hasn't been made by Trump's actions with regards to Ukraine but, no matter how one wants to parse whether or not military aid can be used as a carrot or stick to induce good behavior in a foreign power (which it can) the truth of the matter right now, and not in some detached Ivory Tower esoteric debate about the Law in the abstract, is Trump is a mobbed-up grifter who is either in cahoots with Vlad Putin or worse under the control of Putin, and in threatened Ukraine, a Nation which Russia an Vlad Putin invaded in order to annex the Crimea, in order to get them to create a phony witch-hunt into an American political rival.

But Turley recently wrote a blog post about Bribery, prior to his appearance and while filled with the same tired bad faith Turley arguments the comment section was replete with the standard #MAGA anger and hatred towards Congressman Adam Schiff. But, then on Rachel Maddow's show it became clear why Turley has a grudge against Schiff. In 2010, Turley and Congressman Schiff squared off in an Impeachment trial.

I've perused Turley's blog from time to time and the comments section is, as one would expect, infested with Fascist Magats. The comments continually invoke violence, the dissolution of Congress and wishes for Trump to use the power of government to punish and destroy the Non-#MAGA. Pure Fascism.

And that's where we are at today. Conservatism has moved beyond Turley's Era of William F. Buckley Jr's erudite meanness into pure frothing hatred at the Leftist establishment and violent wish fantasy fulfillment of yearning for the ability to round-up and murder millions of liberals. But, don't worry Turley himself will be safe and will from the comfort of his position as Professor of Constitutional Law at George Washington University Law School opine sagely, reference A Man for Seasons, and defend the Law.

First, Conservatives always argue in bad faith. Always. But, bad faith arguments are not prima facie bad arguments. And Conservatives believe they have a cunning wedge to use on College Campuses.

Before getting into the finer details of the disingenuous rightwing "free speech" arguments it can never be forgotten that Jeff Sessions lustfully kidnapped several thousand children from frightened refugees on the southern border and secreted them into the arms of unknown people in the United States. Sessions ripped apart thousands of innocent families and inflicted physical, mental, and emotional trauma upon people from which they will never fully recover.

So, while this statement by NU College Magat Evan Scully seems reasonable “I understand people have the right to protest, but, at the same time, I think it’s more valuable for us to go in there and listen to what they have to say instead of making it impossible for the people inside to hear Sessions. Even if you don’t like them, I think it’s very important to come listen to them and hear what the other side has to say.” Never forget what Sessions has done and how he has used his position in the US Senate and as US AG to undermine people's rights, unlawfully restrict their freedom, and undermine liberty in this Nation.

The College Republicans have been running the hypocritical Free Speech game since the Dinesh D'Souza and Laura Ingraham did it in the 1980's.

Yet, these same people pretend that College Campuses must accommodate rightwing criminals and liars on University grounds. Conservatives believe they have a winning argument in casting Campus as ideological no-go zones were Radical PC is out of control and even cherished beliefs enshrined in the Perfect Constitution are ignored or trampled upon by crazed Leftists who are indoctrinating your kids. Jeff Sessions is not some kindly old gent hawking a memoir or cookbook, but is planning another run for the US Senate where he will use the power of the Government to enact the rightwing agenda of hatred and intolerance. Sessions was the first big-name Republican to endorse Trump. Besides, masterminding the child separation policy at the border, Sessions repeatedly voted to make certain Americans second class citizens.

If you were to ask a rightwinger for the goals and ideology of #Antifa or for a breakdown of funding and money flow, they will emphatically declare #Antifa are the Real Fascists and they are funded by George Soros (and/or the DNC). But, ask for recruitment techniques and methods or for an actual manifesto and the responses will get a little more generic. Then ask them for a detailed command & control table or an organizational Line & Block chart with actual names and you'll see the blank stare of those who have willingly swallowed rightwing propaganda and don't think for themselves or know anything.

