The recent criminal violence by Police Officers directed at the #Occupy Protesters is merely a symptom of the Overall Disease which plagues America; The Infestation of the Nation by the 1%. I use the terms very purposefully because what we have seen besides Criminal Behavior by the Police (at the direction of their 1%) is a orchestrated campaign of dehumanization from Rightwing Propagandists and servants of the Plutocracy designed to create conditions were conservatives support violence against the 99%.

It's a daily barrage of loaded terms, bigoted labels, and dehumanizating castigation of the #Occupy Movement which has seeped into and now permeates every rightwing blog and news site. It's also a very old tactic. And if you should happen to be so skeptical that the Rightwing Media of this Nation is being pulled/directed/massaged towards vilifying and lying about OWS, you are not paying attention.

Here is a Lobbyist memorandum to the American Bankers Association highlighting ways to target OWS, including the monitoring of Open Source Intel (#Occupy Social Media Sites) to manufacture smears and plan counter-protest actions and strategizing the Messaging War against OWS. All for the low, low price of $850,000 USC.

It should have been clear early on that the 1% wasn't going to allow their control of this country subside merely because their inhuman greed, evil crimes, theft, oppression and murder had pushed the total income of 150 Million Americans under that of 400 people. And that a mere 0.1% (One-Tenth of the One Percent) make HALF of the Capital Gains Income in this Nation.

The 1% has always had willing defenders who will lie, obfuscate, confuse, smear, distort and when that fails just call for outright violence.

The Process of dehumanization is almost complete. From World Net Daily writer Phil Elmore,

His tweets read as a justification of violence and oppression and are cheerfully supported by the diseased Rightwingers. A Nolte tweet from Nov 17, "#OWS #OccupyWallStreet is a domestic terrorist organization. End of Story." A Nolte tweet from Nov 20, "Why do people say 'pepper-spraying defenseless Occupiers' as though it's a bad thing?"

Because at the core of this Battle is; Who shall control the Country? The 1% and their Rightwing Guardians or the 99%? Which side are you on? The 99% or Karl Rove's? We ARE the 99%.

The Images of Police Brutality, including the wantonly sadistic spraying of the seated protesters at UC Davis, the pepper spraying of an 84 year old woman at #OccupySeattle and the open mouthed close ranged shot at the N17 OWS have galvanized the Occupiers and delighted the sick, twisted and deranged conservatives.

But, it's a sideshow.

The 1% are ecstatic OWS and #Occupy are being side-tracked into civil rights complaints against individual officers or even whole Police Departments, because it takes the spotlight off of them. The 1% always want the focus off themselves, it keeps allowing them to get away with Plunder.

Now, from the images I think the Officers committed crimes. But, everyone should realize the Officers in question are going to parse their reports with just the right verbiage, i.e. 'a volatile situation, fear for my and my fellow officers safety, the body language of the protesters indicated willful disobedience to my lawful instructions, proper use of force, etc', that they probably will escape criminal punishment and at most will receive administrative discipline from their Departments.

But, remember the Officers are the Tools of the Oppressors. These conflicts with Police have been what the 1% have been dreaming about and hoping for since OWS began on September 17th. Do not let them succeed in dividing the 99%.

These officers and their actions must be condemned (and punished) but the focus must always be turned back to the 1%, the Oppressors. The Goal must be to Destroy the Plutocracy and return the American Dream to the 99%

N17 OccupyChi Mass Action, Rahm Emmanuel's Budget and the 1%

The N17 #Occupy Mass Action was powerful. The March in Chicago followed by the General Assembly (GA) at the Thompson Center is an indication the bitter Chicago Winter will not be enough to dissapate the Occupiers.

Attending OccupyChi GA's is informative and inspiring. It's a functioning example of Direct Democracy what the 1% now appears desperate to stop. However, unlike, the other #OccupyMovements, Chicago has not had a large long lasting entrenched Protest site. For that reason, Chicago has also not seen the massive over-the-top paramilitary sweep and clear bulldozer operations Oakland and New York and now several other cities have experienced.

46 arrests were made, but The Full-Lockdown 1% Solution has yet to be applied to OccupyChi.org. Although the previous arrests of almost 50 little old ladies, members of the Jane Addams Senior Caucus, was bad enough.

At the N17 OccupyChi GA, the big item on the agenda was Rahm Emmanuel's 2012 Budget. It was correctly pointed out this budget, like all Austerity Plans, is solely for the benefit of the 1% and at the expense of the 99%.

