In Vitro Fertilization is responsible for millions of American families.  With one ignorant and bigoted law Alabama Republicans declare their Christian God has spoken and the Corporate Media could not wait to hear what Trump supporters and psychotic anti-abortion lunatics have to say, as they continue their proscribed role of softening Republican perfidy and oppression.

The story of this wrongful death lawsuit smells entirely fabricated, the person purposefully went into the clinic and opened a subzero cryogenic freezer, grabbed and "dropped" the test tubes containing fertilized ovum just happened to get in there and wasn't an employee but a "client/patient", but the aggrieved parents of the fertilized cells filed a wrongful death lawsuit against the clinic?  Bullshit.  I absolutely bet these people planned this.  And before you dismiss this as QAnon style conspiracy theory, remember the women who brought the gay website creator lawsuit which made it to the Unjust Supremacist Court hadn't be forced to make any gay websites.  The Republican Party has a long history of lying for Jesus in order to force their religious edicts into secular law.

And as proof this In Vitro Alabama Chief Justice is a bible thumping believer in the Seven Mountains Mandate which means god has empowered him to impose Christian Fascism on the rest of America and the world.  Republicans absolutely believe they have the power and the right to impose their burgeoning Theocracy onto the American people.  And before you go thinking Nikki Haley is a Sikh and a women so she doesn't hold these same beliefs,

We now sit on the precipice of the end of the United States as a secular Democratic Republic.  It's absolutely up to white women if they want to further along their subjugation and shackle themselves as living incubators unable to move about the country freely and unable to make medical decisions for themselves.

How long until this fertilized embryos are fully human persons ruling leads to the argument that the ovum have a Right-to-Implantation due to their inherent Right-to-Life?  Again with everything we are dealing with, such a scenario will be dismissed as too fantastical by our bought and deceitful Corporate Media, then when the legislation is in discussion, the media will sagely assure people 'Don't worry this is unlikely to pass and anyway Republicans would never take that step because <insert reasons here>', until poof it's enacted into Law in Republican states and Republicans nationwide concoct a case to go before the Supreme Sinister Six and voila it's Law.

Again the Republican method of governance is simple and brutal;  1) they pass all the evil oppressive shit they can, then 2) they and their rightwing media allies demonize the shit out of Democrats and spread sensationalist racist and bigoted propaganda, [2A) the Corporate Media dutifully picks up the rightwing stories since it's news], 3) they rely on their White voters to carry them to power.

Republicans learned long ago they don't pay a price for the inhuman and inhumane laws they enact.  But, the hope, which is fortunately supported by several elections, is the destruction of Roe by the Unjust Supreme Court has cost Republicans and will mean their defeat in 2024.

So, I hope you are helping to defeat every Republican you can in the 2024 elections, because by 2025, if they're in power, Republicans will be rounding-up thousands of people.

Of course, #TrumpSmells.  Diaper Don eats greasy fast food, guzzles gallons of Diet Coke, routinely shits himself, and can't properly wash his bulbous body due to his limited mobility, syphilitic senility, muscular deficiency, giant rolls of blubber and tiny hands.

I trust Kinzinger's assessment of Trump's foul odor.  Anyone who's served time in the military becomes acutely aware of those around him who have shit hygiene.  Kinzinger it should be understood was a rabid anti-Obama 2010 Tea Party Republican stalwart but, his rightwing credentials and personal bonafides (disarming a knife wielding attacker and saving a person from a murder in Milwaukee, military service from 2003 onwards) count for naught when you go against Der Trumpenfurher.

Will Trump's horrendous body odor deter white women from voting for him?  History would indicate probably not.  Since 1952 white women have voted overwhelmingly Republican for President.  Sexy Slick Willie turned their heads in 1992.  But, they apparently couldn't resist Trump's immense sexual gravity. 

Among White women, according to NBC News, 43 percent supported Biden and 55 percent supported Trump.  On the plus side the 2024 election will be the last election whites women need to worry their pretty little heads over because once Republicans get back into power, the vote will simply be stripped away from women.

Taking the franchise from white women will be an easy slam dunk for this Supremacist Court as Rightwingers can easily argue women voting is not "deeply rooted in this Nation's history and tradition" (Sammy Di Puzzi Alito Dobbs 2022). 

Now, of course, white men are a disaster and a lost cause.  While a lot of white men did vote for Barack Obama (the first time) but this is part of the infatuation and subconscious sexual desire white people (Wypipo) have towards black bodies.  White men see Trump as a venue back into power and prominence. They don't draw him as a super hero muscle man because that's how they see him, but because that's how they see themselves.