#Antifa is a convenient bogeyman for the Right. It allows Republicans to grandstand and produce those unctuous floor speeches, Ted Cruz is known for. But, it's also a useful tool for the upcoming 2020 Elections.

Trump and the Republican can bemoan and wail, 'We tried to get those dastardly #Antifa declared terrorists but, those Obama DC bureaucrats and Witch Hunt FBI agents are too busy investigating innocent Trump! That's why you need to re-elect Trump and as many Republicans to office so we can drain the swamp, repeal Roe v. Wade, arrest George Soros, undo Obamacare, outlaw #Antifa, etc, etc, etc.'

The Presidency of Donald Trump has shown the Republican Party will stoop to any level and engage in any activity in order to advance their agenda of hatred, oppression, and worship of the rich.

The Republican Party is a subsidary of the Russian Government. Trump is owned by Russian Pimps and Mobsters. Conservatives serve a KGB Colonel.

The daily number of egregious crimes and treasonous activities is too much to catalog. But, occasionally an activity of outrageousness rises to the level of outright enemy action against the American People.

The dictator of Turkey, invited to the White House by Donald Trump, unleashed his military attachment to attack American citizens on U.S. Soil.* The D.C. Police broke up the attack but, only after 9 people were beaten and injuried.

Where is Faux News? Where is Alex Jones? Where are the Oathbreakers? Where are the III Inchers? Why aren't conservative clamouring for justice and defending the American people? The answer is because all those conservative groups which arose under President Obama where shams. All conservative rhetoric about defending the Nation and the rights of Americans is all so much chafee. Light lies told by liars whose real intention was the acquistion of power to oppress their fellow Americans and NOT defend them.

Worst of all where is the Republican Party? Why are the elected Republicans not defending Americans? Recall how conservatives beat their breasts and rend their hair when Obama took his suit jacket off in the White House? Recall how they screamed tyranny when a Marines held an umbrella for the President?

Yet, with Trump's treason, conservatives anger is directed entirely at liberals and HRC. In fact, conservatives are openly fantasizing all over the incestuous right-wing internet about using any incident they can as a pretext to begin murdering liberals. The blood lust has been swelling inside conservatives for years.

There appears no easy way out of this. The Trumpanzees will never abandon their Hair Furor, and as more evidence emerges they will cling tighter and tighter. And the tighter conservatives cling the more cowardly the Republican Party becomes.

Thus far, nothing Trump has done has been irrevocable. His signing statements are ridiculous and non-binding. His pathetic displays of military force have been all for show with no results and no follow-up. His various diplomatic faux pas have not permanently damaged American credibility. But, Trump is a Russian Asset, as his light treason gives way to more and more direct action for his owner, Vladimir Putin, against the U.S. Government, his behavior and decisions are going to get Americans killed here and abroad.

This is The Beginning of the End of the Democratic Republic. Of course, this smacks of hyperbole, as people have been speaking of the end of the Republic since 1800. The EPA will transition into the MAGAPA, a new federal regulatory body which will ruthlessly track down and eliminate the #NODAPL criminal protesters (more MAGAexecutions), and fast track the pipeline, safeguard the inalienable rights of pollution factories to dump petcoke along the Calumet waterway, mercury (HG) into the Great Lakes, rain down lead dust on nearby towns, and spill any other toxic waste into the air and waterways on their property, which are sometimes erroneously referred to as the commons or America.

The Departments of Education shall henceforth be the Department of MAGAducation and the Department Labor will become the MAGAwork. Cue the Right-Wing Outrage! Donald Trump, himself, took time out of his looting the federal government, to demand an apology from the Cast and Theater which he described as being a safe space.

Now, while I could point out the hypocrisy of Trump demanding decorum after running a campaign on:

• Trump that Bitch.

