Republicans are a deeply evil Party, who believe weird things and ascribe to unpopular policies.  With the elevation of Vice President Kamala Harris to the Democratic nominee for President, Republicans have already found it impossible to contain their bigoted, racist, misogynist, and deeply weird beliefs.

One of the things which doesn't get discussed enough is Republicans absolutely do not believe you should be allowed to live your life as you see fit.  Like their ideological ancestors, the Arch-Traitors of the Confederacy, Republicans believe only they are the true descendants of the Founding Fathers and you should be forced to live under their unenlightened tyrannical theocratic racist rule.  Liberty and Freedom in Republican definition is the liberty and freedom to live as they say.  Liberty and Freedom for them and Slavery for You.  And if you object, well Republicans have in the works "the Staging Grounds" to remove you from the Nation.

For several long decades Republican hatred for the United States of America, has been manifested with movements; Nixon's Southern Strategy, Raygun's silent majority, Newt Gingrich's Contract on America, Dick Cheney's 4th Branch of Government, the Tea Baggers, and now the final culmination of pure undiluted fascism MAGA.  Undergirding this fundamental hatred for the Nation and peoples a belief that only they are the REAL AMERICA which is the motivating animus of rightwing ideology.

Republicans hate you.  They viscerally hate America and wish to fundamentally change the Nation into simulacrum of a Democratic Republic, with hollow forms and tyrannical functions.  Since they have adjudicated themselves the True Americans they do not believe you should be allowed to live freely and therefore they should also get to make the rules for American society.

But, Republicans are desperate right now.  Having convinced themselves the election was in the bag, arrogant elitist Republicans have done no preparation.  Syphilis addled Trump choose utter buffoon MAGAppalachia J.D. Vance, and now following Joe Biden's statesmanlike leadership of ceding power are scrambling for someway to plant to seed that Kamala Harris is somehow "illegitimate" to be President.  This isn't merely going Birther on her ala Barack Obama and the Long-Form Birth Certificate, although that is part of the process.  No, Republicans are setting up to claim she is illegitimate in numerous ways, in order to screw up the upcoming 2024 Presidential Election. 

Of course, Republicans are going to suppress the vote.  Of course, Republicans are going to ratfvck minority polling places, like making sure voting takes hours and people in line are not allowed water.  Of course, Republicans are going to launch lawsuits to disenfranchise Democratic voters.

It's deeply cynical for a Party which lauded the 2016 Electoral College as the correct way to select a President even though he lost by 3,000,000 votes and then has adopted the Big Lie that Trump somehow won the 2020 election despite losing by over 7,000,000 votes and the Electoral College to claim the elevation of Vice President Kamala Harris is an affront to Democracy.

But, right now they are trying to see if a scheme to literally choose the nominee for the Democratic Party can get enough traction.   As I wrote it's deeply cynical and utterly shameless, but with this complicit Corporate Media it might just work as an avenue of attack.  Everyone knows Republicans lie brazenly and are utterly shameless.  Therefore, in the wake of their complete shock at having to face Vice President Kamala Harris, who they understand is going to obliterate the syphilis addled racist rapist in the General Election.

Of course, the Crypto-Nazi Heritage Foundation had already threatened legal action before Joe Biden graciously stepped aside to save America and Democracy.  Theocratic Squeaker of the House Mike Johnson tried to claim the Democratic Party will face numerous legal hurdles and challenges from Republican and rightwing groups.  Enough delays, enough lawsuits, enough injunctions, might be enough to snatch victory away from the American people and hand it to the Republican Traitors.  Remember even though these threats seem hollow, and the legal standing non-existent it's a two-fold part of the Republican fascism;  they confer upon themselves the absolute authority to determine 

We're in for a tough next 100 days.  Republican terrorists and traitors are going to do everything the can to destroy America.  But, though they do their worst, We, the People shall do our best.

Thus far, very fortunately, the entire Democratic Party, elected officials, and organizations inside the Party have coalesced around Vice President Harris and combined with the record number of donations from first time and small money donors it illustrates together with a united front against Republican Fascism we will win;  

And that is what I will continue to do in the days and weeks ahead. I will do everything in my power to unite the Democratic Party — and unite our nation — to defeat Donald Trump and his extreme Project 2025 agenda.

