CONAIR 2: Republican Crimes and Human Rights Violations at Portsmouth International Airport

     Some criminal asshole in the Department of Homeland Terrorism decided it would be a brilliant idea to fly a plane from Texas to New Hampshire (on its' way to Sofia, Bulgaria) in the middle of historic blizzard.  (The plane is from Omni Air International a company bought by Air Transport Services Group during the first Trump Regime in 2018, which in turn is owned by STONEPEAK, which is owned by Michael Dorrell, Jack Howell, and Luke Taylor).

Now, I can understand the Republican bureaucrat not having an accurate weather forecast because the Nazi DOGE flunkies fired a good number of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) workers in early 2025, thus fucking up weather analysis, prediction, and forecasts for the American people.

But, this flight which took off from Texas was a special one; it was carrying 100 people ICE and the Traitor trump administration has kidnapped from the city streets in America to disappear them into a foreign black site.

A plane with ICE detainees landed at Portsmouth International Airport at Pease around 1 a.m. Monday.  Portsmouth International Airport officials said they were not told the flight was inbound until about 15 minutes before it arrived.

"Had we been informed in advance of their intent to land at PSM during the blizzard, we would have strongly advised against it and encouraged them to divert to another airport not being impacted by this severe winter storm," officials said in a statement. "PSM was notified of the flight's arrival only 15 minutes before it landed this morning at 1:00 a.m."

  Not only stupid but criminal as well.  The plane could not make it into a terminal but just sat on the tarmac (like a fucking scene out of Station: Eleven).  The people inside remained shackled for hours.  Another clear violation of the US Bill of Rights including this time the 8th Amendment.  Couple this with the sixth boat blown up at sea this month which the Department of War Crimes assures us is definitely a drug boat  and it certainly seems that throughout the Treasonous trump regime no one expects to face any consequences.

A former attorney working for the Department of Homeland Security Terrorism, resigned 10 days ago and turned whistleblower.  What he testified to in a Congressional hearing, organized by Democratic Sen. Richard Blumenthal of Connecticut and Rep. Robert Garcia of California, confirms everything we've thought and seen by the Nazis the Republican Party has loosed upon the American public,  ICE Agents are being purposefully poorly trained and in reality are being purposefully trained to ignore American's legal rights enshrined in the Bill of Rights and numerous examples of case law;

Ryan Schwank is an attorney and former career ICE employee who resigned from the immigration agency less than two weeks ago. 

"New cadets are graduating from the Academy, despite widespread concerns among training staff that even in the final days of training, the cadets cannot demonstrate a solid grasp of the tactics or the law required to perform their jobs," Ryan Schwank said during a hearing organized by congressional Democrats.

"Without reform, ICE will graduate thousands of new officers who do not know their constitutional duty, do not know the limits of their authority and who do not have the training to recognize an unlawful order. That should scare everyone," Schwank added.

"I am duty bound to tell you the ICE Basic Immigration Enforcement Training Program is now deficient, defective, and broken," Schwank said Monday. He alleged ICE officials are lying about the amount of training new recruits receive.

In addition to Schwank's testimony, CBS News obtained internal agency documents that were part of a disclosure he and a second U.S. government whistleblower shared with Congress. They include a July 2025 syllabus for the ICE officer training program, and an updated one dated February 2026. Within the 7-month span, training dropped from 72 to 42 days, and multiple courses dealing with use of force appear to be removed.

 While Pam Bondi was proving White Women can be just as vile, despicable, and evil as White Men there was a young Aura-farming high school student in Lake Zurich attempting to grab his 15 minutes of fame by acting as a provocateur during an Anti-ICE protest.

There have been several Chicagoland area High School student walk-out protests over the blatantly unconstitutional and nascent fascist actions of ICE and CBP from street level agents all the way up the chain of command.

Danny Spud, apparently has over 100,000 followers on Instagram and on TikTok, posted a 47-second video to his social media profiles last Thursday evening.  Being a little shit wannabe influencer he tried to get a rise from every student he recorded with his Meta glasses, until finally a young man took him up on his offer.

While Punch Nazis is a good on-line slogan,
it does have drawbacks.

First off, I refuse to take any critique from Republicans or rightwingers about so-called violence in schools when their responses to school shootings are their empty Thoughts & Prayers followed quickly by gun violence in schools is "a fact of life" and "we need to move past it".

Next, what an absolute baby Spud is, after the 2 second altercation he also cries out that swearing is a violation of the school code.  But, having worked in school as an SRO, this simple battery is a juvenile matter which shouldn't result in anything more than a few days suspension and maybe adjudication in a non-criminal hearing resulting in some few hours of community service.

Watching Spud's video it's so pathetically reminiscent of the First Amendment Frauditors who make money via this kind of I'm Not Touching You!  I'm Not Touching You! videos and hoping to get a reaction from confused, frightened, or ignorant people they film and agitate.

