The Revenge of The Thin Blue Line 31: Covid didn't kill those Cops Conservative Propaganda did

For the 3rd straight year, Covid is the prime killer of Police Officers in the United States.  I know Coppers everywhere want to claim that they are facing here-to-fore unprecedented dangers on the job but, the truth is Police Officers are so incurious, so reactionary, so petulant that they would rather die of a illness which a few small steps could prevent just to Own the Libs all while slavishly adhering to the Propaganda Campaign of Faux News and the rightwing internet;

A new report released Wednesday by the National Law Enforcement Officers Memorial Fund looked at preliminary data and found that 226 federal, state, tribal and local law enforcement officers died last year while in the line of duty. Of those deaths, 70 can be attributed to COVID-19. However, this is an 83% decline compared to the 405 officers who died from COVID-19-related complications in 2021.

281 Officers died of COVID-19 complications in 2020.  Meanwhile, Officers continue to fantasize about Fentanyl poisoning and delude themselves that BLM Thugs are around every corner waiting to murder them.  In reality, suicide and heart disease are the biggest killers of Police Officers and white men in America.

Conservatives don't actually care about Law Enforcement.  Blue Lives Matter has always been naught but, a rhetorical cudgel to Bash the Left.  When it comes to a macro respect for Law & Justice conservatives have shown time and time again that they believe the Law exists to afflict, constrain and punish women, LGBTQ, minorities, Democrats, and anyone who doesn't know their place and role in their White Supremacist Society. 

Understand the Right (in America and elsewhere) is now fully invested and in full agitprop attack mode that the Covid Vaccine causes myocarditis, blood clots, and is killing thousands of people daily because they can not admit they were wrong about Covid, they were wrong about mitigation factors like masking and social distancing, and they are wrong about the efficacy and protective nature of the Vaccination protocol.  Too admit any of that would be to admit the entire edifice of their political and personal belief systems are rotten and untenable. 

The Died Suddenly Twitter account, which boasts an authoritative blue check mark it received after paying $8 a month, memorializes a long list of people who, we are led to believe, died of the vaccine, including the voice of Batman, Kevin Conroy, who very recently passed away from intestinal cancer. Except that scrolling through these names, it becomes apparent the list includes anyone who died suddenly, who died after a short illness, who died after a long illness, who died of cancer or of an immune condition or of a viral infection. Their vaccination status is often not even known. Basically, everybody dying after the vaccines were rolled out has now been killed by the jab.

It started with deliberately lying about the VAERS reporting in 2020, continued throughout the ridiculous magnetism and 5G microchip claims of lunatic rightwingers and has now coalesced into an international well-funded and powerfully motivated campaign.  Expect the misinformation, disinformation, and outright lies, to continue to grow and spread because The Killer Jab and DIED SUDDENLY narrative gives great power over peoples' lives to Rightwingers and that is what the Global Right wants; the Power to control you and the power to kill you. 

And if a few dozen Police Officers die?  Well their Thin Blue sacrifice is the price the Authoritarian Right is willing to pay in the quest to create their Fascist Dystopia.

Right-wing domestic terrorist kills 2 Iowa Police Officers and conservatives don't care

Unless, someone helps advance the evil conservative agenda they do not count as real Americans. Nor do conservatives honor those who do not hold to right-wing orthodoxy. It matters not if you are a Veteran or Police Officer if you oppose them, conservatives will engage in the politics of personal destruction against you.

Conservatives don't give a shit about Cops. On every issue conservatives are bloodsucking parasites who view people as a means of advancing the right-wing agenda of intolerance, oppression, and the adulation of the rich.

The ambush and execution style murder of two Iowa Police Officers, would seem to fulfill the right-wing rhetoric of Obama's and #BlackLivesMatter War on Cops except the alleged murderer is a Trump-lovin', confederate flag wavin', white power spoutin' red-blooded white american name Scott Michael Greene.

Thus, Faux News and the right-wing internet are silent. This attack on Police doesn't conform to their propaganda, it doesn't advance their agenda, it doesn't aid the conservative slow moving coup d'état; thus it is as if it never happened.

Of course, the murderer was allowed to surrender even after killing two cops in two separate ambush style attacks. Personally, I'm okay with his capture because the Iowa State Police and FBI should be able to garner intel from this killer but, the fact that this Trump supporting cop killer can surrender and not be immediately shot dead after killing two officers will not surprise the black and other minority communities, who are never afforded the opportunity to surrender when unarmed.

