Revenge of the Thin Blue Line 45: A (True) False Report of Rape in Morton Grove

One of the persistent beliefs by men in general and male Police Officers specifically is that most rape accusations are false.

You see this especially in this MAGA era as a way to defend senile rapist traitor Trump who is guilty of sexual assault but nonetheless finds his 70 million supporters absolutely discounting it.

One of the worst things that can ever happen is a false allegation of rape because it allows bigoted and shameless police officers to then claim all rape accusations are lies.

The National Institute of Health in 2010 released a 10 year study of 136 cases which the abstract concluded the following;

Of the 136 cases of sexual assault reported over the 10-year period, 8 (5.9%) are coded as false allegations. These results, taken in the context of an examination of previous research, indicate that the prevalence of false allegations is between 2% and 10%.

Now, let's be very, very clear.  I have pity for this woman because she is obviously suffering from some mental illness which led her to try and gain attention by concocting this absurd daytime abduction from a Metra train station story.

But...  let us also not lose sight of the false details she crafted for her attackers.  Spanish speakers in a stolen Escalade and "This used to be a safe neighborhood."

This lie is tailor made to fit into the Migrant Crime Wave lie being pushed Trump & Vance.

Since this initial claim by Bankhead she has been charged with a Disorderly Conduct for filing a false police report.  Now, whether or not she committed a crime the question of using the criminal courts to treat a woman most likely suffering some kind of mental distress.

Now, this story is not going to get 1/100th the coverage of the Jussie Smollet story, and if any rightwingers do reference it what they will say is it absolutely justifies their prior beliefs that bitches be crazy and all women lie about Rape. 

While the Illinois legislature mandated all Police Officers in the State undergo Sexual Assault Trauma Informed Responder training every 3 years, back in 2017.  There are still enough troglodytes and biased Officers who will dismiss and do everything they can to undermine a victim when she comes in to report.

The book A False Report:  A True Story of Rape in America should be required reading for every police officer.  As it highlights how Officers once they've formed an initial impression don't care to change it and will actively work to prove it even against evidence to the contrary.  It also highlights how rape victims are treated as suspects as soon as they come in to make a report and at the time were forced to relive their traumatic incident over and over again while the Officers and Detectives looked for any minor discrepancy to discredit her.

So, I don't know where Lacie Bankhead is but, I hope she can try to recover from this and I'm thankful no innocent people were taken into custody or worse after her false allegation.

Rape-publicans will soon be descending on Oklahoma to sexually assault underage girls

If you're going to watch an Oklahoma City Thunder basketball game make sure you don't doze off at the game after a few beers or in the airport bar awaiting your flight, because you might wake up with some conservative's dick in your mouth.

Rape-publicans scored a major victory in their War on Women in Oklahoma. In an absolute miscarriage of justice, the oral rape of a 16 year old girl has been codified as A-OK, according to OK Law.

In a ruling which clearly ignores the spirit of the law to adhere the letter of the law, the Oklahoma Court of Criminal Appeals ruled, Forcible Sodomy cannot occur where a victim is so intoxicated as to be completely unconscious at the time of the sexual act of oral copulation. 

According to the Court, under the fair meaning of the Forcible Sodomy Law, the Honorable Judge Patrick Pickerill's decision to dismiss the case on 11/30/15 was correct.

That would be this Honorable Judge P. Pickerill (an appointee of Governor Mary Fallin),

Judge Patrick M. Pickerill is accused in one indictment of falsifying judicial records and other felony offenses to create a drug court, even though he did not have that authority. Grand jurors alleged he hired a former secretary at his law firm as the drug court coordinator and as his bailiff. Grand jurors also allege he backdated two administrative orders to mislead the public...

Pickerill was indicted for his Felonies on 09/26/15, a full two months before his horrendous decision to give the A-OK to orally rape girls.

The Court of Criminal Appeals is made up 5 justices, Hudson, Smith, Lumpkin, Johnson and Lewis; 3 were appointed by Governor Brad Henry, 1 by the late Henry Bellmon, and 1 by current Governor Fallin.

Brad Henry has 3 daughters, if one of them came to him with the exact details of this crime would he be fine with such a ruling? If Mary Fallin woke up in the Governor's Mansion after having fallin' asleep following a bottle of riesling would she be content to say, 'My bad shouldn't have had that wine! A dick in the mouth is what I get.'

