Fat Matt Schlapp sexually assaulted some guy's lap while CPAC clapped

One of the obvious explanations for the Gay Panic exhibited by the likes of Fvcker Carlson and so many other rightwingers is they are closeted homosexuals, who hate themselves.  While this might be the case for the occasional conservative male it's too broad a brush stroke which excuses their inexcusable behavior while also humanizing their inhumanity towards the LGBTQ community.

It's more likely, these men are simply assholes.

In the case of Matt Schlapp it's incontrovertible the man is a ripe asshole and a sexual abuser.

There have apparently been rumors of homosexual liaisons involving Matt Schlapp at the CPAC conventions which he frequents in his position as the Chairman.

The sexual assault allegation which has emerged is that a Herschel Walker event in Georgia on October 19th last year a conservative Walker campaign staffer was assaulted by a drunken Schlapp first at bars and then while driving as drunken Schlapp grabbed and fondled the man's crotch repeatedly. 

The staffer, in his late thirties, recalled that while he drove Schlapp back to the hotel, Schlapp put his hand on his leg, then reached over and “fondled” his crotch at length while he was frozen in shock, calling it “scarring” and “humiliating.” When they arrived at the hotel, the staffer said Schlapp invited him to his room. The staffer said he declined and left “as quickly as I could.”

When the staffer got home that night, he received a call from Schlapp—shortly after midnight, according to call records the staffer shared with The Daily Beast—to confirm that the staffer would still chauffeur him to an event in Macon the next day. The staffer described the call as “short and perfunctory,” but after confirming he would drive him, the staffer “broke down.” He then recorded a series of tearful video accounts detailing the evening, which he shared with The Daily Beast as well as with two people close to him, including the staffer’s wife.

In a video after the incident and after he reported it to the Walker Senate Campaign, the man states,
“Matt Schlapp of the CPAC grabbed my junk and pummeled it at length, and I’m sitting there thinking what the hell is going on, that this person is literally doing this to me.”

"Pummeled" is a hell of a descriptor.  I have no doubt this happened to the man.  Because if there is one truism which applies to rightwingers everywhere it is they accuse others of actions they themselves engage in (EAIAC = Every Accusation Is A Confession).  Schlapp denied Rapist Justice Boomer O'Kavanugh's allegations while hyping the bullshit bizarro Tara Reade lies (Reade is now just a standard rightwing propagandist hyping The Twitter Files and Defending Russian's Invasion of Ukraine).

But, like all accusations made against high profile Republicans, rightwingers will never believe it because denying the accusation gives them power and keeping the rapist in their position gives them even more power.

In Sarah Polley's autobiography, Run Towards the Danger she lays out the horrific sexual assault she suffered at age 16 at the hands of Jian Ghomeshi.

Sexual Assault is a hole in the criminal justice system.  I don't mean loophole but, the very nature of the criminal justice system (from beginning to end) puts the woman or women on trial because they are the only ones willing to talk therefore their claims are the ones put under, often brutal, examination.  Polley also talks about how she received a lot of advice not to come forward because women find themselves destroyed for coming forward.

Now, the right to not be compelled to speak or testify against oneself when accused is an important protection necessary to keep this Nation or any Democracy from sliding into authoritarianism.  Of course, it is a right which really doesn't matter for people in the lower economic conditions or minorities.  In their case, the Court system is designed and implemented to railroad them through as quickly as possible so other minorities or economically disadvantaged people can also be railroaded.  

The fact the same people who say you can not trust the government absolutely and totally accept every Police report of every extrajudicial killing of a black person, without fail, undermines their so-called distrust of authority.

The same people who wear Daddy rules for dating my daughter t-shirts or loved Brian Kemp pointing a shotgun at his daughter's boyfriend invariably and always say that bitch is lying when a man is accused of rape or faces several accusations.

The same people who say we need guns everywhere for self-defense say women are liars about most men being sexual predators and will always defend men charged with Rape or sexual abuse (provided they are the right sort of men like Roy Moore, child sex trafficker Matt Gaetz, or Donald Trump i.e. full-throated defenders of rightwing ideology).

The same people who declare the world is dangerous and full of wolves, sheep, and sheep dogs declare the rape of a 10 year old was 100% a leftist hoax and make those claims openly and defiantly on Faux News.

The same people who claim to want to defend the children absolutely adore Lauren Boebert even as she writes about her husband cornering a group of little girls and exposing his dick to them.  Lauren Boebert defended her dick flashing husband, in her book, by claiming the little girls where asking for it.

But, what Lauren Boebert is doing in her book is work feverishly to defend the Patriarchy.  White women like Boebert derive their power from the Patriarchy, just as her intellectual forebearers like Sarah Palin, Michele Bachmann, Supreme Court Justice Ginni Thomas, stretching back to Phyllis Schlafly did.  Additionally, non-white men and women can be afforded the protective blanket of the Patriarchy as long as the tout Republican (i.e. white male) supremacy (think Dinesh Dsouza or Candace Owens).

These people, like Boebert, like any of the vicious Trump-loving white women spend all day, everyday adopting extreme anti-woke, anti-CRT, anti-Cancel Culture positions often in the face of direct evidence.  The only way I can reconcile all of this is the patriarchy.  The patriarchy is threatened by Wokeness, by CRT, by Cancel Culture, by liberated women.  And therefore the white women who occupy a special niche just below men, but well above everyone else, in the Patriarchy are threatened as well so what we are witnessing is their vicious Reaction to liberalism, freedom, and equality.  

MAGA and Trumpism is a clear manifestation of The White Male Patriarchy.  But, the patriarchy's roots go back to the founding of the Nation and experienced a revival in the early 20th century with the creationism of Fascism.  Even, white men not normally associated with ULTRA-MAGA beliefs benefit from the cocoon of privilege from the White Male Patriarchy.  Sarah Polley laid out the horrors of the  monstrous production of the 1988 Terry Gilliam film, The Adventures of Baron Munchausen.  Polley talks extensively about being placed, as an 8 year old, in dangerous situations and having no one consistently looking out for her well-being.  Polley describes her lifetime fear of slamming car doors and is describing the aftereffects of trauma which often manifests as PTSD. Gilliam was 48 at the time coming off the "genius film" Brazil (1985) and Time Bandits (1982) and of course Monty Python, so he was afforded wide latitude even as the film spiraled out of control.  Years later Gilliam defended himself to Polley by claiming she seemed so mature for her age.  Gross, but also indicative of what every white male patriarch sees in his privileged world view.  A world which never asks him to temper his "genius" or limit his appetites or see the world through someone else's eyes.

But, if you speak out against the Patriarchy and Rightwing ideology well then you've abrogated your position and will be hounded and threatened (as Republicans Liz Cheney and Adam Kinzinger can attest) or steadily ridiculed, insulted, and reduced to secondary citizens (as Texas Log Cabin Republicans found out in June) because as the current rightwing aphorism goes, 'Get Woke Go Broke'. 

Donald Trump and other Child Rapists are welcome in the Republican Party

"You are fascinated with sex and you don’t care about public policy," Newt Gingrich screams at Megyn Kelly as he refuses to look at his bulbous self in a mirror.

Right-Wingers are bitter clingers to their core beliefs; those beliefs being Bigotry, Hatred, and Projection.

As the allegations mount against Donald Trump, more than 12 women have accused Trump of criminally sexually assaulting them, what has gone under reported amongst each of those terrible accusations are the sexual assaults on children that Trump committed.

Trump himself has admitted he used his position as owner of the Miss Teen USA pageant to leer at undressed teenage girls repeatedly and there is a lawsuit against Trump by a woman "Jane Doe" not yet publicly identified that in 1994 Donald Trump sexually assaulted her when she was 13 years old.

And conservatives, those arbitrators of moral righteousness in America, collectively shrug and yawn. Except the on-line alt-right White Supremacists, who have taken it on themselves to destroy every woman who has come forward labelling the dozens of accusers as #NextFakeTrumpVictim.

As conservatives try to relitigate the 1990's one name that they refuse to mention is Dennis Hastert. Coach Denny was the most powerful Republican in DC after Newt Gingrich's flameout and as Speaker of the House was second in line for the Presidency, during the impeachment proceedings of President Bill Clinton.

Yet, now after revelations of Hastert's evil actions against dozens of boys has come partially to light, the Republican Party and conservatives act as though he never even existed. Save for convicted criminal Tom DeLay, who wrote an impassioned defense of Hastert to the judge overseeing Coach Denny's conviction (for financial improprieties).

In DeLay's letter he glowingly recalls Hastert was "a man of great integrity" who "loves and respects his fellow man" and "he doesn't deserve what he is going through". All told over 50 conservatives and Republicans wrote letters to the judge praising Dennis Hastert and requesting leniency.

In fact, on-line conservatives were far more upset about the evil FBI invading Hastert's precious privacy and the blackmail by one of his victim's, than they were with Hastert's criminal sexual abuse of over a dozen young men.

Another Republican child abuser conservatives pretend never existed is Mark Foley. As details of his predations of 15 year old pages emerged Faux News consistently ran the chyron of Mark Foley (D) and the Drudge Report blamed the young boys for dressing like tarts and tempting Foley.

Of course, this summer found Foley attending Trump rallies seated directly behind Trump, whom no doubt admires Foley's choice of victims.

But, between Hastert, Foley, Donald Trump, Ted Nugent, Rush Limpballs the Republican Party has a distinct flavor of a pro-child rape party. So, it's not surprising Republicans would nominate and support Donald Trump, a child rapist, for President.

But, threaten the alt-right Kin be prepared for the vicious on-line threats of rape and murder from the fascist Trumpenproletariat. Constant death threats have led to Trump's victim, "Jane Doe", to drop her suit no doubt emboldening them to declare all of Trump's numerous accusers are lying.
