Surprise! Andrew Breitbart is a Racist...

A while ago I posted: Now while criminal James O'Keefe is a racist, Breitbart does appear to look past skin tone. Breitbart will accept anyone who lies to advance conservative values of theft, murder and hatred of the poor.

Yeah, Breitbart wants to remind you to know your place, and if racial slurs or spit land on you it's your fault! Everyone knows Breitbart is an uncouth jackass who is lucky to be alive in the 21st century for his antics would have resulted in his demise were the code duello still in fashion.

But, Andrew is feeling giddy and is revelling in his Racism because his man-child James O'Keefe is going to avoid hard prison time and can go back to working over Breitbart.

James O'Keefe and his Watergate Jr. Gang (Stan Dai, Robert Flanagan and Joseph Basel) are agreeing to a guilty plea on lesser charges.

Now, this means there is a good solid case against O'Keefe and the Watergate Juniors because even the most overworked incompetent Public Defender tossed a case 15 seconds before it goes to trial attempts to mount a defense and win the case, but a State's Attorney will always take a 100% known conviction rather than go to trial with a 0.1% chance of acquittal. So, now we will always be able to preface James O'Keefe with the label Convicted Criminal...

But, far from undermine O'Keefe's credibility his status as a convicted criminal will endear him to the Right. Because if there is anyone the Right and Conservatives love more than their Racists like Andrew Breitbart and R. Limbaugh, liars like Michele Bachmann and Sarah Palin or Chicken Hawks like Karl Rove and Dick Cheney it's Criminals.

Republicans aren't content with merely seeing Americans die, they relish in having Fallen Soldiers Never Returning Home.

The NPR story, MIA Remains On Verge Of Disappearing Forever, on The Joint POW/MIA Accountability Command at Hickam Air Force Base, Hawaii, and it's race to try and account for those 1763 brave men left on foreign soil.

However, back in 1995 it took a Democratic President Bill Clinton to normalize relations with Vietnam and begin the somber task of retrieving those brave men and it wasn't until the Democrats regained control of the Congress that funding for the JPAC missions to Vietnam was increased. During their 12 year control of Congress Newt Gingrich, Tom Delay and other Republican Cowards were busy stealing money and starting new Wars in which they could send Americans to their death while the Chicken Hawk Republicans and Conservatives enlarged their Swiss Bank Accounts with Government funds.

But, Republicans say they are pro-troops as if their empty hollow statements make it so, when their actions clearly show Republicans are Pro-War and the only thing they care about is using Veterans to enrich themselves and the Death Merchants and War Mongers whom they represent and serve.

But, while Republicans might have hated Fallen Vietnam Veterans because it reminds them of their Cowardice and Deferments present day Conservatives Hero Sean Hannity uses current Dead Veterans to buy himself champagne and back rubs.

Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington have filed complaints with the IRS and FTC against the Ollie North and Sean Hannity Freedom Alliance and Freedom Concerts "Charities" because it has come to light that Sean Hannity has pillfered millions in funds donated for helping wounded soldiers and used those stolen funds for chartering Private Planes and Sexy Fox News Parties. Hannity has stated, “Every penny, 100 percent of the donations are applied to the Freedom Alliance scholarship fund.”

But Conservatives can justify Hannity's brazen shameless theft of Charity Funds because Hannity is a Home Front Culture Warrior. That's the name the Chicken Hawks use justify their cowardice. Conservatives lie to themselves that they are needed to defend Republican ideals in the US so that others can fight overseas. Conservatives are Scum Incarnate.

The rising spate of Conservative Terror Attacks and the Republican Apocalyptic Denunciations and calls for Armed Revolt and Political Violence during 2009 and 2010 have placed the Obama Administration in the Time when Republicans and Conservatives embraced Terror in order to Win Political Power.

Liberals have gotten far too desensitized to the daily non-stop Terror Campaign being waged by the Toxic Bloggers, Right Wing Radio Hate Mongers and Republican Party Members. Not content with being racist bigots Republicans and Conservatives have imported the ideology of Al Qaeda and the Taliban thus became Terrorists.

