Understand quite clearly that Republicans will do nothing ABSOLUTELY NOTHING about these mass shootings because 1) the random terrorism is the point and 2) Republicans plan to unleash their gun-toting white men to overthrow President Biden when he wins in 2024.

It won't take more than a few seconds of searching to find some gun humping fanatic screaming CHICAGO! CHICAGO!  CHICAGO! and the shooter is a Liberal In response to the latest bearded middle aged, white man, zealous consumer of right wing social media, armed with a super tricked out AR-15 shooting 100 people, with 16 confirmed dead already;

At least 16 people have been killed in shootings in Lewiston, Maine, a law enforcement official said, based on initial information gathered by first responders at three locations. Dozens more were injured, said the person, who spoke on the condition of anonymity. Authorities were trying to locate Robert Card, 40, a “person of interest” who they said should be regarded as armed and dangerous. The death toll, which could rise, is the largest from a mass shooting this year.  

The Central Maine Medical Center in Lewiston says it is responding to a "mass casualty, mass shooter event," and is coordinating with area hospitals to take in patients. The hospital has not shared specifics on the numbers of casualties. 

Lewiston police say the target of the manhunt is connected to shootings at least two locations — including Schemengees Bar and Grille, and Sparetime Recreation, a bowling alley...

This details of this shooting in Maine are almost irrelevant...  Except of course, to the dead, and to their loved ones, and to the hundreds of people traumatized by this and to the thousands of people every year dealing with physical pain and to the hundreds of thousands of people dealing with the psychological aftermath, and to the entire Nation which lives in a constant state of doom and PTSD.

But, as long as one party is fanatically devoted to the political power and money they get from the NRA and Firearms Manufacturing Industry;  This will not stop.  Let's look at the this years NRA report on the organizations efforts to undermine Law&Order in Maine

The NRA article mentions how thanks to their lobbying the Maine Senate "killed" this bill and "Killed" that bill.

In fact, almost every article under the Legal & Legislation topic on the NRA site uses gun violence language to celebrate their defeating the laws Americans overwhelmingly want passed.
 

Reportedly, after the 2019 El Paso Mass Shooting Trump asked, “What are we going to do about assault rifles?”  “Not a damn thing,” Mick Mulvaney, Acting chief of staff, replied.

The Tree of Liberty has received its' daily refreshment of blood, Robert Card is still at large.  His status in the Pantheon of Second Amendment Heroes is assured and will inspire future rightwing domestic terror attacks.

Shall Not Be Infringed 2: The Unconstitutional Sheriff's of America invade Illinois and they love Guns

We are in an Era when legislation, which is overwhelmingly supported by a broad swath of the populace, is routinely undermined by Special Interest groups who craft ridiculously worded lawsuits to undermine common sense legislation.

So, when the Illinois Legislature passed the Assault Weapons Ban its intent could not be any more clear; it is far too easy for military grade weaponry to get into peoples' hands in Illinois.

But, a large cohort of conservatives love when people are shot to pieces and support the unrestricted gun violence afflicting the United States.

Sure, some gun nuts might make some blasé hand waving comment about mental health and proudly proclaim Highland Park Strong but, when it comes down to it conservatives are more than willing to let 40,000 Americans die and hundreds of thousands be wounded from gunfire each and every year so they can possess their toys and fantasize about overthrowing the Government or waiting inside their house to Defend their castle from the GAY WOKE BLM ANTIFA roaming freely from the Hellscapes of Democrat Run Cities.

So, predictably after a gun law gets passed a whole bunch of Illinois Sheriffs decided they are not going to enforce the law.  

“The right to keep and bear arms for defense of life, liberty and property is regarded as an inalienable right by the people. I, among many others, believe that HB 5471 is a clear violation of the 2nd Amendment to the US Constitution."

Sheriff Mendrick's fallacious Argument ad Populum aside, I guess Mendrick needs a refresher course in basic Civics; Legislatures write laws, Judges interpret laws, Sheriffs enforce laws.  But, nah a bunch of Sheriff's and their deputies have declared they know the Constitution and the Second Amendment better than any politician, judge, or legislator so they won't enforce the Assault Weapon Ban.  Except, of course, Mendrick is a politician and one who is indebted to the conservative belief system that the Law (writ large) and Law Enforcement Agencies exist to harass and arrest black and brown people, because All White People are good guys with guns right up until they pull that trigger and murder people and then well law enforcement will gingerly take them into custody and ensure they receive they DUDE PROCESS.

There is a name for people who decide that they won't follow the law... 

If you are unaware, the Constitutional Sheriff movement argues that the County Sheriff is the highest official in his County with greater authority than the Legislature, Governor, Federal Law Enforcement and even the President. They couch this nonsense in some Magna Carta flim-flam which they "learned" from watching Robin Hood movies and deciding the Sheriff of Nottingham was the Real Hero in each film.

Thus, “constitutional sheriffs” assert that they have the power to determine the constitutionality of the laws they are entrusted with enforcing, and to refuse to enforce any law that they believe is unconstitutional.

Fortunately, Mendrick and other rightwing semi-fascist Sheriffs got a great deal of pushback from the Illinois legislature.  And while SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED lawsuits brought forth by rightwing scumbags gained temporary limited injunctions and restraining orders for the implementation of the law by small podunk Illinois Republican Judges a the Federal Seventh Circuit Court pushed back and rejected a Naperville lawsuit by a Merchant of Death that an Assault Weapons Ban caused irreparable harm to his business.

Naperville and Illinois lawfully exercised their authority to control their possession, transfer, sale and manufacture by enacting a ban on commercial sales. Stephen Craig Paddock, an old white man working as an apparent money launderer for the mob, purchased 33 semi-automatic rifles over the past year, almost 3 a month.  With his arsenal Paddock, a legal responsible gun owner on 09/30/17 became the perpetrator of the worst mass shooting in U.S. History on 10/01/17.  Paddock wounded 600 people and thus far 58 have died.  Paddock is a Second Amendment Champion and Newest All-Star in the NRA Hall-of-Fame.

Immediately after these events, conservatives sprang into action.  Gun Nuts emerged from their Gun Rooms, in a frenzy ready to defend guns to your death, and descended up the social media.  Facebook, Twitter, and the conservative internet have been Horrific.

The howling from gun humping lunatics and screeching conservatives in their propaganda campaign of obfuscation and distortion, is lie after lie, after lie, after lie, after lie.  4Chan, The_Donald subreddit, and various other sewers of fevered right-wing insanity made no pretense and spead outright lies and disinformation.  The goal isn't to discover any truth about Paddock or mass shootings but, to muddy the narrative with enough lies for long enough that in a few weeks or months, when this mass murder no longer dominates headlines, conseravtives will be able to assert Paddock was a Leading Antifa collaborator of George Soros, who had deep ties to the Hillary Clinton campaign.