The Stack, which included a CTA member, a CPS teacher, a long time striker against the Congress Hotel, an OccupySouthSide leader, an off-topic Ron Paulian, and several others focused on specifically condemning Rahm Emmanuel and his budget, and the decision to close of 6 of 12 Mental Health Facilities in Chicago while the others will be privatized. Of all the 99%, those suffering from mental illness or disability are the least able to defend themselves.

Several Beautiful Protesters from the November 15th Mental Health Care Action held at City Hall also spoke. Those protesters spent over 10 hours outside Rahm's office denouncing his budgetary decision to close the clinics.

But, here's the problem. While I fully support condemning Rahm's 2012 Budget, Emmanuel is a tool. Rahm is merely the pruning shears for the 1%. The key is to identify his holders. Who are the Companies which will control these privatized mental health hospitals? Who's on the boards of the Companies? How much will they reap from rationing care to the disabled? What kind of exclusive contracts have they signed to provide mandatory care? What expenses will these private companies be able to illegally slough off onto the people, as Illinois Blue Cross Blue Shield did*, while the profits are funneled to their off-shore accounts?

Rahm's budget is akin to Paul Ryan's Coupon for HealthCare or Scott Walker's Union Busting. The 1% will always be able to find a willing political tool to carry out their orders and steal the wealth of this nation. The key is not to break the tools but to "break" the hands of the 1% thus loosening their stranglehold on the Nation and We, the People forever.

*- Illinois Blue Cross Blue Shield, the states' largest health insurance company, paid $25 million to settle allegations that it denied coverage to sick children in need of nursing care by "fraudulently" shifting their claims to the state's Medicaid program.

The 1% Solution applied to OWS

Early in the morning, Mayor Bloomberg ordered the NYPD to conduct a sweep-and-clear paramilitary style raid on Zuccotti Park. The 1% have allowed this little rebellion to go on long enough. The Plutocracy would prefer if you just sat back and accepted your enslavement and Classacre (Class Massacre) and stayed silent.

As with all Iron Fisted Tyrants, Bloomberg, the handmadien of the 1%, cited the health and well-being of the protesters for the necessity of the violent crackdown. And the removal was conducted in the early am, after the Brooklyn Bridge has been shut down till 0600 hours, and with media persons being specifically moved to an area away from were the beatings, pepper-spray, tear gas, mass arrests, destruction of private property and use of bulldozers to roust OWS occurred.This isn't the first #Occupy to be removed with in the early morning with the use of heavy machinery and paramilitary action.

Over at Michelle Malkin's site it's constant calls for more police violence against the Protesters. I'm surprised they haven't called for water boarding the protesters to determine who is leading them, although there have been calls for high pressure water cannons to be used so there's that...

Ah, within the law. That's the whole point, the 1% and their Rightwing Attack Dogs have been working and shaping and refining a political system which has wrested power and money from the 99% and has made it legal for them to do so. It's the Free Speech Zones all over again. But, conservatives, ala "Captain" Ed, don't actually believe in Democracy, they are and always have been authoritarians and little more than mouthpieces for the Plutocracy.

Of course, a move like this has caused a lot of internet traffic and chatter. The best rundown comes from Mother Jones reporter Josh Harkinson's firsthand account. But, interesting blog, facebook, twitter traffic aside the most important news came when Oakland Mayor Jean Quan apparently admitted the 11/15 Raids were coordinated,

“I was recently on a conference call with 18 cities across the country who had the same situation,"

with Authorities in other cities and possibly the Department of Homeland Security and that before the day was done there were already two injunctions issued by Judges.

The first one was a restraining order allowing the Protesters to return and stopping Bloomberg and the NYPD from interfering at all with OWS.

However, the second one was not so beneficial to #Occupy. tT also shows the level of duplicitious chicanery the 1% are always willing to stoop too, to stop the 99%. It stops all "Camping" in the Park. OWS is not Camping. It is Protest. It is a Righteous Shout against the Economic Inequality and Legalized Theivery the 1% have set up in this Nation. But, it's the 1% legalese solution to stifling dissent and outlawing Democracy. By labeling it "camping" the 1% empower their political, media, and law enforcement dogs to disrupt, detain and beat those who attempt to return.

OWS and the #OccupyMovement are the most clear example of Democracy in the US. That the Rightwingers hate it because their Plutocratic Lords and Masters hate it. And the hypocritical conservatives demand Authorities destroy #Occupy, preferably violently, but also using the laws finely crafted and purposefully adopted by the 1% to stifle and eliminate protest.