But, while men have steadily been trending Reactionary since Ronnie Raygun's first election in 1980, white women are afforded a lot of undue credit for being progressive while consistently voting for Republicans

Prior to the 6 Supremacist Injustices vile Dobbs decision, white women believed they occupied a special niche in the White Supremacist Nation Republicans are trying to create.  A carve out based on their supplication to misogynistic racist Patriarchy.  White women believed, that if they needed to medical procedure, well they would get special dispensation.  They've seen that's not the case.  And Democratic candidates have to hammer home that no white women's adherence to the bigoted Republican agenda will not give them special rights in the dystopian fascist fundamentalist hellhole Republicans hope to turn the United States into. 

So, the question is:  Will the Republican successful effort to take Abortion rights away from women cost them the white women vote in 2024?  If it doesn't... if white women vote for Trump (for a third time)... well that really would stink.

Kate Cox fled the One Star State of Texass.  This, is a huge win for anti-American Republican Party which proved yet again that Women have no rights that Republican need to respect.

Ken Paxton, a multi-indicted criminal, petitioned the Texass Supreme Court to bar Cox from getting a medically sound abortion because he's just Ken and the medical exemption to abortions has always been a sham.

We mourn the decision to take Baby Cox’s life rather than give her every chance at life,” the spokeswoman, Texas Right to Life spokeswoman Kimberlyn Schwartz, said in a statement.

I was certain the Supreme Court wanted Cox to flee instead of them being forced to reveal openly that Republicans had no intention of honoring the "Life of the Mother" or fetal viability exemptions but, the Texass Justices gleefully ruled against her.  As for inhuman Texas conservatives I await the Texas civil lawsuits to be filled against Cox and for Sheriff Kelly Rowe of Lubbock County Texas to seek a Warrant for the arrest of the persons responsible for driving Cox across their roads, in violation of the transport ban.

“I am a proud Kentuckian and I love the life and family I have built here. But I am angry that now that I am pregnant and do not want to be, the government is interfering in my private matters and blocking me from having an abortion. This is my decision—not the government’s or any other person’s. I am bringing this lawsuit because I firmly believe that everyone should have the ability to make their own decisions about their pregnancies. I hope this case will restore abortion access in Kentucky, if not for me then for the countless people in the future who deserve the autonomy to decide what is best for themselves and their families.”

Via chicanery and political legerdemain Republicans are currently trying to undermine political grassroots efforts to place ballot amendments safeguarding abortion rights before the people, yet this doesn't end the political futures of individual Republicans or the Republican Party.  The fact that the Supremacist Court ruling in Dobbs "returning abortion to the states" is understood by everyone as a sham and fraud and groups like the Texass Right to Life, the Thomas More Dead Women and so many others are reverently trying to concoct a suitable Federal Ban to go before the same Sinister Six Injustices is just the hand we've been dealt on well nothing we can do but let Sammy Alito call balls and strikes... 

Unlike, H.L. Mencken's mean-spirited cynical aphorism we do not deserve to get this good and hard.  

The Republican Party is on the wrong side of every issue in the United States; education, gun control, women's health for instance but, instead of being an ostracized political oddity they continue to win elections and wield considerable control over municipal, state, and the federal government.  And they are poised to gain control of all 3 branches of the Federal Government in 2024.  The damage Republicans intend and proudly proclaim they will do to the United States and American people has correctly been compared to the Era of Fascism.

How did this come to be?

Voting does in fact change things, which is why Republicans for years have made it voting difficult and while encouraging voter apathy, have created entire well-funded apparatuses to suppress votes, have "inadvertently" purged legal voters "accidentally", have created a self-sustaining falsehood factory devoted to spreading scurrilous lies, Russian disinformation, and outrageous rightwing agitprop about laptops and penises, or tan suits, or emails, or blue dresses, or peanut farms...  Anything to distract from the truth which is. Republicans have nothing to offer the American people; no policy, no legal framework, no hope, no future, nothing.  

A certain part of this is the Republican predilection to believe their own lies.  For so long Republicans have been telling conservatives they are the Moral Majority, they are the true patriots, they are fighting for truth, justice, and the American way.  The Corporate Media has done everything they can to buttress the unearned beliefs conservatives hold about themselves with talk of Real America.  For decades the Media simply accepts and regurgitates Republican lies about the economy or support for servicememebers and Veterans even though and often in the face of stark reality in which the Republicans Fist-Bump each other as they cut healthcare coverage for disabled Veterans or tank the economy in the latest Republican Recession. 

So, instead of being a land of We, the People we are relying on Heroes to extract us from the situation.  Conservatives don't have this problem; whatever Head Ass Clown appears to feed them shit they gladly follow and swallow.  And it should be obvious that when Fascism arrives in the United States Corporations are going to willingly hand over information without objection and prior to any threats...