Or after explicitly stating Political Correctness was the cause of America's woes, while stoking the fires of angry white resentment. Or that Trump's supporters now believe they are unleashed to engage in campaigns of intimidation, harassment and violence towards "the other". Or that they same group which played revolutionary dress up for 6 years, threatened to bring their guns, portrayed President Obama as a witch doctor, a lying Kenyan (instead of a Kenyan Lion), and invented all sorts of scandals based on faux and fake news that would be a sisyphean task. Donald Trump can not let it go. Trump tweeted that he hears Hamilton is overrated and reiterrated his demand they apologize. Meanwhile on Faux News, Judge Jeanine Pirro, suffering from 8 years of right-wing ammnesia, screeched Mike Pence must be respected and accepted and screamed the Hamilton cast should stick to "hip-hop" and "dance" and poor Pence was subjected to "out-and-out reverse racism".

We can clearly see Faux News will unflappably carry the torch for Trump and will readily engage in whipping up conseravtive drones into a fury to distract from Trump's failures and scandals. Because does anyone know Trump agreed to pay $25,000,000 for Fraud in the Trump University Case? Well, since there apparently weren't emailz involved the Media doesn't find it all that worrisome.

The next four years are going to be replete with fraud, theft, scandal, misery and death for Americans and the World.

Conservatives are slowly seething as Americans have rallied for the past 4 days to protest Trump's so-called Election Victory. Conservatives are also sensitive about him losing the popluar vote. That's why you see the county by county map showing huge swaths of Trump red throughout the South and West and small concentrations of Hillary blue in select spots. Of course, those blue spots are were Americans actually live; New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, Miami, Phoenix and not wide open counties where a few hundred rabid right-wingers who play with sheep all day reside. It's also why conservatives are spreading the lie that Trump did better with Latinos than Romney, when Trump didn't. They need to justify this election and lies are the natural recourse of conservatives.

Because conservatives know they've put one over on America again with the byzantine legerdemain of 18th century oligarchical political machinations. So, they want the protests to stop and liberals to lay down just like they did back in 2000.

Keep pointing out the electoral college awarded Trump the Presidency against the will of the people. Keep on with the protests but, understand that's just a start and moving forward after the deplorables shamble into the White House we need to organize.

Trump is totally unprepared for the task ahead of him. He's going to do to the United States what he's done to women and casinos throughout his life; assault and bankrupt us.

Already Trump has backpedaled on several of his core campaign promises. Trump promised to exile all muslims, Trump promised to repeal every line of Obamacare, Trump declared he would rip up that horrible, terrible Iran Deal, Trump and his surrogates already hedged and declared there won't be an actual wall along the US-Mexico border. He's not going to do anything he promised. But, these broken promises won't be enough to break the hold the Republican Party has on the WWC.

The WWC began flocking to the Republicans in 1968 with Nixon's Law & Order, were solidly right-wing under Ronnie Raygun's Cadillac drivin' welfare moms and steak eatin' young bucks, and abandoned the Democratic Party after 8 years of President Barack HUSSEIN Obama and the incessant right-wing race baiting, including Trump's 5 years of Birtherism.

The Democratic Party if it wishes to stay relevant needs to let Trump inflict this pain and not immolate themselves to save the Republicans or the WWC. The WWC needs to face the consequences of their actions and not be bailed out by liberals again.

This is not a heighten the contradictions declaration but, a fuck'em they voted for granny starvin' zombie-eyed Paul Ryan CouponCare. The WWC voted for the elimination of SSI. So let them get what they deserve. The WWC voted for lower wages and less benefits, let them have it.

But, additionally Blue States need to use financial weapons on the WWC. For decades now, rich liberal cities have been funding the bad choices of Republican States with our tax dollars, as the Republican moocher states receive far more federal tax dollars from the government than they pay in federal taxes. So, propose amendments which decree that a state can only receive as much federal funding as it pays in federal taxes. Call it the 1 tax dollar in, 1 tax dollar out Plan or Truth in Federal Funding Initative.

The Moocher Republican States need to suffer consequences for their bad decisions. Starting with Trump and the Republican Party it's time to inherit the wind WWC.