On Faux News tv broadcasts, Howard Kurtz, Brit Hume, and other rightwing hypocrites made false pleas for a day without politicizing tragedy, all the while politicizng the incident with references to Chicago and the Leftist agenda.  References to Chicago, by conservatives is just racist shorthand, because I never hear any discussion of a solution to Chicago's gun crime problem nor do conservatives acknowledge that 3/5ths of guns used in comission of crimes come from outside Cook County.

The Republicans dutifully, texted and tweeted, their Thoughts & Prayers, and went back to pushing the blood-soaked agenda of the NRA and Firearm Industry.  The Republican Party always offers Thoughts & Prayers because it is the least they can do, when Republicans figure out how to do less and just ignore these events they will.

The ghoulish Republicans even rolled out the bullet broken body of Congressman Steve Scalise to praise Guns and affirm there shall be no Gun Control Now, No Guntrol Ever.  I wonder if this Republican Congress which is striving to eliminate all government funded or aided healthcare coverage will offer up the same medical care for the 600 wounded in Las Vegas that Scalise received in his 3 months of rehabilitation.  Of course, the answer is no, since the Republicans just affirmed that healthcare is a privilege not a right.

Sean Hannity crafted a fantasy scenario wherein he was on the 31st floor, with his licensed firearm and he moved to the shooters location and eliminated the threat.  It was such a preposterous fantasy even Laura "Nazi Salute" Ingraham had to admit he couldn't have helped.

In fact, a prominent tough-talking ammosexual was in the crowd and was tweeting, unfortunately for him the image which appeared was him looking stunned, unable to move, deer in headlights, as first responder emergency lights framed his frozen face

Bill O'Reilly declared, "This is the price of freedom..."  RWers love to claim freedom isn't free yet I've never seen Bill O'Reilly willing to pay the price of freedom.

This is not freedom.  This is madness. This is suicide.  National Suicide.  And the Constitution is not a suicide pact.

"Well Regulated" doesn't means laws, it means enforcement.  Bans, confiscation, and destruction of firearms.  And when gun humping lunatics threaten violence and murder, Americans will perhaps recognize gun nuts never loved laws or freedom or police officers but love death.

Yet, again black Americans are forced to swallow a miscarriage of justice.  There are some unforgivable crimes in America;  Poverty, Immigration, and Blackness.

With the advent of cell phone cameras, the public is seeing over and over again the extrajudicial treatment of black America at the hands (and most often barrel of a gun) of the police.

Philando Castile was murdered last summer in Minnesota for the crime of unforgivable blackness.  The defense attorney ran down the list of excuses conservatives always reach for to justify the murder of a black man,

"We have him ignoring his commands. He’s got a gun. He might be the robber. He’s got marijuana in his car,” Mr. Gray told jurors. “Those are the things in Officer Yanez’s head."

These deplorable lies; Castile looks like a bank robber, the officer smells pot, are trotted out to provide right-wingers cover when they justify murder and to buttress their fascist programming all blacks are criminals.  Because conservatives ardently believe that all blacks are criminals.

But, the deplorable NRA has been silent about this murder.  And this would seem to be a huge error on their part.  This incident has the elements of everything the NRA has warned America.  A perfect case for the NRA to burnish their so-called defense of gun owners rights in the face of government tyranny.  But, the NRA can not muster a defense of Philando Castile and the reason is glaringly obvious.

The NRA, as a staunch conservative group, also believes all black people are criminals and thinks this shooting was just and lawful.  The Second Amendment is not for black people.

Of course, so-called Patriot groups are silent about government injustice as well.

This would seem to be difficult to understand until one realizes the Oathbreakers, III Inchers, Unconstitutional Sheriffs of America, and all other right wing militias don't exist to address government malfeasance but, to act as a paramilitary arm for advancing the fascist agenda of The Republican Party.

Of course, conservatives might trot out Criminal Sheriff David Clarke as proof they don't believe all blacks are criminals, but Clarke (or Ben Carson or Thomas Sowell) is the token right-wingers invoke to provide cover for their rampant racism and conservatives love David Clarke because Clarke trained under Vladimir Putin in Russia to learn how to murder prisoners under his command.

Donald Trump rose to the Presidency by realizing that conservatives have been aching for Republicans to drop the dog-whistle politics and loudly and proudly proclaim outright racism and unvarnished bigotry,

Conservative thinking, such as it is, is a fetid swamp of anger, petulance, racism, and the demand for unequal protection under law.  So, don't expect conservatives to rally to #blacklivesmatter or clamour for Colin Kaepernick any time soon.  Conservatives love when black people are murdered.

No Sympathy for Steve Scalise and the Republican Gun Humpers?

I have a hard time finding sympathy for the injured Republican Steve Scalise.  It's not a lack of empathy or a desire for him to be injured but, an understanding You Live by the Sword, You Die by the Sword.

Other Americans were killed yesterday during mass shootings my sympathies go to their families, who received miniscule news coverage as the media breathlessly covered the baseball field shootings.  The media couldn't get enough of the blubbering by Republican Congressmen who finally heard a shot fired in anger and experienced the traumas visited upon Americans daily because of the efforts of the Republicans in Congress to ensure guns are everywhere.

Steve Scalise bragged about defeating sensible minor gun control legislation.  Scalise spearheaded the Republican effort to ensure mentally ill people can easily obtain firearms.  The entire Republican platform vis-a-vis guns revolves around no controls whatsoever.

Senator Rand Paul lovingly retweeted Faux News resident senior legal crank Andrew Napolitano. Steve Scalise and the Republicans allied with the Bundy Insurrections against the U.S. Goverment.  When you invoke the blood of patriots and tyrants you don't get to choose which one you are.

In fact the conservative jursipurdence has been devolving into guns are the ultimate arbitrator of legal disputes for some time now.  Conservatives defended George Zimmerman's shooting and murder of Trayvon Martin.  Conservatives defended Darren Wilson's shooting and denial of 4th Amendment Due Process rights to Michael Brown.  Conservatives defended the shooting of a 12 year black child in Cleveland.  In fact, there hasn't been one shooting of a black person conservatives haven't found legally acceptable.

Thousands of Conservatives and high profile Republicans have been explicitly invoking armed violence as a means to effecting political change for the past 8 years.

But, as long as the violence was seemingly contained to Chicago's South Side, Republicans could elide culpability with a wink and a smarmy smile, while stoking the right-wing flames of fascism and riding the waves of anger to election victories.  The Nation is awash in easily obtainable firearms.  The Republican Party has been pushing the elimination of all gun restrictions.  And now Republicans have had a tiny taste of what their policies have done to the Nation.

So, I'm not sorry Republican Congressman Chuck Fleischmann doesn't feel safe at a baseball field, perhaps now he understands how parents in Georgia felt when a gun humping lunatic brandished his handgun as they arrived with their children and then were told there was nothing the Deputies could do because of Georgia's non-existent gun laws.

Trump calls for "Second Amendment People" to assassinate Hillary Clinton

Right now, all across the Nation, conservatives are rushing to the ramparts (Internet Ramparts that is, right-wingers don't have the stones to actually defend the country) to defend Donald Trump, who called for the assassination of Hillary Clinton.

