Back in Spring when Trump was threatening to invade Canada or Greenland, Trump supporters would love to tell reporters how funny it was that Trump was Owning the Libs

    Of course, since Trump threats to annex Canada he has unleashed paramilitary domestic terrorists to attack residents in Chicago, LA, Charlotte and other cities in wild violations of use of force and constitutional protections.  Fortunately, as I've written before Courts, Grand Juries, and Judges have pushed back on this although this is often days and weeks after the paramilitary terrorists have committed blatant criminal acts, terrorized and subjected people with legal rights to acts of dehumanization and depravity.  On top of that Traitor Trump has taken to murdering people in international waters without Congressional Authorization, without publicly released evidence, and in face of unequivocal evidence at least some of the people targeted by this fascist regime are innocent fishermen. 

    But, you can trust him and Hegseth they have secret evidence of the guilt of the people they've blown up without Due Process.  And that gets to the very heart of the matter;  what Trump and his Republican criminal allies have conspired to create is a Regime of Unaccountability which flaunts Due Process at every turn.  It makes sense for Trump to do this; his whole life has been him conning, weaseling, and conniving his way out of the wrong-doing avoiding culpability through brute force, legal shenanigans, bureaucratic legerdemain and, of course, outright lying. 

Look at how he thinks the Supremacist Court will get him out of his guilt associated with his sexual assault on E. Jean Carroll.  Look at how the Republican Party has done everything they can to stop the release of Trump's deep connection to Jeffrey Epstein and Trump's deep involvement in child trafficking and sexual assault.

    Trump is Deranged, but he has conquered America and as a conqueror he believes his word is Law and everyone has to do what he orders.  In Trump's diseased syphilitic mind L'état, c'est moi.  By his every action and dictate Traitor Trump clearly believes himself to be an Absolute Ruler and styles himself a Louis XIV type figure; look at his gaudy gold leaf additions to the fucking Peoples' House.

    Hence, his absolute fury and demands that someone murder the Six Democratic legislators who pointed out that the military has the duty and obligation to disobey his clearly unlawful orders.  Senator (and distinguished Naval Officer and Astronaut) Mark Kelly along with Democratic Senator Elissa Slotkin and US Representatives Chris Deluzio, Maggie Goodlander, Chrissy Houlahan and Jason Crow are American heroes and Senator Slotkin has it exactly right when she notes Traitor Trump's reaction is that a fascist dictator; 

"The president's reaction and the use of the FBI against us is exactly why we made the video," she said at an event in Michigan. He believes in using the federal government against his perceived adversaries, and he's not afraid to use the arms of the government against people he disagrees with,"

    Thus far Trump has found enough foot soldiers to carry out his unlawful and unconstitutional orders, whether that be Linda McMahon as the head of the "Department of Education", any number of ICE Agents willing to arrest American citizens, or the entire Republican Party which was not only ready but eager to surrender American Democracy to a lifelong conman and rapist.  

Michigan Republican Congresswoman Lisa McCLAIN eagerly went on Corporate Media to inform enlisted service members they serve the President, "You're asking an enlisted person for their opinion on what they think is legal. That's a pretty slippery slope. Follow your commander in chief. That's the oath that you took..."

Not quite. Of course, I wouldn't expect a Trump fawning lying lickspittle like McClain whose legislative record is one of fascist oppression and falsehoods to understand while the enlisted man's military Oath includes following the orders of the President, it however contains the huge caveat of "according to regulations and the UCMJ"...

I don't expect and no one should expect individual soldiers, airmen, sailors, and Marines to parse the orders of the President but, no sane person should ever want to put the military, individual unit commanders, and the upper Brass to the test of disobeying illegal orders.

But, no one in the Trump administration or Republican Party is sane.  What they are is drunk with power. 

Which is why Drunken Asshole Pete Hegseth tried to mock Senator Kelly.   Of course, Drunken Asshole Hegseth doesn't understand how mirrors work since a mirror would cause him to have to look at his disgusting visage instead of pretending he is at all qualified for the job of Sec Def while he parades around telling Generals and Admirals FAFO...

