That pigfvcker Darren Bailey is back at it again.  Now, even though the "Bailey Family Farm" is located just south of Effingham, Illinois nearer to the border with Kentucky than anywhere close to Mexico, Pigfvcker Bailey decided he needed to travel to Eagle's Pass, Texas.  As you may have guessed his press conference afterwards was an endorsement of voting for Pigfvcker Darren Bailey,

 

“Friends, it’s time to vote for a secure border. It’s time to vote for a safe America.  It’s time to vote for me.”

As with Jim Oberweis, there's something about these wanna-be Landed Gentry who believe they are the Patrician Class and political office is owed to them as their birthright.  Darren Bailey absolutely believes he is owed Illinois office and the deference from the American people.  Bailey also repeated lies about "illegal" immigration and fentanyl and was accompanied by Illinois Freedom Caucus State Rep. Blaine Wilhour another downstate Illinois farmer.  Wilhour spoke about the need to stand up to Governor J.B. Pritzker, an end to sanctuary cities, and the help for Illinois residents instead of migrants.  

Hilariously, the real problems at the border are the various factions of Reactionaries turning on one another at Eagle's Pass as they learn Faux News and rightwing liars, lied to them again.

One of the most bad faith tacks rightwingers take when talking about money for Migrants is too bemoan that money could be going to homeless veterans.  It's the most disingenuous bait-and-switches Republicans use, similar to how they try to distract from every mass shooting and sensible gun control law by talking about Mental Health, which is another thing Republicans will never fund.

Republicans have no intention of helping homeless veterans, Republicans routinely piss on Veterans.  While Chickenhawk coward Sean Hannity was broadcasting an attack on President Biden and giving a bullshit monologue claiming Eric Adams and New York City liberals should be giving homeless veterans a $106,000 debit card they are giving migrants, his bad faith broadcast was interrupted by Curtis Silwa proclaiming, "our guys have just taken down one of these migrants."  Because "they've taken over.  They're taking over."

“The Guardian Angels spotted him, stopped him, he resisted, and let’s just say we gave him a little pain compliance,” Sliwa said. “His mother, back in Venezuela felt the vibrations. He is sucking concrete. The cops scraped him off the asphalt. He’s on his way to jail.”

FUCK YEAH!  Pain Compliance!  His momma felt the vibrations!  BOOM!  Suck Concrete!  Nice admission to the crime of battery and unlawful restraint but, Republicans are already comfortable with the idea of rounding-up people and shipping them off to camps.  If you resist well, rightwing paramilitary terrorists will make sure you "suck a little concrete" before your train ride to a concentration camp.

Well, guess what?  It turns out the man is a New Yorker from the Bronx and not a "dastardly" immigrant and was merely speaking Spanish and Silwa invented a story about him "shoplifting" to justify the assault & battery his Red Beret Paramilitary terrorists visited upon him. (Crooks & Liars).

I am completely unsurprised the "Guardian Angels" saw a brown person, accosted him, and threw him onto the street.  Look, don't kid yourself, Fascism is already here.  Faux News labeled this video "Guardian Angels stop Migrant Attack in NYC"...  Republicans will call their violent mistreatment of migrants and "suspected" migrants as enhanced Internal Border Patrol and beef up and super charge the Homeland Security Apparatus and then use it as all Authoritarians do; to cow and control the populace at home.  Of course, the circle of enemies will expand from migrants, to those who aid migrants, to LGBTQ+ persons, to women who get abortions, to anyone suspected of being associated with an abortion, to anyone teaching children wrong American history, to anything Republicans can come up to send people to the massive concentration camps Republicans have already planned to create Day 1 in 2025.

This is how The Law works in a rightwing dictatorship, you are guilty on sight and if you resist then you get roughed up (or killed) before being taken away.  Just ask any black person you might know about the presumption of innocence.

I'm not telling you to take to the street and fight the foaming at the mouth angry white people but, have you thought of what you'd do watching a gaggle of fat white fuckers throwing around and beating some Person of Color or a young person who they claim is a "biological male"?  Be brave if you can, but be prepared.

Sean Hannity, whose always enjoyed crushing the spirit and bodies of the American people, gave Trump the softest of soft ball questions and Trump just blurted it out,

“Except for day one,” Trump responded. “I love this guy,” he said of the Fox News host. “He says, ‘You’re not going to be a dictator, are you?’ I said: ‘No, no, no, other than day one. 