When will the Conservative Terror Campaign end?

Probably never. But, especially if their tactics of lies, fear, racism, violence, and threats win them elections in 2010 and/or 2012. Fortunately, President Obama is kicking ass. He's killed more Terrorists and prosecuted the War in Afghanistan better than Bush, Health Care Reform will stand as a crowning achievement for Obama, Speaker Pelosi and the Democratic Party, and Obama's decision to reallocate the Bush Bank Bailout (TARP) from the Robber Baron Bankers to poor and underwater middle class homeowners clearly shows the differences between the Parties. Republicans hate Americans and want the poor and middle class to die at home or abroad and Democrats want to aid Americans and return the United States to the glory achieved thanks to Past Democratic Reforms.

And Obama has done this while Republican invective has been urging, prodding and hoping a Conservative will make an Assassination Attempt. Fortunately, the constant stream of lies, threats and hysterical buffoonery bellowing forth from Steve King, Jean Schmidt, Newt Gingrich, Michele Bachmann, Paul Broun, Sarah Palin, Jim DeMint, Joe Wilson and every cowardly, racist, chicken hawk, Terrorist Republican only serves to ostracize them and will ensure their further defeats in 2010 and 2012.

But, until the April 15th date passes, the ***Conservative Terror Alert*** will remain on High for fear another Right Wing Extremist who has swallowed the Republican lies will unleash an attack on Americans in the hopes of destabilizing and undermining this great Nation and returning it to the odious hands of the Republican Death Merchants and War Mongers.

The Washington Capitals Alex Ovechkin Dirty Player Punk Ass Bitch, must be a Republican

The Alex Ovechkin case is absurd. Ovechkin is a Dirty Player, not only was the hit illegal (i.e. against NHL rules) Ovechkin's hit on Brian Campbell was dirty. And the outcome was horrible, Campbell was seriously injured as a result, suffering a broken clavicle and a broken rib.

But, Fans of the Washington Capitals reacted with ridiculous Sport Umbrage. 72% of respondents in a Washington Post Poll believe Ovechkin shouldn't even have received an in-game penalty let alone a suspension for a hit which ended Campbell's season. That number alone would indicate the harshness of Capitals Fans but when their shameless complaints and blog comments are added on I have to wonder if every Capital fan is a Republican for their egregious inhumanity.

Capitals Fans whining included baseless speculations (the ice must have had a rut, Campbell must have toe-picked), lies about Ovechkin's hit (It was from the side, it was a push) replay's clearly showed Ovechkin hitting Campbell in between his numbers on his back, paranoid conspiracy theories (the suspension is to make Ovechkin lose the Scoring Trophy, Colin Campbell hates Russian players because he's Canadian) false equivalencies (Player X wasn't suspended for his hit therefore Ovechkin should not be suspended either). It was really a massive amount of bullshit when the video of the hit clearly showed Ovechkin spread his feet to gain leverage, then deliver a hit on Campbell squarely in the back after the puck was gone and while he was 10 feet from the boards.

Now, if Ovechkin had never done an illegal intentional dirty hit before perhaps a two-game suspension would have been sufficient, but as if often the case with piece of shit criminals or hockey goons, Ovechkin has a long history and recent suspensions for similar actions.

And worst of all Ovechkin, his head coach, Bruce Boudreau and the team's owner weren't upset about the intentional illegal act by Ovechkin which resulted in a serious injury to Campbell but because Ovechkin got suspended for his filthy SMERSH-style play. "I was disappointed with the NHL's decision yesterday," ~ Alexander Ovehkin. “I was so upset for him. I feel so bad for the guy,” ~ Bruce Boudreau. Capitals owner Ted Leonsis wrote on his blog Monday that he didn’t think a suspension was warranted. “I don’t think Alex should have received a game misconduct for that play,” he said. “I don’t think he should miss our next game either." Disgusting.

