I'm Sure glad the Republicans keep telling me Global Warming is a Myth

Because if they didn't "catapult the propaganda" I might be worried about day after day of cross-country record breaking 100+ degree temperatures, Mars-like drought conditions and increasingly violent and bizzare wind and storm patterns.

But, as Paul Mulshine of the New Jersey Star Ledger points out, damn the evidence assailing your mind and body everyday, he doesn't believe in it so it's not true! Mulshine commits several Global Warming Denier tropes,

First scientists need to sort out all the possible causes of climate change in a system with an almost endless number of variable.

There's too many variables just stick your head up your own ass and 100 degrees won't feel hot!

It's part and parcel of the anti-science right-wing climate change deniers. There's too much to study so why study any of it! Al Gore!!! The Bible contradicts what's happening!

But, while most conservatives continue to allow themselves to be duped into violent foaming at the mouth incoherence at the mere mention that the climate is being destroyed, mainly by rich powerful Corporate negligence, regular Americans understand what is happening,

However from the Denver Post comes this article; Officials disagee on ability of nation's old, thin air tanker fleet,

Heavy air tankers are not a panacea for fighting fires.

They don't extinguish blazes, but they can be used to strategically lay retardant on a fire line to suppress flames and slow the spread of a fire until ground crews arrive.

Tankers are most effective in the initial stages of fighting a wildland fire, able to keep small fires from growing large. Studies have shown that one or two tankers can be as effective as eight large helicopter tankers in the initial attack. In the past, a goal was to have tankers in strategic areas so that they could get to a newly reported fire within 20 to 30 minutes.

A 2009 report by the U.S. Department of Agriculture's Office of Inspector General estimated that 150 fires escaped initial attack in 2007 alone, (G_e_G note: When Obama was President!!!) costing the federal government up to $450 million more than it would have spent if the fires were stopped in their earliest stages.

It's impossible to know whether the High Park fire could have been stalled in its early stages on June 9 when the lightning-caused fire blew up.

First signs of the fire were called in to dispatchers about 6 a.m. A smaller single-engine air tanker, which can carry about 800 gallons of retardant, was over the fire by 9 a.m.
A heavy air tanker sent from Grand Junction was on the fire by noon, according to Steve Segin, spokesman for the Rocky Mountain Area Coordination Center. Windy, dry and hot conditions that day blew the fire out of control.

Officials say they are satisfied with the aerial resources attacking the fire, which include five heavy air tankers stationed at the Rocky Mountain Metropolitan Airport in Broomfield — two CV-580s from an agreement with the Canadian Interagency Forest Fire Centre and three P2Vs under contract through private companies.

The newest plane in the group is 51 years old. The oldest was built in 1953.

That last line would never be quoted by the likes of Michelle Malkin because that would indict Ronnie Raygun and George W(orst President Ever) Bush.

The sickening part of all this is the Republican Party has fought to destroy any Federal program to protect the environment because the Free Market does everything better. There is no doubt nor any reasonable discussion concerning global climate change. It has occurred in the past, it is occurring now, and it will continue to occur in the future. The only area for debate is the amount of impact positive and negative that man can have on the world. This should not be a political issue but guess who wants to make it one, that's right, the Republican Party.

Now some Republicans are climate change deniers out of brazen political machinations. Battered conservative voters hate the world and demand America be different, so if the world scientific community agrees climate change is happening then conservatives reflexively demand their politicians deny it.

But other Republican seek to impose their religious bigotry and ignorance onto America. Such as Republican Congressman John Shimkus of Illinois.



"I believe that is the infallible word of god," Shimkus declared because jesus whispers it into his ear every night in the original Aramaic that climate change isn't real, carbon dioxide makes for good breathing, and miners hate mine safety laws because they aren't in the bible or Constitution.

So, no amount of evidence will ever be enough for Shimkus because everything on earth (besides the bible) is coated in man's inherent evilness and as such can never dissuade him. John Shimkus is now vying for the leadership spot of the House Energy and Commerce Committee.

Get used to it America. The 300 Republican Tyrants in the Federal Government are going to run your life. The 300 Republican Tyrants are going to decide (often times based on a collection of bronze age myths of desert nomads) what is best for you, what you can and can not do with your body, what your quality of life will be and for how long they work you until Republicans deem you to old or ineffective and leave you to die.