So... where will this go.  Trump will keep pushing "sedition" in a total case of Every Accusation is a Confession (EAIAC).  Faux News will keep demonizing Senator Kelly and every other Democratic politician as we edge closer and closer to that terrible day; the inflection point when Republicans attempt to round-up and murder millions of Us.

"How does that governor know what the criminal record is of that individual hanging Christmas lights?" - known liar Greg Bovino defends his unlawful and unconstitutional actions on Faux News while also lightly threatening the Governor of North Carolina.  Understand to Republicans and white people every brown or black person is a priori guilty and their inherent guilt therefore justifies everything done to them by so-called "law enforcement".

        Every new incident captured on video cell phone camera confirms my belief about the quality and make-up of the Trump hires in Kristi Noem Department of Homeland Terrorism; rightwing domestic terrorists who came of age during Barack Obama's Presidency under the auspices of the Oathbreakers, Unconstitutional Sheriffs, III Inch Dicks, or Proud Boys or whatever on-line rightwing group under whom they came to be radicalized.

One of the least surprising things to come from the Republican traitors in Congress and the Federal Government was how rapidly they embraced Masked Secret Police, concentration camps, and Unconstitutional search and seizures.  An immediate repudiation of every so-called principle, belief, code, or ethics they falsely claimed to hold dear and cherish.

And I'm not even talking about the rampant perjury pervading throughout DHS.

The U.S. Department of Homeland Security quietly corrected false information it published after The Charlotte Observer reported it incorrectly said a Honduran man charged in a Charlotte murder was released “back onto North Carolina’s streets... after authorities failed to honor the ICE detainer.” The man has never been released, the Observer reported. DHS did not reply to requests for comment, but it corrected its statement online. The updated statement does not have a correction line or indicate any changes have been made.

Somewhere in the Department of Homeland Security is a list of these people.  Each and everyone hired or working under DHS, ICE , CBP needs to be fired under the next Democratic administration. 

Every.  Single.  One.  Period.  A process of rapid De-ICE-ification.  Now, on one hand I know this will not occur.  Even Governor J.B. Pritzker who is clearly setting up to conduct a Truth & Reconciliation commission during his Presidency would, most likely, stick to going after the "bad apples" and the leadership like Noem, Tricia McLaughlin, or Greg Bovino.

ICE is going to be a fertile recruiting ground for Stephen Miller or whatever MAGA traitor grabs the Trump mantle to politically undermine the Nation going forward.  These ICE assholes are going to be the Freikorps for the next madman who takes up the Treasonous Republican mantle and seeks to overthrow the United States of America.

Remember that woman an ICE agent shot up after claiming she lead a Mad Max style convoy of 10 vehicles to box them in and attack them?  Well, her case and several others have been dropped in court;

It is a stunning comedown. Prosecutors moved to abandon on Thursday three cases brought against protestors, two of which DHS described as being brought against “domestic terrorists” as part of a national media campaign to portray the situation in Chicago as demanding a military deployment.

Now, the cases have come to nothing amid increasing scrutiny from the courts. 

In the case of Marimar Martinez, the 30-year old Chicagoan shot five times in October by a Border Patrol officer, DHS officials accused her of being part of a convoy of “10 cars” that “rammed” and “boxed” agents in. Those allegations were contradicted by an affidavit filed by federal agents in the case and evidence that was introduced later.

The motion to drop the charges against Martinez and Anthony Ian Santos Ruiz, another protester, comes at a critical time in the case.

It appears Trump Department of Injustice didn't want any more texts from Border Patrol Asshole Charles Exum's broadcast in the courtroom.  Especially, because there appears to be a text chain of additional communications between Exum and other yet unidentified Agents involved in this shooting incident which have not been made public.  

Back when I started the old timers always told us younger officers never say (or text) anything you don't want shown in big bold letters on a giant poster board in Court.  I know from experience these text chains were likely a seething cauldron of grotesque sexist racist violent garbage.  And, of course, after his disastrous November 5th testimony,

“This incident is so unlike anything that we have trained for, this would almost equate to our counter vehicle assault training, which typically takes place out of country, in cartel controlled areas of Mexico, or combat situations,” Exum testified.