It appears the only thing which is going to save the Untied States from a Fascist Ron DeSSantis Presidency is Ron DeSantis himself.  The stench of dead fish Red Tide wafts not only from Florida beaches but from Ron himself.

The Corporate Media were stepping all over their own dicks to anoint DeSSantis the next Republican candidate for President! back in May, since then the unlikeable smarmy DeSSantis has steadily dropped and as the more the people see of him the less they like.

A Florida state guard established by the rightwing governor, Ron DeSantis, under the guise of a civilian disaster relief force is instead being trained as an armed, combat-ready militia under his personal command, according to military veteran recruits who have quit the program.

• There are multiple frightening takeaways:
• The psychological and abusive physical tactics used against good-meaning people who signed up, including disabled Veterans.
• Getting the Florida Legislature to drop rules adopted in 2022 of using this group as a disaster response force in Florida and changing their mission to "law enforcement", including outside the state and against "illegal immigration".
• Expanding the budget from $10 to $100 million to purchase military equipment.

“The program got hijacked and turned into something that we were trying to stay away from: a militia,” said Brian Newhouse, a retired 20-year Navy veteran who was chosen to lead one of the State Guard’s three divisions. The original leadership team envisioned a disaster response team of veterans and civilians with a variety of practical skills, according to Newhouse. Two other former military veterans, who asked not to be named for fear of potential consequences and later quit, expressed similar concerns over a change in the State Guard’s mission

Be wary of paramilitaries. When the men with guns who have always claimed to be against the system start wearing uniforms and marching around with torches and pictures of a Leader, the end is nigh. When the pro-leader paramilitary and the official police and military intermingle, the end has come.

This Florida State Guard will end up mimicking the treasonous South Carolina State Militia at Fort Sumter in 1861 if Casey DeSantis has her way.  Understand none of this is concerning whatsoever to millions of conservatives.  Republicans and Rightwingers don't believe in principles of limited government and don't distrust the State.  Republicans yearn to meld the power of their rightwing paramilitary terrorist groups with the legal apparatus of the Department of Justice and mete out "Justice" to the Non-MAGA.  Conservatives jettisoned their so-called beliefs, morals, and ethics long ago, Donald John Traitor Trump merely gave them the green light to let their Fascist Flags Fly.

There is no fundamental difference between today's Republican Party and Apartheid South Africa, the Slave Masters of the Confederacy or Nazi Germany.  The only difference is the power the American GOP wields.

Understand it's not just Pudding Fingers Ron who is determined to make Florida Fascist and Make America Florida.  Recall the things floated and implemented by the Republican Florida Legislature:

• Blog Registration
• Menstrual cycle tracking for all pre-teen and High School girls in the State.
• Arresting black people for voting 
• State interfering with Americans medical care 
• Crushing Pride Month - “First we need to crush Pride Month.  We need to bend our civil rights laws to make it actionable legally for when they do do that because it’s an anti-Christian hate symbol.” - Florida elected Fascist Anthony Sabatini 

These are just some of the egregious overreach by DeSSantis and his pliant Legislature.  A key component of fascist rule is to issue contradictory, confusing, or chaotic rules and to place the onus on well-meaning persons to enforce them.  You then become an unwitting pawn in advancing the rightwing agenda.  Timothy Snyder listed this as his 1st Rule of wannabe Tyrants and authoritarian groups like the Florida Republicans;

The hearing is the culmination of Republicans listening to the bullshit from Charlie Kirk and Dan Bongino and claiming Twitter shadowbanned them and by not mindlessly repeating rightwing lies about the Hunter Biden Laptop cost President Trump the election.

What Republicans realized long ago was the specter of a trial, the allegation of High Crimes, the appearance of impropriety, when stressed with enough Strum und Drang, and accompanied by enough histrionics will reach the Normies who don't pay close attention to politics and often force the regular Corporate Media to help advance the rightwing agitprop by declaring, since Faux News is talking about it we too must also cover it.

Just too be clear, most Republicans spent a large portion of their time in this investigation talking about Hunter Biden's dick.