The 99% Shrugs. Going Galt is exactly what OWS and #Occupy are Doing!

Ayn Rand that scion of selfishness and thievery thought she had perfected an ideology for the blood-sucking parasitic Plutocratic class to use in furthering their oppression of the True Producers of Wealth the 99%.

Well, now the roles have been reversed. OWS is "Going on Strike". OWS is suceeding in highlighting the enormous Income Inequality between the Real Producers of Wealth in this Nation, the 99%, and the Moocher Class; That cadre of Politicos, Bankers, Yakuzas on Wall Street, the Corporate Media and the Members of the Brandy Snifter Class. The 1%, the Biggest Moochers in History.

The 99% produce the Wealth, the 1% suck off the wealth and elevate frauds, charlatans, grifters and bullies into the Political and Media Class to Legitimize, Justify and make their Theft of Trillions Lawful.

What they #Occupy Movement has realized is their Direct Actions make them the "True Atlases". The #OccupyMovement knows the 1% have survived only by creating a System in which the largesse they enjoy is not gotten through superior talent, hard work or imagination but through an ever increasingly byzantine structure of wealth transfer.

Corporations are the biggest moochers in history.

Over the last three years, 78 corporations had at least one year where they paid no federal income tax at all, while 30 corporations paid ZERO over the entire three years. Even though those 30 Corporations made $160 billion in profits over that period.

Halliburton and their subsidiaries received Billions in No Bid Contracts from their Moocher buddies under the Bush Administration.

These Corporations, Lockheed Martin ($61 Million) Boeing ($644 Million), Northrop Grumann ($410 Million), admitted to stealing Millions via fraudulent contracts through the DoD.

The Corporations, Chevron, Shell, BP, ConocoPhillips and Exxon Mobil receive Billions in Tax Payer dollars from the US Government via subsidies which were crafted as early as 1916.

All of these Moocher Corporations are protected by the Republican Party, many members of the Democratic Party, increasingly Paramilitary Police Forces and a Corporate Media World which shields and succors them.

And these Political and Media Attack Dogs defend their Moneyed Masters with cries of Socialism! We do have in America is Socialism. For the 1%.

So, 99% it's time to Shrug Off the shackles of the Moochers. It's time we tell the Plutocrats, the 1% who have survive only by Plunder, only by stealing the fruits of our labor, it's time to tell them no more. The Free Ride on the Backs of the 99% is Over!

I found this Libertarian Blog Post by Wayne Allen Root, a few months back. It is hilarious the level of ideological blindness, effete ignorance and fantastical escapism which has crept into the hard right over the years. Root writes;

The lesson of Atlas Shrugged is that without the $100,000+ earners paying into Social Security, there are no pensions for the poor and lower middle class. Without the wealthy owners of million-dollar mansions paying $25,000 and $50,000 annual property tax bills, there is no funding for public schools. Without the wealthy paying into Medicare, there is no “free” healthcare for the elderly. Without capitalists motivated by profit, there are no discoveries to eradicate polio or create miraculous cancer and AIDS drugs. Without capitalists motivated by profit, there are no jobs, period! That is what happens when the producers of society go on strike to protect themselves from the looters.

First off, there are so many errors. Jonas Salk famously did not patent his polio vaccine. Social Security taxes are capped at $106,800 so the + Earners that Root so worries about aren't paying anything extra for the poor and lower middle classes he so disdainfully hates.

Conservatives Love when Veterans commit Suicide and Cheer when Police Attack Protesters and Veterans

In 2005, when asked about Government spending on Veterans George W. Bush's Pentagon's undersecretary for personnel and readiness, David Chu said, "The amounts have gotten to the point where they are hurtful. They are taking away from the nation's ability to defend itself."

Since OWS, Conservatives scum skimmers and smear merchants have made it their mission to destroy the Movement. They do this because OWS and #Occupy are telling the truth about the the Plutocratic Elites and the awfulness of conservatism which, is wittingly aiding the transfer of wealth to the Richest 1% while forcing the 99% into wage slavery.

Every story about OWS on the major conservative sites and thus re-posted on all the group-think rightwing blogs has tried to cast OWS as an extremist movement. Therefore, as the #Occupy Movement has gained steam, the Right has called for what it always calls for, the Violent Crackdown of political opponents by Government Officials.