Get!  The fuck!  Outta here! With this bullshit!  Acting like this is a enemy contact drill in fucking Iraq.  Besides which this statement is an absolute and total lie.  If we weren't for the fact fascist trash like Exum are conducting unconstitutional actions across the Nation this would be a fucking sick joke.

On one level it's good these wholly false and malicious prosecutions are being stopped by the Courts, as this is the bedrock of Due Process, something the MAGA Cult and the Treasonous Trump regime loathe.  I've been pleasantly pleased and glad that during this fascist reimagining of the United States;  Grand Juries, Courts, and Judges are not laying down and acquiescing to the Republican march towards an Authoritarian State.  Of course, these stunning losses in courts shows how slap-dash, incompetent, and deceitful everyone in the Trump admin actually is...    

But, Traitor Trump being a "showman" knows, and has instructed his minions, the Act of the Arrest is the most important aspect of their actions.  Besides placing the arrestee into peril and distress bigoted white Trump supporters equate arrests with absolute guilt.  And with the pageantry of slick videos Trump and his cadre of criminal co-conspirators know they can simply lie about the incidents, Faux News will dutifully pick up and broadcast the Administration's lies, and rightwing podcast propagandists will spread it throughout social media until the Trump lies are the narrative.

Another case dropped was against Air Force veteran Dana Briggs.  I watched the video of Briggs unlawful arrest by the ICE Gestapho at Broadview, in which the fully armed and camo-decked out ICE forces advanced on Briggs and other protestors.  Briggs's shoved and stumbles backwards falling down.  At which point you can clearly see what goes through that guy's head, 'Fuck!' so he reaches down to help Briggs up and a second ICEhole helps but when the third fascist grabs at Briggs arm, as Briggs is giving his phone to someone else, Briggs slapped one of those old person chiding slaps the 3rd guys hand away.

At that point the ICE agents conduct a full-force felony hog tie arrest on Briggs.  The Department of Homeland Terrorism wrote up the charge thusly,

Briggs allegedly made physical contact with an agent’s arm while the agent attempted to extend the safety perimeter around the facility. As well, he was verbally abusive towards agents.

Oh no he had used bad words!!!  It's cynically hilarious for  MAGA Chuds to claim verbal abuse when their living deity routinely calls for the murder of liberals, protestors, and Democratic politicians and MAGA dismisses as Har Har Har you have TDS because of Mean Tweets!!!

Of course, Magistrate Judge Gabriel Fuentes fortunately pointed out how disingenuous, how unserious yet extremely serious all these charges brought by the criminal Trump regime are;

“The court cannot help but note just how unusual and possibly unprecedented it is for the U.S. attorney’s office in this district to charge so hastily that it either could not obtain the indictment in the grand jury or was forced to dismiss upon a conclusion that the case is not provable, in repeated cases of a similar nature.

“A ‘no bill’ vote by a grand jury was virtually unheard of in this district until Operation Midway Blitz,” Fuentes wrote Thursday. “The last and only one the court can remember was from the early part of this century. Then, in the past two months, at least three have occurred.”

“Any responsible federal prosecutor knows this,” Fuentes wrote. “Any responsible federal prosecutor knows that federal charges, or any actions by the United States attorney directed at the citizenry, must be undertaken with the utmost care.”

Let me tell you, this kind of callous abuse of authority and unlawful use of force was exactly what Blackwater mercenaries did in Iraq.  Again we see Global War on Terrorism tactics being used on American soil; fascism is just colonialism turned inwards...

Iowa Farmers voted for Trump so he bankrupted them

In some of the most unsurprising news, DonOld Traitor Trump's brain-dead administration is bankrupting Iowa farmers, 

The trend is continuing. Iowa data through October show 18 farm bankruptcy filings. That's the largest number since 2020, when the state’s farm bankruptcies hit a high of 37, following a six-year agricultural slump. 

Nationally, 181 farmers have filed for bankruptcy protection in the first two quarters of 2025, nearly 60% more than this time last year, according to U.S. Bankruptcy Court filings. Arkansas led the U.S. with 19 farm bankruptcy filings, followed by Iowa at 16; Georgia, 15; California, 12; and Nebraska, 11.

