January 6th Hostages Mark and Jalise Middleton and the Coming Republican attack on America

 Facts don't care about your feelings is an oft-quoted shibboleth by rightwingers.  But, what they really mean is their subjective take on society is logical reality and anything you counter their argument with is emotion based and dismissible.

In fact, their feelings are all that matter to MAGA Republicans; Facts are irrelevant and often detrimental to them, therefore Facts (and Truth and Reality) are jettisoned for their preferred narrative. 

This is nowhere more evident with January 6th.  As the saying goes Fuck Around Find Out (FAFO).  I happened upon the so-called MAGA Derek Zoolander, a disreputable chap named John Strand.  Strand is a January 6th criminal who was arrested, charged, and incarcerated for his part in the violent Trump-led successful attempt to halt the peaceful  transfer of power and thus far unsuccessful attempt to overthrow the Government of the United States.

Since his actions on that day, he's fully embraced the Jan6th persecuted political prisoners victimized by the Biden Department of Justice, Kamala Harris Department of Justice.  He calls himself a J6 hostage, repeats the lies about the event itself being peaceful & patriotic, and claims he did nothing wrong.  Of course, when Strand was flush with the excitement of that day, entering the Capitol to trash the place and stop the certification, exuberant, arms raised in triumph he stated, "We stormed the Capitol, it's Insane." and declared himself "amongst the first dozen patriots" who "literally made history just now".

But, as the official spokesmodel of the criminals, besides grifting for money, he's also taken to bemoaning that he and his fellow criminals are facing justice while pushing ridiculous lies about other Jan6th Insurrectionists.  So, Strand pushed the bogus claim about the convicted criminal Texas couple Mark and Jalise Middleton, who were convicted in Federal Court and sentenced and are now going to serve their sentence.

According to trial evidence and police body-worn camera footage, as the officers struggled with the group of rioters, a male individual, later identified as Mark Middleton, pushed against the barricades and the police line with his body. Officers are heard on body-worn camera footage repeatedly ordering Mark Middleton and others to “Get back!” In response, Mark Middleton is heard yelling “f— you!” as he continued to push against the police barricades. Evidence showed that Mark Middleton resisted MPD officers, grabbed onto an MPD officer’s left hand or wrist, and pulled the officer forward towards the crowd.

            At the same time, a female individual, later identified as Jalise Middleton, is seen on body-worn camera footage repeatedly grabbing and striking the same officer over the barricade with her hand. Another officer then approached to assist, and Jalise Middleton struck that officer as well. Video footage shows that the couple continued to grapple with and strike at the officers, and attempt to pull an officer into the crowd, as various flags were jabbed toward the officers’ faces.

            MPD officers later deployed a chemical spray, forcing the Middletons to retreat from the barricaded line. Both defendants later posted social media messages touting their key role in helping to breach the barricades by fighting officers and that they had only stopped due to pepper spray.

But, Strand posted this beautiful peaceful couple were in prayer and attacked from behind by the Police and are victims of Kamala Harris weaponization of the Department of Justice and thousands of replies on Elon Musk's Nazi Twitter pile on this miscarriage of justice and hope for the day when they can slaughter as many Democrats as possible.  Are the replies bots?  I don't know.  What matters is the lies Republicans tell themselves and their followers and the Fear & Anger rightwingers manifest in themselves as they believe and incestuously amplify their lies to each other.

This, by the way, explains the entire allure of senile traitor Trump.  MAGA zealots see him stride through American society like a colossus, flouting all conventions, actively ignoring Laws, getting away with massive scams and schemes which would land any of them into jail, all the while the Corporate Media kowtows and fawns over his every word, deed, and action.  Trump takes what he wants, does what he wants, shits on those who displease him, encourages hatred and death upon those who oppose him.  This is what they want to be and by latching onto him they gain some small portion of that invulnerability. 

So, as the Trump train reaches its' final stop this November 5th there are going to be a lot of desperate, financially and legally strapped people, with few options, and less hope.  Those are the sort of people who can be induced to act out.  They did so on January 6th, 2021 and when Trump calls on them to do it again...  well I don't know what's going to happen and while I doubt there will be any large-scale violence,  Republicans are going to do something.  Be prepared and don't be caught unawares.  If you can be brave do so but, protect yourself and your loved ones and be ready to defend America from another Republican led attack on Freedom and Democracy.

Wausau Mayor Doug Diny Dingleberry

Wausau, Wisconsin Mayor Doug Diny is facing scrutiny after video surveillance footage showed him carting the city’s outdoor ballot drop box inside on Sunday while sporting a Department of Public Works jacket and hard hat.