It's embarrassing to see people suspend their reasoning capabilities because of their Sports Team loyalty, It's more embarrassing to see them suspend their morality for that reason.

Wind Turbines and Power

A March 14th Chicago Tribune story, Wind turbines stir up bad feelings, health concerns in DeKalb County, highlighted the concerns residents in DeKalb County, Illinois over the Giant Wind Turbine Farms which began arriving in the Summer of 2009 and now number 126 turbines with an additional 19 in neighboring Lee County.

The nearby residents are bringing up all sorts of lawsuits proclaiming the Giant Blades are causing them migraines, hypertension and Sudden Unexplained Goat Deaths and herald the end of the Rural Way of Life. The really terrible thing is the power generated is owned by the non-local company NextEra Energy Resources and goes to a distribution center from where it is sent to various other states and municipalities, including Chicago, with a very small amount staying in DeKalb County.

The people who own the land on which the turbines have been built receive a payment from NextEra but most don't live adjacent to the Turbines. However, this is, of course Capitalism at work, build "potentially hazardous" blights and eyesores in someone else's backyard and transfer the wealth to yourself.

Well, the easiest fix is to give those living in the shadow of the wind farms free power for their homes and farms. This would be an incentive to living nearby.

Of course, evil Capitalists would try and use the Power of Government as they always do and build giant stadiums, factories, mega agri-business pigtropolis and suck up the free power but this could easily be remedied by a cap on the amount of power (say enough for a small family farm and house of say 6-8 persons in a year) and by making it a certain distance from the wind farm.

Generation We (The Millennials)

In The Generation We Manifesto The Millennials declare in 2016 when they Reach Full Power they will realize their Goal of changing and saving America from the awful damage done by the Baby Boomers. And while they are correct in so much that the Boomers have brought the Nation nearly to it's Doom, My Brethren The GenXers being smaller en masse realize they are caught between the Two Groups with no hope of receiving the support of either.

For Us GenXers it's the equivalent of being caught between the Nazis and the Soviets. Because that's who the Baby Boomers and Millennials are! But, hopefully, the GenXers being quintessentially American can play the same role America played during World War 2 by aiding the winning side and emerging stronger for it while the two evil groups battle for Supremacy.

According to a long and detailed study by Satoshi Kanazawa, an evolutionary psychologist at the London School of Economics and Political Science, has concluded that if you are a Liberal or Atheist you are more intelligent than other humans.

Kanazawa's theory is that intelligence—particularly our ability for on-the-spot problem solving and reasoning—arose as an adaptation to deal with the unusual and unexpected, such as a sudden forest fire.

Since disasters like that are rare in daily life, responding to them wouldn't likely be something our ancestors were hard-wired to "know" how to do. Surviving the fire required both the ability to think up a new behavior, and the willingness to try it out.

Passed down via genetics, those two traits are still the calling cards of an intelligent brain—expressed as a tendency toward adopting nontraditional social values and preferences, Kanazawa says in his new study, published in the March 2010 issue of Social Psychology Quarterly.

As a result of their iconoclastic ancestry, he suggests, people with higher levels of intelligence are more likely to adopt social values and behaviors that are relatively new to human life—liberalism, atheism, staying up late, and (for men) monogamy, for example.

This tendency toward iconoclasm stems from smart people's brains being better adapted to dealing with new situations, according to Kanazawa.

So, if you are compassionate to fellow humans or if you are able to understand natural forces, like earthquakes or thunder, are not the result of 'your' god's displeasure you have a higher level of intelligence.

Well, as nice it is to think I have excellent reasoning skills and am therefore smarter than others, the ability to adapt old knowledge to new situations is one component to Intelligence. I find I am more in agreement with Stephen Jay Gould and Howard Garndner that there is no "general intelligence factor" (g) and that there are multiple intelligences which are a mishmash of many different fields and kinds. As a reference how many times have your heard the old cliche, 'So and So is book smart but doesn't have street smarts'. This is an unacknowledged reference to the 'multiple intelligences' theory.

