Obamacare survived it's encounter with the Supreme Court with John Roberts voting for it's Constitutionality. Roberts ruled that the Healthcare Mandate is a tax,

"If an individual does not maintain health insurance, the only consequence is that he must make an additional payment to the IRS when he pays his taxes," Roberts wrote. He adds that this means "the mandate is not a legal command to buy insurance. Rather, it makes going without insurance just another thing the government taxes."

So, now that everyone in America has to pay a Healthcare coverage "tax" perhaps the GOP will stop repeating their bullshit lie that 45% or 47& or 49% pay no taxes whatsoever!1!11! Oh who am I kidding with out their constant stream of bullshit lies Republicans would only be left with their rank racism.

However, upholding Obamacare is what many Republicans wanted because now they get to run on how evil it is and how imperative it is Americans elect Republicans to repeal Obamacare. As Richard Mourdock said in Obamacare 2: The Republicans Strike Back,

But five law-enforcement agents directly involved in Fast and Furious tell Fortune that the ATF had no such tactic. They insist they never purposefully allowed guns to be illegally trafficked. Just the opposite: They say they seized weapons whenever they could but were hamstrung by prosecutors and weak laws, which stymied them at every turn.

Indeed, a six-month Fortune investigation reveals that the public case alleging that Voth and his colleagues walked guns is replete with distortions, errors, partial truths, and even some outright lies. Fortune reviewed more than 2,000 pages of confidential ATF documents and interviewed 39 people, including seven law-enforcement agents with direct knowledge of the case. Several, including Voth, are speaking out for the first time.

Of course, Senator Kyl is simply a scumbag liar when it comes to Immigration reform because his Comprehensive Immigration Reform Act of 2007 provided for a path to citizenship and thus most conservatives blasted it as an "Amnesty Bill" rewarding illegals "crimes".

But, the true goal of the bill was to create a revolving but permanent underclass of worker who could be hired legally and proudly by American companies, but who would receive no benefits and be easily replaceable when they earned their citizenship.

And, of course, Kyl's 2007 bill contained the DREAM Act. Which Senator Kyl supported until the dastardly Barack Obama declared this month he would stop deporting young illegal immigrants who match the criteria previously proposed under the DREAM ACT.

Because, once President Obama stepped into the White House, Republicans made the conscious and vocal declaration that they would undermine the country in every way possible if it meant keeping him a one-term President.

In 2010 Kyl made up this quote and relayed to an Arizona Tea Party gathering President Obama had told him during an private meeting in the White House,

"If we secure the border, then you all won’t have any reason to support comprehensive immigration reform”.

"The president didn't say that," Bill Burton said of Kyl's account. "Senator Kyl knows the president didn't say that."

But, what can you expect from Senator John Kyl? Everything he says is for effect and as his staff admitted in 2011 are "not intended to be a factual statement."

So, Senator Kyl by thy own petard shall you be hoisted, with all the immigration "shenanigans involved" you and your whole Party of Punk Ass Bitches needs to be impeached.

Ever wonder what happened to that High School Bully? Well he turned into Mitt Romney.

A few days later, Friedemann entered Stevens Hall off the school’s collegiate quad to find Romney marching out of his own room ahead of a prep school posse shouting about their plan to cut Lauber’s hair.

When asked about the incident by Faux News, Romney laughed off the incidents. Laughed... Laughed...

Ted has been saying stupid, evil, terrorist shit for years, "Obama's a piece of shit, and I told him to suck on my machine gun," and Faux News continues to proudly sponsor him.

But, even though Ted Nugent talks tough when his time came for Real Combat Nugent quite literally shit himself to dodge military service. As Ted himself recounted in 1977,

Then after President Obama's decisive victory over Mitt Romney I'm not sure what the Racist Conservative Domestic Terrorists are going to do. It's quite possible the Right-Wing will transition their Planned Parenthood center bombing campaign to blowing up more Federal Buildings and attempting to assassinate President Obama or more Democratic Congress Members.

White House deftly outflanks Catholic Outrage and Totalitarian Republican Bigots

In a fantastic maneuver, the White House has altered its stance to allow for Catholic Objections.