"Hillary wants to abolish, essentially abolish the Second Amendment. If she gets to pick her judges, nothing you can do, folks. Although the Second Amendment people, maybe there is. I don't know."

Clearly, Trump is calling for President Hillary Clinton to be murdered after winning the election but, before being allowed to appoint a Supreme Court Justice. So, all the furious right-wing obufscation, blame shifting to the Democrats or onto the Liberal Media is nothing but lies.

Now, Trump is not the first Republican to invoke the Second Amendment and call for his opponent to be murdered by a right-wing domestic terrorist, he's just the latest.

Sarah Palin targeted Representative Gabby Giffords in a rifle scope prior to Giffords being shot.

As the prosepct of defeat looked more and more certain for Republican Sharon Angle, she made the call, "And you know, I’m hoping that we’re not getting to Second Amendment remedies."

In 2009, Republican Catherine Crabill as a Neophyte Tea Bagger (i.e. Arch-Traitor Anti-American Neoconfederate) declared, "We have a chance to fight this battle at the ballot box before we have to resort to the bullet box."
Republican State Assembly Woman Michele Fiore, who had a cozy relationship with the Bundyite Right-Wing Domestic Terrorists, declared it's okay to point your firearm at Police Officers and kill them. Of course, with the rather large caveat that the person shooting the Police Officer is White.

Sadly, those same conservatives who were so recently declaring #blacklivesmatter and President Obama were responsible for the deaths of Police Officers, will spare no effort to make false equivalences, minimize, deflect, and justify Trump's clear call for the Murder of President Hillary Clinton. Because right-wing violence and domestic terrorism is coddled and encouraged in this Nation.

But, I'm sure right-wingers are furiously scrounging around on-line to find some obscure blogger who once called for W(orst Potus Ever) to be tried and hung at The Hague, linking to the British made Death of a President video, or taking some comment by a Democratic member of the Government out of context, as proof that Both Sides Do It and after all he's only talking about taking out Killary Klinton whose Body Count stands at 46(+) murdered Americans by her own hand.

I'll leave it to other people to decide if Trump is trying to force the Republican Party to take the nomination from him so as to not face the prospect of a crushing defeat, or if Trump is just so unbalanced that he knows he can say whatever he wants as there is literally nothing he can say or do that will dissuade his rabid pack of right-wing drones from supporting him.

This call for President Clinton's assassination will be met with overwhelming approval and increase his esteem in the eyes of conservatives.

And the media will not treat this with abhorrence and declare Trump can no longer be allowed to run for office, because Trump has set the bar so low they can just chalk this up to Trump being Trump and return to the Clinton Email Controversy and declare both sides have problems. There is no bottom for right-wing despicable depravity. The Republican Party and conservatives have sworn their souls to Trump and will inflict him upon all of Us if they can.

The 2nd Amendment is a Suicide Pact but, oh well "Stuff Happens"

A killer armed with a Gun kills 9 and wounds 17 more at an Oregon Community College and immediately the Gun Nuts demand more Guns.

The Cult of the Second Amendment is one of those National Delusions and Insanities that overcomes a people from time to time.

Meanwhile after every shooting, the Republican response is to provide the literal least they can to the vicitms, as they offer up their 'Thoughts and Prayers' and proclaim this is not the time to talk about Gun Control as we're all too emotional. So, get used to get. Sandy Hook didn't change anything. In fact it made the situation worse as gun laws were loosened everywhere and gun humping lunatics flooded youtube, twitter, and facebook with Sandy Hook was a Hoax videos.

Even now, on-line stories are flooded with gun humping nuts who proclaim and chant the received wisdom, Holy Second Amendment! Gun Laws don't Stop Gun Rampages! And We, the People are held hostage to the Gun Nuts insanity as we wait for the next mass shooting at a yoga studio, grade school, or military base.

Guns are Tools but, Open Carry Gun Nuts are even Bigger Tools

An Open Carry Gun Extremist "Nunya Beeswax" recently uploaded a video of his encounter with Madison Heights Michigan Police Officers.

In the video, the white gun maniac declares his intent to parade into a High School with his rifle at the ready and holstered sidearm because he's a taxpayer. When the Police Officers respond to this imminent mass school shooting the Second Amendment Hero "Beeswax" takes an aggressive, defiant, hostile tone.

It's so Right-Wing. Mister "N. Beeswax" has apparently sought standoffs with the Police before this latest incident. Of course, had he been black he would have been shot the first time and Faux News and every conservative would defend the Police and declare the shooting a good shoot.

There was a similar incident last year in Kalamazoo, Michigan when a drunken "Joe Schmoe" brandished his rifle, threatened to kill the Police Officers families and stood in the middle of a street for an hour. "Schmoe" was of course not shot because he was white.

Right-Wingers love these types of confrontations with Police because they get to disrespect and spit on Cops while smugly shouting Shall Not Be Infringed and Taxpayer. 

Don't let conservatives lie to you, the behavior of this Open Carry Gun Maniac is basically the attitude of all Right-Wingers in America. And conservatives aren't mad about the behavior of the Gun Nut in this video but, that the video itself has been released. Just like with Mitt Romney's 47% video, Conservatives get mad when people see them espousing their true beliefs.

Of course, Faux News and the Sunday Corporate News Shows have to let Gun Humping lunatics like Wayne LaPierre, Larry Pratt, John Lott or Laura Ingraham on to talk about how we need less gun laws and more guns on the street cause right-wingers really believe it works despite the overwhelming evidence.

Then the conservative drone declares 'A criminal doesn’t care about gun control laws or a gun-free zone.' This is astoundingly ignorant or maliciously evil. Criminals, when they commit crimes, don't care about any laws. It's what makes them criminals. Laws don't stop crimes. Enforcement does. At most a criminal might be concerned about the punishment, but certainly not the law.

But by peddling this rightwing gibberish Laura Ingraham like so many of her despicable conservative pukes is helping to advance lawlessness and allow all the right-wing "Nunya Beeswax's" of America the ability to put the lives of every non-rich American at risk. But Laura and Wayne with their millions of dollars are far removed from this, safely ensconced in a rich fact-free bubble away from what Police Officers and real Americans deal with; so of course they don't care if your toddler gets shot.

The Pantheon of Second Amendment Heroes Grows (Whites Only)

A White Mass Murderer has gunned down 6 in Pennsylvania, if he had been a black child with a toy pistol I'm sure the killing could have been stopped. But, because the killer was white, with the whiter-than-white name of Bradley William Stone, every deference was allowed in order that his precious Second Amendment Rights could never, ever be infringed.

Thus Bradley William Stone will join the American Gun Nut Pantheon of Second Amendment Heroes.

Yet, Gun Humping Fanatics still claim the Second Amendment exists so they can defend themselves from criminals and Government Tyranny.

And a segment of American Society is facing violence from the Government, thus the NRA would seem to be the prime organization to speak out and lead the fight against Government violence.

Except the NRA and Gun Nuts have been conspicuously silent of late. It's because the NRA supports the violence directed at Minorities.

The Second Amendment, Open Carry Laws, the NRA and Right-Wing groups like the Oathkeepers are not for minorities. They are protections to allow White Males and Females the freedom to gun down anyone who upsets them.

An Open Carry Texas Lunatic used her Second Amendment Rights to murder her ex-husband and step-daughter, "Sometimes removing some people out of your life makes room for better people," Open Carry Texas activist and Second Amendment Hero Veronica Dunnachie.

Austin Martin, an 18 year old student at Middlesex High School in Saluda, Virginia had four loaded guns, several knives and more than 600 rounds of ammunition, in his car. Martin was arrested because the commendable Middlesex Sheriff's Department did an exemplary job in stopping another Mass School Shooting.

But, whatever intel the Sheriff's Deputies unearthed which aided them in stopping another White Mass Murderer, it's not unusual that a white 18 year old was treated differently than black 18 year old, Michael Brown.

As the killing of Michael Brown by the unindicted murderer Darren Wilson, the Oathkeepers descended upon Ferguson. To stand with the Protestors? To voice their displeasure at the Violence of Police Officers? To defend Americans against the Paramilitary equipped shoot first, don't ask questions later Tactical Cops?

Nope. To MURDER suspected looters. To kill minorities without trial, without evidence, for alleged property crimes. Thankfully, the St. Louis PD made them get out of their snipers posts on rooftops.

But, the Oathkeepers like all Right-Wing Domestic Terrorist groups (e.g. Republicans in Congress, Faux News Viewers, anyone aligned with the Tea Party) wholeheartedly supports violence by the State when it is directed against Minorities.

The shooting at Reynolds High School east of Portland, Oregon is the 74th school shooting since the Massacre at Sandy Hook in Newton. The problem is the proliferation of guns.

Guns. Guns. Guns.

Of course, besides flooding the Nation with hundreds of millions of firearms the other issue equally to blame for the Gun Violence is the existence Right-Wing Tea Party ideology which creates thousands of conservative drones ready to conduct Domestic Terrorist attacks over the faux scandals of Umbrella-Gate, the rescuing of an American POW, or when Alex Jones proclaims every shooting is a False Flag.

Everything else is a secondary issue. Without the guns, we would not be losing 30,000 Americans with another 100,000 a year at least wounded by gunfire. Of course, we'll never how many people are wounded each and every year by gun humping fanatics because the NRA and Republican Party will fight every effort to stop Gun Violence.

This is something you expect in an African Nation which having just thrown off the shackles of Western Imperialism, became embroiled in a Civil War, then a Military Junta followed by a Communist Revolution and then a Right-Wing coup d'état.

Not here. Not in the USA; the Beacon of Freedom, the Shining City on a Hill, the World's so-called Greatest Democratic Republic.

Right-Wingers and Republicans always proclaim every one of these Conservative Domestic Terrorist attacks are actually done by Leftists and registered Democrats.

And why wouldn't lying Republicans claim this? The Media won't call them out for their lies. The American Right has a strong fascist streak.

But, consider what the NRA and conservatives have embraced as the cause and solution. Mental Illness and a Federal Database to catalogue those suffering from it.

Apparently within the epistemically closed right-wing fart bubble they are unaware of how committal was used in the past as a weapon. Today's involuntary committal forms have several declarations that must be signed by the complainant. They affirm the complainant has no legal case against the person to be committed, there is no pending financial dispute and state the nature of their relationship.

Now, as a corollary, Conservatives claim Liberalism is a mental disease.

So, the question is based on these right-wing claims about Liberalism and the political ideology of mass shooters would the NRA and conservative gun humpers support confiscating all guns owned by registered Democrats and self-proclaimed Liberals?

Because US Congressmen are paralyzed or complicit. State Governments have Tea Party madmen increasing the availability of Guns and engaging in murderous schemes granting every right-wing domestic terrorist the ability to carry weapons anywhere while adopting vague laws which ensure every confrontation will descend into gun fights.

The Republican Party, their conservative drones and Tea Party Domestic Terrorists have done their job. They've sundered the Nation.

Second Amendment Heroes taking the Country Back by threatening to Murder everyone who Opposes them

Gun Laws don't stop gun crime, in the same way that a Red Light doesn't stop a speeding car.

If we're relying on the abilities of the Firearm Fuckers to make sure guns are used properly and stored responsibly the death toll at the hands of Second Amendment Heroes will continue.

It's no wonder the United States has the highest rates of Homicide and Suicide by Firearm in the developed world. What's needed is enforcement, but gun humpers resist regulations with the fanaticism of religious zealots.

Right-Wing buffoons like to claim the US Constitution only restricts the Government's interaction with US Citizens. But, of course as with most topics, they are wrong; an everyday American can infringe on your Constitutional Rights just like the Government. Granted the Government is a special category and needs special constraints and oversight especially when evil Republicans are in power but, what the NRA, at the behest of the Firearm Manufacturing Masters, have been pushing is to allow private citizens unlimited power, especially the power to kill other Americans, without restrictions.

Second Amendment Heroes have been using this power to murder Americans, without Due Process, thus depriving American Citizens of their Rights. This used to be called Murder but thanks to the efforts of the NRA and the Republican Party it's euphemistically known as Stand Your Ground or more accurately Dead Men Tell No Tales so Kill the Other Guy and Lie just like Conservative Champion George Zimmerman.

Another Faux News 2A Super Hero Byron Smith got to do what every fanatic has dreamt of since Bernie Goetz, gun down criminals. Smith however, wasn't accosted on a NY City subway, he laid out a burglary trap which caught two young teenagers whom he murdered. (Warning: At the link you hear Smith execute the two young people Haile Kifer, 18 and Nick Brady, 17.)

No reasonable person would grant Byron Smith the power of Judge, Jury and Executioner. I mention no reasonable person, because the NRA and Firearm Fuckers are the epitome of Unreasonable. 

(Jennifer) Longdon is no stranger to such attacks. Last May in her hometown of Phoenix, she helped coordinate a gun buyback program with local police over three weekends. On the first Saturday, a group of men assembled across the street from the church parking lot where Longdon was set up. They shouted about constitutional rights and tyranny, and called people arriving to trade in their guns "sellouts." (The program netted nearly 2,000 firearms with more than $200,000 in reimbursements.) 

Some of them approached Longdon. "You know what was wrong with your shooting?" one said. "They didn't aim better." Another man came up, looked Longdon up and down and said, "I know who you are." Then he recited her home address. The harassment continued, and the men showed up throughout the program, a Phoenix police official involved confirmed to me. 

After a fundraiser one night during the program, Longdon returned home around 10 p.m., parked her ramp-equipped van and began unloading herself. As she wheeled up to her house, a man stepped out of the shadows. He was dressed in black and had a rifle, "like something out of a commando movie," Longdon told me. He took aim at her and pulled the trigger. Longdon was hit with a stream of water. "Don't you wish you had a gun now, bitch?" he scoffed before taking off.

In April, Nathan Deal Governor of Georgia signed into law the ability of anyone to bring a gun anywhere in the State.

Immediately afterwards a Georgia Second Amendment Hero took out his piece and walked around the parking lot of a Little League Baseball game reportedly showing it to every mother, father and child in attendance proudly telling them there was nothing they could do about it.

One mother reported her 6 year old son asked her after the game, 'Mommy did that man want to kill me?' Probably not, but he wanted them all to know he could in fact kill them, with extreme prejudice and without fear of criminal prosecution.

Since Firearm Fuckers like to sarcastically ask, 'What gun law would have stopped this mass shooting?' How will the Guns Everywhere Law in Georgia stop shootings?

The two usual claims Gun Nuts cite; are the Murderous Gunman will re-think his planned rampage knowing that multiple people could be carrying a firearm themselves or the Concealed Carry Citizen will end the shooting by taking out the gunman.

Georgia is conducting a Social Experiment in which, the Gun Maniacs are willing to gamble with people's lives.

Now, a third claim made by Gun Nuts is that regulations and gun-free zones lead to Shootings. Often they will cite Chicago. But, the Second Amendment heroes in Chicago are extremely grateful for the NRA and loosening gun laws across the Nation. Of 50,000 guns recovered and traced after crime in Chicago 56% (28,000) came from outside Illinois. And of the other 22,000 from Illinois, the majority originated outside Cook County and Chicago's city limits.

So, what's the actual problem with Chicago's Gun Laws? That neighboring states, communities and Gun Nuts are lax and allow criminals to get their hands on easily obtainable weapons.

So, as you read the weekend tallies of Gun Shot Victims in Chicago just remember the majority of victims were shot with a firearm stolen from some conservative dumbass who left his gun on the seat of his pickup when he went to met his sister at the local Tug Shack in Mississippi or Firearm Makers in their zeal to flood every community ship their machines without proper safeguards and protections to keep them out of the hands of criminals,

13 Smith & Wesson M&P15 Sport rifles were stolen from a (rail) yard in the 6100 block of South Lafayette Avenue sometime between May 4 and 6, according to the ATF. 

The assault rifles were taken from a load of 50 weapons in a Norfolk Southern container, according to a railroad spokesman.

Currently firearms are one of the top three items stolen in any burglary; money and jewelry being the other two. So, technological advancements which render a stolen firearm useless to the thief would seem to be a welcome invention. 

Firearm Fondlers like to claim advances in technological progress do not render the Second Amendment obsolete, yet when Belinda Padilla, Armatix, and the iP1 a RFID chipped firearm tried to bring the weapon to the American Market they were immediately set upon by the Firearm Fanatics at the behest of the NRA.

Unfortunately, the NRA is against such technology. Because the NRA and other Gun Lunatic Clubs exist to ensure Gun Manufacturers can sell more and more weapons. Such technological weapons progress would cut into their sales and is therefore not a welcome advance.

Regulation of Firearms and Firearm Owners is needed but it's an impossibility. No amount of dead children at a school in Connecticut or on the streets of Chicago have caused the NRA or Gun Owners to question their beliefs, indeed it has only served to harden the hearts and close the minds of Firearm Fanatics.

Hopefully, the next generation of Americans who grow up having lost a childhood friend by a gun will have the courage and resolve to Right the Monstrous Wrong the NRA, Republican Party and Firearm Fuckers have inflicted and continue to inflict upon the Nation.

Michael Dunn, like all "responsible" Gun Owners, is the True Victim

"I’m the victor, but I was the victim, too."

Michael Dunn was not convicted of murder of Jordan Davis. Dunn was convicted of several lesser related homicide charges and will serve some time in prision.

While there are many similarities between the murder of Jordan Davis and Trayvon Martin the one that most starkly places the Firearm Fondlers and Gun Nuts view of the Second Amendment, Stand Your Ground and Open/Concealed Carry into doubt is this;

Dead Men tell no Tales.

Justice can not be served if killing the other person involved in an incident means you are free to go.

If Jordan Davis' friends had not escaped with Dunn shooting at their fleeing vehicle, then Dunn would have been free to spin any bullshit harrowing tale of his near murder at the hands of 3 black Thugs which he thwarted because of his trusty firearm.

And conservatives in the Right-Wing Internet Fart Bubble would have spent the last 16 months scrounging around for anything and everything to smear the murdered victims as well as inventing massive fantasy tales of what had happened to justify the murders, as they did with Trayvon Martin.

Perhaps, if Dunn had appointed himself a "Neighborhood Watch Captain" he'd be free today to set up a "boxing" match with DMX.

Even so at the trial Dunn testified he felt threatened and injured because he had previous eardrum damage as the result of scuba-diving and the loud "thug music" was causing him physical pain. So he ordered them to turn down the music and when they disobeyed him he retrieved his firearm and enforced his will; the will of a murderer.

There is a confluence of events going on in America. It's often attributed to the demographic and culture changes sweeping across America. Conservatives who have been standing athwart history yelling stop are seeing their efforts lose at the ballot box, Courtrooms and overwhelmingly in the court of public opinion. So they are increasingly turning to the Bullet Box. As perpetrators of violence and oppressors, conservatives are seeing the slow tide of civilization pass them by and they are getting frightened and angry.

Angry and Frightened people lash out.

Now, Dunn probably wouldn't have gone in for this confrontation if Florida didn't have a Stand Your Ground Law but, he definitely would not have began this confrontation if he didn't have a gun to back him up.

Stand Your Ground, whatever the intentions of the people who crafted it and the politicians who voted for it, is being used to justify murders and overwhelmingly are used to by white defendants to kill minorities. And despite the lies foistered by World Nut Daily, American Stinker and other conservatives in the Right-Wing Internet Fart Bubble, African Americans do not benefit from Stand Your Ground laws

An Armed Society isn't a Polite Society it's an Aggressive, Paranoid Society with in which everyone from gangbangers to aggrieved doughy middle-aged white men view certain areas as Free Fire Zones.

I'm more than a week late on this issue as most everyone in the "on-line" community has moved on to the Ukrainian Crisis, Arizona's attempts to legalize discrimination, or the antics of the Chicken Hawk, Child Raping, Draft Dodging, Racist Coward, Conservative Rock Star Ted Nugent.

Eugene Robinson, Ta-Nehisi Coates, Tonyaa Weathersbee and other African-American writers have voiced their much more pertinent views and covered the ramifications of Dunn's verdict for themselves and the African-American community in general.

A Good Guy with a Gun. No really, off-duty Cook County Deputy wins gun battle

During the Bill Nye- Ken Ham "Debate", the best moment for Science came when the question was asked what would change your mind on your respective position.

Bill Nye explained that "evidence" would change his mind while listing several examples, Ken Ham said that because of the bible there was "nothing" which would change his position.

In the Gun Control Debate, Firearm Fondlers are like Ken Ham absolutely convinced of their position and totally unwilling to allow any evidence to penetrate their warped ideas of the Second Amendment.

On 02/10/14 an off-duty Cook County Sheriff Department Sergeant was approached by three young black males while filling up his car at a Citgo station at 103rd Street and Cottage Grove Avenue. One of the three, 16-year-old, Deonta Dewight Mackey, pointed a gun at the Sergeant while a second began going through his vehicle and the third lolled around to his far right.

The Sergeant bladed off, his concealed weapon side back while he fake fumbled trying to get his wallet out. Then ready, he batted away the offenders weapon with his off hand, and shot the robbery suspect Mackey in the head.

The two other offenders fled the scene, while the Sergeant secured his position and checked for additional threats and then kicked the weapon away from the downed Mackey.

The gas station video captured Mackey's death...

Now, Mackey may have been a gang-banger or a a wanna-be but at 16 while we could get into the Socio-Economic Discussion about why Mackey turned to crime at such a young age that's sure to be glossed over or over emphasized depending on ones point-of-view and will bring us far afield of the topic I'm addressing here

Now, it's incidents such as this which make me reconsider my position on guns. 

However, let's look at knowns of the Sergeant and the incident. Off-duty officers have been authorized to concealed carry because of the 2004  Law Enforcement Officer Safety Act. 

But, he's also required by law to requalify with his primary duty weapon and any weapon he carries off-duty at least once a year. His weapons serial numbers are kept on file with the Department, in this case the Cook County Sheriff Police (CCSPD), and he has to prove or at least affirm every year he has positive control of his weapons. Additionally, the CCSPD, did a criminal history check and at least a cursory background investigation of the Sergeant before he was hired and his activities while working are well known and subpoenable.

Would every gun owner be willing to put themselves through this minimum level of background investigation, training and records keeping?

Despite the fact that, 90% of Americans support a strong thorough Universal Background Check, the NRA, the Money and Political Coercion Arms of the Firearm Manufacturers still oppose it. 

Additionally, 2/3rds of Americans seem to support a Federal Firearm Database. However, the NRA paints a dystopic Stalin/Hitler future if registration to create a federal database is undertaken, repeatedly asserting that Registration is the first step to Confiscation.

I believe this is a paranoid delusion, though I will admit that oppressive governments have employed people to confiscate weapons in the past. But, those situations are not analogous to 21st century America. The Great Sword Hunts of Late Feudal Japan and the Tokugawa Shogunate of Japan, for instance, were accomplished because of a number of factors; including social stratification, resistance to Western Imperialism, changing technologies, and religious friction.

Nonetheless, it would be dishonest of me to not acknowledge that this incident is one in which the good guy won.

But, Firearm Fondlers often ignore basic facts, such as the level of training, background investigation and stored data about the off-duty Sergeant and Mackey's use of the weapon in this incident, and shamelessly invent incredibly absurd statistics, such as the Larry Pratt invented claim that guns are used 2.5 million times a year in defense of life (or roughly 6850 times a day or 5 times every minute).

If the NRA and Gun Owners of America truly care about the Second Amendment

then, they need to grant me membership, acknowledge and advocate for my views on the Second Amendment without me paying any Dues.

Of course, Larry Pratt's Gun Loons and Insane Wayne's National Firearm Fondlers Association don't actually care about the Second Amendment or Americans for that matter and are not in business to protect the rights of Gun Owners.

Their job is to be a Lobbyist Group for Gun Makers and as such their member dues are used to buy political favors and clout and work towards making Guns ubiquitous in society while making gun laws extinct.

The NRA and Gun Makers are involved in an incestuous relationship as detailed by the Violence Policy Center Report, BloodMoney II: How Gun Industry Dollars Fund the NRA.

The Freedom Group and Smith & Wesson both have donated at least $1 million to the NRA, and both are members of the NRAs Golden Ring of Freedom. 6 other Gun Industry related Corporations are in the Golden Ring of Freedom having donated at least One Million.

So besides their accomplishment of rolling back laws, making the Country demonstrably less safe and not giving a shit how many people are sacrificed upon the Holy Altar of the Firearm, the NRA and Firearm Manufacturers are feeding the money made off the deaths of thousands back into the political machine to make deaths by guns more likely.

As for the Gun Owners of America, it would be easy to attack Larry Pratt personally especially after his American Blacks need to be happy like blacks in Africa. The level of ignorance from a man whose most assuredly never been to Africa and whose only trips overseas have been to argue that Protestant Irishmen should be armed to kill Catholic Irishmen is astonishing but, let's demolish his argument that Gun Free Zones are to blame for Gun Deaths.

If that was the case no Police Officer in America would ever be killed because at every interaction with a suspect, witness, victim or bystander there is a gun present and most times very visible. Yet, LEOs are, in fact, still killed by perps.

Additionally, these Firearm Fetishizers dream about encountering an active shooter and then placing two rounds center-mass and one to the head and being lauded a hero. This doesn't happen.

Unlike, the Death Wish movies where the writer literally shows you who the bad guys are and 1st Person Shooter games where a floating red circle indicates enemy and green circle indicates ally, in the chaos of shooting how do you distinguish between friend and foe?

The retort, from Pratt and numerous gun loons, has often been that if more people, especially teachers or concerned parents, were concealed carrying at the school a gunman would think twice about going there because he won't know who will and who will not be packing. This argument is undercut by the fact that after every school shooting, Firearm Fondlers declare the gunman crazed or insane. An insane person by his very nature or illness can not logically be deterred by rational arguments. He's not engaged in a cost-benefit analysis of the outcome of his attack or fear of encountering armed resistance.

And if the situation is one ala the D.C. Naval Yard shooting or the infamous LA Bank Heist shootout, where the shooter(s) can be seen from a distance, I don't fancy your odds with a Glock vs. a semi-automatic rifle.

The massive number of arms, broad appeals to ignorance, obliterated social safety net, mistaken or malevolent laws, and cowardly or craven politicians are leading us down a dangerous path. A path which, sometimes, results in the fragmentation or destruction of a Nation.

But, the NRA and Gun Owners of America do not care. All they care about is making sure the cycle of money keeps flowing and the cycle of gun violence and blood which flows from it?

The Second Amendment Wins Again Americans lose... Their lives

"Pro-Second Amendment... There's no place for you in New York?!?" - Sean Hannity, still threatening to leave New York State still not following through...

Is it too soon to adopt gun control regulation in the US? Well, is it?

Because for the Gun Maniacs no amount of dead Americans will ever be enough or will ever provide justification. So, if you think the latest school shooting or mass murder will alter their position you've joined a Cargo Cult.

Perhaps, one would think this a late post about the Maryland Mall shooting where 2 more innocent people were murdered (the killer also took his life) and another person injured. Well, a different pair of men, brothers, were shot and killed over last weekend as well.

In West Virginia, a Second Amendment champion saw two black men behind his home, retrieved his firearm, and from a comfortable distance, pointed the barrel out his window and shot them each to death. The initial story broke that these were two interlopers who violated his land and were breaking into his shed. Except, it turns out the the two murdered men, Carl and Garrick Hopkins, were on property they had purchased, the shed did not belong to the killer and there was no property belonging to the murderer inside the shed.

This was a case of Racist Nervosa, an extremely common condition in America, in which Faux News stories of New Black Panther Party intimidation, Hoodies and Seahawks Cornerback Richard Sherman provide the necessary Casus Belli for Shoot First, Ask No Questions Later, but be defended tooth and nail by the Right-Wing Wurlitzer of Outrage.

Will pro-gun loons snicker and try to derail gun control talk with more childish clip/mag semantics? Will they attempt to play gotcha by pointing out President Obama has Secret Service agents with (gasp) Guns?!?

Now, the killer in West Virginia is being charged with two counts of first degree murder so the Firearm Fondlers quickly adopt a, 'See he's being punished for his crimes; nothing more to do; move along.'

There's a fundamental disconnect at work in the Gun Control debate. Gun Humpers have adopted an extremist anarcho-libertarian stance similar to those who feel Drunk Driving isn't really a crime unless you damage someones property or run somebody over.

Any Law Enforcement Officer (LEO) will tell you after the fact policing is the least effective way to deter and prevent crime.

As a Nation, we've got to get in front of this epidemic of gun deaths. Only cigarettes, automobiles and marbled rib-eyes kill more Americans than Guns.

Norman Goldman repeatedly states that we are living on hope; Hope that a Second Amendment Hero won't decide today is the day he's going to kill as many people as he can, in a kindergarten, a yoga studio, a Sikh temple, or a darkened movie theater. Goldman also points out that our chattering political class is petrified of the massive out sized influence the NRA, Gun Manufacturers and Firearm Fondlers have over this particular issue.

And with so much anger being bandied about over real and imagined slights and the overall feeling of political helplessness this Nation is a boiling cauldron of Rage... and 300 million guns.

Merry Xmas! Gun Nuts celebrate their Newton Massacre Victory

Like all cowards, Gun Lovers are willing to sacrifice someone else's life in defense of their beliefs.

On this Christmas Day, take a moment to reflect that since the Newton Massacre, 34,472 Americans have been killed by guns. But, because of political cowardice and the blood money flowing freely to and from Firearm Manufacturers We, the People have to live under constant threat from criminals and the delusions of lunatics like Wayne LaPierre.

Another gun lunatic, Larry Pratt continues his organizations' ceaseless campaign of blaming the victims of gun violence for their deaths and praising gun owners as god's chosen people. Of course, Faux News gives Pratt airtime to voice his vile, frightening and ignorant views.

"All of these gun-free zones are murder magnets, and we’ve simply got to get rid of them." 

If this had a scintilla of truth then no police officers or law enforcement officials would ever be shot or killed in the line of duty because they are always armed. Here's some more inane prattle from Larry Pratt, about how God loves guns and judges those who don't pack heat everyday,

"And we should be praying that we will all be able to go around armed because that will be one outward indicator that we have God’s blessing. If we are walking around like they are in New York and San Francisco, we are under his judgement."

Blaming Gun-Free Zone for the murderous rampages of Second Amendment Heroes is the akin to blaming homeowners for the actions of burglars, if you didn't own that home it couldn't have been burglarized.

But, victim blaming is part of the strategy adopted by the Gun Nuts. Fear is another potent weapon.

In the US Congress, fear of the Gun Lobby and rancorous speeches about the Second Amendment Shall Not Be Infringed have made for a cowardly, wishy-washy approach. Typically, the eventual bill is a clunky, hastily, cobbled together bunch of contradictory nonsense which fails because they go too far in the views of the lunatic fringe gun nutters and irk gun control advocates for not going far enough. While the rest of us groan over the malapropisms inserted in the text which shows that whomever wrote the bills doesn't have enough, if any, technical knowledge about what they're trying to legislate.

Of course, complicating matters is unlimited buckets of blood money Wayne LaPierre has at his disposal with which to threaten or cajole lawmakers. Thus, of the 109 Gun Laws passed after Newton, the vast majority (70) have eased restrictions and made acquiring, carrying and using guns easier. 

Starting next year, Illinois will have a concealed carry law. Cook County Sheriff Tommy Dart has correctly labelled this law "horrifically unworkable" and derided the blood money soaked Illinois legislators who wrote it, "What in God’s name were these people thinking? What were they thinking?"

Sheriff Dart is correct about the law being unworkable because the background checks installed in the law are to be conducted by Illinois State Police, who are going to do a standard name check of the applicant. Because of manpower limitations and HIPA laws ISP is not going to go speak with neighbors of the applicants or be able to find out if someone is unbalanced if they've never officially been institutionalized.

Sheriff Dart, who deals with the 3rd largest metro area in the Nation, wanted automatic disqualifications for known criminals with gun offenses, domestic abusers and those with recorded gang affiliations, but Rep. Brandon Phelps, the Harrisburg Democrat, the prime sponsor of the law has said that standing objections are "not part of the law". 

In Colorado, 2 state lawmakers were recalled and other hastily resigned because out-of-state Gun Lunatics brought pressure and money to remove them.

On the topic of Colorado, another responsible gun owner stood his ground, shot and killed an intruder to defend his property. It turns out the dastardly criminal breaking into the basement was his 14-year old step-daughter sneaking back into the home at 6 in the morning.

No target identification at a time not generally associated with burglaries. This is going to take some investigation by the local PD, but I'd look at the history between the two and see if the obviously willful stepdaughter and stepdad haven't had a few domestic disputes and the "responsible" gun owning stepdad didn't care for his now deceased stepdaughter.

See the act of owning a gun ipso facto makes one a "responsible" gun owner.

A canard amongst Gun Nuts is that 'An Armed Society is a Polite Society', Chicago's gun violence and the 34,000 dead Americans across the Nation show this to be false. What Stand Your Ground Laws and Concealed Carry have brought about is a Shoot First cause Dead Men Tell No Tales and create the potential for turning every minor scuffle or verbal disagreement into a gunfight.

Second Amendment Hero murders old man and what it means to Gun Nuts

It's 4am and you awake, you're certain that whatever woke you was the sound of someone trying your front door knob. You and your wife get out of bed, she goes to the phone to call 911 you grab your trusty Glock. You go to the front door open it and see a figure in your front yard. You command him to stop moving and when he doesn't you gun him down.

God Bless America! Thank you right-wing jesus* for the second amendment and by this blessed firearm thy work shall be done.

So, the latest Second Amendment Hero to join the Pantheon of George Zimmerman, Richard Poplawski and Adam Lanza is Joe Hendrix of Georgia.

Hendrix murdered Ronald Westbrook, a 72 year old with severe Alzheimer's for "Disobeying his Commands".

As it turns out, Westbrook, was a fragile old man who wandered away from his nursing facility back to the neighborhood where he lived years before. He tried several doors, grabbed mail from a mailbox and rang the doorbell of one house before he went to Hendrix's home. Hendrix emerged from his home, saw an unidentified human form in his front yard, yelled at him, decided to stand his ground and fire 4 rounds blindly at someone whom he hadn't identified, who hadn't committed any crime and hadn't threatened Hendrix.

