The Democratic Party in Illinois moves to protect Waterways & Wetlands

 Last year, the scummy SCOTUS ruled that the US Constitution and Clean Water Act aren't valid because the Supreme Six Injustices deem it to be so.

The fact the Clean Water Act was 50 years old or the that the first legal cases decided by the old SCOTUS dates back 200 years ago, or that the right of the Federal Government to regulate waterways is written into the very Constitution is irrelevant;   The Scummy Supreme Six Injustices are aligned with the rapacious Rich and those who despoil the Nation.

The Clean Water Act of 1972 survived decades of litigation from opponents seeking to limit the authority of federal agencies like the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and U.S. Army Corps of Engineers to regulate the Waters of the United States, typically referred to as WOTUS. Before the wetlands decision, the Supreme Court upheld the definition of WOTUS to not only include navigable bodies of waters but also adjacent wetlands with meaningful hydrological connections. 

For over a decade, Michael and Chantell Sackett, an Idaho couple, challenged this definition before the Supreme Court twice. In 2004, they bought a lakeside property with the plans to build a home on the site. The couple began excavation without applying for the appropriate permitting to develop on top of a wetland and the EPA stopped the project. 

Last May, in a 5-4 ruling, the Supreme Court ruled in favor of the Sacketts.

You might have missed this ruling seeing as the Reactionary Court has been pushing through all manner of regressive bills designed to return the United States to its' Roots as a Slave Owning Kleptocracy built upon white supremacy and fundamentalist hyporcisy but, the Injustices financial backers and benefactors also have a eye on undermining any regulation which stymies their ability to despoil the land, strip it of it's natural beauty and reap the financial rewards.

All the meanwhile, leaving behind a shattered wasteland to be inherited by the meek.

Fortunately, here in Illinois we have a Democratic Legislature which will not simply turn the rivers, lakes, streams, and wetlands over to rapacious billionaires to do with as they wish.

In response to another unjust overreach by this Court, Illinois State Senator Laura Ellman introduced a New Act 30 ILCS 105/5.1015, the Wetlands and Small Streams Protection Act:

to restore protections for wetlands and small streams that were formerly protected from pollution and destruction by the Clean Water Act. Provides provisions concerning: exemptions; wetlands delineation, classification, notification, permits and veto; general permits; appeal of final decisions made by the Department of Natural Resources and judicial review; investigation and enforcement; and county authority. Creates the Wetlands and Small Streams Advisory Committee and establishes duties and rules for the Committee. Creates the Wetlands and Small Streams Protection Fund. Provides for permit review fees. Defines terms. Makes conforming changes in the State Finance Act and the Illinois Environmental Protection Act. Effective immediately.

Marshes, bogs, ponds, streams, and other waterways are not things to be drained, damned, or reclaimed but integral pieces of a functioning landscape, a refugee for wildlife, and repository of natural beauty.

But, the 1% won't be satisfied with the massive gains they've made over the rest of America; the Rich want it all, which is why they know if they put Trump back into power they'll be able to finally eliminate the Middle Class, end the American dream, and shackle the American people into perpetual wage slavery and bondage.

In Ohio, House State Republicans passed a law HB 151, empowering conservatives to inspect the genitals of any little girl they deem fit to inspect.

In Idaho yesterday, Police interdicted and arrested 31 white power "Patriot Front" paramilitary terrorists who apparently planned to attack and beat people in a Pride Parade.

"It is clear to us, based on the gear the individuals had with them ... along with paperwork that we seized from them, that they came to riot downtown," Coeur d'Alene Police Chief Lee White said Saturday at a press conference.

Perhaps, they didn't coordinate in time with the Kootenai Sheriff Bob Norris to inform them of their intentions and didn't know that the Chief of Police is not under the County Sheriff system?

I am 100% certain that conservative rhetoric on-line is angry about Antifa or BLM and accuses the Couer d'Alene Police of ignoring leftist destruction of the Pacific Northwest.  I've heard from Officers I work with that Portland and Seattle where literally burned to the ground and the media ignored thousands of murders committed by Antifa.