As we have seen over and over again, right-wing domestic terrorism is coddled and encouraged in America, especially because the perpetrators are overwhelmingly white males. We have an entire News Organization, large swaths of the internet, and elected Republicans officials espousing armed revolution and the removal President HRC immediately after her winning the election. So, two, or three or more dead Cops killed to advance the right-wing take over of America is a price conservatives are willing to pay and willing to extract.

The Suicide of GI Joe Gliniewicz

I was very nearly ordered months back to be part of the "Honor" Guard, which drew Police Officers from across the country, for fallen Fox Lake Lt. Charles Joseph Gliniewicz. Due to my misgivings about Gliniewicz, I did not want to attend or be associated in anyway with the detail and fortunately two more senior Officers took the detail.

At the time of the incident, I had my suspicions about the "homicide" of Lt Gliniewicz. But, many Police Officers, including some I work with, took this as more evidence in the War on Cops aided by the villianous President Barack Obama and the thuggish #BlackLivesMatter movement. Thus, everyone rushed to quickly deify Gliniewicz and he was showered with honors and his family with monies.

Sadly today, Lake County Authorities announced Gliniewicz took his own life and staged a false crime scene, to cover his suicide.

While Gliniewicz created a crime scene designed to appear as though three suspects had attacked him and shot him with his own weapon there were holes and inconsistencies which became apparent and undercut the belief it was a homicide.

Why had his squad car sat for nearly 20 minutes at the location prior to him calling off he was investigating 3 suspicious persons (2 white males and 1 black male) in the area.

If there was a fight why were there no key-ups? I've been in my share of on duty fights with suspects (and others) and once you hear the intermittent key-ups you know a 10-10 is in progress.

I know two fellow Officers, NIPAS team members, who were on scene that day and the fatal wound on Gliniewicz was difficult to explain. The working theory was that after having fought with and taken Gliniewicz's gun from him, they shot him once in the chest (causing him to double over) before luckily placing the final shot downwards behind his outer vest carrier at the neck.

Officers conducting a search of the nearby marsh-lands reportedly began to "fall-out" and tear up their uniforms within 10 minutes of searching in the swampy area. 3 perps running from the scene would have shredded themselves or been so bogged down as to quit running outright.

Tracking K-9's had no hits and developed no leads from the scene of the incident.

But, nonetheless the FBI and Major Crimes Task Force investigated the incident as a homicide. Until Lake County Coroner Thomas Rudd spoke at a news conference a few days later that he was not going to rule the death a homicide.

And that's when all the rumors began to circulate. One of the worst was Gliniewicz had engaged in indecent illegal behavior with children in his Fox Lake Young Police Explorers club.

Another 3 a.m. theory was Gliniewicz was involved in theft and fraud with the former Fox Lake Police Chief Mike Behan, who had hastily retired amidst allegations of official misconduct along with another Fox Lake Officer, and the three had met out there to discuss options when Gliniewicz was ambushed and killed in order to keep him quiet.

While a Hollywood Style Dirty Cop scenario didn't happen, it appears Gliniewicz took his own his life because he was stealing. Thousands of pages of documents reveal GI Joe was embezzling funds from his Police Explorer's group and was worried that Fox Lake Village Administrator Anne Marrin was about to be uncover his criminal activity.

Betrayal is the word used by many about this incident and the entirety of Charles Joseph Gliniewicz's life and death.

Update:
Besides his years long con and thievery, the worst aspect of Gliniewicz's "carefully staged suicide" is the danger he put fellow his officers in, he risked the lives of his so-called brothers-in-blue and even worse  he put the three innocent men he tried to frame for his "murder" in danger of being killed.

The "suspcious" two whites and a black men could very easily have been gunned down by a righteous Police Officer seeking "justice" and those individuals were idnetified and questioned.

But, now the focus has shifted to his complicit wife and eldest son and it seems highly probable that both knew about GI Joe's thefts and most likely were engaged in the scams as well.

This who debacle also reflects so badly on the Police and authorities. Some of this information revealed was known back then how could they in good conscience go forward with that sham of a Parade and Funeral Ceremony?