Additionally, traditional intelligence tests, Standford-Binet IQ, were often biased and stemmed from earlier times when those biases weren't recognized as prejudicial to reliable test results. However, I'd like to set aside some time and read Satoshi Kanazawa's paper, in order to confirm his conclusion, and thus stick out my chin and puff up my chest and lord my superior intelligence over the mouth breathing jackanapes.

The way the American Legal System is sometimes encapsulated is with Blackstone's Ratio, 'Better a hundred guilty men go free than one innocent man suffer.' But to Liz Cheney and Bill Kristol and their like-minded Conservatives the exact opposite is true. More precisely Liz Cheney and Bill Kristol don't care about justice, they care about and crave power. And if that power must be gotten through the deaths of hundreds or thousands of innocents or the wanton sacrifice of the military then so be it.

Liz Cheney has ridden Dick to get into her position, a parasite who lives by sucking off other men in Government. She doesn't care about the lives her lies and propaganda destroy and why should she? None of her children will ever be put in Harm's Way. None of her children will ever be sacrificed for a War for Republican Profits...

As a Police Officer I hate to see bad guys get away especially if I've put in some work making a good case against them. But, I am keenly aware of the coercive power of the State (something which Conservatives sometimes acknowledge - more later) and the necessity of a good, spirited yet legal defense for the defendant.

Conservatives claim to revile the Power of Government, but it's a lie. Conservatives only fear Government when the wrong people are in power, usually Blacks but always when it's a Liberal. When Conservatives are power they use the destructive and coercive power of every single level of Government to advance their personal beliefs, to curtail human rights, to enshrine ignorance, to steal money and to empower themselves for future power grabs.

SCOTUS and The Chicago Hand Gun Ban

SCOTUS heard the arguments in Macdonald v. Chicago on 03/02/10. Constitutional law expert Sheldon Nahmod, Professor at the Chicago-Kent College of Law, joined WBEX Chicago Public Radio to discuss the case. His opinion was that the Ban itself would be lifted (after several months deliberations) but certain provisions against carrying concealed or in sensitive places and other legal minutiae would be allowed to remain in place.

I want honest law abiding citizens to be able to defend themselves. Gang Bangers and Criminals are armed. A gun is the second best weapon for personal defense and has been for years. When a criminal breaks down your door or throws you on the pavement and puts a blade to your throat you put two in his chest. But, the idea that an armed society is a polite society is pure poppycock. People aren't rational and even when they aren't criminals, don't exhibit insanity or have clear background checks they have snapped and gone on murderous shooting rampages. And while Guns are tools their inherent nature makes them more dangerous than a claw hammer or ban saw or box cutter.

I have to deal with violations of the Illinois Unlawful Use of Weapons (720 ILCS 5/24‑1) occasionally. However, other calls for service are more frequent like Domestic Disputes, which every officer knows are fraught with danger due to the charged emotions involved.

The problem that arises is with the advent of SCOTUS failing under the control of Right Wing Extremist Terrorists who care more for money than Americans lives I don't see how any State or Municipal Law restricting gun ownership can survive.

Now, Gun Sucking Nuts have told me I am wrong that "natural" law can constitutionally restrict gun ownership but such natural law opinions require an interpretation of the Constitution don't they? And isn't that where the entire 2nd Amendment debate is bogged down and troublesome? What do the actual words of the 2nd Amendment mean? A well regulated militia being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the People to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed. This is the least understood and most debated amendment in America.

But, what's very easily understood is with the rise of bigoted Right Wing Anti-Government Extremists, the Oath Keepers or Republican Mike Huckabee or Conservatives like Lars Larson hatred for the Police and the desire to see Cops gunned down by criminals have increased.

And now thanks to the SCOTUS I'll have to worry a Drunken H2 driver who runs over 6 other vehicles but views my arresting him as a violation of his 4 Amendment Rights' or the Gay Bar loitering drunk driving Homosexual Republican will come out blazing because as a typical Conservative Terrorist he feels the need to defend himself against Cops who are just Obama Thugs anyway...