Besides Every Accusation Is A Confession (EAIAC), the conservative hyper focus on "Grooming" and violence underscores the fact that Republicans by and large are either on board with using political violence to control the United States or willing to turn a blind eye to it.  And the grooming charge, is just covering for the Republican plan to empower themselves to detain any woman they wish and subject her to all sorts of gross violations.

Just as they've done before with fear of black people, fear of gay marriage, fear of Transpersons is the strategy Republicans have adopted to scare normies into backing the advance of Fascism.

Certainly everyone says this upcoming election is the most important in our lifetimes, this isn't actually true in 2022, as 2016 was the most important (as evidenced by the 3 Supreme Injustices appointed by Traitor Trump) and 2020 gave us a respite from the advance of Fascism but, what we're looking at in 2022 is the GOP laying the groundwork to steal the 2024 Presidential Election, the ensconcing of Anti-Trans Laws, the complete White-washing of US history,  a Federal Ban on Abortion, and the Supreme Six Injustices knocking down rights for Gay people, contraception, freedom of travel for women, while striking down of Griswold v. CT, Loving v. Virginia, and Lawrence v. Texas.

And the Supreme Six Injustices are also busy ensuring that Police Officers, in this case the scurrilous Border Patrol, be free to violate the 4th Amendment, free from criticism, and free to abuse because as the Couer d'Arlene Police show the Republicans know they need a Special Secret Police, a Trumpstazi or Trumpstapo as it were, to work with the Rightwing Paramilitary Terrorists and trample the American people.

Remember in 2016, Republicans were furious when Trump revealed, "There has to be some form of punishment for the woman" if she got an abortion.  Republicans don't want you to know their plans until you are powerless to stop it.  In 2016, Republicans hoped to get a 5-4 Supreme Court advantage to do away with the 20th century and every Liberal gain for the American people.  Due to GOP alliance with Vladimir Putin, cheating, the Electoral College and bad luck Republicans ended up with a 6-3 edge.  Today the 3 villains appointed by King Conman and Arch-Traitor Trump were part of the 5 Injustices who've authored this Violence upon Women Act.

I've labelled this Bureaucratic Violence but, oh man oh man, conservatives are yearning, aching, begging for the chance to use the awesome power of The State to inform on every woman, force them carry every pregnancy to term and jail those who do not.  And I mean everyone.  Raped?  Unviable fetus?  Ectopic? Well, that's no reason to "murder a baby".  And if that means the Earthen Vessel dies well that's what the Earthen Vessel gets for having sex, you slut!

The Republican Party is going to strip away any semblance of autonomy you believe you have.  They won't stop with Roe.  What makes you think they would?  Rightwing legerdemain is winning them power and control over Americans since Republicans can't do it via elections.  Injustice Alito indicated as much in the leaked Feb 10th Initial Draft; Roe was "egregiously wrong from the start", Roe invented a right found nowhere in the Constitution and his "inescapable conclusion is the right to an abortion is not deeply rooted in the Nation's history and traditions."  "We hold Roe and Casey must be overturned."  Boom.  Right there.  Whatever rights you think you have you don't according to the 5 Ephors of The Supreme Court.  If they can't find it in the constitution, or the Nation's history it doesn't exist. 

The Constitution is not a living document you see but, according to these Ephors it contains only those rights they believe in.

The Vile Five will strike down everything.  You have no rights that Fascists are bound to recognize.  Republicans are coming for you.  And their timetable is accelerating.

This is how they always start.  Pick an out group, in this case one whom Republicans have ruthlessly and relentlessly dehumanized for nothing other than coming to the Nation looking for the American dream, as every shitty lily white conservatives' ancestor did at some point in the Nation's past, and expose them to inhumane treatment.

This is a trial run for Republicans coming plans to round-up more people and send them places.

Press Secretary Jen Psaki was asked about the Abbott stunt, because rightwing media does nothing but troll and try to generate soundbites and media quips to #OwntheLibs.  

"These are all migrants who have been processed by CBP and are free to travel, so it’s nice the state of Texas is helping them get to their final destination as they await the outcome of their immigration proceedings — and they’re all in immigration proceedings,” Psaki said about the first bus arriving on Wednesday.

