The Rittenhouse Diaries: A Murderer demands to be paid for his Murders

Kyle Rittenhouse no longer feels it necessary to lay low, cry alligator tears, or adopt an air of false contrition.  Kyle recently took multiple tours of Rightwing media to air his grievances at everyone who correctly called him a murderer and declared he's formed an exploratory committee to sue those people, calling it a "Media Accountability Project".  Remember Kyle collected a lot of money from envious rightwingers but, then faced the affront of being investigated and tried.

You see conservatives believe the 2nd Amendment gives them a license to kill. Consequence free. They also firmly maintain the 1st Amendment exists only for them and proper government is meant to protect rightwing beliefs and actions.  Furthermore, natural laws and rights, as political theory, are a god-given phenomenon meant to comfort the comfortable and afflict the afflicted.

This is the whole basis of the concept of MAGA, of every rightwing grievance in the 21st century, and running back to the Civil Rights Era.  When the federal government began to aid the downtrodden (even if imperfectly and with gaps or mistakes) conservatives soured on the prospect of government itself.  And began their long run towards a more Authoritarian Union.

Rittenhouse was always going to be a grifter.  Kenosha Killer Kyle was always going to parlay his murders into dollars.  Like all murderers he wants to get paid for his work.  And like Zimmerman before him he'll receive envious adulation and fawning praise for a while from rightwingers who yearn to emulate his killings.  In the meantime, rightwing media will love to use him to go after President Biden.

But, I have a suggestion for Kenosha Killer Kyle; grab a new gun, get a flight to Kyiv, and defend the property there. 

Donald Trump & Rudy Giuliani just loved the terrorist attacks of 9-11

Donald Trump looked upon the carnage of 9/11 in the way he leered at underage girls...

"I mean, 40 Wall Street actually was the second-tallest building in downtown Manhattan, and it was actually before the World Trade Center the tallest, and then when they built the World Trade Center it became known as the second-tallest, and now it's the tallest. "

But, worse than Traitor Trump celebrating the attack are his absurd claims to heroism,

"Soon after, I went down to Ground Zero with men who worked for me to try to help in any little way that we could.."

Total bullshit. Complete fabrication. A literal trumped-up story.

Donald Trump's lies about his actions on 9/11/01 would seem to be the bridge too far for even mendacious conservatives. But, it isn't... 9/11 supposedly changed everything. In reality, it just made clear the disjunction in The United States. Conservatives true enemy are the American people and they have declared war on the Progressive era and liberal state.

In such a war conservatives side with any other group of rightwingers across the globe, be they the Taliban or Putin's oligarchs.

9/11 was a failure of Republican governorship. But, conservatives weaponized their failure, embraced their fascist heritage,  and mobilized for war against the people they truly hate... Americans. The #MAGAt Horde is yearning, aching waiting for Trump to give them the order to round-up and murder millions of people.

American Sniper Chris Kyle was a liar as well as a butcher

Perhaps embellisher is the kinder term, but Kyle did in fact murder numerous innocent Iraqis, whom he referred to as "savages", it's just he wasn't awarded for it as much as he claimed. Kyle couldn't rest on those laurels and so he had to concoct heroic war stories for himself and fabricate a whole slew of extra ribbons and awards.

As conservatives are over-whelmingly chicken hawk cowards they know nothing of the military and didn't care anything about the war crimes committed by the Regime of the W(orst President in US History); what they wanted was jingoism, blood shed and the ability to yell at and threaten liberals.

Chris Kyle gave them that and like George Zimmerman, Ted Nugent, or any other conservative "hero", Kyle was beloved because he murdered enemies of the right-wing hegemony and conservatives got a vicarious thrill through his made-up heroics, i.e. Killing innocent muslims and claiming to kill blacks in New Orleans post-Katrina.

Amongst the lies Kyle told was that he murdered 30 people in New Orleans while stationed atop the Superdome and gunning down two "carjackers" in Texas. Of course, I would not put it past Kyle to appoint himself Judge, Jury, and Executioner and murder, but these tales are beyond belief.

Perhaps, I'm being too harsh on Kyle, perhaps his embellishment/lying was a way of coping with his PTSD, with trying minimize the damage war does to ones mind, body, and soul. But, I don't believe so. The circumstances surrounding Kyle's death indicate he was entranced by guns and violence, and contemptuous of those he deemed weaker than himself.

Therefore, I think Kyle considered himself the next Alvin York, Audie Murphy, John Basilone, or Carlos Hathcock and needed to spruce up his ribbon bar. The truth is Pat Tillman was a American Hero while Kyle has more in common with Charles Whitman and he should be remembered in exactly the same way.

Another Mass Shooting, Guns will Destroy Us

"We're living in a country, a free country, where people have a right to express their Second Amendment rights." NRA President David Keene. 

12 people are apparently dead with another dozen people wounded in San Bernadino California as 3 camo-wearing, tactically-outfiited, heavily armed men became the latest people to express their Holy Second Amendment Rights. The attack possibly targeted the Inland Regional Center, a free clinic for the disabled.

Does it really matter why? There is nothing to write about this other than these incidents will continue because Gun Law Policy in this country is controlled by a hard nut of gun-humping fanatics, who will never allow any laws whatsoever to contain/control guns. We have ceded our lives to the whims of short-dicked maniacs who absolutely consider guns and gun rights more precious human beings. These Mass Shooting are the Ultimate Expression of White Privilege.

Now, the internet dance will begin again the Gun-Humping Maniacs who will descend upon every internet news story and scream and scream and scream until everyone gets tired of trying to rationally debate and Americans return to their daily routine until the next mass shooting* at which point the dance begins again.

 *- Mass Shootings are occurring on average more than once per day.