There has always been a two-tiered Justice system in the United States; black v. white, poor v. rich, worker v. corporation.  Invariably the Republicans have always sided with the powerful over the weak.  But, Republicans usually try to be nuanced in their lawlessness they very, very rarely come out in direct opposition to the Rule of Law.

Republicans now feel absolutely free to flout conventions, norms, unenumerated rules, direct ruling from courts up to and including Supreme Court rulings.

Individual journalists are wholly unprepared to handle the onslaught of non-stop bad faith Republican attacks on the United States.  For years the training of The Corporate Media has been to BothSides everything and rationalize disingenuous Republican actions and normalize Republican perfidy.

Republicans for 50 years have grown accustomed to being afforded the widest latitude and zero pushback from the Media, while simultaneously standing up a relentless propaganda machine which attacks anyone who points out Republican malfeasance.

So, Kaitlin Collins was flabbergasted when Republican Ralph Norman who objected to the certification of President Biden's overwhelming victory proudly with a shit-eating grin declared the only thing he regretted was he misspelled martial law.

The most worrisome aspect of the upcoming Republican plan to simply declare Trump the winner of the 2024 election; is that the Media will acquiesce before even raising a tepid objection and pivot to supporting Trump and the Republicans seizure of power.  I mean Traitor Trump claims he won New Hampshire in 2016 and in 2020, who are we in the media too disagree?  Trump Decides, We Report

Because I hope you don't expect Republicans to simply not declare themselves the winners and expect you  to accept their soft overthrow of the United States Government?  

After losing the 2020 Presidential election, Republicans hatched a number of schemes and conspiracies to undermine the results of the election and keep Traitor Trump in power.  Ron Johnson was supposed to hand a fake slate of electors to Mike Pence during the certification process which would've resulted in the adoption of fake electors for several states Trump lost.  Or if Pence had declared he can't certify the election, the Republicans in Congress would have said the matter now goes to the House to decide.  Those bureaucratic tricks failed mainly because Mike Pence got cold feet.

So, then Trump ordered his mob of criminals and insurrections to storm the Capitol.  The January 6th autogolpe succeeded in stopping the peaceful transfer of power.  And even after the mob of rightwing criminals had left the building, arms raised in triumph, Republicans returned to the Congress, with conservatives shit still smeared on the walls and broken glass and broken traditions all over the floor, and still tried to decertify President Biden's victory.

Republicans expect, not without reason, if they do throw a successful Coup d'etat that the country will merely shrug and accept it.

Republicans are a fully-fascist organization who've inculcated much of their pseudo-religious dogma and vile beliefs into Law.  Look, at the number of smooth-bodied well-fed, wide-waisted, heavily-jowled Republican motherfvckers who are declaring their intent to not accept WIC or other federal food programs designed to combat childhood hunger.  And then juxtapose this with the very limited media coverage these Republicans policy decisions received.  

Fat puffy purulent Wisconsin Republican men feel completely free to compare women to breeding farm animals, as they seek to yet again enshackle women into servitude and a life of non-stop pregnancies,

Republicans are the Party of Life (so say they and so say the Corporate Media) therefore any plans to deny food to hungry children is therefore pro-life.  Republicans are Party of Life so making women naught but vessels for white men's semen is pro-life.

The only current drawback to Republican plan to replace the United States of America with a Fascist Fundamentalist Ethno-State built upon racism and slavery is the head of their movement is a syphilitic jello-brained fascist madman.

These are not the statements of a man with a sound mind.  Trump's brain is turning into a orange-hued pudding and the sad reality of American journalism is the media will attempt to parse and interpret this utter gibberish.  Certainly, it sounds like someone told him about the Department of Justice using bank records to track rightwing domestic terrorism.  Or perhaps he's going back to the old hits of Republicans lying about the IRS going after conservatives under President Obama.  But, Trump also spent the last couple of days attacking E. Jean Carroll because she's beaten him and keeps beating him.  And his spirochete riddled brain can not handle it.  And it's another story Trump ego story as he's invented a new word for Corn, i.e. "non-liquid gold".

Now, exactly zero MAGA cultists care about the reality of Trump, they've turned him into a worship object and what he represents to them is transcends mere reality and this fallen world.  And rightwingers have been conditioned for years with more eloquent lies from Republican liars so Trump's verbal diarrhea hits just enough of the fragments of agitprop conservatives have absorbed for them to recognize he's speaking the right worship words.

Elected Republicans don't care about his worsening dementia, they know if he's in power they've got plans this time to surround Trump with just the right people to advance the vicious rightwing agenda into Law and impose Order on the millions who would not be ruled by the Fascist Fundamentalist Republican Party.