But, Greg Abbott has to ramp up the inhumanity and hurt as many people as possible to brush up on his bonafides.  Abbott is probably going to run for President in 2024.  Which is why Abbott has tasked the Texas State Police with a farcical display of searching every truck coming in from Mexico loaded with produce after the trucks have gone through federal inspections.  Abbott defends this as a search for drugs or persons being trafficked but, in reality it harms people who purchase that produce and it's fuck with the truckers and their employers.  Also to #OwntheLibs somehow...

But, while Texas flirts with getting the forcible "relocation program" up and running the recent Senate confirmation hearing highlighted a reinvigorated avenue of Attack on Americans from Republicans:  Denying the accused Legal Counsel. 

This is, of course, not new.  Republicans have long asserted some people are not deserving of legal defenses.  Some people are presumed to be a priori guilty of crimes.  Certain races are natural criminals and poor whites are suspect too, until they show proper fealty to rightwing ideals and it's long been official GOP policy to demon liberals or those with left-leaning proclivities as soft on crime or criminals themselves (e.g. the latest grooming accusations).

Despicable scumbag Tom Cotton dared to invoke Supreme Court Justice Robert H. Jackson's name while slandering and smearing Supreme Court Justice Ketanji Brown-Jackson.  Cotton insultingly claimed Justice Ketanji Brown-Jackson defense of detainees at Guantanamo was akin to defending Nazis.

Cotton is ostensibly an educated man, we already know he's not an Officer nor a Gentleman, so let's point out that Justice Robert H. Jackson absolutely believed the Nazi War Criminals tried at Nuremberg deserved legal defense and was adamant that the presceding been done in accordance with the best practices of Law at the time and with an eye justice over vengeance; 

"That four great nations, flushed with victory and stung with injury stay the hand of vengeance and voluntarily submit their captive enemies to the judgment of the law is one of the most significant tributes that Power has ever paid to Reason."

The captured War Criminals from Nazi Germany were tried for their crimes, in direct opposition the detainees at Guantanamo captured during the phony GWoT spent more time in custody than Grand Admiral Karl Dönitz, the architect of German submarine warfare and last Head of State of Nazi Germany. A fact I pointed out when rabid conservative villains demonized Bowe Bergdahl and lied about the 5 detainees great President Obama traded for him.

Republicans are banking on winning the House and Senate in 2022, and then outright stealing the White House in 2024.  Then on January 20, 2025 with total control of all 3 branches of Federal Government the Republicans will institute the most oppressive and diabolical Government in the history of mankind.  Conservative beliefs taken to their logical conclusion inexorably lead to fascism. The greatest examples of Conservative Government are: The Confederacy of 1861, Apartheid South Africa, Chile post 1973, the Estate Novo in Portugal from 1933-1974 and of course the crown jewel of conservatism Nazi Germany.

The misery, open violence, bureaucratic strangulation the Republicans will visit upon all Non-#MAGA will ensure anyone who opposes them will meet with extrajudicial killing at the hands of Police or deportation to concentration camps in Washington DC.

Incarceration harms January 6th Terrorists: The Deserving and The Undeserving Series

 

Major Traitor Greene and Louie Gohmert visited the criminals held for trial for their unlawful actions on 01/06/21.

It seems that incarceration is detrimental to the mental health and well-being of those arrested for actions on the Day of the Insurrection.  Who knew incarceration was so bad?

This has, however, not caused conservatives or elected Republicans to call for an overhaul the U.S. Justice System or for the evaluation of sentencing guidelines or for Judicial review or exoneration for miscarriages of justice or Prison reform.  Except, of course, for the current rightwing hero; the murderer Kyle Rittenhouse.  (Mahablog points out a few of the other current Rightwing Victimhood Complex.)

Of course, everyday Americans are broadly ignorant of this or any of the workings of the US Justice system, so they convince themselves only the bad people, only the truly guilty get themselves caught in the gears and whatever happens is really of their own doing.  And Corporate Media make it easy for them to believe this because they don't report on the daily outrages visited on poor folk or minorities.  And any stories of government overreach or courtroom malfeasance are increasingly framed through the rightwing rubric.  Like the phony claim about the Wisconsin State's Attorney office withholding HD drone footage of Rittenhouse's murders.

