It's easy to get lost in the latest phony rightwing outrage, as conservatives pretend Barron Trump was subjected to attacks conservatives normally reserve for children like Greta Thurnberg, David Hogg, Emma Gonzalez, Chelsea Clinton and the Obama daughters. But, it's clear Conservatives have ache deep down in their shriveled loins to kill the Non-#Maga. Everyday another prominent or semi-known right-winger talks about Civil War or gunning down scores of innocent people.

D'Souza entire act is old; he's been a rightwing buffoon since the 1980's, but, it's highly doubtful he's ever handled a firearm in any capacity, let alone used one in any high stress situation.

The Impeachment of Trump is not going see D'Souza 'pick up his musket', although he will undoubtedly incite violence, because he and the MAGA Horde know Trump will not be convicted in the US Senate. But, the 2020 elections... now that... is something that worries them. That's why they constantly lie about Trump's achievements and concoct a elaborate web of perfidy by their enemies, the American Left usually referred to as The Deep State.

Now, of course, the Magat Horde lump all sorts of people into their mythical Deep State American Left; from #Antifa to Adam Schiff, but the goal is always the same to gin up a Casus Beli, a cause for war. The Obama Department of Homeland Security correctly concluded the threat facing the Nation came from Rightwing homegrown white terrorists in 2009. And the past 11 years have borne that, out as white conservative gunmen have murdered thousands of Americans.

When Joe Walsh was my Congressman I used to write him asking him to do "something" about the plummeting home prices and massive number of foreclosed homes in his congressional district. Walsh never replied to my requests. Mitt Romney during his interview with conservative fluffer Mark Halperin, played this sinister bloodline meme,

Tim Paws the Teachers

Taking his cue from Andrew Breitbart, Tim Pawlenty, the GOP White Hope, is making sure conservatives know that those damn teachers are responsible for the economic collapse.

- Not Billions in Corporate Welfare to Oil Companies.
- Not Billions of Dollars physically lost in Iraq.
- Not anti-Free Market DoD contracts to non-American companies.
- Not Billions to Israel.

D'Souza and Gingrich have put a psuedo-intellectual spin on this by calling it Obama's "Afro-Centric anti-colonialism" But it all adds up to the same thing: the angry black man is rising up and coming after good god-fearing white people.

But I don't think the tea partiers care what National Review thinks. They care what Glenn Beck and Rush Limbaugh thinks. (I have my suspicions that they will validate this premise without a second thought, but we'll have to wait and see what they say.) If they validate it, then nothing Byron York or David Frum or any of the standard conservative movement elites say will make a difference. The Tea Party is operating outside that framework now, and although they crave a certain kind of intellectual elite validation, they have created their own: they call Glenn Beck "the professor." Post Racial America [Disaffected and It Feels So Good]

But, what's important about that phrase is the persons who harp on it. What can we note about those making the argument?

First, the ones making the argument that America is "Post Racial" without a doubt voted against President Obama, yet time and again use the phrase 'We elected Obama' as a way to indemnify themselves from charges of racism. It's a cover phrase used by Conservative Bigots, like "Oh, I have friends who are gay or black or women". Everyone knows that's not true.

Second, when Fox News propagandists, Laura Ingraham, R. Limbaugh or Glenn Beck or other any Toxic conservative garbage mouth says "post racial" or "we elected Obama" they immediately turn around and buttress their verbal diarrhea with racist comments, phrases and code words. But besides overtly racist attacks conservative garbage mouths tell us No One in America can have supported Obama for any reason other than he was black. Colin Powell? He betrayed Master and only is supporting Obama because he's black. "White" Middle Class Suburban family voted for Obama? White Guilt!

Post Racial America has simply become a method by which spectacular bigots R. Limbaugh and others can spew forth the same Racist bilge they always have...

In a sense the attacks on President Obama are nothing new, Mother Jones has an article detailing the concerted effort by conservatives to delegitimize every Democratic President since FDR including the especially fervent John Birch Society. Every time a Democrat is elected the Conservative base, out of fear the Democrat may this time actually represent the People, seeks to undermine them in order to reassert the dominance of the Wealthy on the Federal Government.

But, the canards of Obama's a Muslim Marxist Kenyan Commie and the inflammatory rhetoric of Republican Congressmen Newt Gingrich (Newt's History of Bigoted Remarks), Michele Bachmann, Steve King, Phil Gingrey, Paul Broun and pretty much every Republican in office today to turn President Obama into The Foreign Other has really only worked with those who view white, christian, heteronormative people as Real Americans.

But, the Bigots on the Right can not keep their mouths shut about Race. As more Americans understand whom the conservatives serve and that Republicans are the Party of the Wealthy and Oppression the only block of middle class and poor people who continue to vote Republican are the Bigots and Racists. Race-Baiting is all the Republicans have...

And the numerous right wing extremist bloggers who spam yahoo news stories or leave anonymous comments on progressive blog posts don't come up with this, they absorb and repeat the crap Haley Barbour, Newt Gingrich, R. Limbaugh, Glenn Beck, Pamela Geller propagate. Conservative voters have no ideas, no brain power nothing other than repeating the evil smears about President Obama; Release the Documents, Death Panels, Elitist, Muslim, Kenyan Marxist!

So when Newt Gingrich cites Dinesh D'Souza in proclaiming President Obama has a "Kenyan anti-colonial" attitude or Republican Steve King supports and stands arm-in-arm with Soviet Union born KGB trained Orly Taitz it's not new. It's the same old Republican playbook. Bigotry, Bigotry, Bigotry.

Conservatism has nothing to offer. No original ideas, no hope for the future. Nothing but Bigotry.

Einstein's Letter

I had planned a post on the handwritten 1954 letter by Albert Einstein containing his views on religion which surfaced and was auctioned off two weeks ago but, because of the constraints of life and time I didn't get around to it. So here is what I can throw together now.

In the letter Einstein writes:

The word God is for me nothing more than the expression and product of human weaknesses, the Bible a collection of honourable, but still primitive legends which are nevertheless pretty childish.

For me the Jewish religion like all other religions is an incarnation of the most childish superstitions.

It's not that Einstein's word on god carries more weight than most, it's that the religious blatherskites Dinesh Dsouza, Schmuley Boteach and Laura Ingraham always trot out the tired canard of: Great Scientist X (usually Galileo Galiei, Isaac Newton or Einstein) was religious who are you to think you know more than them.

Of course, ancient, medieval and enlightenment scientists who did not profess faith in god(s) are never mentioned nor is Aristotle. Aristotle's writings on science and philosophy dominated European thought (and islamic). Aristotle had the longest reign over mankind's thinking. Until the time of Nicholas Copernicus, Giordano Bruno and Galileo who questioned Aristotle's conclusions. Copernicus, of course hid his conclusions until after his death, Galileo was forced to recant his error by the Church and Bruno was burned at the stake.

Well, it's to be expected. The hundreds (or millions) of religions no longer hold the best explanation of the world from the movements of the stars to the twitches of the human nervous system. But, the religious zealots know they hold the truth (cause their imam, rabbi, preacher, sufi says so) and feel they must use every means available to them to convince the rest of us.