This issue most assuredly crosses party lines. But, as Mark Kirk is in Illinois, where I live and vote, and Kirk is running for President Obama's Senate Seat that's where I'll concentrate.

Mark Kirk is currently a Reserve Officer in Naval Intel. Apparently, feeling he had to buttress his accomplishments, as he runs for The US Senate, Kirk claimed to have won the Navy's Intel Officer of the Year award. He didn't and this wasn't simply a matter of wearing the wrong unit citation but an intentional misrepresentation.

But, it won't matter because the Republican Party only cares about winning. And they may believe there's an added bonus to winning Obama's seat, a kind of added victory or momentum changer. So I guarantee the RNC, Fox News and Seditious Right Wing Blogs will continue to back Mark Kirk. He's a Republican and it's okay to be a lying slime bucket as long as you advance the Republican ideals of Rape, Theft and Murder.

Republicans and Conservatives choose Power over Principle and Elections over Ethics. IOKIYAR. That is why Republicans feel no shame in lying; Their Battered Voters choose political power over morality and pride and will vote in Liars and Cowards without compunction.

Kirk has allowed his Congressional profile and media appearances to leave Americans the impression he fought in Iraq, he didn't, and that he isn't a sniveling REMF (Rear Echelon Mother Fucker), he is. Climategate was a complete and utter lie. Conservatives and Republicans when faced with evidence and truth simply fabricate lies to confuse their supporters. But, Republicans and Conservatives aren't going to stop. Since they propped an actor up in the White House, the Right witnessed the power and money they could accumulate with lies. The Right's Campaign of Deceit culminated in the murderous Bush Regime. An 8 year orgy of theft, rape and murder. No branch of government was safe, no institution was safe, no document sacrosanct to be destroyed by a bunch of Punk Ass Bitch Chicken Hawks who sneered and mocked America sending men off to their death so Republicans could line their pockets with blood profit while tearing down Nations abroad and at Home.

The Right has a multi-pronged attack. Hours of radio air time is taken up by flabby breasted, wide assed cowards whose only mission is to lie as often and about as many topics as possible. Elected Republicans only job once in Congress is to get on TV and lie about everything they can. The Right when faced with historical or scientific truth which don't conform to their lies take the Orwellian approach of changing books.



And when their recent lies are exposed The Right doesn't apologize they attack, write books, and go on tour further lying to cover up their exposed lies. It is the most insidious and yet the simplest plan ever devised.

Global Warming Proven

So, April 1st and 2nd saw back to back days of 83 degrees in Chicago, a full 30 degrees higher than average and breaking a record high set in 1946.

Thus Global Warming was unequivocally proven and smug pig-faced Sean Hannity with much chagrin apologized for saying 'Global Warming where are you? We want you back' a scant two months prior.

Bill Nye the Science Guy

Bill Nye had an appearance on Rachel Maddow's show wherein he corrected the Redupelicans, who don't understand the difference between climate and weather. Nye correctly labels Beck, Hannity, and all of Fox as unpatriotic.

To be sure, it is possible that some of these people really did or do believe that a snowstorm in February proves something about climate. But, much more reasonable to me is that they are doing their best to mislead their audiences.

Since the stakes are so very high for every human that will live into this century, I encourage those people to cut it out.

Nye is a reasonable educated man, exactly the type of person Fox News hates. Of course, the punk ass bitch conservatives would believe Sean Hannity and Fox News over Bill Nye because Hannity and Fox tell them what they want to hear... And Hannity and the Redupelican Party tell their vegetative zombiesque followers what their corporate controllers want them to hear...

Winter and the Climate

Well, Winter has officially arrived in the Chicago-land area with the heavy wet snow dumped on us. That Earth's Climate changes with time is an incontestable fact, the point at issue is; Can man-made causes affect the Climate?

The Republicans led by Fox News and their Punk Ass Bitch Conservative base have finally played their trump card when it comes to the issue: Scientists are engaged in a massive conspiracy to foist the Hoax of Global Warming onto the world.