So, don't get worried about what Republicans plan to do understand what they've already done.  And prepare and plan to beat them in 2024 and fight either way in 2025, because Republicans will not stop trying to destroy the United States of America and replace it with a simulacrum in which Republican word is Law and anyone who resists will be rounded-up and sent to the death camps Republicans are already planning on building. 

Colorado Supreme Court rules that Traitor Trump can't be on their ballot

You saw it all,” Biden said shortly after landing in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, according to White House pool reports, when asked about the court case and at first saying he would not comment. “Now, whether the 14th Amendment applies, I’ll let the court make that decision.”  The U.S. Supreme Court would handle the appeal of the Colorado decision expected from Trump.  “But he certainly supported an insurrection,” Biden continued. “No question about it. None. Zero. And he seems to be doubling down on about everything.”

I personally think the Supreme Court is going to punt this issue and not address by declaring States have the right to determine their election laws, but Roberts is no doubt trying to figure out how he will spilt the baby of making sure Traitor Trump is the nominee (and 47th President) while also not declaring Trump is absolutely immune from the Law. 

Republicans and Fox News piss on Maui residents, piss on women, piss on immigrants, piss on teachers, piss on Gold Star Families, piss on America. For roughly 75 million conservatives this doesn't matter, what matters is Trump and his Republican ghouls promise if put back into power they will hurt the people conservatives hate. But, Republicans also piss on the Law.  And sometimes the law pisses back.

A majority of the court holds that Trump is disqualified from holding the office of president under Section Three of the Fourteenth Amendment to the United States Constitution.

Trump has lived his whole purulent life remarkably, but not entirely, free of legal consequences.  It's been the same since 2015 when he announced his decision to destroy the United States of America for allowing a black man to make fun of him at the 2012 White House Correspondents Dinner.

But, in an amazing realization of This One Weird Trick, Trump can not appear on the ballot in Colorado.  The Colorado Supreme Court ruled 4-3 against the Traitor after reviewing the Colorado case against Trump; 

The Electors and President Trump sought this court’s review of various rulings by the district court. We affirm in part and reverse in part. We hold as follows:

• The Election Code allows the Electors to challenge President Trump’s status as a qualified candidate based on Section Three. Indeed, the Election Code provides the Electors their only viable means of litigating whether President Trump is disqualified from holding office under Section Three.

• Congress does not need to pass implementing legislation for Section Three’s disqualification provision to attach, and Section Three is, in that sense, self-executing.

• Judicial review of President Trump’s eligibility for office under Section Three is not precluded by the political question doctrine.

• Section Three encompasses the office of the Presidency and someone who has taken an oath as President. On this point, the district court committed reversible error.

• The district court did not abuse its discretion in admitting portions of Congress’s January 6 Report into evidence at trial.

• The district court did not err in concluding that the events at the U.S. Capitol on January 6, 2021, constituted an “insurrection.”

• The district court did not err in concluding that President Trump “engaged in” that insurrection through his personal actions.

• President Trump’s speech inciting the crowd that breached the U.S. Capitol on January 6, 2021, was not protected by the First Amendment.

¶5 The sum of these parts is this: President Trump is disqualified from holding the office of President under Section Three; because he is disqualified, it would be a wrongful act under the Election Code for the Secretary to list him as a candidate on the presidential primary ballot.

¶6 We do not reach these conclusions lightly. We are mindful of the magnitude and weight of the questions now before us. We are likewise mindful of our solemn duty to apply the law, without fear or favor, and without being swayed by public reaction to the decisions that the law mandates we reach.

For the time being Trump is off the Colorado ballot.  Not that he'd win Colorado anyway.  Of course, a lot of on-line liberal chatter is all doom and gloom about this decision, Oh no, they cry, this will galvanize his supporters, The Unjust Supreme Court will gut the 14th Amendment, Republican Neoconfederate states will now throw Joe Biden off of their ballot because of Hunter Biden's Laptop!

This IS NOT the wrong way to do it.  It is entirely with the Law to exclude insurrectionists from holding office, let alone the Office of the President.  And besides which it's time to use every conceivable means we have to keep him from power because Trump's supporters can not wait to put him into power.  They yearn to get Stephen Miller, Mike Flynn, Chad Wolf, or any of these other "Little Eichmanns" back into the White House and they've promised to do unspeakable things and usher in an Era of Fascism in America.  Anything we can do using the system to thwart that is not only justified but, necessary.