American Society is being held hostage to the NRA, gun nuts, and the Gun Manufactuering Industry whom absolutely love these mass murder events because it drives up sales and makes them millions in profits.

And you never know when some Faux News-fueled, anti-Obamacare white conservative domestic terrorist is going to Take His Country Back and go off and slaughter some of America's Enemies in a Planned Parenthood Clinic, a Yoga Studio, or a Movie Theater.

If we had a functioning Government in this Nation each of these shooting would be investigated by Congress at the same level the Republicans are investigating Benghazi, Obamacare, and Planned Parenthood. But, we do not we have a Republican Government. And the Republican Government's role and goal is crush the American People and grind us down into obedient, docile, broken Wage Slaves, willing to accept whatever crumbs the Nietzcheian UberClass deems us worthy to receive.

So, as you leave for work or to return home just ask yourself is today the day some gun-totting madman decides he wants to smoke a cigarette inside a diner, or is today the day some Second Amendment Hero decides he's going to strike a blow at Obama's Tyranny.

A smoking Bushmaster, overwhelmingly the symbol of these massacres, will be used to etch Sic Transit Gloria into history when people wonder why America ceased to be.

Conservatives wished Robert Dear killed more people at Planned Parenthood

Now, that a few days have passed Faux News has picked up the White Man's Burden and begun the slow and steady justification of the Domestic Terror Attack on Planned Parenthood.

Right-Wingers follow a set pattern in their process of justifying these incidents of right-wing violence. And groups who ostensibly are not supposed to be right or left are always shown to be front groups for the advancement of white conservative power, because there is no pushback by the Pro-Police #Bluelivesmatter, who should conceivably be upset a Police Officer was killed, but in reality is just another right-wing group dedicated to pushing for white power.

First is misdirection, the conservative internet was awash in bullshit claiming this was a bank robbery and had nothing to do with Planned Parenthood. Illinois Congressman Adam Kinzinger was brought on CNN to demand Planned Parenthood apologize while the terrorist attack was still unfolding. Afterwards, the Media aided conservatives by playing, 'Oh goodness we don't know what the motivations might be...' for 2 days.

Next comes accusation. Cuban Refugee and potential Communist Infiltrator Ted Cruz jumped in on Jim Hoft's claim that Robert Lewis Dear is actually a "Transgendered leftist activist". The proof of this is a claim by Hoft, is that Dear is registered "female" on his voter registration in North Carolina. But, this tactic is a dual-edged sword because the Conservatives whole-heartedly agree with murdering people who do not adhere to their rigid ideology of hatred, oppression and intolerance.

So, then comes endorsement. Bill O'Reilly when talking about the attacks on Planned Parenthood, devoted his talk show intro to justifying his demonization and call to kill Doctor George Tiller and accentuated words like deserved while Bill-O echoed Robert Lewis Dear by claiming PP is in the "baby parts business".

Meanwhile, the entire conservative media infrastructure is playing the tired old tune, 'Biased liberal media! Biased liberal Media!' Conservative Power must always be served. And conservatives are more than willing to sacrifice anyone, even their so-called revered heroes (Veterans and Cops) to advance their Agenda. Toma over at Sick Horses captured the tweets of Republican Presidential Candidates which showed a remarkable lack of acknowledgment, let alone condemnation, of the Right-Wing Domestic Terror Attack.

And this whole right-wing kabuki dance has one goal in mind, to allow conservatives to wash their hands of any guilt and allow the right-wing wurlitizer to go back into cranking up the conservative domestic terrorists for their next attack. It's the same pattern they follow in murders of black people, although in those cases conservatives viciously slander the dead African-American victim (even if it's a child) with a non-stop smear campaign to justify the murder.

Because what Faux News is doing is letting every liberal, minority, woman, or LBGTQ person in America know that it's open season on them. Faux News is torquing up their pack of "lone wolves" and letting them loose on society. And after a right-wing white terrorist murders you, Faux News and the Conservative Internet will celebrate your death and call for more.

Conservatives hate Catholics and threaten to assassinate Pope Francis

Since Pope Francis' elevation to the Papacy, the White Power Right-Wingers in America and their Party, the Republicans, have been gnashing their teeth and getting angrier and angrier at Il Papa. Now, on the eve of his visit, Conservatives are threatening to assassinate the Pope.

Conservatives have historically always hated Catholicism. But, in the 1980's Reagan, Thatcher and John Paul II made common cause and hard right-wing views inflitrated and corrupted the Church. Any American Catholic not accepting the vicious right-wing Agenda was a "cafeteria catholic" and a traitor to the faith.

Today, Pope Francis is reversing that trend, pointing out the Church should be helping the poor, speaking out against runaway Income Inequality and Vulture Capitalism, while addressing Climate Change. Pope Francis has also relaxed rules on women receiving absolution for abortions and to ease restrictions on Marriage Annulments.

These changes do not sit well in Right-Wing America. Conservatives love Cut-Throat Capitalism, hate the poor, want Women punished, and are reflexively against addressing Climate Change because Liberals are for it. All of these things hurt people and Conservatives love to hurt people.

But, as with the Rise of Trump, the White Power Right-Wingers are feeling more and more comfortable with demanding their Republican Party, begin to follow through and deliever the U.S. Government back into the hands of the White Supremacists, which has been one of the carrots Republicans have dangled in order to secure the bigot vote.

Sarah Palin complaining that the Pope sounds "too liberal" and the Republicans in Congress pulling a ceremonial bill congratulating the Pope on his elevation to Saint Peter's Chair weren't enough.

