Leading members of The Heartland Institute, fresh off their Global Warming Billboard Charades released several statements. Unsurprisingly, they are chock full of Sturm und Drang,

And they calls for armed conflict against the "Government", which have been en vogue with conservatives ever since that that that Barry Soetero dared step foot into the White House are now "justified".

Matthew Davis, a former spokseman for the Michigan Republican Party, sent out an email moments after the Supreme Court ruling to numerous new media outlets and limited government activists with the headline: “Is Armed Rebellion Now Justified?”

“… here’s my response. And yes, I mean it.”

He said he was writing with an "eye toward asking at what point the Republic is in peril."

“There are times government has to do things to get what it wants and holds a gun to your head," Davis said. "I’m saying at some point, we have to ask the question when do we turn that gun around and say no and resist."

Mike Vanderboegh, the ex-militia blogger, conservative domestic terrorist who calls himself one of the "midwives" of the Operation Fast & Furious fake scandal, predicted if the Supreme Court declared Obamacare to be constitutional, it would lead to violent insurrection against "government tyranny." "I am on record as advocating the right of defensive violence against a tyrannical regime."

With all the fantasy scenarios Right-Wingers conceptualize inside their heads at what point do they gird up their loins and go out and shoot some police officers for trying to take away their guns?

The reactions over and over and over to electroal and legal defeats shows us what modern conservatives are; Disgusting and evil. Shameless and vile. Putrid and sickening.

But, it also shows who is supporting whom. OWS and #Occupy sought to change the power structure and spoke out against the Plutocracy and for that sin they were viciously put down time and again at various locations across the country. Conservatives are fighting for the Power of Plutocracy and thus the Establishment not only looks aside when they threaten violence but encourages and succors their efforts.

After all the Plutocracy knows that conservatives domestic terrorists aren't going to strike at any of them, the Koch Brothers, Jamie Dimon, Lyold Blakenfeld will be safe and protected in their compounds, while conservatives will walk up to their neighbor and shoot him for the crime of being a liberal.

Obamacare, Fast & Furious, Immigration, The DREAM Act and Impeachment

Are not what the Republicans and right-wingers told you they are...

“Well, we’ve had our brief moment of celebration, because the Supreme Court ruled that Obamacare is, in fact, unconstitutional. It’s what many of us argued all along," begins Republican Richard Mourdock in ObamaCare3: Revenge of Barack the Jedi.

Obamacare survived it's encounter with the Supreme Court with John Roberts voting for it's Constitutionality. Roberts ruled that the Healthcare Mandate is a tax,

"If an individual does not maintain health insurance, the only consequence is that he must make an additional payment to the IRS when he pays his taxes," Roberts wrote. He adds that this means "the mandate is not a legal command to buy insurance. Rather, it makes going without insurance just another thing the government taxes."

So, now that everyone in America has to pay a Healthcare coverage "tax" perhaps the GOP will stop repeating their bullshit lie that 45% or 47& or 49% pay no taxes whatsoever!1!11! Oh who am I kidding with out their constant stream of bullshit lies Republicans would only be left with their rank racism.

However, upholding Obamacare is what many Republicans wanted because now they get to run on how evil it is and how imperative it is Americans elect Republicans to repeal Obamacare. As Richard Mourdock said in Obamacare 2: The Republicans Strike Back,

Besides, the ACA victory the other big news made yesterday was Fortune magazine journalists telling Americans the actual truth about Fast & Furious instead of stenographing the out-right shameless lies of Conservatives.

Nobody disputes that suspected straw purchasers under surveillance by the ATF repeatedly bought guns that eventually fell into criminal hands. Issa and others charge that the ATF intentionally allowed guns to walk as an operational tactic. But five law-enforcement agents directly involved in Fast and Furious tell Fortune that the ATF had no such tactic. They insist they never purposefully allowed guns to be illegally trafficked. Just the opposite: They say they seized weapons whenever they could but were hamstrung by prosecutors and weak laws, which stymied them at every turn.

Indeed, a six-month Fortune investigation reveals that the public case alleging that Voth and his colleagues walked guns is replete with distortions, errors, partial truths, and even some outright lies. Fortune reviewed more than 2,000 pages of confidential ATF documents and interviewed 39 people, including seven law-enforcement agents with direct knowledge of the case. Several, including Voth, are speaking out for the first time.