"All women will still have access to free preventive care that includes contraceptive services," one White House official said. "The insurance company will be required to reach out directly and offer her contraceptive coverage free of charge," if the employer objects to providing that coverage in its benefit package.

Now, of course, if the issue actually was about the Catholic (or any Religious) Conscience exemption this solution would solve the problem. But, everyone knows this was nothing more than a cheap cynical ploy by Totalitarian Right-Wing Bigots to use religion to attack Obama and to punish those immodest brazen hussies who don't keep their legs closed.

Anthony Picarello, general counsel for the U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops, indicated the compromise won't assuage his or the USCCB religious feelings because somewhere... somehow... a strumpet is having sex for pleasure instead of unceasing baby-making and no Catholic Dollars anywhere can be used,

Rebecca St. James' and Sean Hannity had a gay old time blaming rape victims during his segment on "Slutwalks", when she stated women,

"are asking for sex. They’re asking for sex if they’re dressed immodestly.” And, “There has to be responsibility, though, for what a woman is wearing, personal responsibility.”

Conservatives and Republicans then love to have a token representative, whose power and position are tied to the Patriarchy, carry the banner of the Right's Repression and Dogmatic Misogynism as Kirsten Powers did in further blaming rape victims for being raped. The State of the Union Address was Epic. Obama covered many of the things, but not all, we Liberals wanted to hear. It's a repudiation of Conservative Piss Down Your Back and Tell You It's Raining Prosperity Reaganomics. Obama's call for the Government to step up and reign in the murderous Oil Companies, the greedy and viscous Hedge Fund Vultures, to create a sensible economic policy, a return to investing in American jobs, and an end to the Era of the Greedy 1% served notice.

More needs to be done after Obama's Victory in 2012. An End to the Phony War on Terror, especially in Afghanistan but also the drone attacks in and around HOA, a solution to Gitmo, higher taxes on Thieving Disaster Capitalists, a transaction tax on Wall Street, a Single-Payer Medicare Option for All and more. But once we Liberals Stand Behind Our President and get him re-elected the Sun will again Shine on America the Beautiful.

Right Wing Fabrication to grow the Alternate Conservative Reality

Conservatives have no shame in claiming liberals are evil, but what they do have problems with is actual evidence. Thus enter the age of Rupert Murdoch and the Fake News.

The names Andrew Breitbart, Dana Loesch, James O'Keefe are well known and synonymous with crafting a fake story built on playing to conservatives pre-conceived notions, video manipulation and punch-a-hippie narrative but what is genius about the Alternate Conservative Reality is that much faster than Twains observation about lies, modern conservative falsehood move at the Speed of Light.

Enter the two recent episodes:

A Google+ account under the name "Paul Krugmann" released a message after the East Coast earthquake, "People on twitter might be joking, but in all seriousness, we would see a bigger boost in spending and hence economic growth if the earthquake had done more damage."

This was immediately grasped by the Right Wing buffoons and retweeted, posted, facebooked and blogged.

The big problem was Paul Krugman didn't write it and the account is not his account. Over at Hotair, you have the comments winner with,

"I don’t really care if this moron said it because I know for a fact there are progressives out there who do actually think a good catastrophe would be good for the economy. Unless of course it is an oil spill in the gulf that kills birdies and makes The Messiah look bad."

One of the worst things I've ever read. First he starts off the statement truth doesn't matter to him because he has his conclusions and then rambles on to disprove himself by excepting the BP/Haliburton/Transocean casued Gulf Disaster.

But that is not enough to stop pasty faced, flabby assed chicken hawk Jonah Goldberg or the National Review Online or the Michelle Malkin's on the blogosphere. Their job is too immediately run with stories which make liberals look bad and if the story happens to be totally false, say a black male Obama supporter carved a letter B into a white girl's face because of her McCain bumper sticker, conservatives don't care because they aren't interested in facts only in ramping up the next story of liberal evil.

Andrew Breitbart decided to claim on his Biggovernment website that New Jersey Democrat Frank Lautenberg said we've got to eliminate the rich in a speech a week ago. His video presentation on his website isn't the uncut video but has big gaudy powerpoint graphics splayed across the screen like a hack's attempt at subliminal messaging (((Eliminate the Rich))) voop voop voop. The problem, of course, is when you listen to the speech Lautenberg actually said "eliminate the waste".