You see some people deserve to be ground down under the boot of American Injustice.  A few recent examples of those people are Sandra Bland or Tanya McDowell.  Other people like Eric Garner, Michael Brown, Breona Taylor, and many others don't even get to make it to trial having faced extrajudicial execution at the hands of law enforcement.  This conservative white guy carrying a "Black Crimes Matter" sign outside the courthouse loves to yell the N-Word and fully endorses racist policing.

These are the extreme examples of basic violations of the 4th Amendment for black people; who, like Anjanette Young, also face transgressions of basic decency and gross violations to their liberty routinely.  It is an axiom in the United States that some people (mainly minorities) are a priori guilty of something and naturally bad people whereas white people (as long as the hew to conservative dialectics) are naturally good people who got caught up in something for which they are not to blame or they made a youthful indiscretion.

For instance, you might suffer from "Aflluenza" or have a bright future in front of you.  Then Judges and rightwing media have naught but compassion and stories of redemption for you, as they would not want some trifle like a felony DUI or sexual assault to keep you from getting onto the Supreme Court.

The American Justice System is the leading element of the Fascist remake of the United States.  Unequal laws, combined with unequal application of the laws, coupled with unequal enforcement of those laws, and finally topped with unequal sentences handed down for violations of laws equals White Supremacy and Fascism.

Conservatives' embrace of Fascism is pretty much complete.  They are playing a waiting game until 2022 in which they think they will gain control of the Congress (Both House and Senate) and begin the process of ensconcing oppression, intolerance and adulation of white terrorists into "law".  But, meanwhile the calls for outright violence from conservatives will only grow louder.

ICE Gestapo Raids; Did you ever wonder what life was like in Germany in the 1930's?

Well wonder no more because history, as the phrase goes, has a way of repeating itself.

The Founding Fathers had a large fear of a standing army in the United States. Well, the various police forces throughout the country constitute that army. And an army tempts Government to use it.

ICE conducted a raid which captured nearly 700 people working in plants in 6 cities across Mississippi. I don't know if these people were shipped by train to their "relocation camps".  Note these raids weren't in liberals states or in those dastardly sanctuary cities but in deep evil Trump country.

If you think the raids by Trump's Gestapo are going to be limited to immigrants, you are fooling yourself. Since 9/11 the United States Government has been steadily pushing the boundaries and testing the frog in the boiling pot theory.

It starts with a group that no one could possibly object too; terrorists engaged in outright combat with US forces (of course, many of those captured and sent to GITMO, including 4 of the detainees traded by President Obama for Bowe Bergdahl never took up arms against the US). Who could object to to terrorists being extraordinarily renditioned?

And thus GITMO and various black sites are born.

But, overseas terrorists aren't the main enemy of conservatives; those are closer to home.

So, the fight moves from over there to over here. Illegal immigrants. Now, who could possibly be against rounding up and imprisoning Illegals? And thus, like Judge Dredd a new law enforcement unit is born with the sole purpose of capturing people who look like they don't belong here. And if any namby-pamby liberals get queasy about a Police State with full tactical gear ICE and CBP agents running around zip-tying brown people while demanding 'Papers Please' just point out They Broke The Law!!!

Now, of course don't expect these hypocritical conservatives to demand they face the same punishment for their domestic battery abuse or speeding. The "broke the law" argument is disingenuous and always done in bad faith.

But, while rounding-up immigrants and refugees and throwing them into concentration camps is unspeakably cruel and the cruelty is the point of modern conservatism, it doesn't target the other two groups conservatives hate the most; Liberals and Feminists.

One day soon, maybe after he loses the 2020 election Trump is going to call on his #MAGAt Horde to rid him of those angry Democrats who are engaged in the biggest political scandal and witch hunt in American History. And the Trump's ICE Gestapo will link arms with the legions of rightwing gun nut domestic terrorists and begin Civil War 2.0

Police Injustice, the Policing System is working as Designed

Lost amongst the Trump-led GOPdammerung, the Dept of Justice released a depressing report on the state of policing in Baltimore. That report has been coupled with two more Police Shootings of young black males, one in Chicago and one in Milwaukee.

