There is no bottom to Trump's evil lies and vicious slanders.  There is no bottom to Republicans denial of reality.  President Biden is right to warn America that while the elections will be free and fair, they won't be peaceful.  Traitor Trump and Just Dishonorable Vance are going to continue to spew forth racist xenophobic non-stop Nazi rhetoric demonizing whole swaths of people.  Senile Trump has no compunctions of telling any terrible lies and saying anything thinks will give him a little more 

Apparently the boomers infesting facebook are spreading multiple fake AI images of traitor Trump helping out in the flood zones.  Trump's "help" to hurricane victims consisted entirely of him shooting paper towel rolls to people in Puerto Rico.

We are rapidly approaching a dangerous inflection point.  Republicans in America no longer accept reality;  this has played out in deadly ways with deaths and destruction increasing ever year from climate change, or the daily toll of gun violence which Vance and Trump shrug and say "well these things happen" and "you gotta get over it".  Come this November when Kamala Harris and Tim Walz win a decisive and overwhelming victory reality is going to smack Republicans.  In response, Republicans are going to unleash violence, the question is how high and how terrible will be the price We, the People pay for Republican Ignorance.

The Iran Deal; Another Diplomatic Victory by President Obama

America was treated to another masterful job of World Stage Diplomacy by President Obama when the President reached a deal that will halt the enrichment of uranium and force Iran to accept inspectors on the ground to verify compliance, all in exchange for relaxing some of the economic sanctions against the Iranian Government.

It's still early in the agreement but for the first time in decades the United States along with Russia, UK, France, China, Germany, has engaged the Iranian Government through diplomatic channels.

“While today's announcement is just a first step, it achieves a great deal,” US President Barack Obama said in a statement at the White House. “For the first time in nearly a decade, we have halted the progress of the Iranian nuclear program, and key parts of the program will be rolled back.”

And one can always tell a brilliant diplomatic stroke by the way Republican Howler Monkeys react. Right-Wingers have No Concept of Diplomacy, Republicans engaged in their standard gnashing of teeth, beating of their man-boobs, and tweeting about Obamacare.

Sigh. It's difficult enough living in a country with an ardent core of Ultra-Reactionary fanatics who are bent on turning this Nation into a Corporate Bondage Wage Slave Hellhole but, to have chicken hawk morons comprise a significant part of our government whose idea of Diplomacy is Shock & Awe (as long as someone else's children do the fighting) or derp-proclamations that, "We're not French."

Combining this with the successful intervention in Libya, which prevented a bloody civil war and lead directly to the ousting and death of Muammar Gaddafi and the Chemical Weapons deal President Obama and John Kerry masterfully executed with Russia and Syria and President Obama has succeeded in advancing US interests in 3 powder keg Middle East Nations with only the Tragic loss of life at Benghazi.

Yet, when compared to the MASSIVE* failures of Ronald Reagan, the mentally-addled, terrorist-loving, cut-and-run Chickenhawk, tax-raising, war criminal, tool of the Plutocrats, destroyer of the Social Safety Net, quisling of the Rich in their conquest of America, and George W(orst President Ever) Bush what do Republicans do in response to President Obama's masterful diplomatic coups? Threaten Impeachment.

*- On April 18, 1983 the Beirut Embassy Car Bombing killed 17 Embassy personnel (and 46 Lebanese) and the follow on Truck Bombing attack 6 months later on October 23, 1983 at the US Barracks in Beirut killed 241 Marines, Soldiers and Sailors. Navy SEALs don't = Charlie Sheen but Chicago Ray = Chicken Hawk Ray

Often the Right wants to blame Obama for everything they can. It's an excellent form of attack because while more educated Republicans may understand the Birthers are insane they feel no compunctions in allowing them to spout their insanities because it helps get evil men like Dick Cheney and Karl Rove into power.

With President Obama being the C-in-C, a standard avenue of assault from Chicken Hawk Conservatives has been to attack him for not understanding the military. (While I could tangent off onto Conservatives quiet acquiescence of Bush's blatant disregard for military readiness and troop welfare throughout his tenure I will refrain).

So, the Punks on the Right have attacked Obama for decisions ranging from the tactical level, the Somali Pirate Standoff, to the Strategic National Policy level, the long term strategy for Afghanistan. Sometimes the Terrorist Punk Ass Bitch Right wants Obama to ignore the Generals and sometimes they don't...

In Afghanistan, Fox News often lead the charge with castigating Obama for not immediately giving General Stanely McChrystal, his requested amount of troops. The principle is simple. Now that a Democrat is in office the concept of Civilian control of the military is wrong and will result in the Terrorists winning.

The attacks on Obama based on misunderstanding of the Military and Chain of Command is an easy sell to the Right because the vast majority of the Punk Ass Bitches who comprise the Republican Party or are Conservatives are Chicken Hawk Cowards who've never served a day in the military even though Fox News declared the GWOT to be a more difficult fight than the struggle against the Nazis and Imperial Japan.

A recent incident in the GWOT has 3 Navy SEALs facing court-martial. The 3 are charged with allegedly assaulting Ahmed Hashim Abed, on 09/01/09 at Camp Schweidler in Iraq, and each declined NJP (Non-Judical Punishment) and requested Trial by Courts Martial, which is their right.

And in steps the misunderstanding of Chain-of-Command. Because the Right Wing Obama Hating Terrorists declare the Court Martial is the fault of President Obama and Liberals. Buffalo Grove, Illinois native Chicago Ray summed up his view on the charges brought up against 3 Navy SEALs in a post titled; Today's the first step in the liberal loon rape of the bravest and best America has to offer.

Personally, I don't believe the SEALs should be tried but their superior officers are duty bound to investigate the mater and it is upon their recommendation and investigation that the Trial is commencing. U.S. Special Operations Command Central brought the SEALs up on charges on 10/02/09.

Of course, violent idiots like Buffalo Grove Ray couldn't care less and see an opportunity to implant a meme in the minds of his like-minded violent blithering idiots on the Right. Obama and the Looney Left hate the Troops! Trying these men shows how much they love Terrorists and Hate Navy SEALs!

President Obama is now, most likely, aware of these Court Martial because of the publicity and well deserved support they have received but as C-in-C he will not be routinely advised of every NJP and/or Court Martial on-going in the Military.

Penultimately, the Republicans resorted to the ignorant wretch with gams Sarah Hot and Palin. While she kept a victory possible by casting come hither looks her inability to speak coherently ended up not aiding the Republicans. Although Sarah did manage to promote the Obama is a Terrorist theme. Interestingly, the Obama Pals Around with Domestic Terrorists who Target their own country seems especially silly now that the Freepers, Birthers, Teabaggers and Death Panelers are cheering on a Second American Revolution which would of course, require the targeting of their own country...

So, what to do? Well, the last stratagem is to invoke the only group to be assured to be always consistently associated with abject evil; The Nazis.

The main reason for the constant unceasing declarations of Obama is Hitler and the Democratic Party is the Nazi Party from Elected Republican Congressmen, Sarah Hot and Palin, R. Limbaugh, Sean Inshannity and the lesser known Toxic Commnetators is the hope the threat of violence will lead to Republican Victories in 2010 and 2012.

As a continuation of the Henry Louis Gates thread I'll expound on Race. I don't know Professor Gates, it's possible he's a racist (by which I mean he hates people because they are white or projects his general bad feelings about whites onto specific white people), it may even be probable.

To me the whole concept of Race is a bullshit construct. Historically, it was used as a way to divide poor blacks and poor whites. The poor white share cropper could always hold in his heart the "at least I'm white canard" and allow himself to be duped into believing he and the rich white man were the same despite his malnutrition, bowed back, calloused hands and short life expectancy.

But, our current ideas on Race have been built upon the edifice of the incorrect scientific thinking of the 19th century. This is not to damn the creators of the ideas of race but to point out that as Scientific thinking has evolved and explored new and unforeseen areas while also self-correcting yet there still exist charlatans and demagogues (Jesse Jackson and R. Limbaugh) as in the past who will ignore this and use the 19th century constructs to sunder humanity, usually for political or economic gain.

Humanity is not divided into the distinct Caucasoid, Negroid and Mongoloid classifications, but those divisions still underpin the thinking of many people. Archeology, Genetic Mapping and DNA have shown that all Mankind (to use the outmoded term) can be traced back to the Mitochondrial Eve of roughly 180,000 years ago. And even if you hold to the idea that man emerged and continued evolving several times from Africa as opposed to the currently more accepted theory that the modern strain of man came, almost exclusively, from the last emigration, all humanity are the same species, with minor, mostly superficial, differences. The Human Journey began in Africa, original home to us all.

But it is the doom of man that he must accentuate the differences between himself and his brothers.

In addition to the flawed thinking and perhaps superseding it, we also have the societal constraints on who you are and can be. People have the awful habit of projecting their notions of who you are based on what they see and we are slow too change our minds.

You are (or are supposed to be) what they say you are. You are black, you are white, you are asian, you are hispanic, and so forth. And being so you are also the preconceived notions they feel apply to a person of that persuasion. This leads to the chastising terms like Whigger, Uncle Tom, Oreo when someone steps outside of the viewers' prejudice and does not behave in the way they expect and want you to behave. Don't step outside of the box I have mentally assigned you.

So, I am not the "white cop" who yelled at you, wrote you the speeding ticket and busted you for smoking pot at 16. You don't know my mind and I know you don't care what I think anyway.

I will note a very annoying thing Obama did when he was an Illinois Senator was mandate the completion of "Stop Sheets" by Police Officers. To be completed after all traffic stops for a continuing study on racial profiling by Northwestern. It's not the addition paperwork, but the 5 categories the Officer gets to choose from concerning the race of the driver. The categories are: African/American, Caucasian, Hispanic, Native American/Alaskan and Asian/Pacific Islander. There's no category for Arab or Middle Eastern or Indian. It forces Officers to think in the outmoded method!

Well, now we have the black-ish Obama as President. And old, fat, puffy faced, flabby assed, bigoted toxic white men don't like this, so they project unto him the feelings they themselves possess. They want Obama to hold to the racist views. They want him to be a disciple of Jeremiah Wright because if Obama thinks like Wright then it affords them the cover to vent their racism at Obama.

And woe be anyone who deviates from their bigoted thinking, as Joan Walsh did, becomes the target of outright bigots R. Limbaugh (who labeled Walsh the "Magic Honky" for not hating black folk like Limbaugh) and the Free Speak (sic) police at racist FreeRepublic and Moonbattery who label Walsh and others; race traitors and self-hating whiteys.

As far as the Obama Kenyan Birth certificate recently revealed by Orly Taitz. Let us apply both the "reasonable man" standard and some conspiracies.

Is it reasonable to believe a paper document has survived for 45 years in the nation of Kenya, often beset by military coups, droughts and famines, and the presence of the completely failed state of Somalia on it's northern border? Yet this document survived, in good condition and was conveniently discovered by Orly Tatiz? That's a reasonable belief?

But, speaking of which, it's interesting to note Taitz is a Soviet Communist, perhaps an unrepentant one at that, seeking to bring down America from within, using a "typical" communist ploy?