This doesn't matter to the likes of Mark Levin or Real Clear Politics or any of the hundreds of Conservative blogs which dutifully pick up the Breitbart fabrication add their "the libs masks are coming off", "liberals are evil stalinistas", "start with yourself commie" and go forth to further propagate the lie.

Because that is all they need. Conservatives have an internally consistent false narrative (liberal=evil) which they fervently believe unquestioningly. That False Narrative in their brains demands they twist ever situation to fit it and if they can not then just make it up.

Now, this is one of the fundamental problems with blogs and bloggers in general. The death of Newspapers and journalists have created an atmosphere in the web cloud wherein anyone thinks that by splashing a link to Matt Drudge or the Huffington Post and commenting about it they are doing journalism.

At best, this is a misunderstanding of primary source and secondary source reporting.

At worst, this is a shameless attempt to propagate a lie into internet truth and do as much damage with it prior to the truth being revealed. Unfortunately, the things conservatives know are lies and how to damage America.

Sure, enough it is the worst. Krugman's Google+ account was started by a Right Wing Punk Ass Bitch named Carlos Gaterol, who wanted to show through 'parody', "the many misguided beliefs that Paul Krugman holds, defends, and espouses on a daily basis." When you can't find the evidence to confirm your conclusions just make it up, Conservative Mantra.

It's not a new phenomenon of the Right to impersonate Liberals and Progressives, conservative punk ass bitch Tucker Carlson pretended to be Keith Olbermann and sent out emails to smaller news reporters, in an effort to manufacture a controversy.

Republican Rep. Denny Rehberg of Montana told his supporters "we are struggling like everyone else". Rehberg assertion is the more galling because he has millions in land, or as Rehberg the Republican slime put it "we're land rich and cash poor," and is accounted the 23rd richest member of Congress.

Rehberg has the advantage of not being from Wisconsin, where Republican Sean Duffy told the rich Union thugs who are destroying America, "I..I struggle to meet my bills right now," on his $174,000 salary and families' guaranteed health and dental benefits.

But, that's how it goes for Republicans they know Americans are struggling because; They. Caused. It. Now, the Republicans House members are back in their districts having taken yet another vacation from not creating jobs and proclaiming 'We feel your pain!' as they are suffering just like their constituents.

Republicans are the party of the Rich, by the Rich and for the Rich.

This realization has been dawning on the American people as they observe their wages stagnate, health care insurance vanish, their children fight wars the rich avoid, and see more and more wealth trickle up to the privileged few. In an attempt to reverse their downward trend, the Republican establishment created The Tea Party Rage of 2009. It was grass roots! It was regular America! It was populist! The media and GOP assured us again and again.

Well, with the major media networks directed to champion the Tea Party Sham, the Republicans had to do little else than sit back and shout, "Hosanna!" But, Republicans will do whatever is necessary to fool people to vote against their self-interests.

If they have to pretend to be moral and righteous, they will. If they have to proclaim their philandering was because of their deep love of Country, they will. But, a funny thing has happened on the rush to obliterate Unions, the EPA, FDA, OSHA and create Neo-Feudalist GOPAmerica, the masses of people actually enjoy having America be a Modern Nation and don't want the Republicans to cosign us to Third World Status and Serfdom.

What Jay Cutler's Knee Injury can teach us about PTSD

The Bears lost to the Packers 21-14 yesterday. Jay Cutler was injured in the Bears loss to the Packers sunday. Just before half he took several hits and Fox Sports zoomed in on his bloodied right elbow. But, during one sequence Troy Aikman noted Cutler was limping off the field. On the next series Cutler threw an incompletion (his final pass of the game) in which he short armed the throw getting no support from his legs.

Cutler then finished the game on the sideline as Caleb Hanie almost became a legend but fell just short of leading the Bears back. After the Bears lost, a segment of Bears fans and NFL players began attacking Cutler for getting injured labeling him a quitter and a "pussy".

Cutler tore his MCL. Tore it.

Cutler has been one of the toughest players I've ever seen. However, many people dislike Cutler because of their perceptions about his attitude and demeanor. No one knew yesterday, except for Cutler and the Bears medical staff, the extent of his injury, yet that doesn't stop people from calling him a "pussy". I am disgusted by so-called Bears fans and any NFL player who is attacking Cutler.