Diny on Tuesday admitted he moved the drop box to his office on Sept. 22 and “took a few photos to memorialize the action.” Initially, he said the box “was relocated to a safe indoor location until certain issues that the clerk is aware of are addressed.” He also provided a photo.

You will be utterly unsurprised that Mayor Doug Diny Dingleberry is a hardcore rightwing psycho who hates the Wisconsin Supreme Court decision granting people the right to vote and will simply deny it via performative disenfranchisement;

On July 5 the Wisconsin Supreme Court ruled that municipal clerks do, in fact, have the authority to establish secure drop boxes for absentee ballots in their district. Wausau Clerk Kaitlyn Bernarde made that decision, which Diny took exception to.

Like all Republicans, the Wausau Mayor seeks to suppress, interrupt, deny the franchise to as many people as possible because when the people vote, Republicans lose.  Of course, Diny photographed his LOL publicity stunt because he believes he's untouchable by laws and declared, 

"This action is consistent with my overall position and what I heard from residents when I was knocking on doors.”

Diny is a special kind of rightwing asshole who ran on a platform of blaming the previous Mayor Katie Rosenberg for a water rate price increase after Rosenberg cleaned up the cities wells of PFAS.  Diny Dingleberry won 5222-4798.

While everyone knows that Boomers fell prey to the vile lying propaganda of Racist Limbaugh, then Faux News, moving onto Facebook memes, to eventually just swallowing Russian agitprop wholly;  Generation X failed their own critical thinking skills test and then willingly fell for the cynicism of being too cool to care about politics, which was specifically peddled to them.

Thus, GenX ignored their nascent political power in the 1990s, fell for the jingoistic GWoT of the 2000s, and now we’re smaller than the Millennials and Zoomers and less committed than the rabidly rightwing dwindling Boomers 

Having grown up under Ronnie Rayguns Department of unEducation,  GenX lacks critical thinking skills in the face of non-stop barrage of rightwing propaganda and unfortunately, having grown up under repeated Republican economic failures and Plutocratic tyranny from the Newt Gingrich's Contract on America, the financial and housing economic failures of George W Bush to the Tax Raises and ruinous Tariffs of traitor Tump we also don’t have the comfort and assured finances of the Boomers and so we want to blame the immigrants.

Now, Republicans continually wreck the economy and Democratic Presidents Clinton, Obama, and Biden fix the Republican failures and sabotage.  

You know about the extra-legal powers the 3 Republican members of the Georgia Board of Elections granted themselves to slow down the certification process.

But, several other Republican occupied States have engaged in their own Voter suppression tactics as we are less than 6 weeks from the 2024 Presidential Election.  Louisiana, Texas, and Oklahom have engaged in Voter Purges removing millions of viable voters under their you didn't reply to my latest email scam.

It's really one of the things which shows how false and fake our Democracy is when North Carolina can remove 747,000 voters because the Board of Electors determines their voting status is "inactive"

In Nebraska, Republicans sought to ensure the 1 Electoral Vote of the Omaha Congressional District didn't go to Kamala Harris by having the Nebraska Congress adopt a last minute change.  Prime Trump suck-up Lindsey Graham flew out from South Carolina to try and persuade the change.

In Pennsylvania, Republicans have sued to stop voters who've sent in mail in-ballots which may have errors are denied a chance to correct the potential errors in a practice known as "notice-and-cure"

There's going to be more ratfvcking and attempts to at least delay certifying Kamala Harris and Tim Walz victory this November.  If those hopefully fail and it appears at least the Harris/Walz team and the Biden Administration as well as staunch defenders of freedom and liberty like Marc E. Elias are fighting the Republican voter suppression efforts in the Courts. 

Even if these efforts are defeated or if they are unsuccessful in stealing the 2024 election for senile weirdo traitor Trump, Republicans know by destroying faith in elections and alleging all sorts of impropriety without any evidence will ensure that one day when Republicans again take to the pulpit to announce a repeat of January 6th enough Fascists will rally to the Republicans cause and overthrow the United States government.

This is what We, the People are facing now...  There are no more "normal" elections.  Every election is a struggle unto death with the Raging Fascist Racist Republican Party.  You have to do everything you can from here on out; because if we do not, the Republican Party will annihilate the Nation and replace it with a murderous death cult built upon the foundations of white supremacy and fundamentalist terrorism, funded by Apartheid billionaire assholes who will LOL as you're sent to "The Staging Grounds" for liquidation.  Eternal Vigilance...