These two women, and many others, have realized No One is Coming to Save them.  They have to save themselves.  We, the People need to realize this, too.  Voting is necessary but, not sufficient part of this.  We are in for an Unhappy year when we must to some degree all be Heroes;  do what you can but, be prepared to have to go above and beyond because Republicans are coming...

Women have no rights Republicans are bound to respect.

The Abortion exception for the Life of the Mother was always a sham.  An absolute lie to deflect criticism.  It was great theater for Republicans to claim, See! See!  See! If the dirty slut actually needs medical care she can get it!  If the health of the mother was truly at stake, instead of that dirty slut having so much sex she just wants to a post-birth abortion cause she's a WHORE, then she can still get a medical procedure!  This was always a hollow promise but, then Republicans have gotten so comfortable with lying and so confident that their lies will be massaged into truth by their pliant media allies that they had no fear journalists would say they were lying. 

It was lie to convince and dupe normies and deceive those Media members who wish to be deceived that Republicans are the real moderates on Abortion unlike those Evil Democrats who murder live-born babies.  And now Donald John Traitor Trump who has bragged repeatedly in rallies across the Nation that he destroyed Roe v. Wade has pivoted to he's the moderate on Abortion.  But, because the Media is absolutely beholden to making Republican lies palatable to Americans they will simply cover Republicans lies as a BothSides disagree.

I should make it clear that it's not all just smoke & mirrors to delude Americans, there is a large segment of this country who absolutely believe women who get abortions are murderers and deserve to be arrested.  They also believe that anyone who provides assistance; be that the doctor performing the procedure, the hospital where it occurred, the company which manufactures devices, the taxi driver who provides transport, also deserve to be arrested.  What has always been clear when it comes to abortion is Republicans absolutely seek to place people under their bigoted control.

There are apparently still a large number of conservative Women who don't believe elected Republicans will treat them as walking baby incubators with little to no rights under Law, recall the US Constitution doesn't mention women and doesn't prohibit discrimination against women.  I can't say they are in for an awakening because they simply believe their position in the Patriarchy will spare them and will thus continue to vote for Republicans.

Right now we have a grossly tuned Police State but, put Stephen Miller and Kash Patel and Ken Paxton in charge and they will readily fine-tune it to track, corral and arrest every abortion-seeking slut, every abortionist, every abortion conspirator, everyone who provides materials, every manufacturer, and anyone else they deem to be guilty.  Republicans will use the Awesome power of the State, and the many facets of government intrusion to monitor, document, arrest, prosecute, and enslave Women and anyone tangentially associated with abortion.

For instance, using the precedent of DUI checkpoints and seatbelt enforcement zones, Republicans in many States will forcibly pull women from cars and administer roadside transvaginal exams and pregnancy tests.

State Police v. Sitz, 496 U.S 444 (1990) with the Supreme Court ruled that these sobriety checkpoints were in accordance with the Fourth Amendment in terms of reasonable search and seizure.

Freedom of Movement and 4th Amedment protections won't apply because of the human the dirty slut is illegally transporting.  Suspect Women will be arrested and incarcerated in a Stephen Miller Concentration Camp until she gives birth, the vehicle will be towed and impounded (Ka-Ching!), the driver and any other occupants will be taken into custody, photographed and fingerprinted, all this will be made public knowledge (it is a government action after all) and be subject to lawsuits from improperly named groups like the Susan B. Anthony Women's Rights Foundation or Thomas More Dead Women Society.

24/7 Surveillance is Freedom 

Additionally, a lot of people are unaware of all the tools the Republicans can not wait to unleash on Abortionists. The Flock Camera system will be utilized to track the movements of known and unidentified abortion conspirators.  Like all things in the creeping Police State, the big splash page for Flock is "Eliminate Crime in Your Community", because the non-stop Media sensationalist coverage of CRIME! has made white people insane and as conservatives always warn made them trade their Liberty for the semblance of Security.

And thus Republicans will simply re-task The Flock Camera System to build the database they need to round-up and incarcerate the Abortionists.

And in States that still allow abortion we will find Rightwing sicko Judges from Republican areas issuing injunctions, stays, and Nationwide arrest warrants to enforce their beliefs across state line to stop women from getting their medical care.

The threat of lawsuits will curtail American corporations from making and shipping abortion related supplies.  The threat of arrest has already curtailed Hospitals and Doctors from providing care.

And failing all these "legal methods" roving gangs of rightwing panty-sniffing perverts will conduct low intensity terrorist attacks on facilities, individuals, and their homes.  These, of course, won't be investigated by the local or state police because you don't investigate your family, friends, or yourself. 

And, this post is already too long because I haven't gotten to Missouri Republicans declaring their intent to charge women with murder or the effort by rightwing groups to use the 1873 Comstock Act to create a National Ban on Abortion or the multiple Republican state efforts to eliminate birth control and dissolve no-fault divorce.  Republicans hate Women and seek to enslave them because... that... is... what... MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN means.

