But, it still stands Schiff is a proponent of Wage Slavery and Corporate Bondage:

"Eliminate the minimum wage law, then individuals would be free to accept jobs at whatever pay they were able to get.”Grung_e_Genehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01894879088472559055noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-293433952655399056.post-18401909774943689972014-01-28T18:55:22.996-06:002014-01-28T18:55:22.996-06:00Tom,
As you are aware any term can be corrupted ...Tom,

As you are aware any term can be corrupted and co-opted by those whose goal it is to aid the 1% in their goals of oppression and wage slavery. This is one of the prime functions of the chattering media class.

And the goal of Perkins and the Koch brothers is precisely an oppressive faux nation-state, in which their corporate hegemony is backed by the power of their political operatives.Grung_e_Genehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01894879088472559055noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-293433952655399056.post-5322818130934592242014-01-28T15:32:26.421-06:002014-01-28T15:32:26.421-06:00Good post. The only problem with the term "income inequality" is that it doesn't express the real problem. .01 percent of the U.S. population has most of the wealth and power. This can not last, unless the U.S. is going to become a kingdom or a ruthless police state far beyond anything Hitler or Stalin ever dreamed of.

I hope somebody somewhere can come up with a short phrase that expresses this urgency. "Income inequality" just means that one person earns more than another person. And the plutocrats and their useful idiots latch onto this with a vengeance. "Class warfare!" is being shouted more than ever, and rightwing pundits are spewing out talking points like "gee, my boss makes more money than I do, I must be suffering from income inequality, hahaha."Tom Harperhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05610417770240609022noreply@blogger.com
