The Supreme Sinister Six*

 The crime spree coming from the Supreme Sinister Six makes any comic book villain look stupid, petty, tame, or small.  The Six Republicans on the Court not only get away with mundane crimes like theft and bribery but, are busily pulling off the most villainous conspiracy ever shown in the Marvel Cinematic Universe;  the Destruction of the United States of America.

In this episode, Amy "Covid or Coathanger" Barrett, is set to strike another blow against Law&Order in Illinois.  A Colorado Law Firm filed an injunction on behalf of Naperville resident Robert Bevis and his gun store Law Weapons & Supply to Coathanger Barrett asking, whether under the SCOTUS decrees of DC v. Heler (2008) and NY State Pistol v. Bruen (2022), the Seventh District ruling on the Illinois Law was correct.  Always remember that what gun humping psychos rely upon is conflating man-made laws with the concept of "Natural Rights".  The MAGIC WORDS contained in the 2nd Amendment are a distillation of this, in that gun nuts and conservatives, claim certain laws are divinely inspired and thus not to be constrained by human laws.  This is of course, SHEER NONSENSE.  There are no "Natural Rights", there are no laws inspired by god or some Platonic ideal, the law is a human construct and nothing else.

So when you often hear disingenuous conservative gun nuts claim, Just Enforce the Gun Laws on the Books what they want is to derail discussions on curbing the unrestricted gun violence.  Then they rely on the Supreme Court decisions which have undercut gun laws passed in various states.  It's a brilliant if bad faith Catch-22 but, it serves the purpose of the Firearms Manufacturing Industry (and all those who derive $$$ from the free flow of guns throughout America) of one day eliminating all the laws on the books so that Guns truly Shall Not Be Infringed.  

Additionally, striking Gun Laws in Democratic states allows Republicans to claim gun violence is out of control in Democratic states.  And since conservatives are wholly ignorant of the laws of Cause-and-Effect, Republican traitors get to wave the bloody shirt of Out-of-Control Crime and ooga-booga scare their white voting base into electing more Republican Traitors.  Another brilliant Catch-22.

It must always be understood, conservatives cling to their guns because they fantasize about the day they will be able to round-up and shoot millions of Americans in a holocaust homage to their Nazi heroes.

The Sinister Six don't worry about gun violence because they are swaddled in so many layers of protection and have no fear about a mass shooter getting anywhere near them and they obviously don't grok the concept of domestic violence or worry about their husbands grabbing a gun to shoot their so-called loved ones.

Unfortunately, we don't have a Spiderman to sock these 6 villains in the jaw and undo their nefarious scheme of destroying the United States of America, which is the goal of the Republican Party.

I've been filling out reminder post-cards for Pennsylvania and Wisconsin in an effort to pump up turnout for the upcoming US Senate races.  I'm absolutely convinced that elections in these hyper-partisan times are all about turnout and the Democratic Party can hopefully turn away from hunting for the semi-mythical undecided voter.

The Great Mass of Middle of the Road Swing Voters was a creation of the Corporate Media.  Of course, the Corporate Media has one task during election time and that is to aid Republicans in getting elected.

So, nothing shocks me about their navel-gazing antics and the bad faith pablum they spew.  Now, normally the go-to story for elections is #BothSidesDoIt allowing voters to say, oh both sides are immoral and bad therefore I'll vote for Republicans who are super-patriotic and great for the economy.  Of course, as I and others have laid out for years Republicans embody exactly none of the values they claim to espouse and are interested in gaining government power to create a Neo-Fascist American Slave Empire.

In addition, to the both sides do it bullshit, Corporate Media runs with; Democrats in Disarray (this has been a go to framing device for the attempted tear-down of President Biden's 1st two years), unending man-on-the-street pieces about What Conservatives think, and non-stop attempts to make GQP politicians into Statesmen with Today [insert name] Republican truly became a Great Man, (this is seen in the fawning praise for Tom Cotton, Josh Hawley, Marco Rubio, Paul Ryan) and any other number of Republicans the Media tries to elevate into serious political wonk status.