But, fret not the Corporate Media is furiously trying to figure out what message will allow Republicans to weather this current outrage from these little ladies and help Republicans get elected in 24!  Expect a lot of white women to vote Republican and happily reintroduce Slavery to America.

Dick Uihlein and Frank LaRose: Outside Agitators Extraordinaire

Look there are several things here which inadvertently show LaRose is deeply ensconced in the rightwing bubble.

Firstly, did LaRose and Ohio Republicans really believe, they could convince voters, even brain-washed conservatives, voting to remove their own voting power was a good was a move because it's hard to believe.  Of course, LaRose also misused his office in the Republican scheme to push through Issue 1.

And for LaRose to believe that Abortion, a higher Minimum Wage, and Gun Control are unpopular instead of enjoying immense popularity across the country just shows how far up his own ass LaRose is and how little he thinks of the American people.

Laughably, LaRose blames Outside Agitators, specifically mentioning California and New York to make sure the Rust Belt Yahoos get mad at them coastal elites, for spending money in Ohio.

Last month, a CBS News investigation found Uihlein had an outsized role in getting Issue 1 on the ballot. In April, he gave $1.1 million to a political committee pressuring Republican lawmakers to approve the August special election. Uihlein gave $4 million to the group, the bulk of the $4.85 million raised, to Protect our Constitution, the main group supporting Issue 1.

Uihlein is everything the Right claims George Soros is and worse.  Foruntately, Uihlein is also an idiot which mitigates some of his influence but he has so much money that even his doltish choices, like the pig fvcking Darren Bailey here in Illinois, don't really cost him, and he can afford to blow millions of dollars trying to restrict the rights and freedoms of Americans because the pay-out of shackling women and removing Americans freedoms far out-strip the cost to him.

Abortion is Healthcare, Republican Abortion Laws are Fascist; and the coming Republican Religious Vice Squads

A key component of Fascism is issuing vague, confusing, contradictory Laws and relying on good and well-meaning people to take on the burden of figuring out how to implement them.

Abortion laws are purposefully confusing for this very reason.  Republican abortion laws put the fear of prosecution into the minds of Doctors, Lawyers, and other people who don't run afoul of the law.  They use your tendency to want to follow rules to have you overzealously enforce laws on other people.  You unwittingly become a pawn in enforcing Fascism.

This is one of the most powerful tools in the Fascist's toolbox.  Republicans know this but, they also know they must provide their victims a face saving "out".  Like a firing squad being issued one blank round to , Republicans concoct these exception rules, usually the "Life of the Mother" but by making the laws difficult to interpret correctly they know the exceptions will be rarely used, and in many of these Republican dominated states it wouldn't matter anyway as some conservative panties sniffer can bring the Courts in to investigate the abortion anyway.

Women dying, people suffering, and society becoming coarser and coarser are not unfortunate by-products of Republican government, they are the desired and sought after outcome.

The mother of a Nebraska girl obtained abortion pills on-line to terminate her pregnancy and then buried the remains in April 2022.  Reading the news story somebody altered the police that a then 17 year old had given birth to a stillborn and concealed it.  The detectives then poured over hermetical records and social media accounts to discern she had self induced an abortion.  And once you are under investigation, Genital inspectors aren't going to simply not bring charges.  So she was charged with hiding remains and lying to the Cops.

(As an aside always remember Cops are not you're friends don't talk to them.)

Nebraska Right-to-Life group is celebrated the incarceration of a young girl for the her desperate actions as a minor.  And they seek to punish more people;

Nebraska Right to Life, an anti-abortion group, had commended prosecutors for enforcing Nebraska’s 20-week law.

Sandy Danek, the Executive Director, said in 2022 accountability should extend to providers that mail abortion pills to states like Nebraska that require an in-person physician to oversee medication abortions. “This disturbing act may become more commonplace as the abortion industry continues to promote the do-it-yourself abortion where there’s no medical oversight for risks and complications,” she said.

As if they care about medical complications.  Remember Republicans yearn to control you and have to provide a face-saving out to make it seem like their authoritarian impulses, to which you are willingly acceding, are actually for the good of the victim.

Mark Gordon, the Christofascist Governor of Wyoming, ushered in numerous bans on Abortion including allowing legislation to pass into law without his signature.  “I have acted without bias and after extensive prayer, to allow these bills to become law,” Mr. Gordon wrote in a letter to Wyoming’s secretary of state.  As always Wyoming's laws include the phony exceptions;

Wyoming's new abortion laws allow exceptions to save life and for cases of rape or incest that are reported to police. But abortion for other reasons isn't health care under the amendment, Jay Jerde, an attorney for the state, argued.