Some of this is justified consternation that We, the People find ourselves in this position at all.  We shouldn't be here.  We shouldn't be worried that in 2024 an outright Fascist Authoritarian who is in the throes of syphilis induced dementia has at least a 50/50 chance of getting into the White House.

Many terminally on-line liberals seem to think the only correct way to beat Trump is a straight-up rematch in the 2024 election.  As though Joe Biden and Donald Trump should fight a noble and fair duel following the rules!  Trump's already lost the popular vote twice, even with Israeli war crimes dragging down entisaism for Biden, Trump would lose it a 3rd time.  They are unwilling or unable to see the Marching Fascism barreling straight towards us.  Or believe they will be more or less unscathed by another Trump presidency.

Because ratfvcking Republicans don't intend for this election to be settled at the ballot box by the American voter but, by election fraud and outright criminal chicanery.  It's not as though Republicans have ever held a free and fair election anyway.  It's not as though Republicans don't cynically and successfully claim the rules mean they win and you lose.  The Republican Party has made voting a demoralizing and difficult task precisely to ensure people do not vote, while also illegally disenfranchising thousands of likely democratic voters.

And understand if the Republicans had been successful in their One Weird Trick attempts in 2020 prior to the January 6th Insurrection, through the courts or via the House Vote or the Ron Johnson Fake Electors, or if Mike Pence had done what he yearned to do and declared Trump the Winner they would have declared Trump was still President and dared anyone to say he wasn't...

• place the homeless in Tents in the Nevada desert,

Elon Musk's mask-off revelation via Twitter shows what's been bubbling underneath his doughy white exterior;  Elon, or more properly "QElon" because his twitter feed is no different than any other rightwing Qanon account, is a rapacious sociopath who grew up in pampered privilege, non-working wealth, and a racist Nation-State with clearly delineated class and racial lines. Qelon Musk's philosophical belief system is a cobbled-together hodge-podge of the Warhammer 40K, History channel specials on Nazi scientist super weapons, and an apparent adherence to Robert A. Henlein's sci-fi fascist TANSTAAFL nonsense which hardened into a belief his superior Musk Sang'Réal will spawn a strain of superior human who will colonize the Universe.

 

Elon Musk's acquisition and demolition of Twitter highlights a key deficit liberals and the erstwhile left need to address; i.e. recognizing who is and who is not your ally. Elon Musk is not, nor has he ever been an ally of freedom, liberty, technology, or humanity.  He's a fascist and has been for a long time.

Musk put beds into the Twitter HQ on Market St in San Francisco and was reported for this building code violation. This is a classic rightwing attack, in which the criminal conservative complains the government is going after them instead of going after other criminals. Several of the January 6th insurrectionists made this claim to absolve themselves of the multiple crimes they committed.  Special people deserve special rules and QElon Musk believes he is the most special person in the world.

Since, Qelon bought Twitter and gained access to loads of confidential data, he's released hyped up nothing burgers purporting to prove every rightwing conspiracy true.  Qelon's ridiculous  'The Twitter Files' collaboration with odious Matt Taibbi was going to prove President Joe Biden and Ukraine were in cahoots, this is exactly what Donald Traitor Trump was pressuring Ukraine to claim in his "perfect phone" call leading to Impeachment #1.  In reality, the laptop which has no chain of custody and no real evidentiary value has yielded naught but pictures of Hunter Biden's cock and images of his substance abuse struggles.  (Follow the link for a long dissection of the bullshit laptop narrative.)

However, what should be noted is the rightwing obsession with Hunter Biden has one very clear and very sick goal:  to place terrible emotional and mental strain on Hunter Biden, to overwhelm him so, he suffers a relapse, turns back to illicit drug use, overdoses and dies.  Republicans want Hunter Biden to die so that Joe Biden suffers and is unable to run for President.  

Certainly, Republicans expect to benefit from the Corporate Media bending over backwards to pretend Republican political kabuki theater is valid and the Republicans have perfected their techniques since the Republicans focus on Bill Clinton's penis in the 1990's.  There's a whole different post about the rightwing obsession with left-leaning penises both famous and infamous.