First off, this is part and parcel of right-wing law. If a woman (even a girl) is raped, it's her fault. Yes, the 16 year old girl in question was drinking underage. A witness testified, the victim was falling in and out of consciousness while being driven home by the suspect. According to the original trial, she woke up in the hospital with a BAC of .34 while a rape kit was being administered. Semen was found on and around her mouth and back of her legs. This highly intoxicated underage girl could not possibly give consent to sexual acts and the back of the legs semen indicates she was probably at one point out cold face down.

But, hey the suspect said it was consentual so too bad for you girl. For all conservatives claim to hate Islam they certainly ape it's more odious tenents. For example, in each and every Rape case the testimony of one woman is Never enough to convict a man.

So, if you plan to have even one drop of alcohol cross your lips make sure you are locked away in your panic room before you fall asleep because the Oklahoma Criminal Court says anything else that passes by your lips while you're out is A-OK!

Rape-publican Dennis Hastert gets away with it, a further Investigation is needed to figure out how much George W. Bush and the Republican Party knew (Updated)

Dennis Hastert has received a 15-month sentence ostensibly for his banking crimes, but in reality for the numerous instances of molestation he perpetrated upon high school boys as their wrestling "Coach". While, attending sentencing, convicted criminal Dennis Hastert, all of a sudden developed a case of incarceratius, a highly-technical term for when a perp needs medical attention upon being arrested, by showing up in a wheel-chair.

I give Judge Thomas Durkin much credit for not allowing ambiguities during the sentencing, repeatedly referring to the criminal Republican as a "serial child molester" and making Hastert admit to these horrendous crimes.

But, mention Hastert's heinous crimes and reflexively conservatives will screech Bill Clinton!!! The Right-Wing media and Republicon Party should be congratulated on their brain-washing techniques and success.

For years conservative garbage mouths have used every platform they control, i.e. All the media, to villify Liberals and the Democratic Party while timid reporters have somberly nodded their heads and repeated the lies and baseless accusations against the Left.

Who in the Republican Party, and for how long did those Republicans, know that Dennis Hastert was a child molester? It casts a very suspcious eye on all the kick-backs the Republican Party steered his way as Speaker of the House. Did George W(orst POTUS Ever) Bush know that Hastert need money to cover his crimes? Is that why W(orst) signed the Bill for the Plano Parkway? To funnel money to Hastert?

I don't support further digging into Individual A or other victim's (they've suffered enough) to uncover this but, it appears that as far back as 2002 Hastert was planning on buying the silence of his many victims, and so structured land purchases and government funding to pay for his victim's silence and cover his crimes.

This goes way beyond IOKIYAR, there was no doubt collusion amongst high-ranking levels of the Republican Party and the 1% to funnel money to Hastert so he could keep his evil crimes hidden while at the same time he whole-heartedly enacted policies to enrich the Plutocracy and screw over America in a metaphorical sense this time.

This should not be the last chapter of Hastert's henious crimes. It should be the wedge to investigate everything he did while in the House of Representatives.

Update:
The court received more than 60 letters (20 of which remain unreleased) from prominent elected Republicans and conservatives asking Hastert receive leniency. Including from the odious Republican and convicted criminal Tom DeLay, who asserted "we all have flaws" and Hastert "doesn't deserve what's he going through." It's obvious the Republicans knew all along that Hastert was a criminal, but since he was their criminal they could not care less.

Rape-publicans, Bathrooms, and Bigotry

Ever since their defeat in the 2003 Lawerance v. Texas decision, which removed the ability of the right-wing religious bigots from breaking into peoples homes to tormet, beat, and arrest people for consensual relationships in the privacy of their own home, right-wing bigots have been searching for an avenue of attack.

The conservative movement believes it has hit upon an unbeatable legal strategy with their current crop of Bathroom crotch sniffing and Christian Bigotry Bills. By couching their bigotry in phrase sincere religious beliefs and euphemistically used title Privacy ,conservatives believe their Pro-Discrimination anti-transgender Bills would easily be signed into Law in states run by Republican Legislatures and Governors and survive challenges in the Right-Wing dominated SCOTUS.