Arkansas, Iowa, Nebraska, Georgia...  Trump... Trump... Trump...  Trump.... Despite 40 fucking years of liberals and leftists scrapping and fighting for them, creating giant benefit concerts like FARM AID, midwestern fucking farmers have not only continued to vote for Republicans but do so more vehemently as they become more and more reactionary. 

For decades, since at least Bill Clinton famously said "I feel your pain", we have been offering compassion, care, assistance, thoughts, and every type of outreach to people who continue to slap our hands away, flick us off, and vote for fucking fascists.

Trump won Iowa in 2024 handily.  He won in it 2020 and in 2016.  What should we make of this?

And yes, I know Iowa went for Barack twice but, that's nearly 15-20 years ago and Iowa has been voting Chuck Fucking Grassley into office for 65 fucking years.  So, there goes the whole demographic destiny being on the side of Democrats.   At some point we have to abandon these people.  

During his first maladministration, Trump bankrupted Farmers and then handed them a big government socialism bailout.  This did not alter their voting patterns.  This did not cause them to re-evaluate their love of Faux News and their hatred of nearly invisible Trans people.  No instead they clung, bitterly, to their white hatred and wedded themselves even more closely to a child rapist conman who fucking sold them out again.  A fucking traitor whose most famous for his sexual abuses and bankruptcies...  Now of course, he's planning on bailing them out again.

Bigoted whites love their racism and hatred more than they love anything including their own lives and livelihoods.  At some point we have to emulate Iowa's favorite son and just let them die...

But, we won't because to Bernie Sanders and his Bros these are the real Americans.  These rural whites are the working class he so valorizes.  He so champions.  The very people who consistently tell him to fuck off with their votes.

Most likely, we will continue with this disgusting charade of Iowa farmers being the quintessential real Americans, and Trump and his Republican Party will continue to say they love farmers (like they do with Veterans, small business owners, first responders, and so many others) whilst their actions are in diametric opposition and their policies destroy the very same people they claim to love.

*- Look I understand food production should not be a for-profit enterprise.  Of all the things which should be under Government control and direction producing food should perhaps be number one.  But, rich people have made agriculture into agri-business and that means the horrors of corrupt capitalism now dominate the production of food stuffs instead of it being a common good.

Revenge of the Thin Blue Line 47: FLOCK used to be called the Panopticon, misuse of the ALPR

     A few years before I retired, the department began using the FLOCK system more extensively.  Originally, as a regular patrol officer I didn't have an account to log in and access the system.  But over the last couple of years or so the department ordered me to get an account but, through managed avoidance and deliberate disobedience I never did.  But, I've seen it in use and know how it works.

Every single vehicle that drives by a Automatic License Plate Reader (ALPR) is recorded and saved.  Multiple pictures, including details of the vehicle and the driver.  This creates a massive database that anyone with a simple login can access and search statewide.  Of course, this is ripe for malfeasance.  Of course, such a database is going to be misused over and over and over and over both on the small and large scale.

Last year, a Kansas Sheriff used Flock to track his ex-girlfriend and her new boyfriend,

A police chief used cameras 228 times over four-plus months to track his ex-girlfriend and her new boyfriend's vehicles.  Sedgwick's Police Chief Lee Nygaard used Flock Safety license plate readers to track his ex-girlfriend, according to The Wichita Eagle. 

This year, a Northwestern Chicago suburb, had their account used by CBP or ICE in preparation for the criminal actions hilariously called "Midway Blitz", 

On June 11, 2025, at 4:30 P.M., the Mount Prospect Police Department (MPPD) was made aware of an investigation by the Illinois Secretary of State’s Office into the misuse of Automated License Plate Reader (ALPR) data through Flock Safety that violated Illinois state law. Data from Mount Prospect, along with other Illinois law enforcement agencies, was accessed through the Flock Safety “National Lookup” feature by other law enforcement agencies for purposes of immigration enforcement. 

The Illinois Secretary of State’s Office investigation revealed that other law enforcement agencies conducted 262 immigration-related searches on Mount Prospect’s ALPR data. It is likely other Illinois communities with Flock cameras would show similar searches of their local cameras if audited. MPPD was unaware of these searches until being notified by the Illinois Secretary of State’s Office at the end of the day on June 11. 