This is the true nature of Rightwingers. When faced with a political movement they disagree with (although let's be clear the Right hates and fantasizes about killing Liberals and the members of Democratic Party) they immediately call on Power of Government to eliminate their political opposition.

Conservatism is Terrorism. Conservatism is Chicken Hawk Warmongering Cowardice. Conservatism fails and marginalizes minorities, women, LGBT, the impoverished, the sick, those with non-conformist ideas or beliefs and, yes, the Veterans they pretend to fawn over.

If the Rightwing was consistent the images of Police violently beating OccupyCal Protesters would get them out in the streets.

If the Rightwing weren't hypocrites the stories of Marine Corps Iraq Veterans Scott Olsen and Kayvan Sabeghi wounded while exercising their Constitutional Rights would be a Cause Celebre. Instead conservative chicken hawk liar Jim Hoft, slandered Olsen, until it was shown the Hoft's slanders were not about the Marine Corps Vet Scott Olsen, then just like all rightwing smear merhcants, Hoft doubled down.

If the Rightwing actually cared about to help Veterans instead of turning a blind eye to their endemic plight of homelessness and suicide, they'd push for increased taxes on Corporate Thieves who use the military to increase their bottom line and then slyly leave the physically and mentally broken Vets to be taken care of by the government.

Instead, the recent suicide of Veteran at the OccupyVermont camp has been used by Conservatives as a call for ending the #OccupyMovement. The only Veteran Conservatives love is a dead Veteran. Because then Ann Coulter and Sean Hannity can stick their perverted inhuman ideology onto the lips of the dead Veterans, as they did with Pat Tillman. But, when it turns out Tillman was anti-war and fought against every part of the despicable conservative policies. Toxic conservative garbage Ann Coutler will simply say, "I don't believe it." Chicken Hawk Hannity concurs, "I don't believe it either."

And that is why even though Veterans are joining the ranks of OWS, because if one group can see how the American Capitalist system chews up and spits out people it is Veterans. So, Sean Hannity calls Veterans and Teachers at the OWS Protests, "Skinhead Nazi Pyschos". Andrew Breitbart compares OWS to Al Qaeda and 9/11.

Instead of actually listening to OWS, the Rightwing is fixated on President Obama. The Right is furiously trying to proclaim OWS as Obama and Rahm "Chicago-Style Gangster Politics". Proving first that they know nothing about OWS, #Occupy in general, and OccupyChi specifically.

It's fright you hear belching forth from the conservative toxic garbage mouths. They are bereft of ideas. Conservatism is a zombie philosophy espoused by bigots, charlatans, crooks and elitists to flatter their 1% Masters and enslave the 99%. OWS has them scrambling. #Occupy is resonating with more Americans everyday who are rejecting the Plutocratic Neo-Feudalist system conservatives are rabidly defending.

Joe Walsh is a Screaming Ignorant Despicable Uncouth Scumbag (Updated)

Guess who Joe Walsh blames for the Housing Crash? Why he blames Fannie and Freddie and the poor for the housing bubble.

Joe Walsh took time out of his busy schedule of not doing anything for his constituents to yell at them. Walsh is not "passionate". Joe Walsh is an uncouth lout, a muling brat, who when faced with facts which tear down his beloved Blame the Poor rhetoric resorts to the Argument of the Red Face and Loud Voice.

In just one year Representative Joe Walsh has shown the ugly face of modern conservative thought. Joe Walsh has no facts to back up his position but if you yell loud enough and swear you win the argument. Thus we have Joe Walsh screaming about how the 99% know the Republican Big Zombie Lie is false:



However, here is the truth, Deregulation and Private Sector Banks not Fannie and Freddie caused the Housing Bubble:

That's what the disgraceful Joe Walsh was screaming. Walsh is a disgrace to the office he represents, the male gender and humanity. But, the Rightwing slaves and bigots love him. Too bad the people of his district won't get a chance to vote him out, which they'd do in landslide numbers, but nonetheless in one more year Joe will be looking for work.

And that!!! is the reason Walsh is acting like this; Walsh is busy positioning himself for his lucrative career as a shill for the Corporate Hegemony which controls the US Government. But, regardless Walsh is also an uncouth lout unfit to even be a Congressman and contemptuous of the hardworking Illinois people he supposedly represents.

Bruce Fancher Battles the Barbarians of Zuccotti Park (Rightwing Smear Campaign)

Seriously, "The Barbarians of Zuccotti Park" is like something out of the Robert E. Howard universe.

Anyway a "Hobbyist Photographer" named Bruce Fancher had his story transcribed in the National Review Online. Here is the recounting of that most horrible of days;

Bruce was taking photographs of tents when a man approached him and told to him to “have some respect.” He calmly explained that it was a public park and he had every right to be there. Before he knew it, his camera had been smacked out of his hands, and his face had been punched. Bleeding fairly heavily from his nose, he went and described the assault to one of the many policeman in the square. An ambulance was called, and arrived almost immediately. When she was finished, the EMT told him that it was the “fourteenth assault” to which she had personally been called.

The professionalism of the first responders stopped there, however. “There is a certain expectation of the police,” Bruce told me, but service was not forthcoming: The NYPD officer steadfastly refused to go back into the park, suggesting that to do so would “cause a riot.” As a result, the assailant, described as “light, about 28 years old, muscular, short hair, and well dressed,” got away unpunished. When he described the attack to the reporting cop, the reaction was “indifference. I may as well have told him that it was going to rain tomorrow.” He received little sympathy from the OWS crowd either. Amazingly, “no one saw anything,” and no help was proferred. Perhaps “love for all” doesn’t apply as universally as advertised in the commune.

Ha ha ha! As a cop I can't tell you how many times I've heard the 'Oh officer I was blissfully minding my own business when this awful evil man appeared and without provocation beat me up'.

The "No one saw anything" should be the kicker, that this didn't happen the way old Bruce Fancher (a.k.a. Dead Lord / a.k.a. Timberwolf) described. But, we are living in an age of BS conservative smears and lying rightwing hacks (or in this case hacker). The amazing thing about this story is the absolute full faith the conservatives have that Fancher's version of events is 100% true and accurate.

What's the name of the EMT? What are the case numbers for the alleged "14 previous assaults"? What's the names of the Officers, Fancher talked to? These facts are missing from this story. What most likely happened was a scuffle of some kind but Fancher probably caught the worst of it, but telling the truth to the Cops that he was an active participant in a fight doesn't go a long way to providing the Rightwing with the beloved evidence of OWS thuggery.

It's the story of the young white McCain staffer having a B carved into her face by an evil Obama supporter. Conservatives are only too eager and willing to accept every story that conforms to their views. But, of course, the fact that everyone commenting on the story wasn't there should also give make conservatives pause before ranting about the evil leftists but that sort of skepticism is far too much to ask of rightwing ninnies.

It's mind-boggling to think how much of a narciscist someone has to be to imagine that they have the knowledge and wisdom to write a plan to bring to peace and happiness to an entire country. And how out of touch they need to be to imagine that anyone else outside of a small fringe is going to even pay attention.

I wasn't there so I don't know what happened for certain. But, reading this story it's clearly an emotional plea. It's loaded with word usage designed to appeal to the reptilian conservative brain; All of Bruce's actions were cool and collected "He calmly explained" and all the actions by the OWS leftists were viscous, unwarranted and evil.

Additionally, I don't know why when rightwing poseurs and hacks recount their attempts at instigation and the ensuing altercations they write these kind of statements; "Perhaps "love for all" doesn't apply as universally as advertised in the commune." Of course, those were crafted by the Dick Armey and Koch Brothers for 1% fueled and financed Tea Party. #Occupy and OWS are true grassroots movements.

John Hinderaker posted a video on his Powerline blog, with the headline Rampaging Occupiers Attack 78-year old Woman The evidence? Why strangely (or purposefully) the video fails to capture the moment of the "attack", but does show two elderly ladies at different times and different areas having fallen to the ground and being helped to their feet by police/security personnel.

Oddly, at this same rally, a One Percenter ran over 3 protesters and then ran into another group of protesters with his car. The Rightwing response? Applause and fantasizing about doing it themselves or shooting the protesters.

Glenn Beck's The Blaze, Hotair, FreeRepublic, Erick Erickson's Red State blog and Yahoo news stories are now replete with conservatives calling for fire hoses, clubbing, violence and police brutality. When a peaceful protester was shot by a Oakland Police Officer,

“While filming a police line at Occupy Oakland after midnight on Nov. 3 following the Nov. 2 general strike, an officer opens fire and shoots me with a rubber bullet. [Probably a bean-bag round G_e_G] I was standing well back. There was no violence or confrontations of any kind underway. At 0:31 seconds you can see a tall officer in the front raise his weapon and then fire. This is the full clip of the incident.”

Conservatives cheer.

Conservatism is Terrorism. It's designed to push the majority of Americans into penury and wage slavery. It's Orwellian in it's language and actions.

Before, getting to the details do you know what the best thing about this story is? OWS and the 99 have made Joe Walsh irrelevant! Joe Walsh had dreams of becoming the next Newt Gingrich or at least Michele Bachmann. But, Joe isn't going to win re-election, and in one years time he'll be reduced to hawking his wares to whatever lobbyist firm or off-hour Rightwing news station will have him.

Joe Walsh is a beloved Tea Party Freshman, that is he is loved by people outside his district. In his district Walsh is basically playing out the string. Walsh has no ideas, Walsh has advanced no issues, and Walsh has done nothing to help his constituents. But, Tea Party racists love him because Walsh made youtube videos and MSNBC appearances this year screaming Obama is Black! and "American Jews aren't Pro-Israel enough."

Now, an amusing thing about Joe Walsh is his record. If the Tea Party knew about his previous political record and the long list of personal and financial disasters, disregard for the law and political positions they would... Well, they would probably not care because IOKIYAR!

What Joe Walsh did in 2010 was cash in on a particular, and now defunct, moment in American politics. Joe Walsh will pretend to be whatever you want as evidenced by the last 3 decades of his career.

During the 1980's Walsh tried to be an actor. And while he was apparently unsuccessful he never stopped acting and this set him up for the future.

In the 1990s when Clinton-ian 'Fiscal Conservative/Social Liberal' catch-phrase was popular, Walsh in one of his runs for office identified himself as such. Walsh even went so far as to use President Clinton's phraseology on abortion, declaring he wanted it safe, rare and legal. I'm sure the Teabaggers would love to know that Joe Walsh and Bill Clinton hold the same ideals.

In the early 2000s, Joe Walsh has had his Illinois Driver's License Suspended, left his wife, stopped caring for his kids and jetted off to Mexico with his mistress.

So, the supreme irony, the absolute inconvertible evidence of Rightwing Hypocrisy, the fact that exposes the lie of so-called Conservative Personal Responsibility is Joe Walsh owes $117,000 dollars in back child support.

When the story broke, Walsh went on the offensive declaring the story was a hit-job on him because he was fighting the good fight in Washington D.C. But, as more evidence grew Walsh tried to throw up some bullshit. First, in a fit of puerile impotence sued his ex-wife for asking for the $117,000 in back child support he hasn't paid. Next, Walsh declared in their October Court appearance that he had a "verbal agreement" with his wife not to pay child support.

As a police officer, having dealt with hundreds of Domestic Dispute calls this "verbal agreement" Walsh cites most likely, went like this,

'Laura? It's Joe. Yeah, F**K You B*tch I ain't paying you any more. Yeah, take it to court! You think a Judge is going to rule against me? I'm a man. Suck it baby.'

Please note that my paraphrased Walsh comments are very probably quite accurate as I've listened to Joe Walsh in person and on television often.

After the Court ruled against him, “I don’t know why my ex-wife filed this complaint last December, three weeks after I was elected a U.S. congressman.” Walsh provided $35,000 dollars to fund his 2010 campaign. His ex-wife Laura has been fighting Walsh for 9 years trying to get him to pay money to raise his children. So, yeah Joe tell it to the Judge...

Boeing the Biggest Thief in the United States

Chicago based Boeing has paid over $644 Million Dollars to the Pentagon and the Government Accountability Office to settle fraud complaints, since 2000. Yet, Boeing is still be awarded enormous Welfare Handouts errr, DoD contracts. It's difficult to get an exact total but I've seen credible figures that show Boeing, alone, has been awarded over $90 Billion in DoD contracts since 2006.

Yet, the Chicago Tribune has spent a better part of this year highlighting individual cases of pension fraud. Because theft is wrong and Unionized pension theft is really wrong since it's stealing tax payer money, just like Boeing but on such microscopic scale in comparison. However, the last article on Boeing from the Chicago Tribune is from October 26 and it highlights the $17.7 Billion in revenue and $1.1 Billion in profits boeing made in the 3rd Quarter of 2011.

It would be easy for any company to post Quarterly profits in the Billions when they are committing case after case and Hundreds of Millions in fraud (a nice white collar word for Theft). So, why is it when a Corporation like Boeing commits theft on a massive and Nation ruining scale, the presses are silent?

When a Corporate Criminal Enterprise known as Boeing attempts to bust their Union;

Boeing officials said in a video-taped press statement that, "the overriding factor (in transferring the line) was not the business climate. And it was not the wages we’re paying today. It was that we cannot afford to have a work stoppage, you know, every three years."

why is the press not running a news story everyday as with the individual cases of thousands of dollars in pension theft?

Why when Boeing attempts to harm American workers and turns to the Republican Party for aid in eliminating workers jobs and slashing workers rights is there so little coverage by the major newspaper in the city, in which, that company is Headquartered?

Why does the Tribune not ask Republican Congressman Darrel Issa, the richest member of Congress, to recuse himself from the Boeing and National Labor Relations Board case? Why?

Because, when Workers get all uppity and shit it's time to bring in the Republican One Percenters like Darrel Issa to aid a Criminal Corporate Enterprises in undercutting government regulations and workers rights, safety and... Jobs. The role of the Republican Party is to keep the 99% down.

Some of them are totally unfounded. It was not the banks that created the mortgage crisis. It was, plain and simple, Congress who forced everybody to go and give mortgages to people who were on the cusp."

Thank You Mayor Bloomberg for pointing out this Economic Disaster was accomplished at the behest of the 1% by the REPUBLICAN PARTY. This is a Republican Recession. This is the Economic Collapse is the Fault of the Republican Party.

Okay not exactly, the current Recession is being pushed on America by the Rich 1% Plutocrats with the vicious Republican dogs and conservative dupes aiding them. Bloomberg can't help himself. His Aristocratic sensibilities are offended by the sight of the 99% expressing their 1st Amendment Rights. But, let's not forget the Wall Street Criminals and Bank Thieves could not have accomplished this theft of Billions without the aid of the Republican Party. But, unlike what the alternate reality the Rightwing revisionists are trying to sell these days the Government didn't force any bank, any lender to make these loans. The Banksters and Wall Street Criminals wanted the housing bubble and choose the Republicans in Congress and the White House to push through legislation making their crimes "legal".

It doesn't even start with Senator Phill Gramm or the Gramm-Leach-Bliley repeal of Glass-Steagal in 2000. It doesn't end with the Heritage Foundation's 2001 ridiculous claims the Bush Tax Cuts on the Wealthy would accomplish the following:

1) Effectively pay off the federal debt;
2) Reduce the federal surplus by $1.4 trillion;
3) Substantially increase family income;
4) Save the entire Social Security surplus;
5) Increase personal savings;
6) Create more job opportunities.

No this Republican Recession is not an accident. It is the culmination of the Republican Party's Owners to shrink Government down to be drowned in a bathtub. The despicable Grover Norquist, originator of the Drowning phrase, longtime conservative smear merchant, long-time partner of convicted criminal Jack Abramoff, president of the conservative Americans for Tax Reform, said President Bush will be remembered “long after people can no longer pronounce or spell Fallujah.”

And Grover will be correct. Bush's "Ownership Society" ideals, which began when he was Governor of Texas in the 1990s, will be remembered in US History classes as the either, the realization of a long held Republican goal, the destruction of the Middle Class, the largest Transfer of Wealth to the Richest 1%, and the creation of perpetual Wage Slavery for America or the rise of #Occupy and the beginning of the Renaissance of the American People.

Once Bush got into the White House (and in his spare time of ordering Americans to torture, making up stories about phantom Iraqi WMDs, and not spending much time worrying about Osama Bin Laden) Bush was aiding and abetting Alan Greenspan and the Wall Street Thieves in creating an financial housing bubble in which Wall Street would end up receiving Trillions of dollars under the guise of helping everyone own a home, "And part of it is working together as a Nation to encourage folks to own their home." The really bad credit default swaps, the really divorced from reality derivative gambling, the really evil chop and blend bundling of worthless toxic assets into AAA rated loans occurred between 2002-2006, at a time the White House, Supreme Court, House of Representatives, and Senate were all completely dominated by Republicans.

Almost 3,000 people have been arrested for activities that caused minimal, if any, injury to our society. At the same time, no financiers have been arrested for blatant legal violations, probably including extensive fraud, which have led millions of people to suffer and have practically brought our great nation to its knees.

They went after Bernie Madoff only because he stole from the Rich. Remember the Rich operate by a different set of rules. And it's these Different Rules (i.e. Laws) which have allowed these Banking Criminals and DoD Defrauders to amass huge fortunes. It is NOT as the Republican Party would have you believe that Wall Street succeeds by superior drive, work ethic, motivation, talent and gumption.