Of course, while conservatives dominate gerrymandered and voter-suppressed States they don't control social media or society at large any longer and the backlash against Conservative Bigotry has been swift.

There are no credible reports of a Transgender person accosting someone in a bathroom. The laws in Tennessee, Mississippi, and North Carolina do not reference incidents or police reports because they do not exist. In fact, it's much more likely, a Republican Congressman like Dennis Hastert or Mark Foley or a Conservative blowhard like Rush Limbaugh or Ted Nugent, will rape your child than a transperson.

But, look at the way conservatives frame their talking points, for instance Curt Schilling Facebook post which cost him his job at ESPN. It's Rape and/or fear of Rape.

While an element of gay panic and hatred of the other comprise a significant part of these laws, there is the deep dark desire of Rape underlining these Republican laws.

Conservatives and Republicans are seemingly always a hair's-breadth away from forcing themselves onto young girls. It's why Republican officials are always talking about Rape because Rape is always on their mind. Republicans can't stop talking about how they want to break into bathrooms and rape young women.

Rape-Rape-Rape. It's the first thought of Rape-publicans when they wake up in the morning and their last thought at night. Rape-Rape-Rape. Thus, because projection is their strongest belief, Republicans believe that must be the case with the LGBTQ community.

The New Centurions (1970) by Joseph Wambaugh pretty much encapsulates the conservative view on LGBTQ persons. Wambaugh's books exude a reactionary ethos, especially, when he writes about liberals and race relations but, when he writes about the LGBTQ community, which he does extensively in all his books, it's with fascinated revulsion bordering on the homicidal.

"Did you guys hear how many marines Hollywood vice busted last weekend?" asked Simeone...

Wambaugh devotes an entire chapter of his belief that gay and lesbian people are akin to hardened criminals,

"Yeah, but it's not just fruits. There's lesbians, sadists, masochists, hypes, whores flim flammers, paddy hustlers, hugger muggers, ex-cons of all descriptions, and anybody else with a kink of some kind or other." (Ibid. 174)

And

"It's a beautiful place," said Roy.
"The park? Oh, yeah. But it's full of faggots and thieves and assholes in general. No decent people dare hang around here after dark." said Ranatti. (Ibid. 189)

Towards the end of the chapter the Vice squad and uniformed backup raid The Cave. Wambaugh's phrasing is perhaps revealing, "he watched the blue wedge of bodies insert itself into the opening of the Cave." And "the cathartic blue wedge of policemen withdrew from the mouth of The Cave". Emphasis mine. Perhaps Wambaugh is being cute and having a chuckle at his clever phrasing or perhaps...

The only character in The New Centurions who shows a scintilla of humanity or respect for Civil Rights is "Roy Fehler",

Roy was not completely certain that he would like to receive an eighteen-month assignment to vice because he respected the privacy of others. He believed that this undercover surveillance smacked of fascism and he believed that people, damn it, were trustworthy and there were very few bad ones despite what cynical policemen said.

But, Roy the Liberal gets told off by Wambaugh in blackface and gets shot on two occassions, the last fatally to close the book.

But, foruntaely times have changed so much so that in the Cop Series Southland (2009-2013), which used portions of Wambaugh's books as source material, one of the main characters "John Cooper" is homosexual. The series does treat the character's sexual orientation as an intergral issue often leading to tension between partners and civilians on the street.

While, I could go further into Wambaugh and Reactionary Police Officers, that's a subset of this issue, and the Officers of Wambaugh's day are 2 or 3 generations removed from working the job.

What we are looking at with the Sincere Religious Belief Laws and Patriotic Bathroom Privacy Acts are hopefully the last gaps of the bigoted hateful right-wing. But, I don't believe so.

One would think small-government loving conservatives would be wary about ensconcing such far-reaching invasive laws into the hands of Government Officials, one would think that Libertarians, those haters of Government intrusiveness and the State, would be taking to the ramparts to decry such an expansion of the corrosive powers of the State, but libertarians have this odd way of justifying the use of force by the government against those they don't deem worthy of legal protection.

What these laws are designed to do is to feed the hatred which consumes the Right-Wing and to put fear into the LGBTQ community. To let them know that anyday, someone can complain about them and they are only free at the whim of the bigoted conservative/libertarian/right-wing community.

Pro-Rape Republicans are at it again. 