Now, the Milwaukee shooting appears to have been lawful, a "good shoot", but, criminals took advantage of the tensions and engaged in assaults and vandalism using the shooting as a pretext. The Chicago shooting is more complex and does not appear to be a "good shot" at this time.

It appears that young black men need to re-learn the lesson their fathers, uncles, and grandfathers learned;

"You need to understand that there are two gangs in the projects. The police are also a gang but they really have the power. I mean, these n* run around with money and cars, but at any moment the cops can get them off the street. Never, never, never piss off the police." -Sudhir Venkatesh recounts a discussion with "Autry" in Gang Leader for a Day (pg. 239)

The system of Policing in America is working as intended. Modern Police Departments were created during the 19th century to deal with 3 changing factors in America; 1) the growth of cities due to Industrialization, 2) the influx of immigrants from new nations, 3) the end of slavery and the Black exodus. Thus, a system needed to be created to deal with problems that original Sheriff's were not designed to handle; to control, disenfranchise, and ghettoize undesireables. To accomplish this it is not necessary that every Police Officer be racist. It is, in fact, desireable for the majority to be color-blind.

Every shooting is not done by a Bocephus white slave master racist cop but, that's what makes the rigged system work. The system by being generally good and staffed by lawful, honorable people creates a space for a bad element to exist and operate. Humans have a difficult time processing issues related to large, anonymous systems. It's too much. An individual bad actor or department can be identified and dealt with but, the system of control which has been created, and feed for centuries works in the background grinding out victims without being addressed.

Overall, the quality of modern police officers is very high but, that's a lie of statistics. In a Nation of 320 Million any one death is a insignificant blip, but such a calculus is used by those who do not suffer from the system.

Ferguson, Missouri two years ago became a microcosm of the harshness of the system. Michael Brown, got into an altercation at a gas station over a pack of swisher sweets, of which, Darren Wilson was unaware.

The altercation between Wilson and Brown at the door of the squad SUV and into the street without video evidence can never be properly reconstructed and one eye witness account will nver be heard but, right-wingers didn't feel comfortable with the known facts and had to start adding elements that were untrue. Conservatives sites claimed Wilson suffered a broken orbital bone from the "beating" he took and Faux News and the right-wing internet ran with the wholly untrue "diary" of Witness 40 to describe the final interaction and last shots fired at Brown.

But, when the Dept of Justice released the report which showed the Ferguson PD had been transformed from Officers into revenue generators to fill budget gaps that received little fanfare. Police Departments have been monitized over the last few decades as villages and cities have had to deal with declining budgets.

On top of turning Police Officers into tax collectors "Broken Windows" Theory has been in place for years. Broken Windows hypothesized that by cracking down on every minor infraction major crime would be detered. Additionally, "Stop & Frisk" and the War on Drugs turned policing from protect and serve into halt and harass.

Taken together, these had the effect of turning LEOs into occupying force, while other factors, the availability of high-powered firearms and long guns have led to a Paramilitary police look and mentality.

The recent Chicago Police shooting of an escaping car thief, and the mentality that led to the long altercation and not split-second decision was neatly avoided, while Chicago police bloggers who blamed both Mayor Rahm and Daley for cutting the training budget. Other anonymous LEOs joined in by saying lack of training was the problem.

This is part and parcel of the system. Bad shoots can be blamed on a lack of training or stress from working conditions and not from the violence/control/dehumanization inherent in the system. But, if these aren't enough to cover the bad shoot, then the character/criminal history of the suspect becomes pertinent and subtle lies can be added to the narrative.

Conservatives have been conditioned by right-wing toxic talk radio, Faux News, and the incestuous right-wing internet sites to reflexively blame all members of the maligned group. After every incident if the perpetrator is black, all members of the black community or #blacklivesmatter are guilty, if the offender is a muslim, all of islam is responsible, if the immigrant is hispanic, he's illegal.

Also, as conservatives have been trained to focus all their ire onto President Obama, every shooting in Chicago, every riot in Milwaukee becomes his fault. Additionally, since they ascribe to President Obama tyrannical powers they demand he turn those powers onto #blm and uniltaerally declare the organization a "terrorist group".