'The Twitter Files 2' saw skeevy Bari Weiss breathlessly reveal that Charlie Kirk was not allowed to simply spew his rightwing falsehoods unchecked on Twitter.  It should be of little surprise that Kirk along with other rightwing provocateurs has tripped over their own dicks to heap praise upon Qelon Musk as he brings back Their Free Speech,

The 21st century Republican notion of freedom of speech has been thoroughly dissected by educated and thoughtful political observers; but I believe the succinct definition of: We get to do whatever we want and You don't, fully encapsulates the rightwing response to everything. We get to bandy about pictures of Hunter Biden's penis. We get to call people whatever we want. We get to scream and shout and threaten whomever we want for any reason true or untrue. We Rule and You are Ruled.

It's simply authoritarianism repackaged for the social media age and gussied up with false definitions of freedom and blatant lies about the Right of Free Speech.

But, as bad as the open Authoritarianism on display from rightwingers everywhere is the inability of leftists to spot their allies and know your enemy.  Years ago, many leftists believed Qelon was an ally of sorts as he pushed the TESLA, not realizing Musk made his fortune on the backs of workers and with the time-honored tradition of using other peoples' money;

Musk isn't an ally of anything other than enriching Musk, To expect anything other than rank racism and pompous unearned self-congratulations and incorrect proclamations about "free speech" on society from him is a category error.  And as Qelon now is pushing a hand-in-glove collaboration with Ron DeathSantis in going after companies which create mRNA vaccines it's a fatal one.

But, Qelon has an on-line army of Musk-o-vites, who correctly see him helping advance the worldwide embrace of White Power, Fundamentalist Supremacy, and Fascism.  Which, understand is precisely what Faux News, every Republican in the federal government, legions of on-line trolls, and rightwing domestic terrorists desire.

Sam Seder on The Majority Report points out that Bari Weiss inadvertently revealed  the domestic terrorist account Libs of TikTok was specifically shielded from banning under Twitter's old rules because of Chaya Raichik's reach and influence amongst rightwingers.  I have no doubt Dinesh D'Souza and other powerful rightwing terrorists received such preferential treatment.

The violence against UpRising Bakery in Lake in the Hills shows Fascism is advancing on all fronts

Fascism uses two arms of violence to gain power; direct physical violence against its' enemies and bureaucratic violence of the state by taking control of government power.

On July 23rd, a Proud Fascist Boy Joseph Collins drove from Alsip, Illinois to terrorize innocent people and destroy the UpRising Bakery in Lake-in-the-Hills.  After his attack, Colins was apprehended and now faces two felonies including a federal hate crime charge. 

This is not the first time Proud Boys have been emboldened to attack and terrorize innocent people. It's become an increasing phenomenon.  Last month at The Mojo Lounge in Woodland California, as Police stood passively by and watched, the fascists encroach further and further, eventually attempting to storm the business until a brave person inside the pepper sprayed the Proud Boy gang.

Now, after this incident in Lake-in-the-Hills officials at the Village Hall decided to conduct a bureaucratic attack on the business and Owner Corrina Sac under the guise of improper zoning for entertainment at her location after receiving unverified complaints from other people.  Lake-in-the-Hills officials claimed, the activity at the center of the controversy “received strong negative criticism” after it was advertised and forced the village to respond.  Criticism from whom?  Awake Illinois fascists?  God bothering anti-LGBTQ bigots?  Lake-in-the-Hills employees with an axe to grind against UpRising Bakery?

Here is an excerpt from the Village attorney's office long winded response for why the Village has to side with the Fascists;

While this Village has a proud history of supporting our local business community, we also have a responsibility to ensure the safety of all our residents. As such, the Village provided the resources necessary to protect the business, as well as those planning to participate in protests and counter-protests of the event. I read Merrick Garland is down with Covid.  I am still hoping Garland's DOJ is building the case to bring against Trump, his confidants, and cabal.  I recognize Garland saw the way Faux News, the rightwing internet, Bill Barr, and Traitor Trump himself, used whatever means, bad faith, and lies to undermine the Mueller Report.  And I know the new revelations about Ginni Thomas' deep involvement in the attempt to Overthrow the United States government have created more work on top of the 700+ prosecutions the Department of Justice has on-going with small fry's and the dopey leaders of the Proud Boys and Oathbreakers.  So, I hope Garland is building as air-tight a case as he can; but, with the understanding The Perfect is the Enemy of the Good.  But if Traitor Trump, his Republican criminals in Congress (Gaetz, Greene, Boebert, Gosar, Massie, and so many others) are allowed to get away without prosecution then we're completely screwed.

Tennessee's long history of ignorance just got a Book Banning Fascist Veneer

Two members of the Spotsylvania County School Board in Virginia advocated for burning certain books.  Courtland representative Rabih Abuismail and Livingston representative Kirk Twigg both championed burning the books that have been removed. “I think we should throw those books in a fire,” Abuismail said. Meanwhile, Twigg said he wanted to “see the books before we burn them so we can identify within our community that we are eradicating this bad stuff.”