Republican Congressman Trent Franks of Arizona learned us all about Republican Rape, "the incidence of rape resulting in pregnancy is very low."

Well, no doubt Trent. If it was a Legitimate Rape then the women would be dead. The fact she is alive is prima facie evidence that she enjoyed it and thus it wasn't rape. So why should she be able to get an abortion for something she wanted.

Governor Scott Walker of Wisconsin, eager to follow the footsteps of Governor Bob McDonnell, is Pro Mandatory Rape Wand, "I don’t have any problem with an ultrasound. I think most people think ultrasounds are just fine." 

Sure thing, Scott! I mean it's only going to be jammed up the vaginas of women so it doesn't affect you! And if they don't want it done why you and your fellow Wisconsin Republicans can just ram through a State Law making the ramming of Rape Wands up in their vaginas mandatory for all women seeking a medical procedure.

All this flows from the belief that there is no worse crime than abortion. If one believes that, then it is necessary to reorganize your worldview to diminish other crimes or justify trauma done to women seeking an abortion because it's for the "greater good".

Now, Republican men think of women as little more than brood mares. Women like Sarah Palin, Michele Bachmann, Marsha Blackburn and their ideological mother Phyllis Schlafly are given a thin slice of immense power and held up as paragons through which all other women should see those few women's power as their success in spite of their own personal situations.

But, Male babies! Ah they are what's important because of perpetuating the Patriarchy.

If they feel pleasure, why is it so hard to think that they could feel pain?” Republican Representative Michael Burgess of Texas cites the need to drastically curtail abortion because Male Fetuses jerk off.

It always comes back to which sex is important. Ergo, Males get to feel pleasure, Females get to feel pain. god Bless America!

I know Millennials won't get it but Republicans will because the only voting block that is going for Mitt Romney are old pro-rape racist white men raised in the school era of the "3 R's".

Mitt Romney and Paul Ryan have allowed the worst elements (Sarah Palin, John Sununu, Joe Walsh for starters) of the Right to run a campaign of bigotry and racism most Americans had allowed themselves to believe ended long ago. When coupled with Romney's efforts at voter intimidation and suppression he may have a chance to steal the 2012 election. But, for a snag. Republicans hate women. And Rape-publicans can not stay silent about their deep-seated misogyny, Pro-Rape, Anti-Women beliefs.

To the Rape-publican Party an "Honest Rape", a "Forcible Rape", a "Legitimate Rape" only happens when the woman is killed during the rape. Any woman who survives a rape obviously didn't fight, obviously enjoyed it because her lady juices didn't shut down the rapist or she was dressed so immodestly or had joined a profession which is prima facia evidence she gave Tacit approval for her rapists' actions.

Pro-Rapist Richard Mourdock and Todd Akin aren't outliers they are mainstream Right-Wing thought. Vice Presidential nominee Paul Ryan, longtime Iowan Congressman Steve King, at least 12 other Republican Senate Candidates, dozens of Republicans in Congress, Governor Bob "Transvaginal Rape Wand" McDonnell, hundreds of conservative toxic commentators and thousands of conservative voters are Unconditionally Pro-Rape.

Republicans will force women to give birth to babies conceived in Rape and will punish the victim if she gets an abortion.

The Witchfinders are Back. They are ready to begin wholesale inspection of women's privy parts. To cast any immodest women into a lake. They are eagerly awaiting electoral victory in 2012 to emblazon the Malleus Maleficarum into US Law.

Legitimate Rape. Forcible Rape. Real Rape. Honest Rape. Transvaginal Ultrasounds. Hold the aspirin between your knees.

Of course, the reason Republican men always have Rape on their minds is without being able to rape people Republican men would never have sex. This is why Republican men support blue Boner pills but are against contraceptives. But, this isn't limited to stodgy old Republicans, so-called Libertarians and conservative women think about Rape and punishing rape victims all day long as well.

St. Louis Tea Party "Darling" Dana Loesch stated that women who have sex are giving tacit consent to have Government conduct Transvaginal Ultrasounds at their lesiure. Liz Trotta of Faux News said Women who sign up for the Military are giving male service members consent to rape them. Phyllis Schlafly, the Grand Dame of the Patriarchy has stood staunchly behind Missouri Republican Senate Candidate Todd Akin.