The arguments around #blm today are eeriely similar to those made about the Civil Rights Era; act responsibiliy, don't be so militant, don't do things which cause people to be annoyed or inconvenienced by you and eventually we'll get around to your concerns.

It wasn't until blacks began causing damage to property, in response to police shootings of black men that the media and conservatives began to pay attention. Of course, conservatives immediately called for violence against any and all black people and began demanding shoot-on-sight orders for looters.

Of course, it's hard to take conservatives seriously when they cry and moan about private property damage seeing as they venerate the Boston Tea Party as a near-Holy Event.

But, during the Civil Rights Era, black leaders knew they needed an unassailable champions to be the vanguard of the movement, that even the whiff of impropreity would be the wedge conservatives needed to discredit them and get sentiment against them.

While, the young black men killed in recent years have not be paragons of justice and untainted by criminal backgrounds, society in general and the black community have witnessed numerous incidents of #crimingwhilewhite, in which a white suspect has not been killed by Police and the treatment of President Obama, have created the perception that it doesn't matter what blacks do, because conservatives consider them criminal a priori and right-wing media will spare no effort slandering and smearing the dead black person.

To conservatives no police shooting of a black person is ever bad. No black person has ever been denied his constitutional rights, his right to due process, his right to be free of unlawful search and sezuire. Conservatives believe every black person is a criminal who just hasn't been caught yet.

There is no indictment for the Police Officer who killed Eric Garner by a choke hold. The killings of Eric Garner, 12 year old Tamir Rice, Mike Brown and so many others are just the latest deaths which highlight Right-Wing beliefs in America today.

Conservatives love when Black People are killed. Now, that outright lynchings are no longer authorized, conservatives have taken to unwavering support of Police Officers murdering blacks by proxy.

Of course, every now and then a Right-Wing domestic terrorist decides Cops aren't killing enough "Thugs" and tries to take matters in his own hands;

[A] man driving a Town and Country minivan drove through the intersection and accelerated through the crowd. One woman was seen crouching on the hood of the minivan as the van continued forward. She fell off as the vehicle rounded a curve.
Protesters chased and then surrounded the minivan, and the driver waved a black handgun at them. At one point, protesters broke out the van’s back window. The van was dented, and police recovered a rock from the back seat. Police took the driver, a 57-year-old man, into custody.

Obviously, each of these incidents and subsequent deaths is unique and deserves careful review and investigation but, what comes through each and every time is that conservatives support the killing of blacks unquestionably.

Now, you might argue that Senator Rand Paul and the fake libertarians over at Reason Magazine have denounced and decryed the killing of Eric Garner for instance but what they've done is use the killing to denounce Government and Regulations. Reason which exists to justify, defend and succor the Plutocracy got the closest to denouncing the killing of Garner in a column by managing editor J. D. Tuccille, but at the last moment Tuccille has to veer into blaming the cigarette laws and government regulations.

Now, much to their credit some of the writers and commentors over at Reason found the inconsistencies with Wilson's Grand Jury Lies and McCulloch's ridiculous defense of Wilson odious and criminal.

But, according to Libertarians the important take away is that Government is the problem, the deaths of Black People are incidental. And this highlights the key issue; American Society does not value Black Peoples Lives. At all. Conservatives go beyond just devaluing black people and dehumanize and criminalize their very being.

Senator Rand Paul could not blame the racist right-wing culture from which he takes so much because as soon as he does that, the grift is over for him. So Senator Paul is reduced to echoing the Libertarian argument of blaming cigarette laws and not the prime cause; Conservatives.

To Conservatives the crime Mike Brown, Eric Garner and the many others killed by Cops are guilty of is: Unforgivable Blackness. 

Conservatives love when Cops kill Black People

In the aftermath of the injustice in St. Louis County, the riots and protests are going to obscure the macro and micro evils the murder of Mike Brown by Darren Wilson have re-illustrated.

After Prosectuor Robert P. McCulloch declared there would be no indictment conservatives gleefully took to every media platform they infest to trumpet their unabashed glee, celebrating, as is their wont, the killing of a minority.