But, every so often a piece comes along which blatantly lays bare the unabashedly shameless role the Corporate Media has in elevating any and all unfit Republican slime merchants, as Gene Marks did in The Hill,

Marks goes on in the piece to point out OZ is unqualified, is vague or clueless on almost all topics, and would be terrible but, he'd be a Republican and that's what Marks wants.  Gene Marks wants it because workers have too much power in the economy right now and Marks wants Republicans to go back to the good days of crushing Unions, dismantling the social safety net, undermining labor protections, disempowering workers, and making Americans desperate enough to accept any and every job at a fraction of the earning potential.  Marks, of course, doesn't say it this way verbatim but, it's exactly what rightwingers always mean when they say this, 

The last month or so have been a blitz by Faux News and rightwingers on-line attempting to push Mehmet Oz into stealing distance of the Pennsylvania Senate election.  The shambling bloated corpse of Newt Gingrich was brought forth to run the moldy Reaganite Drugs and Blacks scare tactics by claiming Fetterman's tattoos were either an enticement to use Heroin or coded language used by the Crips.

And, of course, the despicable Oz and rightwing media have viciously gone after the health of John Fetterman claiming he's totally impaired from his stroke in May.  Just as the Corporate Media did in 2016 with HRC, they are going to uncritically push the Republican narrative of failing health for Fetterman.  NBC Dasha Bash eagerly catapulted the rightwing propaganda in her hit piece on Fetterman.

Fetterman's Campaign has brilliantly eviscerated out-of-touch, out-of-his-depth, elitist animal torturering Mehmet Oz at every turn and has laid bare how utterly depraved conservatives are because they don't care.  Conservative want the power of the House and Senate in 2022 because they already have the Sinister Six Supreme Injustices on the SCOTUS and with both they plan to steal the Presidency in 2024.

The Revenge of the Thin Blue Line 23: The Practical Guide for Investigating the Crime of Abortion

Well, now that Abortion is illegal in many states, Police just increased their workload.

First off, Fascists like Puzzi Alito and Coathanger Barrett implement laws and decrees which are often unworkable and leave it to people to try and craft solutions in accordance with those vile and capricious declarations.  Fascists do this without a care and in bad faith because they know diligent, hard-working and honest people will attempt their best to come up with a way to accomplish them.  Either way the Fascists don't care what happens because either the people accede to their whims or they wrack themselves with worry and guilt at being unable to accomplish these Laws.  The Sinister Six are anathema to a functioning Democracy and have destroyed the farce that the United States is a Nation of Laws; it isn't.  The United States is a Nation under the Imperial Theocratic control of 6 Judges; a Supreme Injustice.

Now, I know right off that the point of the Abortion bans is that conservatives want women (and anyone else thinking of aiding women) to know that at any time the Awesome Power of the State can be brought to bear upon them.  That, at almost any moment they can be declared under investigation and subject to all the vicissitudes of a wholly immoral coercive pressure campaign.  So, what 4th Amendment protections are going to be in place?  Because being charged with a crime is an incredibly life-altering moment.  I ask this knowing the Roberts Unjust Court has narrowed 4thTrump. and 5th Amendment protections for many years now and as Justice Ginni Thomas stated in her concurring solo opinion it's time to look at rolling back other liberties, freedoms, and protections for Americans that conservatives do not consider human beings. 

So what other police tactics will be employed to control and punish women?

Repurposing DUI and seatbelt compliance checkpoints to check on the menstrual status of all the females in the vehicle?  Checkpoints at state borders where questions are asked about where the driver and occupants are going?

I expect Republicans are counting on Doctors, Nurses, and Hospital Administrators as their most important assets.  Certainly, there will be collaborators in the Health services who will be more than happy to call the Police every time a woman shows up having suffered a miscarriage.  But, more than that I expect "The People's Representatives" will instruct Judges to issue blanket orders that any woman entering a Hospital consents to having a pregnancy test prior to receiving any and all treatment and that Hospital's are expected to turn over pregnant women's paperwork as a standard operating principle.  So, that a Detective or States Attorney can follow up and see how her mandated pregnancy is proceeding.