"It's not restoring a woman's body from pain, injury or physical sickness," Jerde said. "Medical services are involved, but getting an abortion for reasons other than health care, it can't be a medical decision."

Jerde an economics graduate, said again.  Republicans have conferred upon themselves the absolute authority to police sexual conduct, healthcare, bodily autonomy, freedom of association, and basic sexual activity.  Even when it is demonstrated time and time again the Men writing and interpreting these laws have no knowledge and lack basic understanding.  It's part of the rightwing decades long campaign to destroy the concept of expertise and authority.  By constantly attacking knowledge, education, learning and the concept of expertise an idiot like Sean Hannity or any of these podcasting bums, like Tim Pool, Matt Walsh, Steven Crowder to claim they know more about any and all subjects than people who've studied them.  And then by extension any of these psycho rightwingers on social media can do their own research and proclaim that the Covid isn't deadly but the Vaccine is...

Republicans and Rightwingers are in the midst of a 50 year pushback on Roe v. Wade specifically as well as the 1960's, the New Deal, and the progressive gains of the 20th century and mold the United States in the image of a Sharply Divided Religious Ethno-State.  It's why they constantly harp on "The Left" trying to remake America; Every Accusation is a Confession (EAIAC) as the acronym goes...

The final goal for Republicans is clear; their religious edicts are ensconced into Secular Law, and the United States is transformed into a Christofascist Nation-State, run by fear and ignorance.  And Policed by the legions of Joe Rogan, Jordan Peterson, and Andrew Tate fans who yearn to act as a Religious Vice Squad.

I would enjoy if the official moniker for Illinois was changed from Land of Lincoln to Land of Abortion and if the familiar abstract profile of President Lincoln became something else... The Forced Birther Movement has claimed for years to be the Silent Majority but, when put to the voters by referendum, abortion bans always fail, as they did in Kansas or Michigan.  The American people don't want reproductive rights curtailed.  They don't want the restrictive religious laws imposed on them.  They don't want what Sam Alito is selling.  They don't want the Anti-Choice agenda.  Which is precisely why Republicans are forcing it upon them.

So, Illinois stands out as a state with Reproductive freedom and bulwark against the rapacious zealotry of bigoted Republican slavery.  And now the Illinois legislature has passed measure to stop the deceitful anti-abortion facilities from deceiving people seeking healthcare at a proper clinic.  The bill which passed the Illinois Legislature and will soon be signed by Governor J.B. Pritzker amends the Consumer Fraud and Deceptive Business Practices Act, which currently does not include health care professionals. It would apply the existing language to the abortion industry.

“This is literally giving and clarifying the authority of the attorney general in order to prosecute these cases where people are using misleading and deceptive practices in order to take women away from being able to actually get the abortion care that they are looking for,” State Senator Celina Villanueva.

Because we did not get to this point overnight.  The Republicans agenda of oppression and control of Women has been a long slow slog since 1973 and Roe.  And they never resigned themselves to settled law but chipped at the edges and crafted programs to undermine freedom all along the way.

One of those methods was the Pregnancy Crisis Center (aka "limited practice facilities") and its' workers; who falsely advertise services on websites.  This tactic is now no longer needed in a some states which have simply pushed through draconian anti-Abortion legislation but, in Illinois it's the prime method for curtailing women that rightwingers still possess.

"The attack on sidewalk counseling - actually trying to regulate the speech of people standing on a public sidewalk advocating against abortion - that is unique.  Here you have a real attempt to stop citizens from expressing themselves on a public sidewalk as they see fit."

"Sidewalk Counseling" is a hell of euphemism for shouting burn in hell slut and threatening to murder women who are going to an abortion clinic.  Of course, what these people also do is more nefarious as they often flag people down and pretend to be from the abortion clinic ask for the driver's license, and direct the person seeking care towards the anti-abortion clinic as though this is the real location for their appointment.

"There is nothing in this bill that limits speech, nothing at all,” lead bill sponsor Rep. Terra Costa Howard, D-Glen Ellyn, said while debating the bill. “‘Cause if you’re not lying, what do you have to worry about?”

What Peter Breen of the Thomas More Dead Women Society is arguing in his blinkered disingenuous way, that he and others of his ilk have a 1st Amendment right to lie and defraud people i.e express themselves as they see fit.  Because remember what evangelicals like Breen and so many others believe is their dishonesty is noble, as lying for Jesus washes away all crimes.

Matthew Kacsmaryk's ruling on mifepristone has been dissected for being based on rightwing lies, religious nonsense, brought forth by people without standing, and rife with utter tripe in the place of any legal concepts.  Remember Religious Liberty to a Republicans means they have the power and liberty to dictate what you can and can not do.