Once again we have confirmation of the despicable nature of conservatives. Right-wingers only support Law Enforcement Agencies and Officers when those agents are conducting one of three activites; undermining Leftist Protests, destroying Unions, and killing or incarcerating black men.

Recall that during Cliven Bundy Insurrection, Conservatives flocked to the area to shoot and kill Law Enforcement Officers. Cop Killer Jerad Miller spent 4 days at Bundy's Camp. Conservative Domestic Terror Groups detailed their plans to shot at Officers while hiding behind women and children.

Conservatives don't support the Rule of Law unless that Law is being used to murder minorities or oppress liberals.

For instance the recent spate of Marijuana legislation laws being passed around the country would seem to indicate the pot is not a dangerous drug. But, in this case conservatives found comfort in an old canard, first proferred by William Randolph Hearst, Reefer Madness. Brown had smoked cannabis! Proof that Brown was high meant Wilson's non-lethal attempts were ineffectual! Cannabis is only a dangerous drug when blacks smoke it.

Of course, much of the right-wing defense of Darren Wilson was based on outright fabrications. Jim Hoft, the St. Louis based dumbest man on the internet hyped the "Orbital-eye socket blowout" injury Wilson supposedly suffered. Hoft and other conservatives bloggers posted and reposted a CAT-Scan which showed the broken eyesocket. It was proven the images used by conservatives bloggers was not of Wilson but taken from a University of Iowa medical textbook. Of course, this didn't dissuade the right-wing liars as they doubled-down on their lies and claimed it was illustrative of the injury Wilson suffered.

But, the real damage had been done because the Lie was in the conservative bloodstream and despite all refutations and evidence against conservatives would continue to parrot that Brown had savagely (purposeful word choice) beaten Wilson.

Now, with the Grand Jury decision we got actual photo evidence of Wilson. He suffered no injuries. His photos showed nothing more than a lip herpe and a popped zit on his right cheek.

Conservatives also hyped Brown's size as justification, Faux News going so far as to claim Brown could not be considered unarmed because of his height and weight. But, what was never mentioned was that Darren Wilson is no tiny wisp. But, while Wilson is 6'4 and 225+, he is a soft doughy disgrace.

This of course allowed Darren Wilson, that squishy slack-jawed wimp, to play up the scary black man defense. Brown despite being unarmed became the Hulk.

Wilson's Grand Jury Testimony, again designed by Prosecutor McCulloch to allow Wilson's "version of events" to be promulgated without cross examination, was a puerile collection of childish analogies.

Grabbing Brown was like a "5 year old holding onto Hulk Hogan", Brown was shrugging off the effects of the bullets and "looked like he was bulking up to run through the shots", while his face was "the most instense aggressive face" and "it looks like a demon". So pathetic was Wilson's testimony it was only to be outdone by the bullshit diary of "witness 40" which was submitted along with all the other mass of lies in order to confuse the Grand Jurors into coming back with no indictment.

It's been pointed out that Prosecutor Robert McCulloch did a fanastic job as the Defense Attorney of Darren Wilson and McCulloch may have been working out his own demons with this case. His father was a Police Officer who was murdered in the line of duty by a black man, while 4 other close family members have worked as Police Officers in St. Louis.

But, McCullochs goals are likely larger. He probably wants to be Attorney General for Missouri and aiding Wilson in escaping trial is a big shout out to white Missourians that they have a friend in McCulloch against the Demon-faced scary black man.

So... Wilson probably got away with murder. The physical evidence doesn't match with Wilson's testimony. The claim about the initial encounter and how exactly Brown "attacked" Wilson, the idea he spotted the cigarellos in Wilson's hand, why did Wilson try and present his weapon while seated in the SUV, the chase and the four times Wilson fired at Brown all of these incidents have enough inconsistencies to warrant further investigation. Nonetheless, I'm not going to guess at how the incident went down and we will never know the truth but, Wilson's entire testimony was crafted to make everyone believe he was in fear for his life.

And Wilson may have feared for his life in the end. But, in the end, Conservatives got what they wanted; freedom for a white cop who killed a black teenager.