The Mount Prospect Police Department learned at the end of May that the Johnson County Sheriff’s Department in Texas utilized the Flock Safety “National Lookup” feature, accessing the data from over 83,000 cameras around the country, including Mount Prospect’s. 

And remember the initial scan, digital image, and storage are not post-criminal investigation or after a warrant but simply because you drove by the camera or even if the camera was pointed towards your residence,

Lee Schmidt, a retired veteran, wanted to know more about the license plate cameras tracking him in Norfolk, Virginia, where he lives.  So he sued with a co-plaintiff and a legal nonprofit and got an answer: 176 cameras across the city logged his location 526 times between Feb. 19 and July 2, according to a Monday court filing. That’s about four times per day.

Schmidt’s co-plaintiff, Crystal Arrington, a health care worker who lives nearby, was surveilled even more. Her location was logged 849 times between Feb. 19 and July 3, averaging more than six times a day. 

There are tons of other instances of misuse across multiple states but, fortunately as with lawsuit in Virginia, another lawsuit in Washington State has municipalities and lawmakers scrambling because the ruling is ALL FLOCK data is in the public domain.

In her Nov. 6 ruling, Judge Elizabeth Neidzwski said the cities of Sedro-Woolley and Stanwood could not deny an Oregon man’s public records requests for Flock photos and data because they qualify as public records and can’t be exempt from release under the state’s Public Records Act.

It is not clear whether Stanwood or Sedro-Woolley intend to appeal Neidzwski’s ruling. Stanwood Mayor Sid Roberts and Sedro-Woolley’s City Administrator Charlie Bush declined to comment, citing the ongoing litigation.

But the ruling has already had a chilling effect on some Washington jurisdictions’ desire for the technology and the potentially overwhelming number of public records it could one day burden them with stewarding.

Hilariously, the Stanwood Village attorney tried to argue fulfilling the FOIA request in the lawsuit would violate peoples privacy rights!  Whilst the State, local, and increasingly Federal officials mine the images for use in their unconstitutional actions!

The initial argument has always been you have no expectation of privacy out in public and while freedom of movement is enshrined in the U.S. Constitution, driving an automobile is a privilege therefore driving and everything associated with it is not protected from this surveillance.  Of course, as people have questioned this rationale; the arguments changed to safety and law & order.

Think of all those Silver Alerts elderly dementia suffers found by the FLOCK system!  Why just look at all the Hit & Run crashes solved with FLOCK!  Imagine all those over-night burglaries we can wrap up by tying them to this car we tracked!  It used to require some investigation and a warrant to place a tracker on suspected vehicles used by burglary crews!

But, it's too hard for Police to do old-fashioned shoe leather investigation these days or patrol at night because Police are similtanesouly really really lazy and over-tasked with extraneous duties because Villages see a huge portion of their budget go to Police and Fire so just continually expand their duties and of course white people call 911 for everything, so instead let's just set-up a dystopian nightmare and  surveil everyone and sort it out later.

After all if you have nothing to hide... you should be fine with the Child Rapist Trump administration having a complete picture of your comings and goings as well as your associations and any other potentially embarrassing or damaging thing they could use to silence, intimidate, or perhaps incarcerate you for...

In Onion there is Strength...

I'm very far behind in writing about this development especially as the Traitor Trump regime and their Department of Homeland Terror continues to commit crimes and tear down every guardrail erected to safeguard the Democracy in the Republican pursuit of rebirth of the Confederacy and Jim Crow America.  

But, as you've no doubt heard Sean Dunn, the famous DC Sandwich Guy, was found not guilty and acquitted of the charges brought against him by the US Department of Injustice.  Pam Bondi and Jeanne Pirro were determined to make an example of this guy and originally sought Felony charges which a Grand Jury declined but, then proceeded to go ahead with several misdemeanor charges.

Personally, I'd be embarrassed to go on the stand and testify I felt the impact of a sandwich on my ballistic vest the way Lairmore did.  He's apparently a 22 year veteran so I worked law enforcement almost as long as he has, but while he knows this should have been a case of RWOC after Dunn was "apprehended" but, the question is was he pressured or expected to bring charges because of the message Treasonous Trump officials demanded it.