But, President Obama declared the United States Government would no longer be forcibly arresting and evicting children who through no criminal act of their own happened to be born of illegal immigrants.

Of course, Senator Kyl is simply a scumbag liar when it comes to Immigration reform because his Comprehensive Immigration Reform Act of 2007 provided for a path to citizenship and thus most conservatives blasted it as an "Amnesty Bill" rewarding illegals "crimes".

But, the true goal of the bill was to create a revolving but permanent underclass of worker who could be hired legally and proudly by American companies, but who would receive no benefits and be easily replaceable when they earned their citizenship.

And, of course, Kyl's 2007 bill contained the DREAM Act. Which Senator Kyl supported until the dastardly Barack Obama declared this month he would stop deporting young illegal immigrants who match the criteria previously proposed under the DREAM ACT.

Because, once President Obama stepped into the White House, Republicans made the conscious and vocal declaration that they would undermine the country in every way possible if it meant keeping him a one-term President.

In 2010 Kyl made up this quote and relayed to an Arizona Tea Party gathering President Obama had told him during an private meeting in the White House,

"If we secure the border, then you all won’t have any reason to support comprehensive immigration reform”.

"The president didn't say that," Bill Burton said of Kyl's account. "Senator Kyl knows the president didn't say that."

But, what can you expect from Senator John Kyl? Everything he says is for effect and as his staff admitted in 2011 are "not intended to be a factual statement."

So, Senator Kyl by thy own petard shall you be hoisted, with all the immigration "shenanigans involved" you and your whole Party of Punk Ass Bitches needs to be impeached.

It goes beyond Mitt Romney outsourcing Americans Livelihood, Liberty and their Pursuit of Happiness

Fast & Furious Conservatives are trying to Break the Nation with Obama Fatigue Syndrome

The recent Contempt of Congress vote for Attorney General Eric Holder is just the beginning. Vicious right-wingers are going to cause the Nation so much stress and consternation to make Americans just throw up their hands and vote for Romney to end the constant right-wing screeching.

Darrell Issa's committee and the months long hearings on Fast & Furious fall under the auspices of 'Where there's smoke there's fire' in attempting to convince Americans that all the fake pout rages by conservatives and hours upon hours of hearings and Faux News coverage indicate some vast, far-reaching conspiracy.

Now, Fast & Furious, Operation: Wide Receiver, and Gunwalking Stings have always struck me as wrongheaded and foolish. I don't subscribe to giving weaponry to "bad guys" in attempt to catch them doing bad things.

But, those type of Operations were very vogue amongst the Bush White House and his Chief Torturers John Yoo and Alberto Gonzales.

Those Operations allowed the Terra-wrist Fightin' Cowboy Bush to amble his way into a press conference and announce he foiled 13 Terrorist Plots this month and 6 terrorist plots that month...

Republicans like Senator Jim Inhofe of Oklahoma even took to the Senate Floor to praise George W(orst President Ever) Bush for keeping America safe, except for that whole 9/11 thingie...

Nowadays, things are different, chief amongst the differences is the anti-America, Kenyan, Marxist, secret muslim, "monkey president" occupying the White House. Thus, everything that came before can be ignored in the #1 Goal of Republicans and Conservatives everywhere making America fail in order to regain the levers of Control.

Then Mitch bowed to his Plutocratic Overlords and assured them what Republicans and President Mitt Romney will do is slash any Government program which aids the poor or Middle Class, "The issue of revenue, from our point of view, is tied to serious entitlement reform."

And President Mitt Romney has explicitly stated he will not only keep the current stratification going but will accelerate it. Mitt Romney's tax plan and the Paul Ryan Death to the Middle Class Budget are designed with the goal of making devastating cuts to Federal Programs designed to aid the poor and struggling Americans, while shifting those American Tax Dollars into the off-shore bank accounts of the Rich.

It's all out there to see, America. The Republican Party is telling you, now quite clearly, that they will cut your legs out from under you in service to the Rich.

And they know that if like colicky babies, they bitch, moan, pout and shout loud enough and long enough about President Obama enough Americans will give into their Temper Tantrum and allow themselves to give away their freedom for Corporate Bondage.

Daily Caller Pissant Neil Munro became a right-wing hero last Friday when he interrupted President Obama during a Rose Garden speech announcing a change in the U.S. policy on forcibly deporting children who've broken no laws by their own volition.

Munro asserted his white privilege and announced to President Obama "No, you have to take questions" and "What about American workers who are unemployed while you import foreigners?"

The final question Munro shouted, is nothing more than a right-wing racist lie, President Obama isn't "importing" anyone, Munro's disrespect was so egregious even Chris Wallace of Faux News called it "outrageous".

This latest show of outright bigoted disrespect is nothing more than conservatives trying to rattle President Obama. But, as always, President Obama remained as cool as the other side of the pillow.

Conservatives have been trying for years to invoke an angered reaction from President Obama. They want to run with the Barack Obama is the Angry N-Slur campaign. Once conservatives have even a two second video of Barack acting angrily it will be run more often than the daily Faux airing of the two New Black Panther Party members beating hundreds of white people just trying to cast their votes in 2008.

But, despite their worst efforts President Obama has remained a calm, cool, collected poised man.

Now, this hasn't stopped right-wingers from spamming viral Did you hear Obama is Hitler e-mails, distributing false images and fake videos purporting to show what the Main Stream Media won't show you, i.e. Barack the Angry N-Slur.



Rachel Maddow and Bill Maher have both highlighted the underlying and overt tenor of the conservative news stories from the past 4 years. The Republican Party made a tactical decision to court the racists who have been lying low but are deeply offended Barack Obama is President.

JP Morgan Chase CEO Jamie Dimon (literally pronounced Diamond) went to Congress to have Tea Party Super-Hero Senator Jim DeMint, Bank Executive... I mean "Senator" Charles Schumer and the other members of the sycophant Senate Banking Committee engage in a display of bootlicking not seen since Republican lickspittle Joe Barton apologized to BP Chairman Tony Heyward for Gulf of Mexico waters and sealife dirtying up his companies oil.

In the face of this evil, we the 99% are divided. The Plutocracy has succeeded in dividing Us. Now, some of Us are more wrong than others, (If you believe the 1977 CRA was responsible for the Housing Crash 30 years later or if Herman Cain's denounciation of the Poor or Andrew Deadbart's declaration to "go after the Teachers and the Union organizers", resonated with you for instance) but the awful truth is money bought and owns both "sides" of Washington DC.

In Dimon's prepared opening statement, he claims JP Morgan Chase holds,

'[A]pproximately $1.1 trillion in deposits and $700 billion in loans. CIO, along with our Treasury unit, invests excess cash in a portfolio that includes Treasuries, agencies, mortgage-backed securities, high quality securities, corporate debt and other domestic and overseas assets. This portfolio serves as an important source of liquidity and maintains an average rating of AA+. The bulk of CIO’s responsibility is to manage an approximately $350 billion portfolio in a conservative manner."

You see? JP Morgan Chase only lost $3 billion out of a $350 billion dollar portfolio! What a crock of shit. As with just before the 2007 Crash, Dimon like all the Banking Criminals claims his $400 billion in liquidity has an average rating of AA+. Dimon is willfully hiding the nature of JP Morgan Chase's holdings.

The entire Wall Street/Big Banking Super-structure is built on a foundation of naked credit default swaps, bad derivatives and toxic junk. The Giant Vampire Squids were assured their profligate criminal malfeseance and outright multi-billion dollar gambles "hedges" were 100% backed by the full faith and credit of the US Taxpayers. And they still are...

It's not that we haven't learned from our mistakes. Senator Jeff Merkeley (D-Oregon) pointed out,

"In 2008, 2009, your company benefited from half-a-trillion dollars in low-cost federal loans, $25 billion in TARP loans, of TARP funds, untold billions indirectly through the bailout of AIG that helped address your massive exposure in repurchase agreements and derivatives."

But, Dimon smugly responded, "I think you were misinformed. [W]e were asked to take TARP by Tim Geithner and Ben Bernanke." And why not because the Giant Vampire Squids were going to treat the Trillions in Guarantees from the Federal Reserve as the Mob treated the Restaurant in Goodfellas:

Senator Jim DeMint decided to lovingly praise Dimon's profitability while complaining about the United States expenses,

"We can hardly sit in judgment of your losing $2 billion. We lose twice that every day here in Washington and plan to continue to do that every day."

Yeah Jim, "We" are losing billions every day because of the fucking Trillon Dollar War Budget you vote for every year, while you've voted to keep millions in Federal Farm subsidies and for the costs associated with paying your exorbinant salary, free government funded healthcare and the massive expenses for your giant tax-payer funded DC and South Carolina Staffs and Office Spaces.

Of course, DeMint being a prime Tea Party asshole wasn't finished as he implied Over-Regulation was the actual cause of JP Morgan Chase's $3 Billion dollar plus loss and asked pretty please if Jamie would tell him what to write down for future regulation,

"Every time something goes amiss, we want to add a regulation, and we’ve surrounded the banking industry with so many regulations. It will, I think, advise us, help us and—as we look forward, and hopefully it will contribute to best practice scenario in the industry, and I appreciate your emphasis on a continuous quality improvement."

So of course, DeMint and Charles Schumer aren't going to sit in judgement of their Owners. 16 of the 22 members have received numerous campaign contributions from JP Morgan Chase. After all the 1% who are bankrolling R-Money have no need of teachers and cops.

Spending at the Federal Level for beneficial things like government workers salary and infrastructure has plummeted since the end of the Stimulus.

Under Ronald Reagan and George W(orst President Ever) Bush, Republicans spent lavishly on Government to buoy the economy and hide the disastorus effects of their Austerity Programs.

Unfortunately for Right-Wingers, Bush's profligate $10,000,000,000,000 (10 Trillion) spending on the Phony War on Terror wasn't able to stave of the collapse of US Economy which ushered in the latest and greatest Republican Recession.

When actual figures were presented showing Governmental spending increased more under Republican Administrations than under President Obama, Right-Wingers went insane having their lies and their cognative dissonance exposed!

Now, it is not a good thing that President Obama has reduced spending, issued a 2 year pay freeze on civilian federal workers, cut government employees while keeping up the Phony War on Terror.

The reason the economy has not improved is President Obama has allowed himself to follow Republican economic policies, which combined with unconscienceable waste of lives and money pursuing Cheney's Wars have devastated our economy.



Meanwhile, Lord Mitt Romney, the Duke of Bain assures the Rich he will enslave the 99%,

Let it run its course and hit the bottom, allow investors to buy homes," Romney revels in his callous disregard for families getting kicked out of their homes.

Besides promising to fire and eliminate Middle Class Americans (his speciality), President Vulture Romney stated his Day 1 policies are designed to expand the Income Inequality, accelerate the transfer of wealth upwards to the Rich, and impoverish 99% of the Nation.

In fact, the first thing Romney has promised to do, is give himself a $5,000,000 tax break while also cutting the the income tax rates for the obscenely Rich while raising taxes for the Middle Class and Poor.

Romney has also promised to approve the Keystone XL pipeline project. After providing no more than 5,000 temporary construction jobs, the pipeline would only succeed in transporting Billions of Dollars of illicit petro-dollars to the obscenely wealthy Romney supporting Plutocrats and Multi-National Oil Conglomerates, leaving Americans a legacy of rusty foreign manufactured shoddy steel pipes, pumping toxic Canadian shale oil, across American aquifers for transport to China. Walker's win in Wisconsin eliminates Uncertainty, shows the Dominance of the Neo-Feudalist State

Scott Walker, criminal and heir-apparent to Ronald Reagan, easily won his Recall election.

It's a blow to the Democratic Party and to the American Left. While, I still believe President Obama will win in November, even if he does (and possibly with his assistance) the Rise of the Plutocracy and the Dominance of the Neo-Feudalist State is not going to be stopped.

Unions were already one foot in the grave, when Scott Walker at the behest of his Lords & Masters, the Koch Brothers, decided to "Divide & Conquer" and kill them in Wisconsin. The Plutocracy has so much power and influence that one party (the Republicans are completely servile and worship the Rich) and a majority of the other (the Democratic Party) are under their sway as well, it will take a reborn Labor Movement to undue the damage of the last 30 years.

Right-Wingers are correct to be mad about the Government; It doesn't represent them. The Government represents the Richest 1% (or 1 in 100 Americans) and increasingly just the Richest 0.1% or 1 in 1000 of Us.

But, while millions of Americans continue to suffer from the Republican Recession, the 1% of this Nation have increased their share of Wealth, rebounded and are doing better than they were before The Republicans led by George W. Bush and his Plutocratic Owners crashed the economy.

While we Liberals and Unions have been working to lift up Our Fellow Americans, conservatives have been convinced that it is by destroying collective bargaining rights, crushing Unions and tearing down their fellow Americans which shall bring about a smaller, more representative Government.

But, what Conservatives seem to fail to understand is the 1%, the Plutocracy only speaks the words of Small Government, Free Market and Capitalism. Their actions show what they really want is a Neo-Feudalist State, in which the Government ruthlessly defends their vast wealth and crushes any real or imagined threats by the 99% under the Iron Heel.

As I wrote on New Year's Eve 2012, The 1% Hate Uncertainty,

The 1% of this Nation hate uncertain elements. What they would rather have is the certainty of the economic model they are confident in; Neo-Feudalism, in which their profits are privatized and protected by Government and their losses are socialized and paid for by the 99%.

The 1% don't need you. But, what they do need every so often is to eliminate Uncertainty. And that is why the filthy 1% who deliberately caused the economic collapse and the housing bubble are now trying to convince enough people that it was caused by social programs for the poor and middle class.

Because they need to get their Wholly Bought and Paid for Republican Party and Pro-Business Democrats elected to eliminate Uncertainty so that they may turn all of America into A Galt's Gulch. But while, they live as Lords, the 99% will live as serfs and wage slaves mining their gold, picking their arugula and quietly dying off when their working years are over.

Because that is Certainty the 1% are Striving towards; Rand's Ultimate Vision for the 99%, for the Common Man, that he toil unobtrusively underneath the feet of the 1% Colossuses and have the courtesy to die quickly and quietly.

So, the question is what lesson shall we all take from Scott Walker and Wisconsin? Are we now locked into a path leading us down to Corporate Bondage and Wage Slavery? Or will we rise in Solidarity and craft a truly Democratic Party to represent Us and Our Prosperity?

Well, Jonah decided to educate his right-wing followers about young people,

"It is a simple fact of science that nothing correlates more with ignorance and stupidity more than youth. So we should really explain to them why they’re “so frickin’ stupid about some things. We’re all born idiots, and we only get over that condition as we get less young.

"The fact that young people think socialism is better than capitalism. That’s proof of what social scientists call their stupidity and their ignorance. And that’s something that conservatives have to beat out of them. Either literally or figuratively as far as I’m concerned."

Ah yes! Social Science which is as squishy as the giant band of fat encircling Jonah's brain and midsection.

However, I sure hope Faux News runs with the Conservatives have to beat young people literally to get them to vote Republican story as much as the New Black Panther Party video! You know who else wanted to restrict voting rights? Adolf Hitler and the Nazis! But, somehow video of blubbering, man-boobed, fleshy-faced Jonah threatening to have conservatives beat young people into voting "Right" isn't that scary...

Moreover, this is basically a warmed-over version of the If you're not a liberal at 20 you have no heart and if you're not a conservative at 30 you have no brain quote falsely attributed to Winston Churchill. So, besides being a literary hack, a chicken hawk coward and a liar (Jonah and his publisher have been claiming he has "twice been nominated for a Pulitzer Prize" when he never had) Jonah's also a sloppy plagiarist.

Sadly, Jonah Goldberg embodies everything wrong with conservatives in one fat corpulent form. He inherited his position at the National Review Online from his mother. He's never done a real day's work. Of course, Jonah is also a rank coward and chicken hawk warmonger (when Republicans are in power) who fastidiously shirked military duty to remain at his keyboard "defending" America.

Besides what I've mentioned Jonah has no credentials or accomplishments and he is clearly doing the bidding of the Plutocracy yet despite his utter lack of anything positive he is treated as a Very Serious Person.

On the release of his second manifesto about mean liberals, Goldberg got into a tiff with Piers Morgan when Piers asked Jonah how much the military operation to Kill Bin Laden cost. Jonah rather than admitting he has no knowledge of anything military related and would rather talk about how mean President Obama is, got flustered, and highlighted his hog-shit ignorance [See My Post: Jonah Goldberg pouts because Piers Morgan is mean and conservatives are Hypocrites].

But, even after Jonah proved he and his work is nothing more than recycled hog shit, Jonah keeps on talking about the military.

On Memorial Day, Jonah spoke about how he studied the military. Now mind you Jonah doesn't actually know anything about the military and he wouldn't go onto a military base to talk to active service members or to a VFW to talk to Vets. No Jonah spent his Memorial Day at the same place he spent the Iraq War, a Keyboard,

“I spent part of my Memorial Day going over some of the demographics of veterans,” Goldberg said. “And it shouldn’t actually shock us that Romney is doing well. It seems to me that if you were a traditional military voter, you might have some serious problems with Obama. The way he sometimes talks about the military, he talks about the troops — it can often seem narcissistic, political, and rub people the wrong way."

Leaving aside Jonah's continued despicable comments about the President's character, something he knows even less about than the Military, Jonah, like his mother before him, is nothing more than a paid goon for Rich right-wingers to attack Liberals. Jonah Goldberg has "seen the elephant" and he won't stop stroking him.

Ann and Mitt Romney (R-Money) and the joys of "Not Working"

Rather than talk about his plans, or his disasterous record as Governor of Massachusetts or his days eliminating Americans jobs as a Wage Slave Trader for Bain Capital, Mitt Romney campaign is built upon the foundation of Obama isn't Working.

Now, for the $990 Dollar shirt-wearing Ann Romney, Not Working is her choice and a state of mind. But, for poor women Luxuriate Ann Romney holds,

"I love the fact that there are women out there who don’t have a choice and they must go to work and they still have to raise the kids."

Wage Slave Trader Mitt R-Money was only too gleeful to talk about Americans being unemployed. When Americans lose their jobs, it makes Mitt happy! Mainly because it makes Mitt money. This is why Mitt is happy about the May 2012 unemployment figures. The more Americans suffer the more money Mitt Romney makes.

There's something especially pernicious in the way Mitt and Ann talk about Americans losing jobs, getting fired by Mitt or having to work hard harder than the Gilded Romney's.

But, getting back to the Obama isn't Working campaign slogan, I don't believe Mitt Romney is a racist, but to what base instincts of the right-wing voter is this phrase designed to appeal?

Obama isn't working? It seems to be a clear dog-whistle. It seems the reason the right-wing universe is constantly hammering away at President Obama with the idea that he's always on vacation, that he's playing golf or basketball (including the evil right-wing idea that President Obama was golfing when the Kill Bin Laden mission was occurring and had to be photo-shopped into the Situation Room image), is to cultivate the idea that Barack Obama is a lazy...

Even though, as of August 2011, President Obama had taken 61 vacation days while at similar points in their presidencies, George W. Bush had spent 180 days at his ranch and Ronald Reagan had taken 112 vacation days at his ranch. Currently, President Obama has taken half the time off that George W. Bush did.

But, this is just window dressing, the slimy tactics, underpinning the Republican Plan to capturing the White House. The real issue is the Richest people in America are not satisified with President Obama. The Wealth of the Nation is not trickling up to them fast enough. President Obama's stance on making millionaires and billionaires actually pay taxes instead of getting away with paying nothing has angered the Plutocratic Elites. The Koch Brothers are committed to spending $400 Million Dollars buying the Presidency for Mitt.

And Mitt Romney has made it no secret to his Billionaire Brethren that he will remove their onerous 13% tax burden while shifting the entire burden of the Federal Government onto the bowed backs of Middle Class and Poor, they are willing to spend $1,000,000,000 Dollars, to get him elected.

Senator Mark Kirk please recover from your terrible Stroke so you can be kicked out of the Senate for Ethics Violations

Senator Mark Kirk snagged the former US Senate seat of President Obama back in 2010. Republicans placed a high value target on the seat because... well, probably because it fueled their deluded, self-absorbed, narcissistic attitude that America really doesn't love President Obama.

Senator Kirk suffered a massive debilitating stroke several months ago. Unfortunately, his recovery appears to be going poorly as Seantor Kirk, who is also a Commander in the US Navy, had to cancel his appearance at an Arlington Heights Memorial Day Parade. In fact, Kirk has made no public appearances in the 4 months since his stroke.

While I wish Senator Kirk a return to good health and a full life afterwards he needs to leave the Senate.

Kirk suffered serious damage to his brain, is going to have long-term impairments and, of course, recent news has emerged that Senator Mark Kirk engaged in possible criminal behavior while running for office in 2010.

Senator Kirk used his campaign to funnel money to his then girlfriend, Dodie McCracken.

The girlfriend, Dodie McCracken, who works in public relations, has acknowledged receiving more than $143,000 in fees and expenses for her campaign work. A former live-in girlfriend, she is no longer romantically involved with Kirk, according to a campaign aide.

At the heart of the matter is Vertolli's assertion that the Kirk campaign may have improperly hidden money to McCracken by paying her through another company working for the campaign. Because the money was not paid directly to McCracken, her name does not appear in Kirk's federal disclosures.

Kirk knew he was proceeding along an unethical and probably criminal path when he decided to use a shell company to pay his girlfriend.

Is R. Limpballs going to call McCracken a name? Is this going to be mentioned by any of the right-wing media? Of course, not.

Besides the up-coming Ethics charges for his campaign violations Kirk's medical issues clearly indicate he needs to be removed from the Senate if he will not do the honorable thing and step down.

But, Mark Kirk is a Republican. Thus, while he has repeatedly lied about his military service, Senator Kirk claimed to have "misremembered [sic] it wrong", [See My Post: War Records], the bet here is Kirk will not step down and will rally the hypocritical conservative base to defend him even though he has engaged in multiple behaviors which right-wingers claim to abhor.

"He was hip, he can dance, he can sing" - Republican Sean Duffy of Wisconsin, who while "struggling" on his $174,000 congressional salary, found time to explain why Young people voted for President Obama. I'm sure Duffy meant to say 'There goes Obama shuckin' and jivin' again!'

Right-Wingers firmly believe that "white" people elected President Obama and that if they can flame enough racial tensions "white" people will choose not to re-elect him.

Birtherism is the crude form of this attack. Of course, Birthers attempted to gussy-up their rank bigotry with "scientific" analysis of the LFBC. However, since the wretches started with premise Barack Obama wasn't born in America no amount of data will dissuade them from their beliefs and all information must confirm their preconceived conclusion.

But, now back for Round 2 is Dinesh D'Souza, the reactionary dominionist, who wrote The Roots of Obama's Rage, a piece of conservative bilge designed to allow the more sophisticated right-wing bigots to bemoan President Obama's "Kenyan anti-colonial" attitude, as the viciously racist Newt Gingrich did upon the books' release.

Mitt Romney during his interview with conservative fluffer Mark Halperin, played this sinister bloodline meme,

Monsignor William Lynn is the first U.S. church official ever charged over his handling of abuse complaints. Prosecutors also allege the Church kept kept secret files dating back to 1948 showing a long-standing conspiracy to cast doubt in the minds of sex abuse victims and protect priests.

How dare the Government infringe upon the rights of the religious! Hey Obama, We have a thing called the 1st Amendment here!

A Roman Catholic church official conceded that some "pretty sick individuals" were on a 1994 list he compiled of 35 priests suspected of sexually abusing children in the Philadelphia archdiocese.

Monsignor William Lynn took the stand in his own defense Wednesday in the groundbreaking child-endangerment and conspiracy case. The blistering cross-examination he endured is expected to continue Thursday.

Prosecutors blame Lynn for helping keep the priests on his list and many more in ministry, where they were had access to countless other children.

Lynn testified that the late Cardinal Anthony Bevilacqua wouldn't let parishes announce the real reason an accused priest was being removed. Parishioners were often told their priest had health problems when he left for sex-offender treatment, according to testimony over the past nine weeks.

"The cardinal wouldn't allow us to announce in those days why someone was leaving. But mental health was health," Lynn said.

Lynn also said the head of the archdiocese forbade staff from telling accusers their alleged abuser had other victims.

Bevilacqua died Jan. 31, two months before his longtime secretary for clergy went on trial.

But never forget that Religious Freedom is paramount. Back when the President announced bigots and religious zealots could not restrict the freedoms of other American's Timothy Dolan speaking for the U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops proclaimed the President’s plan will require “careful moral analysis” and hoped "our religious freedom are not harmed by these regulations."

"Moral Analysis". What a joke. The same day the Religious Authority of the U.S Conference of Catholic Bishops was frightened loose women would get contraceptives, this information was released in the Bankruptcy case of the Archdiocese of Milwaukee,

Sealed documents filed in the Archdiocese of Milwaukee bankruptcy identify at least 8,000 instances of child sexual abuse and 100 alleged offenders - 75 of them priests - who have not previously been named by the archdiocese, a victims' attorney said Thursday.

But Peter Isely of the Survivors Network of Those Abused by Priests speculated that some are likely members of religious orders, such as Capuchins or Franciscans. Order officials do not typically make public the names of their accused members, and the archdiocese claims it is not responsible for them, though they have historically helped to staff its parishes and schools.

One would think that USCCB Cardinal Timothy Dolan would have his hands full dealing with the documented 60 years of cover-up of abuse but instead Dolan has been focused on keeping American Sluts from getting Birth Control. And in his fight to keep Women Oppressed Dolan has brought out the Mafiaoso card of, It'd be an awful shame if I had to hurt some people,

“If these mandates kick in, we’re going to find ourselves faced with a terribly difficult decision as to whether or not we can continue to operate,” Dolan said. “As part of our religion — it’s part of our faith that we feed the hungry, that we educate the kids, that we take care of the sick. We’d have to give it up, because we’re unable to fit the description and the definition of a church given by — guess who — the federal government.”

Oh dear! Do as the Church says, or we will starve children and let sick people die.

But, lest you think it's only the Catholics, two Pastors out of North Carolina, have recently justified Christians beating and killing off Homosexuals.

Pastor Charles L. Worley of Providence Road Baptist Church in Maiden, N.C. told his congregation he found "a way out" of the gay problem.

"I figured a way out, a way to get rid of all the lesbians and queers but I couldn’t get it past the Congress: Build a great big large fence, 50 or a hundred miles long. Put all the lesbians in there, fly over and drop some food. Do the same thing with the queers and the homosexuals. And have that fence electrified till they can’t get out. Feed ’em. And you know what? In a few years they will die out. You know why? They can’t reproduce."

At least Pastor Worley found a use for all those Obama Stimulus FEMA-camps which are lying fallow!

And "Theists are more easily evaluated for trustworthiness because they have a defined standard against which to compare their behaviors and to develop a predictor for future behaviors."

So, yes we know the Lion by it's Claw and we know the Christians by their deeds and actions. So, I'll just retreat to No True Scotsman Christian could be guilty of these allegations, it's probable that these priests and pastors were actually atheists.

Notre Dame only finds morality when controlling Lady Parts not Football

The Unversity of Notre Dame is among the multiple Catholic-based institutions suing President Obama over providing the Birth Control mandate in Obamacare.

As these institutions provide healthcare coverage as part of their pay/benefits to their employees, this is a cut and dried situation wherein a business does not have the right to tell it's employees what they may or may not spend their money upon. Nor can Notre Dame deny to cover needed/legal medical care based on their fantasy beliefs.

But, the key is the University of Notre Dame has only found it's catholic morality when it comes to controlling lady parts. For when it comes to controlling the behavior of Football players, Notre Dame takes a hands off approach.

In just May this year, 3 Notre Dame football players, Tommy Rees, DaVaris Daniels, Carlo Calabrese have been arrested. And this isn't the first time Notre Dame Football has had run-ins with the law or have had football players go off on alcohol fueled crime sprees.

Last year star Notre Dame Football player Michael Floyd was arrested for a DUI. Notre Dame made Floyd a Team Captain and described him as a "star".

In July, 2010, eight Notre Dame Football players were arrested for alcohol-related charges (mostly underage drinking) stemming from an off-campus party. None of the players missed a game.

But, even worse than Notre Dame's coddling of Football is that Notre Dame's Football program claimed the lives of two students in 2010.

Just 3 months before Floyd's arrest, incoming freshman Matt James died when he fell off a hotel balcony during spring break with a blood-alcohol level of 0.19.

And in 2010 Notre Dame killed Declan Sullivan, when they sent him up onto an unstable scissor lift in 50+ mph winds to film Notre Dame Football practice. The tower fell, Sullivan died.

After all this is the Univserity which has "Touchdown Jesus", Joe Montana and the legend of little Rudy Ruettiger, who in December 2011 was charged with SEC violations and paid a fine of nearly $400,000 dollars. Of course, Football players may do whatever they wish.

So, yet again with have religious institutions which only finds Morality when it comes to oppressing and controlling women. When it comes to controlling the racacous criminal behavior of King Football well then Notre Dame "hopes" and relies on the unseen magic of "Touchdown Jesus".