Tennessee has long been known as a stupid state based in no small part for the Scopes Monkey Trial of 1925.  Traitor Trump won 92 of 95 counties (of course that Rightwing agitprop because two of the counties he lost were Shelby 246,000-129,000 and Davidson 199,000-100,000).  Additionally, to be fair to Tennessee, it was the Klan State of Indiana which, in 1897, attempted to legislate Pi = 3.  But now almost 100 years after fighting evolution, Tennessee Conservatives have declared Maus, the acclaimed graphic novel of Art Spiegleman about the Holocaust, to be on the list of Material Objectionable to Conservatives. 

The McMinn County School Board voted 10-0 to ban the book citing concerns over "rough" language and a nude drawing of a woman...  "It shows people hanging. It shows them killing kids. Why does the educational system promote this kind of stuff?" School Board member Tony Allman 

These justifications would be ludicrous if it wasn't so fascist adjacent.  As I mentioned before the fascist Inflection point is past, we are now in the window when Fascists use bureaucratic tricks to maintain power while the openly legalize repression.

Madison Cawthorn spends his time fixing his guns not his marriage

In light of Mad Nazi Cawthorn visibly stroking his death-cock, by performatively "cleaning" his gun on a Zoom call for the House Veterans' Affairs Committee, I think it's time to repost a "corrected" version of last year's post about Cawthorn and his wife.  Early in January an unknown person complained to blogger my post about Cawthorn contained "Misinformation" and it was removed.

So here is a corrected account, which in my defense contains direct quotes from Cawthorn about the how, where, when and why he met his now ex-wife:

First, my theory Madison Cawthorn was groomed by the FSB is currently Not Proven.  And as evidence I am not posting misinformation Here's the video of Cawthorn's summer 2020 interview with Daily Caller TV, and how he, himself described the whole thing:

I don't believe "Army Captain Todd" is a real American Army Captain at all.  However, Cawthorn's claim "Todd" is from Miami gives me pause, because nearby across from Miami, Florida Mike Flynn has set up an armed compound full of sycophants and rightwing paramilitary wannabes.  It's conceivable Army Captain Todd is a member of Flynn's circle of admirers.  But, I've never heard a more simultaneously lurid and childlike recounting of a possible recruiting scenario than the interview Cawthorn freely gave in June 2020.  Tom Clancy couldn't write a more obvious recruitment story for one of his bloated books.  Red Sparrow (2018) and Spy Game (2001) have a less obvious storylines.  

As to Cawthorn's former spouse, leaving aside my contention about GRU or FSB, it sadly appears Cawthorn's marriage was an unhappy one.  Obviously, you never know what's going on behind the scenes in a marriage and I hope neither party was subjected to emotional or physical abuse, but Representative  Cawthorn is certainly abusing the Nation with his antics and actions as a US Congressman.

However, even if Cawthorn wasn't recruited on his very strange trip to Russia would his vile harmful actions as an elected Congressman be any different?  Because Cawthorn is the epitome of a Modern Republican; Stupid, venal, violent, incurious, unaccomplished, a liar, an alleged sex pest, and a Fvcking Traitor.

As part of their lying counter-narrative to January 6th, Republicans rolled out two neck deep Co-conspirators in the attempted Autogolpe De Estado, the Republicans attempted to pull off last year; Matt Gaetz and Marjorie Taylor Greene.  Rafael Ted Cruz used his Senate pulpit to imply there was a large array of FBI informants and agents in the riotous criminal crowd which battered Officers, stormed the Capitol building and planned to execute the Vice President, Speaker of the House, and any Democratic Representative they could lay their hands upon.  Of course, on 01/06/21 just an hour before the storming of the Capitol building Ted Cruz was on the Senate floor giving impassioned speeches about baseless Voter Fraud (part of the legislative Coup the Senate and House Republicans were plotting). 

Anyway I won't play the game of chasing the Republican Gish Gallop of lis about January 6th but point out 738 arrests have been made from the Capitol Insurrection; and the people thus far arrested are not Antifa or BLm but, mostly well-to-do Trump supporters.  Additionally, those people who arrived in DC in January 2021, were probably bused in by Republican heavily funded Turning Point USA as this now deleted tweet by low-life Charlie Kirk alleged.