Because it seems the SOP and standing orders from higher ups, in newly obtained video Greg Bovino, the lying commander of Customs and Border Patrol, did a football like rally for his "troops" declaring 

“Arrest as many people that touch you as you want to. Those are the general orders...  Everybody fucking gets it, if they touch you, you hear what I’m saying?  It’s fucking ours, it’s our fucking city.”- Proven Liar Gregory Bovino

This is grotesque and more to the point is clear cut evidence of what the true goals of Traitor Trump and illustrates the goals of the ghouls in his regime with these ICE raids;  fear, intimidation, control, and terrorism.

While, Bovino is particularly bad make no mistake the rot and perjury permeates the entire department and structure of terrorist Homeland Security organization.

Because while diversity is the strength of the Democratic Party conversely, Republican strength comes from lying.  

Republican officials have been outright lying for decades now.  Ronnie Raygun made it central to his Presidency, Racist Limbaugh and Faux News broadcast non-stop lies for the last 30 years, Newt Gingrich and the 1990s Republicans spent their careers lying, Dick Cheney and the GWoT Republicans lied about everything during the W(orst Administration) and Donald Traitor Trump 10 years dominating the United States political scene are a non-stop litany of lies, falsehoods, exaggerations, bullshit, and propaganda.

The number of incidents and list of constitutional violations, outrageous abuse of power, unlawful use of force, and outright crimes committed by Trump's band of Domestic Terrorists grows everyday.  ProPublica, however, did a deep dive into one of the worst incidents, the so-called raid at 7500 South Shore Dr in southern Chicago revealed the depth of depravity and the most obvious goals for the fascists; fear, terrorism, pain, and brutality. 

Federal prosecutors have not filed criminal charges against anyone who was arrested. Nor have they revealed any evidence showing that two immigrants arrested in the building belonged to the Tren de Aragua gang, or even provided their names. ProPublica was nonetheless able to identify one of them, Ludwing Jeanpier Parra Pérez, from a press release that did not connect him to the raid. Parra denied that he is a member.

So far, no evidence has been offered publicly for all the Department of Homeland Security, or the evidence they've claimed to have about drugs, guns, and gang members nor any warrants for arrest or deportation.  Instead Traitor Trump officials know all they have to do is claim things which the Corporate Media dutifully regurgitates without question and white people voraciously lap it up.  These decades of lying and inculcation of white grievance and victimhood has had its' desired affect because white people, especially white men, are demonstrably adamant in expressing their contempt for the concepts and customs of Democracy, the Law, and the other pillars of the United States of America.

Understand white men, for the most part, are a lost cause.  They've not only fully accepted lies from Republicans, they yearn to see these snuff films and slickly produced videos of harm being done to Hispanic people.  For years, whites claimed you can't trust the Government but, that as everything a right-winger says was merely a rhetorical device to weaken political opposition to their plans to Make the South Rise Again and institute a Nation of White Power.

        It seems an absolute certainty that after sending Bill Barr to question Jeffrey Epstein in 2019, Donald Trump had Epstein killed to shut him up about the multiple child rapes Donald Trump committed.  The question now is will DonOld Traitor Trump start a war with Venezuela to distract from the irrefutable evidence that not only did Trump know about the child exploitation and sexual abuse he was an active participant in all of it.

In case you hadn't heard Peace Prize Champion Trump issued a deranged threat against Nigeria threatening to go into Nigeria, "'guns-a-blazing' If we attack, it will be fast, vicious, and sweet..."to which Rear-Echelon Motherfucker Drunken Hegseth responded with a zealous warmonger's Onward Christian Solider's prayer videos and promised the United States Military would engage in Holy War.  

That Trump and his cadre of criminal co-conspirators have weaponized Christianity is unsurprising, Republicans and rightwingers have slowly co-opted that religion as the majority of Americans have turned their backs on the Church and various fundamentalist variants.  And while Supremacist Justice John Roberts knows Trump is not the Christian King he and other rightwing religious wackos have awaited, they will surely let him engage in a Holy Crusade and pogroms using the United States Military. 