The MAGA Agenda: Noted Terrorist Donald Trump demands January 6th Terrorists be released

I hope you are paying attention because Donald Trump is grooming his cult to engage in domestic terrorism.

Republicans have always ham-handedly tried to glom their whiny grievances onto whatever incident is dominating the news cycle.  Traitor Tump may be a blubbering senile syphilitic lunatic but he does have that low animal cunning so prevalent amongst criminals of his ilk.  Hence, rightwingers who know nothing and forget nothing, have been hearing about "Hostages" and know that evil Mooslims are too blame for the "Hostages" Trump has modified his speech about the Jan 6th criminals and terrorists from "political prisoners" to "Hostages";

“You know what they ought to do? They ought to release the J6 hostages. They’ve suffered enough. I call them hostages. Some people call them prisoners. I call them hostages. Release the J6 hostages, Joe. Release them, Joe. You can do it real easy, Joe.”

Trump is a vile traitor, criminal, conman, thief, fascist, terrorist, and wannabe dictator.  And Republicans know it and Republicans don't care. 

You've got over 1000 criminals from that day, arrested, tried, and convicted; including multiple conspirators serving decades long sentences for literal sedition and insurrection.  You've got three Jan6th fugitives being arrested on the 3rd anniversary of their crime right outside Trump's doorstep in Florida.  And you know what you don't have anyone associated with "Antifa" or a member of a so-called Fedsurrection.

And yet Republicans en masse continue to support Trump's bogus claims and continue to aid his lies about the attempt to overthrow the United States government.  Including Republican asshole Troy Nehls of Texass who was recorded on 01/06/21 pleading with conservatives to stop their violent rampage yet Nehls has continued to spread the Fedsurrection lie knowing it was false.  And Republicans continue to support the lie that the 2020 election was stolen and preemptively state they will not recognize the 2024 victory by President Biden.

Rightwingers are ill-informed on purpose by Faux News, the Corporate Media, and Republican propagandists so they don't know anything but what's been drilled into their head by liars.  So, that's why an overwhelming majority of Republicans know that Jan6th was an Inside Job of FBI agents and Undercover Antifa members to make Donald Tump look bad.

And Trump well he continues to goad and incite his cult members to consider violence.  His language of "Hostages" is absolutely intended to convince some right-winger to make an assassination attempt on President Biden, who absolutely has Trump pegged as a "Sick Fvck" who loves political violence.

So, I hope you're preparing because Republicans will not accept any election which does not place them into power and their legions of drones are being groomed and goaded into making the violence of Jan6th seem insignificant.  Get ready to fight for you're very lives because Republicans are coming for them.

Trump broke The Law in a fundamental way

House Republicans have spent the last two years trying to claim President Biden received money from Foreign Governments and in reality Republicans learned and covered up the fact Donald J. Trump and his Crime Family Got Millions From Foreign Governments While He Was President.

While in the White House, Donald Trump’s businesses collected millions from at least 20 foreign governments, including a vast majority spent by China, according to a new report by House Democrats based on hundreds of pages of financial documents obtained from Trump’s longtime accounting firm.

I don't know if the One Weird Trick method of keeping Trump off of ballots for the 2024 Election is going to work but, I see no downside to using ever legal means to battle him.  A group in Illinois just filed a challenge to keep Trump off of the Primary ballot and Massachusetts is going to do the same.

These legal moves have angered Republicans who have decided over the last 3 years since the Trump's violent attempt to overthrow the United States Government and successful bid to delay the peaceful transition of power that Jan6th wasn't that bad, and Antifa was responsible anyway, and Trump tried to stop it, but the insurrection was completely justified because Biden stole the Presidency anyway.

Unfortunately, The Law isn’t magic … What Trump did in his first go around was show how hollow and fragile our institutions are.  It’s been taken as a metaphysical certainty that the law along with norms, rules, morals, codes, and principles would restrain any one man and certainly an entire political party from embracing authoritarianism in the United States.  But well before Trump was in the White house the GOP threw those conventions out the window.

Now Trump knew The Law could be flouted from his decades long crime spree starting in the 1970s, "When you're a star they let you do it..."  But, during his first reign he understood that even the mighty Federal Government worked on the acquiescence of the governed.  And Traitor Trump doesn't care to acquiesce.  The United States Constitution is, as they say, the Highest Law of the Land...  until someone comes along at just the right time and says "Nope".

The large unconcerned non-politically motivated have been taught The Magic Words which comprise the semi-mystical human endeavor known as "The Law" constrains man and keeps the peace.