Republican House Speaker John Boehner has invited Pope Francis for a one-on-one meeting and this is infuriating to Conservatives. Now, the National Review Online, (the link goes to the Booman Tribune not the odious racist NRO) is trying to craft a narrative to justify a conservative assassination attempt on the Pope. The NRO article basically culls an article by Maureen Mullarkey which proclaims Pope Francis is Mussolini and Peron and notes,

She is not the first, nor should she be the last to notice the violence that lurks within Francis’ rhetoric.

Just recently NRO called Bernie Sanders a Nazi because conservatives love to call people Fascist in order to diffuse and distract away from the fact right-wing policies are fascist.

"It’s clear to me that the Code of Canon Law, Canon 915, says that a Catholic politician who publicly espouses positions that are contrary, not just to any teachings of the Church, but to serious moral teachings, should not receive Holy Communion until they recant those positions publicly," Bishop Michael Sheridan responded. "Voters needs a little bit more nuance, because there the question is, are we voting for those politicians precisely because of their positions on those non-negotiable issues? Here is what I would say: It would be very difficult for me to understand how, if there are two candidates quite far apart in their positions on these matters, I could vote for the one who consistently opposes these Church teachings, simply because he might be in favor of a few good things."

 You see in the article by right-wing drone Terry Jeffrey quoting conservative Bishop Sheridan, was about Vice President Joe Biden, being denied communion under the Papacy of Benedict XVII but of course nowadays with Pope Francis such appeals are ignored by Republican Catholic politicians who simply tell Francis to shut up because they don't want to hear him.

Conservatives are rapidly causing a schism in the Evangelical/Catholic Voting Block which they've enjoyed since the Reagan/Thatcher/John Paul II days.

Muslim Terrorism Strikes Chapel Hill, North Carolina

But, you won't hear about this latest incident of "muslim terrorism" on Faux News because the Muslims are the victims. The murderer is a Southern White Male Gun Nut. While the three murdered muslims were college age students.

Prior to the murders the killer, Craig S. Hicks, allegedly posted photos of his .38 in a holster and wrote, "When it comes to insults, your religion started this, not me. If your religion kept its big mouth shut, so would I" on his facebook account.

So immediately, the white privilege defense mechanisms kick into high gear to absolve a white killer and Whiteness in General of the crime.

Whenever a murderer is white we are treated to an overall media silence coupled with built-in rationalizations, e.g. "The killer was a lone wolf", "The killer is mentally unstable". As always the Conservative Media Apparatus engages in this blatant hypocrisy of downplaying White Mass Murderers because it benefits their narrative and helps them to continue grifting.

Already we've seen conservatives take to their computers to declare, This wasn't terrorism but an argument over a parking spaces, while a reversal of the victims and perpetrators would have had Sean Hannity and the entire Right-Wing Internet Fart Bubble screaming for President Obama to declare this Islamic Extremism while they cross-contaminated their blogs which incestuous amplification of the noisome emissions that President Obama secretly aided the killers.

So, as with Adam Lanza or James Holmes or when a Jimmy Lee Dykes murders a bus driver and kidnaps a 6 year old, holding the boy hostage for 8 days in his underground bunker, this latest mass killings is by definition not an Act of Terror because the shooter is a white male.

And there's a built in defense because Hicks is reportedly an atheist. So once more the right-wing criminals who have hammered the drums that Muslim=Terrorist can wash their hands and proclaim they had nothing to do with a southern white gun nut domestic terrorist murdering 3 young muslim students.

So, don't expect a rally attended by World Leaders. Don't expect Bill O'Reilly to question his morality. Don't expect NC Troopers to turn their backs on White Male Gun Owners and declare them responsible en masse for these deaths. Mass Murderers, when the perpetrator is a White Male, are coddled in this Nation. And just like Right-Wing Violence it is thus encouraged.

Hicks isn't a Bundyist Right-Wing Domestic Terrorist like Jerad Miller but is instead a "Looney Liberal" with the small incongruity of being a Gun Humping Fanatic. Talking Points Memo is reporting Hicks is vehemently anti-theist, being especially critical of American Christian Dominonists, and was a fan of Dogs Against Romney facebook page.

So, any twinge of doubt which might have momentarily plagued Conservatives can now be safely jettisoned and the NRA can proclaim what was needed here were more guns especially in the hands of young muslim males. Of course, it will be oddly shameful for Conservatives to villify Hicks for doing on a small scale exactly what Chris Kyle did on a large scale.

Beyond the gross fetishization of every Servicemember being a Hero and every Servicemember having fought for our Freedoms the truth is that very little the US Military has done during the last 15 years has made America any safer, made Americans freer, or turned the world into a better place.

The Iraq War was a Monumental Failure, which has utterly destablized the region, stolen Trillions of dollars from the US Taxpayer, killed a million Iraqis, wounded a hundred thousand Americans, split the Nation asunder, and will be a black spot against the US for decades if not a century.

In the early stages of Iraq, after disgusting puke George W(orst President Ever) Bush declared the Iraq War over and was telling the Insurgency to bring it on, the Republican Warmongers and their feckless conservative lick-spittles needed a Hero to take heat off; Enter Pat Tillman.

Tillman, as most people know gave up a lucarative NFL career to enlist and served as an Army Ranger before being killed in a friendly fire incident in 2004.

After attempts by the Bush Department of Defense to cover up the facts surrounding Tillman's true cause of death and their use of Tillman's corpse to silence anti-war critics, we learned of Pat Tillman's atheism, utter disdain for George Bush, his disgust at the Iraq War, probable support of John Kerry for President and his admiration of Noam Chomsky.

Of course, Tillman was no longer a hero to conservatives. Sean Hannity and Ann Coulter, who had previously gushed and fawned over him, describing Tillman as "virtuous, masculine and pure as only the American Male can be" couldn't believe the man they had lionized would be against the War and read approvingly of works written by leftists.