Matt Taibbi points out Wall Street Hoods and Thieves aren't winning by working harder or smarter, they are getting ahead by Cheating and by paying off Policing agents and by rewriting laws to make their crimes legal.

3) Reinstitute the Stock Trade and Exchange Tax at around 0.25%. Make Banks and Wall Street gamblers pay for their own bailouts. We had one from 1914 to 1966.
4) Empower the Consumer Protection Agency, Security and Exchange Commission, DoD Oversight and any other committee which will enforce laws and actually regulate and hold accountable these corrupt Corporate Criminals.

But, despite the obvious appeal to natural law, US legal precedents, equal treatment, and economic fairness, the 1% are deploying their Rightwing Smear Merchants and handpicked Republicans to obfuscate, distort and Lie.

As every Conservative knows when the narrative doesn't conform to your bigoted rightwing views simply manufacture quotes, attribute them to your liberals and propagate them amongst the conservative blog-o-sphere. Meet Jeremy, 38 year old slacker from Occupy Toronto or Occupy Wall Street,

Of course, that didn't stop Rick Perry from repeating it at an erstwhile campaign stop, and from it becoming Internet Fact amongst Rightwing Liars.

The 1% are not going to stop. They have been oppressing people and stealing for so long, they hold it to be their Right. The Divine Right of the One Percent. The images from the Police dispersing OccupyOakland apparently with tear gas, "flash-bangs", and shotgun fired beanbags rounds (all of which the Oakland PD deny using) are disturbing. But, not shocking. These actions are what the 1% want from Police across the country. The Police have always been tasked with keeping the Demos in line, mainly with petty criminal statutes but when necessary by mass arrests in sweep and clear paramilitary type operations. So, as in Boston and other cities the Oakland Police Chief and Command Structure have just ensured enmity between Police Officers and People for a couple decades.

As always Police Officers are put in the worst position, just like front line soldiers, because the Rich and Powerful REMFers never, ever place their "skin in the game". Just remember while the 4 am raids are going on, Racist Limbaugh is "Dreaming of Riots in Denver."

Now, the Occupation protests present a huge tactical and logistical nightmare for Public Officials and Police Officers. There is, unfortunately, a likelihood of crime occurring in these make-shift encampments. Plus, when one adds in the waste management and trash disposal issues, not too many cities want a shanty-town to grow up in their midsts. But, the thing that is really driving the massive arrests and violence against American citizens is the message they are bringing;

Stop catering to and enforcing the Whims of the Wealthy. Stop the Classacre upon the Middle and Working Classes.

The Big Picture success of OWS has been the shifting of the focus from austerity measures (i.e. The Massive Transfer of Wealth Upwards) and to addressing the struggle of the 99% and the terrible burden the Entitled 1% have caused with their blatant criminal greed and thievery. OWS has caused a fundamental shift, which the 1% are desperate to shut down.

But, to me the #OccupyRevolutions more impressive accomplishments are how, in less than a month's time, their experiment in direct democracy is succeeding, while also handling the day-to-day issues of food preparation & distribution network, internal security measures, medical services, trash removal and sanitation. As a Police Officer and a Big Government loving liberal I applaud their efforts to regulate, clean up, and police the area.

When I first went downtonw to OccupyChi, I was encouraged because some of those early members had already created a police liasion. It seemed the protesters had at least grasped the idea that working with the Police to accomodate small rules would help them avoid the crackdowns the NYPD and Michael Bloomberg were exerting upon OWS.

I thought eventually the OccupyChi Protesters and the everyday down-in-the-streets Chicago officers could work to ameliorate conflicts. It would bring together a positive police presence in the encampment whom the protesters could learn to trust.

It is my opinion that officers conducting spot checks, watching for plain sight crimes and roving meet and greet patrols, amongst the Protesters while they are on public property or in the early morning hours would have fallen under the standards established by the Courts in the Terry v. Ohio ruling (Terry Stops). It could have kept unsavory or criminal elements away from the Protesters and would not have been a violation of 1st or 4th Amendment Rights.

Well, this of course, was not to be as OccupyChi has twice been cleared from Grant Park after midnight raids from the Police. The repeated raids, sweep-and-clear mass arrests, destruction of property and iron fist tactics are not going to stop.

I DO NOT agree with and shall never agree with these type of tactics. Early morning raids, tear gas, mass detentions conducted on the Protesters for what amounts to a Municipal Park District Ordinance Violation is Unconstitutional.