Predictably, white assholes from across the country have been emailing the Lake Zurich school district with threats and insults.  And the Spuds have supposedly hired a lawyer to try and get this classified a "Hate Crime", and while that prima facie laughable, we are living in the Fascist Trump era when malicious prosecution is seen as a good in and of itself and Republicans have taught generations of their zombie rightwing drones they are being persecuted for their political beliefs.

As always debating the Debate Me Bros is a fundamental losing position because they aren't interested in debate per sé but in advancing the most disingenuous and spurious nonsense in order to get noticed by the wider rightwing audience from which they hope to be the next rightwing grifter, who doesn't know anything, but says outrageous things in bad faith to infuriate the left. 

While I personally don't believe Non-Violence is going to overcome the Trump Regime, the people of Minnesota showed how awful Republicans and their policies are, and resulted in significant wider backlash and a drop in popularity for Trump and their fascist Immigration tactics.  As I mentioned earlier Republicans are all-in on malicious prosecution, recall the DC Sandwich Guy, and every arrest and unlawful use of force in and around Broadview this last fall.

So, as you read about a one-punch school "fight" and the demented rightwing reaction understand what conservatives are supporting and defending in being "Pro-ICE" are concentration camps, abuse, mistreatment, and extrajudicial killings and blatant and willful Constitutional violations; but they do so all in the name of being Pro Law Enforcement.

   There's a story in the Chicago Tribune about one of the many impressive women running for the Democratic nomination for Illinois Comptroller.  Holly Kim, currently the Lake County Treasurer, created a crypto/token titled CHKN,

    Months before Lake County Treasurer Holly Kim announced her bid for Illinois comptroller, she used about $8,300 in previously contributed campaign funds to invest in a cryptocurrency she founded called CHKN token — a digital asset inspired by her backyard flock of chickens.

By the end of 2025, the investment — totaling roughly 8.87 million tokens — had lost nearly all its value, dropping to just $34.59, according to filings with the Illinois State Board of Elections.  Kim described the investment as a learning experience that reflected her efforts to better understand emerging financial technologies.

“I’m someone who learns things by doing, and this is, you know, entirely why I would have converted crypto into a token, because, you know, it depends what’s popular,” Kim said in an interview late last month with the Tribune about the investment. “But voters can absolutely trust me because I’m trying to stay on top and learn about emerging industries.”

In response to questions about her investment loss, Kim released an Instagram ad about her CHKN token, saying, noting it was “worth less than a penny, and five feathers, with zero scandals,” while surrounded by a flock of chickens.   “Clearly, my flock and I weren’t trying to get rich, but what I was trying to do as a member of the Bank On commission against predatory lending was teach people about crypto,” said Kim, referring to her role on a commission overseen by the Illinois comptroller’s office. “I wanted to make sure I understood the ins and outs so that I could protect people from their scams.”

What Holly Kim did was in no way a "scandal" and I like her explanation that she needs to learn about crypto and scams because there are at anytime tens of thousands of these cryptos bilking people out of their savings.

Last night at about midnight Bitcoin dropped to just a bit over $60,000.  It had reached a high of about $125,000 just this last October.  I see it's rallied a bit, back up to $68K but this is not a stable platform or something that can every backstop a Nation or be a solid store of value.  It's a chaotic financial instrument, literally backed by nothing but Vibes, Word of Mouth, and FOMO.

Now, the Move Fast and Break Things vandals and anarchists who see Chaos as a Ladder love Crypto because of the amount of money they can "make".  And therein lies several problems with their thinking and their plans.  Crypto doesn't make anything, it's a literal energy suck and all the value comes from other peoples' actual money.

Bitcoin and crypto can not and will not deliver on any of their fantastical promises;  it isn't a hedge against the Dollar, it isn't the New Gold, it can't be used if their is a global meltdown (No Survivalist is going to exchange his Bullets, Beans, and Bandages for an electronic token).  And contrary to what Bitcoin Prophets might tell you about its' security and secrecy the US Government has its' hands on hundreds of thousands or more of these tokens. It's not money or currency or any kind of tangible asset what it is, as Ben McKenzie and Jacob Silverman wrote in Easy Money: Cryptocurrency, Casino Capitalism, and the Golden Age of Fraud (2023) is, an unregulated, unlicensed security.  An investment contract where you put real money into them and hope expect to get real money out of them through no work on your own.

A lot of the reactionary police officers I knew became fascinated with Crypto and the quick riches it promised precisely because like all modern rightwingers they look at vast pools of other peoples' money, assets, and resources as something they can loot and strip of value.  I asked several of them if they thought the US or State Governments had any role in reigning in these prima facie fraudulent financial instruments or should protect their citizens from such a blatant Ponzi schemes and each and everyone of them said No.  The Government shouldn't get involved because it was way for them to get money for nothing.

Like all Gangsters, crypto "investors" don't want to work;  "The working man is a sucker", they want Get Rich Quick Schemes and see no problem in bankrupting and impoverishing those less savvy, less astute, or even less mentally capable.  It's a total Caveat Emptor and everyman for himself attitude.