It's going to be a shit show of a nightmare for Hospital staff when Officers show up to arrest women.  Of course, a Governor like Tate Reeves, will not blanche at the thought of creating a Police Uterine Division (PUD) and there are a gaggle of Reactionary asshole Cops eager and waiting to be put on some special Vaginal Inspection Task Force.  Assuredly, Republican Attorney's General will readily create teams of Assistant Prosecutors and Investigators tasked with identifying pregnancy terminations and interrogating women about the monthly cycles.

Plus there are legions of men out there who will drop a dime on this or that bitch who dumped them or didn't even fuck them.  Also, any data, tracking app or on-line shopping which might give a clue to a woman's pregnancy status is going to find it's way to the authorities, legally or not.

So the fascists will have their eager enforcers but, in order for this to work properly, it's the rest of those in Police Departments and prosecutorial offices that need to tacitly acquiesce to this madness.  If a regular patrol officer who self-identifies as apolitical and doesn't "have an opinion" about abortion, willingly takes a report and gathers as many facts as possible because he's just doing his job and following orders than we are truly fucked.

The Lawless Court of Alito, Thomas, Kavanaugh, Gorsuch, Barret, and John Roberts just launched Civil War 2.0

You already know what happened; 6 Republicans choose Violence and decided that Women are second-class citizens at best.  Roe v. Wade (1973) and Planned Parenthood v. Casey (1992) were abolished by the six lying Reactionaries on the Supreme Court.

The Sinister Six Injustices are an out-of-control Star Chamber.  Flush with the power of a 6-3 advantage (As should be noted the Constitution makes no reference to 9 Judges and indeed the Original Text makes no reference to a set number of Judges when it refers to the One Supreme Court of the land) this lawless bunch of Reactionary fascists will strike down anything which impedes their push to destroy the United States of America and replace it with a Theocratic White Power Fascist Nation-State.

Protests have begun and will continue throughout the summer months, but conservatives of course expect them to peter out as Americans move on with their daily routines but, before then Republican states gave the go ahead to rightwing domestic terrorists to run down the protestors and in Cedar Rapids, Iowa a white conservative driving his F-150 RAPTOR took the opportunity to run over two women.

Already, somewhere a Kyle Rittenhouse clone is oiling up his manhood and preparing to bag a couple of Sluts since it's Open Season on women in America.

Make no mistake this Lawless Unjust Court struck down Roe and Casey with an eye to killing women, but Americans have succumbed to the tactics of stochastic terrorism;  certainly some women will die they tell themselves but the likelihood that it is someone I know is exceedingly small so therefore I don't care.

But, for Sammy di Puzzi Alito, Amy Coathanger Bear-it, Neil Gosuck, Boofer O'Kavanugh, Ginni Thomas, and John Radical Roberts deaths and misery because of this 6-3 decision and the 6-3 decision striking down a 1913 Gun Control Law in New York area feature, not a bug.  Republicans look forward to people dying because of their governance, Republicans have nothing to offer the American people but Death & Taxes.

It's hard not to be discouraged and defeatist, it's hard not too lash out and blame the BernieBros and Susan Sarandon and curse the rotten luck of RBG dying when she did and the machinations of Mitch McConnell but, we can't allow ourselves to be defeated even before we fight back, that's how fascists win most of the time by applying power to you and making you give up.

Certainly, worry about what future unjust decisions the Sinister Six will deliver as Thomas wrote an extra assholish addendum telling conservatives to bring challenges to birth control and same sex marriage.  But, don't get wrapped up in nightmare scenarios of State Police in Iowa or Missouri, Oklahoma or Texas waiting to arrest women at the border for crossing into an abortion state.

Voting is not enough, it's necessary and needed to overcome the built-in advantage conservatives have, besides the voting suppression and gerrymandering but, make plans for how you can help.  Be a helper because Republicans have chosen Violence.  Of all kinds.