Iced Earth guitarist Jon Schaffer face twisted in rage, long stringy gray goatee flowing in the cold wind, festooned in an Oath Keeper hat, of which he is a founding member, is a well-known white supremacist deeply steeped in rightwing extremism. 

Additionally, besides Trump's speech, "We're going to the Capitol.  We're going to try and give them the kind of pride and boldness that they need to take back our country", inciting the Crowd to Storm the Capitol, Republican Congressman Mo Brooks stated quite plainly, "Today is the day American patriots start taking down names and kicking ass.”  Afterwards Brooks told everyone to "not rush to judgement" and "wait for the investigation" as evidence was growing it was the work of fascist ANTIFA.

But, of course, conservatives will never believe the results of the on-going investigation into the rightwing attempt to overthrow the United States Government, usurp the rightful election of President Jospeh R. Biden and install floppy, flabby, fascist Dictator Donald John Trump because conservatives made up their minds that day.  Remember the MAGA crowd does not see the FBI as an ally and defenders of Law&Order but, as a counterproductive agency stopping Trumpism from reigning.  The FBI is the most reactionary organization in American history but, what MAGA want is a Trumpstapho or Trumpstazi personally loyal to Trump and ruthless in pursuit of their enemies.  

A Cult of Personality.  A Paramilitary Squad outside the rule of law and unconstrained by oversight or chain of command.  Like the Proud Boys. There are two main takeaways from today's outrageous but, expected Rittenhouse Trial Verdict.  One the Very On-Line Fascists are gloating and celebrating.  While it is important to monitor them, there is nothing to be gained with interacting with them.  The Fash live for this.  Their goal is to post horrible taunts, murderous dank memes, and outrageous offensive shit to upset you.  If you respond they get further excitement and the mini-endorphin rush of Trolling and #OwningtheLibs which is exactly what they want.  The more upset you are the bigger rush they get.  For your mental well-being do anything else; read a book, rake leaves, go for a hike, have a drink (not too much), pet a dog.  Or if you still want to get involved in local politics or help GoTV.  But, stop engaging with the Fash On-Line; it's pointless they're gone and worse yet, it's bad for you.

This does not mean ignore them.  We can not do that.  Because we are getting closer to the Fascist Inflection Point.

The Rittenhouse trial has many warning signs of marching fascism.  Key components of Fascism are the unequal application of laws.  A system of justice where legal legerdemain is more effective than truth or facts.  And one which empowers a paramilitary band of armed thugs to mete out extrajudicial justice through violence. 

Trump empowered the Proud Boys with his "Stand back and Stand by".  Now, Little Mad Nazi Cawthorn is sending the same message with his gleeful, "Be armed, Be Dangerous".  I've been saying for a long time Conservatives want to murder us.  They are yearning to be given the go ahead.  To be granted the right to unleash all their inner demons and kill.  I don't know if this will empower more than a few fringe Ultra Reactionary or Paramilitary types to descend upon protests or begin shooting in street fights in Portland.  But, as Republican Terrorist Paul Gosar fantasy anime illustrates and Kyle Rittenhouse verdict hammers home or the Houston Teen who "Rolled coal" and rolled over 6 bicyclists and got off shows; it appears more and more likely rightwing domestic terrorism is now the gateway to political power.

It's part of the GQP two-pronged approach of violence in the streets and bureaucratic violence in legislatures to ensure they "win" elections even when they don't.  And the next time Democrats clearly win elections and Republicans simply refuse to acknowledge defeat and send out their political goon squads to quash protests through AR-15 rounds... well, Fascism never sleeps.

Lost among the Impeachment Brouhaha, has been the strange journeys of Attorney General Bill Barr. Now, no one should be surprised Bill Barr is a brazen corrupt Hatchet Man. It's what he's been trained and brought in for; to undermine Law & Order and excuse rampant Republican Criminality. He did it during Iran-Contra and he's doing it now.

AG Barr has been traveling around the globe attempting to get Foreign Governments to announce Investigations into Democratic Presidential Candidates or The Left in general. It's a shocking display of naked fascism and a dastardly criminal conspiracy and worse... This shit almost worked! Giuliani and his Ukrainian Mobsters were on their way to announce the investigation to Sean Hannity when the arrests were made.

