ProPublica did another dive into the blatant open bribery Clarence Thomas is receiving from numerous billionaires;

At least 38 destination vacations, including a previously unreported voyage on a yacht around the Bahamas; 26 private jet flights, plus an additional eight by helicopter; a dozen VIP passes to professional and college sporting events, typically perched in the skybox; two stays at luxury resorts in Florida and Jamaica; and one standing invitation to an uber-exclusive golf club overlooking the Atlantic coast.

This accounting of Thomas’ travel, revealed for the first time here from an array of previously unavailable information, is the fullest to date of the generosity that has regularly afforded Thomas a lifestyle far beyond what his income could provide. And it is almost certainly an undercount.

Unlike, Sammy di Puzzi Alito, Clarence is giddy and loves fucking over the American people as payback against everyone who engaged in the so-called "High Tech Lynching" in 1991.  That everything Anita Harris said about Clarence Thomas was true and that Clarence's tenure on the Supreme Court has borne out what a debased unethical monster he is, is incidental and immaterial. 

Just imagine if the Jim Comer and the House Republicans actually cared about Bribery and investigated the billionaires who shower Clarence Thomas with gifts in a wink-wink unspoken quid pro quo.  Just imagine if Faux News spent one-hundredth of the programming time covering the amount of gifts, bribes, trips, fine dining, wine, and money funneled to Clarence that they do to Hunter Biden's dick...

The details of the ProPublica piece are god awfully ridiculous and just demonstrate a level of unethical behavior reserved for comic book villains.  In 2019, David Sokol a Hedge Fund Vulture having flown Clarence and Ginni out to his 12,000+ acre ranch in Wyoming, also hosted rightwing criminal Mark Paoletta and his wife Tricia.  The Paoletta's wrote a tribute song about Clarence and sang it to him as they sat around the fire.

Just imagine if Faux News focused their anti-George Soros campaign on these Billionaires who have wined and dined the immoral Clarence Thomas for 30 years?  Just imagine if Republicans were honorable and not a fully fascist organization hell-bent on destroying the United States and then you would see them upholding the principles of America.  

But, that's not the country we live in... Instead we live in the Nation spiraling towards outright assassination attempts from rightwing domestic terrorists on President Biden and one were a Gang of Six emotionally stunted, angry, mentally unstable, unaccountable Fundamentalists are bribed by Billionaires to decide "Correctly" the rights of Americans.

ETA:  Additionally, House Republicans are salivating at the prospect of Democrats censuring or trying to hold Clarence Thomas accountable for his unethical and illegal gift taking because they can't wait to have Marge T. Greene get up with her slave holder accent and declare the Democrats are the Real Racists!

A key component of Fascism is the unequal application of laws; there are individuals and groups who are above the law and their are groups and individuals who are subject to full weight and force of law.  

This is usually summed up in the Social Media age with the following quote; "There must be in-groups whom the law protects but does not bind, alongside out-groups whom the law binds but does not protect."  This misattributed quote has an interesting backstory.

Typically in America, Race has been the deciding factor for two-tier justice system. Running parallel to Race is Class in the system which railroads some people and provides all manner of excuses for their behavior, second third or fourth chances, and finds all sorts of reasons to not bring the law to bear upon them.

Conservatives have often been given a large leeway in the commission of crimes that rightwingers are aghast that many are being held responsible for their criminal actions on January 6th.

Some of the Jan6th plotters have found a nice loophole to evade arrest and prison; these are the powerful Republicans at the Federal level who participated, facilitated, and conspired in the Republican attempt to overthrow the United States Government.

One of those deeply involved in the Plot to Destroy America was Ginni Thomas, who when not drunk was texting multiple members of the Executive branch with ideas, plans, and schemes to undo the election of President Joe Biden.  This information was kept from the American people for a year and half, while Ginni plied her husband Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas to enact regressive fascist rulings via Judicial Fiat to oppress and shackle the American people in the Republican effort to create the NeoFeudal Dictatorship built upon corporate bondage and a strictly enforced social stratification system based on religion, race, and wealth.

But... let's recall the leaked Dobbs decision from May of last year.  Faux News did dozens of segments intimating that liberal clerks for the liberal Justices leaked it.  Slimy Ted Cruz took time off from destroying evidence of his involvement in the attempt to overthrow the US Government he supposedly swore an Oath to Protect and Defend to claim that all liberal Justice Clerks should be summarily arrested and interrogated in violation of the 4th Amendment because Ted Cruz doesn't adhere to the Law in the United States.  But, the initial theory that Sammy Alito or Ginni Thomas leaked the ruling in order to ensure John Roberts didn't go limp and try and convince Boofer O'Kavanaugh to not outright cancel Roe but, continue the slow reactionary process of slicing it up ruling after ruling until poof one day it was gone seems to be correct.  Alito was most likely the Leaker.  So, instead Alito and his Supremacist Court decided this was their opportunity to begin making Women second class citizens in the United States.

But, after Injustice Roberts declared the leak a "betrayal of the confidences of the court" and vowed to Find the Leaker we are now witness to the next stage of the Farce of the Supremacist Court, sadly the Leaker has not been identified and no reason to look any further; onward towards dismantling the United States via 6 unelected politicians in robes.

At this time, based on a preponderance of the evidence standard, it is not possible to determine the identity of any individual who may have disclosed the document or how the draft opinion ended up with Politico.

And the electoral fallout from Alito giving the Vaffanculo wasn't too bad for Republicans and so now comes the next steps, slowly have rightwing states outlaw abortion, arresting doctors, intimidating delivery services, and punishing women.  Women will die and conservatives will cheer.  Predictably Republicans and religious groups, like the Thomas More Dead Women Society, are clamoring for the Court to step in and restrict Abortion Nationwide and await the chance of the US Government Trifecta in 2024 to pass the Ultimate anti-abortion law stating Women are Property.

Faced with a clear electoral and popular vote defeat, multiple long time Republicans decided to jettison the 2020 election results and any semblance of Constitutional Democracy for pure Authoritarian control of the US Government. 

Newt Gingrich famously took out a Contract on America in 1994.  Gingrich has been a stain on the United States political scene for 40 years.  Of course, he was going to try and do something about Trump's defeat.  But, as Paul Krugman said, “Newt Gingrich is what stupid people think a smart person talks like.” He's a well documented bigot and a traitor. 

Justice Ginni and Clarence Thomas the Ettin of the Supreme Court have worked since 1991 to destroy the United States.  The Thomas Ettin will undo almost all basic rights of privacy and the right (established by the 1st Amendment) to associate with whomever we, the people wish.  Ginni spent the post 2020 election contacting people in multiple states trying to get them to overturn the election.

Of course, the rightwing slow-moving Coup against the United States Government goes back decades.  And Reactionary's have been waiting for the right strongman to come along to undemocratically insert into the White House to drown the US Government in a bathtub and create the Neo-Confederate White Supremacist Slave State they've dreamed about since 1865.

It's insulting that the revelations about Ginni Thomas and Newt Gingrich's attempt to use their long-standing ties to the Republican establishment to coerce, entice, or bully State and local officials toignore the votes of the American people and just ensconce Donald Traitor Trump into the White House has caused such a small ripple in the Corporate Media world.

And this is what made Major Traitor Greene so angry on January 6th; Republicans had a bureaucratic plan in place to swipe the Presidency on 01/06/21 by legerdemain and rightwing domestic terrorists wrecked it by going off half-cocked.  Russian Ron Johnson was going to hand the fake electors to Pence and Mike Pence, who yearned to have someone tell him it was alright to unendorsed President Joe Biden's win, was going to fold and declare the 2020 Presidential Election undone.

Everyone, and I mean EVERYONE, knows the Republicans are not going to abide by the popular vote at all in 2024.  Their actions in the wake of Trump's resounding defeat in 2020 show this;  take for instance the Unconstitutional Sheriff of Barry County, Michigan Dar Leaf who unable to find the evidence of Voter Fraud decided to engage in a conspiracy to create the evidence.  Or the local head Republican of Coffee County Georgia, who escorted unauthorized rightwing provocateurs into sensitive areas to let them copy confidential information and breach voting machines and systems.  These are just some of the efforts conservatives undertook after losing the Election.  Worse is to come...

The R-Money Reactionary Billionaire Leonard Leo apparently has the plan to stack the courts with conservatives judges who will adhere to the Independent State Legislature doctrine, so Republican controlled states can simply award their state's electoral votes to Donald Trump.

That the Republicans have fully embraced Fascism is unsurprising; there have been several inflection points since they caved to the Left and jettisoned Richard Nixon.  They last 50 years have been an exercise in the first slowly, then all at once principle.  That the Republicans are destroying America for Donald Fvcking Trump is just the pièce de résistance.

Clarence Thomas may not be dead. But, Ginni Thomas fomented Insurrection and is a loony traitor and criminal.

Well, looks like having access to top-notch healthcare, sparing no expense, has won again.  Clarence Thomas was recently discharged from his mysterious hospital stay.  And while "Justice" Thomas voted repeatedly to ensure you should not have adequate healthcare, since He's Wealthy, He gets to be Healthy. 

Meanwhile, an incredible avalanche of sedition and conspiracy emerged from the bloated bowels of Clarence's "better half" Ginni Thomas.

When the notorious drunk Ginni Thomas seemingly came out of nowhere a few weeks ago to admit she was at the January 6th Insurrection but, claimed she never inhaled, it was clear to me someone let Ginni know that Authorities (and probably members of the Congressional committee) had secured evidence of her presence, planning, and coordination of the attempted Trumputsch.

We are facing the most serious threat since the last time conservatives attacked the Nation.

Clarence Thomas isn't going to recuse himself, he isn't going to stop his unethical behavior, and he isn't going to stop his judicial perfidy. "Justice" Thomas has spent 30 years laying the groundwork for the GOP Fascist takeover. So we are left with the vain hope Attorney General Garland and the DOJ can bring a case against Ginni Thomas.

High level Republican conspirators planned & aided the Insurrection.  The amount of perfidy, subterfuge, chicanery, and sedition which we know happened and which we know multiple Republicans were fully part of is overwhelming.  We are in trouble because it's so brazen.

But, I think there is a great reluctance, by the Elite Media, by Democratic Party officials, by elected Democrats, to admit where we are as a Nation; i.e. past the Fascist Inflection Point and on the cusp of something truly terrible.  I think they know but, admitting it and naming it openly feels like the first punch and breaking the last barrier.  Plus, after all rightwing media has spent decades claiming all Democrats are corrupt and airs non-stop programming abut "scandals" and "crimes" those dastardly Dems get away so that Normie society will just shrug or dismiss it as politics or "both sides" are too blame. 

So, while Mark Meadows phone is everything conservatives claimed Hunter Biden's laptop was, and the evidence of the GOP major crimes (collaboration with Russia, funneling of foreign money into American politics, funding a seditious conspiracy to overthrow of the United States government, to say nothing of the thousands of minor infractions and ethical violations) become more clear, right-wingers will stoke the But, Hillary or Hunter Biden or Ketanji Brown Jackson or whomever the current rightwing whipping post is at the moment, for the precise reason the Republicans have been caught and are guilty of everything they say the Democrats are doing.

The tragic and sad career of Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas just took another dramatic strange twist as his fellow Justice Antonin Scalia plainly stated blacks can not do well in higher education. On page 67-68, of the 113 page Official Oral Arguments in the newly revisited, Abigail N. Fisher vs. University of Texas case, Scalia has this to say,

There are those who contend that it does not benefit African-­Americans to to get them into the University of Texas where they do not do well, as opposed to having them go to a less-­advanced school, a less — a slower­-track school where they do well.  

One of the briefs pointed out that most of the black scientists in this country don’t come from schools like the University of Texas. They come from lesser schools where they do not feel that they’re — that they’re being pushed ahead in — in classes that are too — too fast for them.  

I'm just not impressed by the fact that ­­- that the University of Texas may have fewer. Maybe it ought to have fewer. And maybe some ­­you know, when you take more, the number of blacks, really competent blacks admitted to lesser schools, turns out to be less. And ­­ and I ­­ I don't think it -­­ it ­­- it stands to reason that it's a good thing for the University of Texas to admit as many blacks as possible. I just don't think ­...

According to Thomas's recounting before becoming a Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas claims he underwent withering racial bigotry at Yale. He was told he didn't belong there, that he was there simply there because of the color of his skin.  After getting his JD, Justice Thomas found rampant racism from Law Firms who dismissed his accomplishments as all being owed to Affirmative Action.  As Thomas himself recounted,

"I peeled a fifteen-cent sticker off a package of cigars and stuck it on the frame of my law degree to remind myself of the mistake I'd made by going to Yale. I never did change my mind about its value."

In response to this, Thomas did what so many do when faced with bullies, he adopted the language and beliefs of his oppressors and began to advance the agenda of his racist enemies. To congratulate him for his supplication, conservatives set about getting him onto the Supreme Court and rewarded him with a white woman, Ginni, an ultra-conservative woman rife with her own fascist, oppressive, intolerant agenda.

In gratitude, Justice Thomas has gone along as conservatives stole the 2000 election and created a broad category of rights for Corporations, to enforce their owners discriminatory beliefs, to be free of criminal neglect for their actions, and to place them in position to buy the American Democracy.

As to the Abigail Fisher, she's been at this most likely at the behest of some conservative Svengali, since 2012. What's at play here is the plain white power belief that in America if a black person or minority is given a chance, a job, or a college admission it has been taken away from a more deserving white person. Because the reactionary right-wing bigots believe America is a Zero-sum Game. The right-wing calls of reverse-racism have been building for years and now have reached the Supreme Court. The details surrounding Fisher, that by no metric or standard would she have gotten into the University of Texas, are irrelevant. 

It's a chance for right-wing bigots to soothe the anguished cries of undeserving white people. Take Back My Country and Make America Great Again are not even thinly veiled references to a time in American History when undeserving white people were elevated, given jobs, legacy admissions, government support, aid, and assistance simply because of the color of their skin. The only affirmative action White America has ever supported is for unqualified whites.

Conservatives yearn for a time when an ignorant white man was the pinnacle of creation, lauded and revered. This has been the message of Faux News for the last 20 years, and this is the unvarnished message of the 2016 Republican Presidential Campaign. This is the goal of the American Conservative.
