Aaron Schock doesn't want you to know what Crimes he pulled as a Congressman

Former Congressman Aaron Schock has claimed 5th Amendment protections for documents, papers and correspondence generated from his Congressional Office.

"No court has recognized that a public official (specifically a U.S. Representative) has a constitutional right under the Fifth Amendment to avoid the compelled production of publicly-funded, non-private, public or official records within his official (specifically his official congressional) office," Assistant U.S. Attorney Timothy Bass said.

What's that? You're stunned Faux News isn't running segment after segment about the criminal malfeasance of a Congressman? And the efforts to get obvious official public documents hidden from the eyes of the public? Then you must be unfamiliar with the acronym IOKIYAR.

Schock's profligate ways and dandified airs raised nary a peep of concern over at the conservative media because Schock could be counted on to vote the proper way and advance the Conservative Agenda of Oppression, Intolerance and Adulation of the Rich.

So, now Republican Darin LaHood is most likely going to take Schock's seat and be expected to toe-the-line and if he gets in trouble like Schock, or David Vitter, or Mark Sanford, or Mark Foley, or any of the other Criminal Republicans, Faux News, their conservative drones, and their Plutocratic Masters will ensure the Reactionary Agenda continues moving forward as Conservatives seek to shackle the American People into Corporate Bondage and Wage Slavery.

So, a name and picture of Aaron Schock's "Luggage Lifter" has been released. Mock, Paper, Scissors uncovered the Link and his name is Jonathon.

Despite not being a staff member (giggity) of Aaron Schock's till September 2014, Jonathon Link has been the unofficial offical videographer/photographer documenting Schock's Rad Time as a Congressman. Schock has been billing the American People, accepting hundred's of thousands of dollars in undeclared gifts, and possibly misappropriating funds from his Generation Y PAC for his and his big staff's (giggity) trips to the Aegean Sea, India, the ski slopes of Colorado and frequent big ticket events.

The revelations keep coming out. In September Schock and 10 members of his staff spent at least $10,000 taxpayer dollars to attend the Global Citizen Festival in New York City. Obviously, this was essential to understanding the lives of the people in his district. And Schock has been billing taxpayers more than a $1000-a-month for travel expenses inside his district alone!

Schock supposedly represents the blue collar downstate Illinois District 18, which includes Bloomington-Normal, Springfield and Peoria. Peoria's median income is $40,000 with a median home value of $127,000. Or basically what Aaron Schock spends on travel for ONE of his fabulous staff getaways and what he spent for the Downton Abbey renovations on his D.C. Office. I doubt the conservatives in Peoria, Illinois care that Schock was living the Cowabunga Dudebro life courtesy of the Illinois and U.S. Taxpayer. It is Always Okay if you are a Republican.

Congressman Aaron Shock (R-Illinois 18th District), another of the young Republican Males seeking to exert their Dudebro ideas on the Nation is in trouble for yet another Ethics Violation and misuse of Taxpayer dollars.

First and Foremost, IOKIYAR. Now that's out of the way, Wonkette is rereporting,

Rep. Aaron Schock, R-Ill., has repeatedly spent taxpayer and campaign funds to rent aircraft that are not certified charter services, despite House rules and federal law that generally prohibit the use of private aircraft for official and campaign use. 

House rules have some exemptions, such as an Ethics Committee waiver that allows a lawmaker to use a private plane. Neither Schock nor his representatives, however, replied to repeated e-mails and calls about whether he obtained permission for the flights.

This comes after revelations that Schock spent over a $100,000 U.S. Taxpayer dollars getting his D.C. Congressional Offices completely renevated in a DownTown Abbey motif and it was uncovered that Schock sold his home for a whopping $925,000 to former Caterpillar executive Ali Bahaj, also a Schock donor, during the Housing Crash and Republican Recession.

Schock's Congressional Homepage, proudly proclaims how he worked to weaken EPA regulations as payback for the money given to him Caterpillar. It also unironically states, it was discovered that a federal agency spent over $800,000 for a 2010 conference held in Las Vegas. This type of lavish spending is unacceptable and as a result, I supported legislation in both the 112th and 113th Congress that seeks to bring transparency to the process...

Lavish Spending is Unacceptable... for thee NOT for me, the personal Dudebro lifting mantra of the unethical and lawless Aaron Schock. The Party of Personal Responsibility Strikes Again.

Since I wrote this post there have been more revelations of the Party Dude lifestyle Congressman Aaron Schock has been leading. Including using Taxpayer Money for deep-tissue massages, Katy Perry Concerts, Super Bowl Tickets and tickets to the Country Music Awards. Must be Fabulous to be a young white Republican because you get to jet to Aspen for the weekend all the while being free to slash food aid to sick and poor while never having to worry about criminal prosecution because IOKIYAR.