Barr and the Trump Maladministration would have used Sean Hannity's "reporting" to announce a criminal investigation here in the US and Trump would have peppered his ridiculous adderall fueled Nuremberg Adjacent Rallies to declare This Country and That Country are investigating the Radical Left Democrats. It would have quickly be assimilated into the Magat Horde blood stream, relentlessly churned into daily rightwing on-line screeds (buttressed by FSB bot accounts) gotten woven into the #QAnon bread crumbs, been the subject of non-stop Media Coverage, and easily morphed into a call to arrest every Democrat.

Obviously, Republicans believe by having foreign nations cast aspersions they can act as though their hands are clean and allow the Media to run with their propaganda and create But Her Emails and I Love Wikileaks 2.0. Fortunately, the Trump Extortion and Bribery Quid Pro Quo failed and it fueled Trump's Impeachment. But, AG Bill Barr is not one to have his criminal actions undone by anything. So, Barr has given two speeches calling upon Reactionary's to Grid up their Loins and prepare to murder millions of Non-#Maga.

In August, Barr gave a speech to the Grand Lodge of the Fraternal Order of Police, a horrific Fascist Authoritarian Leadership cabal, which has worked for years to turn Police Forces across the Country into Reactionary Paramilitary Organizations enforcing white supremacy and the rightwing agenda of multi-tiered justice and oppression.

But, Barr was just getting started. His latest fascist rant, delivered to the Federalist Society (the groomers of "Justice" Boofer Kavanugh), is chock full of the standard rightwing rhetoric which Mark Levin, Ann Coulter, Racist Limbaugh and other rightwing "luminaries" have been puking forth for decades. But, Barr's latest Blut und Boden speech also incorporates religious language, "progressive holy war", "conservatives do not seek earthly paradise" progressives use "the coercive power of the state to remake man and society". Anytime you read something like that every American should feel a shiver down their spine and grit their teeth. Because once conservatives invoke Gott Mit Uns... Well, all things become reasonable... and necessary...

Republicans learned how to continually "catapult the propaganda" from their long association with the phony christian wing of their coaltion.  Conservative christian creationists have been lobbing lies and legislation for 90 years since their defeat in the Scopes Trial in 1925.  They didn't accept a defeat but, instead have been refining their methods.

Allen West Respublika posted a story, from Mark J. Fitzgibbons of The American Spectator which placed the blame for the White Terrorist Riot in Charolettesville onto the Democratic Governor of Virginia, Terry McAuliffe, the Democratic Mayor of Charolettesville Mike Singer and the Democratic Vice-Mayor Wes Bellamy.

A Department of Homeland Security memo from August 9th alerted the Unite the Right rally had the potential for violence between Anarchists and White Supremacists due to previous incidents in March and July.  Of course, as is typical of right-wing propaganda efforts the entire event must be blame shifted to the Democratic politicans and violence must be the result of both sides.

So what would the right-wing internet have supported in response to this?  Closing down the city of Charolettesville?  Immediately arresting all people with tiki torches?  Banning of hitler hairdos?  Arresting and detaining all ouside agitators with out-of-state plates?  Confiscating all weapons in defiance of the Holey Second Amendment.  No, any attempts to deter, disarm, or detain the right-wing tiKKKi terrorists would have been proof of Obama's holdovers in the DHS Deep State outlawing conservatives or the evil DemocRATs of Virginia being all super racist against poor innocent whites.  No, this is after-the-fact rationalization and justification for a right-wing terrorist get together.

Meanwhile, Mayor Singer and Charlottesville City Manager Maurice Jones are furiously attempting to blame each other, of mismangaing the incident, of being on vacation just prior to it (which they both were) as one wants to be the fall guy.

Just as we saw with the two Bundy Insurrections and the hundreds of incidents of white males conducting domestic terrorist attacks, Right-Wing violence and conservative domestic terrorism is coddled and encouraged in this country, so the blame can not rest with the right-wing domestic terrorists, tiKKKi Party, and Neo-Nazis but, must be spread around to both sides.

But, eventually the conservative internet will work around to placing the blame onto the Left as it always does.  Just like when Faux News runs with a chyron of a criminal conservative being labelled (D).  Just as with every deranged second amendment hero being recast as a liberal.  Just as we saw with the Republican Witch Hunt of HRC for the incident in Benghazi, Libya, Republicans never wanted it known they had slashed the budget for Department of State security.  Just as the response to Hurricane Harvey, Traitor Trump cut regulations on polluting chemical companies, a move cheered by Texas Republicans and championed by Congressional Republicans.

Remember the goal for conservatives is never to find the truth or to uncover the facts; The goal is to always, always, always blame liberals, minorities, and Democratic politicans and too always excuse conservative criminals, fascists, and Republicans.