This is the fault of everyone from the Law&Order writers to the legions of lawyers and obsequious political press which treated "The Law" as magical a kind of Platonic Ideal which could be attained by just the right sequence of incantations or just the proper alchemical mixture or just the right quest for the sacred building blocks instead of being nothing more than an agreed upon set of loose constraints.

Trump busted those constraints and dared anyone to do anything about it.  Sadly, I don't believe the loose constraints will hold back Trump or the MAGA Republicans if they should again reach the White House.  And more worrying is Trump's mushy brain isn't the most frightening aspect of Republican control of government it's the slimy vile underlings yearning to gain access to the DOJ and civilian control of the military.

Whenever MAGA regains power (whether that's 2025 or later) expect them to govern with no regard toto the Rule of Law, they've shown their hand by flouting everything as Republicans control the House of Representatives, but with the expectations the populace will meekly obey or passively support and abide by their rule.  And yes this includes up to the villainous plans of Mike Flynn, Stephen Miller, Steve Bannon, to get trains running millions of people into Death Camps.

But, at that point the question is; 

• Will rank and file bureaucrats in the Department of Justice or Transportation or Housing and Urban Development go along with the evil plans of these odious fascists?  
• Will FBI agents shrug and execute the raids and round-up the Usual Suspects (i.e. immigrants, unchaste women, LGBTQ, un-American teachers)?  
• Will ICE just follow orders and push migrant children into the river? 
• Will Police Officers in Democratically controlled states dutifully execute Nationwide arrest warrants issued by psychotic Texas or Mississippi Judges against Abortionists? 
• Will Republican controlled State Police and Bureau of Investigation simply throw aside the rule of law and act like Israeli Forces in the West Bank (i.e. aiding the violent Settlers in killing and stealing from the occupied peoples)? 

Any individuals who choose to not follow Trump's unlawful orders and disobey at the beginning will be subject to pressure, then discipline, and then violence.  It takes a lot of bravery to stand out when the rapacious Republicans are looking for singular victims to keep the rest in line.

The largest fear isn't that the military will just follow orders.  In any successful Coup attempts, 99% of the military, state security apparatuses, and domestic law enforcement remain sidelined.  It's a fracture of the military and individual units and commands at various levels choosing to side with the Fascist Republican 2025 Plan.

But, before we get to the 2025 Plan, we have a chance to defeat Trump a 3rd time and keep him from getting his fat fascist fingers onto the levers of power.  It's not going to be easy, Reactionary agencies like Police Unions, the Corporate Media, Foreign Powers (Israel and Russia), the Billionaire Class, the malcontent anti-anti-Trump cohorts, the ratfvcker Third Way RFK Jr, Cornel West, Marianne Williamson, and others yearn to have a little Fascism and will try and sow as much confusion as possible in the election so Republicans can successfully steal it this time.

But, either way 2025 is going to be a Year in Terrorism.  Republicans have no intention of ever following “The Law” ever again and Rightwing violence is here and it's not "going away".  The question is will it be lone wolves continuing the low-level domestic terrorist attacks they've been doing for a while or will it be a 21st century style State-Sponsored Reign of Terror with Republicans getting concentration camps and death squads liquidating millions across the Nation?

Revenge of the Thin Blue Line 40: More Police Training is not the answer especially not "Street Cop Training"

Reform the Police, a refrain as old as Police themselves.  But, we will never get the proper answer until we understand the question?  "More Training" has been the Panacea to combat Police brutality and misconduct but, can the Police as currently conceived, designed, organized, and utilized be retrained?

More than a decade ago I became aware of the grotesque David Grossman and his On Killing / Warrior Cop police training, a course of instruction designed to turn even well-adjusted LEOs into sacred trigger happy panicked shooters and affording psychotic Police Officers the justification they needed to gun down any black man they saw.

Grossman's "Killology" training wasn't a bizarre outlier from a weirdo who never saw combat but, a highly touted and widespread methodology which had been taught to thousands of cops and merely the most visible of the Let's make police into brutal abusers philosophy. 

Sadly, it seems a vast swath of politicians were never aware of this training until it had already wrecked an entire generation of Police Officers in a similar way the Joe Rogan/Andrew Tate/Jordan Peterson toxic masculinity has warped and deluded the young generation of Zoomer boys these days.  The general approach was to simply allocate the money for "More Training" and let the departments pick and choose.

Therefore, in this Post-Ferguson era, we still see toxic training being sold to Officers and the content provided by these so-called trainers containing vulgar, rude, discriminatory, unconstitutional methods, demeaning misogynoy, and toxic masculinity.  