But, what was especially galling are the revelations that certain accounts, like Libs of TikTok received preferential treatment and protections due to their large reach and influence.  And that's even after multiple violations and direct incitement to violence, but because Chaya Raichik was followed by millions and cited by influential conservatives her account wasn't banned.

And of course, Donald Trump as President demanded Twitter remove Chrissy Teigan tweet calling him a "pussy ass bitch" because Trump is a coward and bully and never picks fights with those who can fight back or have the influence to fight him.

So, this spectacle is just the first of many to come from Republican led House, because Republicans have nothing to offer the American people, no plans, no concepts, no policies, no ideas... nothing.  Just endless outrage.  Endless grievances.  Endless crying.  Endless lying about their 1st Amendment Rights.

Because Republicans know eventually you'll get worn down.  Eventually, you'll throw your hands up and say Fine you win just stop complaining.  And that's when Republicans enact their Agenda; stealing Social Security, Eliminating freedom of movement for women, required reporting by girls of their menstrual cycle, and the recreation of a legally enacted Unequal system of Justice.

A white supermajority of the Mississippi House voted after an intense, four-plus hour debate to create a separate court system and an expanded police force within the city of Jackson — the Blackest city in America — that would be appointed completely by white state officials.

Mississippi’s Legislature is thoroughly controlled by white Republicans, who have redrawn districts over the past 30 years to ensure they can pass any bill without a single Democratic vote. Every legislative Republican is white, and most Democrats are Black.

The appointments by state officials would occur in lieu of judges and prosecutors being elected by the local residents of Jackson and Hinds County — as is the case in every other municipality and county in the state.

Of course, the white Republicans in Mississippi would do this during Black History Month.  Violence from Republicans isn't coming... it's here.  We can see it forms of bureaucratic violence, from the witch hunt trials to the legislative strangulation of certain people.  After a while this sort of legerdemain will not satiate the inherent bloodlust present in the heart and soul of every Rightwinger and Republicans are going to have to offer up more and more of these circuses right up until the time large bodies of conservatives take up arms and begin killing.

Well, now that Abortion is illegal in many states, Police just increased their workload.

First off, Fascists like Puzzi Alito and Coathanger Barrett implement laws and decrees which are often unworkable and leave it to people to try and craft solutions in accordance with those vile and capricious declarations.  Fascists do this without a care and in bad faith because they know diligent, hard-working and honest people will attempt their best to come up with a way to accomplish them.  Either way the Fascists don't care what happens because either the people accede to their whims or they wrack themselves with worry and guilt at being unable to accomplish these Laws.  The Sinister Six are anathema to a functioning Democracy and have destroyed the farce that the United States is a Nation of Laws; it isn't.  The United States is a Nation under the Imperial Theocratic control of 6 Judges; a Supreme Injustice.

Now, I know right off that the point of the Abortion bans is that conservatives want women (and anyone else thinking of aiding women) to know that at any time the Awesome Power of the State can be brought to bear upon them.  That, at almost any moment they can be declared under investigation and subject to all the vicissitudes of a wholly immoral coercive pressure campaign.  So, what 4th Amendment protections are going to be in place?  Because being charged with a crime is an incredibly life-altering moment.  I ask this knowing the Roberts Unjust Court has narrowed 4thTrump. and 5th Amendment protections for many years now and as Justice Ginni Thomas stated in her concurring solo opinion it's time to look at rolling back other liberties, freedoms, and protections for Americans that conservatives do not consider human beings. 

So what other police tactics will be employed to control and punish women?

Repurposing DUI and seatbelt compliance checkpoints to check on the menstrual status of all the females in the vehicle?  Checkpoints at state borders where questions are asked about where the driver and occupants are going?

I expect Republicans are counting on Doctors, Nurses, and Hospital Administrators as their most important assets.  Certainly, there will be collaborators in the Health services who will be more than happy to call the Police every time a woman shows up having suffered a miscarriage.  But, more than that I expect "The People's Representatives" will instruct Judges to issue blanket orders that any woman entering a Hospital consents to having a pregnancy test prior to receiving any and all treatment and that Hospital's are expected to turn over pregnant women's paperwork as a standard operating principle.  So, that a Detective or States Attorney can follow up and see how her mandated pregnancy is proceeding.

It's going to be a shit show of a nightmare for Hospital staff when Officers show up to arrest women.  Of course, a Governor like Tate Reeves, will not blanche at the thought of creating a Police Uterine Division (PUD) and there are a gaggle of Reactionary asshole Cops eager and waiting to be put on some special Vaginal Inspection Task Force.  Assuredly, Republican Attorney's General will readily create teams of Assistant Prosecutors and Investigators tasked with identifying pregnancy terminations and interrogating women about the monthly cycles.

Plus there are legions of men out there who will drop a dime on this or that bitch who dumped them or didn't even fuck them.  Also, any data, tracking app or on-line shopping which might give a clue to a woman's pregnancy status is going to find it's way to the authorities, legally or not.

So the fascists will have their eager enforcers but, in order for this to work properly, it's the rest of those in Police Departments and prosecutorial offices that need to tacitly acquiesce to this madness.  If a regular patrol officer who self-identifies as apolitical and doesn't "have an opinion" about abortion, willingly takes a report and gathers as many facts as possible because he's just doing his job and following orders than we are truly fucked.

Republican Senators Marsha Blackburn, Mitch McConnell, Ted Cruz and others did a media blitz to distract, deflect, and distort from the awful truth of GOP policies and to get their Corporate Media lapdogs to help catapult their propaganda.  As always Republicans are mad that someone accurately reported their positions. Of course, the real crime here is the Rape-publican Party seeking to deprive women in America of freedom and liberty and pushing women into a quasi second-class status by removing their bodily autonomy but, odious Ted Cruz on his podcast and in numerous rightwing media appearances expressed a theory, which augered the direction Republicans will go by harkening back to classic Nazi Propaganda techniques;

First off, while Cruz demands the person be disbarred and jailed I have yet to hear anyone point out the criminal statute that was violated in releasing the initial draft to Politico.  So until one of these Republican "Lawmakers" cites the legal chapter and verse violated they should shut up.  But... they won't because they're playing the Republican Two-Step of pretending Style (the leak) is more important than the Substance (the destruction of women's rights).  But, even if we accept the leak narrative there would be most likely One or Two Suspects, but listen to what Little Eichmann Cruz has done with a fascist flourish he's labelled 12 innocent people as Suspects.  Why? Because in Republican parlance some people are a priori  guilty by their very nature.

This is how Nazis talk.  And no that's not hyperbole.  Ted Cruz is getting conservatives riled up to equate the Liberal Supreme Justices as guilty of something because they're "suspects" and suspects deserve whatever treatment they receive from Police; just like every black person in America knows.

Ken Paxton, Greg Abbott and Texas Twerps declare War on the United States of America

While I hope Beto O'Rourke can capitalize on this and eventually win the Governorship, Texas has been a shit State for a long time because Lone Star Assholes have this theory that since they were an Independent Nation (built on Slavery and the Myth of Remember the Alamo) they occupy a special niche that they can leave the Union whenever they wish.

But, like all Republican States nowadays they don't threaten to secede anymore but, intend to impose their "laws" upon other states, and the American people writ large.

Texans pride themselves on being a private land state, as over 95% of the land of Texas is held privately and over 83% of the property in Texas (142 million acres) is "Working Land" meaning it's farms, ranches, and forests.  But, almost every Republican bureaucrat who hails from Texas is All Hat and No Cattle as the saying goes... Such as little lord Briscoe Cain, who wears sweat free Stetsons and Wrangler work shirts inspired by David Byrne's oversized suit, who's taken to threatening Citigroup with criminal prosecution for "Abortion funds".

Greg Abbott and Ken Paxton hatched scheme after scheme to fuck things up in Texas and blame The Biden Administration.  Abbott's inspections were so farcical, on top of unlawful, the Texas Troopers under the Department of Public Safety weren't checking anything other than tire pressure because rules about search warrants and 4th Amendment protections still exist in Texas (for now).

So even though the American Trucker Association called for an immediate cessation to blocking imports of food shipments from Mexico and Texas companies told Governor Abbott to knock it off I have no doubt this plan will work.  Because Abbott and Paxton took a media blitz to Faux News to Let's Go Brandon and chortle at how brilliant their plans were and rightwing media loved every moment of the harm and farce.  