However, Hegseth the Drunken Thompson Gunner doesn't have the same zing as Warren Zevon's original, but anyone who knows any history or geopolitics knows about the Biafra War following the endow the British Colonial Empire in the early 1960's.  Like all colonial holdings, Nigeria had been subjected to European extraction of their resources, Nigeria's oil reserves fell under the Dutch for exploitation who in keeping with the colonial fashion of the time created a subsidiary of Shell to steal the oil and wealth out from under the feet of the Nigerian people and couch it in terms of helping them access their resources.  

When I was in the Marine Corps, I remember seeing pictures Nigerian President Obasanjo walking around with George W. Bush.  I knew of Obasanjo who was one of those military strivers who made it through the Biafra Civil War, hung around and survived the coups, putsch, and counter-coups of the 1970s to institute a Military Junta in the late 1970s.  Obasanjo and his inner circle became fabulously wealthy from oil profits which they of course kept from the people of Nigeria.  I'm not going to claim any geopolitical expertise about post-colonial Nigeria but if you know anything about it eventually you'll listen to Fela Kuti, his amazing music and even more amazing mother.

In response, lawsuits against the government resulted in a settlement and a finding for military personnel stationed at Camp Lejeune from 1953-1987 were exposed to toxic chemicals known to cause cancer and under the President Biden PACT Act, several other diagnosed cancers were also covered.

Remember the fast-rope Blackhawk helicopter raid on a South Side Chicago building September 30th, which subjected innocent men, women, and children to inhumane, undignified, and Unconstitutional treatment as well as being zip-tied and forcibly yanked from their homes and left outside for hours?  Well, Department of Homeland Terrorism had originally claimed in was a hub for Tren de Aragua.  These people's homes were ransacked and afterwards innocent families found themselves apparently illegally evicted and disappeared.

The Department of Homeland Security revised it's claims to only 2 "hardened" gang members arrested but, claimed an additional 35 arrests for "immigration offenses" but, I see no fucking reason to give them the benefit of the doubt nor to believe anything coming out the mouths of Kristi Noem, Tricia McLaughlin, or any of these lying ICEholes.  They know all they need to do is proclaim they are arresting criminals and then move onto their next illegal action and their next grotesque violations of the 4th Amendment and other laws surrounding search & seizure will be forgotten in the flood.  

The steps Nazi Republicans have taken to get us here haven't been some secreted clandestine coup but, I can hope Kavanaugh Stops go down in U.S. history along the likes of Dred Scott;

I am very heartened by the actions of regular people in the face of rising fascism and blatant authoritarian violence.  Because it appears a very great many businesses are cooperating with the Government to provide data without search warrants or subpoenas.  Con Edison, in New York City, is allowing the FBI and DHS to access and search their customer database freely.  But, it's been outrageous how easily and how quickly the so-called rich & powerful rolled over and gave into the Trump Dictatorship.  The bulwarks of society, those educated in law, those invested in the dream that was America.  A Nation of Laws, not Men.  The biggest nothing in history.

        There is a lot of reporting coming out about the recruits for ICE and Department of Homeland Security being unable to pass physical fitness tests and even open-book final 6 week exams on Immigration law and statutes.

More than a third [of ICE recruits] have failed so far, four officials told me, impeding the agency’s plan to hire, train, and deploy 10,000 deportation officers by January. To pass, recruits must do 15 push-ups and 32 sit-ups, and run 1.5 miles in 14 minutes.

    All those years of undercutting the Department of Education, to appeal to southern white racists, has come back to bite the Republicans in their efforts to recruit for domestic paramilitary.  Nutritional assistance and a strong K-12 education was seen by the Government as strategic necessity in light of the numerous WW2 recruits found to be too malnourished and uneducated to be an effective fighting force.

    But, being physically unfit isn't really the worst disqualification for Trump's Secret Police.  The rush to flood the United States with a Trumpstapho, an unaccountable paramilitary terrorist organization, is being answered by white domestic terrorist militia members who because they are white are being let through the process without proper background investigations;

        One thing I've been prescient about is what Republicans believe the U.S. Government exists for;  There are only two things the Republican Party believes the U.S. Government should do; 1) have a large domestic law enforcement apparatus to terrorize people and quell dissent, and 2) field a powerful military to murder people and open up foreign nations for US exploitation.  The rest of the Federal Government is superfluous.