That's the Secret of Crypto, and more broadly the Secret of MAGA, and the Secret of the Rebirth of Global Fascism.  Republicans and right-wingers no longer believe in the future or in building things or in the Social Contract but, are in the loot and pillage era.  Smash and Grab.

Here's Eric trump bragging about their American Bitcoin Mining operation using "American energy" on "American soil" as though these are artisanal grapes grown at the headwaters which feed Niagara Falls.  Like the Bitcoin Mining operation which invaded upstate New York, and caused so much noise it overwhelmed the sound of the Falls and stole all the hydroelectric power from the residents.  And from the same Eric Trump who used his Foundation to steal Children's Cancer donations.  Of course, the Traitor trump family is involved in Bitcoin and Crypto in order to steal billions more for themselves in some of the most and least shocking cons involving the President's family.

The next phase of the Bitcoin Ponzi Scheme will be for the Traitor trump Treasury Department to create a Strategic Bitcoin Reserve, drain the US Treasury and gold reserves and transfer that money to trump's cabal.

At some point a coordinated memorandum went out amongst ICE Nazis to threaten people with arrest under  18 U.S. Code § 111.  Now, I know this was directed from Trump administration leadership and lawyers, and was passed down to Bovino and then to field agents and did not rise organically because of the street-level Gestapho weren't using plain speak or layman's terms about interference but kept repeating, You are violating 18 U.S. Code § 111.

ICE Nazis started making this threat last year because they know when faced with an aggressive, emotionally unstable, white man-baby screaming you will be arrested most "Normies" will back off and back down.

Then the unlawful violence from CBP and ICE started, then came the willful and wanton violation of multiple Judges orders and then the murders.  So of course violating the Constitution is not a concern amongst these ICE holes and their reckless criminal behavior shows no sign of abating, 

It was last Tuesday that Drae Solberg found themself pursued by federal agents driving erratically through the northern suburbs of Minneapolis. At least four SUVs carrying agents were riding their bumper and brake-checking them on suburban streets and highways.  

During the pursuit, Solberg told another Immigration and Customs Enforcement observer on a Signal call, “I think they’re trying to run me off the road.”  On a four-lane highway, two federal SUVs got in front of Solberg and another observer, who had been recording agents outside a nearby mobile home park. The SUVs abruptly hit their brakes, stopping traffic in both lanes of the highway.  Then, one of the federal SUVs turned their emergency lights on.  

Solberg’s first impulse was to comply. But when another observer in a car behind saw masked agents with tactical gear pouring out of an SUV, both observers thought of how Alex Pretti and Renee Good were killed by federal agents last month.  

When the emergency lights were turned off, Solberg said they were urged by other volunteers to leave.  ”We realized we could deal with a ticket, we could deal with going to jail at some point” Solberg said. “But we could not deal with the very real risk and high probability of us being injured, us being detained or us being killed.”

Last Sunday, an elderly Minnesota couple leaving church recounted their encounter with ICE Nazis who pointed guns at them, insulted them, exhibited no professionalism, appeared to have no training or understanding of law, violated their ever right and the couple correctly pointed out they acted like the Insurrectionist Thugs who stormed the U.S. Capitol on Jan6th.

Worthless and emotionally unstable

If it wasn't readily apparent before this last year, everyone should now understand conservatives never believed any of their histrionics about freedom, liberty, natural rights, and the Constitution.  Everything a Republican or rightwinger ever uttered about principles and the Constitution were naught but ashen lies told by crypto Nazis and useful as a rhetorical cudgel to Bash the Left.  Republicans never believed in the ethics, morals, principles, or rights they falsely claimed to cherish and hold so dear.

This has been demonstrated over and over by the ICE/CBP "Officers" rampant, wanton, and willfully violation of nearly every Amendment in the Bill of Rights.  Of course, after each of these crimes committed by CBP or ICE or whomever, rightwingers surge en masse to every message board and platform to spam you must comply or die with "law enforcement" and joyfully celebrate the criminal actions of Trump's Gestapho because no matter what they say; this violence, these killings, these concentration camps, this nascent genocide and ethnic cleansing is what they voted for.

I've lost count of the number of Use of Force Violations committed by masked ICE and CBP Agents.  And we should never forget in both unconstitutional murders of Renee Good and Alex Pretti medical assistance was not performed by the murderers and on scene and witnesses with medical training were denied access to attempt life-saving attempts.  A Truth & Reconciliation Committee after this administration is going to have years of work holding these men accountable for these actions.

Right now the Traitor trump administration is playing the classic game of move whatever figure is garnering the most negative attention, at this it's little Benito Greg Bovino, and replace them with a previously toxic asshole whose been cooling his heels; that would be Human Thumb and bribe taker Tom Homan. 