Paxton is still facing numerous criminal fraud charges having engaged in felony after felony for Trump with the expectation of receiving a Presidential Pardon from Trump after Paxton had other states electoral college votes voided.  Criminal Paxton filed a lawsuit to have Georgia, Wisconsin, Michigan, and Pennsylvania award Trump their electoral votes.

And if you've been paying attention, this is the current scheme Republican States have adopted to undemocratically enforce their will upon other States.  And thanks to Trump appointed Judges, especially but not only on the Supreme Court, Republicans have Judicial Supremacy enforcing the rightwing agenda on States they don't control.  Couple this with voting suppression and Republicans expect that taking back the House and Senate in 2022, will lead them to Republican State Legislatures declaring Trump the winner in 2024 no matter what, after they've successfully impeached President Biden.

This type of Bureaucratic Warfare from the GOP is expanding and accelerating.  The Banana Republican Party will keep pushing forward to take America backward because Republicans don't care about polls, or legality, but the exercise of raw power and the unequal enforcement of laws.  Fascism is already here and it's picking up adherents, lookie-loos, and late adopters.

Smarmy Greg Abbott and the oleaginous Ted Cruz made the rightwing media rounds touting their plan to round-up and relocate "Immigrants".

This is how they always start.  Pick an out group, in this case one whom Republicans have ruthlessly and relentlessly dehumanized for nothing other than coming to the Nation looking for the American dream, as every shitty lily white conservatives' ancestor did at some point in the Nation's past, and expose them to inhumane treatment.

This is a trial run for Republicans coming plans to round-up more people and send them places.

Press Secretary Jen Psaki was asked about the Abbott stunt, because rightwing media does nothing but troll and try to generate soundbites and media quips to #OwntheLibs.  

"These are all migrants who have been processed by CBP and are free to travel, so it’s nice the state of Texas is helping them get to their final destination as they await the outcome of their immigration proceedings — and they’re all in immigration proceedings,” Psaki said about the first bus arriving on Wednesday.

But, Greg Abbott has to ramp up the inhumanity and hurt as many people as possible to brush up on his bonafides.  Abbott is probably going to run for President in 2024.  Which is why Abbott has tasked the Texas State Police with a farcical display of searching every truck coming in from Mexico loaded with produce after the trucks have gone through federal inspections.  Abbott defends this as a search for drugs or persons being trafficked but, in reality it harms people who purchase that produce and it's fuck with the truckers and their employers.  Also to #OwntheLibs somehow...

But, while Texas flirts with getting the forcible "relocation program" up and running the recent Senate confirmation hearing highlighted a reinvigorated avenue of Attack on Americans from Republicans:  Denying the accused Legal Counsel. 

This is, of course, not new.  Republicans have long asserted some people are not deserving of legal defenses.  Some people are presumed to be a priori guilty of crimes.  Certain races are natural criminals and poor whites are suspect too, until they show proper fealty to rightwing ideals and it's long been official GOP policy to demon liberals or those with left-leaning proclivities as soft on crime or criminals themselves (e.g. the latest grooming accusations).

Despicable scumbag Tom Cotton dared to invoke Supreme Court Justice Robert H. Jackson's name while slandering and smearing Supreme Court Justice Ketanji Brown-Jackson.  Cotton insultingly claimed Justice Ketanji Brown-Jackson defense of detainees at Guantanamo was akin to defending Nazis.

Cotton is ostensibly an educated man, we already know he's not an Officer nor a Gentleman, so let's point out that Justice Robert H. Republicans are banking on winning the House and Senate in 2022, and then outright stealing the White House in 2024.  Then on January 20, 2025 with total control of all 3 branches of Federal Government the Republicans will institute the most oppressive and diabolical Government in the history of mankind.  Conservative beliefs taken to their logical conclusion inexorably lead to fascism. The greatest examples of Conservative Government are: The Confederacy of 1861, Apartheid South Africa, Chile post 1973, the Estate Novo in Portugal from 1933-1974 and of course the crown jewel of conservatism Nazi Germany.

The misery, open violence, bureaucratic strangulation the Republicans will visit upon all Non-#MAGA will ensure anyone who opposes them will meet with extrajudicial killing at the hands of Police or deportation to concentration camps in Washington DC.