And Todd Akin turns out to be very similar to the Ultra-Reactionary violent abortion clinic bombers and Doctor murderers. Todd Akin was arrested several times in the 1980's for criminal acts at anti-abortion rallies. The question is how many times did Todd Akin plan to firebomb and kill people who worked at abortion clincs?

Rape and controlling women's access to sex is a key plank of the Republicans Plan of Oppression and Subjugation of America.

Mitt Romney and Paul Ryan stand behind the Blunt Amendment to allow Employers deny Women Birth Control because of "moral objection". Paul 90X Ryan and the criminal Todd Akin crafted 38  anti-abortion bills.

The Republican Battle to deny women access to Birth Control, to force women to submit themselves to Virginia Governor Bob McDonnell's Rape Wands, to make abortions impossible by legislating the number of air molecules allowable in abortion clinics, to defund Planned Parenthood and finally to encourage conservatives murder abortion doctors is all designed with bringing women to heel.

The Rape-publicans. It's an appropriate term for the everything associated with the Republican Party.

Illinois State Rep Joseph M. Lyons is super-mad his Rape Wand Bill isn't being fast tracked

Joe Lyons who proposed Illinois HB 4085 is demanding 5 Illinois Representatives withdraw their amendments and co-sponsor his Rape Wand Bill.

The Bill made it through the Illinois Agricultural Committee 11-2, but since then it has been saddled with 5 Amendments. Joe Lyons addressed the Illinois House and said of the amendments, “That’s what you call, ladies and gentlemen, a hostile amendment to kill a bill.” Lyons asked the lawmakers to withdraw their amendments and simply debate the bill in the full House.

Lyons' bill is euphemistically called the UltraSound Opportunity Act, which gives Doctors the glorius "Opportunity" to shove a transvaginal probe all up inside the dirty, dirty, ladyparts of sluts, errr abortion seekers.

Lyons, is a Democrat but he's also a devout Catholic, having attended DePaul University for his Bachleror's and Master's Degrees. However, the co-sponsors of his bill included 13 Republicans and only 4 Democrats and of the 19 only 3 are women.

This just goes beyond disgusting. Republicans joined by these zealous Democratic religious fanatics are imposing the power of Government onto Americans. Sadly, it appears the Doctors are going to have to bear the burden of resisting unjust laws because if there's one truism of conservatives it's that they love the power of Big Government when that power is used to oppress people and violate Americans' civil rights.

Fortunately, there very well may be a resistance by Physicans into being made the Tools of Right-Wing Oppressors. From the blog Whatever by John Scalzi comes this guest post by an Anonymous Doctor;

This brave Doctor may be willing to do what the pseudo-Oathkeepers only claimed to aspire to, which is resist an unjust law which seeks to humiliate, shame, degrade, punish and reduce women to the status of second-class citizens devoid even of the basic right to control their own bodies.

Limpballs attack on Sandra* Fluke fits a well-worn pattern. Right-Wing Totalitarian slut-shaming in order denigrate, punish and control women. The Republican Party has staked it's election chances on re-exerting the Power of the Patriarchy. The White, christian, male power dynamic which has empowered and elevated ignorant, worthless, non-working, chicken hawk, slobs like Limpballs, Sean Hannity, and Bill Falafel Assault O'Reilly to millionaire status.

Limpballs disgusting attacks on a college women aren't happening in a vacuum. Republican Rape Wand Bills have been proposed in 15 States. Governor Bob McDonnell, Father of the Rape Wand, declared, "I believe that this is something that helps respect the dignity of women..."

Republicans are governmental suicide bombers who once placed in power do as much damage to functioning government and advances in individual rights in an attempt to bring down American Democracy and replace it with a Neo-Feudalist Plutocracy.

But, unchained women present and have always presented a problem for Totalitarian Right-Wingers. Sandra* Fluke's outspokeness will not be tolerated.

So, Racist Limpballs thought he would be fine declaring, his Woman Hatred, 'Slut! Prostitute! No Woman Can Ever Have Sex for Fun! Flithy Hussies who are having sex are destroying the World. Along with the Gay sex!'

The Totalitarian Right has decided now, prior to their upcoming defeat in the 2012 elections, is the time to push forward their goals of undermining the advancement of the 20th century, Workers Right's, Human Right's, and Sexual Right's.