Which party is fomenting Rage against the Government? Which party and it's supporters declare the Government is run by Communists, sides with the Terrorists, is going to intern Americans, confiscate guns and kill old people because their goal is to destroy America?

The Pukes on the Right are the ones fomenting and encouraging armed violence. The Republicans, their Toxic Commentators, and their Conservative allies are directly responsible for these acts of violence.

Of course, Shit Smeared Asshole Michelle Malkin is busy trying to distance herself from the violence she is responsible for... (However, her petulant breath holding insistence that JP Bedell is a Registered Democrat would only be conclusive if for instance party registration meant one's votes automatically went to your registered party and if we didn't have Bedell's writings and diatribes which are positively Michelle Malkin-esque and indicate he was a Right Wing Conservative Terrorist.)

Malkin and others call Obama Terrorist Appeaser, they claim the Government is evil, they want Americans armed and dangerous and when someone swallows their lies and propaganda they busily try and distance themselves while continuing the call for violence. They want the violent overthrow and death of Obama and Democrats. It's been the Republican message since Sarah Palin peddled the 'Pals Around' Rhetoric in 2008 and Republican Extremist Catherine Crabill of Virginia explicitly stated that if Republicans continue to lose at the Ballot Box they will resort to the "Bullet Box" to settle elections.

The question is which Republican will rush to embrace this Domestic Terrorist first? Will it be Steve 'Destroy the IRS' King, Michelle 'Armed and Dangerous' Bachmann or Scott 'Sympathy' Brown?

I don't want to engage in hyperbole but when incidents happen again and again it is foolishness to disregard the plain truth; the Right is overrun with Terrorists who want a small amount of armed violence in order to regain political power.

I don't think I can stress this enough the Conservative Movement has embraced Terrorism, the threat of or use of violence to influence political change. Conservatives have become Terrorists in their quest to gain control of the Government. How many more people will the Conservative Terrorists kill in order to control the Government? And when they lose in 2010 and 2012 will the Conservative Terrorists conduct a full scale Insurrection?

Watching the apoplectic interview wherein Bretibart manically declares "Why does it matter! Why does it matter!"

confirms my earlier hypothesis that Andrew Breitbart is a quivering mass of frightened chicken hawk flesh right now, '"I did not know there was a discrepancy with the title sequence". He's cutting-and-running from O'Keefe the 'independent film producer' as fast as possible.

Is the Right Wing attack on Climate Change also an attack on Pollution laws and enforcement?

Most on the Right are utterly convinced that Global Climate Change is some kind of fraud or hoax. I have my doubts about man-made Climate Change but they are always tempered by the knowledge that those who vehemently deny Climate Change also just as vehemently deny Evolution. There is something in the conservative brain which makes them utterly convinced of their positions, doubtless and so stubborn that no amount of evidence is ever enough to change their views. Indeed to a conservative changing one's views and having an mind open to new ideas is anathema. Conservatives prefer slavery and idiocy to new thoughts. Indeed most Conservatives and Republicans think Slavery is a wonderful idea.

But, while the mass of conservatives lap up Sean Hannity's nightly garbage they are also sucking down filthy water, air and food because under the catastrophic Bush/Cheney regime the EPA was bridled, enforcement of pollution laws was curtailed or ignored and Companies felt free to rampantly violate all pollution standards in pursuit of a few extra dollars.

BP acknowledged that for the last six years its Whiting refinery violated federal pollution limits on benzene, a highly toxic chemical linked to leukemia and other health problems.

BP reported that it had processed too much benzene at the refinery's sewage treatment plant, about 15 miles southeast of Chicago.

Last year alone, the company processed more than 95 tons of benzene waste -- about 16 times the amount allowed. BP also violated the 6-ton limit from 2003 to 2007.

Whiting Refinery was cited who violations of U.S. and Indiana EPA regulations in October 2008,

Federal regulators say BP PLC violated the Clean Air Act by beginning to make modifications at its Indiana oil refinery along Lake Michigan to process Canadian crude without the proper permit.