So, conservatives abandoned the tributes to a fallen Soldier and buried his Hero Legacy with him.

Now, Chris Kyle is different. He massages every sick and twisted conservative pleasure center with his Book of Tall Tales. Blam! He killed so many Iraqis he became the Shaitan of Ar Ramadi... Blam! He gunned down looters in New Orleans during the Post-Katrina debacle... Blam! He punched out Jessie Ventura for bad-mouthing the US of A and President "I'm the Decider" Bush...

Chris Kyle is a hero to conservatives because he killed lots of Iraqis, whom Kyle called "savages". The same Savage Iraqis who attacked Us on 9/11! In reality, did anything Chris Kyle do in Iraq help the Iraqi people or the United States? Nope.

By all accounts he loved killing and thought every problem could be solved by guns. Thus, he lived by the sword and died by the sword... And the world is better off without him.

To Conservatives, "Free Speech" means the freedom for them to insult islam and threaten liberals. Semi-literate, mentally disabled right-wing darling Sarah Palin, not content with getting Congresswoman Gabby Giffords shot (in an attack which killed 6 and wounded 18 people) now is telling her cultists to 'set their sights' on Michael Moore.

Palin, along with MoH recipient Dakota Meyer. What's especially disgusting is the despicable Bush Regime used the natural sense of military brotherhood and camaraderie to stifle anti-war dissent.

The Right-Wing Revolution to overthrow the Government of the United States has progressed beyond a coup d'état by the 300 Republicans in the federal government and into a shooting war where Conservative Domestic Terrorists are gunning down Law Enforcement Officers.

Conservatives will not be satisfied until they undo the Will of the American People and enforce their evil through the barrel of a gun.

Conservatism is Terrorism.

Two Bundyists ambushed and murdered two Las Vegas Police Officers then absconded to a Wal-Mart where they killed another person before taking their own lives.

Dean Heller, the US Republican Senator from Nevada, gave his full support to these two and hundreds more Bundyists conservative terrorists in their showdown with the BLM, emboldening them to murder to Las Vegas Police Officers. "What Senator Reid may call domestic terrorists, I call patriots," Senator Dean Heller (R). 

The Republican Party fully supports the efforts of Conservative Domestic Terrorists because of the political power it grants them.

The Bundy Ranch Affair proved what everyone in the US Government knew in 2009. Right-Wing Domestic Terrorists pose a serious threat to the American People and Government employees.

The male half of the two killers often posted on Alex Jones Infowars, asking the question, 'The Police (To Kill or Not to Kill)'. Little Green Footballs has an early collection of information gathered on this particular Right-Wing Terrorist. (Alex Jones, of course, has proclaimed that these Domestic Terrorists are an MK-ULTRA fueled false-flag government conspiracy unleashed by Senator Harry Reid.)

The Las Vegas Conservative Terrorist Attack came on the heels and overshadowed another one.

In Georgia, a Sovereign Citizen decided to take control of a Georgia Courthouse to kill as many government workers as possible, take hostages and effect political change with his massive armory.

Of course, this Sovereign Citizen can be dismissed because his last name was MARX, and as every conservative domestic terrorist can tell you, 'the Nazis were named National Socialists therefore they are Socialists, duh liberals!'

So Marx was ipso facto a Marxist in the same way that the Chicago Bears Football team is made up of actual Grizzlies and Pandas.

It's bad enough LEOs have to worry about criminal scum buckets, but conservative terrorists are a bigger threat because they have the complete backing of the Republican Party and various well-funded, politically connected Terrorists Organizations like the Roger Ailes Fox News Corp, Wayne LaPierre's NRA and Tony Perkin's Family Research Council.

And no matter the attack Alex Jones or Wayne LaPierre will blame the Government. As when the NRA paraded a Navy SEAL out to make a propaganda video which... claims calling the Murderous Shooting Rampages, "shootings" is the real propaganda.

The Gun Humping Fanatics are rapidly turning our Country into a Failed State. The III Percenters, Open Carry Texas, Oathbreakers, the Cliven Bundyists all fit the classic definition of terrorists; Someone who seeks to effect political change with Violence or the Threat of Violence.

Nonetheless, what conservatives and their Republican backers understand is their implicit threat of violence (Molon Labe) is not getting them the Government Power they crave fast enough so they have moved on to Murder.

What we have in the US is a systematic turning of a blind eye towards Conservative Extremism. The Media doesn't want to cover it for fear of being labeled Liberal. So they go out of their way to minimize coverage. Additionally, when a Rightwing Domestic Terrorist Organization like the Tea Party or III Percenters or Oathbreakers, begins a disinformation campaign to proclaim some Shooter who was clearly inspired by Right-Wing Rhetoric is actually a Leftist. The Media dutifully covers that angle because it has to ensure both sides of the issue are covered.

2nd Amendment Heroes are literally Running Amuck in America

It's time to recognize an uncomfortable truth, The United States of America is a Failed Nation-State.

A Governmental System crafted by Aristocratic Enlightenment Age Plantation Masters is failing to survive the assaults of the 21st Century or bind together 300 million people.

The chief problem facing the Nation are the murderous rampages, which while fueled by any number of disparate grievances or underlying causes, are easily carried out by the abundance of and easy access to the tools of mass murder; Guns.

The fanaticism of the small cadre of the NRA (and affliated Gun Groups), Firearm Manufacturers, gun humping lunatics and political hatchet-men has left Americans to be slaughtered at the whim of 2nd Amendment Heroes who are literally Running Amuck.

Running Amuck (also known as Amok or Amuco), 'a murderous frenzy or rage' entered the english lexicon when European sailors made it to Malay and Java.

As with today's mass killers, there where many theories why a Malay would Run Amok, some believed an evil spirit, a hantu belian, had taken over the individual. Anthropologists and others speculated the Amuco was an attempted suicide in a society in which it was unacceptable. This is colloquially known today as suicide by cop. Additionally, a social theory was advanced that in Malay society unattached young males were frequently denied access to women because older males had several "wives", thus causing the young males to go Amuco.

However, when someone in Java or Malaysia went Amuco centuries past, there was only so much murder and mayhem they could accomplish with a war club and keris before being overpowered and killed themselves.

Unfortunately, unlike the Amuco in SE Asia, here in the US we have Elliot Rodger (of Malaysian descent) in Isla Vista, California and the 6 people (3 stabbed to death and 3 shot) he killed along with the 13 injured by gunfire or being struck by his car.

But, while the spectacular gun massacre still makes news the daily death toll from firearms is barely noticed across the Nation. On Memorial Day, in Huntley, Illinois two middle-aged brothers became involved in a domestic dispute which ended with gunfire killing one, wounding the other along with the brothers' 81 year old mother.

Also over the Memorial Day weekend, in Myrtle Beach shootings took the lives of three people and wounded five more.

Last month in Montana, a homeowner murderer fired blindly into his darkened garage killing a 17 year old German exchange student.

Whole city blocks of cities are turned into nightly no-go areas where multiple innocent people are shot.

Political candidates invoke the spectre of "Second Amendment Remedies" or produce campaign commercials wherein they kill something with their gun. While other Politicians afraid of the powerful, blood-soaked Gun Lobby cower in fear and do little.

Meanwhile, roving bands of armed men descend upon establishments to engage in a thinly veiled primate genital display. (Note: If you see a bunch of men walking around with rifles the safest reaction is to believe a Mass Killing is imminent and escape.)

Second Amendment Maniacs claim the only way to stop a bad guy with a gun is a good guy with a gun. Even if I were to concede that point, which I DO NOT, then the blood-soaked Second Amendment Maniacs tacitly concede that the United States is not a Civilized Nation nor even a functioning one. NRA scare tactics, conferences and videos also buttress this point.

Yet, after every mass murder, the firearm fanatics not only fail to pause to reconsider their beliefs they only serve to further entrench them in the thoughtless zealotry. And thus the cycle drags Us deeper and deeper downwards.

All of this points to one conclusion; We are on a downward trajectory towards a failed Nation-State. 

These are not the conditions of a thriving Culture or Country. It is the Necrosis of a Society crumbling under contradictions and internal pressure; Pressure which is on the trigger of a Gun, which can now be pointed at anyone, anytime. 

The Constitution is Not a Suicide Pact. We need not allow the whims and insanities of gun clinging madmen define America. We need not let the Second Amendment Sociopaths Collapse this Nation.

Second Amendment Heroes taking the Country Back by threatening to Murder everyone who Opposes them

Gun Laws don't stop gun crime, in the same way that a Red Light doesn't stop a speeding car.

If we're relying on the abilities of the Firearm Fuckers to make sure guns are used properly and stored responsibly the death toll at the hands of Second Amendment Heroes will continue.

It's no wonder the United States has the highest rates of Homicide and Suicide by Firearm in the developed world. What's needed is enforcement, but gun humpers resist regulations with the fanaticism of religious zealots.

Right-Wing buffoons like to claim the US Constitution only restricts the Government's interaction with US Citizens. But, of course as with most topics, they are wrong; an everyday American can infringe on your Constitutional Rights just like the Government. Granted the Government is a special category and needs special constraints and oversight especially when evil Republicans are in power but, what the NRA, at the behest of the Firearm Manufacturing Masters, have been pushing is to allow private citizens unlimited power, especially the power to kill other Americans, without restrictions.

Second Amendment Heroes have been using this power to murder Americans, without Due Process, thus depriving American Citizens of their Rights. This used to be called Murder but thanks to the efforts of the NRA and the Republican Party it's euphemistically known as Stand Your Ground or more accurately Dead Men Tell No Tales so Kill the Other Guy and Lie just like Conservative Champion George Zimmerman.

Another Faux News 2A Super Hero Byron Smith got to do what every fanatic has dreamt of since Bernie Goetz, gun down criminals. Smith however, wasn't accosted on a NY City subway, he laid out a burglary trap which caught two young teenagers whom he murdered. (Warning: At the link you hear Smith execute the two young people Haile Kifer, 18 and Nick Brady, 17.)

No reasonable person would grant Byron Smith the power of Judge, Jury and Executioner. I mention no reasonable person, because the NRA and Firearm Fuckers are the epitome of Unreasonable. 

(Jennifer) Longdon is no stranger to such attacks. Last May in her hometown of Phoenix, she helped coordinate a gun buyback program with local police over three weekends. On the first Saturday, a group of men assembled across the street from the church parking lot where Longdon was set up. They shouted about constitutional rights and tyranny, and called people arriving to trade in their guns "sellouts." (The program netted nearly 2,000 firearms with more than $200,000 in reimbursements.) 

Some of them approached Longdon. "You know what was wrong with your shooting?" one said. "They didn't aim better." Another man came up, looked Longdon up and down and said, "I know who you are." Then he recited her home address. The harassment continued, and the men showed up throughout the program, a Phoenix police official involved confirmed to me. 

After a fundraiser one night during the program, Longdon returned home around 10 p.m., parked her ramp-equipped van and began unloading herself. As she wheeled up to her house, a man stepped out of the shadows. He was dressed in black and had a rifle, "like something out of a commando movie," Longdon told me. He took aim at her and pulled the trigger. Longdon was hit with a stream of water. "Don't you wish you had a gun now, bitch?" he scoffed before taking off.

