Obamacare, Fast & Furious, Immigration, The DREAM Act and Impeachment

Are not what the Republicans and right-wingers told you they are...

“Well, we’ve had our brief moment of celebration, because the Supreme Court ruled that Obamacare is, in fact, unconstitutional. It’s what many of us argued all along," begins Republican Richard Mourdock in ObamaCare3: Revenge of Barack the Jedi.

Obamacare survived it's encounter with the Supreme Court with John Roberts voting for it's Constitutionality. Roberts ruled that the Healthcare Mandate is a tax,

"If an individual does not maintain health insurance, the only consequence is that he must make an additional payment to the IRS when he pays his taxes," Roberts wrote. He adds that this means "the mandate is not a legal command to buy insurance. Rather, it makes going without insurance just another thing the government taxes."

So, now that everyone in America has to pay a Healthcare coverage "tax" perhaps the GOP will stop repeating their bullshit lie that 45% or 47& or 49% pay no taxes whatsoever!1!11! Oh who am I kidding with out their constant stream of bullshit lies Republicans would only be left with their rank racism.

However, upholding Obamacare is what many Republicans wanted because now they get to run on how evil it is and how imperative it is Americans elect Republicans to repeal Obamacare. As Richard Mourdock said in Obamacare 2: The Republicans Strike Back,

"Well, the Supreme Court has done what none of us really thought could happen. They’ve ruled Obamacare constitutional. Now, the fight has moved from the courts to the United States Congress. You can be sure starting January of 2013, if Republicans control the House and the Senate, we will be voting to repeal Obamacare once and for all."

Of course, just like their Jobs, Jobs, Jobs refrain from 2010, this is a thin sheen designed to dupe Americans into voting Republicans into office. Once Republicans are elected they'll simply ignore the lies they told to win office and set upon their true agenda of obliterating the middle class and subjugating the American people to Corporate Bondage.

Besides, the ACA victory the other big news made yesterday was Fortune magazine journalists telling Americans the actual truth about Fast & Furious instead of stenographing the out-right shameless lies of Conservatives.

Quite simply, there's a fundamental misconception at the heart of the Fast and Furious scandal. Nobody disputes that suspected straw purchasers under surveillance by the ATF repeatedly bought guns that eventually fell into criminal hands. Issa and others charge that the ATF intentionally allowed guns to walk as an operational tactic. But five law-enforcement agents directly involved in Fast and Furious tell Fortune that the ATF had no such tactic. They insist they never purposefully allowed guns to be illegally trafficked. Just the opposite: They say they seized weapons whenever they could but were hamstrung by prosecutors and weak laws, which stymied them at every turn.

Indeed, a six-month Fortune investigation reveals that the public case alleging that Voth and his colleagues walked guns is replete with distortions, errors, partial truths, and even some outright lies. Fortune reviewed more than 2,000 pages of confidential ATF documents and interviewed 39 people, including seven law-enforcement agents with direct knowledge of the case. Several, including Voth, are speaking out for the first time.

Now the problem, of course, is this does not fit the preconceived conclusions every conservative reached when they first saw President Obama and Attorney General Eric Holder. So, thankfully because they have the Alternate Conservative Reality to retreat to, they need not concern themself with the truth but have millions of other ignorant bigots to confirm they are Right!

Ah, and then there is always Illegal Immigration! As their lies about the fake Fast & Furious scandal unravel the Republicans always simply retreat to their other card, Racism.

The right-wingers have been proclaiming President Obama's failure to secure the border an impeachable offense for years. Now, that would be the Southern Border because that's where the illegal immigrants come from...

But, President Obama declared the United States Government would no longer be forcibly arresting and evicting children who through no criminal act of their own happened to be born of illegal immigrants.

Well, that ticked off the Republicans,

"Now if it’s bad enough and if shenanigans involved in it, then of course impeachment is always a possibility." - Senator John Kyl of Arizona,

Kyl has been in Congress since 1987 and as with all worthless Republicans he "inherited" his position from his daddy. Kyl was born in 1942 any guesses what he did in the 1960's? Why he was a lawyer and lobbyist who never served a day in the military.

Of course, Senator Kyl is simply a scumbag liar when it comes to Immigration reform because his Comprehensive Immigration Reform Act of 2007 provided for a path to citizenship and thus most conservatives blasted it as an "Amnesty Bill" rewarding illegals "crimes".

But, the true goal of the bill was to create a revolving but permanent underclass of worker who could be hired legally and proudly by American companies, but who would receive no benefits and be easily replaceable when they earned their citizenship.

And, of course, Kyl's 2007 bill contained the DREAM Act. Which Senator Kyl supported until the dastardly Barack Obama declared this month he would stop deporting young illegal immigrants who match the criteria previously proposed under the DREAM ACT.

Because, once President Obama stepped into the White House, Republicans made the conscious and vocal declaration that they would undermine the country in every way possible if it meant keeping him a one-term President.

In 2010 Kyl made up this quote and relayed to an Arizona Tea Party gathering President Obama had told him during an private meeting in the White House,

"If we secure the border, then you all won’t have any reason to support comprehensive immigration reform”.

"The president didn't say that," Bill Burton said of Kyl's account. "Senator Kyl knows the president didn't say that."

But, what can you expect from Senator John Kyl? Everything he says is for effect and as his staff admitted in 2011 are "not intended to be a factual statement."

So, Senator Kyl by thy own petard shall you be hoisted, with all the immigration "shenanigans involved" you and your whole Party of Punk Ass Bitches needs to be impeached.