The EPA said in November the modifications caused "significant increases" in sulfur dioxide, nitrogen oxide, particulate matter and carbon monoxide emitted from the refinery.

Near Charleston West Virginia American families no longer have clean water to drink because the Bush Administration gleefully allowed Coal Companies to violate EPA standards and pollute the water table so badly that families are drinking a toxic sludge which is eating away at their bodies:

In fact, her entire family tries to avoid any contact with the water. Her youngest son has scabs on his arms, legs and chest where the bathwater — polluted with lead, nickel and other heavy metals — caused painful rashes. Many of his brother’s teeth were capped to replace enamel that was eaten away.

Neighbors apply special lotions after showering because their skin burns. Tests show that their tap water contains arsenic, barium, lead, manganese and other chemicals at concentrations federal regulators say could contribute to cancer and damage the kidneys and nervous system.

In the last five years alone, chemical factories, manufacturing plants and other workplaces have violated water pollution laws more than half a million times.

But conservatives don't care. Republicans and Conservatives love when Americans die, the sound of Americans suffering is music to the Republican ear.

And when Americans voice their sorrows or concerns Conservatives like Beck, R. Limbaugh, M. Malkin and Laura Ingraham make fun of their suffering or the Right trots out horse mouthed (or is that jack-ass mouthed) Michelle Bachmann with her odd body language, excessive blinking, frozen faced smile, vacant wide-eyed stare and stilted speech patterns punctuated with strange arm and hand gesticulations to declare the planet was saved already!

Other people Suffering is a Conservative Value. Republicans and Conservatives want you to die so they can make money.

The law exempts from public disclosure any information that could harm their bottom line. The Obama Administration objects but Republicans love the law because it kills Americans whom Republicans hate and want to die.

The March of the Bulls

I managed to get to a Chicago Bulls game this year. I hadn't been to one since early 2002 during the early Post Jordan bleech era.

The United Center is fantastic, my beautiful partner and I walked around the venue, played a Presidential knowledge game, saw former player and current announcer Bill Wennington (he's very tall) and a magician. The layout is excellent and the food choices are vastly superior to what I assumed they would be (I had sat in a corporate box and did not tour the facilities in '02).

Anyway the Bulls played last season's Eastern Conference Champion Magic. Prior to the game, the Bulls honored Derrick Rose for his selection to the 2012 Olympic Team and addition to the NBA All-Star Team. Unfortunately, early on in the game Rose drove the lane and was met mid-air by Dwight Howard. I got a chance to see Dwight Howard during the Magic shoot around prior to the game. Rose is 6'3 and 190 lbs and Howard is 6'11 and 275 lbs of fright inducing muscle. Yikes. We both half-jokingly speculated Howard and the well stretched Magic players were upset with Rose's pre-game ceremony. Rose left the game with a hip pointer and with Joakim Noah out Howard and the Magic quickly jumped out to a 20-6 lead and won the game easily 87-107.

I don't know if Howard is Superman or not but while his final stat line looked good with 18 points and 14 rebounds, Howard utterly dominated the game after he sent Rose sprawling. Howard did whatever he wanted to on the floor from monster alley-oop dunks and effortless rebounds to taking whatever position he wanted on the court. For the Bulls, John Salmons tried to fill in but had a terrible game and paved the way for his eventual trade.

However, the Bulls have been playing good basketball since that loss and after the return of Rose and Hinrich from early season injuries and will probably finish as the 5th/6th seed barring some late season collapse. Last year the Bulls outplayed the Celtics in the first round of the Playoffs but lost the series 3 to 4 due to dirty play from the Big Baby Celtics team.

Besides the aforementioned trade of Salmons the Bulls unloaded the uber-talented but undermotivated Tyrus Thomas and acquired the interesting Hakim Warrick and role-player Flip Murray but more importantly they freed up cap space for the chase of the Mystical 2010 Free Agents but until then the Bulls look poised for a first round show and possible victory.