Under Donald J. Trump, we see the total fulfillment of this dream and the implementation of the worst aspect of the awesome power of the Nation-State.  

Trump has vastly expanded ICE and Border Patrol into an internal secret police staffed by incompetent but, fanatic adherents to White Supremacy.  They have engaged in blatant violations of State, Federal, and Constitutional Law.  Armed with a vast propaganda machine and staffed by ignorant but, zealous command staff they've taken their role with gusto and have barely acknowledged Court Orders and pushback from State Governments.

Meanwhile, Trump and his Department of War are simply murdering people ivo South America and the Gulf of Mexico.  It's straight murder, and even Trump admits it;

And all of this is happening with the government shut down.  But, not to worry Traitor Trump claims a rich anonymous benefactor has pledged $130,000,000 to pay the military.

The Pentagon confirmed Friday that it accepted an anonymous $130 million donation to help offset the cost of troops’ salaries and benefits during the shutdown. 

“The donation was made on the condition that it be used to offset the cost of Service members’ salaries and benefits. We are grateful for this donor’s assistance after Democrats opted to withhold pay from troops,” Sean Parnell said. 

Trump had announced the donation in remarks at the White House Thursday, saying a “patriot” and “friend of mine” whose name he withheld said he would like to contribute to any shortfall in funds caused by the shutdown.

“He called us the other day and he said, ‘I’d like to contribute any shortfall you have because of the Democrat shutdown. I’d like to contribute, personally contribute, any shortfall you have with the military, because I love the military and I love the country.’...And today, he sent us a check for $130 million dollars,” Trump said.

All I call say is what the fuck?  Let's just ignore the petulant lie about Democrats refusing to pay the troops.  How the fuck is this money being collected by the DoD?  A wire transfer?  Gold Krugerands?  How is being dispersed to the Troops?  Pre-loaded Mastercards?  This is a ludicrous unconstitutional swindle and most likely yet other thieving scheme by Trump.  But, for decades, Republicans have been unduly afforded the mantle of "supporting the troops", even while their every action insults, disrespects, and harms service members and veterans.  I'm going to assume this is money from the Binance criminal Changpen Zhao, the one helping Trump make billions off of crypto, Trump just pardoned.

Just like with the ballooning amount of money Traitor Trump is taking in ($350 million now?) for his Ballroom at 1600 Pennsylvania Ave, the entire Trump regime is a giant kickback scheme.

But, worse the Rich see the America they've always wanted coming into shape.  No regulatory bodies to stop their rapacious extraction of resources.  No investigative bodies like the IRS to take them to account for their financial crimes.  No NLRB to mediate Union disputes against them.  No healthcare, no social security, no SNAP.  The Rich don't need this because they can pay for all these things.  No Government other than a lawless law enforcement apparatus and a murderous military.  Instead they know the Nation under Trump and Republicans will set right the wrongs of the progressive 20th century and reduce the population to Wage Slavery and Corporate Bondage.

        I was very impressed by the turnout and the response to the No Kings protest in my small suburban Chicago town.  A lot of energy and a lot positivity.  The turnout in Chicago and elsewhere was massive and undeniable.

In response, Just Despicable Vance posted Damn Right he's a King, and some rightwing chud produced an AI Slop Video in which a crowned Trump flies around in a King Trump jet fighter and literally shits on America.  Traitor Trump, of course, reposted the video and yet again, as is their habit, a right-winger used an artist's music without their permission.

Decades of nihilism and LOL nothing matters, and Republican lying, and media BothSides, and rightwing podcast propagandists pushing every rightwing smear and lie have resulted in a Government of Trolls.

HuffpPost asked KKKaroline Leavitt, who in the White House made the decision for dumbass Donnie to fly to Hungary to meet with Vladimir Putin and she responded, "You mom did."

Steven Chueng, who beat up a National Parks employee at Arlington National Cemetery so Traitor Trump could desecrate graves, gave a more succinct, "Your mom!"
