In the short week since, King Rapist Trump has shown the wisdom of her decision by his emotionally immature and violent denunciation of her, which led Elon Muck to joke he was going to rape Taylor Swift as he also told people someone should kill Kamala Harris.

Who knows what comes next, but as Trump, Vance, and the MAGA throng feel the election slipping further and further from their grasp; their convoluted conspiracies, lies, claims of fraud, and eventually calls for outright violence will grow.  Until then we have work to do to make this election as big a blow-out as is possible in the 21st century.  Signs look promising but, Voter suppression, outright cheating, and a bureaucratic coup are still in the offing for the Enemies of the Republic and the

House Republicans have spent the last two years trying to claim President Biden received money from Foreign Governments and in reality Republicans learned and covered up the fact Donald J. Trump and his Crime Family Got Millions From Foreign Governments While He Was President.

While in the White House, Donald Trump’s businesses collected millions from at least 20 foreign governments, including a vast majority spent by China, according to a new report by House Democrats based on hundreds of pages of financial documents obtained from Trump’s longtime accounting firm.

I don't know if the One Weird Trick method of keeping Trump off of ballots for the 2024 Election is going to work but, I see no downside to using ever legal means to battle him.  A group in Illinois just filed a challenge to keep Trump off of the Primary ballot and Massachusetts is going to do the same.

These legal moves have angered Republicans who have decided over the last 3 years since the Trump's violent attempt to overthrow the United States Government and successful bid to delay the peaceful transition of power that Jan6th wasn't that bad, and Antifa was responsible anyway, and Trump tried to stop it, but the insurrection was completely justified because Biden stole the Presidency anyway.

Unfortunately, The Law isn’t magic … What Trump did in his first go around was show how hollow and fragile our institutions are.  It’s been taken as a metaphysical certainty that the law along with norms, rules, morals, codes, and principles would restrain any one man and certainly an entire political party from embracing authoritarianism in the United States.  But well before Trump was in the White house the GOP threw those conventions out the window.

Now Trump knew The Law could be flouted from his decades long crime spree starting in the 1970s, "When you're a star they let you do it..."  But, during his first reign he understood that even the mighty Federal Government worked on the acquiescence of the governed.  And Traitor Trump doesn't care to acquiesce.  The United States Constitution is, as they say, the Highest Law of the Land...  until someone comes along at just the right time and says "Nope".

This is the fault of everyone from the Law&Order writers to the legions of lawyers and obsequious political press which treated "The Law" as magical a kind of Platonic Ideal which could be attained by just the right sequence of incantations or just the proper alchemical mixture or just the right quest for the sacred building blocks instead of being nothing more than an agreed upon set of loose constraints.

Trump busted those constraints and dared anyone to do anything about it.  Sadly, I don't believe the loose constraints will hold back Trump or the MAGA Republicans if they should again reach the White House.  And more worrying is Trump's mushy brain isn't the most frightening aspect of Republican control of government it's the slimy vile underlings yearning to gain access to the DOJ and civilian control of the military.

Whenever MAGA regains power (whether that's 2025 or later) expect them to govern with no regard toto the Rule of Law, they've shown their hand by flouting everything as Republicans control the House of Representatives, but with the expectations the populace will meekly obey or passively support and abide by their rule.  And yes this includes up to the villainous plans of Mike Flynn, Stephen Miller, Steve Bannon, to get trains running millions of people into Death Camps.

But, at that point the question is; 

• Will rank and file bureaucrats in the Department of Justice or Transportation or Housing and Urban Development go along with the evil plans of these odious fascists?  
• Will FBI agents shrug and execute the raids and round-up the Usual Suspects (i.e. immigrants, unchaste women, LGBTQ, un-American teachers)?  
• Will ICE just follow orders and push migrant children into the river? 
• Will Police Officers in Democratically controlled states dutifully execute Nationwide arrest warrants issued by psychotic Texas or Mississippi Judges against Abortionists? 
• Will Republican controlled State Police and Bureau of Investigation simply throw aside the rule of law and act like Israeli Forces in the West Bank (i.e. aiding the violent Settlers in killing and stealing from the occupied peoples)? 

Any individuals who choose to not follow Trump's unlawful orders and disobey at the beginning will be subject to pressure, then discipline, and then violence.  It takes a lot of bravery to stand out when the rapacious Republicans are looking for singular victims to keep the rest in line.

The largest fear isn't that the military will just follow orders.  In any successful Coup attempts, 99% of the military, state security apparatuses, and domestic law enforcement remain sidelined.  It's a fracture of the military and individual units and commands at various levels choosing to side with the Fascist Republican 2025 Plan.

But, before we get to the 2025 Plan, we have a chance to defeat Trump a 3rd time and keep him from getting his fat fascist fingers onto the levers of power.  It's not going to be easy, Reactionary agencies like Police Unions, the Corporate Media, Foreign Powers (Israel and Russia), the Billionaire Class, the malcontent anti-anti-Trump cohorts, the ratfvcker Third Way RFK Jr, Cornel West, Marianne Williamson, and others yearn to have a little Fascism and will try and sow as much confusion as possible in the election so Republicans can successfully steal it this time.

But, either way 2025 is going to be a Year in Terrorism.  Republicans have no intention of ever following “The Law” ever again and Rightwing violence is here and it's not "going away".  The question is will it be lone wolves continuing the low-level domestic terrorist attacks they've been doing for a while or will it be a 21st century style State-Sponsored Reign of Terror with Republicans getting concentration camps and death squads liquidating millions across the Nation?

I see the Supremacist Court will hear the Colorado Ballot case at Trump's request, because State's Rights to run elections only counts when Wisconsin Republicans gerrymander and rig their districts for them to win even when they lose the election or when Mississippi carves up the black population so white rightwingers can win every district.  Republicans have no intention of following "The Law",  it's going to be whatever they say it is subject to change to ensure they wield political power forever.

I personally think the Supreme Court is going to punt this issue and not address by declaring States have the right to determine their election laws, but Roberts is no doubt trying to figure out how he will spilt the baby of making sure Traitor Trump is the nominee (and 47th President) while also not declaring Trump is absolutely immune from the Law. 

Republicans and Fox News piss on Maui residents, piss on women, piss on immigrants, piss on teachers, piss on Gold Star Families, piss on America. A majority of the court holds that Trump is disqualified from holding the office of president under Section Three of the Fourteenth Amendment to the United States Constitution.

Trump has lived his whole purulent life remarkably, but not entirely, free of legal consequences.  It's been the same since 2015 when he announced his decision to destroy the United States of America for allowing a black man to make fun of him at the 2012 White House Correspondents Dinner.

But, in an amazing realization of This One Weird Trick, Trump can not appear on the ballot in Colorado.  The Colorado Supreme Court ruled 4-3 against the Traitor after reviewing the Colorado case against Trump; 

The Electors and President Trump sought this court’s review of various rulings by the district court. We affirm in part and reverse in part. We hold as follows:

• The Election Code allows the Electors to challenge President Trump’s status as a qualified candidate based on Section Three. Indeed, the Election Code provides the Electors their only viable means of litigating whether President Trump is disqualified from holding office under Section Three.

• Congress does not need to pass implementing legislation for Section Three’s disqualification provision to attach, and Section Three is, in that sense, self-executing.

• Judicial review of President Trump’s eligibility for office under Section Three is not precluded by the political question doctrine.

• Section Three encompasses the office of the Presidency and someone who has taken an oath as President. On this point, the district court committed reversible error.

• The district court did not abuse its discretion in admitting portions of Congress’s January 6 Report into evidence at trial.

• The district court did not err in concluding that the events at the U.S. Capitol on January 6, 2021, constituted an “insurrection.”

• The district court did not err in concluding that President Trump “engaged in” that insurrection through his personal actions.

• President Trump’s speech inciting the crowd that breached the U.S. Capitol on January 6, 2021, was not protected by the First Amendment.

¶5 The sum of these parts is this: President Trump is disqualified from holding the office of President under Section Three; because he is disqualified, it would be a wrongful act under the Election Code for the Secretary to list him as a candidate on the presidential primary ballot.

¶6 We do not reach these conclusions lightly. We are mindful of the magnitude and weight of the questions now before us. We are likewise mindful of our solemn duty to apply the law, without fear or favor, and without being swayed by public reaction to the decisions that the law mandates we reach.

For the time being Trump is off the Colorado ballot.  Not that he'd win Colorado anyway.  Of course, a lot of on-line liberal chatter is all doom and gloom about this decision, Oh no, they cry, this will galvanize his supporters, The Unjust Supreme Court will gut the 14th Amendment, Republican Neoconfederate states will now throw Joe Biden off of their ballot because of Hunter Biden's Laptop!

This IS NOT the wrong way to do it.  It is entirely with the Law to exclude insurrectionists from holding office, let alone the Office of the President.  And besides which it's time to use every conceivable means we have to keep him from power because Trump's supporters can not wait to put him into power.  They yearn to get Stephen Miller, Mike Flynn, Chad Wolf, or any of these other "Little Eichmanns" back into the White House and they've promised to do unspeakable things and usher in an Era of Fascism in America.  Anything we can do using the system to thwart that is not only justified but, necessary.

Some of this is justified consternation that We, the People find ourselves in this position at all.  We shouldn't be here.  We shouldn't be worried that in 2024 an outright Fascist Authoritarian who is in the throes of syphilis induced dementia has at least a 50/50 chance of getting into the White House.

Many terminally on-line liberals seem to think the only correct way to beat Trump is a straight-up rematch in the 2024 election.  As though Joe Biden and Donald Trump should fight a noble and fair duel following the rules!  Trump's already lost the popular vote twice, even with Israeli war crimes dragging down entisaism for Biden, Trump would lose it a 3rd time.  They are unwilling or unable to see the Marching Fascism barreling straight towards us.  Or believe they will be more or less unscathed by another Trump presidency.

Because ratfvcking Republicans don't intend for this election to be settled at the ballot box by the American voter but, by election fraud and outright criminal chicanery.  It's not as though Republicans have ever held a free and fair election anyway.  It's not as though Republicans don't cynically and successfully claim the rules mean they win and you lose.  The Republican Party has made voting a demoralizing and difficult task precisely to ensure people do not vote, while also illegally disenfranchising thousands of likely democratic voters.

And understand if the Republicans had been successful in their One Weird Trick attempts in 2020 prior to the January 6th Insurrection, through the courts or via the House Vote or the Ron Johnson Fake Electors, or if Mike Pence had done what he yearned to do and declared Trump the Winner they would have declared Trump was still President and dared anyone to say he wasn't...

In the run-up to the 2024 Presidential Election, Trump has already stated numerous times he plans to Weaponize the Federal Government to round-up and place millions of people into concentration camps.  It's not hyperbole but, a full-fledged plan of action.  Now, on-line rightwing trolls and Fash Curious claim its' just homeless bums, the mentally ill, and illegal immigrants Trump will terrorize and relocate into Camps by any means necessary.

But, always remember these Reactionary types say this to convince the Normies that Oh no no no, we're not coming for you!  Not at all!  You won't be next on the list after we:

• kick out the immigrants
• cast down the sodomites,
• place the homeless in Tents in the Nevada desert, 
• re-educate teachers to teach PraegerU style patriotism,

Many provisions of The Illinois Safe-T Act has already been in effect for two years, but today marks the End of Cash Bail.

The D-Bond (and I-Bond / C-Bond) system is over, although Warrants which predate 09/18/23 will still be subject to the Bond amount issued for them.

The end of cash bail was marked with a huge degree of caterwauling and lies by those who benefit from the current system and never, ever, have to worry about not being able to make bail for a minor offense and being stuck in Cook County lock-up for months facing misdemeanor charges.

What the cash bail system always did, and was designed to do, was help restrain the poor and working class.  Rich people who commit a homicide and get a $1,000,000 bail to bond out?  No problem.  Poor folk who can't make $5000 or even scrape together $500 well tough, you're being bussed to 26th and California. 

In reality, the new system still affords Judges, ASA's (Assistant State's Attorneys), and even the arresting officer the ability to detain a person based on a large variety of factors which are not difficult to obtain.  It still holds those arrested for Domestic Violence related crimes and higher level felonies in custody before being transported to Court for an initial hearing.   

All the rightwing fear mongering that the arrested person will go out and commit more crime is nothing less than a call for everyone arrested to be NEVER released from prison.  Which understand doesn't apply to Rightwing Domestic Terrorists from January 6th or from the 4 arrests of Donald John Traitor Trump, but really only to black and brown persons (and white people who have abrogated their innocence by advocating for the poor, the huddled masses, the downtrodden) who in the parlance of the Cook County court system are "mooks" or "mopes"

In the vernacular of court culture, defendants are identified by vulgarities: "scum," "piece of shit," "bad guys" - even "banana suits" (which refers to the jail jumper that defendants in custody must wear in court).  One term predominates among these epithets.  That term is "mopes," used mostly to refer to defendants but sometimes used to describe professionals as well.  The meaning inscribed in this term is central to the moral rubric applied to defendants by courtroom professionals.

"Mope" is shorthand for a person who violates these values.  Professionals find it difficult to regard a defendant as anything but a mope.   

What this is about is white society, especially rightwing society, believes a certain segment of America are a priori guilty and have, most likely, gotten away with some crime, so jailing them and holding them until they pay a monetary fee is just and right.   

Most of America doesn't want to believe the legal system writ large is unjust and unfair, so for years they told themselves the Cops are the good guys, the courts are fair, and Justice is blind in America.  The War on Drugs really shattered this belief system, but couldn't break it because Republicans continued to tell Americans drug abusers have a moral failing and anyone accused of a crime is ipso facto guilty.  And since the system was Fair & Balanced before now, that means Trump and the Republicans are absolutely right that Trump being charged with 91 Felonies is Weaponized Department of Justice and now we have a Two-Tiered Legal System, which just so happens to be exactly like Reverse-Racism and targeting totally innocent conservatives! 

The new No Bail system in Illinois is going to be a work in progress for a while and is going to be tweaked going forward.  But, if bad actors in the Prosecutor's Office, Sheriffs, and Municipal Police Departments are going to sabotage the effort it won't be because of the Law but, because of their own biased ideas of Justice in America.

I remember on election night Novmber 2020 as it became clear President Biden and VP Harris had won, the media began to drag it's feet and did not call the election even as Faux News called Arizona for Biden and returns in Georgia began to swing towards Joe and Kamala.  The delay in calling the election stretched on for several days in early November and Into that Void rushed Donald John Traitor Trump with his lies about the election being rigged.

His conference call (with other like minded criminal conspirators) to Brad Raffensberger was the nothing more than a tawdry Mafioso call and nothing less than a death knell for the Republic.

Reading through that transcript from January 2nd 2021, it's chock full of Trump's pathetic and pathological sociopathy; utter disdain for law, hatred of Stacey Abrams (a black woman) and contempt for Raffensberger for being "outplayed" by Abrams, fantasy beliefs about the US Military ("I won the military by a lot"), and the classic, fvcking classic, Mob boss I just need you to do one little thing pleading.

Donald John Traitor Trump engaged in multiple criminal conspiracies to subvert the United States Government and install himself as President following his decisive defeat in the 2020 Election.  That these conspiracies failed due to incompetence (Powell, Ellis, Ghouliani), refusal (Reffensberg), or cowardice (Pence) are irrelevant to his attempts.

After the call to Raffensberger failed, and after the Tuesday January 5th special elections in which Raphael Warnock and John Ossoff won, Trump knew the January 6th Fake Elector and then Violent autogolpe (The TrumPutsch) were his last shot.

Everyone knows who Trump is and who he always was.  It wasn't a big deal when he was just a scummy, weird Manhattanite phony but, this is now.  Trump has built up a cult of barely constrained lunatics who yearn to hurt millions of people in America.  The reality of who Trump is, a racist, rapist, thieving treasonous is, immaterial.

Traitor Trump is going to be the Republican nominee for President in 2024 (maybe with RFK Jr as VP, maybe Major Traitor Greene who knows) it doesn't matter how many times he's indicted, how many times he's found liable, culpable, or guilty.  Trump satisfies the visceral need for hatred that exists inside every right-winger in America.  Conservatives are not going to give that up, but 97% of Conservatives are rank cowards willing to go along with the violence, death camps, and fascism as long as others are doing the dirty work.

So, it should come as no surprise that after his Georgia indictment, rightwingers on-line sought out and disseminated the information on the Grand Jurors who indicted him.  Throw that information out into the frothing rage filled rightwing internet and wait for a "lone wolf" or pack of "lone wolves" to act.

The purported names and addresses of members of the grand jury that indicted Donald Trump and 18 of his co-defendants on state racketeering charges this week have been posted on a fringe website that often features violent rhetoric, NBC News has learned. 

NBC News is choosing not to name the website featuring the addresses to avoid further spreading the information. 

The Fulton County District Attorney’s Office declined to comment. District Attorney Fani Willis faced racist threats ahead of the return of the indictment, and additional security measures were put in place, with some employees being allowed to work from home. 

Tuesday — after Trump posted on his social media website that authorities were going "after those that fought to find the RIGGERS!" — Advance Democracy said Trump supporters were "using the term ‘rigger’ in lieu of a racial slur" in posts. 

The grand jurors have come under attack in the days since Trump's indictment, the fourth criminal indictment brought against the twice-impeached former president. 

“These jurors have signed their death warrant by falsely indicting President Trump," a post on a pro-Trump forum read in response to a post including the names of jurors, which was viewed by NBC News. 

The Fulton County Sheriff's Office, which is handling the surrender of Trump and his co-defendants over the next 10 days, declined to comment.

Death threats and on-line terrorism are de riguer for conservatives, but thus far few have acted upon them.  That's going to change.  And rapidly, as the legal system finally gets to holding Trump accountable for his lifetime of criminality.  And Law enforcement is not ready for the reality.

I know how you start a fire... but how do you start a flood? Trump's Punishment? And his Cult of Maga Fascists continue to Attack America.

Trump's theft of classified documents, including nuclear data and military analysis of US defense capabilities and Department of Defense war plans, is absolutely indefensible and a serious violation of the Espionage Act.

Everything Trump has done in stealing classified documents, including flooding his Mar-a-Lago computer server room, continually obstructing efforts to retrieve them, and his full knowledge that these weren't declassified or his property, shows a clear intent to use them for personal gain.  And no, I am not going to give this 300 lb bag of orange diarrhea any benefit of the doubt.  Trump stole these documents to sell to foreign powers and barter for financial gain.  I wouldn't be surprised if much of the Iran War Plans Trump stole went to the Saudi Government with the quid pro quo being the $2,000,000,000 paid to Jared Kushner.

Despicable Republicans have already all fallen in-line and decry the "weaponization of the Department of Justice" while continuing their non-stop Whataboutsim, as they demand access to Hunter Biden's dick pics, decry President Obama's blackness, and the continued existence of HRC.  Always remember Republicans absolutely believe in a two-tiered system of justice in which they are never held to account for their crimes.

Twitter, unsurprisingly, is awash as always with people who don't know anything declaring they know everything.  It's amazing and shocking how some rightwing agent provocateurs have been able to entice conservatives into this maelstrom of inanity and defense of the indefensible.  But, that's what the Cult of Mega is; a system to ensure every right-winger pays fealty and donations to Trump and his cadre of criminal cronies.

It's the same old disingenuous nonsense from the same old phony leftists Michael Tracey, Glenn Greenwald and others who always, always, always find the time to concoct the most bad faith, blatantly shameless, and patently false defenses of Trump or any other Republicans in trouble.  As with Little Nazi Tim Pool, I must conclude Tracey and Greenwald reap large financials rewards from pretending the be Leftists while goose-stepping to the March of MAGA Fascism.

Trump did so much damage to the Nation and our allies.  Never forget Trump off-handedly outing an Israeli spy to two Soviet Intelligence while the three yucked it up in the Oval Office. Or in October 2021, when the US reported a significant number of assets, informants, and friendly persons were killed and compromised.  This is directly tied to Trump's theft of classified material.

Of course, as bad as Trump's multiple crimes are, and never forget he fomented a Coup d'etat against the United States Government, Vladimir Putin unleashed a flood in Ukraine by blowing up the Kakhovka Damn and to hell with anyone displaced or drowned and the vast amount of farmland destroyed by this.  Putin apparently believed this would stall or disrupt the planned Ukrainian Counter-Offensive.

Apparently, Republicans have decided their decades long agenda of slashing government regulation and rules designed to curtail negligent business from cutting corners and conducting their businesses unsafely is the fault of President Joe Biden.  Republicans can do this while they literally work to create the conditions for future incidents like this.

I guess Republicans have decided to dust off the old playbook of blaming everything on a Democratic President even and especially things they are responsible for.  This time its' the Norfolk Suffolk train derailment in East Palestine, Ohio which Republicans Blame Biden for, similar to how the blamed Barack for the Deepwater Horizon oil rig explosion in 2010.

Of course, all of this lays at the feet of the Republican agenda of strangling the regulation of big business while companies like this are more than willing to slash safety protocols because they know the cost of cleaning up any damage will, most likely, be borne by the American taxpayer.  Privatize the Profits and Socialize the Losses remains a key component of business attraction to Republican politicians.

For years, we've witnessed Republican legislatures and executives undermine, neuter, and eliminate regulations and then when a disaster hits, they run to the loving arms of Faux News to blame Democrats.

Think the Texas Power Grid failure, the odious Ted Cruz and doddering Greg Abbott blamed Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and the Green New Deal.  

Do you remember in 2015 when the EPA investigated and attempted to clean up abandoned mines in Colorado and were overwhelmed by the negligent malefeacance of the companies who just up and abandoned the toxic waste products?  So that the Animas River was turned into an orange sludge from millions of gallons of waste which spilled into it?  Hey, that business in America let someone else clean up your mess and if they fuck it up well that's on them!

This is the other plank of the Republican game plan of always blaming Democratic Presidents for Republican malfeasance; they also cry and moan and bitch non-stop, all day, everyday in the hopes the electorate will give in to their tantrum and let them have control of the government.  This worked very well on my Generation X slacker cohorts in 2000 but is having less effect on the Milleninals and Zoomers who've learned to talk trash back to the Twitter trolls and rightwing propagandists and haven't been brain-washed by the BothSides are the same and other rhetorical bullshit rightwingers used on Gen-X and the Boomers to such effect.  It certainly worked on White people in Ohio, who voted for Trump for voted for do-nothing Mike DeWine for Governor and know-nothing V.D. Vance for Senator.  But, now that the white people of Ohio's votes for Republicans and deregulation are coming back to destroy them and their communities it's time to shift the blame.

The only reason Republicans want the trains to run on time and not derail is because they are planning on using them the same way their ideological ancestors in Germany did; to round-up the people the Republicans hate and send them to death camps.

The Upcoming Anti-Trans Pogrom

It's odd how paying even the slightest attention to the incestuous rightwing internet allows you to finger the evolving conservative narrative.  In this case the Rightwing's obsession with and plans to Kill Trans Persons.

The Upcoming Republican electoral strategy could not be any more obvious.  Trans people are going to be demonized as a scare tactic reminiscent of Karl Rove's No Gay Marriage Constitutional Amendment in 2004.  It's clear Republicans believe attacking Trans people (especially women) is a way to woo white suburban women and keep them in the Republican fold even while Republicans enact laws and policies which specifically harm women and children.

Of course, standard Republican skullduggery and voter suppression tactics will be used as well as the well-worn tactic of inventing scandals in the fever rightwing swamps and expecting the Corporate Media of carrying the message to people who are less invested in monitoring politics.

This is what Republicans and Rightwingers have done with CRT and it's what they are doing with Trans persons.  It's not necessarily that the effort to demonize and ostracize Trans people is coordinated; it's that each conservative propagandist sees and understands that their rightwing drones are primed for anti-Trans messages, that Libs of TikTok stories garner clicks and attention, the Matt Walsh and Tim Poole receive positive feedback from making Trans people the villain, that thousands of rightwingers leave vile messages on their Youtube channels, and that by alleging all Transpeople are sex criminals by their very nature.

Traitor Trump clearly indicated this in his most recent Hitlerian Speech that, Ooooooh, won't someone think of the Children? rhetoric vis-a-vis Trans persons was a Trojan Horse and the goal has always been to use the issue to win elections and gain Power and to then imprison and eliminate Trans people afterwards.

The left wing’s gender insanity being pushed on our children is an act of child abuse. Very simple. Here’s my plan to stop the chemical, physical and emotional mutilation of our youth.

On day one, I will revoke Joe Biden’s cruel policies on so-called gender affirming care. Ridiculous. A preposterous test that includes giving kids puberty blockers, mutating their physical appearance, and ultimately performing surgery on minor children.

Can you believe this? I will sign a new executive order instructing every federal agency to cease all programs that promote the concept of sex and gender transition at any age. I will then ask Congress to permanently stop federal taxpayer dollars from being used to promote or pay for these procedures and pass a law prohibiting child sexual mutilation in all 50 states. 

It will go very quickly. I will declare that any hospital or healthcare provider that participates in the chemical or physical mutilation of minor youth will no longer meet federal health and safety standards for Medicaid and Medicare and will be terminated from the program immediately.

Furthermore, I will support the creation of a private right of action for victims to sue doctors who have unforgivably performed these procedures on minor children. The Department of Justice will investigate Big Pharma and the big hospital network to determine whether they have deliberately covered up horrific long term side effects of sex transitions in order to get rich at the expense of vulnerable patients. In this case, very vulnerable.

We will also investigate whether Big Pharma or others have illegally marketed hormones and puberty blockers which are in no way licensed or approved for this use.

My Department of Education will inform states and school districts that if any teacher or school official suggests to a child that they could be trapped in the wrong body, they will be faced with severe consequences, including potential civil rights violations for sex discrimination and the elimination of federal funding. As part of our new credentialing body for teachers, we will promote positive education about the nuclear family, the roles of mothers and fathers, and celebrating rather than erasing the things that make men and women different and unique.

I will ask Congress to pass a bill establishing the only genders recognized by the United States government are male and female, and they are assigned at birth.

The bill will also make clear that Title IX prohibits men from participating in women’s sports. And we will protect the rights of parents from being forced to allow their minor child to assume a gender which is new and an identity without the parent’s consent.

The identity will not be new, and it will not be without parental consent. No serious country should be telling its children that they were born with the wrong gender, a concept that was never heard of in all of human history. Nobody’s ever heard of this. What’s happening today? It was all when the radical left invented it just a few years ago.

I think it is very important we don't obscure this behind euphemisms like "draconian" and "inhumane" and call this what it is; Murderous.  The Republican Party is adopting a plan which would lead to suicide, targeted killings of Trans persons, and State-Sponsored imprisionment and death for the Trans community and anyone who aids or assists them.  And Remember this isn't some random blogger (like me) but the former Republican President and most likely Republican nominee in 2024.  And remember this is absolutely, a matter of freedom, a matter of self-determination, and Constitutional protections absolutely apply here.  Which along with hollow States Rights' arguments show the utter depravity, and utter farce the rightwing claims about the Constitution, freedom and liberty actually are.

The reason Republicans dislike Trump is because he states clearly (or as clearly as his adderall infused spirochete riddled brain can manage) what the Republicans plan actually is.  And now, Trump is clearly laying out the plan to use the Awesome Power of the US Government to make medical care for Trans or Non-Binary persons prima facie illegal and to make Trans people de facto criminals by the fact of the mere existence.  And we always know what follows from such Republican law making; state-sanctioned extrajudicial killings and targeted incarcerations and harassment.

Trump did this with Abortion in 2016, Trump did this about Social Security in 2022.  He clearly stated Republicans plan to punish women who get abortions and Republicans plan to eliminate Social Security and the rest of the meager Social Safety Net.  And that is exactly what happened and is happening now... 

Trans Rights are Human Rights. Republicans plan to make Trans people into Modern day Witches.  Understand it's not hyperbole, it's happening, Republican State legislators are banning medical care for people and Republican Governors are enacting sweeping orders threatening to punish anyone and everyone who helpsTrans people.  Given control of the Federal Government in 2024 and you'll see Trump appointed Judges, the Attorney General, and other heads of Departments use their power to harass, harm, and eliminate Trans people.  

Always remember whenever a Republican complains of the Weaponization of the Department of Justice they are telling on themselves.  Republicans, absolutely intend to Weaponize as many Departments as possible, as they did during Trump's first Regime and during the W(orst President Ever) Presidency.  Every Accusation is a Confession.