That is exactly what is being set forward with the stolen emails and the Sean Hannity led Fox News push to convince their followers that Scientists are engaged in the, "Biggest scientific fraud, I think, in our lifetime."

But, it's not merely man-made climate change, Sean Insannity is questioning. He like most Punk Ass Bitch Right Wing Conservative Terrorists hate science in general and while I think climate change is not a settled issue, I'm cognizant the same group of lying Teabaggers claim Evolution is a Giant Hoax and various other Scientists and Educators are engaged in a cross scientific discipline World-Wide Multi-Generational Conspiracy.

Republicans have for years been cultivating proudly ignorant members; Championed by Queen Semi-Mayor Sarah Hot and Palin who has turned Active Ignorance into her Crown and Scepter. And funded by Billionaires (Charles Koch and David Koch for instance) they spend millions to undercut education and ensure Americans reach adulthood ignorant and violently stupid.

The Right wants to divorce Americans from learning and understanding and make them dependent and pliable to the Control of the Anti-Human Anti-Science Right, which views the American people and the Planet as a giant reservoir of money for the Republican Elite to tap into and drain at their leisure.

Global Warming is Baloney!

I have no idea if man made pollution can cause, contribute or affect climate change. However, it is of interest those who decry Global Warming also think Evolution to be false.

What I do know is under the Bush Regime protections for the enviroment were ignored or cut so companies which support The Toxic Republican Party could dump massive amounts of toxins, garbage and pollutants into our water, land and air.

BP acknowledged that for the last six years its Whiting refinery violated federal pollution limits on benzene, a highly toxic chemical linked to leukemia and other health problems.

BP reported that it had processed too much benzene at the refinery's sewage treatment plant, about 15 miles southeast of Chicago.

Last year alone, the company processed more than 95 tons of benzene waste -- about 16 times the amount allowed. BP also violated the 6-ton limit from 2003 to 2007.

This isn't the first time the Whiting Refinery has violated U.S. and Indiana EPA regulations. In October 2008,

Federal regulators say BP PLC violated the Clean Air Act by beginning to make modifications at its Indiana oil refinery along Lake Michigan to process Canadian crude without the proper permit.

The EPA said in November the modifications caused "significant increases" in sulfur dioxide, nitrogen oxide, particulate matter and carbon monoxide emitted from the refinery.

So during the Bush anti-science Regime BP felt comfortable in violating the EPA standards and the Clean Air Act. It's no secret why because the bureacrats who care about maximizing profits had the Toxic Pro Human Pain and Suffering Party of Deferments morons using their power and position to declare any curbs on pollution is the equivalent of kissing Al Gore's butt.

Global Warming, as the result of man's actions, is not proved Science. However, like so many issues, the environment has been captured by political partisans and turned into an all or nothing litmus tests. Either you are a sycophantic Al Gore butt kisser or you must allow coal plants to directly pump smoke from their plants into day care centers.

The recent push has been Clean Coal Campaign. I know there are several types of coal and each grade of coal has differing qualities, minute contents and burns differently. I also know the cause of Coal Workers' Pneumoconiosis (the infamous Black Lung Disease) isn't at all mysterious.

I think coal can be used but I'm conflicted because I know from reading and official statements many of those who fervently deny Global Warming also just as fervently deny Evolution and seem to be against any sort of regulation on air, water and ground pollution. And this leads to things of which I am not conflicted, say when British Petroleum successfully lobbies the State Government of Indiana to poison people by continuing to dump Mercury directly into Lake Michigan.

Mercury is toxic, people including Chicagoans drink water from Lake Michigan, people eat fish from the Lake. It is unacceptable for such direct poisoning of people to continue merely because a few grubby dollars have been thrust into the right hands.

Also, the quite ridiculous and now extinct Clean Coal Carolers didn't add anything constructive to the debate and fortunately superwoman Rachel Maddow corrected described what Frosty the Coal Lump really was:

"But what strikes me is that this is a PR technique that is aimed at the American consumer. This is broadly trying to make Americans like the idea of coal and feel cuddly about it." (From the Rachel Maddow Show 12/11/08).

What needs to be done is those wedded to the Right/Left divide need to expunge the fanatics and come together in attempt to dispassionately study the issue and come to some unbiased conclusions. Of course this will never happen and we'll be left with:
