Ronald Reagan claimed for years he had fought in combat against the Nazis and told people, including Israel's Prime Minister Yitzhak Shamir and famous Nazi Hunter Simon Wiesenthal, he had liberated Death Camps.  None of that was true as Ronnie Raygun and his All-Time Co-Champion Chickenhawk coward John Wayne specifically dodged serving overseas during World War II.

The joy of being a conservative is having No Memory.  So as we continue the kabuki dance of Republicans blaming all their failures on Democratic Administrations let us take a solemn moment to remember the day when Ronnie Raygun the biggest coward, most evil prick to ever sit in the White House, abandoned the Untied States Marine Corps.

No, this isn't a post about how Chicken Hawk Coward and Stolen Valor Liar Reagan claimed to have liberated Concentration Camps in Germany even though he never really served during World War 2.  Or how he let Ollie North take the blame for Raygun’s illegal Iran-Contra criminal conspiracy.  No, it's about how Ronnie Raygun was so addled and so out of touch that he specifically put Marines in harm's way and ordered them not to be able to defend themselves.

Today is the 40th Anniversary of the Beirut Marine Corps Baracks bombing.  There were Two separate truck bomb Terrorist Attacks in Beirut in 1983.  On April 18, 1983 the Beirut Embassy Car Bombing killed 17 Embassy personnel (and 46 Lebanese) and the follow on Truck Bombing attack 6 months later on October 23, 1983 at the US Barracks in Beirut killed 241 Marines, Soldiers and Sailors. The most despicable thing is the attacks followed the same tactics because the Terrorists knew the Embassy Marine Guards were barred by Ronald Reagan from having ammo at their posts.

The Marine Gate Guards were barred from having ammo at their posts.  It makes it extra ironic that Mitt R-Money claimed the US Military was out of bullets during his dishonorable run at President Barack Obama in 2012.  And of course, Traitor Trump often claimed the military didn't have bullets cause President BaBlack OBlackma stole them for his Chicago gangbangers to use. 

I know proximity makes one believe Trump is the worst President in United States history but, Reagan still probably has the best claim on being the worst.  Followed closely by that other draft dodging warmongering villain George W(orst POTUS) Bush.

Make no mistake, Trump is right now the gravest threat to the United States, because his second administration will be vicious, evil, and end American Democracy but, we have a chance to defeat him though he stands a 50/50 shot of eeking out an Electoral College "Victory"

Republicans Use Debt as a Weapon (Updated)

Time Magazine made the smart decision to put its dumb cover story about the national debt behind a paywall. The premise — the national debt is like household debt and should be considered as if it’s apportioned equally to every U.S. resident — is stupid on its face. But Matt O’Brien has read the thing because nobody else will, and it’s even worse than its premise. When you’re considering a flat tax, it’s not because you care about the national debt, it’s because you think wealth needs to be massively redistributed upwards, with the debt as the tissue-thin pretext.

From time to time Republicans trot out Fix The Debt but, like the 3-card Monte Dealers they are, Republicans never worry about debt when they are in charge of Government. Debt is a shell game Republicons use to distract their duped drones in order to continue their plans of slashing the social safety net and transferring Trillions of Dollars of future Americans Wealth upwards to their Plutocratic Masters.

This is not a new weapon but, like all the Moldy Chestnuts/ Zombie Lies the Republicons promulgate, a new batch of vicious conservatives emerges to pick up the torch to burn the Social Contract.

Back in 2010 as President Obama submitted his plan to help the country escape the Republicon Recession of 2007, the House GOP got together and trotted out the same old sky is falling, Fix The Debt chicanery,

When the Republicons stole the 2000 election, they made their first order to run the deficits back up, steal the Surplus, and pile more Debt upon the American People. Shadow President Dick Cheney in 2002 observed, "Reagan proved deficits don't matter."

Of course, by 2010, Jeb??? Henserling and Paul90X Ryan conveniently left out wherein they and the Republicon Party ran up Trillions in Debt with their foolish and callous taxcut-and-spending and military adventurism. Most dramatically illustrated by the 5 Trillion dollars of debt the Republicons added to National Deficit with their criminal misadventure in Iraq, the open-ended burden treating our wounded Veterans and their families will cost in the next 25-50 years under the dunder-headed leadership of W(orst POTUS in History) and the evil, criminal agenda of War Criminal Shadow President Cheney.

But, Republicons never take responsibility for their actions, they Just Do and let future generations sort out the mess. "We're an empire now, and when we act, we create our own reality," - Karl Rove.

Thus, when Republicons are in power massive deficit spending is undertaken usually focused on the military and overseas adventurism, but when the Democratic Party is elected to the Congress or Presidency Fixing the Debt! and slashing Spending for the Social Safety Net becomes the only thing a responsible government can do. 

It derailed President Obama during his struggle with the Domestic Terrorists in the Republicon Party. The vicious use of Fix the Debt! to crush the American People was vividly illustrated by Paul90X Ryan's Path to Penury budget during the 2012 election, correctly called Ludicrous and Cruel by Paul Krugman. Of course, as with every action by the Republicon Party the Fix the Debt rhetoric serves their overarching agenda of stealing Social Security, defunding Medicare, and transferring wealth up their Plutocratic Owners, the 1%. It's the raison d'etre for the modern Republicans.

Much of this is predicated upon the fact that the holders of debt are always incredibly wealthy members of the 1%. "Some people call you the elites... I call you my base," - W(orst) addressing his Moneyed Masters.

As such, according to Republican Orthodoxy, Debt Holders must be made whole before the business of government can continue. If this means using the IMF to extract blood money from impoverished Nations to Vulture Capitalists who buy up their debt on the global market, fine. If it means bailing out Casino Hedge Fund Managers who made bad bet upon bad bet in the rigged housing market, building up towers upon foundations of shit until the whole edifice collapsed then so be it.

The Rich need always to be made whole and the Republicons stalk and slice up the Poor and Working Class in order to accomplish it. This is what the Republicons always do when they assume office. Ronnie Raygun's massive deficit spending, W(orst)'s blundering and destabilizing of the Middle East, and his scheme to swindle Social Security right before the Republican Recession of 2007 are designed to build up massive levels of Debt which the Republicans fully intend to extract from the American People.

The Conservative Coup to turn The United States into The Neo-Confederacy

After their military defeat during the Civil War, the conservatives of this Nation began a campaign of low-grade guerilla warfare against America targeting Women, Liberals, Unionists, Minorities, and Immigrants; all groups oppossed to the creation of the Southern White Man's Utopia the Neo-Confederacy.

Since the Era of Ronald Reagan, who opened up his white resentment campaign in Philadelphia, Mississippi, with "I believe in state's rights. I’m going to devote myself to trying to reorder those priorities and to restore to the states and local communities those functions which properly belong there." Conservatives have inflitrated enough areas of local, state, and federal government to alter, undermine and neuter protections for the American People and re-establish the Era when the 1% Ruled and White Conservatives acted as Whip Holders and Attack Dogs keeping everyone else in line.

But, in the last 15 years, they've accelearated their efforts, with major strikes at the heart of Democracy.

• The impeachment of President Bill Clinton.
• Convicted Criminal Tom DeLay and other Republicans redistricting Congressional Districts to devalue Democratic Votes. 
• The Stolen 2000 Presidential Election, in which Al Gore won the Popular Vote by almost a million votes and won more votes in Florida.
• The SCOTUS rulings especially Bush v. Gore and Citizen's United and Shelby County v. Holder.
• The Congressional Obstruction during Barack Obama's Presidency.

Recall that beginning in 2009 Republicans declared their number one goal was to ensure President Obama was a one-term President, not to help American struggling with the Republican Recession, not to deal with the Global War on Terror which conservatives by and large avoided, nope their goal was to get back to undercutting the American Middle Class and impoverishing the American Worker in order to create the Neo-Confederate Corporate dominated Wage Slave State.

Of course, this is active stupidity on the part of Conservatives because when faced with Muslim Terror Attacks in Lebanon, Ronald Reagan disarmed the Marine Corps Gate Guards and let hundreds of US Service Members and Diplomatic Employees get blown apart in two seperate Truck Bomb Attacks which used the same tactics.

After Ronald Reagan cut-and-run in the face of danger, he gave birth to Al Qaeda. Today's ISIS is the current incarnation of Reagan's explicit creation of Al Qaeda grown, nutured and trained by the George W. Bush and his Iraqi Adventure.

But, you can't expect Conservatives to know this history. Sarah Palin and other right-wing luminaries are paid to tell Conservatives that these Muslim Extremists were created ex nihlo. But, the rise of 20th Century Muslim Terrorism lays directly at the feet of the United States and the two worst Presidents to ever besmirch the White House; Ronald Reagan and George W. Bush.

Post World War 2, the House of Saud was given a 40 year free reign to spread Wahabism throughout the Muslim World, when the Soviet Union invaded Afghanistan many young Saudis Wahabist fanatics deployed to Afghanistan to kill godless Soviet Soldiers.

Of course, the Soviet Union was already on it's last legs, but the guerilla warfare of the Mujaheddin, armed with U.S. made Stinger missles and trained by the CIA and U. S. Special Forces helped hasten their demise. But, after their victory, Reagan's Muslim Extremists would not quietly slip back into their Madrassas. Thus, once the USSR sulked out of Afghanistan they went back to their texts but, kept their Kalishnakovs oiled and ready.

At the same time, Reagan's Muslim Fanatics were killing commies, Donald Rumsefled had been dispatched to provide aid to Saddam Hussein and his very secular Iraqi Regime to combat the Ayatollah and his Iranian Extremists. Of course, the Ayatollah and the Fanatics in Iran had come into existence in 1979 because the United States had overthrown the Iranian Government and placed the Shah into Power in 1953. The Shah was a brutal dictator but, much like Saddam Hussein in the 1980's he was our Dictator.

So, a million people died during the Iran-Iraq War but, Saddam Hussein felt he paid his dues to the United States, was now our newest Middle East Dictator,and was free to reclaim the Iraqi Province of Kuwait, which the British had created in 1919 as a port for British Petroleum.

The Saudis didn't like having Secular Saddam Hussein running around with his big military so they invited the United States into Saudi Arabia for protection and the lapdog of the House of Saud George H.W. Bush happily obliged. The House of Bush is a vassal client to the House of Saud and accepted the U.S. would be a Suzerain of Saudi Arabia long ago.

Unfortunately, the presence of American Armed Forces in the Islamic Holy Land angered Osama Bin Laden and his CIA -backed, Reagan-created Muslim Extremists. So, they focused their new Jihad on the United States.

Meanwhile, GHW Bush launched Desert Storm, based on lies, which routed Saddam's Army because it was a Paper Tiger despite all the US Propaganda about it being the World's 4th Largest Military. But, Saddam remained in power as Dick Cheney and Don Rumsfeld encouraged the Shite Marsh Arabs to rise up and do the work of overthrowing Saddam.

The Marsh Arabs rise and are crushed by Saddam's Forces who realise U.S. A-10's aren't demolishing their tank columns. Saddam Hussein spends the next 10 years slowly erasing the Marshes and eliminating the Shite Arabs.

Meanwhile, Osama Bin Laden strikes at US interests across the Globe while Muslim Fanatics continue to train in Saudi created and Saudi petro-dollar funded religious schools. These later Muslim Extremists move into Afghanistan and create an Islamic State.

George W. Bush lost the 2000 Presidential Election but, was made President anyway. W, is expected to be a Calvin Coolidge like figure, dutifully helping Business gain power at the expense of the working class in the United States, while pretending to be a Compassion Conservative.

Now, George W. Bush wasn't interested in doing Presidential work, but in the regalia of being President, so he ignores the August 6th memo warnings about the Reagan-created Muslim Fanatics and their Plan to Strike in America.

And thus the United States is attacked on 9/11 (15 of the 19 hijackers are Saudi) while blithering idiots Rudy Giuliani and W(orst President in History) do nothing.

After the attacks, despite vowing to bring the evil-doers to Justice (a vow he never fulfilled), George W. Bush allows Osama Bin Laden to escape from Tora Bora in 2001 when Dick Cheney orders the SEAL mission canceled, and spends the next 2 years lying about Saddam Hussein, because W's liege lord the King of Saudi Arabia demands the United States attack Iraq.

So, based on "smoking gun, mushroom cloud" sized lies and a fabricated  connection between Saddam and Osama Bin Laden , W(orst President Ever) begins Operation Iraqi Liberation (OIL).

The Iraqi War is declared won by Republicans and Conservatives many times over during Bush's Presidency from Mission Accomplished on May 1, 2003 to Victory in Iraq Day Nov. 22, 2008 this despite a constant flow of U.S. killed and wounded and the hundreds of thousands of murdered Iraqis.

And throughout the Massive Failure, Bush smirks and jokes about missing WMDs, while US Troops are killed and hundreds of thousands are wounded; physically, emotionally, mentally, spiritually and morally.

But, what does the Iraqi War succeed at spectacularly? The creation of a new generation of battle -hardened Muslim Extremists. Because, while Saddam was in power in Iraq the fanatics did not have a base of Operations but now thanks to the complete destabilizing of the region ISIS fanatics have training, experience, weaponry and recruits aplenty.

So, that's ISIS, the unholy love child of Ronald Reagan and W(orst President Ever) and if conservatives want to the United States to re-invade and fight them? Well, there are local recruiting offices throughout the country.

Reports are that Mosul and Tikrit have fallen to the Islamic State in Iraq and Syria (ISIS) who "defeated" the American trained Iraqi Army despite facing 40:1 Odds Against. The ISIS states they plan to march on Baghdad and conquer the Country. the Maliki Government has requested drones and air support from the US. A request the Obama Administration has refused, thus far.

Bush and his Regime turned a blind eye to thousands of EPA violations, which we've seen result untold damage to the Country in the Gulf, in North Carolina, in the Great Lakes, in West Texas.

The economy is still in a shambles from the Republican Recession, the Trillions of Dollars wasted in Iraq and Afghanistan and the Billions stolen by the obscene Bush Tax Cuts.

Under Bush and Cheney the top 0.1% got a tax cut of $520,000, 450 times what the middle income taxpayer received. The bottom 20% of Americans only got 1% of the tax cut, a $300 dollars Department of Treasury check. The tax cuts were sold as a way to bring in middle class jobs and rising middle class wages.

Koch Industries and the Exxon/Mobil funded Heritage Foundation rabidly cheered and promoted the Bush Tax Cuts. The Heritage Foundation's 2001 report proclaimed if the Bush tax cut legislation were to pass, it would:

1) Effectively pay off the federal debt;
2) Reduce the federal surplus by $1.4 trillion;
3) Substantially increase family income;
4) Save the entire Social Security surplus;
5) Increase personal savings;
6) Create more job opportunities.

Everyone of those claims was a deliberate lie to sell the tax cuts to the middle class as a job creator and deficit reducer. None of these claims came true because the Plutocracy and their Think Tanks knew they were lies. What did occur was a massive transfer of wealth upwards to the Plutocracy, which were the true goals of the Bush Tax Cuts and part of the Republican plan all along. 

Bush and the Republicans Wars are still costing the Nation. Thousands of American Veterans suffer from PTSD, many of them resort to taking their life, because the Republican Party doesn't care about broken soldiers and hasn't cared since they started the Wars. In total a Million Veterans may require a lifetime of coverage and support which Bush never intended to provide them with and the Republican  Party continually votes against providing.

Torture, the Bush TARP, a Bankers wet dream, wherein another Trillion in American taxpayer funds was grotesquely funneled directly to aid the Rich as a last Bushian Fuck You to the people.

But, you'll be hard pressed to find a conservative who voted for Bush nowadays. They are rarer than Hen's Teeth.

And now, the coup de'grace, the failure of George W(orst President Ever) Bush's Reverse Domino Theory in Iraq.

Two senior Iraqi politicians told Western intelligence that Saddam Hussein had no weapons of mass destruction on the eve of the 2003 invasion – but their warnings were ignored and then not reported to the subsequent Butler inquiry, according to a major new investigation. 

Vital intelligence used to justify the invasion of Iraq 10 years ago was based on "fabrication" and "wishful thinking", the BBC Panorama documentary claims. While information from highly placed Iraqis was dismissed as unimportant if it indicated that Hussein did not have WMD, tip offs from low-ranking Iraqis were eagerly lapped up if they reinforced what George W Bush and Tony Blair wanted to hear, it is claimed.

Hundreds of Thousands dead and at least $5 Trillion lost on the Iraq Debacle based on "intelligence" Tony Blair and MI6 and George W(orst President Ever) Bush and the CIA knew was fabricated while dissenting intelligence was ignored.

Bowe Bergdahl's Freedom means President Obama's Impeachment (Updated)

Republicans had been blocking efforts at freeing Bowe Bergdahl since 2010. Because Republican see the Military Servicemembers as little more than wooden chits on a RISK board which they are willing to let languish in terrorist's hands to advance their despicable agenda of Murder, Oppression, and theft of Trillions.

Michael Tomasky over at The Daily Beast believes Bergdahl will be used by Republicans to Impeach President Obama. I'm even tempted to say forget Benghazi—Bergdahl may well end up being the flimsy excuse for the impeachment hearings they’ve been dreaming of before all this is over.

"Our terrorist adversaries now have a strong incentive to capture Americans. That incentive will put our forces in Afghanistan and around the world at even greater risk,” House Armed Services Committee Chairman Howard P. McKeon (R-Calif.) and the ranking Republican on the Senate Armed Services Committee, James M. Inhofe (Okla.), said in a joint statement.

Congressman McKeon and Senator Inhofe accused President Obama of breaking the law releasing a statement Obama is required by law to notify Congress 30 days before any terrorists are transferred from the U.S. facility. They said Obama also is required to explain how the threat posed by such terrorists has been substantially mitigated.

Not only is President Obama's law breaking action criminal, he released 5 hardened terrorists (according to Right-Wing blogs who don't even know the names of the released) for Bowe Bergdahl, a POW* who is alleged to have been captured trying to desert and Faux News analyst Ralph Peters wished would be killed by the Taliban.

The Conservative Strategy has been to throw as many lies, innuendos and fake scandals at the Obama Administration because they know that even if when they are refuted, proven false or ignored the sheer weight of their unrighteous indignation is enough to cause Real Americans to throw their hands up declare a curse on both your houses and ignore the political process.

Which is what Republicans want; the less We, the People participate in elections and the political process the better it is for Republicans because when Americans vote in large numbers they vote against Republicans.

Especially, when the American People see the disrespect and evil disregard the Republican Party has for the military. The only Veteran conservatives love is a Dead Veteran. The Republican Party hates Veterans and the military unless they espouse the conservative principles of Oppression, Intolerance and Adulation for the Rich. Republicans especially disrespect and hate Veterans involved in politics unless they are Ultra-Reactionaries like Allen West or Ollie North.

And on the topic of Ollie North, the Republican Party is mad about the 5-to-1 trade because Saint Ronnie Raygun's policy was to trade military arms for hostages and use illegally obtained money to fund Reagan's Pro-Terrorist Policy outside of Congressional controls.

The way the first arms-for-hostages deal was designed, Israel would sell US-made weapons to Iran, and the US Government would replace Israel's weapons from its own stocks. As a favor to us, Israel was allowing itself to be used as a pass-through for America sending missiles to Iran. It was a shame the first arms shipment of ninety-six TOW antitank missiles to Iran ended up (and this was truly unfortunate, everybody agreed) in the hands of Khomeini's Revolutionary Guard. Worse, no hostage was released. It turned out to be arms-for-no-hostages. 

In spite of Reagan's high hopes, the second weapons delivery of more TOW missiles, also via Israel, shook loose only one hostage, and not the one [national security advisor Bud] McFarlane requested. 

In planning the third shipment, eighteen Hawk antiaircraft missiles, Reagan's operatives managed to piss off Portugal, endanger Turkey, get the CIA illegally involved, raise protests from the Defense Department, and move Secretary of State George Schultz to think about resigning... and all for nothing. 

Nearly six months and millions of dollars of weapons into the arms-for-hostages deal, Reagan had yet to inform Congress about the status or existence of the operation. (Drift Rachel Maddow pg. 103-104)

Republican Art Laffer (of the Laffer Curve Fame) Calls for a Return to Slavery

"He said in the first hundred days, he's going to let the big banks write their own rules — unchain Wall Street. They're going to put y'all back in chains." - Mighty Joe Biden correctly diagnosed the Paul Ryan and the Republican Party efforts to reintroduce Slavery to the US.

Republicans were super mad at VP Biden during the run-up to the 2012 election because Mighty Joe never gave them the cover they've come to expect from Democrats. The Republican Party is wholly owned by the Plutocracy. As such they care only for what Corporations and the Super Rich want; and what they want is the elimination of the Middle Class, the institution of Wage Slavery and a Neo-Feudalist Corporate Controlled State in which workers are forever shackled in the chains of Corporate Bondage.

"The minimum wage makes no sense whatsoever to me,” former Reagan economist Art Laffer told Faux News host Jenna Lee. “Honestly it’s just the teenage — Black Teenage Unemployment Act. And this is the very group that we need to have jobs, not be put out of work because of a minimum wage. So, I’m very much in favor of getting rid of the minimum wage."

Art Laffer, is famous for popularizing a curve which purportedly showed a massive reduction in tax rates would create more tax wealth for government, and thus led to the creation of Piss Down Your Back and tell you it's Raining Reaganomics. Of course, the last 30+ years of Reaganomics in combination with other Ultra-Reactionary Right-Wing policies have utterly shattered the middle class, created an income inequality not seen since the Gilded Age and ended the belief in the American Dream; which it was designed to do.

Laffer, like most entitled rich white conservatives of his era, represents everything the Republican Party is supposedly against. Laffer spent the sixties attending Yale and Stanford (not in the military, probably because like Tom Delay too many minorities had signed up and taken his spot) and then spent the seventies teaching at Pepperdine and USC before joining Reagan's cabinet. So Laffer has never had a real job so he doesn't know how actual businesses operate.

Now, why would Laffer highlight Black Teenagers in his rant against the Minimum Wage? Because like all modern conservatives he's either a bigot or enjoys playing to the racists. Laffer is proposing that black teenagers work for whatever Business wants to pay with the wealth of their labor being siphoned off for their Owners

Laffer wants a return to the idyllic days of America's Founding in which Owners paid their workers nothing and massive wealth was accumulated. Because we would have 100% employment if we allowed Corporations to pay people nothing; which is exactly what Corporations want to do and what Republicans try to accomplish while in office.

Republicans want Slavery returned to America.

And this proves, to them, many troupes they've been parading around; Michelle Obama as the militant angry black woman and Barack Obama as the over-sexed Black Man coming for the White Women,

What this is about is the unceasing effort of the Right to run negative stories about President Obama everyday. It doesn't even matter if the photographer Roberto Schmidt who took the pictures that Conservatives latched onto in promotion of Selfie-Gate wrote everything has been misconstrued and taken out of context.

Conservatives chum the water with these anti-Obama stories for several reasons. It fuels the Right-Wing grift machine and it helps their effort to create Obama Fatigue Syndrome. The Right successfully created such a furor during Bill Clinton's Presidency in order to get Americans so frustrated that they would vote for a Republican in order to stop the flow of right-wing bullshit outrage.

But, additionally, in regards to Nelson Mandela the Right needed to shift the focus away from the despicable actions of Republicans during Mandela's imprisonment and Conservatives total acceptance and promotion of the Racist Apartheid South African Government.

Liz Cheney, the spawn of undying War Criminal Dick Cheney, who only is alive because her birth was one of the five deferments Dick sought to chicken hawk out of Vietnam and who is now looking to steal her way into the US Senate, wrote in 1988 that attempting to end the South African Apartheid State would be bad for American Business and statements from Americans condemning South Africa were useless and "Those eager to make such statements should realize that, frankly, nobody's listening."

Dick Cheney himself steadfastly called Nelson Mandela a "Terrorist" even as late as the Right-Wing Theft of the Presidency in 2000, when Dick appointed himself Vice President.

But, of course the cream of the conservative crap is none other than Ronald Reagan, that mentally-addled, muslim terrorist-loving, cut-and-run Chickenhawk, tax-raising, Soviet coddling, war criminal, destroyer of the Social Safety Net, quisling of the Rich, and tool of the Plutocrats, went further.

In 1986, when the US Congress voted to sanction South Africa, Ronald Reagan vetoed the sanctions. However, Congress over rode the Veto and imposed the Sanctions, which went a long way towards eliminating the Apartheid State and freeing Nelson Mandela.

Ronald Reagan was against this because he was pro-Apartheid and hated Nelson Mandela.

So, by focusing on Selfie-Gate and President Obama's handshake with President Raul Castro, Right-Wingers are able to do what they always do, draw the focus away from their despicable past actions, fuel the conservative outrage machine and dupe Americans into forgetting that Republicans are always on the wrong side of history.

Another Second Amendment Hero shoots up Washington DC Naval Yard

“He turned our way and started firing, and we ran downstairs to get out of the building,” Todd Brundidge a civilian employee at the Naval Sea Systems Command building said. “No words. He raised the gun and started firing.”

Well... Let's see. How does a Plutocracy destroy a Nation? Well, Shock & Awe are really only useful for Foreign Lands. At home the Rich get the Working Class to destroy itself.

President Ronald Reagan, that mentally-addled, terrorist-loving, cut-and-run Chickenhawk, tax-raising, war criminal, tool of the Plutocrats first set about destroying the Social Safety Net and aiding the Rich in their conquest of America.

In 1977 President Jimmy Carter created President's Commission on Mental Health, charged with assessing the particulars of mental health services and making specific suggestions on how things should be changed. On August 13, 1981 President Reagan rescinded the law.

So, Mental Health screenings don't exist in this country. By turning it over to the States, Reagan and his Rich Controllers knew the problem would get kicked around and then ignored often left to family members calling their local police departments and the responding Officer telling the family member if they don't agree to go voluntarily and haven't made any statements about harming themselves or others there's nothing we can do.

Now, that we have thousands of mentally ill persons homeless and not receiving medications let's ensure Working Class people can't possibly take care of their sick family members by stagnating their wages for the last 35 years. Then we can also remove trade restrictions and allow Companies to offshore jobs and factories to increase Corporate profits, further stressing the Working Class. And of course, if this isn't enough, the Rich then swindle the Nation and set up the Wall Street Financial Crisis and get Trillions in taxpayer welfare stolen from the rest of us, which they neatly place in their pockets and transfer down to their Cayman Islands bank accounts.

Let's add into the mix 350 million firearms in this Nation, specifically the AR-15, the original platform having been created for Vietnam but now finding use on the Homeland in multiple mass shootings.

So, our current Hero of the Second Amendment brought an AR-15, shotgun and handgun and killed 4 people while wounding another 6 before being killed by SWAT. Searches for additional gunmen on the sprawling facilities are on-going.

And what will be the resolution from this? The gun hugging lovers of Unrestricted Firearm Violence will call for more weapons in the hands of "good guys" and underlying causes will never ever be addressed let alone solved.

So, just as with Sandy Hook, Aurora, Virginia Tech expect more and more Gun Violence and more and more intractability by the insane Cult of the Gun.

Getting the Working Class to enslave itself

The 1% have been incredibly successful at convincing a significant segment of the United States to abrogate their rights and accept less. Those they have not convinced to accept the chains of corporate bondage and wage slavery they get their Republican Attack Dogs to marginalize and demonize.

Thus while most Americans have at best tread water as the Nation attempts to come out of the Great Republican Recession America's Moneyed Masters have increased their share of the Nation's Wealth. Because 90% of Wall Street stocks and dividends are owned by the Richest Americans, Capital Gains and deferred income and the Housing recovery for mansions has allowed the top 1% to appropriate 22.5% of all income earned in 2012 while over 50% went to the top 10%.

A Rising Tide drowns those in lower part of the torn social safety net first, while their money and benefits float up those safely ensconced on top of the backs of the Working Class.

This is not some new phenomenon but the work of 30+ years of Neoliberal policies. Faced with the victories of the Labor Movement, and the rise of the secure Working Class, the Plutocracy reorganized and began their Counter-Offensive.

"The standard of living of the average American has to decline." Paul Volcker, Chairman of the Federal Reserve 1979-1987.

And with the elevation of President Ronald Reagan, the mentally-addled, terrorist-loving, cut-and-run, chickenhawk, tax-raising, war criminal to the Presidency we entered an era of Ultra-Reactionary Domination of the Nation.

The Ultra-Reactionary Neo-Feudalist dream state is one in which Child Labor Laws are abolished (see Republican Senator Mike Lee and Newt Gingrich), in which SNAP benefits are eliminated, in which the Clean Air and Water Act of 1972 is stricken from U.S. Law and the U.S. Chamber of Commerce gets taxpayer welfare for Foreign Oil Conglomerates while Working Class Americans tax relief is voted down.

So, while the Chamber of Commerce fights to destroy the Social Safety Net they receive $236 million from the Koch Brothers to craft legislation ensuring Middle Class taxes are rerouted as Corporate Welfare winding up in bank accounts in the Cayman Islands and Switzerland.

And this is what the duped and battered conservative voters don't understand. The Koch Brothers message of Smaller Government is one which fits inside their breast pocket; to be brought out to destroy Unions, quash Domestic Dissent and viciously open up Foreign Markets for exploitation.

The Neo-Feudalist Plutocracy uses many avenues of approach in their Class War to subjugate and oppress the American populace. Fix-the-Debt is one of the most insidious. The same CEOs who have made Corporations "profitable" by stealing worker's pensions and slashing company overhead by eliminating American jobs and factories while voting themselves massive multi-millions are behind the push to steal Social Security benefits and ensuring that no future American can count on either pensions or social security.

Right-Wing Think Tanks employ Libertarians as the intellectual puppets of the Plutocracy. They exist to proclaim the Good News of Free Markets and Personal Liberty but their true purpose is to get the Working Class to fasten the chains of Wage Slavery upon themselves.

And how do they do this? By Divide-and-Conquer. The CATO institute continually pushes the meme that Poor families have it too good in the US and list all the possible assistance programs in existence and pushing ancedotal stories which are picked up by Republican Congressmen about men built like brick-shithouses eating lobster. Of course, the CATO "study" always acknowledges, in small footnotes, that a majority of poor people don't actually benefit from the programs,

Due largely to the fact that eligibility requirements have already become harder to overcome, these programs are helping fewer poor families get by. In 2009, around three out of four poor families with kids weren’t getting any TANF benefits. At the height of the economic crash, about 25 percent of those eligible for food stamps weren’t receiving them; during better times, that number hovers around 40 percent. And as the CATO study concedes, six out of seven poor families aren’t getting housing assistance.

But, those points are always ignored by the duped Right-Wingers who want to, and need to believe that America is the Land of Opportunity and it's only the lazy poor and evil Government programs keeping them down.

And that is the Goal of the Plutocracy to sow division amongst the 99%. So, that one day soon Americans will wake up and realize that we are enslaved in Corporate Bondage.

It's insanity that Right-Wing Gun Nuts call for looser and looser laws as 30,000 Americans die each year from Gunshot wounds and Unrestricted Gun Violence, but when an MSM reporter uses an empty mag as a prop they demand Justice.

Right-Wing Loons hate most Americans but they reserve a special level of animus for Government Workers and African-Americans.

Make no mistake, the NRA is not only pleased when Americans murder each other with Guns they consider the murderer a Hero of the Second Amendment.

That's right Chicken Hawk Keene and Zardoz LaPierre consider Adam Lanza a True American Hero for "expressing his Second Amendment rights." Keene's son, another Second Amendment Hero, despite being "institutionalized" 7 times, was convicted of attempted murder in 2002 when he shot up a car in a road rage incident. It makes one wonder how a 7-time mental patient had such easy access to guns?

The oft stated reason Right-Wing terrorists need assault rifles and hundreds of guns with thousands of rounds of ammo is to murder Government workers.

For that we can Thank Ronald Reagan. The evil slime Reagan famously opined "the nine most terrifying words are, I'm from the Government and I'm here to help."

So, it's no surprise that a Gun Nut laid an ambush for Firefighters on christmas eve and killed two, while wounding two more, who responded to a fire in Upstate Webster, New York.

This is undoubtedly what the Second Amendment Hero was thinking when he started an early morning fire and waited upon higher ground for the evil Government moochers to respond.

Richard Poplawski, another NRA endorsed Second Amendment Hero, was determined to keep the Government under control when he laid an ambush and assassinated 3 Pittsburgh area Police Officers.

After the NRA sponsored Sandy Hook Massacre, Right-Wing Gun Nuts lamented Second Amendment Hero George Zimmerman hadn't been present to stalk and murder any Blacks armed with skittles who dared cross his path.

Conservatism is Terrorism.

Even Jennifer Rubin, Andrew Sullivan and David Frum all staunch Conservatives, War Hawks and righties understand that conservatives are too extreme.

Hypocritical Right-Wing Ghouls and Conservative Liars are mad that President Obama schooled the petulant Mitt Romney. President Obama won the Second Debate out-manuevering Romney's lies, weathering his bullying tactics and handily showing Romney's policies are a Reverse-Robin Hood scheme designed to shackle Americans with the bonds of Wage Slavery.

But, the point that most showed Mitt's cut-throat visciousness came as Romney, having listened to his Ghouls too often about the 9/11 Benghazi Terrorist Attack, leapt off his stool in what he thought was a political kill shot, but instead it just turned out to be Negligent Discharge by the Chicken Hawk Jackal.

Toxic Right-Wing Commentators had convinced Mitt Romney, just as they have their conservative dupes, that President Obama had refused for weeks to label the Attack as an Act of Terrorism and that there was a Watergate Style cover-up.

Pat Buchanan, Sean Hannity, Lindsey Graham, Michelle Malkin, Rudy Guliani, Mike Huckabee and others are still flogging that lie. 

The popular refrain championed by Faux News and dutifully repeated by conservative drones, since the attack, is 'Nobody died during Watergate' and Right-Wing Ghouls also love to point out this is the first time an Ambassador has been killed since 1979.

Conservatives are convinced that since they believe Jimmy Carter to be the worst person in American History so do most Americans. Of course, in there rush to connect 1979 to 2012 conservative hypocrites skip past the Two separate Terrorist Attacks in Beirut in 1983. On April 18, 1983 the Beirut Embassy Car Bombing killed 17 Embassy personnel (and 46 Lebanese) and the follow on Truck Bombing attack 6 months later on October 23, 1983 at the US Barracks in Beirut killed 241 Marines, Soldiers and Sailors. Ah, but Saint Reagan was President. The most despicable thing is the attacks followed the same tactics because the Terrorists knew the Embassy Marine Guards were barred by Ronald Reagan from having ammo at their posts.

So, that's Two Terrorist Attacks separated by 6 months using the same tactics which resulted in Mass Cas of Americans yet Conservatives have foisted this legend of Reagan upon us. I wonder how Conservatives reconcil those and other monumental Republican crimes and failures:

• Why wasn't Richard Nixon impeached for the Kent State Shooting?
• Why wasn't Ronald Reagan impeached for disarming the Embassy Guards and allowing TWO terrorist attacks to kill 258 Americans in Bierut Lebanon? And then not Staying the Course but Cut-and-Running from "Islamo-Fascists"?
• Why weren't George W Bush and Dick Cheney impeached for 9/11? Having been warned specficially on August 6 of Bin Laden plans to attack in the United States and the numerous previous warnings of Bin Laden's plans. It was also the first time the Contential United States had been attacked since 1812.

The hypocritical whitewashing of the failures of Republican Presidents and the systematic transference of eternal blame upon Liberals is one of the shameless tactics Right-Wing Ghouls use in their eternal quest to Destroy Democracy and Enshrine Neo-Feudalism.

Cheat Sheet Romney "won" the 1st Debate, but jobs numbers don't Lie.

But, Republicans do always. And fervently.

Romney "won" the 1st debate by telling lies by the bushel and by running a rabidly racist campaign. And immediately the Hand-Wringing Began! As Liberals everywhere, perplexed by President Obama's performance went into a tizzy...

What went right for Romney? Well, besides his crib notes on the podium, Romney repeatedly went for the Medicare lie that President Obama is taking $700 Billion away from Seniors.

Mitt Romney also waxed on about Killing Big Bird while he made sure Big Oil Conglomerates knew their Federal Welfare was safe.

But, while Romney refused to be held down by facts or the truth his biggest revelation were the details of his secret budget and tax strategy. Romney admitted he doesn't have any financial strategy other than to raise taxes on the poor and middle class, cut Federal programs and benefits for average Americans and steal $5 Trillion from the US Taxpayer for his Rich Plutocratic friends.

Other than that Romney's vaunted zingers sounded like a 4th rate hack comedian recycling old stolen material. "You don't pick the winner and losers. You just pick the losers!" Chuckle Chuckle, Chuckle...

And then Romney made his dog whistle to the Racists: 

"Mr. President you are entitled to your own house, you are entitled to your own plane, you aren't entitled to your own facts."

3 entitled's in one sentence! You know who else feels they are entitled to hard-working white people's money! Coupling that with the fat odious toad John Sununu's repeating over and over that President Obama is a "lazy" ni... And Newt Gingrich, that fat southern slob who's been stealing tax-payer money as a 30 year DC bureaucrat claimed, 

“I’m assuming that there’s some rhythm to Barack Obama that the rest of us don’t understand. Whether he needs large amounts of rest, whether he needs to go play basketball for a while or watch ESPN..."

You understand the keys to Mitt Romney's Racist Campaign, beyond even Reagan's fantasy stories about meeting black teens who told him they hated the minimum wage and all the phantom Cadillac driving welfare queens and steak-eating young bucks he warned us about.

But, then during their celebration the Right-Wing anti-American assholes got bad news. The U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics released the September jobs data which showed Unemployment dropping to 7.8%

Conservatives immediately retreated to warm cozy confines of their Alternate Reality insinuating that President Obama, that strange mix of Total "Obamatuer" Incompetence and Marxist Machiavellian Saul Alinskian Super-Genius, had the numbers fixed.

Unbelievable jobs numbers. These Chicago guys will do anything... Can't debate so change numbers. Former GE CEO Jack Welch tweeted

Congressman Allen West picked up on Welch's tweet as did Faux News, Laura Ingraham, and other Toxic Conservative Commentators. As the Right-Wing noise machine immediately went into overdrive. As with everything, if the data does not conform to Conservative Beliefs, then the data must be discarded. Of course, when asked Jack Welch admitted he "didn't have any evidence", but so what! Conservatives don't need evidence, when their vague feelings of I wouldn't put it past that Obama! count for so much in the Court of the Right-Wing Blog-o-sphere...

But, as with the polls the BLS numbers don't lie. President Obama's efforts to overcome the Bush Recession, Republican sabotage and rabid conservative racism are resonating with the American people. He's pulling away and all the racist garbage and all the crazy tweets aren't going to be enough for Romney to steal the White House.

And "[M]aybe I should go see Andropov and propose eliminating all nuclear weapons" and "[M]y dream is to see the day when nuclear weapons will be banished from the face of the Earth".

Now, of course, when President Obama took up the policy of eliminating Nuclear Weapons, Faux News, Sarah Palin and every Right-wing hag and blowhard attacked him for "coddling our enemies".

But, that's the Beauty of the Reagan Deification. His words and actual policies no longer matter to Right-Wingers. They have created a Saint, an Idol for Conservatives to revere, when all a candidate has to do is utter, Ronald Reagan and look whistfully upwards and the duped conservatives wildly cheer...

Over at National Review Online, the Beautification of Mitt Romney has begun as he literally walks across Lake Winnipesaukee and will figuratively walk across the Chesapeake Bay and the Potomac to the White House to cleanse the US of it's Kenyan Marxist sins.

However from the Denver Post comes this article; Officials disagee on ability of nation's old, thin air tanker fleet,

Heavy air tankers are not a panacea for fighting fires.

They don't extinguish blazes, but they can be used to strategically lay retardant on a fire line to suppress flames and slow the spread of a fire until ground crews arrive.

Tankers are most effective in the initial stages of fighting a wildland fire, able to keep small fires from growing large. Studies have shown that one or two tankers can be as effective as eight large helicopter tankers in the initial attack. In the past, a goal was to have tankers in strategic areas so that they could get to a newly reported fire within 20 to 30 minutes.

A 2009 report by the U.S. Department of Agriculture's Office of Inspector General estimated that 150 fires escaped initial attack in 2007 alone, (G_e_G note: When Obama was President!!!) costing the federal government up to $450 million more than it would have spent if the fires were stopped in their earliest stages.

It's impossible to know whether the High Park fire could have been stalled in its early stages on June 9 when the lightning-caused fire blew up.

First signs of the fire were called in to dispatchers about 6 a.m. A smaller single-engine air tanker, which can carry about 800 gallons of retardant, was over the fire by 9 a.m.
A heavy air tanker sent from Grand Junction was on the fire by noon, according to Steve Segin, spokesman for the Rocky Mountain Area Coordination Center. Windy, dry and hot conditions that day blew the fire out of control.

Officials say they are satisfied with the aerial resources attacking the fire, which include five heavy air tankers stationed at the Rocky Mountain Metropolitan Airport in Broomfield — two CV-580s from an agreement with the Canadian Interagency Forest Fire Centre and three P2Vs under contract through private companies.

The newest plane in the group is 51 years old. The oldest was built in 1953.

That last line would never be quoted by the likes of Michelle Malkin because that would indict Ronnie Raygun and George W(orst President Ever) Bush.

The sickening part of all this is the Republican Party has fought to destroy any Federal program to protect the environment because the Free Market does everything better. GM is Alive and Bin Laden is Dead. President Obama inherited a Nation on the brink of Collapse after years of purposeful neglect, callous indifference, selective mistreatment, and pandering to the 1%, or known more simply as Republican "Governance".

What President Obama did in arresting the Fall of America was spectacular. If only Barack was an ardent socialist instead of Sean Hannity Fantasy Socialist his successes would have been even more spectacular. As the Top 5 Happiest Nations in the World are all Democratic Socialist Countries.

But, Harry Truman's wisdom shows focusing on jobs is both the correct metric it is also the least correct one. Ezra Klein asked several economists: How much of national job creation during a presidency can we properly attribute to the president? In Their Words:

Feldstein led the council under Reagan, and he didn’t see much role for the president in normal economic times. “The key is growth of population and labor force participation. It is better to look at the decisions the president made, and to acknowledge that the outcome is a function of those decisions and many other factors not under his control. As an economist, I have views about what best practices are for economic policy, and I judge presidents by how closely they adhere to those principles.”

What is more at stake is what the President's long term planning does to the Nation. President Reagan and President Bush both instituted Recessions by ramping up the insourcing of illegals and outsourcing jobs.

From 2001-2009 under President George W. Bush, the Worst President in American History, multi-national Corporations laid off 2.9 million workers in the US, while creating 2.4 million jobs overseas in Slave Labor Nations. Median Income declined outright from 1999 to 2009. From 1960 to 2000, manufacturing accounted for 20 million jobs in the U.S. from 2000-2009 America lost a 1/3rd of those jobs. Between 2002 and 2007 2 out of every 3 dollars of Income growth went to the Richest 1%.

It's a spectacularly bad record for Americans but a spectacularly great record for Bush and his 1% Lords.

Republicans hate American Labor because they are beholden to the 1% who views high labor costs as a wholly unnecessary and easily correctable expense. Corporate leaders have always sought to keep costs down by taking advantage of the next wave of immigrants but post-WWII as labor reached it's epogee and power they have been able to take advantage of the World's manufacturing base and export jobs as easier than they once imported "cooliees".

But, while the 1% was easily able to sell this plan to the various President's and Congresses they've owned, selling it to the American consumer was harder.

So, they went for the easiest sell, Lower Prices. It's what Wal-Mart continually advertises. They fooled enough Americans into believing the pair of jeans made in Mexico was going to be as high of quality as that pair of LL Bean trousers you've had for 15 years but cost a fifth as much! Your GE refrigerator made in Indonesia and Taiwan and "assembled" in the US will last just as long as that one your dad had for 25 years made by US Union labor but, be half the price!

So while President Obama saved General Motors and millions of associated American Jobs, the Vultures, the Republicans have been doing everything they can to destroy American Jobs and institute an economic policy of Neo-Feudalism.

Of course, he's not satisfied with just crushing the UAW,

"For that matter, much of the manufacturing in this country doesn't deserve to live, particularly that created with non-competitive union labor so prevalent in the Northeast and upper Midwest."

You see we need to reduce workers to the status of wage slaves as we find in Vietnam or Nigeria, receiving whatever their feudal lords deem them worthy of earning, i.e. just enough to live; while using up their youth and discarding the workers as worthless when they get old, sick or injured. Republican Richard Shelby, who spent more than $1 Billion USC in taxpayer money to lure in foreign auto manufactures to Alabama

Because Republicans are against everything which helps extend the lives of the poor and middle class in America. Foreign Auto Makers, especially with automotive plants in the South are allowed to pay cut throat capitalism wages and disbar unions while receiving US Government Subsidies and tax incentives to treat American workers unfairly.

Republican Richard Shelby of Alabama ensured Mercedes -Benz received $253 Million USC, Honda $158 Million USC and Hyundai $234 million USC tax breaks for building plants in in his state, Republican scum Bob Cooker gave Volkswagon $577 million USC for a factory in Tennessee and "Mississippi paid $284 million for a new Toyota plant; Kia got $324 million from Georgia. Texas had to fork over only $133 million for Toyota's Tundra plant in San Antonio, while Tennessee gave $197.6 million so Nissan would move its American headquarters to Nashville."

The Right-Wing Ploy to Blame Barack Obama

So, the 243,000 jobs and drop in unemployment are bad, bad news for Republicans. The Republican Party is invested in harming the 99% at every turn. Their job as detailed by their 1% Masters is to hurt the Nation so they can roll back the Civil Rights gains of the People in the 20th century and instill a Neo-Feudalist Right-Wing Dictatorship.

To accomplish this goal, Conservatives have a very simple governing style. Once elected Republicans do as much damage as possible. Elected Republicans are Governmental Suicide Bombers.

Following the carnage Republicans simply (by simply I mean non-stop Propaganda) place the blame on the Democrats elected to clean up the mess from their deliberately destructive policies.

After Worst President of All Time (as of 1973) Dick Nixon resigned in disgrace Republicans decided to lay the blame on the Democrats and did so by harming the Nation at every turn while Jimmy Carter was in office. This was so the Worst President of All Time (as of 1989) Ronnie Raygun could get into office and begin the massive redistribution of Wealth up to the 1%, with his Piss Down Your Back and Tell You It's Raining Reaganomics.

Of course, I never thought we would see an even worse President come along but, every Republican elected is demonstrably more evil and worse than the one preceding him. Republicans long ago shed their concerns for 99% of Americans and are solidly behind the 1%.

And now with the economy still mired in the Bush Republican Recession, the Right-Wing is busy setting up the Alternate Conservative Reality Matrix. When the Congressional Budget Office (CBO) disproves Right-Wing lies and shows the 2009 Obama Stimulus and Obamacare are benefiting the economy, then have Newt Gingrich appear to declare, "We must abolish the Congressional Budget Office". Anytime good economic news emerges, Republican slugs emerge from their slime covered mansions and declare, Don't Give Credit to Obama!

Republican Governor Bob McConnell, Good job report? Lower Unemployment? It's because of Republican Governors! Not Obama! Never mind how! Just never give credit to Obama!

Republican Bigot Sick Rantorum, The economy is improving? Well, that's because I may be elected.

This is the third basic play from the Right-Wing Playbook. Always take credit for good events, always blame Democrats for bad events.