As the Pope properly observed Capitalism is the most dangerous and damaging force plaguing the world today and gun violence associated with Gang Crime is more dangerous but, I'm sure its' a comfort to Westbrook's family he was killed by a "Responsible" gun owner who goes to church.

Now, as we approach the anniversary of the NRA-endorsed Massacre at Newton the yearly sacrifice of children and innocent people on the Altar of the Holey Second Amendment continues unabated.

As with any legal construct the Second Amendment is being brought to it's most absurd conclusions, Second Amendment Fanatics will resist any regulation and have been quite explicit they will engage in mass violence against everyone and anyone who threatens their rights to kill at will. What the Gun Nuts are asserting is the Right to kill anyone they perceive as a threat and the Right to Resist the Government's power to curb their murderous intentions.

Such beliefs have to be decided by micro-level examples because the Gun Nuts big abstract, nebulous pronouncements of 'freedom', 'resistance to tyranny', and 'molon labe' are worthless in legal terms.

It comes down to two questions; Can a Second Amendment Hero exert the Bush Doctrine and murder someone they believe might pose a threat? And if I, or some other Law Enforcement Officer (LEO) comes to arrest you, do you believe you have the right to resist if you have concluded that my arrest is invalid or illegal or unlawful?

Now, these questions are moot when the "right people" are being killed by guns or being subjected to arrests or Stop & Frisk, but as with Capitalism, entitled whites can not imagine a day when "arbitrary" detention and arrests will be directed at them.

The United States is crumbling around Us. Disaster Capitalism is wreaking havoc and we are fragmenting and collapsing faster than people want to admit.

Another Second Amendment Hero shoots up Washington DC Naval Yard

“He turned our way and started firing, and we ran downstairs to get out of the building,” Todd Brundidge a civilian employee at the Naval Sea Systems Command building said. “No words. He raised the gun and started firing.”

Well... Let's see. How does a Plutocracy destroy a Nation? Well, Shock & Awe are really only useful for Foreign Lands. At home the Rich get the Working Class to destroy itself.

President Ronald Reagan, that mentally-addled, terrorist-loving, cut-and-run Chickenhawk, tax-raising, war criminal, tool of the Plutocrats first set about destroying the Social Safety Net and aiding the Rich in their conquest of America.

In 1977 President Jimmy Carter created President's Commission on Mental Health, charged with assessing the particulars of mental health services and making specific suggestions on how things should be changed. On August 13, 1981 President Reagan rescinded the law.

So, Mental Health screenings don't exist in this country. By turning it over to the States, Reagan and his Rich Controllers knew the problem would get kicked around and then ignored often left to family members calling their local police departments and the responding Officer telling the family member if they don't agree to go voluntarily and haven't made any statements about harming themselves or others there's nothing we can do.

Now, that we have thousands of mentally ill persons homeless and not receiving medications let's ensure Working Class people can't possibly take care of their sick family members by stagnating their wages for the last 35 years. Then we can also remove trade restrictions and allow Companies to offshore jobs and factories to increase Corporate profits, further stressing the Working Class. And of course, if this isn't enough, the Rich then swindle the Nation and set up the Wall Street Financial Crisis and get Trillions in taxpayer welfare stolen from the rest of us, which they neatly place in their pockets and transfer down to their Cayman Islands bank accounts.

Let's add into the mix 350 million firearms in this Nation, specifically the AR-15, the original platform having been created for Vietnam but now finding use on the Homeland in multiple mass shootings.

So, our current Hero of the Second Amendment brought an AR-15, shotgun and handgun and killed 4 people while wounding another 6 before being killed by SWAT. Searches for additional gunmen on the sprawling facilities are on-going.

And what will be the resolution from this? The gun hugging lovers of Unrestricted Firearm Violence will call for more weapons in the hands of "good guys" and underlying causes will never ever be addressed let alone solved.

So, just as with Sandy Hook, Aurora, Virginia Tech expect more and more Gun Violence and more and more intractability by the insane Cult of the Gun.

Heroes of the Second Amendment to Arms! Gun Rights under siege in Illinois!

Even though a Dastardly Veto attempt by Illinois Governor Pat Quinn was defeated resoundingly by the Illinois Legislature Gunowners are still not able to "legally" Conceal Carry in Illinois.

Concealed Carry Permits have a 6 month backlog followed by a 90 day waiting period imposed by the Illinois State Police. So, permits for Concealed Carry will be in effect in Jan 2014 at the earliest.

And now Governor Quinn has signed into law more restrictions on Gun Owners in clear violation of the Holy Second Amendment.

Beginning Jan 1, 2014, private gun sales must undergo Federal Background Checks. Additionally, Gun Owners must notify Police of a Theft of their Firearm within 72 hours of it occurring. That sounds like a regulation!!! What part of Shall Not Be Infringed doesn't Governor Quinn understand?!?!?

I can already read the furious supporters of Unrestricted Gun Violence screeching, 'These laws are only going to be followed by law-abiding Gun Owners. Criminals won't do either!' Of course, that's true... So what's the point of having laws? Thieves and Burglars still steal despite laws against it.

Gun Owners often derisively claim Chicago has the most restrictive gun laws and the most gun murders. Of course, they ignore the facts surrounding the actual guns used in commission. The vast majority of which (59%) come from outside Illinois.

One of the unintended consequences of the Gun Manufacturers decision to flood America with over 300 Million Firearms are the totally irresponsible storage and handling by Gun Owners.

Gun Owners leave loaded firearms willy-nilly, often found and discharged by children. Hotheaded responsible gun owners wave them about or display them in a similar manner to chimps and other apes do a genital display. And firearms are one of the top three items stolen from homes.

Another Second Amendment Hero in Florida murders 6 people with his guns before SWAT takes him out and the disgusting yahoo commenters howl the original story didn't include the murderers race because that's whats most important.

A Hero of the Second Amendment took his Rights into his Own Hands when his 1st and 4th Amendment Rights were violated and murdered a dastardly City Bureaucrat and two others bystanders for trying to trample his Gun Rights.

A Gun Hero in Virginia will be forever remembered for his sacrifice. After being unjustly yelled at my ruffians while exercising his rights to speed freely through a school zone he brandished his weapon but was wounded when replacing it in his pants by shooting his balls off.

The preponderance of evidence clearly shows More Guns has not equaled More Safety. Story after story of hotheaded gun owners pulling their pieces in situations not warranted so the sobriquet An Armed Society is a Polite Society is a monstrous piece of propaganda.

I could type this post everyday. But, what's the point? No one reading this is going to change their views on guns and 4 year olds are still shooting themselves in the head because of the disgusting availability of firearms in this Nation.

Evidence doesn't work. Satire doesn't work. Outrage doesn't work. The Unrestricted Gun Violence Lobby has won this day. Hopefully, the members of the next American generation will learn from our mistakes and change the  future into one where children aren't held hostage to the murderous whims of Gun Makers, the NRA and madmen.