In April, Nathan Deal Governor of Georgia signed into law the ability of anyone to bring a gun anywhere in the State.

Immediately afterwards a Georgia Second Amendment Hero took out his piece and walked around the parking lot of a Little League Baseball game reportedly showing it to every mother, father and child in attendance proudly telling them there was nothing they could do about it.

One mother reported her 6 year old son asked her after the game, 'Mommy did that man want to kill me?' Probably not, but he wanted them all to know he could in fact kill them, with extreme prejudice and without fear of criminal prosecution.

Since Firearm Fuckers like to sarcastically ask, 'What gun law would have stopped this mass shooting?' How will the Guns Everywhere Law in Georgia stop shootings?

The two usual claims Gun Nuts cite; are the Murderous Gunman will re-think his planned rampage knowing that multiple people could be carrying a firearm themselves or the Concealed Carry Citizen will end the shooting by taking out the gunman.

Georgia is conducting a Social Experiment in which, the Gun Maniacs are willing to gamble with people's lives.

Now, a third claim made by Gun Nuts is that regulations and gun-free zones lead to Shootings. Often they will cite Chicago. But, the Second Amendment heroes in Chicago are extremely grateful for the NRA and loosening gun laws across the Nation. Of 50,000 guns recovered and traced after crime in Chicago 56% (28,000) came from outside Illinois. And of the other 22,000 from Illinois, the majority originated outside Cook County and Chicago's city limits.

So, what's the actual problem with Chicago's Gun Laws? That neighboring states, communities and Gun Nuts are lax and allow criminals to get their hands on easily obtainable weapons.

So, as you read the weekend tallies of Gun Shot Victims in Chicago just remember the majority of victims were shot with a firearm stolen from some conservative dumbass who left his gun on the seat of his pickup when he went to met his sister at the local Tug Shack in Mississippi or Firearm Makers in their zeal to flood every community ship their machines without proper safeguards and protections to keep them out of the hands of criminals,

13 Smith & Wesson M&P15 Sport rifles were stolen from a (rail) yard in the 6100 block of South Lafayette Avenue sometime between May 4 and 6, according to the ATF. 

The assault rifles were taken from a load of 50 weapons in a Norfolk Southern container, according to a railroad spokesman.

Currently firearms are one of the top three items stolen in any burglary; money and jewelry being the other two. So, technological advancements which render a stolen firearm useless to the thief would seem to be a welcome invention. 

Firearm Fondlers like to claim advances in technological progress do not render the Second Amendment obsolete, yet when Belinda Padilla, Armatix, and the iP1 a RFID chipped firearm tried to bring the weapon to the American Market they were immediately set upon by the Firearm Fanatics at the behest of the NRA.

Unfortunately, the NRA is against such technology. Because the NRA and other Gun Lunatic Clubs exist to ensure Gun Manufacturers can sell more and more weapons. Such technological weapons progress would cut into their sales and is therefore not a welcome advance.

Regulation of Firearms and Firearm Owners is needed but it's an impossibility. No amount of dead children at a school in Connecticut or on the streets of Chicago have caused the NRA or Gun Owners to question their beliefs, indeed it has only served to harden the hearts and close the minds of Firearm Fanatics.

Hopefully, the next generation of Americans who grow up having lost a childhood friend by a gun will have the courage and resolve to Right the Monstrous Wrong the NRA, Republican Party and Firearm Fuckers have inflicted and continue to inflict upon the Nation.

Michael Dunn, like all "responsible" Gun Owners, is the True Victim

"I’m the victor, but I was the victim, too."

Michael Dunn was not convicted of murder of Jordan Davis. Dunn was convicted of several lesser related homicide charges and will serve some time in prision.

While there are many similarities between the murder of Jordan Davis and Trayvon Martin the one that most starkly places the Firearm Fondlers and Gun Nuts view of the Second Amendment, Stand Your Ground and Open/Concealed Carry into doubt is this;

Dead Men tell no Tales.

Justice can not be served if killing the other person involved in an incident means you are free to go.

If Jordan Davis' friends had not escaped with Dunn shooting at their fleeing vehicle, then Dunn would have been free to spin any bullshit harrowing tale of his near murder at the hands of 3 black Thugs which he thwarted because of his trusty firearm.

And conservatives in the Right-Wing Internet Fart Bubble would have spent the last 16 months scrounging around for anything and everything to smear the murdered victims as well as inventing massive fantasy tales of what had happened to justify the murders, as they did with Trayvon Martin.

Perhaps, if Dunn had appointed himself a "Neighborhood Watch Captain" he'd be free today to set up a "boxing" match with DMX.

Even so at the trial Dunn testified he felt threatened and injured because he had previous eardrum damage as the result of scuba-diving and the loud "thug music" was causing him physical pain. So he ordered them to turn down the music and when they disobeyed him he retrieved his firearm and enforced his will; the will of a murderer.

There is a confluence of events going on in America. It's often attributed to the demographic and culture changes sweeping across America. Conservatives who have been standing athwart history yelling stop are seeing their efforts lose at the ballot box, Courtrooms and overwhelmingly in the court of public opinion. So they are increasingly turning to the Bullet Box. As perpetrators of violence and oppressors, conservatives are seeing the slow tide of civilization pass them by and they are getting frightened and angry.

Angry and Frightened people lash out.

Now, Dunn probably wouldn't have gone in for this confrontation if Florida didn't have a Stand Your Ground Law but, he definitely would not have began this confrontation if he didn't have a gun to back him up.

Stand Your Ground, whatever the intentions of the people who crafted it and the politicians who voted for it, is being used to justify murders and overwhelmingly are used to by white defendants to kill minorities. And despite the lies foistered by World Nut Daily, American Stinker and other conservatives in the Right-Wing Internet Fart Bubble, African Americans do not benefit from Stand Your Ground laws

An Armed Society isn't a Polite Society it's an Aggressive, Paranoid Society with in which everyone from gangbangers to aggrieved doughy middle-aged white men view certain areas as Free Fire Zones.

I'm more than a week late on this issue as most everyone in the "on-line" community has moved on to the Ukrainian Crisis, Arizona's attempts to legalize discrimination, or the antics of the Chicken Hawk, Child Raping, Draft Dodging, Racist Coward, Conservative Rock Star Ted Nugent.

Second Amendment Hero murders old man and what it means to Gun Nuts

It's 4am and you awake, you're certain that whatever woke you was the sound of someone trying your front door knob. You and your wife get out of bed, she goes to the phone to call 911 you grab your trusty Glock. You go to the front door open it and see a figure in your front yard. You command him to stop moving and when he doesn't you gun him down.

God Bless America! Thank you right-wing jesus* for the second amendment and by this blessed firearm thy work shall be done.

So, the latest Second Amendment Hero to join the Pantheon of George Zimmerman, Richard Poplawski and Adam Lanza is Joe Hendrix of Georgia.

Hendrix murdered Ronald Westbrook, a 72 year old with severe Alzheimer's for "Disobeying his Commands".

As it turns out, Westbrook, was a fragile old man who wandered away from his nursing facility back to the neighborhood where he lived years before. He tried several doors, grabbed mail from a mailbox and rang the doorbell of one house before he went to Hendrix's home. Hendrix emerged from his home, saw an unidentified human form in his front yard, yelled at him, decided to stand his ground and fire 4 rounds blindly at someone whom he hadn't identified, who hadn't committed any crime and hadn't threatened Hendrix.

As the Pope properly observed Capitalism is the most dangerous and damaging force plaguing the world today and gun violence associated with Gang Crime is more dangerous but, I'm sure its' a comfort to Westbrook's family he was killed by a "Responsible" gun owner who goes to church.

Now, as we approach the anniversary of the NRA-endorsed Massacre at Newton the yearly sacrifice of children and innocent people on the Altar of the Holey Second Amendment continues unabated.

As with any legal construct the Second Amendment is being brought to it's most absurd conclusions, Second Amendment Fanatics will resist any regulation and have been quite explicit they will engage in mass violence against everyone and anyone who threatens their rights to kill at will. What the Gun Nuts are asserting is the Right to kill anyone they perceive as a threat and the Right to Resist the Government's power to curb their murderous intentions.

Such beliefs have to be decided by micro-level examples because the Gun Nuts big abstract, nebulous pronouncements of 'freedom', 'resistance to tyranny', and 'molon labe' are worthless in legal terms.

It comes down to two questions; Can a Second Amendment Hero exert the Bush Doctrine and murder someone they believe might pose a threat? And if I, or some other Law Enforcement Officer (LEO) comes to arrest you, do you believe you have the right to resist if you have concluded that my arrest is invalid or illegal or unlawful?

Now, these questions are moot when the "right people" are being killed by guns or being subjected to arrests or Stop & Frisk, but as with Capitalism, entitled whites can not imagine a day when "arbitrary" detention and arrests will be directed at them.

The United States is crumbling around Us. Disaster Capitalism is wreaking havoc and we are fragmenting and collapsing faster than people want to admit.

Marine Corps Base Quantico and Kurt Myers Join the Second Amendment Hall of Fame (Updated)

Gun Nuts believe their Right to Murder trump Americans Rights to Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness.

In the early hours of 03/22/13, Three Marines at Quantico, Virginia have been shot to death. Apparently, two Marine Corps Officer Candidates were murdered by a Marine who then barricaded himself in a Barracks and eventually shot himself. The comments from the despicable Unrestricted Gun Violence Supporters were to blame Gun Control Advocates, President Obama and Muslims. (Update: The three Marines were all junior enlisted Active Duty trainers assigned to Quantico. As the killer murdered a male marine at one location and then killed a female marine and himself at the barracks it seems, sadly, this has the mark of an issue of infidelity.)

Last week, 64 year old Kurt Myers, a quiet loner who had only been arrested once in 1973 for Drunk Driving, shot six people seemingly at random killing four before barricading himself in an abandoned bar in Herkimer, Upstate New York. Myers then shot and killed FBI Working Dog “Ape” who was sent in against him before the Special Operations FBI/State Police Team killed him.

Seven people were shot in a wild gun fight after a rap concert at Mr. G's Entertainment Club in the Gresham Neighborhood of Southside Chicago in the early morning yesterday.

The Chief of the Colorado Department of Corrections Tom Clements was gunned down at his house two days ago*.

Gun Fanatics and Right-Wing Domestic Terrorists have so debased and sickened this Country that discussion of Gun Control evokes promises of violence and gun rampages. Multiple aspects of Gun Control enjoys overwhelming support amongst the American Populace. But, the NRA and Gun Nuts are creating an atmosphere of Death and Violence if their surrogate wieners are taken from them.

Speakers at CPAC 2013 promised a New Republican Party. But, what did The Lunatic Bachmann talk about at CPAC? Benghazi and Presidential Dog Walkers. Everytime a Republican mentions Benghazi they should immediately be asked to name the 4 Americans killed. I know it would be impossible to ask The Lunatic Bachmann because she’d run away from the Reporters.

And during all of this what are Right-Wing appointed Judges doing? Ruling that the Government keeping Guns out of the Hand of Convicted Felons is “Unconstitutional”. Because, the NRA backed a State Constitutional Amendment for Louisiana deeming gun ownership a “Fundamental Right” and according to Judge Judge Darryl Derbigny the State did not prove the “government’s compelling interest” in keeping the gun out of the hands of a convicted Felon.

We have a fundamental breakdown going on. The basic concept of Laws and Governance are being sundered by the NRA and a small minority of Gun Owners who would rather have scores of children die than see a single piece of legislation inhibit their so-called rights.

The Leadership of the NRA is paid millions to bully, cajole and entice Politicians to ignore the will of the people in service to Firearms Manufacturers. The NRA spends time attacking the ability of communities to restrict gun violence and supporting the rights of Felons and those on the FBI Terrorist Watch List to own firearms.

Even West Point Cadets know Conservatives are Domestic Terrorists. In response, Conservative Domestic Terrorists declare their intent to engage in Secession and armed violence using their beloved Second Amendment.

No, background checks aren’t a panacea. No, merely limiting the size of magazines to 10 rounds won’t stop the violence. Yes, the rules governing what is and what is not an “Assault Weapon” seem arbitrary.

But, More Guns has not made We, the People safer. More Guns Means More Gun Violence.

Unrestricted Gun Violence Supporters wail that it has but they are lying. We are awash in Gun Violence which is what Republicans, the NRA and Second Amendment Supporters obviously want. They want carnage and children murdered because they love and worship their Guns and Death.

*- The apparent suspect was identified in several reports as Evan Spencer Ebel, a 28-year-old Denver parolee who was shot to death Thursday after first wounding a North Texas sheriff’s deputy and then crashing his car during a chase that reached speeds of over 100 mph. So, the Leaders of the NRA are Typical Conservatives. They never had a real job. Never worked for a living. Never served a Day in Uniform. Chicken Hawk Cowards who skirted Vietnam to spend 40 years as lobbyists in Washington DC. Just your Average American Conservative.

Anyway LaPierre and Keene's job at the NRA is to push Guns. Contrary to how the NRA presents itself, the true job of LaPierre is not to support the Rights of Gun Owners, but to support the right of Gun Manufacturers to flood American Society with as many weapons of Mass Murder as possible. And with that goal in mind there is no level they will not stoop.

The Deaths of 20 children in Newtown, CT is a prime marketing opportunity for Zardoz LaPierre. The NRA wants your children to be murdered. Zardoz LaPierre wants your children to die shot multiple times at close range. Because children's deaths increase the sales of Guns.

Zardoz LaPierre is a Publicist for the Merchants of Death. He views Adam Lanza as a Second Amendment Hero because of all the Free Press it earns him.

His plan doesn't even deserve to be deconstructed because it is not a serious proposal but a shameless and despicable attempt to enrich his Owners, the Firearm Manufacturers. After a week of 'No Comment', LaPierre's bold strategy was to call on Government to hand over Billions in Tax Payer Dollars to the Gun Makers.

Now, this is of course, Brilliant and par for the course for Right-Wing Terrorists. After years of slashing funding for schools, for mental health, for teachers, the NRA wants Federal Dollars to flow into the coffers of the Merchants of Death.

Zardoz LaPierre wants to inculcate in the children of America absolute fear. And religious devotion to the Gun.

• A gunman killed three people Friday in central Pennsylvania, including a woman in a church.
• The Colorado man who shot and killed three people Tuesday was arrested Sunday on suspicion of domestic violence against his ex-girlfriend, who was one of his victims in the early morning murder-suicide.
• Police say a Tampa Bay area man arrested for shooting and wounding another man during an argument about slow service at a pizza restaurant. He claimed the action was justified under Florida's "stand your ground" law.
• A little boy died after accidentally shooting himself inside an Oklahoma Highway Patrol trooper's house. Inv
  estigators say the boy was visiting his aunt and uncle when he got a hold of a gun. 
•  A 20-year-old man was charged with murder for shooting and killing a young mother of two during a case of road rage early Thursday, according to the Fort Bend County Sheriff’s Office.

This is what the NRA and Firearm Manufacturers want. These are the Second Amendment Heroes to Glock, Sig Sauer, Bushmaster, Smith & Wesson. They want Unrestricted Gun Violence destroying as many lives as possible because it makes them Money.

Murderous Gun Spree in Colorado but, It's not Terrorism because the suspect is "white"

America you'd better get used to daily murder sprees by heavily armed gunman.

In a suburb of Denver, Colorado, a gun loving terrorist wearing gas mask and bullet-proof vest killed 12 people at a midnight premiere of The Dark Knight Rises. The terrorist is apparently a University of Colorado drop-out, 24 year old James Holmes.

Holmes was armed with two .40 caliber Glocks, a Remington model 870 shotgun and a Smith and Wesson AR-15 rifle, also was wearing a bullet-proof vest and may have released a tear-gas cannister.

If only George Zimmerman was there instead of being locked up for stalking and gunning down that Trayvon Martin. But, then of course, Trayvon was black and armed with a bag of skittles, not a vest-wearing, multiple gun-carrying white college student.

And We, the People allow others to make life and death choices for us by allowing gun-loving psychopaths to legalize the Freedom to walk into bars armed to the teeth, purchase extended clip magazines, full-auto capable rifles so that Killers can chase down a black teen or walk into a suburban Pittsburgh yoga studio and kill 3 women to get revenge for all those spurned advances, or attempt to assassinate Congresswoman Gaby Giffords, whiling killing a 9 year old girl and 8 others at an Arizona political rally, or gun down 3 Pittsburgh police officers who President Obama has sent to get their guns, or walk into a Binghamton New York Immigration Center and murder 13 or terrorize a Suburban Denver movie theater.