This "ruling" from Kacsmaryk isn't rooted in any foundation of law.  Everyone knew what his decision was going to be when the disingenuous plaintiffs sought him out with their standing-less suit.  Even the Corporate Media understood how this little Nazi buffoon was going to rule, but the Corporate Media's job is too make fascism palatable to the masses, to "grudgingly" accede to majestic majesty of the law which unfortunately means one piss-ant Judge in Texassistan decrees what goes for everyone.

Now, in response President Biden directed the DoJ to bring a counter-suit and a Federal Judge in Washington issued an injunction.  This is good but, we approaching a point when the pushback against these rightwing rulings will face an inflection point; namely will a Democratic President or Legislature ignore a such a future ruling?  Because each ruling by these rightwing "judges" is designed to build pressure, to push for a reaction, because Republicans believe in a One-Party Rule and Fascism.  And Fascists use the system right up until they can no longer do so and then comes the violence and death camps.  Republican Judges believe that they can make these rulings precisely because they expect society bow down and take it.

This poppycock ruling is designed cause confusion and concern in the Pharmaceutical companies which manufacture this drug (and others) because the explicit threat from Republicans is if you don't acquesise to us we will use the awesome power of the Government to bankrupt you and subject various people in your company to arrest, lawsuits, and congressional investigations.

The Supreme Sinister Six*

Now that Republicans have reduced women in the United States to second class status, they are fumbling with how to deny the consequences of their actions.

Some, like bigoted Blake Masters in AZ, have scrubbed their campaign sites of their positions to obscure their stances.  Others have decided to play word games and declare certain abortions don't count as abortions and hand wave away the reality of the Republican position.  Other new Republicans like, Yesli Vega have dusted off the old Todd Akin Legitimate Rape lie to cover their extremist anti-abortion position. 

And then there's the Old Guard like Lindsey Graham, Rand Paul, and Mike Pence who have decided to go full bore and tell women, that yes, the Republican plan is no Abortions period.  None.  So don't get any pregnancy complications, or an unspeakable fetal deformity, and don't get raped because The Grand Old Pervert Party plans to make you suffer and die.  Because women dying is Pro-Life.

And, let's be clear, the Republican position is zero abortions, zero exemptions, zero health care for women buttressed by prosecution for any woman or doctor or Uber driver who fails to inform on their neighbors medical care.  Of course in all cases, Republicans new and old, are wallowing in their classic vile stances of transphobia, racism and lies.  But, in the meantime Graham or Rubio or any of these Republican monsters is going to continue to obfuscate, continue to fling as much shit as possible into the media in the hopes one sticks and the Corporate Media goes back to their role of uncritically regurgitating rightwing lies.

One of the outcomes of the Sinister Six Supremes Dobbs decision is it undermines the whole Corporate Media narrative surrounding the Republican Party.  For years the Corporate Media has acted as a bribed referee fixing Republican flubs, falsehoods, and fuck-ups in order to adhere to the Both Sides Do It.

The Fascists Next Door 2: Indiana Terminates Women's Health. Republicans empower Death Panels for Women.

The Republican dominated Indiana State Legislature told women in Indiana they should lay back and think of Corn as they dictated a complete ban on abortion services in the State.  As with all authoritarian dictates the Republicans are decreeing this was passed in legislature by a handful of people in total contrast to what Americans and Indiana residents want.

Of course, as the reality of these abortion bans becomes more clear (the 10 year old rape victim from Ohio fled to Indiana to save her life and receive care from Doctor Caitlin Bernard) conservatives are going to revert to their shell game so keenly elucidated by Elizabeth Hasselbeck on The View a few days ago when she simply declared ending Ectopic Pregnancies are not "Abortions".  They are going to pretend these procedures aren't abortions.

Or... maybe not...  James Bopp, who wrote a more extreme version of the law just passed by 28 Republicans, believes the 10 year old rape victim and indeed all child rape victims should be forced by the state to give birth.  Most likely, Republicans are going to let their draconian dictates, cost a few women their lives, cost thousands of women their futures, cause non-stop consternation amongst Hospital administrators, and frighten Doctors into silent compliance.  Because that's what Fascists do.  They dictate and let You suffer the consequences.

Not her choice." - Republican John Jacob of Indiana who wanted there to be no exceptions.  Because as he said during floor debate, "Trying to end all abortion is not forced birth, but rather it is trying to end murdering children."  What a horrid human.  What an unrighteous liar.  What a fascist.

Of course, fetuses are not children.  There is no "heartbeat" at 6 weeks.  But, the Fascists next door, and elsewhere feel completely in power to deny women medical care and force women to be naught but incubators even if and especially if it will kill them.  And remember even in "normal pregnancies" women suffer ill effects, medical complications, incredible strep upon their bodies, and post-birth physical ailments, without even considering the more heart-wrenching unviable or fatal complications.