Fast & Furious Conservatives are trying to Break the Nation with Obama Fatigue Syndrome

The recent Contempt of Congress vote for Attorney General Eric Holder is just the beginning. Vicious right-wingers are going to cause the Nation so much stress and consternation to make Americans just throw up their hands and vote for Romney to end the constant right-wing screeching.

Darrell Issa's committee and the months long hearings on Fast & Furious fall under the auspices of 'Where there's smoke there's fire' in attempting to convince Americans that all the fake pout rages by conservatives and hours upon hours of hearings and Faux News coverage indicate some vast, far-reaching conspiracy.

Now, Fast & Furious, Operation: Wide Receiver, and Gunwalking Stings have always struck me as wrongheaded and foolish. I don't subscribe to giving weaponry to "bad guys" in attempt to catch them doing bad things.

But, those type of Operations were very vogue amongst the Bush White House and his Chief Torturers John Yoo and Alberto Gonzales.

Those Operations allowed the Terra-wrist Fightin' Cowboy Bush to amble his way into a press conference and announce he foiled 13 Terrorist Plots this month and 6 terrorist plots that month...

Republicans like Senator Jim Inhofe of Oklahoma even took to the Senate Floor to praise George W(orst President Ever) Bush for keeping America safe, except for that whole 9/11 thingie...

Nowadays, things are different, chief amongst the differences is the anti-America, Kenyan, Marxist, secret muslim, "monkey president" occupying the White House. Thus, everything that came before can be ignored in the #1 Goal of Republicans and Conservatives everywhere making America fail in order to regain the levers of Control.

Now, good right-wing propaganda involves utter falsehoods and complete lies, but Great Right-Wing propaganda has a kernel of impropriety attached to it. Conservatives have already allowed themselves to be convinced this whole incident is far worse than Watergate. But, when President Obama invoked Executive Privilege, well, while most right-wingers were convinced President Obama should have been impeached the day he took office, this whole debacle is "proof" the Department of Justice, AG Eric Holder and by extension President Obama are involved in "impeachable" offenses.

This entire spectacle is nothing more than an attempt to so stress, confuse, infuriate, exasperate and torture the American people that they will willingly concede and accept the chains of Slavery, Mitt Romney and the Republican Party have guaranteed they will shackle upon 99% of the American people.

Why haven't the historically low tax rates not created millions of jobs?

Gregory Mankiw, chairman of Bush's Council of Economic Advisors, which prepared the report. Last year's Economic Report of the President predicted that 1.7 million jobs would be created in 2003. Instead, the nation lost 53,000 jobs. In Bush's three years in office, 2.2 million jobs have disappeared.

It's been 10 years since taxes were slashed and the 'Job Creators' still aren't creating jobs. Why?

Because the reason Republicans cut taxes on the Wealthy was to crush the Middle Class and create the Neo-Feudalist State we are living in today. Income Inequality and the concentration of Wealth amongst the Richest 1% are at their worst levels in American History.

While, it's already been proven that Senator Mitch McConnell is a paid Guard Dog for the Plutocracy he apparently feels no compunction in showing he is so out-of-touch with what 99% of Americans are dealing with during this Republican Recession.

First Mitch expressed his anger at how the Poor have it so good and repeated the oft-quoted and refuted Republican lie about taxes, "Between 45 percent and 50 percent of Americans pay no income tax at all."

Then Mitch bowed to his Plutocratic Overlords and assured them what Republicans and President Mitt Romney will do is slash any Government program which aids the poor or Middle Class, "The issue of revenue, from our point of view, is tied to serious entitlement reform."

And President Mitt Romney has explicitly stated he will not only keep the current stratification going but will accelerate it. Mitt Romney's tax plan and the Paul Ryan Death to the Middle Class Budget are designed with the goal of making devastating cuts to Federal Programs designed to aid the poor and struggling Americans, while shifting those American Tax Dollars into the off-shore bank accounts of the Rich.

It's all out there to see, America. The Republican Party is telling you, now quite clearly, that they will cut your legs out from under you in service to the Rich.

And they know that if like colicky babies, they bitch, moan, pout and shout loud enough and long enough about President Obama enough Americans will give into their Temper Tantrum and allow themselves to give away their freedom for Corporate Bondage.

Darrell Issa Investigates! Learns Solyndra and Gunwalking are George W. Bush's Fault

Darrell Issa, the richest man in Congress, has been fighting furiously to pin the blame for the Republican Recession onto President Obama. But, what Issa has uncovered is all the colossal screw-ups in DC rest in the bushwhacking hands of George Bush. Heh heh heh heh.

Solyndra! Solyndra! Gunwalking! Gunwalking!

Solyndra and the ATF Gunwalking scheme Fast and Furious were begun under the auspices of the George Bush Regime. And as Republicans always do they bungled both these tasks and then hid the information from the incoming Obama Presidency.

The Solyndra loan guarantee was a multi-year process that the Bush Administration launched in 2007. In January 2009, Bush tried to strong-arm the Department of Energy into pushing the Solyndra loan before a credit review board, to show how much Bush loved Clean Energy. Under George W. Bush, the process of Mexican "Gun Walking" was known as Operation: Wide Receiver. It started in 2006 under Attorney General Alberto Gonzales and ran until the end of 2007 culimating in Zero Arrests.

Now, you never heard about these Bush Era Failures because in 2006 and 2007 Bush was ramping up the Iraq War and conservatives were using the War to attack Liberals. It's unbelievable the amount of damage the Republicans can do to the Nation in pursuit of servicing their Plutocratic Overlords. They have been eating the seed corn and any other number of cliched colloquiasms about short-sightedness you can think of!