However, what the incessant calls to 670 The Score, the tweets by NFL players and the on line yahoo sports comments illustrate is there is a certain base meanness which permeates much of our society. And it's ugly.

It strikes me this is similar to what people did to soldiers suffering from what had been called, "shell shock", "battle fatigue", the "thousand-yard stare" and is now known as PTSD or Combat Stress Reaction. They very rarely believed the suffering veteran. And it took a soldier the stature of Audie Murphy coming forward with what he suffered after World War 2 to reduce the stigma of combat stress.

Because many Americans and even people who have suffered through similar experiences seem to have this feeling that anyone who professes to be injured is actually malingering.

It's disgusting and it's a part of the American fabric.

Bears players and GM Jerry Angelo hit back hard at the baseless and ugly classless attacks on Jay Cutler as well as Pro Football Weekly Owener Hub Arkush and 670 The Score announcers Terry Boers and Dan Bernstein. When Angelo was asked about the bullshit comments by NFL punks he stated, "I think it's crap. I thought they were a union. If that’s the way they unionize themselves, they got bigger issues than the one that they have with the owners. I’m very disappointed. That, to me, is dirty pool." Good for you Jerry.

Boers began his show by stating he was "completely ashamed to be affiliated with the ignorant bastards who felt it, compelled to call this radio station". Boers and Bernstein then thankfully spent their entire show blasting their brainless "meatball" listeners, classless NFL punks, and testicle lacking reporters who attacked Cutler.

And then late night Score Bears Reporter Laurence Holmes broke the overall story about Jay Cutler's serious knee injury. Holmes was at the game. Holmes has first hand reporting. He is a primary source. All these NFL players, sports reporters and and analysts who are attacking Cutler are not. So, any reporter or columnist (Jason Whitlock) who questions Cutler's injury should have their reporting skills questioned.

Now, this means there is a good solid case against O'Keefe and the Watergate Juniors because even the most overworked incompetent Public Defender tossed a case 15 seconds before it goes to trial attempts to mount a defense and win the case, but a State's Attorney will always take a 100% known conviction rather than go to trial with a 0.1% chance of acquittal. So, now we will always be able to preface James O'Keefe with the label Convicted Criminal...

But, far from undermine O'Keefe's credibility his status as a convicted criminal will endear him to the Right. Because if there is anyone the Right and Conservatives love more than their Racists like Andrew Breitbart and R. Limbaugh, liars like Michele Bachmann and Sarah Palin or Chicken Hawks like Karl Rove and Dick Cheney it's Criminals.

It doesn't matter that every member of the US Military learns in basic training the UCMJ was adopted in 1950 by President Truman and the US Congress. It doesn't matter to Crowley that Andrew Jackson used a military tribunal to try British Spies in the War of 1812. No, what's important is to have Crowley lick her lips and breathlessly mouth Obama is a Terrorist, as a sort of subliminal programming for the vegetative conservitve rabble.

Dana Perino is another typical Republican woman. A pretty package and a tight mouth from which only the narrow lies of the Redupelican Party are allowed to pass. Dana Perino lies the Shoebomber and the Underwear bomber are "apples and oranges" and she is Bananas, B-A-N-A-N-A-S! I'm surprised Fox News didn't give her a Banana to eat while she lied about President Obama.

Of course, the Reduplican Party isn't all about T&A, sometimes they need to hold aloft a scion, a model Conservative male for their base to relate too. So in steps doughy, flabby jowled, wide waisted Newt Gingrich to convince the aging pasty rich white guys Obama is a secret Muslim in love with Terrorists when Gingrich lies and states: 'Oh, the shoe bomber was an American Citizen that's why he got a civilian trial and not a military one'. Just like Newt that lie is a big fat oozy steamer.

However, Redupelicans being natural and cultivated liars and their duped conservatives can't ever admit when their lies have been exposed and tell the truth. Sadly, I wish the Underwear bomber would be tried in a military court and sentenced for a war crime, deliberate targeting of civilians, and executed instead of his trial in the civilian court system. But, then I also wish the Redupelicans would stop Lying. And we all know that neither of those wishes will come true.