During the Indiana Legislature floor debate this week, Republican J. Michael Davisson stated on the floor that all women should be forced by the state to carry unviable and dead fetuses to term, ""[None] of us are guaranteed tomorrow. We must accept death as a consequence of life." 

The cruelty and death are the point.  The Republican Death Panels are here and they are spreading as fast as the Fascists can move.  Vote and Act like you life depends on it, because it does.

a lot of disingenuous statements and outright lying by Republicans for the next 4 months as the right tries to diminish the pushback in 2022 and minimize any potential electoral defeats.  After the election Rape-pubicans will make outlawing medical procedures for Women and interstate travel for women their priorities, and pass all sorts of coercive, invasive, and destructive "laws" possible to curtail Abortion 100%.  Whatever happens to the women impacted by these draconian measures is immaterial and I don't mean just medical care for pregnancy as these immoral and illegal laws passed by Rape-publicans are harming women seeking care for other medical issues.

Over the July 4th weekend, before Trump loving Republican Bobby Crimo murdered people, stubby pustule Peter Breen was chortling through an interview on WBEZ weekend edition.

Breen, a former Illinois Republican state Representative, was asked about women crossing state boundaries to pursue needed medical care.  You see under the Privileges and Immunities clause of the Constitution and nearly 200 years of established precedence case law, the ability to travel between states can not be infringed.  

Breen laughed and said his organization, the Chicago-based Thomas More Dead Women Society was working on bringing up possible challenges to make it to the Sinister Six Injustices of the US Supremacist Court.  You see, Breen replied, it's all about how you frame the issue.  Simply declare that juveniles can not be brought across state lines for illegal purposes and et voila you can now restrict the freedom of movement for women through the power of government.  Imagine DUI checkpoints repurposed for pregnancy checks at state borders for all women in cars.  Or requiring recent negative blood tests before being able to book a plane ticket.  Crotch sniffing K-9 Officers trained to smell menstrual blood stationed by trains at Ogilvie and Union Station in Chicago.

One of the most glib, galling, and insulting techniques conservatives adopted was the appropriation fo the name of some historical figure whom as the avatar of their bigoted group.  The Susan B. Anthony rightwing anti-abortion group, for instance.  Thomas More has nothing to do with US Law and his stupid 16th century book Utopia would be a far more dour, drab, and dull communist Nation than ever created in world history.  But, dumb ass conservatives don't know anything about Thomas More other than the wretched 1968 film Man for All Seasons, so Breen and other Fundigelical wackos claim his historical gravitas for themselves. 

Republicans are going to use the full coercive force and punitive power of Government, at all levels, to control, punish and dominate women.  Conservatives hate women and will do everything in their power to reduce women to nothing but birthing slaves as they continue to lay the foundation for the Fascist Fundamentalist Racist Slave Nation.  The reality is given enough political power and ignoring all pushback, Rape-publicans will outlaw all Abortions in all Circumstances and if it kills a woman or a little girl then that's it.

President Biden issued a decree which says too bad your vile State Law outlawing necessary medical care for women is not legal and does not trump Federal legal supremacy.  In response, known criminal Ken Paxton, who flouts laws and gets away with it by being powerful white Republican male, filed a lawsuit against the Federal Government filled with all the agitprop conservatives have been fed to hate "Big Government";

President Biden is flagrantly disregarding the legislative and democratic process—and flouting the Supreme Court’s ruling before the ink is dry—by having his appointed bureaucrats mandate that hospitals and emergency medicine physicians must perform abortions. 

What a load of Texas Bullcrap.  Conservatives actually love Big Government it's just they expect and want a government that afflicts the afflicted and comforts the comfortable.  They want a federal government which brutally oppress minorities, sanctions women into second class citizens, and ensures that white male evangelical hegemony is ensconced into law.  Tough Talkin' Texans no longer threaten Secession because they've decided upon Subjugation.  Through multiple levers of bureaucratic violence Republican dominated states are exerting their will across state boundaries and obviously upon niches of the Federal Government.    

Bureaucratic Violence is precisely what the Sinister Six Supreme Injustices provided Republicans as a weapon against Americans when they banned Abortion but, the Opus Dei Supremacist Court opened up a whole bunch of cognitive dissonance as well.  The mythical centrist can't believe the Republicans would actually institute total bans on abortions, as several states have done, even when the woman's life is in danger, the pregnancy is terminal or unviable, or the victim of a horrendous crime is a 10 year old child.

It must never be forgotten this is a key component of Fascism.  Deliberatly, lying and creating these untenable situations and expecting the victim of you policies to adapt or interpret your will is a key lever of power Reactionaries use.  Reactionary politics which arose in direct response to the liberalizing influences of 18th and 19th century political thought abuses the open society created by democracy and turn their opponents empathy against them.  For over 100 years, liberals have struggled in response.