Street Cop, founded in 2012, is a private law enforcement training vendor that conducts business in the State of New Jersey. The founder and CEO of the Company is Dennis Benigno, a former law enforcement officer who worked with a municipal police department in Middlesex County, New Jersey, until 2015. 

Benigno claims to lead “one of the largest, if not the largest, police training providers in the United States,” impacting approximately 25,000 to 30,000 law enforcement officers nationally on an annual basis. In New Jersey alone, the Company conducts 40 to 45 courses annually, training in “excess of 2000 state and local law enforcement officers.” Included in the New Jersey course offerings is a case law class “tailored specifically to New Jersey,” which Benigno himself instructs.

Among other things, OSC found:

• Instructors at the Conference promoted the use of unconstitutional policing tactics for motor vehicle stops;
• Some instructors glorified violence and an excessively militaristic or “warrior” approach to policing. Other presenters spoke disparagingly of the internal affairs process; promoted an “us vs. them” approach; and espoused views and tactics that would undermine almost a decade of police reform efforts in New Jersey, including those aimed at de-escalating civilian-police encounters, building trust with vulnerable populations, and increasing officers’ ability to understand, appreciate, and interact with New Jersey’s diverse population; and
• The Conference included over 100 discriminatory and harassing remarks by speakers and instructors, with repeated references to speakers’ genitalia, lewd gestures, and demeaning quips about women and minorities.

The New Jersey Office of State Comptroller has a detailed report of the vile bullshit and borderline criminal misconduct taught at a 6 day seminar in Atlantic City in October 2021.  And what did The Founder of Street Cop, Dennis Benigno with his synthol oil muscles, and his instructors teach?  Why the same tired Reactionary Crap of Warrior Cop hyper-vigilance.  The repetition of the US and Them, Kill or Be Killed, Treat Everyone Like a Dirtbag Criminal and you might just go home alive.

I've been to a lot of training over the years and immediately steer clear of the hard-chargers who come in festooned in street tactical 5.11 clothing, wearing their duty/off-duty pistol in their low leg holster... 

What we always find with this type of training or an institution like Street Cop; is the classic reductive stereo-types which have been repeated since Joseph Wambaugh and Clint Eastwood invented them 60 years ago.  Righteous god fearing white christian police beset by the savage hordes of blacks, hispanics, queers, and others while namby-pamby bleeding heart liberals tie the Police hands instead of letting them do the righteous work.  Of course, the foundation stretches back even further to the lies Wyatt Earp and Tom Mix sold Hollywood of the lone lawman fighting for Law&Order over a 100 years ago.

Even today, right now, the Republican Party and rightwing propagandists continue to propagate this bullshit, the stereotype that if only "Our" Police were unshackled, if only the crime-coddling Democrats got out of the way, if only the media didn't broadcast Chauvin's extrajudicial killing of George Floyd crime wouldn't be out of control.

Never forget the people that say this are the ideological descendants of those who gave Nixon and Regan the free reign to use draconian methods in the "War on Drugs".  And were absolutely fine when the fucking terror was rained down upon poor and minority communities.  Back then Police didn't raid and bust ever rich white frat house at Dartmouth now did they?  But, once the War on Drugs began to impact little "Maddie & Connor", well then white society demanded leniency and counseling and treatment instead of incarceration and a life-long sentence which fucked millions by giving them a criminal record.

Do you know why the Republicans in Congress like Major Traitor Greene and that Coward Josh Hawley are still so mad at the Capitol Police?  Because Republicans expected the Police to aid them, and their rightwing paramilitary terrorists on January 6th in overthrowing the Government.

Remember the issue isn't just Reforming the Police or finding/fixing/removing the few bad apples it's also dealing with the bad faith efforts of conservatives to undermine solutions while demonizing the efforts in order to obtain political power.  Recall how Republicans and their compliant corporate media stenographers told the American populace that #DefundthePolice was the official policy of Joe Biden and every Democrat office-holder.  Then couple that with the Republican predilection of axiomatically defending every extrajudicial killing of a minority in America and you have the right ingredients for the Modern Reactionary Police.  A Police Force that will readily stomp on the faces of anyone who hinders the White Power Christian Fascist Nation the Republicans seek to turn the United States into...

Republicans hate America 9: Release thousands of hours of video of the Insurrection, proving January 6th was an Inside Job by Republicans

Senator Mike Lee of Utah, whose ancestor was a vile genocidal traitor, who yearns to put 9 year old children into coal mines, and has planned for 15 years to steal your Social Security released a gotcha video *proving* the Feds pulled off the January 6th attempted Coup d'etat.

In response to the Colorado Judge's ruling stating Traitor Trump was absolutely responsible for the Insurrection and attempted Autogolpe, leading to the invasion of the Capitol building by hordes of MAGA festooned criminals and rebels, Speaker Mike Johnson and the Republicans have tried to deflect by releasing roughly 40,000 hours of video captured on that fateful day when Republicans declared an End to the Democratic Republic. 

Because that is what happened that day;  Republicans failed in their effort to topple the duly elected President and Vice President of the Untied States; Joe Biden and Kamala Harris but they succeeded in delaying the process, invited domestic terrorists into Washington DC, and today still cling to the utter despicable lie that Trump somehow won the Election but it was Stolen.

What Trump, the Republicans in Congress, Steven Miller, Steve Bannon, and the other conspirators who orchestrated that criminal conspiracy against the United States hoped would happen was more violence.  They planned for a BLM counter-protest, which would absorb the regional police response, they held the other response forces at bay, they denied requests by Governors to send in National Guard units, they hoped the rapidly overwhelmed Capitol Police might begin shooting, they expected some members of the Police to fall in with the Insurrectionists, they expected Trump's Secret Service detail to have Mike Pence in their custody, they expected the official Electoral College ballots to go missing, they thought the proceedings would be "temporarily" halted.  If that day were bloodier and even more chaotic then Trump and his cadre of criminals would have invoked Marital Law and he would have stayed in power, the back-up plan would also have the Congress and Pence declare they don't know who won the election thus leaving it in limbo and Traitor Trump in power.

Pence benefited from the American tradition of elevating any white man above and beyond his ability, skills, or keen.  And make no mistake Pence was no hero when he was put to the test on Jan6th.  Pence yearned to find someone anyone (Why even Dan Quayle would suffice!) to tell him you can do this, you can overthrow the United States government and remain in power and it's nice and legal (or legal-ish as "George" "Santos" would say).  Instead after not using legerdemain to conduct an Autogolpe, Pence has spent the last 2+ years trying to ridiculously navigate the space between approving the Jan6th rioters calling for his hanging and wooing the Trumpublican mob despite their utter abject hatred for him for failing to deliver the goods.

Part of Mike Pence's appeal to voters was his claim he and Trump would have reneged on the deal to withdraw US Troops from Afghanistan and kept forces in the country.  How that would have worked with the Taliban back in political power is anyone's guess but, when you're concocting fantasy scenarios in your head like RINO Mike Pence well there you go.  Of course, part of Pence's Afghanistan bullshit is to reinforce the nonsense about the 2021 withdrawal being a calamitous calamity of such proportion heretofore never seen in the history of the US and world and to downplay the Trump administration's culpability.

Additionally, Pence cosponsored the AUMF for George W(orst Ever) Bush's invasion of Iraq so it's unsurprising he was still in favor of staying in America's longest war just like Liz Cheney, whom some blind liberals actually believed was on the side of the Democrats instead of being the viper who wants to return the Republican Party to the snobbish bigotry and concealed hatred of the Other.

I remember on election night Novmber 2020 as it became clear President Biden and VP Harris had won, the media began to drag it's feet and did not call the election even as Faux News called Arizona for Biden and returns in Georgia began to swing towards Joe and Kamala.  The delay in calling the election stretched on for several days in early November and Into that Void rushed Donald John Traitor Trump with his lies about the election being rigged.

His conference call (with other like minded criminal conspirators) to Brad Raffensberger was the nothing more than a tawdry Mafioso call and nothing less than a death knell for the Republic.

Reading through that transcript from January 2nd 2021, it's chock full of Trump's pathetic and pathological sociopathy; utter disdain for law, hatred of Stacey Abrams (a black woman) and contempt for Raffensberger for being "outplayed" by Abrams, fantasy beliefs about the US Military ("I won the military by a lot"), and the classic, fvcking classic, Mob boss I just need you to do one little thing pleading.

Donald John Traitor Trump engaged in multiple criminal conspiracies to subvert the United States Government and install himself as President following his decisive defeat in the 2020 Election.  That these conspiracies failed due to incompetence (Powell, Ellis, Ghouliani), refusal (Reffensberg), or cowardice (Pence) are irrelevant to his attempts.

After the call to Raffensberger failed, and after the Tuesday January 5th special elections in which Raphael Warnock and John Ossoff won, Trump knew the January 6th Fake Elector and then Violent autogolpe (The TrumPutsch) were his last shot.

Everyone knows who Trump is and who he always was.  It wasn't a big deal when he was just a scummy, weird Manhattanite phony but, this is now.  Trump has built up a cult of barely constrained lunatics who yearn to hurt millions of people in America.  The reality of who Trump is, a racist, rapist, thieving treasonous is, immaterial.

Traitor Trump is going to be the Republican nominee for President in 2024 (maybe with RFK Jr as VP, maybe Major Traitor Greene who knows) it doesn't matter how many times he's indicted, how many times he's found liable, culpable, or guilty.  Trump satisfies the visceral need for hatred that exists inside every right-winger in America.  Conservatives are not going to give that up, but 97% of Conservatives are rank cowards willing to go along with the violence, death camps, and fascism as long as others are doing the dirty work.

So, it should come as no surprise that after his Georgia indictment, rightwingers on-line sought out and disseminated the information on the Grand Jurors who indicted him.  Throw that information out into the frothing rage filled rightwing internet and wait for a "lone wolf" or pack of "lone wolves" to act.

The purported names and addresses of members of the grand jury that indicted Donald Trump and 18 of his co-defendants on state racketeering charges this week have been posted on a fringe website that often features violent rhetoric, NBC News has learned. 

NBC News is choosing not to name the website featuring the addresses to avoid further spreading the information. 

The Fulton County District Attorney’s Office declined to comment. District Attorney Fani Willis faced racist threats ahead of the return of the indictment, and additional security measures were put in place, with some employees being allowed to work from home. 

Tuesday — after Trump posted on his social media website that authorities were going "after those that fought to find the RIGGERS!" — Advance Democracy said Trump supporters were "using the term ‘rigger’ in lieu of a racial slur" in posts. 

The grand jurors have come under attack in the days since Trump's indictment, the fourth criminal indictment brought against the twice-impeached former president. 

“These jurors have signed their death warrant by falsely indicting President Trump," a post on a pro-Trump forum read in response to a post including the names of jurors, which was viewed by NBC News. 

The Fulton County Sheriff's Office, which is handling the surrender of Trump and his co-defendants over the next 10 days, declined to comment.

Death threats and on-line terrorism are de riguer for conservatives, but thus far few have acted upon them.  That's going to change.  And rapidly, as the legal system finally gets to holding Trump accountable for his lifetime of criminality.  And Law enforcement is not ready for the reality.

January 6th will be America's Second Independence Day

To that end; Squeaker Kevin McCarthy gave video surveillance footage to Chief Propagandist Tucker Carlson to do what he does; craft a web of lies and convince conservatives the true villains of January 6th were not that raucous mob of criminals who, it should never be forgotten, did successfully delay the certification of the 2020 election but, those who investigated the crimes and underlying motivations of the Trump White House and Republicans and Rightwing provocateurs who set the events in motion.

Remember except for a few strokes of luck and some individually brave actions, there would have been numerous dead Democratic Congressmen and Senators in the Capitol on that day.  And make no mistake that was the plan by the Trump White House. 

But, while several Republican Senators have tepidly pushed back against Carlson's Revisionist History right now, the arc of history is set.  Arch Traitors in the GOP will never stop pushing lies around the attempted TrumPutsch and Auto-Golpe De'Estado planned and executed by the Trump White House and multiple members of the Republican Party inside and out the Federal Government.  Thus, Republicans & Rightwingers must and will completely support the Spirit of January 6th and the Lies of a Rigged and Stolen 2020 Election while castigating a few individuals as bad apples.

Now, Queen MAGA Troll Greene declared if she had led the Jan6th Insurrection she would have succeeded,

“I want to tell you something, if Steve Bannon and I had organized that, we would have won. Not to mention, we would’ve been armed,” Greene said Saturday at a dinner hosted by the New York Young Republican Club. 

First, off never forget many of the MAGA criminals were armed and this was clearly seen and reported by US Secret Service Agents and additional Law Enforcement personnel in DC on the 6th, but Trump didn't care because  I am still unconvinced Greene's role in the Insurrection has been thoroughly revealed.  In December 2020 and early January, just before the MAGA Coup d'etat Greene hinted at big happenings were a day away, "We have to get ready for the 6th".  Greene claimed this meant the procedural delays and objections to the Presidential certification and the House vote but, then just 11 days after the election and 3 days before President Joe Biden's inauguration Greene was frantically texting Mark Meadows telling Trump to declare "Marshall Law".

When confronted with this under Oath, Greene relied on the repeated "I don't recall.  I don't recall." defense but, understand calls for violence and stoking rage, anger, and fear are what Republicans do now as a matter of course.  Stochastic Terrorism is a winning technique for Republicans, then when a white MAGA rightwing terrorists guns down elderly Asian masseuses in Atlanta or LGBTQ persons in Colorado, or a white nut listens to Laura Ingraham or Tucker Carlson and tries to kill Speaker Nancy Pelosi, Greene and all the rightwing provocateurs who've feed America this 24/7 diet of lies, propaganda, and hatred can claim,

Texas, expect LGBTQ persons to be arrested on sight sans a warrant.  

Slowly strangling social security and the safety net increasing morality amongst the majority of the us population.  Restricting women's healthcare options under the guise of Pro-Life bullshit will increase deaths among women.  Shackling Millenianls into 80 hr-a-week minimum wage jobs with no benefits to teach them the value of work.  Doing away with debt relief is a pro forma position of Republicans.  But, these are slow moving ways of killing off people whom Republicans deem undesirable.  Republicans are really seeking a Commitment to a Final Solution.  

Because here is the evil dark truth, which almost no one wants to acknowledge; what Republicans and Rightwingers really want is to establish government funded and run concentration camps and paramilitary death squads.

Faced with a clear electoral and popular vote defeat, multiple long time Republicans decided to jettison the 2020 election results and any semblance of Constitutional Democracy for pure Authoritarian control of the US Government. 

Newt Gingrich famously took out a Contract on America in 1994.  Gingrich has been a stain on the United States political scene for 40 years.  Of course, he was going to try and do something about Trump's defeat.  But, as Paul Krugman said, “Newt Gingrich is what stupid people think a smart person talks like.” He's a well documented bigot and a traitor. 

Justice Ginni and Clarence Thomas the Ettin of the Supreme Court have worked since 1991 to destroy the United States.  The Thomas Ettin will undo almost all basic rights of privacy and the right (established by the 1st Amendment) to associate with whomever we, the people wish.  Ginni spent the post 2020 election contacting people in multiple states trying to get them to overturn the election.

The R-Money Reactionary Billionaire Leonard Leo apparently has the plan to stack the courts with conservatives judges who will adhere to the Independent State Legislature doctrine, so Republican controlled states can simply award their state's electoral votes to Donald Trump.

Wallowing in their crocodile tears about civility and cloaking themselves in the mantle of false grievances, petulantly shouting, and making threats of violence.  As President Biden stated, "good manners is nothing they’ve ever suffered from."

But, If President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris had done nothing since the 2020 election but slow the rising tide of Fascism coming from the MAGA Republicans his Presidency would have been a success, but, the legislation he's helped pass with the august guidance from Senate Leader Chuck Schumer and Speaker Pelosi in the slenderly controlled Senate and House make his Presidency the best of this century and the best since FDR.

It's predicated on the belief that white people are inherently good and if they happen to get involved in crimes it is due to them being the wrong place at the wrong time or getting caught up in a situation which somehow got out of hand.  Whereas black (and brown) people are a priori guilty of something so if the Police kill them in an extrajudicial violation of the 4th Amendment well that saves the taxpayers the cost of a trial.

Now certainly a white person can abdicate his inherent get out of jail free card, usually by acting like a "mope" or being a liberal squish or advocating for criminal justice reform or sometimes by being poor.

But, if all one is doing is trying to Make America Great Again well then latitude, mercy, and all sorts of accommodations are coming your way.

Riley Williams is a little Nazi Magat, who actively broke into the Capitol on January 6th with thousands of other domestic terrorists.  Once inside Riley made her way to Speaker Pelosi's Office and stole the laptop from the desk in the Office.

Whatever her plans for the laptop and I have to conclude besides a vague idea of downloading all the evidence of Voter Fraud or Deep State nefariousness or selling it to the Russians these actions were not a spur of the moment but a long sequence of crimes showing clear intent and a determined mental state.

Of course, since her arrest she's flouted Judge's orders, lied to her probation Officers, and demanded the trial be moved from Washington DC to central Pennsylvania because she can't get a fair trial in DC but, can get one on her homeground (wink wink).

But, as we approach Labor Day, Riley is worried she will miss an annual summer tradition; Renaissance Fairs!  So besides petitioning to have her trial moved Riley requested special leave to attend the Pennsylvannia Renfair this weekend.

After all, Riley isn't a "mope" but, a good person caught up in a swirl of events that got out of hand.