But, don't make the mistake of thinking there will be an change in the behavior, attitude, or tactics of the street-level Nazis, these ICE and CBP agents (even those with several years on) are being given instruction, encouragement, and assurances they can simply act with unchecked aggression, violence, and even murder and the Department of Homeland Security Terrorism, the Treasonous Republican Party, Faux News, and a bevy of paid rightwing propagandists will unequivocally support and defend their actions.

University of Illinois Republicans call for the mass murder of protestors

     Never make the mistake of dismissing Republican rhetoric or fool yourself into believing Republicans don't mean what they say;  Republicans love that Renee Good, Alex Pretti, and others have been killed by Trump's Department of Homeland Injustice and wish those Agents would kill more of Us.

In a post that included a stylized graphic of a presumed federal officer holding a gun to someone’s head, Illini Republicans stated that they “stand with ICE” amid the killings of Renee Nicole Good and Alex Pretti in Minnesota. 

The RSO referred to Pretti and Good, two United States citizens who were both killed by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement officers in the past month, as “traitors.” 

As of Sunday, the group removed the graphic but kept the larger post, which garnered more than a thousand comments on their Instagram account. 

The post continues to state that “it is, has, and always will be the mandate of our brave public servants, domestic and abroad, to fell the enemies of the United States of America.”

One of the things, barely concealed for decades, has been the rightwing desire to murder millions of people in America.  Internet message boards, Social Media, and news story comment sections have amplified, exacerbated, and accelerated (albeit with the help of bots) the murderous yearning at the heart of the Republican Party.

But, it's been prevalent for far longer and Republicans make little effort to hide their utter disdain and hatred for people and their desire to round-up and liquidate a large portion of people inside and outside the United States.

Look at the fanatical rush to spam every extrajudicial killing by a Police Officer with a massive dense web of lies and misinformation to justify the crime.  And their allies in the Corporate Media rush to put out as many They were No Angel character hit pieces.

These blatant bad faith justifications for murder have increasingly come into play to defend rightwing gunmen, who kill people in non-life or death situations or in situations were the rightwing killer has gone looking for a fight or inserted themselves into a situation in order to kill someone and get away with it.  The biggest recent examples of this, of course, are George Zimmerman and Kyle Rittenhouse.

The Right was so enamored with Rittenhouse they expended years of effort to justify his unlawful use of force, especially standing their ground on his absolute right to bring a firearm wherever he wanted.  

So, when every gun nut and every SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED gun rights' group and 2nd Amendment absolutist Republican and Trump himself declared Alex Pretti should not have brought a gun with him many BlueSky and other social media users were shocked and tried to point out the hypocrisy.  You must understand that absolute hypocrisy, disingenuous arguments, and bald-faced bad faith are the hallmarks of the Republican Party, which is now a fully-fascist Authoritarian organization dedicated to what every fascist group has done throughout history.

The murder of their "enemies", the Unconstitutional brutalization of people taken into custody, and the desire for ICE/CBP to not tone it down but, amp it up is all they can talk about, precisely what they want and demand from the Fascist Trump Government. 

Republicans have declared migrants are breaking the law and rightwingers have thus assured themselves that since "illegal immigrants" have broken the law they are thus subject to whatever level of violence the massive domestic law enforcement apparatus uses against them.  And if you read any news story about the unlawful murder of Alex Pretti (or Renee Good) or Silverio Villegas-Gonzalez in Franklin Park, Illinois, the response from rightwingers will always be one of two things;  Good! He had it coming!  or What about Laken Riley and all the millions of women raped and murdered by Illegals?!?!? 

I wrote years ago, either the Fascist Fever which has overtaken the Republican Party breaks or the Nation does.  Their fevered desire to murder people and remake the Nation into a One-Party rightwing Dictatorship shows no sign of abating.  But, there are two ways a Fever can subside; either on its' own (which is what everyone is hoping will happen once Trump dies) or you can take measures to break it.

Trump's death will do nothing to slow Republican Nazis, and the wait and see approach favored by centrists and urged by Corporate Media collaborators is going to fall flat, when Vance, Miller, and whatever other Nazi currently in charge of the Federal Government continues the policies of the Republicans.  We are going to have to break it, break them, and retake the United States.  If we don't the Republicans will continue their policies of extrajudicial murder both here and abroad and the concentration camps which are already in place and already full of people will become the death camps Republicans yearn to ignite.

There is no way any career diplomat or anyone on the Embassy staff thought this was a good move; unfortunately, the current US Ambassador to Denmark is Kenneth Howery a member of the 'move-fast & break-things' PayPal Mafia with Elon Musk and Peter Thiel.  Son a move to please Trump and flex his powers as Ambassador, the rich billionaire asshole was like, Oh fuck off career loser bureaucrats!  I'm rich I know better than you!  Let's take down those flags and show those Danes who's the boss!  Ha ha ha, yes!

Danish soldiers served in Afghanistan.  Denmark responded to 9/11 and the invocation of Article 5 of the NATO charter by spending and sending significant forces to Afghanistan for years.  

In 2011, at the True/False Film Festival, I watched the documentary Armadillo about the Danish NATO mission in Helmand Province in 2009-2010.  I never did any cross-nation work with Danish forces during my tour in Afghanistan, my small unit worked mainly with the Canadian forces, though the Danes were at the international base ivo Kabul and had forces in Afghanistan for the entire length of the "war".

But, shitting on long term allies is part and parcel of the treasonous trump administration.  If you recall Just Despicable Vance pulled a similar incident of utter disrespect towards Canada when trump was "joking" about Canada being the 51st state, posting Canada should, 'spare him their sob story about being America's closest friend'.

So, in his role as Vice-Troll, Just Despicable Vance also took time from his busy schedule of justifying extrajudicial killings of VA nurses by masked rightwing terrorists in Minneapolis, to attempt to insult Senator Tammy Duckworth, comparing her questioning of Micro Rubio to Forest(sic) Gump arguing with Isaac Newton.

First off all Forrest Gump is a Medal of Honor winner so, of course, Vance mirrors his president and shits on him and as Senator Duckworth points out Private Gump served in Vietnam when Bonespurs Trump was chickening out.  It's also a not-so-sly insult to Senator Duckworth who suffered severe debilitating injuries to compare her to Gump who was in the novel and film was crippled as a child.  So, all his white male followers can snicker and laugh at Senator Duckworth.

Recall how Traitor trump didn't say or do anything in response when Minnesota Democratic Congresswoman Melissa Hartmann (as well as her husband John and their fucking pet dog) were assassinated by Republican Vance L. Boetler but, when he got word of the rightwing conspiracies spreading across X and Truth Social he decided to be a fucking ghoul and amplify the lies because it helped to hurt Governor Tim Walz.

By definition if you oppose trump and MAGA you are a criminal and an insurrectionist.  Thus making any use of force on you legitimate. 

This shit isn't sustainable.  Trump, Stephen Miller, Steve Bannon and any other Republican ghoul you can think of would like nothing more than for the violence to escalate and for a CBP or ICE agent or two to be killed because then...  oh ho... then, Republicans would declare full-scale violence.

Pam Bondi is correct that the founding of the United States was based on Law Enforcement, she just missed the part wherein the Founders were reacting to egregious, immoral, illegal, capricious, and unjust law enforcement.

While, there are fractures appearing in the Republican commitment to barbaric ICE/CBP tactics in Minnesota and across the country, aren't slowing or being re-evaluated.  This is for several reasons, Traitor trump can't back down, and the prime architects of the ethic cleansing are Stephen Miller and J.D. Vance

Understand, rightwingers know who You means.  It's not directed at them.  It's directed at You.  The 2nd Amendment, and in reality all the Amendments and the Constitution only apply to Real Americans, and the only Real Americans are MAGA.  With a wink and a nod MAGA understands Trump is talking about criminals and insurrectionists and by definition anyone against Trump is a criminal and insurrectionist.

You may look at this and go Come On, Republicans can't really believe that.  Well, you'd be wrong.  You ask any MAGA chud about the unconstitutional ICE raids and detentions, they will respond Due Process and the 4th Amendment are for citizens only.

Next you probably know the litany of despicable outrageous lies Bovino, Noem and Republicans across the country rushed to tell about terrorism and then modified and now continue to modify to justify this unjust extrajudicial murder but one of the most irksome to me was when they rushed to proclaim Alex Pretti had "No ID".

In my two decades of Police work, I don't know how many times I had to explain to rookies that under the U.S. Constitution you aren't obligated to have "I.D."  In fascist dictatorships you were but, someone out walking in public doesn't have to have Their Papers.  But, Noem and the Department of Injustice threw this in there because they know their MAGA drones will infer wrong-doing by him not having ID.  

So, you should understand what Republicans mean when they hurriedly rush to talk about  LAW&ORDER.  People get confused and have been hornswoggled into believing THE LAW in the United States is some mythic shield protecting them, when it's nothing but words on paper.  Alex Pretti, Renee Good, and the at least 50 acknowledged people murdered by ICE/CBP were all denied their basic Constitution Rights under the law because what Traitor trump and MAGA want to impose is ORDER.

And that ORDER comes from violence directed at the enemies of MAGA.  What rightwingers across the country want are dead liberals, women, minorities, queers, and Democratic politicians.

You lawful assemble and protest?  Arrested.  You raise your voice?  Erased.  You dare to ignore their authority?  Shot in the Face.  You intervene to stop them abusing others?  Shot in the back.

ICE Escalation and the Republicans who goad them on

     I started writing a post about the ICE escalation leading to CBP "Officers" murdering Alex Pretti but, the amount of info began to make that post a dense mass of assorted and tangential information.

I'll come back to some of those points in a later post.  I just want to write here about the apparent Department of Homeland Security Terrorism standing orders to escalate every situation and to continue escalating to hopefully provoke a violent physical confrontation.

We saw how the CBP agent started a violent encounter by viciously pushing a woman over leading to the sequences of events when poorly trained, jittery, angry CBP incels executed Alex Pretti but, why do they feel so empowered to do these things.

Well, I believe it is because of the 100% support they are receiving from the higher ups in their chain-of-command and the non-stop agitprop rightwing influencers, old-school conservative propagandists, and the Trumpublican Party are giving them; absolutely assuring them that their crimes, use of force violations, and unconstitutional actions will not only be defended by lauded.

I watched Adam Mockler try to "debate" notorious sex-pest Michael Knowles about the Renee Good murder by Jonathan Ross.  It was so infuriating.  Which is exactly the point.

These rightwing men argue this way purposefully; it's 100% bad faith, 100% of the time.  There goal is never to arrive at truth but, to frustrate you, and say things objectively false because they want to further hurt, further obscure reality, and celebrate the killing they whole-heartedly endorse while pretending to be debating.

That's because their whole modus operandi is and has been for several decades to lie and defend the utterly indefensible.  This group of rightwing professional liars really came to prominence during the run-up to and during the Iraq War and the advent and proliferation of social media merely extended their range, reach, and fast-engagement tactics.

But, while these rightwing professional podcasters continue to grow in number and continue to say more and more inflammatory things (in order to keep their fan bases coming back for more and more violent rhetoric and calls for violence) what has always struck me as pathetic is why are field officers, so eager to take orders and listen to the likes of Stephen Miller, Ben Shapiro, Erick Erickson, Benny Johnson, Matt Walsh, Tim Pool, Rich Lowry or any number of this gaggle of nebbish never-done anything of note who spend their entire day sitting on their asses talking and posting on-line.

Now, I know why little Benito Gregory Bovino is doing what he is doing, he's looking at a post CBP career as a Faux News analyst, keynote speaker at CPAC, and can see the lucrative career other similar fascists have enjoyed before him.  And I understand why young men with little money and no power or access to young women would follow an Andrew Tate or Joe Rogan;  they promise if you adhere to their gorilla mindset you too will get money and influence and be able to do women at your leisure and without having to worry about their feelings, wants, and needs.

So, that's the question;  why do men listen to these dweebs?  I know Republicans have worked relentlessly these last 50 years to code the Democratic Party as gay, black, and female;  and Jonathan Ross illustrates the hatred white men have towards "liberals" as he muttered "Fucking Bitch" after murdering Renee Good and because he was livid she and and her lesbian wife didn't respect his authority.

So, what's going to happen.  I don't know who has the ear of senile slowing rotting Donald Traitor Trump right now, but while Kristi Noem's MAGA plastic face can no longer emote and her flat-affected voice speaks lies which no one believes, other Traitor trump administration officials have attempted to fill the void. 

 J.D. Vance, Todd Blanche, and their cadre of treasonous criminals have attempted to shift blame onto Governor Walz, Mayor Jacob Frey, Senator Amy Kloubachar, or Congresswoman Ilhan Omar.  But, other Republicans continue to besmirch, slander, and dishonor Alex Pretti and continue to escalate tensions as they yearn for more state-sponsored violence and terrorism against people in Minnesota.

Let me explain why Nazis (aka ICE & CBP) murdered Alex Pretti today

No Firearm is being Brandished

 First, let me say something about the man whom J.D. Vance, Kristi Noem, and Stephen Miller ordered murdered today.  He apparently was an ICU nurse who often worked with VA patients.  A local resident with legal permit to carry and with no criminal history.  A good man, a good son, loved by his parents and co-workers.

What's clear is ICE have been given standing orders to escalate every situation, to engage in maximum confrontation and use maximum force at all times with protestors, witnesses, and migrants.  This is evidenced by every recorded ICE interaction you see where they engage in maximum intimidation and threats and buttressed by the verbal support of "absolute immunity" J.D. Vance and Stephen Miller have repeated shouted whenever possible.  And in response to yesterday's show of protest by thousands of people in Minneapolis in which ICE appeared weak they determined to regain control and exert their authority.

Let me give you a story of my training 20 years ago at PTI in Champaign-Urbana.  The training exercise one day was about Terry Stops and proper Search & Seizure.  In the incident you and a partner approach an individual who may or may not be committing a minor misdemeanor offense.  In my first situation, a business calls about a drunk customer whom they would like to leave.  No threats or violence have occurred yet.

So, in the exercise when we approach the role-player he's verbally defiant but clearly provides no physical resistance.  Basically, I'm not gonna go.   I should also point out this exercise was one of many to teach a proper head-to-toe search of the role-player who may or may not be carrying something.  So eventually after not being able to convince him with what used to be called Verbal Judo we have to escort him out or place him under arrest.

These training situations were not meant to stump the rookie officers as role-players usually only lightly hid the item which could be found if you conducted even a cursory search.  In my exercise, as I placed his hands behind his back, I spotted a practice firearm tucked into his rear waistband.  I immediately grabbed it with my right hand.  The training supervisor told me to stop and asked, 'Okay now what are you going to do?'  

The point was with a gun in my right hand and only my left holding his left arm (the training partner had the other arm) how were you going to secure the gun and handcuff the man if things went awry?  You can't or shouldn't try and jam a firearm into your pocket while in this stress situation you can't put it on the ground.  So, wouldn't it be better if you left the gun where it was (after all it can't be fired) and maintain control of the individual while you handcuff him and then retrieve the weapon?

So, let's go to the incident today in which ICE Nazis attacked and eventually murdered Alex Pretti.  Pretti is recording with his phone and watching ICE when one agent gets in his face, that little Nazi then violently pushes a second person over and Pretti gets somewhat in between them.  The little Nazi, of course immediately goes to chemical weapons (i.e. oleoresin capsicum spray) and sprays Pretti.  

While Pretti is moving away with his hands up to try to shield his face and the woman is still laying on the ice and sidewalk the instigating Nazi continues spraying OC and other Nazis descend, knock Pretti to the ground, and begin striking him, including one who appears to pistol-whip (like an untrained baboon the ICE Nazi is using his large can of OC spray to hit) Pretti.  It's at this point as his jacket and clothing become undone, one agent spots the firearm in his waistband (not in Pretti's hands not on the ground nearby) grabs it and probably yells gun and runs off.  (There is a theory the agent grabbing the legal firearm pulled the trigger and loosed a round.)  1, 2 or 3 of the other Agents then begin shooting, because in the video one at least has already taken his firearm out for some stupid reason, and because they have stress tunnel vision and no qualms, hitting him multiple times killing Pretti.

This killing is 100% the result of a bunch of semi-trained, amped up Nazis not knowing how to respond in a situation like this other than to go to deadly force.  A situation in which ironically more training would have helped but, that's not the orders ICE is operating under.  They are operating as a domestic paramilitary terrorist squad and being instructed to escalate any and every situation into use of force violations as standard operating procedure. 

This is straight up unlawful use of force, a violation of multiple 4th and 2nd Amendment SCOTUS rulings, and a murder charge for multiple agents.

Pretti is not impeding an arrest or doing anything within the purview of ICE's mission, but, like I wrote ICE and CBP, and DHS seem to have orders to immediately ratchet up the use of force ladder to violent physical confrontation at all times.

What's especially important is immediately DHS and Kristi Noem thought it imperative and important to brazenly lie about the interaction immediately.  The first statements from DHS were Pretti was brandishing his firearm and going to commit a mass shooting of ICE Agents.  This is of course a total lie, but it's the story rightwing media is running with as evidenced by the New York Post headline.

Of course, this isn't true but as I've stated repeatedly first Republicans murder your body, then they murder your memory.  And the Republican response is to always go maximal dishonesty and character assassination and flood the zone with lies and bullshit to ensure the truth (even in stark unedited video) is not believed by their ghoulish gang of Nazis.  And let's be clear every Republicans is in favor of this killing because they assume the person killed is a politically opposed to them. 

But, remember Stephen Miler, Noem, Vance, Trisha McLaughlin, whatever asshole on Faux News, OAN, Newsmax or wherever don't lie to deceive, they lie to demonstrate power and to defend the blatantly indefensible. 

In response, to this murder, DHS officials apparently tried to take control over the crime scene (to contaminate it) took custody of witnesses, published pictures of evidence to social media, and ordered local police away from the area.  The Minneapolis Police Chief pushed back but, remember Republicans always want to win in the Court of Public Opinion and don't care about the actual courts because they know they can delay and drag out proceedings for years and might win the case with their tainted evidence and outright perjury.

This murder is not going to cause anyone in the Trump administration to pull back and re-evaluate.  That's what Losers do and Trump and his cabal of Nazis are Winners.  They are going to re-double ICE's efforts and more Agents are going to threaten protestors with being killed while mocking Us.  This is what they Voted For after all...

KKKristi Noem once again called the extrajudicial murder of an American an act of domestic terrorism.  Once again I will remind you that if you are against trump and MAGA you are definitionally a domestic terrorist and they are ready to summarily execute you.  Republicans are planning on killing millions, this is just a prelude.

Sadly...  it appears ICE has murdered another person.  There is video up at reddit and elsewhere.  The reddit video appears bad as agents pile on and one apparently takes out his sidearm (or taser?) and pistol whips the person on the ground, then the shots are fired, and the agents run away from the body.

Get ready for the same Republican playbook to be trotted out to justify this death while on-line rightwingers are getting every bit of data they can to smear, defame, and blame the deceased for his death as they also chuckle Ha ha ha FAFO!

The rightwing response is going as predicted;  Faux News ran out Marc Thiessen (a big Iraq War proponent) who never saw a Republican crime he didn't endorse to lay blame on Mayor Frey and Governor Walz and the Protesters and Department of Homeland Terrorism tweeted out the murdered man had a gun accompanied by a picture of an unloaded Glock with magazine and sight on a car seat.

Remember when it comes to Gun Rights and self-protection this is not afforded to "Us", that is reserved for "Them" a key component of Fascism is the unequal application of laws and a different standard depending on whether or no you are in the In-Group, by definition anyone protesting or resisting ICE and the Trump regime is not one of them so you live only at their forbearance.

Already reports from on scene seem to indicate ICE and DHS is detaining witnesses to keep them form local police and trying to contaminate the crime scene, probably with an eye towards rendering any court case untenable.  But, remember for Republicans it is much more important they win in the Court of Public Opinion than in the actual courts so be prepared for the barrage of rightwing agitprop and bot swarms to overwhelm and obscure the facts on the ground.

Because what everyone is coming around to understanding is we are living in the early stages of a Fascist Dictatorship.  It isn't coming... it's here.

Additional 3:

There is another video showing ICE confronting the murdered man in the street.  This video is just before the beating and killing video and is from a driver.  In that one the victim appears to be recording ICE and then the scuffle begins.  I am going to go and make an educated Law Enforcement guess that when the multiple agents were beating him one of them felt a firearm under his coat and yelled gun, this spooked the other agent who then drew and fired.  An additional agent may also have fired at that point.

But, at this point the rightwing agitprop machine is gearing up to do their worst and make sure the ICE murderer gets away with it.

From viewing the video it absolutely appears someone spotted the gun in the victim's waistband, took control of it and one or two other agents then unloaded on the man while he was on the ground.

The MORON LABE and right is going to absolutely claim he was shot deservedly because he came armed to confront Federal Law Enforcement.  Remember defending yourself against Government Tyranny is reserved only for Rightwingers mad at Obamacare and Student Loan Forgiveness...

Ever since the Obama Administration Department of Homeland Security in 2009 correctly stated rightwingers and Republicans posed the greatest threat of violence against the American people Republicans have always sought to use the massive domestic law enforcement apparatus and awesome power of the State against the American people.

Aides to Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche directed the U.S. Attorney’s office and FBI agents based in Minnesota to shut down a civil rights investigation into an officer’s fatal shooting of Renee Good and instead alter it to probe Good for possible criminal liability, according to three people briefed on the discussions.

All while re-victimizing the people who witnessed the Republican terrorism in the first place. Traitor trump and MAGA are Nazis and this is what Nazis do, weaponize a Nation's police and Justice system against its' own citizens and people afforded its' protections.  

It's the same modus operandi Gregory Benito-Bovino and J.D. Vance are using to absolve themselves of blame for using a 5 year old as bait to arrest his father.  In fact, in every one of these incidents we see the exact same playbook;  Republicans treat each incident of misconduct, unlawful use of force, or act of shockingly immoral injustice as though they are happening ex nihilo (instead of an obvious pattern and a clearly laid out plan of operations). The Justice Department’s handling of an ICE officer who shot and killed the Minnesota mother has detonated in a series of damaging waves in the state, and particularly for federal law enforcement. Six prosecutors in the U.S. attorney’s office there resigned in frustration over the decision to investigate Good and her partner, rather than the shooting, MS NOW has reported. More resignations are expected in coming days, sources familiar with their plans have said.

The acting U.S. attorney who Trump chose for the office, Dan Rosen, has never worked as a prosecutor and has little credibility with the lawyers in the office, according to two former prosecutors who have spoken confidentially with their colleagues. In the wake of the No. 2 career prosecutor in the office resigning, along with several senior staff, Rosen has struggled to persuade anyone in the office to serve as his top assistant, those two former prosecutors said. 

Last weekend, Attorney General Pam Bondi urged other U.S. attorneys in Midwestern states to loan prosecutors to the depleted Minnesota office. The office normally has 80 prosecutors but is down to nearly half that number since Trump took office a year ago, a situation aggravated by the newest departures. 

Pam Bondi by the way went onto Sean Hannity's propaganda show to accuse Don Lemon of being an on-line agitator after a Federal Judge declined an arrest warrant for him.

Fortunately, at this point Grand Juries and State and Federal Judges continue to toss out these unlawful arrests across the Nation, and not accepting the statements full of lies from ICE agents.  The question is will the MAGA machine be able to recruit enough of their ideological Nazis to fill these states' attorney roles?  While they are giving every Proud Boy, with the Valknut in sight, a mask and a gun and a copy of Stephen Miller's speeches and telling them Onward Nazi Soldiers...  

And at least as importantly, the residents of Minnesota are showing the way.  Meanwhile, the treasonous syphilitic madman in the White House will continue to threaten to send the Military into Minneapolis or invoke the Insurrection Act.  

So, as always be brave if you can... but, understand the ICE Nazis feel fully empowered by this fascist regime and are looking to kill you.