Capitol Fax posted fallout for women in the states surrounding Illinois.  The idea that a woman comes into a Hospital needing emergency services but, Doctors are too afraid to treat her for fear of Republican zealots coming for them financially, rhetorically, and physically shows what Republicans have in store for Us all eventually but, also and most importantly what is happening Right. Damn. Now.

Kristi Noem was interviewed by Martha Raddatz, and for once a Corporate Media did not let a vile Republican Governor elide answering questions.  Raddatz pointed out South Dakota now has a total ban on abortion including all cases in which the fetus is unviable and the women will die.  Raddatz continued that South Dakota has no assistance or post natal care and Noem, in her dead eye stare kept talking about how her state would walk with mothers and touted the website they created to help.  Noem then unknowingly admitted that non-profits and churches would be tasked with most of the help.  But, it was Noem's loaded phrase she does not "anticipate" South Dakota will take up proposals that incentivize residents to report women suspected of seeking or aiding in abortions which was most chilling and indicative of the fascist future.

This is an exercise in sheer naked aggression and power.  Very much in line with the Rape-publican Party 

Also, now comes the time when the so-called Originalist Court and the rightwingers who falsely profess to adore and cherish the Constitution to throw out the Freedom of Movement clause.  Republicans are going to pass legislation that the unique nature of abortion (especially since it infringes on their religious liberty) necessitates the need to create internal border checkpoints, that women seeking to travel outside their states need to show proof of negative pregnancy test (ha take that libtards just like your Covid restrictions!) and empowers them to curtail 200 years of legal reasoning and ruling with regards to freedom of movement. 

Then it's only a matter of time until the Puzzi Alito Court looks at 1920 Womens' Suffrage as being incompatible with the Originality of the Constitution and "not deeply rooted in the Nation's history and traditions."  In fact, let's take a direct statement from Alito Dobbs unjust ruling and change 3 words;

• “The inescapable conclusion is that a right to women's vote is not deeply rooted in the Nation’s history and traditions. On the contrary, an unbroken tradition of prohibiting women's voting on pain of criminal punishment persisted from the earliest days of the common law until 1920.”

Today, The Supremacist Court just ruled to curtail the EPA.  If you think the Republicans will stop you're deluding yourself.  The Republicans feel emboldened, they know they can blame Biden for everything, they can act with impunity because they have the Police Forces across the Country to "dispassionately" enforce the Supreme Court's Will (i.e. Officers festooned in their best Judge Dredd regalia beat, tase, and gas unarmed women under the guise of law&order), while Mark Levin, Laura Ingraham, Ben Shapiro, Jonathan Turley, and any number of skeevy on-line trolls will feed buckets of lies and obfuscate furiously to keep conservatives placid, fat, and happy that they are Owning the Libs.  They've been yearning for this moment and are enjoying every single second.

The Chicago Tribune is so genteel.  They defer from calling Mary Miller what she clearly is and instead hide behind the euphemism "string of questionable comments". 

On the day before Miller's compatriots stormed the U.S. Capitol on January 6th, in a reenactment of the Reichstag Fire, Miller stood in the heart of Washington D.C. and extolled her savior The Fuhrer, "Hitler was right about one thing!"

Illinois Governor J. B Prtizker corrected Miller, as he stated flatly, "Hitler got nothing right.  Pritzker called Miller's comments, "unfathomable and disgusting."  But, Miller was just getting started!  As with the basket of deplorable comment by HRC, calling a Republican "unfathomable and disgusting" is too kind by half.

Now, the cheap Russian-made Adolf knock-off Donald Trump invaded the state of Illinois, and Miller could not help but declare out loud the Republican Joy at the unjust, immoral, and tyrannical decision by the Supreme Sinister Six;

"President Trump, I want to thank you for the historic victory for white life in the Supreme Court yesterday."

Miller is a bog-standard Republican decrying Marxists in D.C. while greedily accepting millions in farm subsidies from the Federal Government.  But, charges of hypocrisy are like Republican thoughts & prayers; worthless.  Republicans like Mary Miller laugh at attempts to shame them just like Miller laughed when 21 people (19 of them children) were murdered by the NRA in Uvalde, Texas.  Republicans love Death & Taxes.

In a footnote to the Dobbs decision, Sammy "Puzzi" Alito cited the George W. Bush CDC report in 2008 that American mothers needed vulnerable women to be forced to carry pregnancies because white women were lacking "domestic supply of infants relinquished at birth or within the first month of life".

Domestic Supply of Infants is a core tenet of The Great Replacement Theory and it's part and parcel of the Modern Republican Party and is exactly what fascist Illinois Nazi Mary Miller meant when she thanked Hair Furor for protecting White Life.