And all we have to fight them with is numbers. But numbers can be effective, as was shown with Glenn Beck. So, simply never give any money to any company associated with Racist Limpballs, dry up the his Corporate cash flow. Let them support his ponderous ass.

The gross Republican Party and Repressive Right-Wingers continue their Nationwide assault on Women.

Conservatives, as a whole, view Government as evil and oppressive. This is because when Right-Wingers get into office the only thing they try to do is Oppress People.

Illinois, now joins the growing list of States in which legislation to shame, degrade and humiliate women by Raping them is being forced through.

Conservatives are pro-rape. They are also crafty, evil and devious. There are two politically motivated bills designed to limit women’s access to abortion. Illinois HB 4117 encompasses the tactic of changing certain building requirements mandating the size of the hallways, spaces between each electrical outlet and other minutiae plus making all Illinois abortion clinics full ambulatory surgical care centers in an effort to make current clinics "out of code" and thus forcing their closure.

Well, Governor Bob McRapist tried a last minute change to the law, to fool enough people into believing he wasn't signing a State-Sponsored Rape Bill, but the Bob McDonnell Rape All Women in Virginia still garners 100% Republican support and still contains the language of ordering women to submit themselves to the Bob McDonnell Rape Wand.

Not surprisingly the Law also contains other hidden methods to humiliate, shame and subjugate Women.

Right-Wingers Birth Control Crusade is about telling you what to do

When it comes to Birth Control who knows better than a panel of angry, offensive, pasty-faced, old white male virgins!

This has always been about Unequal Protection under the law. The Catholic Church or the unelected minuscule council of Catholic Bigots err... Bishops doesn't have more rights than an American individual.

Right-Wingers are hammering on about this being a religious liberty issue. It partially is. The Totalitarian Right are supporting the trampling of an individual's rights by proclaiming an institution may prohibit covering contraception via their healthcare coverage and that the church can dictate to a private insurance company not cover it either.

While the Catholic church and afflilated organizations may bargain new coverage plans with insurance providers the whole point is if any institution is providing healthcare coverage as part of the benefit compensation for their workers they don't get to dictate the terms of how the person uses that coverage.

It's one step away from catholic church or right-wing bigots saying, 'Your salary can't be used to purchase things we dislike.'

Your employer does not have the power to tell you that your money can not be used to buy condoms or cigars or fluorescent light bulbs or wine or foie gras or to make a donation to Doctors Without Borders or the DCCC.

It's not their right* to tell you what you can and can not buy.

It's amazing that the Right-Wingers who constantly proclaim themselves the champions of freedom are firmly siding with a group specifically saying they want to restrict people's freedom.

White House deftly outflanks Catholic Outrage and Totalitarian Republican Bigots

In a fantastic maneuver, the White House has altered its stance to allow for Catholic Objections.

"All women will still have access to free preventive care that includes contraceptive services," one White House official said. "The insurance company will be required to reach out directly and offer her contraceptive coverage free of charge," if the employer objects to providing that coverage in its benefit package.

Now, of course, if the issue actually was about the Catholic (or any Religious) Conscience exemption this solution would solve the problem. But, everyone knows this was nothing more than a cheap cynical ploy by Totalitarian Right-Wing Bigots to use religion to attack Obama and to punish those immodest brazen hussies who don't keep their legs closed.

Anthony Picarello, general counsel for the U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops, indicated the compromise won't assuage his or the USCCB religious feelings because somewhere... somehow... a strumpet is having sex for pleasure instead of unceasing baby-making and no Catholic Dollars anywhere can be used,

That means removing the provision from the health care law altogether, he said, not simply changing it for Catholic employers and their insurers. He cited the problem that would create for "good Catholic business people who can't in good conscience cooperate with this."

Rebecca St. James' and Sean Hannity had a gay old time blaming rape victims during his segment on "Slutwalks", when she stated women,

"are asking for sex. They’re asking for sex if they’re dressed immodestly.” And, “There has to be responsibility, though, for what a woman is wearing, personal responsibility.”

Conservatives and Republicans then love to have a token representative, whose power and position are tied to the Patriarchy, carry the banner of the Right's Repression and Dogmatic Misogynism as Kirsten Powers did in further blaming rape victims for being raped.
